S.Overall satisfied given such a low price in a central location. Staff are very helpful. Some 4-5 bed dorm rooms and triple rooms are too tiny.
J.I live with my friend in G6 for a couple of months. It's a very spacious double bedroom with great views and sunshine in a great location near the Imperial college and Hyde Park. Toilets and kitchens are clean every day. Staffs are really friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
C. M.I stayed in a triple female room for a night. The place is extremely clean, and the staff were super welcoming. Location was great too, near the metro. Small improvements can be made though, for example, towels were not provided but this was not mentioned at all during booking. They were available for rent which I only found out the next day when I asked the reception. It will be great if they can provide these information online so that guests will remember to pack their towels! Also, it was difficult to pack my stuff in darkness as I didn't want to turn on the lights when my roommate was still sleeping, but I had to prepare and check out. I know many hostels have multiple people sharing a room and they provide small individual lighting beside each bed (even a cheap mini reading lamp will make a big difference and they cost less than 3 euros). Since it was winter, the room was pretty cold so I couldn't sleep the whole night and got up to check the heating but it didn't seem to be running. The blankets provided don't trap heat properly. If they did, I don't think this will be a problem. Overall, it's a very nice place with good value for money and alot of potential to be excellent.
A. I.I stayed at Belvedere House for about 4 months, and the experience was warm and comforting. The rooms and the common areas are brightly lit, clean and neat. The staff is very kind and friendly. I met a lot of people from different countries and have also made some very good friends.
The location is amazing very near to Gloucester Road tube station, close to a lot of supermarkets and in a very nice neighbourhood.

M. N.Decent hostel to stay in: especially during the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic as I have a triple room to myself; they need to clean rooms without been asked though, otherwise pleasant stay.
m.The location is great, on the line of Piccadilly, District, and Circle line. Generally the value for money is OK. The staff there are nice and helpful. The reception can help to collect the parcels. There are cleaners working everyday to clean the kitchen and public area, as well to empty the trash in your room. However, the shared toilet is smelling and extremely tiny; the bathroom's facility is terrible: the user needs to press a button every 15-20 seconds to let the water continuously come out of the showerhead, and the water flow is quite weak. The heating goes off after midnight and it is freezing in the room (in winter), and apparently the quilt they provided is way too thin to keep your body warm at night. Furthermore, the sound insulation is insufficient. To sum up, for short stay according to the price it is a fine place.

A. T.My stay at Belvedere House is wonderful. The entire staff, top to bottom, side to side, is kind and incredibly helpful and efficient. The building, kitchen and dinning areas are always well maintained and all the appliances are up-to-date.
The building is 5minutes-walking distance to restaurants, museums, local supermarkets and transportation links. It’s a pleasant place to stay and I couldn't be happier. I would definitely recommend Belvedere House to my friends and family.

a. n.I am an international student in london and I lived here for 6-7 months in a room with three other men. Friendly and flexible staff. I had a clean room (although I guess that depends on your room mates) and the kitchens and bathrooms where cleaned daily.
Would definitely recommend for an in-between solution while living in the heart of Kensington.
T. Q.I stayed here for one month in a triple room. Pros are: Good location, clean common areas and well maintained. The only thing I can complain is the comfort of the bed, but it was OK. In the end, it is good value for money.

V. &. G.Belvedere House is an excellent short or long -stay hostel in a great location. The staff are very helpful and friendly and it is a clean and safe place. It's self-catering and the kitchens are clean with fridges and a freezer. Kensington Gardens, the museums, Serpentine galleries, Royal Albert Hall, Knightsbridge, Notting Hill and Kensington High St are all within very easy walking distance. It's a good hostel for students, tourists and people who work because it's an affordable place to stay in an expensive part of London.

The well-trained Staff is hardworking and friendly and make sure you have fresh bed-linen and clean facilities including washrooms, toilets and kitchens.
The kitchens which are cleaned daily are well-equipped enough for you to indulge your culinary appetites and prepare a fancy meal. However, if you choose to eat ‘off the shelf’, Waitrose, Tesco and Sainsbury are a two minute walk away. There are several enticing eateries and Pizzerias in the neighbourhood.
The nearby Gloucester Road Tube Station is a quick getaway to the City and beyond. Equally, tempting is a walk in the leafy neighbourhood whether you go “museum hopping’ or simply chill over your favourite ‘Frappuccino’ at the local Starbucks (atleast 3 at a walking distance). If you fancy shopping, “high end’ at Harrods, Sloane Street or Selfridges, or High Street at Kings Road or Kensington High Street, bus routes 74 and 49 are very handy.
The weather in London maybe unpredictable but you can rely upon Belvedere House to be predictable and secure, your steadfast haven whether it be raining or snowing outside. It will still be your perfect day in your perfect stay in London.

Y.(Translated) It is the dirtiest residence I have visited in 10 years. The curtains have dust accumulated in the folds, the closet drawers are broken and fall when trying to open or close, dust in the corners, the scab on the window is disgusting, cobwebs in the corners of the stairs, the mattress will they drive the springs into the body and I already have it sore, etc.
In 3 weeks they have not come to change the sheets nor have they come to vacuum the floor.
The floor is completely inclined towards the center of the room, so the chair is inclined, it is impossible to be seated for more than 10 min. much less study or watch a movie.
The receptionist treats guests with very bad manners, who pay for a decent place and as soon as they arrive they find a badly educated doorman who screams at the minimum, treats you like a criminal and it turns out that the doorman is the manager ... .
My advice: there are cheaper places that are much more comfortable, clean and welcoming.
And in the midst of the global pandemic, the staff here do not wear a mask at all, I asked the manager why he did not wear and he says that he is exempt (perhaps the position of manager makes him immune to covid-19)

Es la residencia más sucia que he visitado en 10 años. Las cortinas tienen polvo acumulado en los pliegues, los cajones del armario están rotos y se caen al intentar abrir o cerrar, polvo en los rincones, la roña que tiene la ventana es asquerosa, telarañas en los rincones de las escaleras, del colchón se te clavan los muelles en el cuerpo y ya lo tengo dolorido, etc.
En 3 semanas no han venido a cambiar las sabanas ni han venido a aspirar el suelo.
El suelo esta inclinado por completo hacia el centro de la habitación, por lo que la silla queda inclinada, imposible estar sentada mas de 10 min. mucho menos estudiar o ver alguna pelicula.
El recepcionista trata con muy malos modales a los huéspedes, que pagan por un sitio digno y nada más llegar se encuentran con un portero mal educado que grita a la minima, te trata como un criminal y resulta que el portero es el manager....
Mi consejo: hay sitios más baratos que son mucho más confortables, limpios y acogedores.
Y en plena pandemia mundial el personal aquí no lleva mascarilla para nada, le pregunté al mánager por que no llevaba y dice que el está exemto (quizá el cargo de mánager le hace inmune al covid‐19)

Muy barato, fui antes de la reforma y estuve viviendo ahí durante toda mi estancia en Londres. Ubicación perfecta, cerca de los museos y Hyde Park, además conexión metro-bus estupenda. Tuve una compañera de habitación genial, la cocina y los baños también muy bien.
El precio es de lo más asequible en Londres, idóneo para gente que va sola a Londres a buscar trabajo o estudiar, el staff son huéspedes que a cambio de unas horas a la semana rebajan su alquiler.
