S.It's nice to stay just there is an issue with the cleaning...there are stains on the walls,carpet,marks on door, there is dent near main door lock.... and they don't provide Vaccum Cleaner or even broom so that v can clean if any food like biscuit crumps or bread crumps is fallen on the floor...
T. L. L.My family and I stayed here for a month. We found ALL concierge staff fantastic. Welcoming and nothing was to much trouble. The cleaners are very hard working and polite. They do an amazing Job. We were given a post box key too. I really do not understand the negative comments on here! All staff were really helpful. Great facilities. Beautiful views from the twelfth floor. Thank you Clover Court for looking after us.

M. D.Be careful about the small print, 65 meter squared can be interpreted. A serviced apartment here doesn't have to be serviced, if the dishwasher goes wrong management thinks it acceptable and they don't have to do anything. Bring your own batteries as the remote controls may have corroded and don't work, and clover court is interpretable. You are entitled to use the mail, but make sure you ask for a key as they don't bother to let you know you have mail. I have stayed at a number of serviced apartments and this has to rank at the bottom of them. No coffee pods for the machine except at the beginning of stay, no toiletries, and toilet roll only on request. The list is endless! Despite my comments, I will change my review slightly as the company has extended my stay to a much later time as no charge. For this I am truly appreciative and Q-Apartment deserve this change in my review.

Gute Lage in der Nähe zur Canary Warf Station. Es ist kein Hotel sondern ein Appartement. Es ist eine einfache Ausstattung in allen Bereichen zu erwarten. Von Küche über Bäder und Schlafräume könnte mal wieder ein Hausmeister alle Kleinigkeiten bearbeiten. Vielleicht sind unsere Ansprüche auch zu hoch...Alles in Allem war es OK.
