Stayed for a few days last week, was a bit apprehensive from some reviews but this was totally unnecessary. Room was perfect, looked fresh and very reasonable for the price. Location was perfect for the Tube into main parts of London and just 5 mins walks from the museums too. Will definitely recommend and look forward to staying here again in the future! Reception staff looked after us very well too and even provided a left luggage service for our last day so we didn't have to worry about this either!

I thought Chelsea Cloisters was great value for money, as a three star budget hotel in a good area. It was clean with friendly desk staff. The room was exactly what we needed, comfortable bed, great water pressure in the shower and an added bonus is the ability to cook in your room, we ate breakfast in our room each day and also had one evening meal there. There's a Sainsbury's just down the road and we felt safe walking around at night. We had a room at the rear of the hotel and it was quiet at night. There are multiple bus routes close to the hotel and the tube is within walking distance too. It was close to the natural history museum and we walked there. This is a hotel we will use again when staying in London!

Location of the property is one of the best advantages.Their rooms are big enough and nice room amenities. The reception is small, but noone is going to stay there hours and hours :) Thanks to front office and reservation team for their hospitality and efforts.

Me and my boyfriend had an amazing time staying at this apartment building. We will definitely be returning! It is so close to all the main places we wanted to visit in London. The neighborhood was lovely and the speakeasy bar located within the building itself was a great touch. I wanted to give a special shoutout to Martina who made our stay extra special, thank you also to the team who greeted us and wished us well they made us feel so welcome. The apartment we stayed in was spacious, clean and had an amazing view. Honestly one of the best places I've ever stayed in London and can't wait for another weekend away here and seeing more of Kensington and Chelsea.

We had two night stays in this hotel. You will have everything you need for even a long term stay.kitchen appliances are more than enough.
The bathroom was spacious and tidy.Bed was comfortable.
Staff are friendly and helpful
Well Recommend

Great, helpful, friendly staff. Very convenient location but the apartments don't live up to much. Quite dated and some fairly obvious damages. An upgraded room for a long check-in wait meant we had an extra bedroom, which wasn't very helpful as there was only 2 of us staying.

Love the staff here! They are always friendly, happy and helpful. Not a fan of the hotel! The walls are really thin, you feel like you’re in the room with your neighbours when they are talking. Doors slamming all the time because they are the fire safety doors…fine for a weekend but renting for long term you will need ear plugs to sleep.

The rooms were clean and bright, with plenty of space. We were very impressed with that. The workmanship in the shower and bathroom and around the place generally was very good. The place was properly heated, we had a fully functional electric hob, washing machine, lounge area and studio / sofa bed. Was a bit disappointed on checking out, as the staff member just said, "Do you have your key?". They did not ask us if we liked the room or had had a good stay in London or anything - and I say this because I myself wanted them to ask me so they I could tell them we enjoyed our stay
K.
I stay here regularly- staff are always friendly, the rooms are nice, clean and along with the location it's good value for money. So handy to have a kitchenette! Recommend
A. D.
Nice hotel, many capacious rooms to choose from and one of the most popular one in the area.Certainly nice corridors and lovely room setting.I would recommend it if it's cheap though
M. a.
Great location for public transport. A few minutes walk from south Kensington tube, and a few minutes walk to Kings road for the bus. Be aware that not all rooms are like in the pictures. Although everything I needed was in the room, it was very much in need of an update.

Good apartments, very clean and well equipped including iron and hairdryer. Staff helpful and friendly. Sainsburys express next door for self catering needs. Would stay again.

Great Value , central location and please don't be silly to book and then complain about how noisy it is cause its in the middle of London. If you want peace and quite then pay LOT MORE and stay in the countryside!
My room was facing a road and yet double windows allowed me to sleep at night , short and sweet stay with the most wonderful customer service from All staff...
I. P.
Location is great
Amenities not so. Rooms are dated, washing machine full of mold and doesn’t work, taps caked with limescale
Really not the luxury the pictures portray,
S. K.
Nice rooms clean, modern, new, not 5star but very fair for the price.. very good location.. central chelsea
L. M.
It is a really convenient place, I had a great view with a old flat but I could have a great flat with no view. Very clean place.
O. L.
Lovely stay! Have fun if you get room 368 👻
I. G.
Okay, never been my favourite building, but good location, studios depend on the owner, Barts is probably the best thing out of this building!
B. M.
Had a great stay here. Brilliant location to explore London from
G. H.
Decent place to stay for the area and reasonable value given the location. Accessible for all the museums and Kensington too. Rooms were clean and a good size.
H. U.
If you're lucky enough to get one of the real "luxury suites" you will like your stay. They decided to give us the worst suite in the hotel. Not well maintained, very small and just as good as any 2 star hotel around King's Cross. We insisted to change the suite and had a better one, spacious and even a living room which should have been the case from our check-in. Ask for the nice one straight away and don't waste your time. Cleaning is fine though but the overall standards are definitely not luxurious.
A. N.
Good price for a hotel to stay in and great location
K. R.
Good facilities, including mini kitchen, including microwave and washer/dryer.
Flat screen TV on freeview. I had to re-tune.
No A/C, but good heating.
Take your own coffee and tea making materials.
Close to South Ken tube, the museums and various attractions in Hyde Park, (including new Van Gogh Exhibition).
P. C.
Nice apartments in the earth of London. Both for long stay or short stay.
C. R.
The room was excellent, small but everything you could need for a brief stay. Even a washer dryer. Only thing, could have done with a plug socket with usb for charging phones, will stay again when in londo. Alan Plymouth

The location was really good with transport close by. After reading some reviews our expectations were pretty low. But we were pleasantly surprised upon arrival. Lobby was great and looked good, hallways were narrow and the carpet has to go. The room was really good, sure it could use som updating since it is a big old hotel. But you're not paying top price, so why expect a 5 star hotel? Great closet space, good kitchen with everything you'll need and clean. The bathroom floor heating is a nice touch when staying there during winter time. It even had a smart TV with lots of channels. Staff is accomodating, let us check out an hour later free of charge and stored our luggage in a locked room before departure so we could have a last walk around town.
S. S.
My apartment was light spacious, simply furnished and very clean. Bathroom was modern, but draft through window, can appreciate old windows, but a blind might have stopped the draft. Location was amazing. Reception area adequate, friendly staff. Corridors to rooms need to be upgraded, seemed very dark and seedy, but overall Id book again.

It's alright, but thought I was on the titanic at one point. Very boat like! When your in bed and close your eyes it feels like your on the Atlantic! 😂🤣 good value for money in Chelsea although, slightly hostel-y but a good place to get your head down. Staff are friendly although check in felt like renting a house on a 6 month tenancy agreement and thought I was getting credit checked! I thought this was a hotel, reception is immaculate but it's very different back stage. This is definitely a place for the boys but I wouldn't bring your Mrs here for your anniversary she aint stopped moaning! I would come back but under different circumstances respect though chelsea cloisters x 😂
J. W.
Simple, practically furnished always clean and comfortable. Helpful staff.
J. T.
Lovely room
All amenities you would expect for the price and some you wouldn't like a bath and all sorts of TV channels
Lots to do in this part of London
Take your own tea coffee and milk if you like that handy
J. E.
We stayed only for one night so we haven't used all of the facilities. The double bed was very comfortable and the single one was OK. The sofa wasn't comfortable at all. I also asked for baby cot but there wasn't any. Kitchen was fully supplied with most needed things. The whole place was cleaned and tidy. Very good location, good for starting point. Definitely i would recommend it, part of the sofa bed.
K. R.
Great location in a nice old building that has seen better days. Only 5 minutes from South Kensington Tube. On this occasion our studio apartment was particularly small but comfortable for 2 nights. The facilities in the studio were good. Overall it looked tired and outdated. The windows and woodwork are in need of refreshing and /or replacement and the shower needs updating. The bed linen and towels were clean. The reception area and corridors have been redecorated and make a good first impression. On two other occasions in different apartments, both were of a similar condition. However; the relatively low cost of the apartment and its prime location with easy access to top London sites and beyond, allowed us to overlook the general shabbiness. We would stay there again as it wasn't so bad that we feel we couldn't return. It could be there are some better apartments within the building that have been recently decorated and modernised but we have yet to stay in one.
m. c.
This is a really well located accommodation. The reception staff are very friendly, however strangely they can't take a payment any you then have to go to an accounts office. I was upgraded from a studio room toast two bedroom apartment. The apartment was large, bright, well equipped and clean. Downside the double glazing is poor so traffic noise is intrusive and some small areas were decoration is disappointing. I will stay there again, for the price great value.
V. G.
The lobby was nice, staff are welcoming. The apartment itself was ok but better if it was decorated with a bit more style. The hallway coming from the lobby to apartment looked like needed some fresh painting, light balls, ceiling fixed and carpet changed as well.
G. D.
The hotel is in an incredible location in one of London's most adorable areas around Chelsea, South Kensington and Knightsbridge. There are many galleries, museums and parks around to explore. The room is clean and comfortable, and all the members of the team of night and day at the reception are very kind and attentive. They always help me calling a taxi, printing tickets, searching for places and resolving issues in a super professional and polite manner. I highly recommend it.
A.
The room had everything we needed and it was in a good area of London. It was my first time in London and the person who checked me in was super friendly and recommended few places for me to visit. The rooms were like a little condo with everything in it. I spend 3 days here and even had a pot to make some noodles for myself. Absolutely enjoyed my stay here. The only thing that bothered me a little was the strong smell which must have been because the building was old.
B. D.
Sufficient for a night or two. It had a kitchenette in the small studio I was staying in. For some reason the WiFi "wasn't included" in my rate. Somewhat noisy through the night. The area is gorgeous with lots of shopping around the hotel.
a. v. o.
Fantastic location if you can get a good rate. I had a kitchenette as well , making my stay even better value and I was able to entertain in my what turned out to be an apartment.
Staff at reception very friendly and helpful.
Room was just ok for size, with room for small table for people to sit and eat at...but i was out exploring most of the time so it did not matter.Nice bathroom too and the place was perfectly clean.
I really enjoyed discovering all the amazing boutique shops making the most beautiful things ( on earth).. even tho’ I was only window shopping..it was in January and the streets off the main roads were unexpectedly peaceful.
For those that want to know, Yes, Harrods is nearby.

Stayed at the Chelsea cloisters last week and I have to say the room we had was perfect, everything you needed for an apartment stay. The room was clean and fresh the bed was very comfortable, being up on the 8 th floor I expected to hear the noisy London traffic but had the window open and couldn’t hear a thing.the bathroom was bigger than expected too.we were visiting the saatchi gallery so the hotel is only 10 minutes away from everything. Parked the car in the Carpark which is 60 seconds up the road and left it there for the 2 day stay. Staff are very helpful and polite. I had trouble trying to shut a window but within 5 minutes they had sorted it. I would definitely recommend here as the price was really good for the area of London, will definitely be going back there.👍👍👍👍👍
J. H.
We enjoyed our stay, although the rooms are much older and run down than shown on the website. We stayed at Chelsea for 5 nights and got a great price for the location. The studio apartments are perfectly sized for a couple and there is a Sainsbury juts next door for shopping. Kitchen is also equipped well, but no microwave. Staff at reception is really friendly and helpful.

Witnessed two very different experiences in this place. Me and my parents both booked a room through a booking site. The front desk staff told me to go the letting office instead, where the service was friendly and I got my room keys in no time. My parents again were also told to go there, but apparently their booking wasn't with that place. After a lot of confusion they were told to go back to the front desk, where they refused to service and told to contact the letting office instead. After going back and forth enough the letting office and front desk staff concluded that their keys were at the front desk after all.
The building is apparently split into smaller companies, ranging from a hotel to longer term housing, but it's not very clear which one is which, as they all call themselves "Chelsea Cloisters".
The room we got was decent, but naturally not what the official pictures had. The place was clean, although you could see wear and tear everywhere, the bathroom was the worst.
The location was pretty good, but the whole experience left room for some improvement.
S. W.
A very reasonably priced apartment style hotel. The apartments have everything you need for a short stay.
Don't expect perfection, some fixtures and fittings need modernising, but they are still perfectly functional.
R. H.
Staff were friendly and the room was very nice! Our only problem was that wifi was not included and was very expensive to get it. But apart from that, it was a great apartment in a great location!
M. M. d. S.
Very well located, close to the underground and with lots of nice restaurants around.
The rooms are clean , but the one we've stayed is a bit old and with some minor maintenance issues. I know there are newer rooms available.
Front desk people although polite are not very helpful.
Other than that , good price , reasonable service . I recommend.
A.
Average accommodation. Great location, so if you are not expecting a 5 star, because you certainly are not paying the price for it, book here. Stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment. There is no aircon either so be mindful when booking in spring / summer.
P. S.
I had a great four night stay here. Good location, close to South Kensington Tube station, and interesting location. The staff were helpful and friendly and everything I needed was in the room including cooking facilities and washing machine. Definitely stay here next time.
C. B.
We stayed here for 2 nights. The room was clean and a good size. The house keeping staff were quite rude though. On the first morning they must have knocked on the door on 5 separate occasions, after me politely asking them to leave it for today each time, as I was trying to sleep. This put a disappointing edge on an otherwise nice trip which will make me think twice about returning.
P. W.
Great place to stay was excellent and helpful staff will being coming again
P. S. (.
Upon arrival the place looked promising, based on the entrance and lobby.
The room was decent in size, but lacked in a few aspects. The kitchen, while stocked with appliances, had no coffee or tea, but did provide washing up liquid for dishes. The dining/living room area had a dining table, a coffee table and a TV, but no sofa, even though there was plenty of room for one, so resting one’s feet required you sit or lay down on the bed. The windows, which I am guessing were originals, showed bad wear and tear, especially in the bathroom where the water from the shower hit the window and had rusted the window frame. The room/apartment was clean, though, and the bed was comfortable.
Staff was okay, although nobody acknowledged any resident entering the lobby unless they approached the desk and spoke to staff first. Letting office staff was far more friendly and helpful.
D. H.
Great location, 5/10 minute walk from South Kensington station. Reasonable prices, and powerful shower. Kitchenette very handy (but be sure to bring your own tea bags). Only failing was the very tired/damaged decor & furniture, otherwise it would be 4 stars
M. D.
Good location. Easy walking distance to two underground stations, a couple museums, good restaurants and shopping. Chelsea Clusters is a pretty calm place and in a quiet neighborhood. We stayed in one of the recently renovated 1 bedroom apartments (with living room and kitchen). It was fairly nice and decently sized for London. Staff was generally friendly and helpful. The hall carpets could use replacing and the elevators could use a little maintenance. All in all, it's a nice place and we'd stay there again.
m. k.
Main entrance on the front of building, there is a door in the back however no buzzer/ intercom
J. M.
Nice hotel, good price and good location, staff were helpful, no a/c and no free WiFi only bt payed Internet and its not the cheapest.
M. L.
Room was very old a tired. Paint flaking off the bathroom walls and rotting timber. Check in staff didn't seem very happy or courteous. It's a roof over your head at night and the location is very good.
S.
It is an affordable self-contained accommodation in a beautiful part of Central London. The location is really good, less than ten minute walk to South Kensington station. It is nicely positioned between V&A, Natural History museums and Saatchi Gallery. The staff at the hotel is very friendly and helpful. The corridors are a bit like a maze, I hope the hotel will be able to refurbish them soon. The studio itself was refurbished and self-contained. Good shower!
K. M.
Staff are really friendly, our apartment was lovely and clean. Ideally situated close to the underground. Will definitely book again.

I visited Chelsea Cloisters for the first time over Easter last month. I initially chose the hotel due to its location, although I was a bit worried due to some negative reviews I'd read. However, I was in for a great surprise. We were lucky enough to get one of the newly renovated apartments (yay), which was decorated very nicely, and spacious enough for a couple. We booked a one bedroom. Our room was on the 8th floor, which also looked newly renovated and we also had a lovely view of London. The location is perfect as it's between Sloane Square and South Kensington. Parts of the hotel is still a bit outdated, but for the money I think we got a lot and I will definitely recommend it to others.
N. H.
Great value for money, especially given the location.
Pleasant rooms, friendly staff. Booked for another stay in a week's time. Minutes from South Kensington underground, Royal Marsden hospital etc.
Downside is that, unforgiveable in this day and age, there's no free WiFi
Only old fashioned single glazed windows. Rooms still warm enough but, even on the 5th floor, some traffic noise.
Not bad enough to outweigh the advantages
Second visit. Even better room - and with double glazing. Same helpful, friendly staff
Definitely a place to consider staying
J. F.
Excellent location. Friendly staff. My television had a problem and it was dealt with very quickly. We were comfortable and it was perfect for our trip. Slightly shabby but that was not a problem
D. W.
It's not bad but there are a few issues with these apartments: for a starter there is no free wifi, the rooms are older than my gran and the kitchen and bathrooms were so tiny I needed a microscope to find the sink. Best parts about it is the location (close to a sainsbury's ayyyyy), the bar downstairs and the staff are extremely helpful and polite. Not a bad stay but it could have been improved.
B. A.
Ideally located on Sloane Avenue and close to amenities and events in West London. This hotel offers self contained rooms that would allow visitors to enjoy London like a local. Be able to cook and wash for themselves in charming 1920s surroundings. This by no means is an upmarket hotel but an old style of bedsits offered on a premium price for long term travellers. It has all the old decor and fittings - even the windows haven't been replaced.
M. L.
Very close to South Kensington underground in a very nice area. Rooms are s little small but not too bad. It is to be expected within London. Our room didn't have air conditioning and it can get quite warm. Otherwise it was good.
R. a.
CC is located in a very strategic location and just one transport away to many London attraction. It's not only worth the price for the accomodation but also in managing your transportation budget so that you can spend it strategically. It's located next to Sainsbury's local so you won't be starving ;) I read a lot of bad reviews about cc and by the time I checked in, I asked if I could get a renovated room or not. The staff was unable to fulfill my request but she told me that if I unsatisfied with my current room, please let her now between 11-11.30 so that they could arrange me to visit some available rooms that fit my preference (it's check out time btw). The cleaning service includes washing the dishes (yeah!). But don't expect to get toiletries. You will only get soap gel, shampoo, and soap bar. They also provided cleaning soap for the dishes. Decent cutleries, mug, frying pan, wine opener, can opener, etc. Microwave & Oven (small watt), iron and iron board, also security box. We use weekly package for WiFi, which you can (sometimes use it around London as well). Some wooden frame looks shattered and old, but it was still okay. Although it would be better if they fix it.
H. F.
Chelsea Cloisters was my chosen option for Chelsea Flower Show week in May, and is geographically only 10 mins walk to The Royal Hospital Showground. The block of Serviced Apartments is a metropolis of varying sized flats, over numerous floors. On my first night I stayed on the top floor, with far reaching views, but for the rest of the week moved down to the ground floor at the back of the building which I thoroughly recommend as it is by London standards relatively quiet, and easily accessible. The Apartment was well appointed and there was a supermarket only 5 mins walk away to purchase basic supplies. The bed was comfortable, and the Shower was efficient. Modern minimalist decor, was simple but effective. Only downside was the single glazed windows and roosting London Pigeons outside on the window ledges. A big bonus was the superb Dalesford Organic Shop and their fantastic Restaurant which was only 5 mins walk away. Staff at Chelsea Cloisters were very helpful and friendly.
This is a less expensive option for a week in London than staying in a Hotel.
C. V.
very good apartment, typically london type, the building is very nice also with 24 have reception and secure. it's well located to visit london as a tourist. just few details, the shower in one bath bath was handheld and cannot be fixed and wifi didn't worked.
S. M.
We stayed in Chelsea Cloisters for 2 weeks and, any time we visit London again, this would be our first choice, everytime
T. P.
Located in a very good area of London, easy access to kensington south station. Front desk very helpful. The apartment was somewhat dated and the radiator didnt work very well, but it was very clean and private. NO FREE WIFI. If you want wifi, you have to pay for it extra. Overall, it is a nice property.
S. A.
Good location, good service. But it has turned to a pick up place. The flats are very spacious and very well it. The furniture is nice and somewhat new. The service and security is good since there is a 24 hour porter and reception all the time. There is no parking but you can always find parking around the block and have a lot of meters. The prices here are somewhat reasonable considering that this place is in Sloan avenue which os o e of the most expensive areas in london but this is still very reasonable. The service is good and you have a cleaner that comes and clean the place and changes towels and bed sheets. Definitely will always recommend this place.
C. A.
A fairly practical location, a good 5 minutes walk from South Kensington tube station but over a fairly busy junction. The concierge service and doormen are reassuring, the lobby is nice but the decor throughout upstairs is looking very tired. The 2 lifts are very slow, a little temperamental and overworked for the size of the building. I walked the 5 stories faster than the lift on several occasions during my stay.
C. L.
Each appears to be owned by different companies or people, so are all separately fitted out. This means it is hard to know what your room will be like when you arrive. My room was surprisingly spacious for the area, and had a small kitchenette with a microwave and hob. The location is the real selling point for this, short walking distance from the Thames and Kings Road.
B. P.
A nice hotel in a nice area and a good price. Our room had a few issues (outlets the didnt work. Water pressure varied) but we didnt mind because the location was very good for us.
T. L.
Nice hotel. Only a few things that made me give it a 4 star review instead of a 5 star. Because the room my brother and I stayed in had a broken heater and in the bathroom you could see the paint flaking of the cabinets. But because of it really central location I give it a 4 review.
C. K.
Older building but clean & in a great area. We rented a studio apartment for a week. Nice neighborhood and can walk to a grocery store and to a bus stop. Would definitely stay again.
E. “. P.
The location is amazingly cosy beautiful rooms Very cute I live in a little studio clean arranged everything you need for shorter even longer stays.
A. J.
The building is weird. The hallway is like from scary movies, where it never ends. Also, on the day of the arrival one of the lifts didnt work. The back side lift looked horrible from inside so we decided to go back to the main one. Also, lift can fit only 4 people maximum. Can you imagine the queue for a such big building. Was quite annoying. The area is nice and pricey
R. S.
Surprised when we checked in and given our key, we find a couple already in our room deciding whether they preferred this room to theirs, which they definitely did not like. Room is very small but clean and tidy.
S. D.
A comfortable place to stay. I had two rooms. The furniture was functional. Everything was clean. There is a grocery store a block away and lots of eating places within a few blocks. I would stay here again.
A. R.
We had an apartment there for about a month and i thought the place was probably one of the best hotels ive ever stayed in, staff was very polite and helpful and the cleaning team was on top form as the apartment was clean to top standard every day.. Very happy and would definitely stay again.
R. A.
Fantastic place. Affordable short term and long term stay in the heart of Chelsea. Easy access to 3 different tube station in walking distance. Few min walk to Harrods. The new renovation looks fantastic.
M. P.
Well... it's a good location. There is no free wifi. What decade is it? We have a small apartment, the "extra cot" was very uncomfortable and had a big hole in the base so you couldn't sleep in some spots. The windows are old and one of the panes was cracked. The bathroom had black mold all over the window and the gray dirt build up around the closet carpet, yuck. That being said, when we had an ant problem two days in they sent up pest control that day. The furniture is mostly from Ikea, but functional. We have a small kitchen that works and a washer/dryer. Everything is functional and the heat is great and the curtains nice and heavy. Nice big closet. It has its pros and cons. As far as location I don't think you can do much better for the price. The staff was helpful and they clean the room everyday. There is a small grocery just around the corner
J. F.
Great position and good rooms
M. F.
Perfect location, close to several museums and Harrods. The building is old, our room had a living/dining room and kitchenette, very small as many buildings in London. We paid extra for daily cleaning service. A supermarket is next to the building. This building is in Chelsea which is a very good area in London. Old and tight spaces, but that's London (as is New York).
B. S.
Good location, close to the metro and different sights. Big complex though, that looks a little run down, but still it was clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. Would definitely rest here again.
M. J.
Very nice hotel with serviced apartments. We were on the top floor with a nice view of London. Friendly, helpful staff. Great location. Highly recommend.
L. C.
Good location. Short walk to the Tube. Close enough to the tourist stuff to walk if you want. The room was compact but still enough space to fit all the luggage and two people.
M. S.
Great location. Good view over London (Harrods lit up at night) - if you get that direction. Simple rooms. Friendly staff. Pity there’s no WiFi included
M. S.
Good stay for the night however manager said they’ll be back to me about deposit and still hasn’t arrived since New Years???
A. S.
Not very clean halls. Very noisy. U still can hear noisy neighbors because the door isn't too good. Too many weird people knocking the door all the time. Small rooms. Very small kitchen.
M. S.
I fell in the hallway over a step after checking in. No record of the accident was taken. Then went to the room to find a faulty dangerous multi plug which was secured with black electrical tape with wire exposed! Paint was flaking. Very basic. It was only a two night stay, looks absolutely NOTHING like the website.
B. D.
Rooms are ok. Well situated. Perfect for a budget exploration of the capital

Very large hotel. Easy access. Our room was bit small but clean and tidy. Toiletries all supplied.

Great all round.

Good place to stay with nice facilities like kitchen fridge washing machine dryer etc
T. M.
Excellent location for accessing underground, and plenty of places to eat a few minutes away in the Kings Road. Everything you need in the small kitchen in the studio. Only fault was the doorknob in the bathroom was broken but ***aged to improvise.
P. P.
Good price, nice location. Apartments not too good, and staff don't like to help
a. d.
tatty room, could do with a renovation, no free wifi despite the cost. the studios are self contained with washing machine hob , no microwave. fridge and tv that wont work.
J. R.
Love the bar & the beauty treats.
One for the evening, the second for the day after! Best nights in LDN just because of that very special atmosphere. Mingle, party, shine. Whenever I have a brill surreal convo just outside, I look up at the sign above my head: 'Chelsea Cloisters' and I know I'm home. For the night. Dress to impress!
E. S.
Perfect for a weekend in London. Next to the underground station. Very friendly stuff, clean rooms, everything you need. Around the corner there is a grocery store where you can buy your breakfast stuff.
A. P.
Very large hotel. Easy access. Our room was bit small but clean and tidy. Toiletries all supplied.
A. A.
Great location and the staff were very helpful. My room was brand new!! Couldn't have been more well positioned.
파.
if you get renovated room, you are quite good for its conditions, but even if that condition, mice could attract your unpacked foods when you are sleeping though. But I am okay
T. J.
It was fine. Rather noisy, and a bit shabby, but for the price, staying in the heart of Chelsea, no complaints.
A. A.
Central Location. I wrote them and asked for a room at the back of the hotel in order to avoid traffic noise. They gave a very nice room. Rather tired bathrooms.
T. S. P.
good for 2 persons per room can be cooking in room and nearby convenience store for food and drink and nearby Undergroud South Kensington station 7 min. walk such as central of transportation to everywhere in London
A. M.
Great place to stay! Beautiful apartment, silent and close to everything. Will come back! Thanks for everything!
A. L.
Chelsea cloister is very central and close to the tube (south Kensington). The complex is huge and there is a single elevator, which means you will probably have to walk a lot to get from the elevator to your room. The building is quite old (no sprinklers, single pane windows), so it could definitely use some remodeling.
A. i.
Great customer service and even better location. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay that is close to literally everything. Thumbs up for sure
K. L.
Rooms are a little small, with the bathrooms being particularly awkward to move around in. Otherwise, very clean with great staff!
c. m.
Always use when i am in london. Great location, and good value. The apartments are clean and homely. The staff are also friendly and helpful
J. M. B. (.
Affordable hotel-like accommodation in Chelsea! No room service or free WiFi but definitely value for the money
L. L.
Convenience place! 5 mins from South Kennington or sloane square. Quite clean! Everyday has cleaner to do room services. Little bit noisy when you face to the street.
T. K.
Had a nice night in. Bathroom was clean and so was bedroom.
s.
Convenient to metro. Nice clean apartment. Only problem was the smell of cigarettes from people smoking in other apts coming into ours.
T. W.
Rooms are spacious for a good price. Lots of storage. Location is very good. Noise is present.
M. T.
Very good apartments and nice lobby. The view is not so nice because it's a view on other part of the building and not a view of London.
L. C.
Very clean room with balcony
Was a bit on the noisy side due to traffic but ok
Staff friendly and helpful
Would definitely stay again
R. T.
Good location near South Kensington Station. Accommodation is so-so. If you hv extra bed, ask for blanket as well.
P. p.
Very tired needs updating price reflects this. clean with pleasant staff, great location discount on parking when staying here, £30 for 24hrs👍
s. w.
Fab location. Lovely compact room with all you need available. Being updated at the mo.
J. R.
Small apartment and pricey too. Still my favourite place to stay in london. The doorman 'George' is simply a gem.
T. J.
staff are so friendly and helpful. parking lot is very close to the hotel but expensive for over night parking.
R. O.
Three stars for a 3 star place. Boasts grandeur but is actually not anything special. The bar is a good crack though, pricey nonetheless
j. “.
Well maintained, friendly reception and cosy rooms. Kitchen slightly small.
L. N.
Nice location. Bed very hard. Kitchen Well equiped even with washing machine.
L. R.
Great location! Close to South Kensington tube and good cafes in the area. No wifi included.
N. K.
It's alright I guess. Right near South Kensington station. You have a Sainsburys local literally next door so travel and food is good
M. D.
The location is excellent and the room is not too small and has an excellent view to Harrods and the London Eye
l. v.
Handy for short term let in central London 5 minutes walk from South Kensington Tube station. Larger appartments approx 30m2.
B. D.
Rooms are ok. Well situated. Perfect for a budget exploration of the capital
M. S.
Nice hotel for it’s price and nice night staff
Will be good if they improve the little things that effect it’s shape inside 😘😘
T. M.
A very good stay, some issues with wardrobe door being loose, I informed front desk!
S. M. M.
Always a good place for a 24 hour drink 24/7/365 Days
A.
Good value for the price. Apartments are furnished cheaply and can be very warm.
R. Y.
Well located and most accommodating. Comfortable one bedroom with kitchen and washer/dryer.
K. K.
Room needs work paint peeling off the wall . wooden floor is coming up , bathroom tiles are cracked on the wall . tv half the channel didn't work .
S. F.
Great Location with most convenient place to be in heart of London, very supported reception team. And Good value of money.
G. C.
Great location but the pictures are extremely flattering... Clean but noisy rooms
H.
Expensive for what you are getting. Towel smells bad. Don't ever stay on first floor, very bad experience on 1st floor.
F. P.
It's a great location but the apartments themselves are a little run down.
T.
Beautiful part of the city, big room, washer/dryer fantastic stay
H. C.
This place feels more like a serviced apartment block than home, although people do live here. But mostly only individuals passing through London.
D. S.
Good stay. Comfortable bed with super soft sheets.
O. M. T.
Very old and not very well maintained building. It smells bad on the corridors and the rooms are extremely small.
T. L.
Nice and cosy hotel. Will stay again definitely
I. P. (.
The vast building badly needs an improvement regarding the single couple of main lifts in operation: they’re too small for the amounts of people staying in the building.
N. S.
Great and lovely place to live in the UK
D. T.
Nice clean rooms very friendly staff with close access to the underground.
N. M.
Nice place ( not that fancy, but nice enough and close to some tourist attractions and good places to visit).

Apart from being a little outdated this place has spacious rooms for those who want to stay somewhere that doesn't break the bank without having to compromise on location.
S. D.
Good Hotel to stay but you need to pay for wifi ...
M. K.
Rent a room for a day or week or more and stay in the heart of London. Very good choice near South Kensington underground station
B. O.
Great location but not impressed with the apartments.
E. A.
Long, narrow corridors with doors either side. Partly low ceiling with black, higher ceiling through the centre.
A. J.
Cheap cheerful rooms and a concierge that respects your privacy
R. S.
Serviced apartments in the heart of London, a bit aged, however.
R. K.
