G. M.Pleasant enough place to stay. It is not a hotel however, it is a elaborate set of guest rooms with the badge of a Best Western chain. It is in effect private dormitories of several adjoined houses. If you want cheap, close to Victoria lodgings better than a standard hostel this is great. If you want a hotel experience, this is not for you.

J. H.Even though the rooms are non-smoking people sometimes still smoke in the hallways and the foul smell can invade your room. The 1st night I stayed here was horrible, someone even set off the fire alarm at 6am from their smoking. I'm pretty sure management removed them from the property because I didn't smell anything after the staff cleaned the building. Another negative is the building is literally right next to the train tracks so you not only hear the trains all day and night but they do cause the building to sway slightly. Aside from that, the rooms are comfortable for what you're paying for, definitely a European 3-star. The hotel staff is incredibly friendly, accommodating and helpful.

S.Fabulous concierge service, lovely staff, clean and lovely smelling room, very roomy as it was for me, my partner and our 2 girls, we had a double room, with a double bed and 2 singles which was perfect, free tea,coffee and hot chocolate 24/7. Very very quiet to say it’s next to the railway, I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone staying in Westminster. 2 mins from train/coach/buses and tube. Lovely hotel and lovely staff. 😍😍😍
S. T.The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and nicely decorated. There was a good selection of things for breakfast. It is ideal for the coach station and getting to the underground and seeing London. My only complaint is the size of the bathroom - it was tiny - I'm quite slim and could only just get past the sink to get to the toilet , anyone bigger than me would have a problem.
This was my third stay at this hotel and I will certainly stay there again.

C. P.Rooms are very small but cozy. Who is using their room for other than just sleep anyway? Haha. Breakfast is continental with wide range of things to choose from. Building was quiet other than the train passing which sounded like someone walking down the steps, still very tolerable. Location is ideally located close to Victoria station, Victoria Coach station and the Golden Tours station. Many nice pubs and bars nearby. I would definitely stay here again.

T. E. T.We stayed as a family and room was clean and big enough for us. They have AC, kettle and a very small fridge in the room. Behind the hotel, there are some railway tracks, beware if you are a light sleeper. They offer breakfast in the morning, if you are in a rush the breakfast is decent, however if you have time there are several cafes in the walking distance. If you need to deposit your luggage for short time, they offer that service as well for the customers checking out. All and all it is a nice small hotel.

Check-in/check-out was fast. Walls are thin, bed was way too soft for me. Does the job for a few days to visit London.
N.The hotel is nice and cosy. Room I got was compact but clean. Enough just for myself as intended. Location good just that the room I got given was right on top of a train track so you could feel the vibration of the trains going. I would give a four if the shift manager who attended to me had a better way to speak to his guests .. quite shirty for the kind of work he does.
V. Y.This is a good hotel that is very close to the Victoria Bus and Train station. They provide an included breakfast which was pretty good. The rooms were very clean and well maintained.
The only downside were the rooms were really, really small (even by downtown London standards).

There is so much to do in London that all you need it for is just to sleep anyways. So if you are looking for a place that is close to all of the sites, trains and bus station this is a great place to stay.

The size of our first assigned double room is extremely small, with little space to move around. Second assigned room is slightly bigger with better layout, but mattress was poor as one can feel the protruding springs.

B. G.We recently stayed 4 nights here and were very pleased with our experience. The room was modern and immaculately kept and the staff were very kind and helpful. There was a problem with payment through our agent, and they let us the room anyway while we sorted out the issue. The location was perfect: 5 minutes walk from Victoria Station with Tube and National Rail service, and about a minute away from the Coach Station. Victoria Place was about a 3 minute walk, with access to a grocery, drug store, and plenty of food options.
As others have said, the room is quite small. It was tight for two people, and would be nearly impossible for more. But, I found it comparable to rooms in other large cities. The breakfast was also a bit overpriced, but a short walk to Victoria Place solved that problem.
Overall, I was very happy with the room and our experience with the property. I would absolutely consider staying again when we return.

C. B.Lovely hotel very well located near to Victoria Station. I was leaving from the Green Line Terminal in the morning, so it was extremely practical since it was only 2 minutes walk. Room was good sized, clean and confortable. Staff was very friendly. I was not in the main building but across the road, so in the morning for breakfast it means you have to get outside, it was not clearly indicated when booking this could happen. Breakfast was not very good, small choice and not hogh quality. I would definetely come back, but without breakfast on site.

M.Recently renovated (and in the process changed from a Comfort Inn to a Best Western) hotel, very close to Victoria Station and Westminster, and practically across the road from Victoria Coach Station. Rooms are comfortable, staff helpful. Definitely a very good example of a '3-star' standard hotel, it usually costs a little more than the other so-called '3-star' places that fill this part of London, but the difference is justifiable.

Management and frontdesk is super kind and will do whatever they can to give you a hand. Overall it is a nice choice for business missions with a tight budget or a personal not too romantic visit to London
T. L.Great location and friendly staff. Handicap friendly hotel fit with ramp and lift which helped us alot with our luggage. We stayed in the 4beds room on the lower ground, it was pretty big (especially when we have 5luggages with us) and everything is provided. Free coffee, tea and water at the lounge (except breakfast time) for all guests. One thing to improve is that the Hotel management team can consider to distribute more than one room key for this room, as four of us have to share a single card key during our stay.
J. P.The physical location is great, you're within walking distance of a number of parks and historical sites. There is a bus and tube station nearby. The rooms are on the small side. My room in particular had an interesting smell in the bathroom. For what I paid it wasn't so bad.

Extremely noisy until it stops for 5 hours or so at around 1 am. Obviously no mention of that anywhere on their website. We knew the location prior to booking but would've expected some decent double glazed windows to cope with the noise. Ok for a nights stay though but bring headphones or earplugs..

W. B.The location was easily accessible and to Victoria Station is around 5 mins walk. But the single room on the 4th floor could not be accessed by lift. The lift only go up to the 3rd floor, you either drag your own luggage up the stairs or ask for Potter to carry it for you. As it is close to Victoria Coach Station, many travellers in transit like to stay for 1 night. You can hear the sound from the trains in your room, which is not very pleasant if you want to sleep before midnight. Because this is not a Licenced hotel, not much facilities are provided. No restaurants but they do have a small buffet breakfast on the ground floor at £6 which is quite reasonable. Laundry you need to take your clothes out to wash in a nearby laundry shop.

A. L.This hotel has two buildings: the main one and the one across the road. Breakfast is served in the main building. My single room was at the basement of the second building. Although it looked very suspicious, it was perfectly furnished inside. Perfect for 1 person with a single bed. It had a hairdryer, TV, free WiFi for 24 hours. Breakfast includes cereal, croissions, bread, jam/butter, fruits.

We asked for something with more space after some initial conversations with reception who tried to charge us extra to upgrade. It was agreed there would be no charge for the upgrade. The location was perfect and alot better than initially expected due to the low rating. The staff were very accommodating after the initial fix this or give us out money back conversation.

Room is across the street from reception and right by the elevator, which could be bad or loud. Staying for 6 nights so I’ll update after my stay. Room is really nice otherwise, 2 full beds, reasonable sized bathroom.
i. c.Ok let's start with the negatives the rooms are SMALL, the facilities are basic. On the PLUS side location is really good, it is CHEAP, clean, with helpful staff, and a decent breakfast is available. Would use it as a one night, passing through point only.

From Victoria station to the hotel is a short distance and its mostly under cover. The hotel is very clean and tidy and close to all the major attractions they are all within walking distance or you can use the tube. I come to London regularly and this is where I stay, and the prices are reasonably. I would definitely recommend it.

The situation of the hotel is exceptional, a few minutes stroll away from Buckingham Palace and other main attractions.

We opted to just get public transportation day pass as it's cheaper and we'd be able to use it all day and night unlike the tour Witch stops at like 5pm.

(0.8 mile) walk to Buckingham Palace, (1.3 miles) from Big Ben, (0.2 mile) from Victoria Station, (456 ft) from Victoria Coach Station. We stayed 3 nights at this hotel. The room was spotless, spacious room and very helpful staff! We had a very pleasant stay, it was well worth the money. I highly recommend it, thanks to all the staff for a pleasant stay !!!! We will definitely come again !!!

P.Very welcoming on arrival, bagged a free upgrade from a shoe box to a cubby hole which, to be fair, was clean and had everything that was needed apart from the WiFi which was terrible, very weak if none existing connection. Breakfast was adequate... Cereal, toast fruit and pastries there was no warm food available. It was made up for by having premium brands products as the choice.

I. C.Budget hotel next door to Victoria station. Rooms are compact but comfortable, staff are really friendly and accommodating and the price is brilliant for central London. If you want a simple but comfortable base for your London Visit then you could do a lot worse than here.

A. B.I stayed here in February for some exams I had to take. The location was great for accessing Victoria Station and I felt safe in the area, even at night. There was a well-lit and covered walkway for the business building (151 Buckingham) that took you to the entrance of the Station. My single room had a large TV, kettle, and phone to reception. When I arrived, I was told that I would be in the unmanned annex across the street from the main reception and building. This was disappointing as I had specifically looked for a hotel that advertised a 24-hour manned reception, as I knew I would be having some later nights out. My room on the 4th floor was very small, which was fine, but the low sloped ceilings were the biggest issue. I am a very petite person and would not recommend it for someone taller than 5’5”. I had to sit sideways on the toilet to fit in the closet bathroom, and the storage space for my suitcase was on a funny platform about 4’ off the ground. It was a struggle as I was recovering from a dislocated shoulder, but I managed to heave my bag up there. The lift was broken the entirety of the stay but it doesn’t go all the way up to the 4th floor anyways; every stairway landing had bags of laundry in the way. No extra blankets were provided in the room. The heating worked the first night, second night wouldn’t turn on until morning. The window had a strong draft coming through, and the repairman came and helped improve it but still strong enough to move privacy curtain. Therefore, it was quite cold the second night with the drafty window right above bed, the heat not always working, and no extra blankets. I also disliked that the window shakes and rattles from wind or trains all night. It needs to be replaced as there was splintering and chipping paint and noise came in as if the window was open. The price was okay for London and the location was handy for Victoria Station, but overall I would not recommend staying here.

D. I.The hotel is very clean and the staff is helpful and friendly. However, the rooms are very small. I am a larger guy with a bad knee. Having a room on the 5th floor with no elevator was hell for me. The bathroom is about the size of one you would find in an RV. I think jail cells are bigger than these rooms.

S. P.For the price and location, I think this is one of the best combinations you could find. The hotel was clean and practical, as you would expect from a Comfort Inn. Above and beyond that I would imagine you're looking at triple the price in London.

N. A.While this hotel was recently renovated, it has the same pitfalls as most hotels in London - the rooms are tiny and in every nook they can place them. My room was in the underground, and it had a window that gave to the wall. The room was recently renovated, and while the bedroom was decent, the bathroom was almost claustrofobic. The sink in particular was less than an A5 sheet, and had a shelf just above, so it was useless for any purpose - even brushing teeths.
