3 of 5 stars due to the condition of the mattresses. Location was very convenient to Earls Court Station so tube travel was easy. Breakfast was hearty - egg, ham, beans, toast juice and coffee was very good, cooked to order and served in the basement. For the price paid it’s a good deal and choice. My friends and I were put in rooms side by side. Convenient lift is bigger than most in Europe. Reception was very nice and efficient. Provides bag storage in a closed room as well as storage for valuables behind the front desk (manned 24 hrs).

This was my 3rd stay at Boka Hotel and each time I have been pleasantly supplied. The exterior, entrance lobby, staircases and corridors aren't particularly inspiring but the rooms have always been clean with firm comfortable beds and small kitchenettes. The rooms at the rear of the building are quieter and more spacious. For my most recent visit I booked a single room but was allocated a large very nicely decorated double. The free cooked breakfast is great and all the staff are very friendly. It is consistently one of the cheapest hotels in the area but also one of the best in its price range - don't expect luxury, but for a night or two on a budget I would recommend.

The place was much better than advertised, very gentle, helpful and reliable staff, lovely cats and cleaning was on point. Location was also pretty good, literally 2 minutes from Earl's Court subway, which is quite well connected, could travel around very easily with district line and it was easy to come back after a tiring day walking around the city. Extremely tasty breakfast and they were super nice applying changes to it according to our fussiness 😋 Overall a very nice weekend, totally recommended if you are looking for a good quality-price stay in London.

Positive: Boka Hotel was located ideally near Earl's court Underground station and is a budget hotel to stay if one wants to go around London's famous attractions as it falls just on the border of Zone 1-2. We stayed here for 4 days and The room we got had a kitchen room with all required amenities including cutlery, microwave, hob, utensils, Tea, coffee sachets, cleaning liquid, scrub and a fridge. The Bedroom was spacious and the bed was comfortable with a good heater as the room was getting warm very fast. It had a television with good options to watch for few hours. Toiletries were provided and refilled when emptied and the room was cleaned every day with towels being replaced as well (which is positive). Negative: As the hotel is a old one, the wooden floor was making a bit of noise and was a bit disturbing during night as people walking, talking outside loudly was audible inside the room. The bathroom was very clumsy with Tub provided which was not required looking at the size of the bathroom leaving very little space for WC and wash basin. They can also look at replacing the Cold and Hot water system to a combined one rather than separate as it is very difficult to get the desired water temperature for bath or at wash basin. The chairs provided in the room were not comfortable to sit for long and were not that clean. Breakfast was good but as it was not a buffet style breakfast we need to ask every time for additional breads or any other stuff. Tea, Coffee, Cereals were the ones which were kept for guests to take as and when they like. this can be looked into and have it as a buffet style for guests to feel good to take for themselves..

Alright budget hotel in the heart of London. Our room had a 'mezzanine' floor which I slept on. It was a two mattresses on the floor (not a bed frame) but there were lights and a fan up there too. The headroom is really limite; I'm 5ft and I could sit up on the mattress but that's it. The room did have a small kitchen area with microwave and fridge which was useful, but it could have been cleaned better. Over all the room was fairly clean and the linen was well washed. The full English in the morning (which was included with the room) was decent. The hotel was within walking distance of the tube station and over all it was a good stay.

For a hotel in London it is quite good; the rooms and especially the bathrooms are small, but there's a fridge and a kettle in each room, it's in a good location, the straff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is very good (full English made fresh as you order it). The cleaning wasn't very good this time though (and there was a problem with the flushing of the toilet), otherwise I would have given Boka a fourth star.

The hotel was 'you get what you pay for'. It was small and needs renovation. But, for the small price, it was clean, it's in a great location and included breakfast. There was even a mini kitchen! The staff were all very polite too.

Overall we've had an excellent stay. The service has been wonderful, the location is excellent, the breakfast is quite nice. They have a printer we were able to use to print some travel documents. One star is taken off because the hallway smelled like marijuana or something.

Boka Hotel is a good budget hotel in a great location. It is close to the Earl's Court tube station. The hotel worked well for our family of four with one double bed and two twin beds. We enjoyed the kitchenette, television, and the daily breakfast.

If you are looking for a Travelodge - Premier Inn experience. The Boka isn't for you. However, if you are looking for a decent, clean, quiet hotel room in a safe location (and at a fair price) the Boka delivers on all counts. Staff are friendly: Breakfast more than filling. Recommended.

The kitchenette in the room then was really useful, at least we also ate tastefully without running into the usual fast food or expensive restaurants since the supermarket was back there. Position then strategic near the metro: you took it and in half an hour you were where you wanted. And then the impeccable cleanliness indeed. Highly recommended !!! Dafür kann man hier 24h kommen und gehen, die Mitarbeiter sind total nett und helfen gerne. Es gibt englisches Frühstück, und erstaunlich guten Kaffee. Mein Zimmer hat eine kleine Küche, Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Toaster und Microwelle. Bad ist sehr klein, aber ausreichend. Man bekommt Handtücher, Shampoo gestellt. Alles was man sonst benötigt, kann man fußläufig in 5 bis 10 Minuten besorgen. Es ist erstaunlich ruhig, schlafen bei offenem Fenster kein Problem. Abenteuerlich ist aber das duschen, die Temperatur sucht sich die Dusche gerne mal selbst aus, ich wurde heute morgen einmal kurz gekocht und direkt wieder abgeschreckt ;) Die Lage zur earl's court station ist super, die Piccadilly Line fährt alle paar Minuten, zum und von Heathrow Airport, und weiter in die Stadt. Weiterhin ist die district line angebunden. Züge halten hier ebenfalls, kann aber nicht sagen welche.

A szoba nagyon hideg volt, a londoniak elmondása szerint ilyen szélsőséges időjárás nem volt 50 éve. Melegítőben kellett aludnom, a szoba ablaka repedt volt, a függönyt mintha a szellemek mozgátták volna. A reggeli minden reggel ua. tipikus angol reggeli, ami viszont nekem nagyon ízlett. A recepción kisegítettek dugalj átalakítóval, térképpel. Ár-érték arányban nem rossz, elhelyezkedése is jó, közelben van Underground.
