We read the scary reviews before the arrival and we were ready to back out. However, we did contact the Chelsea Bridge Apartments with our concerns and the staff understood why we are worried and they have reassured us. When we have arrived we were greeted by 2 reception staff who were friendly and welcoming, and they have explained how everything works etc. When we arrived in the apartment we were positively surprised with the size of the place, it was spacious and breathable, not small at all. I stayed in the apartment overnight to study and I was not disturbed by any noise, and the windows are double glazed so the traffic noise really is almost impossible to hear. Everything was very clean and tidy and it was easy to warm the place up. The pillows and quilt are actually filled with feathers, which really made us feel cozy and comfortable. We slept well. The location is really good. There is ‘the gym’ around the corner as well. We didn’t get a hot water at first, but after checking the boiler the hot water was there. The kitchen was stocked up with necessary things. I can’t complain about anything. The only feedback that I can provide is to perhaps give the guests additional set of keys to the room. My partner went out but I stayed in, I had the keys with me because I wanted to go to the gym. My partner came back late so I had to get up from the bed, get dressed to walk downstairs to open the door for him. Maybe this is already provided to the guests but we haven’t asked for an additional set of keys? We have both agreed that we would stay here again if we travel to London in the future.

My family and I stayed here twice over Christmas 2021. The first 4 nights were 12/2--12/24 and one night before departing back to Los Angeles on 12/29. We had a 2 bedroom apartments on the 3rd floor. Overall, we were very pleased with the accommodations, but there is little to no ventilation and a poorly working fan in the bathroom. With 4 people taking showers this caused a lot of condensation to set in on the already slick tile floors which led to a slip and fall on our last night where I injured my knee. Everything else was great. Spacious and well appointed kitchen. The television wasn't great, but we weren't in town to watch TV. A quick walk to the Battersea tube station (which puts all of London at your disposal) and a lovely pub called The Mason's Arms was just down the road in the opposite direction of the tube station. They did take a large deposit, but it was refunded quickly after both stays. I would definitely stay there again, but would caution the owners to take a look at the ventilation in the bathrooms before someone gets seriously hurt.

Great location, we stayed in studio 1 the 2 bedroom apartment on the 4th floor, it was great. We were travelling with two young children and wanted somewhere we could relax once they had gone to bed. Chelsea bridge apartments did not disappoint. Tesco express across the road, a well enough equipped kitchen, secure entry with fobs etc. It’s clear that these apartments have had problems with parties and damage before, the deposit was unexpected on arrival (£250) and I was worried after reading reviews that people had not had their money back but we left yesterday and the money is back in my account today. I would recommend to friends and family and we will definitely be back. Parking was a big bonus. We had a really great weekend and the bed in the master bedroom was sooo comfortable. Only downside is the strange TV set up, would have preferred a freeview option rather than the cable they had set up but we didn’t really come to London to watch tv!

Cracking rental property. Great size and location. Plus, with the tube expansion, it's only a 5min walk from Battersea.

Booked through booking.com pictures showed balcony but upon arrival was told balcony rooms are super deluxe rooms extra charges. But apartment we had was nery nice, Large & spacious nicely furnished. 1 note for improvement would be for management to invest in better mattresses apart from that enjoyed the stay. Not trying to be negative in review as I did enjoy the stay but areas could be improved

Stayed in the Penthouse. The views are great. Bit rough around the edges with the fixtures and fittings. But pretty comfortable. Good location. Light sleepers be aware that trains are audible nearby until midnight ish.

Location is very convenient right next to a train station (one stop away from the Victoria station on the National Railway Southern Line) and several bus lines. Also next to a few restaurants that are decent value in terms of value. There is also a grocery store, Tesco, roughly 7 minutes walk away from here. The interior and exterior needs some update. Bring your own towels as the towels that was in our unit was a bit old and looks like they’ve seen better days. Lastly the hallway is quite small so can make maneuvering a stroller quite challenging.

Nice place and reasonably prices, I've stayed here 3 times but on 2 we had no hot water in the morning, really spoiled the stay. I'd stay again but they need to sort the water out.

Shabby, location is not great but there is a tescos local. Views are ok a lot of skyline but unbuilt also included so not amazing views. Apartment inside is Nice though better than exteriors

This hotel was very nice. It was clean and had all the necessities like a full kitchen with all the appliances. The location was kind of far out from downtown but the surrounding area was nice and felt safe. The staff was excellent and accommodating.

Apartment felt cold and the mattress was very springy. We asked for a baby cot and they brought us a playing cot which was not suitable for sleep. Also, we could hear a lot of noise coming outside and above apartments, such as toilet flushing. On the positive side, the apartment is spacious. It had a tv and there were all necessary dishes for cooking.

Very clean and well furnished. Good location but traffic noise is very loud inside the suites. Restaurants are within walking distance and a train station is just around the corner. We'll be staying here again despite the noise because the benefits of location and on site parking (for 25 GBP per day).

Absolutely amazing but I couldn't turn the rubbish bin on that made me very sad. And the shower knobs are 3 cubes with no indication of what they do half my shower was freezing to death and burning alive. The toaster was pretty cool and the view was amazing the beds were like personal clouds I loved it

Lovely spacious apartments that are at a very good price. Spotlessly clean with a very modern look. Patio area with seating. Breakfast is served in a little cafe within the grounds of the apartments. Will definately be going back again .

Even a freezer is available. The decor is modern and you feel right at home. Lies between two busy streets and it can be louder in the morning. Overnight cooling the apartment pretty much and the control of the air conditioning (!) Is a mystery. Nice staff at the reception. (Original) Sehr großzügiges Apartment mit zwei Schlafzimmern, einem (kleineren) Bad und einer zweiten Toilette. Komplette Küche mit wirklich allem (inkl. Waschmaschine), was man braucht. Sogar ein Gefrierschrank ist vorhanden. Die Einrichtung ist modern und man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Liegt zwischen zwei stärker befahrenen Straßen und es kann morgens etwas lauter werden. Über Nacht kühlt das Apartment ziemlich ab und die Steuerung der Klimaanlage (!) ist ein Mysterium. Nette Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption.
