Better than I expected, very convenient location with Bank & Monument underground stations both really close. Check-in & check-out procedures really smooth & easy.
Our room was clean and tidy. It offered everything that we needed for our overnight stay and the shower was nice & hot. The staff were very friendly & helpful.
There are plenty of shops, eateries and restaurants nearby, and right next door is a Weatherspoons with breakfast until 11.30am for £4.95.
The reception area has water plus hot & cold drinks. Overall a good choice for a central London stay, a no frills hotel 👍.

Location near Liverpool Street Station is very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Also there were free water bottles. The facilities were nice and clean, but a little used up. At least some rooms are in need of refurbishment. Overall we enjoyed our stay and can recommend this Hotel 👍

I had a great time here. The room was clean, comfy bed, nice hot shower and the TV had channels and netflix. I will definitely come back to this place if I stay in London.
P. S.
Have been staying at this hotel on multiple occasions over the last 10 years and have subsequently stayed in a lot of their rooms. The hotel's main selling point is it's location which is very convenient for business travel. That being said during my last stay here I came to the conclusion that the rooms are really outdated. The bathrooms are in poor condition and really not what to expect in a 4-star hotel.

I really like this hotel, so we'll located for the City, and prices can be very competitive. Always clean.

Nice place. Lovely staff. No air con in bathroom otherwise great
M. C.
Lovely hotel, great position, comfortable bed, pillow, douvet, good shower and TV etc. Nice breakfast.
D. C.
Location great. The couple next door were certainly enjoying their stay at 2am.

Got upgraded to a ceiling to floor sea view window! Super surprised!

Good location closer to office and tube
Very cosy hotel, lovely staff
J. B.
Nice clean hotel, quiet despite it being right next door to a Wetherspoons.
Good size room with a large very comfy bed and a nice bathroom with a large walk in shower.
Good level of security requires hotel room key to access building out of hours and to use the elevator.
B. P.
Comfy bed. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Will use again.

Great location and a lovely hotel. Very clean with complimentary tea, coffee and water. Bed was comfy, nice big TV in the room, and the shower was nice and powerful. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because the air con wasn’t very effective. Granted, it was an unusually hot day in London, but given that we couldn’t open the window more than an inch, it was a pretty uncomfortable nights sleep.

Stayed in a decent sized double room on a corner with windows on two sides. Was a little cool, but the room air conditioning soon warmed things up. Shower worked well enough. Coffee in reception and chilled water on each floor. Good sized flat screen television in the room which can sync with your android/apple device.

This hotel is great. Close to shops and restaurants, and easy access to public transportation. The rooms are spacious with large windows, and a good size closet. They offer free coffee and bottled water every day. Best of all is the kindness of their staff. I highly recommend!

Great location if you are in the City. Helpful staff. The rooms are fine, but would need some renovation soon, or a redesign. I found QC hotels similar to this in the US as well, with similar design. This was feeling more old than though. I haven't tried the stake house below but people say the stake there is fantastic. Overall good experience and definitely a solo traveler business lodging I will consider the next time as well.

Order breakfast no early so I missed out. As running my husband was given money back for him and son as pub shut.was noisy

Brilliant location, clean rooms and comfy beds. We were on the road side but we heard no noise so slept brilliant. Bathroom was a good size and the shower was lovely, very powerful. Staff were friendly the forgot the cot bed but brought it up later so was great. Lady at checkin came across a bit rude. Lovely coffee and water station to use throughout the stay and complimentaty bottle water which was a nice touch. Glad you needed a key card to use the lift for safety reasons so if you have small kids its good to know. Overall a great stay and if in the area again would stay again.

Quaint historic hotel, big enough to get lost in but small enough to offer all the personalized amenities one could want. Filtered water stations on every floor, yoga mats in every room, a beautiful little lobby with fireplace, fresh made (and free!) coffee, and surrounded by London night life with close access to transit for daytime activities. Will definitely be back!

Complimentary snacks and drinks are very nice gesture. Chilled water on every floor as well. Staff is nice. Since it's an historical building floor makes some noise while you walk. Rooms could be improved as it's a 4 star hotel.

Second time I've stayed here. Room was really spacious and very comfortable. Bathroom was small but clean and nice shower. Didn't use the restaurant as better places to eat locally. Friendly and efficient service. Would stay here again, fab location.

The location is excellent for business. The rooms are too. The hall is very elegant, albeit I'm afraid is a bit small if > 10 people are seated in coaches. There is a small buffet in the hall, that is perhaps the only defect because for the class of the hotel it's a bit poor. Wines and champagne offered at 17 and very welcome. Enough quiet to rest the night. Breakfast non included for > 160 £ and this is in my humble opinion a lack of class for an hotel appealing the gentlemen visiting the city. My room was spotless and the bathroom generously spacious, hence why to don't install a luxury tub or a proper shower cabinet instead to be obliged to take a shower in naked tiles and the simplest courtain to protect the rest of bathrooms from spills and splashes?
a. r.
Hotel is dated. Rooms are very small. Kept hitting my head on wall. Switched rooms which hotel was very accommodating about. Cleaning of the rooms was not very good. Hotel staff was friendly. There is a hot water kettle in room if you like to make tea or coffee in the morning. Filtered water available on every floor. TV in rooms kept shutting off in the middle of a show. Seems like there is a network problem in hotel. Hotel location is good. But will not be staying here again.

Well located and well kept hotel, housed in a great building with history of its own. It's only a few minutes walk from a tube station and is close to a number of sights.
On first coming into the Hotel, you are caught by the lack of reception desk, with a more informal lobby area where the friendly staff greet you and check you in, or let you use the self-service screens to check in (you can also use their app to unlock your room). This opens out into a bigger seating space with free (self service) hot drinks for guests. If you look up here, you can see the building used to be something grand. More of this is visible if you need into the Weatherspoons pub next door).
The room had everything we wanted (kettle, fridge, TV, hanging space etc) without feeling cramped.
Near to the lists on each floor is a chilled water dispenser, along with empty bottles to use (or be green and fill your own drink bottle). Great before heading out for the day.
There is a restaurant in the basement (which used to be the Bank of England gold vaults). There's also a Wetherspoons next door, this gives a quick alternative for a cheap meal or a drink.
Would happily stay here again if I'm visiting sights in the area.

The room I had was great, with even a kitchenette inside. It was always super clean, always someone available in case of need and moreover always very helpful.
I was allowed to take a bike within the room and I highly enjoyed the snacks provided for both breakfast and dinner and the drinking water always available in the hall.
Finally, they were super quick in both the check in and check out processes.
E. M.
Great service, decent size room. Everything you need for business stay
R. S.
The rooms were very clean and rather quiet. We were there for 4 nights. I slept every night like a baby.
Breakfast was overpriced and without any fresh vegetables at all. Overall the choice was quite small.
We then used to go for breakfasts elsewhere and we ended up with much better selection for less money.

Good business hotel
Pros:
- Room. Big room, with big TV. It has all the amenities that you would need for a business trip.
- Location. City of London.
Mixed:
- Breakfast. Although the breakfast was good, they didn't have a wide variety of choices. Also the plates and the cutlery weren't properly washed or dried, as I was able to see water spots on them. This isn't what you'd expect from such a hotel.
Cons:
- Check in experience. They have a very cumbersome check in procedure which really takes a lot of time. We came to this hotel as a group of about 50-60 people, and it literally took them more than one hour to complete the check-in for all of us.
G.
Brilliant hotel that had a large reception lounging area with free crisps and hot/cold drink facilities that were available at all times of the day. The rooms were also very nice and clean, doors inside the rooms could have been newer looking but this did not spoil the experience at all.
A. U. K.
Check-in was super easy. Great location. Not too far from 2 different Underground stops. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. We weren't able to go to the cocktail bar because they were close the first time and the second time was a private party, but we went to the restaurant and had a few drinks there. The restaurant is very nice. The room was very comfortable and they had air conditioning!.....
T. H.
The hotel is located in the business district between bank and monument. This makes it easy to get around on the tube, but it’s very busy during the week and a dead on weekends. Nothing is open on weekends
Hotel rooms are comfortable with fridge and microwave.
Staff are generally helpful besides one Asian lady, manager I assume. She’s rude and blunt. Shouldn’t be in hospitality. Otherwise great stay!!

I enjoyed my stay in this botique hotel. The beds and pillows were comfortable. My room had a small kitchen which was perfect for the occasional meal in the room and, a well-lit desk for working. The hotel is conveniently placed with access to shops and public transport.
J. F.
There were ups and downs staying at this hotel. Its geared toward business travelers so lobby staffing is very minimal, and they have self checkin and check out. The lobby always has snacks and coffee/tea available which is nice. My biggest disappointment was the cleanliness of the room. There was a big, nasty stain on the bed skirt and overall it didn't seem thoroughly clean. The location is very much in a business area of the city, so restaurant and pubs close down early and there may not be the options you're looking for if your visiting as a tourist. Easy walk to tower of london though.
S. W.
Decent hotel. Rooms are basic but decent and well serviced. Reception is stocked with coffee and other beverages for guests to enjoy. Try and get a room facing onto the street, as anything on the interior wall is facing into a courtyard and are overlooked.
T. M.
My Wife and I stayed in this well located hotel because of its proximity to the DLR which brought us from London City Airport in 22 minutes. Staff was excellent and with a smile in their face all the time. The rooms were clean and neat. All part of the charm of an older building.
J. Y.
Nice hotel room but bathroom was not so good - could do with a refurbish
F. M.
Arrived here for a 1 night stay for business. Quick self service check in at the desk. Got room 523. Upon opening the door I got a smell of damp. Not pleasant. My suspicion being water was spilled on the carpet some time back.
The room was dull wedged in the middle of the building with little natural light making it in.
The room otherwise is basic nothing fancy. Bathroom reminded me of an airplane.
Room service menu seemed quite expensive but they did have the option of ordering from local restaurants also through a service called seamless. I did that for pizza.
Breakfast was average but reasonable the restaurant is dark and seedy feeling though not the kind of place for first thing in the morning.
Overall this hotel is location location location and little else. Certainly my room wouldn't give me cause to come back.
P. A. R.
The rooms are exquisite and in my experience, both times with a pleasant view. Staff is very attentive and helpful most of the times (must say that the person in the front desk the first time was not quite nice, but the rest of the times they were excellent)
V. H. G.
Location, convenience, excellent service.

Stay here and take Liverpool street station anywhere you need to go in London.
K. M.
I took part in the Prudential Ride London and I stayed at Club Quarters Gracechurch overnight as it was close to the train station and to my office. The room was very clean, comfortable and quiet, so I was able to get a good night's sleep before the 100-mile ride. Staff were very friendly and overall my stay was very pleasant.
T. B.
Decent medium standard. Easy for the tube and central London. Rooms clean and roomy. Business like if a bit boring. Free drinks and nibbles although these get taken quickly and are not replenished. Check the rates though as they change on different websites quickly. We weren't offered their best rate directly either. Which was disappointing.
S. K.
Nice and quiet are on a weekend due to the business district. Nice clean rooms with fast free WiFi, a nice breakfast is served within gaucho. Didn't have lunch or dinner so can't comment on that. All in all a good hotel within underground distance of everything you want.
T. M.
Good and pleasant place to stay in central London with reasonable price.
They do have restaurant and physical activity gym. Food was awesome.
Kind receptionist and good hospitality. They do care their guest good way.
Better to book earlier to avoid no room. Wonderful place to stay. Giving 5 stars rating.
T. M.
Rooms are fine and the coffee machine on the ground floor is a great bonus. The lobby and the service there is great. The staff at reception are extremely helpful and at the same time strict about security. Loved my stay here and definitely book this next time without hesitation.
M. P.
The hotel itself I found to be clean with decent sized rooms. There was a representative on hand to help the checkin process though and keep things moving. Free tea/coffee in the reception 24/7 as well as in the room. Good location for tower hill and So overall ok but not quite.
E. O. D.
Nice cosy decent sized rooms, bit outdated but okay. Gap under the door means light from outside comes through under. Free unlimited purified water, coffee and tea (machine in lobby) through out stay which is great. Good location for the city.
D. W.
Nice hotel in the banking business area. Room was nice and big for us (Family of 3). Busy area during the week as there are alot of businesses around the area. It seemed quiter at the weekend. If you don't want to be in the busy touristy areas then its ideal.
It's not really a hotel for children, we have one child so it was fine for us but no entertainment for children if that's what you want. If you have small children the restaurant in the hotel wouldn't be for them. Business hours and restaurant hours vary from Ireland and there isn't a bit choice in that area.
If you're interested in the Sky Garden or The Gherkin they are only around the corner from here. You need to pre book both place at least 2 weeks before you travel. Both have a smart casual dress policy.
It's only about a 7 mins walk to the underground so very handy to get to everywhere. Reception is small but does have a self check in but do expect a little delay checking in and out.
We had a pleasant experience staying here we wouldn't rule it out as a place to stay again.
B. D.
Good location from tube station, and pub next door. On a weekend, most places nearby are closed however London bridge is in walking distance. Room service is not provided by hotel, however there is a local delivery service that we had to collect from reception. Rooms were nice with heating for the winter, the only fault would be outside noise, so perhaps ask for a room away from alleyway. Great to have free chilled water available.
L. D.
Location is great, but that's about it. It gets by almost for this reason alone. The rooms are tiny, and you can always hear some loud noise from either inside or outside. Bathrooms are standard, but again barely get by - the toilets sometimes are very finicky, and sometimes the AC is finicky. I was here in early summer and they had yet to turn on the AC units, so it was extremely hot. Pretty sure one of the housekeeping staff stole one of my phone chargers, which is super annoying.
D. C.
Hotel was comfortable, room was clean, staff were helpful and we enjoyed the very up to date smart TV entertainment and availability of drinks and nibbles in the foyer. Only downside was how little soundproofing there appears to be in the rooms, we could hear people coming and going all night despite being at the far end of the corridor and non of those people being deliberately loud
T. M.
Absolutely appalling service from hotel staff after extremely loud alarm kept going off in short bursts in the early hours of the morning.
After calling down so ask if it was an emergency I was given a flakey response with no concern or apology and then abruptly hung up on without explanation.
It could have been anything and the alarm actually scared us quite and bit but the staff clearly have no care for our comfort or our safety. Will not be staying and a Club Quarters Hotel again.
C. B.
We stayed here when going to a wedding, we've stayed at the CQ on Trafalgar Square a few times and thought this would be a good option. The room was quiet enough on the 4th floor. All staff are brilliant especially here in Gracechurch. The location was perfect. For the price it was fine.
D. H. (.
We don't normally stay close to the Financial district, preferring to be nearer Tower bridge, but we were pleasantly surprised!! Rooms not particularly big and a bit like a rabbit warren but nice and clean and very friendly reception staff, especially Ishmael. The bathroom is just a larger version of a GWR train toilet compartment but shower was good. And, a nice touch, they do free teas and coffees 24/7. There is an impressive Wetherspoons next door too. It was also a good area for a wide range of pubs and restaurants and Leadenhall market. Easy stroll to Spitalfields market and Bank and Monument stations. I'm sure we will be back.
S. T.
Great location in London (for business) and very nice rooms. Fast and free WiFi as well as filtered water on every floor. Modern rooms with all the required amenities (except and iron / board). Complementary soft drinks and snacks in the lobby.
C. C.
Nice, clean. Good location. Basic services.
T. Y.
The room was spacious and well kept. There was a kitchenette if you want to do some cooking. However not really practical as a business Traveller, as there were not pots or pans or plates. A bottle of chilled water is offered to guests. What this means is that there are fill bottles in the lift lobby and a water dispenser. Not really what you picture. All in all my opinion is that the it is overpriced for what you get.
V. P.
It was clean, comfy and simple hotel. The restaurant at the bottle level serves really good steak. The lounge on first floor offers free coffee and some snacks to all guests. It is near a market where Harry Potter was filmed in one scene.
M. D.
Nice comfortable hotel close to some of the tourist attractions. Rooms are small bylut quiet and clean. Bathrooms look a bit dated though but are maintained well. The staff is nice and helpful.
M. C.
Overall a good choice in the business district. The hotel is conveniently located if you have business in the area but not a great location if you are planning on spending time on touristy stuff in the western part of town. The beds were a bit uncomfortable but otherwise the room was decent. Free WiFi but no breakfast, although they do offer free coffee and light snacks in the lobby which is nice.
N. S.
Some, decent service but the rooms are a bit dated, the shower is small and ugly sand the drains in our bathroom stank. They tried to sort it out when they were told about it but they only managed to lessen the smell rather than remove it. Breakfast not included. It's ok, location was ideal for us but I'm not overly impressed.
M. H.
Very nice old hotel close to the Tower Bridge. Lovely staff and the room is spacious and tastefully furnished. The bed is very comfortable and the bedding is wonderfully soft. Could have stayed in it all day!
C. P.
Quite expensive and poor value but it is in the square mile. Room served a purpose, was generally clean and functional but the socket covers came off and the toilet leaked (fresh water luckily). Overall decor was tired, check in desk is the weirdest set up I have seen. Won't return in a hurry.
A. S.
Late arrival was no problem. Man at desk gave us an upgrade when asked. Very friendly service, clean room and lobby. Stored our luggage for us when needed. Recommend.
C. B.
Room was ok, and location very handy for meeting the following day. However, arrived late after long journey and decided to take room service. Chased after 1hr wait, and food arrived which had clearly been left under hot plate for the waiting period. First time I have ever sent room service back. In fairness, kitchen very apologetic and provided replacement dinner, but as it was past 9pm by this point my appetite had abated so it remained largely uneaten. I should point out that the room service meal was over £50 to boot!
S. F.
Good location, good price, they have plastics bottles to refill from their water dispenser, which saves buying Evian & helps the environment a little. Rooms great, clean & tidy. Staff friendly & efficient. The Goucho Argentinian steak restaurant downstairs is great with a fantastic wine list.
L. T.
I have stayed at quite a few hotels around London before and after staying here over the weekend this has been my personal best, lovely hotel, newly refurbished, amazing lounge with a free to use drinks machine, there is also a few MAC PC's to use in the lounge free to use as well with a printer, the room is perfect, the bed is so comfy, the room service is pretty cheap and good, the gym is free to use, the rooms have pretty good I-pod doc's and a good TV with good channels, the staff are very helpful and polite.
I personally will always be staying at this hotel now in the future. Worth every penny. It's very close to Liverpool street station, which is also good, everything is just a tube away. Amazing hotel. Fully recommend.
T. M.
A great stay in the heart of the city. Our room was comfortable and quiet, cleaned to a high standard. Really liked the ability to refill water bottles and free refreshments. Overall a good hotel.
M. B.
Great location to base a visit to London. Location close to Liverpool Street Station makes it great for those arriving from Stansted Airport. In the afternoon, there is some snacks provided for guests. Certainly, the hotel and service is of …
R. A.
Clean rooms, very nice and helpful staff, cosy lounge and just a short walk to whatever you need. Underground, restaurants, pubs, bars - whatever you need in close proximity. Would definitely use this hotel again for my next visit
R. B.
Very small room, at first I thought I had no bathroom.. because the door looked like a closet. I could hear quite clearly what other people were doing in another room. For such a tiny place I thought it was too expensive. The location is pretty good though, could easily reach many tourist attraction by foot.
G. B.
Centrally located with good Aircon for summer. Rooms a decent size. Good price.
Gym useful but small. Rooms a little dated. Noise travels between rooms.
a. b.
I have been hotel guest for a few days. It was very close to my office so I really appreciated the location, though it is not far from Liverpool Street station and tower bridge so it could be a good cclean also for tourists. Standard room was large and clean, though not luxury. Only negative side is that it was lightly smelly.
J. L.
Good location. Loved the water dispenser with refillable bottles. Nice to have a coffee machine in the lobby. The only issue was about the temperature in room, but I guess we could have changed the ac
Y. “.
If you have the money this hotel is great! Lots of amenities and a great lounge for business or personal use with a small coffee machine and nibbles all free. The rooms are nicely done with the shower being the only thing that could do with renovation
M. M.
I would have given this place 4 stars except for the suspicious hairs found in the bed and a dubious stain on the duvet cover! Otherwise the bedroom and bathroom were very clean. The place is surprisingly quiet for a city centre hotel, the room is larger than I was expecting and there's free teas/coffees in the reception. There's the usual electronic card operated to keys and elevators but, apparently also a downloadable app does the same job. What staff there are, are polite and efficient. Don't expect amazing city views most rooms face dingy office courtyards. There's direct access to the Weatherspoons Crosse Keys pub and also the Goucho restaurant.
O. O.
Excellent location, next to Liverpool Street station (direct trains to london stansted). The Tower Bridge is also quite close by.
But please be careful on the weekend: a lot of restaurant, even random fastfoods, are closed. You will need to go out of the City to find something open.
Friendly staff.
Clean hotel.
Doubts in regards to noise isolation: while I had no trouble during my stay, I have the impression that the walls between chambers are extremely thin and would be problematic in case of annoying neighbors.
M. M.
I stayed at the Cub Quarters Hotel Grace Church London this month with my friends and we had a lovely time. The rooms were very clean and well equipped. The staff were very helpful. We will definitely stay there again.
T. M.
Clean, comfortable room with all the facilities needed. Lovely, attentive staff...what's not to like? (..just the cretin next door slamming doors at 2am, I suppose).
S. H. (.
Breakfast includes literally one type of cheese and ham. When I have asked for any vegetable the waitress has informed me that they don’t have. Only one type of bread. Coffee as on a poor conference. Seriously? That’s the breakfast in 4 stars hotel? It is rather a joke.
Lack of essential facilities in rooms like a fridge or a toilet cleaning brush. Pillows uncomfortable. Heating poor. From the window you can see a wall. The hair dryer probably survived a war as it is in a very poor condition - it may pull hair into a windmill, so beware. And the most important thing - the staff is unfriendly.
The good things are location and water distributors. Charging of the phone is possible via usb which is comfortable when you don’t have a switcher for the European plug-ins.

Best and clean hotel.
This hotel is located in heart of London. Millennium bridge or London bridge is a walking distance of 800 mtrs from this hotel.
The tube Millennium station is 600 mts from this hotel. So if you want to reach here for e.g. Victoria Bus Terminal you can take a direct train from Victoria tube station to Millennium station.
London bridge is at a walking distance from the hotel. You can walk to London bridge and then at the side of it take the Queens walks and reach the Ferry point. You can take the ferry to all the important tourist attraction like London eye & Westminster Pier.
The rooms are not huge. But they are clean and compact and this may be issue for some people who are used to big rooms and big bathrooms in hotel.
It has a gym and and Hotel at Level R. It has 10 floors and as soon as you come out of the lift you will see a water machine and empty plastic bottles kept there. Just be sure to fill and take the water as there are no bottles of water in room.
One thing i found good and generous about the hotel is that at the ground floor next to their reception they have kept a tea and coffee section along with Nuts, Cashew and other dry-fruits free for customers. Even fruits are kept free and there is no limit or restriction which i find a good gestures from this hotel.
There are yoga mats in room free and in case you have sleep issues they provide you other machines for the same. Room service is quick in resolving any hardware issues you may face.
Considering its location with walk able distance to many London attractions its an ideal hotel for budget travelers. The restaurant serves breakfast and two people can have a breakfast under 10 pounds.
Wifi is free and you will be surprised to see the size of reception which is very small just two computers and two person standing. They accept all major credit cards and cash.
D. W.
Breakfast is extremely limited, room is small, no fridge, shower is small with low pressure for hot water. In hotel Gaucho restaurant is pricy.
Location is not bad, just a few minutes walk from the tube (15 min to Oxford circus).
L. P.
We've had excellent service so far for our first night, the room is well layed out and very comfortable, even including a small kitchen area. We've got one more night, but I'm sure our whole stay there will be great.
R. M.
Lovely hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful, the room was spotless and very comfortable. Highly recommend staying here and will definitely be coming back to stay next time I'm in London! :)
V. G.
Absolutely the worst experience I have had at a hotel. Booked over two months ago and show up (after paying as well) only to be told that they are overbooked. Not a place that I will ever stay again -bad business practices to have a customer book months in advance and pay and turn them away for overlooking.
C. M.
Great hotel. Staff friendly . Let us have early check-in bonus. Room great, clean and plenty of room . Air con he. Slept well. Brilliant location
R. K.
Very average. Tired rooms, no breakfast as such for almost £300 a night. Needs a refresh. But a comfy bed and a great shower.
A. G. S.
Beautiful rooms. Outstanding service, nothing was too much trouble and staff were so nice. Location excellent,

We stayed 2 days and were 3 people. The hotel is central. There is no breakfast but coffee, tea, drinking water and wifi are free. We were happy with our stay. Definitely may stay there again...
S. Y.
Average hotel, but a lot better price/quality compared the other hotels in the surroundings. Location is excellent. Close to Tower, Bank and Liverpool Street Station. Staff is friendly. Rooms are clean.

Was woken at 7 this morning by what was assumed to be a fire alarm, it was deafening and went off twice within five minutes for ages.
Rang down stairs to reception once it had stopped to see what was happening and the man (stunted teenager) was awfully rude. Said "No, yeah not a fire alarm..sumin to do with the lift". We are the furthest room away from the lift on our floor and why on earth have such an alarm if it wasn't an emergency?? My ears were ringing and in pain afterwards. To make matters worse the man promptly then hung up without a further word.
Avoid this place, won't be staying again

my money was stolen in the group of the hotel around 2020/1/20.
這個集團的旅館偷走了我的現金, 當我入住
Este grupo de hoteles robó mi efectivo cuando me registré
Ce groupe d'hôtels a volé mon argent en arrivant

I was staying the hotel Club Quarters Hotel, Times Square (same group of the hotel) and my cash in the envelope was stolen. I m 100% sure the people from the hotel stole it. I hide the envelope in the bottom of drawer with underwear and socks. It means they have to went through every of my stuff to find the envelope. during the whole time I was scare and helpless. the hotel reply me that they don't believe what I say. I was terrified during the trip. and the hotel manger somehow disappeared and claim he sent me some email but I swear I get nothing but the first email. the hotel are lying during the whole time. and after I check out, weird things happened. according to them, they break out the drawer and found the envelope with short money $400usd (it was $680 when I lost it) under the bottom of drawer. I only put small goods such as socks and underwear. Ask yourself, what chance the envelope will get under the drawer. do you actually ask me to believe this story? the worst part is they are still trying to cover up the story.

Our experience at this hotel is first class.
Our booking through internet site Agoda was mucked up by room description, no fault of hotel.
At check in the staff sorted out the problem and really looked after us.
The hotel, it's amenities and features are spot on and location to landmarks and transport are too.
P. T. V.
Well located hotel but I have stayed at other hotels in the area that are cheaper and have more to offer. The complementary snacks add a nice touch. They also allowed me to check in early at no extra charge which was really great because I was exhausted and really needed the rest.
A. L.
Had an overnight stay here as my meeting in The City were next day, Club Quarters brand is always a safe choice, good price/quality ratio, walking distance to Bank tube station, room was bigger than normal, but bathroom was smaller than normal, wifi is free (always good). I've stayed in other hotels of this brand and they are pretty much the same, good at maintaining the standart
M. S.
Good location in the city. The room was reasonable and the service was good. A slightly more hands off and almost odd approach compared to most hotels, but I got everything I needed.
J. H.
Poor quality of rooms and the cleanliness isn't great. The air conditioner in the room wasn't very good and was very noisy. There are many better hotels at this rate and even the Lincoln Fields Hotel is better value and the service is better. I won't be staying here again.
C. T.
Good location for Tower Pier. 4☆ comfort.
S. G.
Beautiful place to stay, will definitely return.
J. J.
Worst hospitality i ever experienced!!
After my flight was cancelled and being unable to reach the airline i decided in the late afternoon to accept i had to stay a day longer in London and booked a room in the Club Quarters Hotel.
Just minutes after i booked the room through Expedia i was contacted by the airline and they were able to book me on a flight back to Holland that evening, having to work the next day i was happy with that option. I immediately called the hotel and explained the situation but they adviced me to call Expedia as i placed the booking through them, so i called Expedia who on their part called the hotel, she was told several times that they would NOT refund the money, rules are rules.
The whole story took place in just 15 minutes after my booking leaving me and the Expedia employer amazed and chocked. I flew back to Holland that evening, happy to be home and disappointed to have paid for a hotel i did not even sleep.
Running a hotel starts with hospitality and service, you lost a possible customer for a next trip to London.
K. J.
Great place for a city break or work trip. Leaden hall market over the road is great for nightlife and shopping too.
M. K.
Nice hotel for the price food facilities etc and only a few minutes walk from monument station, however my card was pre charged for the booking + extras then on departure was charged again and took over a week for the charges to be reversed, meaning I missed payments and incurred £75 bank charges, after telling the guy at reception when I checked in that I would pay in full then. Fuming doesn't even cover it! would recommend if they can get their processes sorted out, until then I won't be going back
j.
Very happy with my stay here. Great room for a business stay, had everything I could ask for. However, some of the staff could smile a bit more.
D. F.
Very nice hotel, very friendly staff, free WiFi and good cost. Only downside was my room looked straight into a populated office with everyone on computers, had to be careful getting out of shower.
y. p.
A solid hotel. Good sized (and reasonably updated) rooms, excellent location, and decent rates. Not a lot of amenities at this place, but no complaints.
A. M.
Nice looking building.. Was close to my work and close to Bank and monument tube station.. Fantastic people.. Mike and Pedro were good.. Punjabi guy (sorry forgot name) was amazing and helped me lot.. Last minute taxicabs.. Charging cable.. Taking care of my shopping bags.. Room are thin.. U can hear other room conversation and music.. Kinda annoying but it's historic building so.. Overall had good experience..
C. W.
Very Central but somehow lacks any charm or appeal. Room decor could do with a refresh and I don't like having breakfast in a dark dank shared restaurant. Very expensive as well but then it is smack bang in Central London.
B. C.
Nice simple business hotel. I've stayed here twice when visiting my office nearby. Simple quick check in, free wifi, a chance to grab a fizzy drink or coffee in the lobby.
Staff are nice and helpful too.
R. K.
Modern, new age but a bit dated. Love that you can control your TV, check in/out and access your room locks and operate elevator with hotel app.
J. H.
Nice hotel with good service. Rooms are small but nice and clean. Rooms have TV, USB charging station, alarm clock and more. I would book it again.
T. S.
Very friendly staff. Basic hotel, on par with Travelodge. Tired furniture in room and not particularly comfortable bed. It's fine and is in a convenient location, but there are better options nearby.
V. P. H.
A present hotel. The decor is slightly dated. It was certainly state of the art technology 4 years ago but the thing with technology is that it moves on. The only complaint I might have is the bathroom, which wasn't really the standard I would expect from a 4* hotel.
E. H.
Nice and big room, everything is clean. Nice commodities and location. The check-in is however late (the rooms aren't ready before 3 pm)
P. S.
Good location in the city. Hotel offers you everything you need for a business trip: modern and quiet room, good shower, great bed, good service, free and fast WIFI, proper desk.
P. M.
A struggling 3 star really, no frills, rooms were worn and tatty
W. S.
Amazing hotel for the price. Great facilities and lovely little touches like free soft drinks and free snacks. Super location too.
M. B.
A great few days stays , love these rooms , even the standard room are well sized. Blackout curtains and secondary glazing ensure a good nights sleep for the business traveller.
J. B.
Like all Club Quarters, comfortable digs in a slightly worn-looking locale. Breakfast in the restaurant which is down where the Bank of England gold vaults were located! Breakfast service a bit slow.
S. Č.
Excellent service very clean and close such attractions as The Monument and The Tower of London enjoyed a lovely weekend. Added bonus being right next door to the Crosse Keys pub one of Witherspoons will certainly go back
A. M.
Nice, clean, great position near metro. Close to kfc, mcdonalds. Bed was really comfortable. Free drinkful water, and tea, coffe. Amazing
S. H.
This is the 4th time we have stayed at Club Quarters Gracechurch. The hotel strikes a good balance between value for money and the size of / quality of the rooms. There is no restaurant at this hotel, but there is a coffee area where they have light snacks available.
I have stayed in other hotels in London, more luxurious and more basic; Club Quarters Gracechurch Street is the perfect mix.
J.
Very nice rooms. Smart and clean. Good TV apps and features. Not very big and a bit pricey but it is central London
B. a. R.
My party and I got 2 rooms. Both were exactly the same but one had a microwave and fridge while the other didn't. Just asking for a little consistency but otherwise had a pleasant stay.
I.
Stayed here while in London 6 days. Close to the Tower and lots of food and beers. Gaucho had the best coffee and breakfast around. It's in the old gold vault for the Bank of England!
M. D.
Quite a lot of noise from nearby public house through poorly insulated windows, but a comfortable bed, free bottled water, coffee and snacks along with a simple check in/out process left me overall not displeased but also not not impressed.
S. E.
Great location, friendly, helpful staff. Clean modern rooms, if quite compact. Good place to stay to visit London events or landmarks.
m.
The hotel is just fantastic. 5 minutes walk from Monument tube station, really close to the heart of London, rooms are good and well equipped, hotel has free WiFi and a gym.
J. P.
Great staff, we enjoyed our stay. Rooms were, in our case pretty small, but clean enough.
J. K.
Service from all the staff was amazing. Rooms are good size and clean and tidy... Not 5 stars as rooms are just a little dated
E. D.
Not premium but okay for night
a. A.
Great location. Small double room was adequate size. But room very dated, in need of a re vamp and some updating! Friendly staff.
S. J.
I have good stay at Clubquarters gracechurch, the mobile app are awesome allowed you to check in and out as well you can use your mobile phone to operate the lifts and your room, free wifi even better is the wine at 5.
M. W.
Very clean hotel in a great location
v. r.
Comfortable hotel reasonable size room, free coffee at the lobby, walkable distance to London Bridge and borough market. One thing is that on the weekend everything around the hotel is closed.
S. T.
In the middle of London, best for visiting and site seeing.. Tower bridge is 5 minutes walk.. Two minutes walk to Bank and Monument stations.. Rooms are a bit compact..
M. D.
Great location. Very Clean. Good sized rooms for 2. Complementary coffee was a bonus.
p. c.
Tired and dated rooms. Excellent reception area and good location. Probably overpriced at full price but ok if you can pick up a deal
T. P.
Apart from the good location, this hotel is really disappointing. Small room, no comfort. Really bad quality for a 4 star.
K. F.
Its an expensive okay hotel in central. Nothing wrong with the services and the check-in area but a standard double room is mediocre for the price. You're paying for the location
j. y.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, but the room was disappointing. The toilet often wouldn't flush, drain was clogged. My window looked out on to a wall.
C. -.
Room was comfortable and well sized. Location was convenient for sight seeing and night life. Free beverages in the lobby.
R. O.
Functional hotel designed for business persons. Good amenities. Good WiFi. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location for city of London.
M. W.
Very pleasant hotel and superb room very clean and set to a high standard. Only drawback is the obby with check-in is very small and uncomfortable if you have a few cases
T. T.
Nice room, very clean and good value. The downstairs pub could be better, anyways a nice stay during business trips.
C. F.
When the price is right (read weekday) this is a wonderfully centrally located hotel in the heart of the Old City. Across the street from the fantastic Victorian shopping galleria of Leadenhall the location is fine. The adjacent Wetherspoons, however, remains the height of bland.
P. T.
Great location for the City. Facilities are small but good, slightly above those in some other Club Quarters. Rooms are neat and location is quiet after hours.
S.
Rooms are ok, if not a little dated. Room service is via a 'just eat' app which never works. The breakfast service is poor and expensive. The check in and out service is appalling and problematic.
A. K.
Nice clean hotel with good reception area to relax in. Good sized room with all the facility's you would want.
R. C.
They did not have the services the reservation confirmation offered. The man at reception continues to be rude. He went as far as to lie about us to our booking group. Dont waste your money to be treated like you don't matter.
J. S.
Room was amazing, all amenities that you need and more. Breakfast room staff were disappointing. Service was unfriendly. Food was nice.
C. B.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is brilliant. Easy to find and close to all public transport.
J. C.
Good value for money but very small bathroom
D. T.
Pretty basic, but has fridges & microwaves in the rooms which might be handy for some. An iron & ironing board might be better for more people though.
T. R.
Grand business trip hotel. Room service comes from the steakhouse restaurant and is very good. Rooms let all the sound through though so be aware of noisy neighbours.
I. A.
Very convenient location, decently equipped rooms, poor window views and breakfasts. Internet connection suitable for non business use.
F. M.
Nice self service hotel, with good transport links around. A little bit old fashioned but makes its job to stay for a few days in London.
H. M.
Very nice hotel room are big calm with bottle of water and some free things at reception for have good day
R. B.
The entire staff we encountered were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and were at great pains to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable. Excellent service, guys.
E. K.
my best hotel near Bank Metro station, decent price, good quality rooms, I have been in many hotels which look much better from outside and their lobbybseems ok while rooms where very poor here is opposite
B. J.
Good location, clean. Bed was horrible, I rolled into the middle and my back hurt. And I have bites all over my body!
M. H.
Warm and prompt welcome. Room was surprisingly large and had all the amenities and more. Really recommend.
I. T.
Nice hotel , perfect for what I needed ,room clean and view weren't that good ,but wasn't there for that. Everything else perfect ,highly recommend 😊
T. Y.
Good location. Room felt like a dormitory and was not very clean. Wont return.
J. S. M.
Good, budget hotel. Rooms don't come with iron and ironing board but are available on each floor.
T. B.
Very clean and comfortable hotel, with a great location in London.
M. T.
Great location, handy for Bank & Monument tube stations. Good room size with usual amenities.
R. S.
Tiny rooms near noisy back all ways, don't bother with breakfast here but go next door , quicker better and cheaper
T. B.
Shocking receptionist. Self checkin not working. Wanted to charge me for 1 hour late checkout. But after I complained the manager was really accommodating
J. G.
The room was great. Friendly and efficient service on reception and the room service served me a very nice meal.
I. W.
Services are good. Rooms are small. Location is perfect. Near many markets and attractions
G. k.
Sorry, but for a 4 star place some soundproofing would be nice. Not something you can expect here so if you're a light sleeper and you want sleep you don't getting it here.
A. M.
Nice business hotel but guess rooms little smaller than other properties I had been
M. N.
Nice place to stay for business place. Centrally located very good staff and services
J. G.
Nice place. Lots of space and calm. However the annoying smell of cigarettes in my non smoker room
L. M.
Good room, hardly any view though.
Shower excellent. Free, fast wifi
R. S.
Great, reasonably priced hotel in finance district center!! Super friendly & helpful staff! Super adjacent Pub & restaurant!
N. F.
Nice rooms but little atmosphere, felt a bit dated and noisy.
T. M.
We always stay here when in london. Great location, nice rooms and comfy beds
M. J.
Great location near the Monument and the businesses district. Rooms are dated and drafty, pleasant staff.
L.
Like other Club Quarters hotels, basic, and on the expensive side. It is extremely convenient in its location though.
T. R.
Very nice entrance and reception area. Room had tv, aircon and was spacious!
B. M.
Fast check in and friendly service. Rooms are average at best and the breakfast is not going to sort you for the day.
S. P.
Comfortable, dining room decked out like a strip club - black, mirrors, more black, and cow hide
P. C.
We spent a lot o money to stay in this hotel and we had a worst service...........i cannot recommend this hotel. I forgot......the bathroom is the worst thing......
B. M.
Great location and hotel. Only negative is the thin walls and noise from other guests in corridors
B. G.
Nice hotel, great location for city, rooms can be a tad too warm at times .. but overall ok
R.
Nice clean rooms with a good location, just a 5 minute walk to bank station.
A. H.
Good location, good hotel, good breakfast, does the job. Dont expect views or proper gym.
K. P.
Staff seems nice, not a family friendly hotel. Wouldn't stay here agsin
J. D.
Great amenities. Friendly staff. Quiet rooms. Good location
J. S.
Very happy. Great price, great location, great amenities. Everything you need in a central location to sleep.
M. H.
Cancelled a booking despite assurances from one of us that all was well. Put one of us out on the street. Still charged for the night. Had to fight w management.
C. E. (.
Great location. Handy touchscreen check-in check-out system. Rooms quiet and clean.
S.
Stayed here while in London for work many times. Good hotel for a decent price.
l. f.
Very good! Upgraded our room when we checked in and it was really worth it.
G. K.
The gym is horrid but the rooms are fine. Small bit have everything you need.
F. L.
Decent accommodation and well priced for central London - room was spacious and clean
B. L.
My room was very humid and you can hear noise from the hallway all night long.
I. P.
Great location, the room is pretty standard. Overall I am happy with it.
s. s.
Location is good, rooms are clean and tidy. No safe.
E.
Room is small and cozy and the prize is too high ,may be because of its presence in significant location
C.
Beware of double charging, they not only double charge us they over charged as well. My advice keep far from here, this isn't the first time they have pulled this scam
F. P.
Right in the heart of the financial district just opposite the beautiful Leadenhall Market. Try out the Jamaica Wine House in the courtyards at the back of the hotel.
P. G.
Perfect location, clean and comfortable room, poor bar/restaurant
S. B.
Room good, location great, unfortunately there was a fire alarm that went off one evening and there was a lack of information regarding this.
C. W.
Splendid Lodge.Near perfect Location big rooms comfy beds right next to many amenities
A. H.
Basic room, no view. Feels like a hospital in the rooms. Very disappointing
S. D.

r. m.
Nice view from the top. However, it's to expensive when you're not using special offers
F. O.
Really close to my office which makes it a good choice
H. J.
The staff is nice but the rooms are outdated and noisy.
L. I.
Comfortable and clean rooms, great City of London location
E. F.
Fantastic location. Rooms are small but cozy.
P. G. (.
Place is ok but nothing special. The only thing which explains the high price is hotel's location.
