N. N.Second time visiting the spa and it was outstanding. I booked the onyx suite for my partners birthday & staff were lovely and helpful. The suite itself was so beautiful with a relaxation bed, a jacuzzi, steam shower & two massage beds. The team kindly prepared a happy birthday treat too and had it ready upon arrival. I’d like to add that Roberta specifically did an amazing job making us feel welcome & my partner had an amazing deep tissue massage. Can’t wait to rebook with her as she made our experience really lovely. Can’t recommend the suite and this spa enough. A true experience :)
D. F.Hotel was brilliant. The staff were very helpful and the service provided was class. They have an amazing spa. The mrs nearly had an accident in the hydropool due to a broken piece of equipment however they were on hand to ensure all was okay. Definitely will recommend this hotel to everyone!

I.This a review of the lounge bar. I was enjoying a day in Knightsbridge with a friend, and we decided to start with coffee in the lounge of the Bulgari Hotel. The décor is very stylish, well furnished, and comfortable. Being January, there was an open fire warming the room. There are large photographic prints on the walls of models wearing Bulgari jewellery. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and looked after us very well. As we relaxed and enjoyed the general ambiance, we ate avocado on toast, chatted, and drank espresso. The chocolates looked very inviting, but we decided to save those for another day. Highly recommended.

If they expand their menu that would make it a 5/5* review. The staff were very helpful and the cake was lovely!

W. S.We like to go there simply for the great Italian food and drinks. Service more or less 100% consistent. The wonderful ambience of the hotel and lounge itself makes it the default wind down spot after just about any evening in Knightsbridge.
It's also worth to mention that the dessert and sweet wine selection at Sette is some of the best we've ever had!

The cafe has a nice seating layout with very comfortable sofa’s and some decent arm chairs.
The service is also second to none & the coffee was really nice. It also was rather reasonably priced considering the location.
Would definitely recommend it if you’re in the area :)
G. O.Hotel is amazing. The underground pool and spa is very luxury and the location is tremendous. The restaurant is below average. 5 star hotel. The only problem is the price can get outrageous. I understand it is an amazing Establishment, but at the end of the day it’s a room for a night, if you can stay for under £750 a night it’s worth doing once or twice. But anything over that, your better off spending your money elsewhere.

D. F.I never stay overnight at the hotel but I am a regular visitor. The hotel lobby is so pleasing to sit and have a tea in. Staff are very courteous and helpful. Complimentary snacks are very tasty.
Jasmine tea is really good. They top up your hot water without even asking.
Wifi connection is strong and complimentary to anyone visiting. Great place if you need to do some work for a bit as an alternative to regular coffee shops.
M.Thanks to a very generous friend's birthday present, I've just spent a wonderful day at the Bulgari spa. Every single member of the staff was an absolute delight and the facilities were excellent: the 25m swimming pool was particularly appreciated as was the lack of kids during the day! The only downer was people using their mobiles whilst you were trying to relax. But aside from that, I can't fault it. Will I be back? Hmmm, only if I can start saving up over the next year!

W. R.Really nice hotel. Great staff and great interiors. The rooms are really beautiful and really well designed. One can clearly see that the owners spent a lot of money on the interiors. Their facilities are really good too. They have an amazing swimming pool and a great gym. You can also sign up to a membership to go to the gym without actually being a hotel guest. I think it’s around 500 pounds a month so it is quite pricey, but other than that, it’s amazing.

J. L.Great hotel, friendly staff, superb location right in the middle of all shopping and 5 minutes walk from Harrod’s. The beds are super comfy, there’s over 6 types of pillows to choose from. The room wqs ginormous for European and London standard, fit a king, a desk, a mini bar, a writing chair, a floor lamp, ample space for luggage, a massive closet, an oversized bathroom with separate shower, tub and toilet area. The amenities were lightly scented and very large. They also include a set in the bath and shower area. The washroom area has a toilet and a bidet. There’s housekeeping throughout the day, they’ll straighten your bed, put a little towel by your bed wth the slippers, and replenish your water and delicious Italian chocolate at your bedside table. The pool and spa area were sleek, minimalistic and relaxing. Very expensive for a business hotel in the city with very little resort type amenities but an excellent choice for London.

K.Oh, wow! What a brilliant place. I went there for lunch with some friends from work and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The staff were attentive and knowledgeable and they looked after us extremely well. The food was divine and the whole experience left us all feeling we'd just had a truly decadent afternoon. I urge you to try it - you won't regret it!
T. M.The rooms and suites are a tranquil and comforting respite from the hustle and bustle of knightsbridge. A very good thing is the decoration which is very high all around the hotel, from the entry of the door throughout the hotel. Would come back next time I visit London.
S. C.This hotel is beautiful! The rooms are gorgeous as are the bathroom. There is nothing missing from their rooms and had the most comfortable beds. The only drawback is the rooms don't have views but if you walk outside, the location is close to everything.
D. G.This by far one of the beat hotels I have stayed in. The room was nothing short of amasing. Everything was working well, the staff was courteous and the bar had all the fancy alcohols you may want. There is also a private move theatre in the basement where movies are screened on occasion - the owner is quite the cinema fan!
C. H.Workshop Gymnasium is incredible. The Dynamic Pilates is truly the best work out I have ever done in my life! The trainers are all fantastic and I've found it to be such a thorough and rewarding work out. I have done both a reformer session and a mat session and both were so varied and effective in their own ways. What I really liked was the trainer was so focused on helping me achieve optimum results from the sessions making every moment of it count. She was also sure to correct my movements if needed to avoid injury and to ensure I maximized results.
The personal training, yoga and boxing are very similar in this regard, the trainers are professionals and provide comprehensive, accurate fitness advice specific to you and your fitness journey. The sessions are challenging, worthwhile and results driven.
Also, you don't need to be a member to book in for personal training/pilates/yoga/boxing sessions, I thoroughly recommend it.
a. g.I went with my friends in the Spa and we had the treatment called dolce vita.. It was fantastic! We had massage, facial,manicure and we spent most of the time in the swimming pool where we had food and drinks too. Everything was perfect and beautiful.We really enjoyed. The Louge Bar was nice too. We had cocktails with few tapas.

It's a perfect location with Harrods and Harvey NICS on your doorstep. Highly recommended for friends any travellers visiting London.

Entirely designed by the architect and designer Antonio Citterio, this hotel offers you the best of Italian design: elegant, refined, intelligent, without mistakes of taste or ostentation. The rooms are large and very well thought out, with a host of thoughtful details. The bathrooms are superb, and offer you a walk-in shower with all the space so as not to bump into the walls. The lobby is very pleasant for afternoon tea, and the Rivéa restaurant offers excellent "Mediterranean" cuisine. The spa is superb, there is a nice swimming pool and even a cinema room to watch a movie with friends if you like. The service is impeccable, with unparalleled attention to detail. The location is perfect: a stone's throw from Hyde Park, Harrod's, Sloane Street shops ... The hotel is expensive, but its quality is worth breaking the bank!
