A. H.I booked three bedrooms on October 2021, it’s really Good size apartment comparing to Other in London, great clean services and location. Elevator available, Highly secure entrance.
R. D.Customer service was great, apartment was overall fantastic. I would stay here again any day. The only things that could be better is the size of the tv in the bedroom. It’s was tiny. Also the fireplace wasn’t working. Everything else was lovely. We had the one bedroom apartment on the ground floor which had little terrace which we really liked. The location is perfect for shopping in harrods and eating out. Everything is walking distance.
T. M.We found the experience to be thoroughly enjoyable from the time we set foot in the hotel till we left. I must compliment the hotel for having such a dedicated employee. Room and apartment size are good. The value was fantastic coming in at 156 pounds per person per night.

Its staff to be tremendously helpful and courteous at all times. Prices are very reasonable for a major city. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again next time we come down to London.

The staff are incredibly helpful and polite. The staff are just lovely and cannot be faulted for their professionalism and care.

F. L.(Translated) Good apartment 1 bedroom, a bedroom with a large bed and a large bathroom entrance from the bedroom, very comfortable. There is a guest small bathroom. The hall is spacious with a large table, it would be better if they set a table for two, I think they set it so that the hall probably didn’t look so empty, but it doesn’t interfere. The kitchen is small but cozy, I liked that there are 2 types of cereal for breakfast (small boxes at one time) milk, cookies, tea, coffee, everything is there, two people would be enough for breakfast. All necessary appliances are: washing machine, fridge, freezer and oven. Cozy, made like an apartment does not feel like a hotel. I hope my review will help you with the choice))))

Хорошие апартаменты 1 бедрум, спальня с большой кроватью и большой санузел вход из спальни, очень удобно. Есть гостевой небольшой санузел. Зал просторный с большим столом, лучше если бы поставили столик на двоих, думаю поставили чтоб не так пусто наверно смотрелся зал, но он не мешает. Кухня маленькая но уютная, понравилось что есть 2 вида хлопьев на завтрак ( коробки небольшие на один раз) молоко, печеньки, чай, кофе все есть, двум людям вполне хватит для завтрака. Вся необходимая техника есть: стиралка, холодильник, морозильник и духовка. Уютно, сделано как квартира не чувствуешь себя как в гостинице. Надеюсь мой отзыв вам поможет с выбором))))
