Unfortunately there is not a coffee station in place. Kettle in room is not enough for me. Cassie super sweet and she do great customer services.
A. L.Rooms are nice and clean, with a modern touch. Staff are friendly and helpful. Many rooms are subterranean and don't have windows, but thankfully an air con unit was making up for any lack of fresh air in my room. While the air con was working, thank god, neither the TV nor the kettle were functioning. A short walk takes you to Wembley Arena and the surrounding shopping opportunities nearby.
Z.I stayed here for 4 nights. Overall my stay was quite good with the room being clean and comfortable. The location was good with it being close to Wembley Central and 15min walk from a cinema. The staff were very nice but the manager seemed to be a bit aggressive when communicating with his colleagues. The walls were also extremely thin so sound could easily pass through the walls. This at times was a bit uncomfortable. However, if you are looking for a place only to sleep for the night then this is a pretty decent place to stay.
M. P.Nice place to sleep with good prices. The location is near Wembley central station (5 min walk) which is great and convenient. There is a small market right across, and some good eating options around as well. The walls don’t seem to be thick enough, so the noise can transfer easily I think but that did not bother us. They could not accommodate early check in for us (even though it comes with 10 pounds per her extra fee which is a lot I think, and unusual). They did not seem to want to make an effort to make it happen either. But the room were clean and comfortable.
J. B.Freindly staff with decent room rates. The negative is that over half the rooms are underground. For my last stay my room was 4 stories down. I had to hurry out in the morning as I'd forgotten what fresh air & sunlight were like. Recommended if you've ever wanted claustrophobia!
A. O.The location is good. A lot of halal food and shops to go. Bus stop is very near. Tube station is quite near. The room is super small. Shower leaking hence flooding the toilet area. Housekeeping is fantastic! Breakfast us always the same and not included in the room price.
d. b.We stayed at the hotel for three nights 14th Sept, the staff were wonderful especially Cassy. The hotel staff did their very best for the guests considering all of the covid rules in place. We would stay there again if we can visit London in the future.
S. P.Good value for money. Efficiently checked in even though was a last minute change of accomodation. Room was tidy had the essentials required. Only downside you have no windows that can open.
AC was a great help. Staff were friendly always happy to help. All in all for the price good value.

W.Efficient check-in, polite staff, but they do take a £30 deposit on the desk in case of 'room damage' which they refund the next morning (provided there's no damage), not sure how they would know until a while after you've left? This means no express check out - 11 am. Gets a bit congested in reception. I prefer a 12 noon check out. Clean room, clean bathroom. Plug sockets on both sides of the bed - thank you - other hotels have them one side only when both yourself and your partner need the use of a socket at the same time. Not sure if all the rooms have the football inspired decor but it's a bit biased in my opinion. Great location, within maybe 10 minute easy walk to Wembley Central station. Nandos directly across the road, it's on the high street so all the usual shops and a Wetherspoons. Convenient hotel to stay at.
A. W.Really loved our stay at this Hotel. Although compact the twin room it didn't feel like once inside. Very comfortable beds and clean and tidy. Great air conditioning. Easy distance to Wembley Arena/Stadium. Can't recommend this Hotel enough
I. D.Decent hotel but in my opinion a 3 star wrapped in 4 star dressings. Our room was extremely small and without a window very hot unless we blasted the air con. I think the shower might have been the biggest disappointment, pressure was weak and the temperature was no way near hot enough. The breakfast was nice without being anything special. The nice thing was that everything did seem quite new at least. Takes about 45 mins including walk by metro to get to town.

H. A.Good location if you have something in Wembley. It’s a 40-50 min ride in the subway to central London. So if you’re planning to go to central London every day then you might want to weight in the cost of transportation versus booking something more towards the center. The hotel itself was good. I booked a single room but was upgraded to a double so I can’t complain. The room was very clean, new and spacious. The bathroom was also quite nice and also spacious. My only two very minor issues are: low shower pressure and very thin walls.
I. F.Good location being within walking distance to the main high street, the tube station and Wembley Stadium, Arena and London Designer Outlet. Hotel itself is presented nicely. However, we found our room unbearably warm despite it being the middle of February! Had to have AC set to 18 the entire night just to keep the temperature down.

Parking situation is terrible. They only have like 8 spaces. I checked in around 2 and there wasnt any available. And the street parking has a limit of 2 hours and no return after that.
The position of the toilet roll holder is one of the worst. Soon as you sit on it you leg catches the sharp corner of the holder and the toilet roll falls to the floor.
The breakfast is very poor if your a vegetarian. For warm breakfast you'll have a choice of scrambled eggs and beans. That it. Wish I didn't pay extra for it now and just went to a cafe.
Just them 3 points really mark the hotel down. It's a nice place to stay.
H. W.This was a great hotel for one night, it was a bit further from Wembley Stadium than i was expecting but the room was lovely and comfortable for me and my friend. The only downside was the breakfast. The area was very small and there wasnt much of a variety. The cooked food also didnt look very appetising. I would use the hotel again but for the room only.
S.Reasonably priced. Staff were plesently friendly. Room was a decent size and very clean. Close to Wembley, restaurants and two train stations. Only downside was the wall were paper thin so you could hear everything happening in the neighbouring rooms and hallways.
J. F. J.Highly recommendable hotel for being in London. Very clean rooms and very comfortable. It is a good place for the ones who suffer from dust allergy, because they have no carpet in the rooms. The staff is so kind and do their best to solve any problem. The hotel is quite close to the subway and have many food chances for low price.
1.The room itself was small/compact. It was literally a room for someone who is going to sleep and shower and that’s it. The curtains do not block all the light from the window so you can’t blackout the room. The bathroom is nice and you get provided basic stuff.

Our rooms are underground but the faux windows nicely disguise the fact that we are underground. The price is very affordable. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Also the hotel has got many Indian restaurants in proximity , so if you love Indian food the hotel should be your choice
The hotel also has Subway, McDonald's and other fast food joints in proximity.

L. C.Not very clean. Weird smell. They put us in an "accessible room" which is basically disabled access and though it was large, the bathroom was set up for disabled access (ie a chair in the shower) and not accessible for us so we decided to leave early. I think those rooms should be exclusively for those who require them.
N. B.Me and my sister had a nice time at this hotel. Without it having been said we had clearly gotten an upgrade. Room was clean and had anything one coupd wish for. Including an airconditioning/heater. We could borrow an adapter and getting an extra blanket was no problem either. Actually getting the blanket took some extra asking. ;)
Hotel is VERY close to a subway and all kinds of restaurants ans supermarkets.
Having a copy made of my ID card was not something I really appreciated. Same with the charging my credit card with a deposit.
As we slept on the street side our room was quite noisy. If you are a light sleeper, ask for a room on the other side of the hotel.
All in all we had a nice stay though and would surely return.
D. H.The room was nice all cons. Air con. Coffee and tea making. Lovely towels nice big shower cubic. Tv and a false window as we were sub basement level -1. All good except the restaurant which was closed both nights we were there. We were given a voucher for a 25% discount which we could not use. Staff friendly and helpful. A good place to stay.

N. B.The hotel is very new and modern, and in many public areas still unfinished. I was initially concerned by the security on the door, and wondered if I had accidentally gone to a nightclub but there were no issues. My room was on floor -3 and very disturbingly had no windows! The result was a general feeling of claustrophobia, even though the aircon worked fine. I was staying using frequent flier miles but if had been paying cash would have demanded another room. The room was clean and brand new, but still unfinished, for example with no bulbs in the bedside lights and the soap dispensers not installed yet, leaving large bottles sat on the shelves. The location is fine, a very short easy walk from Wembley Central tube.
A. M.It's a budget hotel, so wasn't expecting alot. We got put in a room in the basement area with a window that opened up in to an enclosed area which had a grate above it on to the street above. Luckily we didn't spend much time in there as I imagine it could have become quite claustrophobic. Other than that, there was a small bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet, a TV and an ironing board which was propped up against the wall. I believe 3* is about right, it's okay.. and was the right choice for anyone visiting Wembley stadium which is just 5 minutes walk up the road.
J. T.Stayed here for a Wembley Arena concert. Location is in walking distance from the Wembley train station and the Arena. There's a pizzeria at the hotel downstairs and they delivered a nice pre-concert pizza to our room. Room was decorated nicely with a music theme which created a nice feeling before the main event. Friendly staff and good overall experience!
L. M.Hotel was really nice. Got a king size room which was without a window. They have floors in the basement for that. It was a bit confusing to find the room as we had to take two different elevators to go down 2 floors.
Room was immaculate with large bed and shower. Modern room and hotel. Pizza restaurant inside the hotel offers discount to people staying in the hotel.
Only issue with rooms below ground level is no phone signal. There was hotel WiFi but know phone signal to make calls unless I went upstairs. I was on floor -1 but it went to -3 floors.
Location was ideal as it was walking distance from Wembley central and Wembley stadium station. Few minutes walking from the areana.

Location - brilliant for tube, Wembley stadium/ arena and the high Street on the doorstep with everything you could need, shops, late night food, supermarkets, highly recommend and the price couldn't be beaten

The reception staff was not friendly, the breakfast was not worth the money. Instead you will find better breakfast on the street outside the train station which is 5 minutes walking from the hotel.

Soap and shampoo dispenser would have been a bit smooth to operate as we need to use both our hands to use it. Flow of water from Shower was also a bit slow even with full opening. Please look into this.
S. D.Absolutely perfect for our needs and will definitely be staying again. We were only staying over night for a gig at Wembley Arena so aren't usually looking for more than a comfortable place to sleep that isn't a huge trek away. It's very close to both the Stadium and arena. There's a convenience store just opposite and plenty of places to eat and drink in the immediate vicinity. It's a short walk to Wembley Central and also to a few reasonably priced car parks.
The staff were friendly and helpful at check in and check out.
The room itself was surprisingly nice. It appears to have been decorated quite recently and was bright and modern. The bed was large and very comfortable. It has a large tv, safe, a small open wardrobe, a little dressing table with tea making facilities, a small table and chair, full length mirror and good lighting. The bathroom was clean and spacious with a hairdryer and dispensers for liquid soap, hand and body lotion and shampoo - the lotion makes an excellent eye-makeup remover :)
If I had to be picky, there wasn't quite enough room for the table and chair but it was ok when pushed back and there were a couple of marks on the wall, presumably from someone putting their dirty shoes against it.
Also a strong onion smell when we arrived, although I didn't notice it again. This may have been from the pizzeria in the reception area.
We didn't stay for breakfast so can't comment on that except to say there's a Wetherspoon 2 minutes walk away if you're starting and don't like the hotel breakfast.
Would highly recommend this hotel. Best we've stayed at in the area.

W.Return visit and as a disabled person was unwittingly allocated a room which involved negotiating stairs....a quick visit back to reception and a very helpful young lady quickly re-assigned my wife and myself to another room with level access. Not a problem and matter dealt with on the spot, very grateful and impressive !! Rooms light and airy with comfortable bed and plenty of wardrobe space. Clean and elegant en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. Breakfast impressive and plentiful. Decent crowd of PSV Eindhoven fans also staying after their Champions league match with Spurs but not a minutes problem with a good humoured evening in the bar afterwards. Nice and friendly staff. Will stay again.
J. F.The best western plus is situated around a 10 minute walk from the shopping centre and wembley arena and around 15 to 20 minutes from Wembley stadium. There are plenty of local shops and takeaways right on the doorstep if you want a cheap and easy fix on a match or gig day. The layout of the hotel includes basement floors without windows which we stayed in. The room we stayed in was small but functional. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was what we needed and served it's purpose. The prices around matches can sting a little but this is part of booking London on a match day. The layout of the hotel is a little confusing and ineffecient with having to take two different elevators to go down two floors, separated by corridors. The parking is first come first serve so cannot be relied upon or reserved. There are local alternatives but do your research as some can be very pricey.

A.The hotel was very nice, clean and modern from the inside and easy to access and park (this was on the weekend) The staff were very friendly and helpful There are a few supermarkets nearby as well as restaurants and quick food like dominoes and nandos just opposite the hotel. There is also a dessert place nearby. Was a very convenient location for us to go to the London designer outlet which was less than a 10 minute walk away. Buses and trains were also very easy to get from the hotel

That price for a London hotel is more than reasonable.
However, (although not the hotels fault entirely) we had a very disrupted night. Arguments on the corridors, slamming doors, crying plus more right up to 3am in the morning. That's when we decided enough was enough and we contacted reception, they came down and asked the people to go back to their rooms, but within 5 mins the people were back out creating havock again. I did feel the hotel staff did not take control of the situation here but I do appreciate it was not caused by them.
After zero sleep I went down for breakfast, this was alright. Can't really complain about that.
It's a 5 min walk from wembly arena. Few mins from a tube. It's nice easy access to anywhere you need to be and just out if the way enough to not be hundreds of pounds like youd pay elsewhere.

Easy access to Wembley Central and the shopping on high street. LDO also a 7 minutes walk. Lots of eating joints - Fast food and Indian restaurants. Primark is 5 minutes away. You can't pick a better location.
The staff are very helpful and courteous.
The breakfast is sumptuous and you can even opt for just eggs and toast.
The rooms are not big and its a bit of a juggle around. But as I mentioned earlier, the location makes up for it
m. h.I had a problem at check in when they were insisting for security deposit of 30 pounds only through the credit card and not accepting cash.
The rooms are without a window. The electricity sockets in my room were not working so they compensated me with a free breakfast which was very generous.
s. s.I checked in last night after a long journey from India. I was told that my room was in the basement . I am travelling with my 75 year old mom and I requested a different room . Within 10 mins we were offered another room. In the fifth floor accessible by elevator. Hats off to Cassy for her quick response and for her consideration.

J. D.Modern budget-orientated hotel that is only a few minutes from Wembley Central tube station. Our room, whilst underground, was decently sized and kept spectacularly clean. Only gripe is the basement levels can be rather dark since the hall lights work on sensors that are only triggered if you are practically underneath the light, meaning you have to walk bravely into the dark. Could be a bit worrisome for some guests.

A. T.A nicely positioned hotel on the main high street near to Wembley train station, ideal for the nearby stadium, arena and outlet shopping village. The prices are fair and the rooms are on the small side but modern and functional. There is a small bar next to reception that also serves fresh pizza in the evening. Being on a high street it can be a little noisey in the evenings but that seems to calm down as the night wears on.

A. B.We received great service at this hotel. When I was feeling really hungry at 3am, they made me a bespoke sandwich which really hot the spot. I really appreciate this kind of service. The staff member that brought me my sandwich was named John. He's a top man!

L. L.Stayed here after a match at Wembley, as it is fairly close to the ground. Booked a room without windows, which was 2 floors underground and you have to use two separate lifts to get there (there were signs with conflicting info about which floor the room was on). Very confusing and quite labyrinth. The room was clean but quite tackily decorated with a fake window with a lot up picture of London bridge in it to simulate a "view". There was even a fake and unnecessary curtain next to it. Would look for somewhere else to stay next time.
R. N.Stayed 1 night here because of an event in Wembley. Great hotel, rooms are clean and the restaurant had some good pizza's. Only 5/10 min walk to the Wembley.
A. G.Not the most comfortable of stays, and service could be hit or miss. For a comfortable night's sleep make sure your take ear plugs so you don't wake up from the aircon in the room banging, also some tape to cover the glowing light from the aircon unit that lights up the room.
H. T. L.Basic, tidy and in a relatively good area central to the needs as a base, around 30-40 by underground to central London. Bar and food area however there is a Nando’s over the road. Buses right outside a number 18 will take you to Euston. The reception staff where very helpful and printed us a little map for where we where going and what bus to get. The rooms where suitable as a base and we ate chickpea curry at the usual price you would expect. £73 good for an overnight stay midweek. £8 for a breakfast

B. B.Clean but a double bed should be 1double bed and not two single beds joined as it has a middle section where it joins and when laying on the bed it hurts and either you on one side of the bed or the other but not in the middle
Also if there is going to be polystyrene cups there should be extra than just two cause you could break one or want different drinks
It is disposable so there should be extra
There should also be 4pillows in a double bed and two is not sufficient and extra towels which is inconvenient for the guest to keep on coming downstairs to ask for this and that
And there should also be a shower cap in the bathroom and an extra bathmat
I have given 4 stars cause of cleanliness but it should have been less cause it was very annoying to keep on coming downstairs for this and that
Also yet I paid for parking I was blocked for 45min before someone came down to move their car
There should not be this problem
