P. S.Just had my first stay at the Canopy and it was definitely a 10/10 experience. The hotel itself is stunning, it’s huge, the decor is beautiful and it’s very clean. It looks better than it does in the pictures! The staff were amazing, not only were they super helpful in making this the best experience for a birthday, but they went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and special. The room was just perfect, the bed was probably the most comfiest, the decor was so chic and different to any hotels I’ve stayed in before but in a really good way, the bathroom was just as good. One of the biggest factors for me was cleanliness and it’s one of the many reasons I’d give this hotel a 10/10. The robes, socks and slippers in our king room were also a lovely touch! For the price, I can honestly say this was more than worth it. Overall, this has to be one of the best stays I’ve had. I’ve stayed in numerous hotels in London and this has got to be the best! A big thank you goes to all the staff for making this stay so special!
J. C.I spend ten days at the newly opened Canopy by Hilton hotel. In the midst of a pandemic and staff shortages, this hotel was EXCELLENT! The staff was wonderful; making sure you were well taken care of. The food was very good, a beautiful CLEAN gym and room service was wonderful. Also in late spring of 2022, there will be a rooftop bar, which looks to be beautiful. I highly recommend this hotel for your next visit to the amazing city of London!
J. J.We were bought a trip up the Shard for Christmas by our kids and a stay at the Canopy overnight was superb. The hotel is fairly new and was mostly empty whilst we were there but the staff were very attentive and looked after us really well. The room was quite small but had everything we needed although the bare concrete ceiling was not to our liking.
L. H.What can I say other than wow. This hotel is just incredible. Brand new, literally opened a few months back. The room was lovely and modern (thanks for the free upgrade!). The breakfast was just amazing, soo tasty. The service from initially stepping into the hotel was outstanding, even greeting us each and every time we walked past a staff member. This hotel and every member of staff is a credit to the Hilton brand. Shall certainly be staying here again in the future.

It’s not every day that a hotel goes above and beyond, and we felt that Canopy did that- it’s the small touches- a welcome card, chocolates hand-delivered to the room, and a complimentary personal drinks tasting provided by the bar, for instance, that added a personal touch and make guests feel specially catered for, and not just a room number. This is all on top of a stunning modern building with artistic flair and unique décor.
Strongly recommend if visiting London!
T.What a stay! If you’re thinking of booking stop thinking and BOOK!! You will honestly not regret it. The hotel is amazing and the service was impeccable. Melanie at the reception was wonderful and the whole team were so welcoming and thoughtful. It was my partners birthday and they went above and beyond to make it a memorable trip. I’m honestly so blown away at the kindness we received. Everyone we encountered were so lovely. Thank-you to the great bartender who took his time to take some photos of us. The drinks were great too!
The room was soo comfy and the place is wonderfully decorated. I love the fact there are so many sockets, I always struggle as there are never enough for my hair appliances. We had a great nights sleep & the bed had great fluffy pillows and I love the decor and the lighting throughout. We had breakfast in the restaurant and it was lovely, the food was great and the hot chocolate recommended by the lovely lady was so yummy I had two!
I love how modern the whole hotel it is with great places to sit and enjoy the space. This new hotel is fantastic and everything is so well thought out. I’ve already started raving about it to everyone I know. Check-out was also a smooth process and Alberto at checkout was so kind.
I will absolutely be back in future! I could write and essay on how superb everything was. My new favourite hotel!!!

R. E.This place is 100/10. Amazing location, staff, cleanliness, and overall. I stayed here the week of opening and everything from breakfast (Beet latte is a must) to the beautiful gym to the nice view from the room. The room was one of the nicest I've stayed at in Europe. The facilities are beautiful. The contemporary feel throughout the hotel was sublime. The staff was very responsive and courteous. 100% will stay here again next time I'm in London, hands down the best Hilton I've stayed at in Europe.

B. S.A great experience at a brand new hotel: My positive experience began as soon as I arrived at the end of a long flight and cab ride into the city. The staff was upbeat and welcoming. The hotel was fresh and modern. After a quick check-in process, I was in a brand new room. The finish was very nice combining the industrial and modern feel in a warm and comfortable way. The mattress and pillows were so comfortable. Nina and her team were fantastic throughout the stay. And, you can actually get a taste of true, small batch London gin here. The location was great to access anything from Tower Hill through the Financial district.

A.My stay here was excellent, the staff are very helpful and polite. Manager showed us to our room and even helped with luggage! :D. I stayed in a twin room, it was very spacious, fresh, clean and everything new. The bed was the most comfortable had the best sleep. The pantry was great and the ice machine in hallway was perfect! The gym facilities are also great! If I could rate this hotel more than 10 I would it's the best hotel I have stayed at thus far. Brilliantly run hotel, everything was very clean and tidy and the little details in the room were awesome. The bed was also very comfortable! Best nights sleep I've had in a while . today after my Bank notify me on this, I called Canopy Hotel right away.
and within 30min of the call, Christina from Canopy Hotel contacted me back confirming that they have now released the fund and it should reach my account within few days (exactly what they mentioned on my check out day on February the 3rd)
so I will see if this issue resolved by Friday.
the good thing is Canopy Hotel is trying to resolved the issue quick, but it is disappointing for the fact that me as a Customer is the one that notify them on this.
perhaps Canopy Hotel should put a layers of check to know whether Customer deposit has been charged and or refunded correctly.

G. B.I can happily say this is the best Hilton (and on par for best hotel in general) that I have ever stayed at. The hotel has a very modern and relaxed vibe while still maintaining a wonderful high standard.
The bedrooms are spacious and have the comfiest beds I’ve ever slept in! The staff are superb, professional and friendly from check in, to housekeeping who say hello in passing, breakfast staff, to check out. The breakfast was also fantastic with plenty options that you’ll struggle to find elsewhere. It was a wonderful last minute booking to celebrate my partner and I’s engagement and will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

J. D.We visited London to celebrate our grandchildren’s birthdays, they were aged 3 and 8 or as they would say soon to be 4 and 9. They hotel could not have been more accommodating to assist in their celebrations. They provide complimentary birthday cake to the room for them and also supplied matching children’s bathrobes and slippers a small gesture but really impressive the children.
The hotel had only been open four weeks before our arrival but you would never have known. The service and team were outstanding in their attention to detail and willingness to create a great experience. They treated you as if you were family rather than just a guest visiting another hotel in London.
The design of the the rooms and communal areas is of a contemporary style with warm touches with the wood finishes and the soft muted colour schemes throughout a pleasant change to many corporate changes and the added details of local art in the corridors was also a nice touch.
With in the communal areas there were plenty of areas to sit and relax, these spaces are open and spacious and reassuring especially in todays climate.
The restaurants and bar areas offer outstanding quality in there food choices, the breakfast was one of the best we have experienced in London.
The food in the bar area although limited in choice (especially for kids) was equally as outstanding and had something for everyone, the team here were excellent one of the children didn’t feel well and they offered alternatives for him.
We highly recommend Canopy by Hilton in London for your stay regardless of why you are in London be it Family, Couples or Business.
Access to The Tower of London and the open top bus tours stops are only a 5 minute walk away and Aldgate Tube station is the same distance away giving you access to Londons other sights to explore.
N. H.The hotel is really new and so was lovely and shiny. Really well equipped and spacious rooms. The staff were very attentive and helpful. It is a great location being 50m from Aldgate tube and bus stops. So much better than the hotels in the West End and better connected for a trip to London. Strongly recommend.

P. D.One of the best hotel to stay in a long time the staff was Professional and Awesomely and the location perfect close to the subway and bus stations. Bar tender they made me this awesome cocktail it was my with cucumber can’t remember the name of the drink it was made by Anisha. Highly recommended I’ll be staying again.
O. W.This hotel is outstanding. I was very impressed, the building looks stunning on the outside and in. The rooms are beautifully furnished and are extremely spacious. The bathroom is very modern and its definitely the best shower I’ve ever had. The beds are so comfy, the tv is of great quality with a wide desk.
I definitely recommend getting a west facing room as the views a stunning (view pictures).
Since the hotel is so new (only open 2 weeks at the time of writing) the halls and rooms smell like new and the towels are extremely fluffy.
I was most impressed with the customer service. All the staff were outstanding, providing anything i needed immediately on request. The breakfast was the best I’ve ever had in a hotel, the food was incredible quality with so much choice.
Its worth noting that at this point the hotel is not yet complete. Since its so new, work isn’t fully complete on the hotel yet. The rooftop cocktail bar is still under construction and the main restaurant is only serving breakfast. I was told that the hotel will be complete by spring 2022. Even with some construction, I never heard a peep from the busy streets of london or the construction work.
