We moved here from another hotel (that didn't have air conditioning and room was hot and road busy so noisy all night). This place was a little more expensive, but worth it as having access to a kitchen with a supermarket just outside can save the extra money spent - also we could've packed lighter knowing there was a washing machine to use. The room was much cooler and had air conditioning if we needed it. A large space for the family to enjoy. Staff were friendly and helpful and booking process fine. We had a large family apartment room. A few details to note for packing - take your own clothes washing soap for washing machine and there was not a lot of space to dry items - I did handwashing and had taken some drying line and pegs to help, but it was difficult to place this. A towel rail in the bathroom or corridor area would probably help here and also for placing the towels. There wasn't 4 sets of forks, knives and spoons in the drawer...we got by, we didn't ask for more, they may have supplied them had we asked. And when in the bathroom, we could hear the conversation very clearly from another room through the air vent...however we couldn't hear this within the rest of the room and it didn't affect our stay. We were very happy with our stay and will definitely be looking to stay here next time we're in the capital. Easy to get to from Central London and just round the corner from Hoxton Underground (Overground) station.

It's cheap and cheerful. Fine for a couple of nights stay but I wouldn't recommend any longer than that. Amenities and the rooms are very basic. I was there on a Friday night and it's wasn't the quietest place in the evening, probably a better base for someone going out in Shoreditch rather than for work.

Fantastic location, surrounded by great restaurants. Facilities in the studio flat surpassed expectations. The private kitchen in the room is a great size, contains an oven with 2 hobs, microwave, kettle, washing machine, iron & ironing table, everything you need in the cupboards and we've made good use of it. The triple room has a single & double bed, plus a very long sofa and a 4 seater dinning table and large TV. Great WiFi signal, lovely staff at reception and the cleaning staff were so friendly when we needed extra bits. Really impressed with our experience 4 days into our stay and highly recommend for a small family or group traveling into London. Beds are comfortable and there is a Sainsbury's supermarket 2 doors away if you need to stock up on anything. Much more comfortable to have the extra space and facilities for a longer stay for a business trip or small family when coming into London.

The hotel is well located and close to pubs and restaurants which is best I can said about it. The bedroom walls are very thin so you will hear all the noise around you and can be an inconvenient if you need silence to sleep.

The host were really nice and the staff have a good a ethnic balance between them which they are able to cater for all types of people especially people speaking different Languages. The food in the downstairs restaurant was quick easy to order up to your room. The staff make you feel relaxed and always willing to help and make you feel comfortable. Great central location, great shops, good value for money. I’ve been here a few times now and this time the water in the shower was running really slow I’m assuming the pressure wasn’t high enough also the room was a little dusty I think due to the towels fibers but because I was soo comfortable in bed I could be asked to complain. Otherwise, all good!

The area this hotel is in is quite good. There is quick access to a good number of important bus lines and train stations. The streets were never too busy or loud. The hotel itself is nothing fancy, but we got a room for 3 people and the space was very nice. It did not feel modern, but I disagree with some reviewers saying it looked dated. It is fine. What was not particularly fine is that we stayed for 2 weeks, and in 2 weeks the sheets and towels were replaced only once, and it was the day before we left, so this is an area for improvement, as is having the place cleaned every couple of days. Other than that, this is a nice place on a good price and nice location!

Great hotel! Friendly and helpful staff. The room was just what we needed during our stay and had plenty of great restaurants and shops around it. Short walking distance to brick lane was a bonus.

It's alright for the price. Check in staff friendly and helpful. Equipped with full sky TV package and lots of space. And pretty much everything works as it should which is good. The bed is comfy. The curtains are too small and my room was facing the main road so not ideal for light sleepers

Clean, not fancy, but good price. Decently equipped kitchenette. We had a 3 person studio and the beds were comfortable. Air conditioning worked well. Very good bus links to central London (the stops are literally right outside the hotel). Very small Sainsbury's with limited selection just down the street for groceries. Plenty of fast food options nearby - pizza, middle Eastern, Vietnamese.

The property was really nice and steal at the price. I got a 4 person room in less then 100 pounds, probably because of the season. The only bad thing was the person at the front desk, after a late night flight he was super rude. Need to smile uncle! Take care

We went there last year for a week. It was really clean and easy to book and to find. The staff was really friendly and there was always someone there to help. It is an exellent alternative to a hotel because it is cheaper but as good as a hotel. The department store "Sainsbury" is on the right side of it so you can easily buy groceries for cooking in the kitchen. If we would visit London we would stay there again.

Located northeast to the main London attractions. Most can be reached in 15-30 minutes. One minute walk to bus station, five minutes walk to tube network. You can find grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Not a busy area. Rooms are just fit and decorated for functions. Hot shower may be tricky to adjust. 24-hour counter. Good base to explore London.

Good location. Hotel is clean, generally okay but try not to get a room facing the street. No parking so we paid £15 a day to park in the street on F zone. We got a room facing the back but still lots of construction works and you could hear noise from both construction and the train from behind even though Windows were double glace. This was suprising. Roof is thin so you could hear people stomping the floor above. Only minutes walk to Hoxton station and a couple of stops to Whitechapel nd on to other locations in the city. Alternatively 5 stops on the bus to Liverpool street.

We had a great stay at the Central Hoxton. . . found them from a web search when a train cancellation left us in immediate need of a place to stay that night. Not fancy, but nice kitchen and comfortable beds. The kids used a sleeper sofa which was quite nice. Management seems to be upgrading the property currently. Shoreditch is a fantastic neighborhood, a must see if you haven't already. I will say that the top attribute for the Hoxton Apts is the sales manager on site, Suna K. There are certain employees that elevate an entire experience for the customer, and Suna is one of these rare individuals. Meeting and working with her in our time of need was a trip highlight. Bravo!

Bed not very comfortable and poorly soundproof street side room more we had a lamppost next to our window that lit up the room since the curtains did not take the whole window. Otherwise rather spacious room. Bathroom a bit small. Also know that it is mentioned that it has parking but it is false. At the reception we were given a map with the streets around the hotel and had to find a place then set 5 pounds in 2h increments. (Original) Sympa pour une nuit. Lit pas très confortable et chambre coté rue mal insonorisée de plus nous avions un lampadaire à coté de notre fenêtre qui éclairait la chambre étant donné que les rideaux ne prenaient pas toute la fenêtre. Sinon chambre plutôt spacieuse. Salle de bain un peu petite. Sachez également que il est mentionné quil dispose d'un parking mais c'est faux. A la réception on nous a donné un plan avec les rues autour de l'hôtel et il fallait trouver une place puis réglé 5 livres par tranches de 2h.
