S. T.Booked at very short notice following an impromptu stay-over in London. The room was spacious and clean. It looks like the hotel is new or has had a recent refurbishment. The reception staff were pleasant and courteous. I would stay here again; in addition, its central London location makes it convenient for most of the major attractions/areas.
C. W.Really nice apart hotel for the money, everything you need in your room to be self sustained. My only issues were the weak shower and the dreaded shower curtain that constantly stuck to me and the bed had the hardest mattress and pillows I've ever used, I literally woke up aching from lying on them. Otherwise, everything was clean and everyone was friendly.
J. M.Although this place is a bit basic and a bit corporate it was perfect for a weekend away with my 2 daughters. It is centrally located, clean and the staff were really helpful and friendly. We only got changed and slept in it- but it has a small kitchen and fridge so we could make cups of tea. Would definitely stay here again.
K. L.We were lucky enough to be going to Cabaret at The Kit Kat club (Playhouse Theatre). Citadines Trafalgar is literally a two minute walk away. It was clean and comfortable and the staff were good. It was just what we needed, a not too many frills, reasonably priced hotel. We stayed in the studio apartment.
L. M.I got fascinated with Westminster. It is such a beautiful place with a lot of great history so walking down the streets and taking pictures sure made me happy. Citadines Trafalgar Square looked amazing from outside and it was even more interesting when I saw Nigeria House.
J. S.I stayed in their 1 bed apartment and it was perfect, the bath and shower could do with a renewal but other than that I couldn't complain. The sofa bed turns into 2 single beds which were comfy enough and the bed in the double room was huge. The location is perfect and kitchen is fully equipped if you feel like making your own breakfast in the morning. I like the fact you could only enter the building and use the lifts if you had an activated key card.

P. W.Excellent central place to stay, I stayed in an apartment flat that had a small kitchenette and a (medium sized) actual bath. No restaurant, but there are plenty of places to eat out all around. Short walk to theatres, underground, train station and the Thames.

Upon arrival I was told that the travel agent that I booked my stay with, did not pay, despite taking money from my account. Instead of telling me to sort it out, Valentin contacted agent (which wasn’t easy) and told me to take a seat while he sorts it all out! Very professional service, very friendly! He didn’t have to do it for me, like I said he could have told me to sort it myself, but he didn’t! Within 20 minutes it was all sorted for me. Honestly, I can not express how grateful I am.
Another point I would like to mention that I really liked and appreciated is that in the evening hotel doors are shut and you can only enter with your key, which made me as s mother with two young kids feel very safe (which in current world we live in is very important)
And finally, location! You are literally 2 minute walk to Trafalgar square! Will definitely return and can’t recommend hotel highly enough!!
A. D.Pros: Great location and provided what you need in the room.
Cons: some household items were out of order like kettle and safe box,.., a very noisy and scary elevator, fake fire alarm once you have appointment in London, parking maintenance during peak of travelling times in August and the noise it made, no restaurant , and nobody takes you to your room to explain what is provided or how things work, we found some items after we bought them ourselves.
Still I give them 4star.

Our room was a bit old, with not a great view but it was clean. The bed is big and very comfortable. You have everything what you could need on your stay. Kitchenette with cooker, fridge, kettle, Iron...free WiFi.
There is no cleaning service if you stay less nights but it didn't bother us.
Overall we were satisfied with our stay mainly because of location, comfortable bed and cleanliness of the room.

A spacious lobby allows you to get out of the room at such challenging times. The room is spacious allows for cooking and the location, despite the closure, is still central and allows for a short walk in one of the most beautiful places in London (Westminster, Big Ben, Piccadilly, Lester Square)

R. P. B.Fantastic central location. Simply couldn't be better. Lovely friendly French-style service. Rooms are a bit run down and tired but the essential amenities are good and clean. Its apartment living so there is no room service, no restaurant or bar, but there is excellent free coffee maker and a breakfast bar for just a few pounds. Your own (tiny) kitchen includes hobs, microwave, fridge and mini-dishwasher ensures your privacy and independence and there's a tiny Texco's Express a few minutes walk away to stock your pantry.

R. R.We stayed here for the second time. I almost liked everything, there are restaurants, bars nearby, very close to the metro. Also 10 meters from the hotel there is a grocery store 24 hours. For us it is an ideal location. The room had a heater, refrigerator, microwave. There was also a TV, but unfortunately it did not work in the morning. The water is excellent both hot and cold.

M. S.We have been so, so happy during our stay at the Citadines at Trafalgar Square. Everything has been really pleasant. (We are a family with two children - a baby and a toddler). The apartments themselves are very comfy, clean and spacious for central London. The location is insanely good. The staff are exceptional. Before I even think to ask, they help out. You get free coffee whenever needed. They also provide a mobile you can use around London. The lobby area is lovely with a lounge AND an area of toys for the children. We are staying for a week at present, and will definitely use this hotel as a base in future.

M. B.Perfect hotel for a stay in England. Room felt more like our own apartment rather than a cramped hotel room. We had a family room, kitchenette and separate bedroom. This was the perfect place to come back to and relax after a day of sightseeing. Staff is friendly and attentive at the front guest. Taxi from the hotel to the airport was easily coordinated with the front desk.

R.Location is fantastic. But beds are not comfortable. They give u two pillows for a queen bed. No bar/restaurant which is fine but they don’t even have a minibar or small bottles of wine u can buy downstairs. Noise is a huge problem. Fortunately was at the end of the hall but lots of house from hallways and outside

Beds are reasonably comfortable and two extra hypo-allergenic pillows are provided. The wifi I found to be close to horrible. It worked ok with tablet & phone but working on a laptop was like watching paint dry.

The rooms are incredibly spacious, the bed is SO comfortable. Its just 100meters from Trafalgar square . The rooms are self catering . The only downside is that the towels are a little too small. The cost of the rooms is well worth it.

S. O.Fabulous location, friendly service, and very clean, comfortable rooms with a kitchenette. My only slightly not positive was that the bathroom lighting wasn't great for putting on make-up. The breakfast is well thought out and vegans or ketoes will walk out well fed. When you compare their price to other hotels in Westminster, Citadines is a steal.
B. H.The location sells this place. The bedroom was tired and in need of a refurb. The bed was the most uncomfortable hard bed I’ve ever slept in. No towels in the room, had to go down to reception and get some.. the tiniest towels ever. The shower curtain was grubby and water pressure from the shower terrible. Also the window catch was broken and left a cold draft and noise from the street.
It’s a shame because it could be so good but needs some immediate attention to detail.
T. M.Having stayed there 15 years ago, we picked it again because of its great location and favourable price. Transport is great. Very clean and have all amenities. The staff went out of their way to help us. I visited when daytime highs peaked at 27C and room was barely tolerable in evening.

That aside, the room was spotless and very well equipped for a studio apartment. Comfy bed and if there had been a magnifying mirror in the bathroom I would give 5 stars.
B. M.The beds are comfortable and rooms are quiet. They only service the rooms once a week, which I prefer to everyday. They have complimentary espresso as well as laundry machines available to use. My only complaint is they wouldn't allow early check in after arriving from a long overnight flight and tube from Heathrow. I tried not to fall asleep in the lobby, but I couldn't help myself running on 24 hours no sleep. I would gladly stay again next time coming to central London.

T. M.We recently stayed a week here and it was in an excellent position. The tube station is a minute to walk. Loved exploring all the streets and discovering all the hidden gems. Major tourist spots and shopping areas are within walking distance. Very good hotel if it wasn't for the bathroom.
J. I.The location was perfect. Just down the street from the tube so going out was easy. The room was amazing and the view was perfect. The people were all of French origination as far as I could tell so there was a bit of a language gap there but they did there best to help us when ever we needed it. Would stay again. Only issue i had was there breakfast was expensive. About £12 per person which is crazy. Other than that loved my stay.

The location is right in the middle of several Tube stations including Embarkment and Charing Cross. Near transport and reasonably priced for what it offers. Advised to book online for best rates.
M. Z.As an international traveller who did not have a working phone, the fact that the hotel provided a smart phone for us to use (included with the room) while we were in the city was amazing. Service was great and everyone was helpful and accommodating.
The only reason this is not a five star is because of a couple little things regarding the bathroom and bed. The bed was actually two mattresses pushed together on a single frame so there is a noticeable crease in the middle. The bathroom drain wouldn't drain due to a clog in the pipe and the shower curtain is too close to the tub so it wraps itself around you in the shower, had the curtain been weighted it wouldn't have been an issue.
Would definitely stay again and is a prime location off of Trafalgar Square.

P. B.Exceptionally central aparthotel for Whitehall and environs. Easy to find and work with. Nice simple room setup with a small and modern studio kitchen. Staff very efficient and pleasant. Parking can be a pain but not impossible in the area.
N.The staff is very friendly and the amenities are top notch. Just about everything we needed for our week long stay was included with the reservation. It is walking distance from literally hundreds of places to eat and drink, tourist attractions, theaters, museums, and just about anything else you'd want. This Yank highly recommends you stay here if you can.

Apart of that, the staff is friendly and very helpful and overall our experience was good.

Walking distance to the city, restaurants, theatres and London life. C. C.Superb and fantastic location! So close to Trafalgar Sq and National Gallery and walkable to several other attractions, restaurants and shopping streets. And there are 2 tube stations all less than 5 minutes’ walk away.
Room is spacious enough and clean. Bed is comfy too. Free mobile phone to use which you can even call overseas for free. Housekeeping came once during my 1 week stay.
Breakfast was decent enough. Pastries, waffles, cereals, cold cuts, cheeses, fruits and hard-boiled eggs and breads. Lobby has free coffee for all and also a thoughtful rest-n-relax area with toys for kids and TV for adults.
Check in and out were quick and fuss-free.
Main peeve is the thin walls. My next door neighbor doesn’t seem to hold their door. When it gets slammed shut, the wall in my room on the same side which the headboard happens to rest against shakes too. I was on the bed lying against the headboard. You also hear those slammed doors clearly, as well when people walked past the corridor and talked.
Bath towels seems a bit old and are scratchy. I believe it’s time to change them.
Despite the negatives, I would stay again. The location cannot be any better and the room overall is good enough.

V. P.Good apart hotel that has a small kitchen in the room so you are allowed to bring your own food. It is centrally located so you can walk to visit most of the sites in London. There is a communal area in the ground floor where you can select the music to be played and there is a hot drink machine available 24hs and free of charge. Room prices are not cheap but quite affordable for what it includes as mentioned above and the location

T. M.The location is great being just off Trafalgar Square. The hotel has a launderette although we didn't try it out as previous reviews had mentioned that there could be Long waits for washes. Plenty of restaurants or city markets to grab food and staples at. I would absolutely come back and recommend.
D. L.Citadines Trafalgar is a perfect central place to stay, close to many attractions. Restaurants and theatres close by with a Tesco Express just up the corner. All the staff I spoke to were wonderful. I loved the coffee machines available in the lobby. My studio apartment (222) was larger than I expected. The only reason I have given 4 stars instead of 5 was because the towels were small and thinnish, and the grout in the wet area needs a good scrub. Other than that it was perfect for my 4 night stay.

Very close to two major underground stations. Walking distance to a lot of sight seeing locations.
Free wifi (fairly fast too) and room had a cat5e plug if you prefer to go wired or have your own access point.
Rooms are a bit cramped due to the table so storing luggage is a little bit of an inconvenience. All in all I was very happy with the stay and would stay again
P. K.Very central location. Most shopping streets, Big Ben, London Eye, Chinatown and Embankment Tube Station within walk distance. The apartments are ideal for a 2+2 family. And, they have free coffee all day! Checkin and checkout was efficient.

A. B.My wife and I stayed at the Citadines on our first overseas excursion (my first ever). After a bit of research on Tripadvisor and some ideas about location, we chose Citadines and are very happy to have done so. As far as price and location goes, you can't beat it. It is clean, but also secure since Scotland Yard is across the way and no one is allowed in the lobby or access to the elevators without proper clearance. And within five minutes' walking distance, you have access to plenty of good eats, the tube stations, the National Gallery, and crossing the Thames River by foot or tube. I might add that the London Eye is accessed from across the nearest bridge. The nearest eat is also the Sherlock Holmes Pub.
It was a French-owned establishment so naturally, the coffee there was as fresh and delicious as you could handle (coffee is ESSENTIAL for me). Room service was friendly, prompt, and respectful of privacy. The kitchenette saved us a ton of money by enabling us to have our own breakfasts and lunches in the comfort of our room before going out to splurge on the best London had to offer.
Needless to say, we had no trouble getting to our desired locations within a timely manner and were able to divert much of our funds as a result of not landing a tourist-trap lodging. As a country boy from the southern US, London was very metro but I was excited for the experience. Plus, the coffee. Always the coffee.
A. G.My mom and I would stay at the Citadines Trafalgar Square again in a heartbeat! The up sides: amazing central location, the exceedingly handy kitchenette with everything we needed, the blow dryer in the washroom, the 24 hour coffee machine in the lobby (got us through our jet lag!), and the perfectly helpful staff, who were friendly and willing to help with everything we asked, including tools to raise the seat on my mom's rented motorized scooter and help to take her back and forth through the back door through our entire stay. I actually recommend this hotel and it's lovely staff more than 5 stars - even while there were a couple of down sides: the tub was very tall and difficult to get in and out of (perhaps a stepladder would help), there were no face clothes in the washroom (but were offered for sale downstairs - I eventually bought mine at Buckingham Palace - haha!), and they provided few toiletries - just a generic all purpose body wash (?) in the shower and a bar soap on the sink - both were pleasant and sufficient, but I also needed my own shampoo and conditioner that I brought with me. Two more positives... our room was brilliantly quiet as it was at the back of the building and away from the elevator, and the beds and bedding were comfortable.

D. B.Compared to USA hotels the rooms in europe generally run smaller. Even the hallways can be quite narrow by comparison. That said, the rooms and halls at Citadines Trafalgar are roomy enough and very comfortable. Pricing is very reasonable (you can easily spend far more and get little to nothing more) given you are in such a convenient location in such a comfortable room. As for location, I just don't see how you could be better positioned for a visit to london, the hotel is a block from the Thames and a couple of blocks from trafalgar square. You have multiple tube stops within 5 minutes walk, major attractions within 5 to 10 minutes walk, shopping 5 to 15 minutes walk, and plenty of dining options for all tastes within 5 to 10 minutes easy walk. The rooms are spacious, very quiet, they have a kitchen with the basics (refrigerator, microwave, ignition plate, dishwasher, and kitchen utensils, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, safe). The beds are very comfortable, and the heating does its job.

He viajado desde España y he pasado cuatro noches en este estupendo apartahotel. Tiene una ubicación magnífica a escasos 100 metros de Trafalgar Square, y a 5 minutos andando de las estaciones de metro de Charing Cross y de Embankment.
Las habitaciones son espaciosas, muy tranquilas, disponen de cocina con lo fundamental (nevera, microondas, placa de ignición, lavavajillas, y utensilios de menaje, plancha, tabla de planchar, secador de pelo, caja fuerte). Las camas son muy cómodas, y la calefacción cumple su cometido.
En el lobby tienen máquina de café, Té y demás totalmente gratuita para los clientes. El personal de recepción es super amable y están a tu disposición para lo que necesites.
Lo recomiendo 100% ya que está en pleno centro de Londres y te puedes desplazar caminando a la mayoría de lugares de interés. Sin duda cuando vuelva a Londres me volveré a alojar en este lugar.

COSAS BUENAS: Es un aparthotel en el centro de Londes. Tiene la estacion de metro Embackment a unos 50 metros y estacion de tren a unos 100 metros. El Tamesis a unos 60 metros con parada de ferris y autobuses por todas partes que te llevan donde quieras. A unos 100 metros tienes Trafalgar y la galeria de Arte gratis al lado. Un supermercado en el mismo Trafalgar y restaurantes de todo tipo alrededor. La situación lo hace inmejorable.
El hotel dispone de máquina de cafes gratis en recepcion y una sala con ordenadores y TV muy acogedora.
Las camas son realmente cómodas y hay dos almohadas por persona.
Dispone de aire acondicionado y un gran armario con plancha y tabla de planchar. Y eso que era la habitación mas sencilla.
Hay secador de pelo y champu en el baño.
Hay barras para minusvalidos por todo el baño...demasiadas. Te golpeas con ellas. Pero entiendo que es necesario.
Hay un cuarto para tirar la basura cerca de los ascensores.
A MEJORAR: Las habitaciones son amplias y tienen nevera con congelador y lavaplatos. Tienen estropajo, jabon, pastillas para el lavaplatos, microondas... la higiene es correcta aunque mejorable. El problema es que al estar todo junto, por la noche se oye la nevera funcionando y el extractor del baño así que si eres delicado para dormir, ponte tapones.
El desayuno continental no valia nada de nada. Por 12 libras comes infinitamente mejor en frente del hotel en el Garfunkel o en la Pasteleria de alto nivel que hay....flipante.
3 rollos de papel higienico para una semana es poco. El lavamanos esta demasiado pegado al wc y te das en la cara.
El precio es bastante alto y deberian limpiar la habitacion cada dos o tres dias y no cada 6.
SE AGRADECE: Nos regalaron una botella de cava y bombones por indicar que era nuestro aniversario. Tambien nos regalaron un desayuno para los dos y un servicio de lavanderia que no usamos. Esto si reservas en su web.

Приехали на день рождение мамы,в номер поставили красивый букет цветов. Номер-студия очень просторный.
