Spent a night here with 2 friends for a short shopping and show weekend. Couldn't fault it for room size, location and friendliness of staff. Clean and bright and nicely furnished. Great value for money for this rather nice hotel in Central London. Only negative was the price of the buffet breakfast, although good, did not warrant the hefty £45+ price tag - there is a great Italian cafe 2 mins up the road, which would probably have been a better option.

Fantastic position. Large room especially for central London with a comfortable bed and well equipped. Bathroom was fine with a good walk in shower.
The lack of regular housekeeping was not an issue and anything we needed for the room was done quickly. All the staff were friendly and helpful..
Would stay again.

Good location right next to Trafalgar Sq. Rooms were a reasonable price but suspect that this was due to pandemic & lower number of guests than usual. Room size was good considering location. I’ve read some of the other reviews that have mentioned small rooms in basement but our room was on 3rd floor with lots of light. Staff were very helpful & couldn’t do enough to help & guide us.

This hotel is in a perfect place for sightseeing. Covent Garden, Westminster, The Thames, London Eye and Buckingham Palace are all a short walk away. The staff are very helpful and friendly, and we were upgraded to a nice quiet room on arrival. The full breakfast is excellent and very generous and I actually couldn't eat it all. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel but when we checked in we needed to pay 130 pounds security deposit while the booking website stated the security deposit was only 60 pounds. Be aware of this when booking. The security deposit is 30 pounds per night. Was an inconvenience as we had not budgeted for the charge which was understated when we agreed to book.

Nalin at the front desk went out of his way to ensure we were happy and liked our room. We appreciate his excellent customer service. He genuinely cared about our experience. He always asked us if there was anything he could do to help. Five stars!
J. M.
A great central location. Room was nice and clean although it lacked the cutlery and crockery which was supposed to be in the kitchenette. The queen bed was comfy but the sofa bed was not and we had to ask for an additional mattress. The TV was temperamental. Having said that we would stay here again.

Fantastic hotel, we got upgraded to a lovely
room, fridge, microwave etc. Hotel staff are very friendly And professional. Would recommend this hotel to everyone
F. S.
Phantastic and very central location, quite spacious rooms with comfortable beds, very friendly staff. However, the setup with several hotels in one building is a bit strange and the rooms are a tad outdated. Having no room cleaning service (unless explicitly asked for) seems like a cheap way of reducing cost (and quality) in "past-pandemic" times.

Jake at the front desk was so lovely and helpful to two flustered tourists, and went out of his way to ensure our comfort. Being greeted by such a warm and friendly face makes all the difference, and we were so grateful to him for his superior customer service.

Very nice .rooms are a bit dated but nothing major .. had a great experience myself for my birthday . staff left a banner and sweets and a nice bottle of red for me . Staff was excellent and friendly .great location .will stay again

Hotel was great very helpful staff who were very accommodating, they even stored our bags so we could continue with our sightseeing as our train wasn't till late. Great location 2 mins to Trafalgar Square the mall and the Thames.

Fire alarm went off twice - 0130 and 0200 on a Monday morning. No apology or explanation from staff at checkout. Bedrooms not cleaned on second day of stay.

Staff are great, one in particular was Maria at check-in, she couldn’t do any more for us and made sure we had a great stay! Rooms are big and done really nicely, couldn’t fault anything, was very clean as well. The hotel is in a perfect area for bars & restaurants, can’t fault the price either for a nights stay in London in this area! We will definitely be coming back again.

Location is good, but they refuse to clean the room due to covid... pillows are slim and coffee pot was mouldy. Not worth £200 a night.
S. I.
It's not the most luxurious hotel but it works old but somewhat okay ,awesome location!
J. M.
Great stay in the heart of London! Rooms are clean, well equipped with all the basic needs, and comfortable. A lot of attention for COVID details. The staff is extremely friendly! Daliah asked us a few times I'd we are happy and if anything can be better. Would definitely stay here again!
K. G.
Friendly staff, nice clean room with good facilities and a great location. Would've been 5 stars but no parking, no bar (at time of visit anyway) and the self checkout system didn't work so it was a slow check in.
P. P.
Fantastic Hotel with great helpful and friendly staff in a great location.
D. L.
No room safe or fridge.
G. A.
Clean rooms, a bit small. Staff very nice.
D. L.
Nice Central London hotel. Great pizza at on site restaurant. Cocktails in bar worth a try
D. I.
Excellent staff, very helpful clean and tidy, family room was spacious for the four of us. Great stay.

Lovely and friendly staff and our second visit to this Trafalgar Square hotel. Clean and comfy and going back again later this month.

Good .. everybody was nice, room was clean.. thanks a lot . And especially to the ''marocan'' girl 😉
J. H.
We have stayed here before and its as good as every. A little slow with their handling of the covid restrictions, level of service. But, I suppose better safe than sorry
R. S.
It's not the most luxurious hotel but it works old but some what okay awesome location and even better staff the best staff of any hotel i ever been in and believe me I been in alot plus covid no cleaning room even if you weren't there is the only thing i dislike about it
P. S.
The customer service was 5 star and the staff really care for their customers. They made me feel really welcome and comfortable and I enjoyed my stay. I needed a room change late notice which they sorted right away. The showers are great too ! Would highly recommend

Nice hotel , nothing was to much of a problem . Would definitely go back.

Good rooms, very central, free water!!
A. G.
Ideal location friendly and helpful staff. Huge beds!!
T. C.
The location was unbeatable, we stayed for two nights and didn’t have to take public transport anywhere we just used the free bikes outside the hotel. The bed was super comfy and staff very helpful. The only slight problem was the bathroom was tiny.
N. H.
The location of this hotel was perfect for a winter holiday. The rooms we had were average size but they were very clean and clean and comfortable. The hotel staff were very helpful and informative and assisted us with early check-in, directions, and calling taxis. It was a 10 minute walk to Big Ben and Parliament. A two minute walk to Trafalgar Square. 15 minutes to the London eye. Our family had a great time. Seemed to be well secured and in a safe part of the city. Thank you.
S. C.
Clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. Excellently situated for access tubes or walking for sight seeing
G. O.
Great location. Nalin was friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable. Clean spacious rooms with fridge and microwave. So much nearby
S. J.
I stayed here for almost a month and I would say it was a delightful experience. The location of this Club Quarters is amazing being so close to Trafalgar Square and Buckingham palace.
They have friendly staff, nice and clean rooms, weekly room service of you're staying in a Studio. They also had well stocked cupboards on each floor with all necessary things like instant coffee, tea, mouth wash, shower caps, sugar. They also have water filters with ice dispenser on each floor. They also had a nice gym for all guests to use. Although they had a laundry room, I would say it would have been better if they had more or those rather than just one for the entire hotel
M. B.
Very helpful and friendly staff, spotless, impressive decor, ideal location for seeing all of London. Need to plan my next stay.
B.
Lovely location. Room lovely. Reception Staff lovely. Needs extra pillows and more tea and coffee.. Only had one toiletry set. Beware the bar/cafe is not part of the hotel and charge you 12.5 % service charge to bring your cocktails to your table.. Xx
T. M.
CQ Hotel, Trafalgar Square!
Great location as it's smack in the city center. Easily accessible from all parts. Plethora of stations for the tube and over ground.
Check in process is smooth and they have an app that can be activated to serve as your room key (mine didn't work smoothly tho). Great staff at the reception. There's a yoga mat, resistance band and recorded exercises on your TV to help you stay fit.
Breakfast is NOT included in the package. It comes at an extra cost of £19.00 per day and the options are very underwhelming, to say the least. You're better off hitting the streets and getting breakfast elsewhere
It's a good bargain!
S. S.
Great location of you want to stay in the center of London, but not in the City - and if you don't mind tourists. The bar serves free drinks for the guests between 5-6pm, some interesting English wine. Great idea, definitely worth it. The decor in the common areas is pleasant, if you are into the old world stuff. The rooms themselves are a bit less well kept. Like most Club Quarters I've been to in London, they need some face lift.
O. S.
The cleanliness of the room was fine. The location was perfect--so much to see and do. I would highly recommend dining here. Great lobby bar. Bottled water available on each floor, but run out quickly. Cheaper than buffet and more than filling. We got a warm welcome at the hotel.
K. R.
The hotel was very clean and the staff were very nice. My friend and I had no problems with the room. The shower and private bath was very big and really nice. Our view wasn't so nice but we there are rooms that have nice views of the street leading to Trafalgar Square. Ultimately, the location you cannot beat!
H. B. B.
Very nice hotel. Wonderful location. Rooms are large compared with other hotels in London. Staff are nice but we're not so helpful with unconventional requests. Great working lounge for business travelers.
r. v. l.
The hotel is ideally located to move across different locations in London. I did like all the facilities in the hotel except for the in room entertainment system. The system did freeze few times and had to reboot it to make it working. The remote actions were cached and used to dump a set of commands on to the tv taking the users control away. Except for this part I had a pleasant and nice stay there.
T. M.
Great location, old and outdated rooms and infrastructure
M. T.
Really disappointed with this hotel for what we paid and would not stay again or recommend. The only pro was it’s location. My boyfriend and I received a room in the c level which we realized was in the basement level. Not only did our window look into a wall and people walking by above us, you could hear the subway underneath passing. The bathroom is incredibly small, the shower barely room for one person and the door creaked every time it was opened. The pillows were the worst I’ve ever had, so high and stiff we had to call and get new ones and the employee even admitted people are constantly requesting to change out the pillows. No breakfast or amenities included. It felt like we were banished to a dungeon. Incredibly disappointed after seeing the lovely photos online.
P. B.
The hotel is the perfect place to spend a couple of days relaxing. ***ager/ service crew greet us at the door to welcome us at 9pm. The room was a great size. Wifi worked well our entire stay. All of the restaurants were excellent. Location was very good. We loved the neighborhood around the hotel.
A. L. A.
Location is brilliant. Rooms are nice and cosy but bathrooms are a bit small. The staff is friendly and helpful. Really liked the idea of having water dispenser on every floor. They also have washing machine for guests which is useful if you stay a bit longer and have children with you.
R. E.
Some of the rooms are nice, but this time I was given a room that was small even by European standards. In fact, it was so small that the only place I could leave my suitcase open was on the bed. The floors and walls seem to be rather thin. It is very easy to hear/feel people to the sides and above.
The location is personal preference. Very central, but also a prime area for protests, marches and events. If you chose to take a cab to the hotel, it may take 2-3 hours from the airport, if the cab can get into the street at all.
Plan accordingly and consider taking the Tube to Charing Cross or Embankment.
J. P.
Second time I have stayed here due to a work Christmas party. The staff were friendly and helpful as always, very professional and smart. The hotel is located in a central position literally a 1-2 minute walk from trafalgar square. The accommodation was clean, the room had a comfortable bed and it had all amenities listed. The only thing I would say is the milk for the hot drinks had gone bad so smelt like cheese. Otherwise was an enjoyable stay.
G. R.
Excellent value for London-based hotel room - small, but comfortable and clean, with all amenities. Hotel seems to be missing a few of the items/features advertised in the brochure, like vending machines, and the in-room app for room service from local restaurants wasn't working for me. In-hotel pizza restuarant for room service - suspect was probably a reheated pizza, not great value for money, which was disappointing. Very close to various consulates, which was my main purpose of visit. Staff were lovely.
T. M.
This hotel was clean, simple and affordable given that you’re smack right in the heart of London. The food is pricey, but there are tons of restaurants within walking distance so you can always dine out with no issues.
Bonus: smart TVs to make in-room entertainment more interesting.
N. P.
It was a beautiful hotel with an amazing function room which was made to an under the sea theme, bedroom was a decent size and the bed was very comfortable. Only critique was lack of bar staff so service was slow when waiting for a drink and it wasn't explained how to operate the lift so that was slightly confusing initally. All in all a lovely venue and would visit again.
M. A. M.
I was pleased with the rooms. The rooms are going to be generally clean. I was surprised by the size of the room. Reception was great to promptly change our room without any fuss. The staff throughout the hotel could not have been more helpful. Walking distance to picadilly and waterloo train station. Staff were helpful.
C. K.
First time staying in the hotel, but had previously been to a number of conferences in the conference center. Location is very useful for a number of central businesses. The rooms are ok, but have a few odd features in terms of plug placement and the occasional microwave...
Perfectly fine, but obviously a lot of choices in the area which Club Quarters doesn't really stand above.
D. M.
The location is excellent and definitely a place to stay, the rooms are a little small and dated, a wee update would be nice. The staff is excellent and very friendly!
Well within walking distance to the West End, the London eye, Big Ben, shopping, museum's, Buckingham palace and so much more!
Remember when staying in London, or anywhere in the UK... To look both ways when crossing the road! traffic is the opposite way then the USA.
T. M.
In general, I had a great time at Club Quarters and would recommend it to most people. It is at once comfortable and boutique and the marble clad lobby adds an element of grandness. Also, it is well equipped with two fine restaurants, both of which are enjoyable. There are no safes in the rooms. The only serious problem I had was one of severe miscommunication with the staff there, which almost caused me to miss my train to Paris. The people at the desk were nice, but left much to be lacking in the area of creativity and flexibility.
J. S.
Very clean and the staff is extremely helpful. This hotel in very centrally located in London. You can walk to many of the sights it is a short taxi to just about all the touristy things to do. I loved my stay.
A. L.
Excellent staff, nice rooms. Clean and very well laid out. The HVAC controls right by the bed were very nice. The single bed rooms without chair are good for short trips but opt for the larger option room if staying longer.

LEVEL C ? MOVE HOTEL STRAIGHT AWAY!
Totally agree with someone that has written on here. Such a shame for me also as I had many fond memories of staying here allot 5 years ago whilst on business I even woke up here on Christmas day one year.
If you get level C you get the worst rooms possible just move to a different hotel if this is all they have.
Noise above the window and certainly not a view of Trafalgar. The subway noise. No sink in the bathroom.
The pillows are terrible.
I wish I I hadn't booked here I got no sleep at all for a high price. The only positive is location.
No in room services also worth mentioning. No breakfast to room which is why I stayed here because the rugby was on. I wanted breakfast in room to watch it. Instead I went to the local wetherspoons. That's how bad this was.
C.
This place is basic and unfussy. If you just need a place to crash without a view, it’s fine. The mattress felt like something I’d find at my grannie’s but it was really clean and the breakfast included was very good. Service was also attentive. I’d stay here if I was on a budget due to the central location.
P. W.
Great location. Nice clean room
C. L.
The standard room is basic but comfortable and quiet. Free water is available in the corridor and there are a mini fridge and a microwave in the room, although I couldn't find any plate or cutlery. The cooked breakfast was nice (cooked on demand) in a nice restaurant. The staff was friendly. The only negatives were the shower that was a bit dated and the limited choice of teas (only breakfast tea and nescafé).
K. S.
Great location, love the "frills". The staff were Uber friendly and helpful. Try out the room yoga whist there. Im also led tho believe there is a live stream 24/7 of spinning classes in the gym. Great stay. Download the app to your phone and you won't need a key!
T. C.
Super hotel for the money . Great room immaculate bathroom towelling etc. Very effective shower. Comfy bed but only enough tea coffee for one cup. Wonderful position for the sights. The Prime Minister at Downing Street only 500 metres. Buckingham Palace is about 10/15 mins walk. Will certainly stay here again.
R. P.
Stayed there last weekend. Great location. Double room good size. The coffee and tea mugs were dirty. No water or biscuits. Only one pillow per person.
M. D.
They don't sell water in the hotel and the water that you can refill there is horrible so better get water somewhere before. Apart from that, the room was average and the restaurant was very lovely
B. F.
Had a lovely stay at Club Quarters! a great room, the right size for me, all very clean and tidy. 10 min walk over the bridge to London Eye and County Hall. The CQ app works very well also so totally recommend it. Will definitely come back again!
F. K.
I loved this place. Good location (10 min walk from Heathrow Picadilly line stop at Leicester Square), clean rooms, helpful staff, fast wifi. I had a suite so no idea how small the normal rooms are - I'm told they are a bit small (normal for London). No room service but lots of nearby and on premise food options. Great option in the "tourism" area of London.
A. B.
I've stayed here a couple of times and have enjoyed my stay on both occasions. Such a great central location too meaning you're never far from the main tourist stuff.
D. L.
Stayed here for a quick work trip. It's literally in the middle of everything. The location really can't be beat. I got up one morning and hand a lovely walk to the London Eye, Big Ben, Picadilly, and Buckingham Palace. All were an easy walking distance from the hotel. The room was clean and they have a filtered water station for guests which is really nice when you're trying to stay hydrated. Would stay here again for certain!
B. S.
My sister and booked this hotel for my parents to celebrate my dads 70th birthday and we thought we’d treat them to a stay in London whilst on holiday here. I called the hotel on Friday 16th at around 7:50pm and spoke to a guy and was greeted with ‘can you call back in 2 minutes ‘ ...I was then put on hold for over 10 minutes!! I eventually hung up and called back again around 8:05pm the same guy answered. He confirmed my parents were there. I explained about my dads birthday and asked if a birthday plate with a cupcake or strawberries or something with a note saying happy birthday could be sent to the room. He simply said no they don’t do anything like this, everything I suggested was just a ‘no’ eventually I said could some biscuits with a note be sent...he agreed. I wanted to give my name and my sisters name to put on the note/card but...he hung up the phone while I was in mid sentence!! Having worked in hotels all my life this is not an uncommon thing to do for guests as a small gesture or for a celebration.
My parents have now returned to our home and I asked them, if they ever got the biscuits, no of course they didn’t! You know such a small token/gesture would meant so much but it was ruined by this staff members awful attitude. I’ve worked in London for many years and for many hotels, and for one only a stones throw from this hotel and I’ve never heard of them..now I know why! Apart from location their customer service is awful! If I ever found out that one of my staff spoke to a customer or client like that there would be stern words had and this reception guy needs to be re trained or find a another career choice. Just bloody awful and so disappointing that a simple request couldn’t be carried out.
T. H.
Quite overpriced given the state of the rooms. The pillows in the room are very dense and hard. You can ask at the reception to swap them for softer pillows. The only good thing about this place is its location and its proximity to good bars and restaurants at Covent garden..
A.
Stayed for 1 night. Good sized room, clean, bed very comfortable. Staff friendly and able to leave our bags while we wandered round london the next day. Would stay again.
H. S.
Superb location right on Traflgar square. Walking distance to Buckingham Palace, Soho, Covent Garden and most of the popular theatres. Ok sized room, nice and clean. Friendly and service minded staff.👍👍👍
L. D.
Rooms slightly smaller than expected but had no issue whatsoever and everything was to a high quality. WiFi could've been a little quicker (estimated 8Mbps) but still good enough to load anything up to 720p. Very clean and staff are kind and friendly. Great location too.
N. H.
Comfortable hotel, with good service. This is a business hotel, so the decor is clinical. The price reflects the location, but is vastly higher than the hotel would otherwise deserve. The pub type cafe serves good food, but the menu is limited, it is overpriced and the service is not very good.
A. D.
Hotels in the City of London are a world apart. Or you agree to spend a fortune and you will be treated as a nabaab in <20 mq, or if you have a company or a family or a bank account imposing you rules and limits, you must accept compromise. This CQ hotel is an excellent compromise, with elegant quiet public spaces to work, a posh bar and restaurant and room of generous space for the standard of the City. But my room had not a single window, the bathroom functional but Spartan, it was like to sleep in a star ship or submarine, but not the Nautilus of captain Nemo, even that one had windows.
I. R.
Very good location, clean room and washroom, decent size and adequate amenities. Easy check-in and check out process. Staff are customer friendly and professional.
T. M.
Great location, helpful staff! Rooms were clean and quiet and had AC. The view was of an alley but I'm sure you can purchase a room with a better view of Trafalgar square. Free WiFi and the TV is equipped with the option to cast from your personal device (like Netflix or Hulu). The bar is nice but I didn't not try the food even though there is a restaurant on property. There is also a fitness center but I was not able to visit. The hotel hosted a large wedding and we never heard a peep from them! Walking distance to the Portrait Gallery, Charing Cross metro station, a lovely and quick cafe, Sherlock Holmes themed pub, and a Tesco Express (convenience store).
D. L.
I can't speak highly enough about the location and the hotel.
Hotel First: I have a serious paranoia about staying in non-American hotel chains when in Europe. I had a bad experience in Ireland once with small hard beds and no AC. So it was a leap for me to try the Club Quarters. I have to say I could not have been happier there. The hotel is very comfortable and modern. The people were great and room well appointed. It reminded me of a small Westin or a W hotel. I did not try out the fitness center and I have no idea if it had a pool but as a place to sleep between running around London it was great.
Location Next: Which brings me to the location. This hotel has a fantastic location. You can take the subway (Picadilly Line to Leicester Square) for 6£ vs 70£ for a cab. The hotel is about a 10 min walk and is right next to Trafalger Square. Once you are there you can walk to almost all the destinations. Want to see Wellington Arch and Buckingham palace? Take a left out of the hotel and the arch is directly around the circle. Want to go to the London Eye? Take a right out of the hotel and cross the bridge. You can see about 80% of the big tourist spots by walking.
J. M.
I have spent my entire stay at this hotel. Definitely worth what we paid for. The location of the hotel is simply the best. ***** the streets, there are ***y eateries where you will be spoilt for choices. Here efficiency triumphs over luxury, but it is well appointed.
S. D.
Very classy hotel, excellent location. Single rooms are a touch small, but more than sufficient for one or two people. Highly recommend for tourists looking for a Central spot

my money was stolen in the group of the hotel around 2020/1/20.
這個集團的旅館偷走了我的現金, 當我入住
Este grupo de hoteles robó mi efectivo cuando me registré
Ce groupe d'hôtels a volé mon argent en arrivant
这个集团的旅馆偷走了我的现金 , 当我入住
I was staying the hotel Club Quarters Hotel, Times Square (same group of the hotel) and my cash in the envelope was stolen. I m 100% sure the people from the hotel stole it. I hide the envelope in the bottom of drawer with underwear and socks. It means they have to went through every of my stuff to find the envelope. during the whole time I was scare and helpless. the hotel reply me that they don't believe what I say. I was terrified during the trip. and the hotel manger somehow disappeared and claim he sent me some email but I swear I get nothing but the first email. the hotel are lying during the whole time. and after I check out, weird things happened. according to them, they break out the drawer and found the envelope with short money $400usd (it was $680 when I lost it) under the bottom of drawer. I only put small goods such as socks and underwear. Ask yourself, what chance the envelope will get under the drawer. do you actually ask me to believe this story? the worst part is they are still trying to cover up the story.
A. M.
Stayed here to view the new year fireworks, got close access by being a hotel customer. Seeing them was amazing. The service was fantastic and the room was great.
W. K.
Location is great, but that is also what you pay for. The room wasn’t anything special. Have stayed in much better hotels for less.
E. W.
Excellent location. Right next to Charing Cross Tube Station, walking distance from Picadilly Circus. Great room.. accommodates 3 very comfortably. Highly recommend
i.
Incredible hotel in London. Has a very convenient central location to most tourist attractions, as well as a rustic but still modern feel. High quality, well maintained, and a very preferable location in the city.
A. A.
Booked room for 3... 3rd bed a 1980s style sofa bed I wouldn't expect my cat to be able to sleep on. Like lumpy space princess got there before me and left her lumps. In fairness, I haven't spoken to the hotel, but it's midnight and probably too late to deal with, but I don't tend to road test my bed pre-sleeping and can't believe no one has mentioned how sub-par these beds are.
M. S.
Comfortable beds, heating that actually works, and friendly staff.
J. B.
This is not Trafalgar Square. You can't see the square from the street outside the hotel. It is a walk.
The room was OK but several bathroom floor tiles and the shower tiles were cracked. How can this be clean? The WiFi was included but was weak so I switched it off.
I was booked by my company but would not spend my money here.
S. C.
Great location and easy to get to. Really friendly staff. Very clean.
J. D.
Very good location and comfortable place. Nice lounge downstairs Breakfast will cost you 15 sterling. Minus - very big and hard pillows
S. v. M.
Nice modern hotel in the center of London, right on Trafalgar Square. Rooms are small, but comfortable and furniture is new and well maintained unlike other old hotels in the area.
n. r.
The best hotel I have been to in London. Amazing staff, room was ok and of cours the greatest benefit - location. You can find anything better than the hotel by the Trafalgar Square :) There are also nice restaurants nearby which I consider as a huge plus
L. Y.
Nice hotel with proper rooms. Tidy rooms with good beds and big television. The voucher issues for breakfast/lunch is not ideal but the food is good.
B. K.
Loved the place. Nice and friendly staff. Warm atmosphere. Best night's sleep bed wa so comfy.
F. M.
The price was very high but the room was only standard. We were told that we would get a view of London, but our window faced a wall instead and a big pipe. The location is convenient though.
S. J. P.
Rooms are neat, bathrooms are little in size. There is no complimentary toothpaste or even bathroom chappals. Staffs are awesome. Buckingham palace, London eye are nearby.
A. S.
Attended an Asian wedding function. Great place in the heart of the city. Lots of atmosphere, Q park parking nearby if you drive. Very professional and top of the range venue/ hotel
B. O.
Not massive rooms (we had 2 standard twin rooms) and to be fair, we were just sleeping there! Hotel ideally placed for visiting local landmarks, v close to tube stations and bus stops.
N. N.
The hotel is nice and in a good location. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Very pricey though and renovation ongoing. Rooms seem to need redone as well.
A. P.
Overall a good hotel that's well located, tho you do need to set your expectations as most of these boutique hotels are small and lack alot of facilities. Small rooms etc.
M. B.
Great location and very helpful and friendly staff. The room was clean but very outdated and our air conditioner wasn't working properly. But overall I would still recommend it for the location!
C. B.
Old hotel but people at the reception are nice. Except that you have to pay if you want an early check in. I arrived around 12am and they asked £40 extra
M. K.
This brand offers good value 4 star, and this hotel was in a perfect location near Trafalgar square. Their restaurant staff could do with training though, had to call to refund a double payment.
M. D.
This hotel was seemingly well reviewed but upon arrival I was really disappointed. Checkin took approx. 20min, our rooms were super small, the bed was sagging and uncomfortable and the furniture in the was old and did not really fit well into the room. I would not stay here again.
P. R.
The bathrooms need a bit of an upgrade
S. H.
Would stay over and over again! PERFECT for work! Great location and the amenities are everything you need to work very comfortably. Staff was also quite nice and helpful!
C. H.
The rooms aren't as fancy as the lobby, and it's a little confusing that it's two hotels in one, but has nice touches like the free filtered water machines, books in your room etc.
Technically I had a Big Ben view, too, although we're talking the top few feet ;-)
B. O.
Excellent location. Our room had a lovely view of Trafalgar Square and The National Gallery. The room was cosy, with a very comfortable bed.
D. G.
Difficult to sleep, load and nout soundproofed for central London, expensive for old rooms
Ł. C.
Good value. Central location. Conflicting feedback from fellow colleagues that rooms can be noisy if facing the main road. No such issue for me on the 7th floor facing offices.
H. C.
I travel to London for work regularly, and stay here often. Reasonable prices, very attentive staff. Very close to much of London's sights. Definitely recommend.
B. C.
Amazing location. Right next to Trafalgar Square and minutes away from London Eye and Palace of Westminster. Beautiful hallway and clean, comfortable rooms. Friendly staff.
A. K.
Great location, good clean hotel. disappointed hotel bar was shut new years day. Not easy to communicate with some of the desk staff. Would recommend.
K. S.
A hotel that's good enough for a short trip. The room was quite small, and no fridge or hair conditioner. But for a short stay, it was fine
R. M.
Great hotel good views on top floor, not so good on other floors. Constant hum of London on other floors, bring headphones. Old up of docks not lightning connectors!
M. P.
Great hotel. Stayed here 4 nights. The hospitality is terrific. The location is marvelous.
P. M.
Very convenient hotel. Clean rooms which are well maintained and spacious for central London. A little oasis of calm.
M. M.
Nice hotel but my room was sometimes noisy during the night so make sure you ask a quiet one.
J. M.
Fantastic experience. Brilliant location. VERSION comfortable beds and service was excellent. .thankyou for everything we had a great time.
J. F.
Nice hotel, located in a great place.Floors crack and you can hear people on other floors/rooms.Airconditioner located behind the bed head.
a. c.
Great location, friendly staff, pricey coffee (£3.50 for drip coffee out of a cannister), extremely small room, cramped shower, but clean and great TV entertainment system.
A. S.
Lovely comfortable room and very clean...staff were so helpful and nice and you couldn't ask for a better location in London
J. M.
Lovely hotel. Great location. Shame the hotel bar closed at 11pm. Not great for after theatre drinks.
G. C.
Amazing hotel, great service! My wife and I wl be returning before Christmas 🎄
t. m.
Great location, pleasant rooms. Service a bit offhand considering it's quite an expensive place.
T. H.
Great location, wide rooms and very good beds. Bad wi fi but ethernet connectiin available. Nice personal.
I. P.
Great room. Great deal in the heart of London. Walking distance to all the cool stuff. Very helpful staff too.
S. S.
Nice hotel in a good location. It's 50 meters away from Trafalgar square and the subway. South Bank (London Eye) and Piccadilly circus are walking distance away.
p. l.
The location is wonderful. Very small room. Basic shower and amenities and not clean anough.
N. C.
Fantastic location. Friendly staff. Good dining options. Rooms are spacious and we'll appointed.
C. S.
Amazing location just off Trafalgar square. Decent room, easy check in / out. Lots of staff on hand to help us.

C. V.

M. J.
Very comfortable with friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location for Central London, easy walking distance to Waterloo Station
S. O.
Great location and friendly staff! The rooms were a bit small and dated but still clean.
G. P.
Nice rooms, not overly big but fine,Great location for sightseeing around London.
X.
Good location and near many touristic atractions . The room is quite small and for the price you pay you probably would expect more.
K. W.
Very comfortable stay however, they add 'extras' at check out such as service charges and extras for breakfast. Basically you will not pay what you expected to pay
N. A.
Its on very good location right in the heart of london just few minutes walk to Leicester Square and other side Parliament square and piccadali circus, downsides rooms are very small for this price not enough seating facilities available in room, lobby in also very small and congested, and biggest of all draw back there is no parking facilities you have to park on side road and one can imagine parking in that area can be challenge of lifetime so as a whole its a mix bagage of postives and negatives
T. S.
Smaller rooms but nice bathrooms. Perfect, centralized location and helpful staff. Loved the bottled water stations.
M. T.
Very close to the attractions of London, have all means of transportation within steps, reasonable price. But small rooms and toilets.
L. D.
Great location, clean hotel and room. Room is a bit small though. Really enjoyed the books in the room.
B. S.
Great location. Clean modern rooms. Water bottles you can fill yourself from the water machines are a great bonus.
L. S.
I would sometimes join a friend here studying, and it just feels like a great hotel. The service was always great, and everything clean.
N. A.
Great clean basic room but staff tried to charge me again after pre paid for the room
M. K. U.
Reception staff very friendly and helpfull bar staff very rude, need some training in manners and public relations, room ok if you like looking at a brick wall, needed to phone my daughter in another room to find out what the weather was like next morning
P. E.
Can't wait till May when me and family will be here for a couple of nights.....
Never dissapoints.....looking forward to Boyds bar and restaurant for dinner.....

C.
Excellent location yards from Trafalgar square, Regent Street, Mall. Great value for money, modern rooms. Nice staff.
A. W.
The rooms are awesome and that's second only to the hotel location... feels like you're at the centre of everything
M. J.
Decent price considering the great location. Rooms are basic but the bar and restaurant are spectacular.
A. R.
Lovely place. Clean, relatively quiet, which was very surprising due to location. Friendly staff.
S. J. H.
Alright. No amenities in room, creaky floors, thin walls. Lots of noise. Great location at least.
G. H.

Excellent base for spending few days exploring central London. 5 minutes walk from Charing Cross station, St James Park, Trafalgar Square, etc.
R. J.
Great location. Rooms a little dated and scruffy. Service excellent. Can't knock it.
J.
I had a terrible night here after the loud air conditioning turned on at 2am and then I found there were no bath towels. Very disappointing.
א. י.
Classic hotel very nice and location is killer. Walkibg distance from Adelphi theatre (kinky boots musical play)
T. J.
The rooms are the smallest I have ever seen. Tiny window that usually faces a wall or other window. The rooms are barely bigger than the bed. Highly overated.
N. W.
Get 4 stars only because it's superb location. Otherwise, only 3. Very small bad, cheep attitude.
A. T.
Nice hotel, great location! Its a little noisy at night, but OK.
D. C.
Location was amazing but that's all you are paying for. The room is tiny and no view.
K. M.
The hotel is clean and tidy but the staff not really especially the housekeepers from Romania
H. S.
Spacious, clean, near to Trafalgar's square, all rooms facilities with small kitchen, wonderful and pay the cost
C. H.
Great location to Trafalgar Square, amazing staff but room just OK.
K. N.
Great location. If you traveling for work best place since there are a lot things around to do after work
M. A.
Great location, decent room, hideously overpriced breakfast and, on one side at least, the kind of view that would not be amiss in a horror film.
R. G.
