J. V.Satisfactory for a one night stay as the beds are not too comfortable. You have to order breakfast the night before. Their appears to be no where close by to have a sit down meal in the evening. The nearest place being a good 15 minute walk away.
A. T.It was satisfactory given the price. The service was great and staff really accommodate to my needs, which was great.
The only negative would be that the room could be a bit cleaner - there a hair pin on the sill when I arrived and the headboards were a little dirty. The sheets were okay though - clean enough.
M. D.Good value hotel, polite and friendly staff, good breakfast. The room was modern however there was a faint smell of "wet dog" to the room and while the bedding was clean I'm not sure the carpet was. Mattress was also exceptionally firm.

A. R.Perfectly acceptable for the price. Free parking and the room was fine. The downside for me was a noisy extractor or aircon unit above me which spoiled an otherwise good stay. Breakfast wasn't available before 7am, so missed it. Availability of continental breakfast items earlier would cater for those needing to leave early.
Why is it called 'Bostons' on all the receipts? It's the Boston Manor?

A. B.Stayed for one night. Amazing customer service from the front door to the included breakfast. With the parking included it’s perfect for a short stay
U. A.I had a comfortable stay and would come back. Room was a spacious and clean, as was the toilet. Comfortable bed. Fresh linen with new sets each day. Good breakfast and plenty of free parking spaces.
Downsides... the toilet had no toiletries except soap. The hot water tap only gave cold water. There was a kettle and mugs but no teabags or coffee. Asked for a iron which they did not give.

June 2021,new stay. Even cheaper than before with a filling breakfast & excellent staff dealing with covid challenges. Free parking. Not the hilton, but probably the best budget hotel in all off Ealing. Bus link on the door. Underground 6 minutes away. Room & breakfast for two, for less than Hut pizza.

The hotel I dated and the stairs and corridors a bit like a rabbit Warren, so definitely not for anyone with mobility problems. Would I stay here again? yes I would due to the cost and friendly staff. it only gets three stars as it's the most I could possibly give due to the appearance.
U. I.I was surprised by the narrow space inside and tricky pathway to room but considering thats it is 3 star hotel, the rooms were decent enough or ok for short stay. I wouldn't advice against staying here by yourself or may be for couples but rethink if you're coming with family.
No shower gel or shampoo was there but the staff were happy to provide same when asked. Courteous staff and nice service is a plus point.
G. B.It is a inner M25 hotel. Like a maze inside lots of stairs. Nice helpful staff rooms clean but smallish. In fact the TV was tiny and didn't work. Decor slightly tatty free parking and restaurant on site. Breakfast good.
N.Cozy, sweet and an overall great hotel with a really friendly staff.
When you choose a budget hotel, you are prepared to make some compromises, but I found no complaints. My room was great, the free breakfast was awesome. The Nepalese restaurant was a treat, and the whole experience was just amazing.
This place helped me survive my long business trip. Will definitely chose this again whenever I am back at London.
Nitpicking-
- The wifi could be better, it gets slow when many guests are there on weekends.
- Some rooms are way better than others. I got the room 229 and really enjoyed being in it :)
M. I. H.Excellent for short term stay. Good place within reasonable price. Situated within walking distance from Ealing Hospital. Helpful staffs. Offers luggage storage after checking out. Clean room. Clean and well maintained en suite bathroom. Clean towels. Tea/coffee maker with tea, coffee and milk in the room. Good room service. Good and refreshing breakfast. Lunch and dinner (including rice and curry) can be ordered in the rooms within reasonable price. The only downside is that as rooms are too close to each other and its a quite place, noises from other rooms creates some disturbance sometimes. I'll definitely recommend it for a short term stay.
j. b.Excellent, though small rooms, most suited to the budget stayer at hotel. Top rate restaurant for Nepalese cuisine and the inclusive breakfast is a surprise at the price. A definite place to make a return to when in the area as I would rate this at 9.5 to 10 out of 10. Can also put this down as a family friendly hotel run by a friendly family!
S. S.I’ve stayed here for a week when I first moved to UK. The place is too cramped up at first impression but later you get used to it, also when you realize that it’s London and places gonna be like these. The Nepali restro is very good for dinner.
The breakfast served here is good too. The potato waffle was my savior being the vegetarian.
The staff is Asian so you will feel home here 😄
Also the store owned by Gujrati uncle is good. He used to be too friendly and helped a lot during my initial days with SIM card and Oyster card and getting me oriented to London lifestyle.

D. M.Hotel in a good location. Approx 15 mins walk to the tube and then 30 mins into central London.Room was big and clean but we were by the back door so heard everyone coming in after hours. Unfortunately heard every noise that the room upstairs made too. Good breakfast and friendly staff..parking is a bonus! Will definately stay again. A. G.Provide the basics. It is ok if you are looking for a place to crash. The bed is comfy, room is warm and breakfast is ok. The room is quite small, the walkway and the steps are very narrow. Not very convenient if you have big luggage with you. We chose the place because it has a private car park. It located in Zone 4, so we don't have to pay the congestion charges. We parked our rental car here and took underground train to Central London. The place is 15 mins walking distance to nearest underground station and 30 mins drive to Heathrow airport.

J. P.Have stayed at this hotel twice. It is convenient, clean, with a wonderful Nepalese restaurant , the best I have ever eaten in.
The owner Raj, is charming, and for me, went beyond what one could expect, when the buses were full, and I needed a taxi to take me to the tube station, he personally took me in his own car, so I would not miss my conference.
This would never occur, with the big overpriced hotels, and was very much appreciated.

Y. T.I would say that this is a good hotel to stay in for 1 night. I came here because I had a business trip and this was the cheapest hotel for the night. Clearly a family run business - but they have been good for the one night I have been there. Rooms are tidy and generally in a good state. TV is not the best. Bed was okay and generally comfortable. Can get busy and loud out on the street. Overall a decent stay for one night and would recommend to anyone who wants a cheap hotel for the night.
