R. J.Had afternoon tea here with my partner. We were helped with directions getting down and with parking. They gave us an excellent service, the sandwiches and scones were a delight. The tea selection was great and full of flavour. I would recommend this place, a lovely location and decor.
G. A.Myself and friends went here for afternoon tea. The customer service is absolutely outstanding and second to none. The 2 exceptional staff members were Dean and Emerson who provided first class service from start to finish. We were treated like royalty. Nothing was too much trouble. The afternoon tea however was distinctly average. The sandwiches could have been more aesthetically pleasing. Standard and quality of ingredients just ok. The chef ensured that the celebrant had macaroons and a Happy 50th Birthday 🎂 🥳 plate, which was a lovely touch. The scones were delicious and freshly baked. But the cakes as part of the afternoon tea were far too tiny and barely the size of a finger nail. We ordered more scones in light of the miniscule cakes and were charged £8.00 in addition. The hot drinks selection was disappointing and no cold drinks made available as part of the offer. That said the actual customer experience was amazing and would return for the ambience and excellent customer service but not afternoon tea!!!

1.having stayed one night i wish it was a week the staff here are excellent from Emerson liban and the lovely anamika made the stay fantastic eveb the barman which i wish i got his name excellent service and i will be staying again this place is so friendly you feel bad for leaving if you the owner read the reviews these people are valued members
B. A.The room has a stunning view and is big, the staff is nice, their massage/treatments are very good and their afternoon tea is decent. However, the spa/swimming pool/gym doesn't belong to the hotel so you end up with a lot of people, no sunbeds available, and not so clean changing rooms. The breakfast was not great (they only had an average English breakfast and we had to wait for almost an hour to be served while one waitress forgot to bring us toasts and serve us drinks). The bar and restaurant closed at 9pm. No bathroom supplies or hairdryer or minibar or kettle in the room except the bare minimum (shampoo/body wash), we had to call for some stuff (not up to a 5 star standards).

Due to the facilities being closed, I had been upgraded to an executive room and the view from this room is absolutely breathtaking. The staff have gone above and beyond so far and the rooms are so clean. Bed and sofas are super comfy as well. I cannot wait to stay here again, feeling refreshed for day 2. Thank you.
J. S.A lovely hotel, with staff to match. The room was pleasant, comfortable and spacious, with a view over the River Thames. The bathroom was immaculate and roomy, with my only complaint being no soft close loo seat (which even I agree is being picky). I have to give a mention to the room lighting, as most regular hotel travellers will know, often you feel like you need a PhD to work the bedside light switches flawlessly, these were well thought out and sensibly arranged. I would stay again in a heartbeat if I needed to be in Canary Wharf.
T. M.Stayed here for a ro***tic break and it was a lovely hotel, perhaps too business like but very good. The room was very tidy and clean we literally couldn't find a single dust in the room. The room was superb. The staff were friendly and helpful. Service at the hotel is top notch.

They attended to our every need and the balance was just right. We were not kept waiting for anything and were made to feel very comfortable. The starters and mains were average - they were just okay. The desserts were delicious and way above our expectations after the starters and mains. We had a glass of champagne with our deal, which went down well. The prices are quite high for what we had, but the ambience is lovely and in a great location.

M.Came here for afternoon tea a while ago. It's OK only. Nothing special about their afternoon tea or the selection at all. For a hotel in Canary wharf I expected it to be a bit more classy. Some of the teas were from teabags and not loose leaf which was not authentic. Also the scones were quite hard and possibly not fresh from the same day. The staff on the day couldn't tell us what each teas tasted like or what they were which was also disappointing. Wouldn't return here sadly. Wish it was better.
P. I.If you've never been there before make sure to get a taxi. The suspended roundabout is the way in, but that's not it, you have to route around. The facilities are great, the view is amazing and what struck me is the quietness. In some of their conference rooms you can't hear a peep and with the great view on top it almost makes you want to break into yoga.

O. L. A.Used to be called the four seasons Hotel in Canary wharf but it's just a change of name, nothing else changed. Their excellence in service is still the same. I have stayed here about 30 times now over 5 years and they are just wonderful. You need to try the breakfast, the room service as well, the bed and the shower. The main 4 things that make any hotel. And I travel alot so i would know. Next stop Birmingham, Alabama in the US of A then Trump Hotel in Washington DC, I hope they would be able to keep up with the excellent job Canary Riverside Plaza is offering us right now.
T. M.Superlative and really weel furnished. The mains are a carvery offering roast beef beautifully tender and cooked to your liking and lamb shoulder which melted in the mouth. My room looked out over some nondescript part of London, but the pitta and humous in the bar in the evening were absolutely the best I have tasted anywhere.

I was travelling to London alone for the first time and Nelio Afonso (Guest experience Manager) ensured I knew what I needed to know about the travel. Helped me with the city map. I had a great time in London due to the courteous staff of this hotel. Sure to visit again.
T. D.Stayed Sat night for one night, flawless service from check in to check out, lots of little extra touches along the way! Offered bottles of water on check in, due to heat, and complimentary little Lemon Meringue tarts at 4 pm brought to room! Bed was really comfortable, great bathroom, all in all i look forward to another opportunity to stay at 4 seasons in Docklands.
T. M.Had a couple of nights here in April 2016 and I would recommend it to anyone making a trip to London. Had such a great nights sleep. The Thames Clipper has a pier positioned right outside of the hotel and the DLR is within an easy short walk. You could eat as much as you like for a very reasonable price.

Canary Wharf is a modern district with an infinite number of shops and restaurants. Overall a great week. Gladly again!

Großes Hotel in Canary Wharf direkt am Fluss. Die Zimmer auf der Flusseite bieten einen erstaunlichen Blick. Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, überdurchschnittlich auch wenn man die Hotelklassifizierung berücksichtigt. Die Zimmer sind groß und bequem, sowie das Badezimmer. Das Frühstück kann ich nicht bewerten (habe nicht im Hotel gefrühstückt), aber Zimmer-Service ist sehr gut. Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung. Canary Wharf ist ein modernes Viertel mit unendlich vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Im großen und ganzen eine tolle Woche. Gerne wieder!

年末年始の花火はロンドンアイ側はちょうど建物があり見えませんが、対岸の小さい花火が４，５か所位あがっているのが見えます。が、花火が低いのと規模は小さいです。お正月気分だけ味わうには混み合ったところまで出かける必要もないので良いかと思います。大みそかにはホールのニューイヤー・ケーキのサービスがありました。部屋は申し分なく星５つ。
