P. C.I find this hotel very comfortable and although the rooms are not very large they are equipped with everything you need. you can find the kettle with tea cups, coffee, hair dryer, shampoo. In the closet there is a safe and an ironing board with an iron, all of which are very rare to find in a single room. the location of the hotel is truly magnificent a few meters away you will find the distric line and Piccadilly line. there are restaurants, bars, shops, pharmacies and monuments within a few meters. I hope to come back. The staff is friendly and helpful

After my partner and I had one of the worst hotel experience of our lives at another hotel, we came to Best Western The Boltons to find a safe and secure hotel room.
Little did we know that we would find the nicest customer service rep, Adam.
It was late, I think around 11pm, and when we arrived, we arrived to a smiling front desk person who gave us an 11/10 experience! The room was great and clean. Bathroom top notch.

J. &. B.Booked a room here for 3 days. The room was clean, tidy and they cleaned our room daily which is really pleasing. I forgot to asked the name of the cleaner but she was really amazing!
First night at around 2am the fire alarm woke us up. It was so loud that me and husband jump out of bed and ran outside our room to check if there's really a fire. But then it went off and my husband tried to ring reception but no one answered so he had to go down. It turns out that someone on our floor was smoking. Atleast there was no fire. It would be disastrous and embarrassing to go out of the fire exit with no clothes on. 😂
On the side note, Adam the receptionist was great! He was easy to talk to, great personality and friendly. He catered everything we need and made our stay better after that fire alarm.

S. &. N.The Boltons Best Weston Hotel is a gem!! It's ideally located as Earl's Court tube station is under a 5 minute walk away. The Hotel itself is lovely and situated in a quite road. Its very clean and the room we stayed in was plenty big enough for my wife and I. We had twin very comfortable beds and the bathroom was good too. The lady on reception, I wish we had asked her name!.. was lovely, very friendly and polite. We had no issues but she made us feel that it wouldn't be a problem if we needed anything. Breakfast was very good, we had a full English, lots of it and very tasty. We would recommend this hotel to everyone and can't wait to go back!!

Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations, the staff who went out of their way to check everything was OK with my stay, the room which was clean, and the bed was so comfortable I slept solidly all night. A nice shower in the morning along with a Covid Secure breakfast and I was set for the day.
Would thoroughly recommend this hotel and hope I can stay again in the not too distant future.

Somewhat clean, except for the mold on the curtains/windows frame and dust in the bathroom. Receptionist was reluctant to admit it was mold, but offered for them to be washed. Would recommend for very very short stays.

The hotel is quite modern, the room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfy.
Within walking distance, you have plenty of restaurants and shops, which is quite convenient.
J. U.Perfect location!! Only 5 minutes walk from underground station and easy to get to from City airport. Loads of restaurants, pubs and shops nearby. The room was small for double, but very clean and well presented. Breakfast was great (full English and Continental). Staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend if staying in Kensington!

Word of advice, though, make sure not to stay on the basement floor. Because of drainage, it has a strong smell of damp. The fixtures all work well, so the damp smell must have been there for some time.
Y. A.I start saying that obviously it’s not the right moment to travel and everybody should avoid to do it if without a good reason.
We decided to visit London for 2 days because we live in Liverpool and unfortunately for the first time we had to remain in uk because of the Covid (we’re from Italy).
We checked in at 7pm, so even not really early. They had all the time to clean and get the room ready for us, especially in this situation that everything should be cleaned better than before. We found the toilet like this in the picture and after 5 mins the receptionist came to clean. She also asked us if we wanted to change the room. But honestly I think these places should close if they can’t act all the measures imposed by the government!
For sure if we’ll come back to London, we won’t come back here anymore.
w. a.Full 5 stars from me, I can't fault this hotel for anything, all the boxes ticked for any person to expect good standards from a hotel. There cleanliness was spot on. Customer service outstanding and always putting the customer first. Room sizes was just right for me and my partner and location is perfect from public transport as Earl's court is like 2 mins away. Plenty of shops on the main street a minute walk from the hotel. I highly recommend this place and I will visit again.

Nothing was missing anyway from the room, but shower cup and body cream. Breakfast included was ok, quite different options for both sweet and salted food. A. L.I wanted a hotel that wasn't too far from central London. The location was great because it's right around the corner from the subway (tube) station. The room was a lot smaller than the website photos but clean. Very tight space for 2 people. The shower was awkward. Not suitable for larger bodies. The breakfast was good and the guy working the breakfast area was very nice.
I unfortunately had an issue that was not resolved. I purchased breakfast for 2 people for 2 days. I realized after breakfast on the first day that we wouldn't be able to have breakfast on the 2nd day because we were leaving and had to leave at 5am. I told the woman at the front desk who said it wasn't a problem and that she wouldn't charge me for the 2nd day. When we were checking out the next morning there was a different woman who noticed a problem with the billing. She called a gentleman over who I thought was the manager but he said that they could not refund me and that the woman from the day before shouldn't have said they could and that it was already charged and that she should have offered breakfast to go. The man then said they couldn't do anything about it and that I would have to send an email. My uber was sitting outside the entire time. Luckily he did not leave me. The woman at the desk asked if I was in a rush, I told her my ride was waiting. She then proceeded to help another man that came downstairs to check out. I asked her if I was done and she ignored me and continued to help the other man. She printed his receipt and he left. I was still standing there when she finally said there was nothing they could do. I asked for my receipt and left.
I liked the location a lot but that experience was a turn off and I do not plan on staying there again.
B. W.Lovely location on a quiet street. Small room, but clean. If I was any bigger, I'm not sure I could have used the shower, but the hot water was good. The lift is tiny, but works well. Good place to stay near Earls Court tube.

Comprehensive full English breakfast buffet. Toaster makes mildly warm bread and the pastries had burned bottoms. But overall enjoyed our stay.

D.Stayed one evening with work and when I asked at the desk twice whether they did a dinner service or room service (as I was given a £20 allowance for work to use at the hotel) I was told no to both so I just went out for dinner instead rather than try and explain my situation a third time. Also went up to my room and there was a menu for 24hrs room service! Apart from that hotel was great. Ample tea and coffee in room and a cracking breakfast. Very close to Earl's Court tube station and I had a quiet nights sleep. Would recommend.

I would not use it again for a long stay but would for a couple of nights, it was clean and cumfy. The staff were it's strongest point and it's location to the tube, quiet too. W. M.Beautiful, compact and bijou hotel in excellent location. The hotel has been refurbished to a very high standard and although rooms are by necessity small (it is an old Victorian house), they contain everything you need including Wifi, a free safe, ipod dock and large TV and a great selection of drinks on the tray (redbush tea, hot chocolate, green tea, fruit tea as well as ordinary and caffeine free tea and coffee) and an impeccable bathroom. The shower is on a riser rail and can be taken down to wash hair over bath (very useful with a 10 year old) and has plenty of fluffy towels, a good selection of toiletries and extra toilet rolls, so you don't have to ask when you run out! The staff were all very friendly, but polite and helpful, not over familiar. The breakfast room is also tiny, but we never had to wait for a table (unlike at some larger hotels) and had everything you could wish for on the buffet, including the most delicious buttery croissants. The hotel is on a quiet street so no trouble sleeping, but 30 seconds from Earl's Court Rd with a good selection of restaurants and a very handy tube station (also with helpful staff). We would definitely stay there again.
N. S.I took the single bed room, which included breakfast(mostly English breakfast with mostly non-veg stuff) as well,the room size was perfect for a person with 30 kg luggage. But washroom and shower was a bit smaller, according to price it is good option on earl’s court street, it’s only 3 minutes walking from tube station and national rail. There were good restaurants nearby including Indian restaurants with good vegetarian options.
M. D.Pleasant hotel. Couldn’t charge my electric toothbrush in bathroom shaver point. Didn’t work. Was given an adaptor to plug into mains socket. Still didn’t work. My toothbrush didn’t last 5 two nights I stayed at the hotel. Not good. My toothbrush charged properly when I got home. Bit irritating. Breakfast room is bit basic but service was good from staff on duty. The hotel is very handy indeed for local Tube, Earl’s Court.

W. K.Was really surprised how nice this hotel ended up being. We were only ended up here because we won a sweepstakes from Beats by Dre to fly out to iTunes Music Festival in London, and they gave us this hotel. We were kind of put off at first, because the lobby is incredibly tiny, and our room wasn't much either, but it supplied everything we needed and was surprisingly very clean. Some notes:
- We were drunk and wanted pizza at 2am. We asked the receptionist if they did room service, and he mentioned a pizza place that delivered, even placing our order for us. When we realized we didn't have any British Pounds--only American money--he offered to spot us and exchange our American money on his own later. Very nice gesture. The pizza ended up being DELICIOUS too.
- The shower-head is one of those remote control-sized handheld ones, but they do have a stand connected to the tub so you can use it like a normal shower.
- There isn't much happening on the street of the hotel, which is nice because it isn't very loud.
- But a row of little cafes and pubs and stores is just around the corner, including the Underground Rail, specifically the Picadilly line, which we found to be one of the most useful of all the lines, going to and from the exciting Picadilly Circus and London Heathrow airport.

Das Hotel hat einen angenehmen Eingangsbereich und lässt auf Gutes hoffen. Nachdem man uns ein Zimmer im Untergschoss anbot, bin ich vom schlimmsten ausgegangen, allerdings wurde ich positiv überrascht. Das Zimmer ist sauber und recht komfortabel. Für einen Aufenthalt bis zu 3 Tagen völlig in Ordnung. Das Bett ist groß und man schläft sehr gut darin. Merkwürdig: die Klimaanlage hat sich von selbst eingeschaltet, obwol man sie ausgemacht hat. Das Bad ist zwar klein, aber sauber. Man sollte nicht allzu dick sein, denn die Dusche ist sehr eng. Ich würde wieder kommen, wenn ich nichts Besseres im Preis-Leistung Verhältnis finden würde.

Świetny hotel, przemiła obsługa, bardzo blisko stacji metra Earl's Court. Spokojna okolica, ale też dużo sklepów, pubów, knajpek. Jest gdzie się napić piwa i coś zjeść.
Śniadania w hotelu świeże i bardzo dobre :) pokoje dość ciasne, ale przytulne i czyste. Megawygodne łóżko! :)
