I have used this hotel a number of times and you get a basic room, however it has a clean and comfortable bed and it has bus links to some tourist attractions in Central London.
l. p.
Bed was very comfortable, rooms very small & compact. No cooked breakfast option. Not the art of luxury but done the job.
R.
Ideal for a convenient location. Close to Edgware Road tube stations and a short walk to Paddington
A. C.
A few of the in room lights were not working but reported to reception on check--out
E. G.
Good value hotel, could do with a microwave and washing machine and a greater selection of breakfast options, but staff and room was good.
I. M.
No parking no breakfast despite advertising they do. Not great at all in fact it's disgraceful.
Mattresses were so soft couldn't sleep unless in coffin posture to avoid back twisted.
AC not operating.
NOISY NOISY NOISY .. can never open the windows for a good nights sleep but had no choice since dusty room needed airing.
Great location though 👌 easy to get to tourist attractions locations sites 👏
S. A.
Nice, clean and good location although a bit scary late at night.
R. D.
Clean room with tea, coffee,TV towels and hairdryer what more could we need for the price,oh continental breakfast too.

By far the worst hotel I ever stayed in!
Place Smelled like curry Everything was a disgrace not clean at all! Find a different hotel !
S. A.
Great welcoming, stayed twice very affordable for everyone

Recently on my travel to London i booked from comfort Inn and i must say it was the best in reasonable price, location is perfect near all halal food and tube station. Room was spacious enough for 3 adults to live, 1 full and 2 single bed with a partition in room that was a huge plus as our privacy stays. They have complimentary breakfast which was not bad to start a day with. Highly recommended.
C.
Perfect for a one nighter...clean, compact and central. That's all you need...and a kettle with tea and coffee was a great addition. Will definitely stay again.

Because our flight arrived very early at London and we arrived very early at the hotel we asked the Lady at the hotel reception if it is possible to check in earlier than normally possible. She immediately tried to help us and was …

As soon as me and my partner stepped through the door, i myself was looked at though I shouldn’t have been there. Was given the door card and off we went to the room which wasn’t the best. Looked as though nothing had been cleaned properly, stains all on the floor, looked like old sick marks in the one corner next to the bed. bathroom didn’t look to hygienic either. Would only recommend for the price and a quick one night stay
V. D. C.
Excellent value for money. Was worried when we arrived as the reception was tiny and so was the lift. But the room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Free breakfast was good as well. I defy anyone to find better value in Central London.

I've been staying here for almost a week now and I'm really enjoying my stay. The hotel is very clean, comfortable and easy to get around in. Rooms are large with average sized bathrooms for London standards. Rooms seem to be supporting a red theme which looks beautiful! Staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a very convenient area on Edgware Road - just off the Edgware Road station. If you continue walking straight you'll eventually end up on Oxford Street. The walk isn't that long so if you're looking to save money on Uber/tube then I recommend the walk. Lots of sight viewings on the way too. Doors are open 24/7 so if you need to head out somewhere or have a guest coming in at a late time, this won't be an issue! On the outside of the hotel, it does look very small, but once you go inside it's like a completely different place.
I personally recommend this hotel. 5/5
R.
Stayed for 2 nights. Staff very helpful and friendly. Room/bathroom clean. Air conditioning worked great! Breakfast is basic but sufficient. And mattress very soft but thats only because my personal preference is a firm mattress.
I would stay here again as very close transport links and i would recommend.
A.
I really enjoyed my stay here. I booked this room on points and was not disappointed. Breakfast was well appointed and the rooms were immaculate. Wifi worked well. Very easy to get here via bus and the tube. Thank you so much for making my stay in London enjoyable!!! Staff was very friendly and super helpful!

While the hotel is not so glamorous, it provides her guest with basic facilities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Their is a daily cleaning of the room and change of sheets and towels. However, the mattress and pillows are not sufficiently firm to foster a good night sleep.

Me and my partner stayed here and had a really lovely time, we purchased a car park space not far from the hotel. And although done people may complain that 'yes' the carpets on the stairs wasn't in great condition and it needs decorating. We can honestly say that out of all the hotels we have stayed in this was on one of the best, comfy bed which in other more expensive hotels have been awful. For me as long as you can get a good night's sleep and staff are friendly and it's clean it's good, we've spend lots in expensive hotels and would never go back to them.
A.
Nice place. Kind of good location if one does not mind taking the subway. The room was nice and clean. I don't thing they had the best security when leaving my luggage before and after check in in their storage. Door was open so anyone cud take from there. The breakfast was really good every morning
A.
This hotel is what it is. Working-class hotel, in a working at class neighborhood, near the tube, providing clean, safe, acceptable accommodations. The staff was exceptionally polite, the beds were somewhat uncomfortable, the bathroom was …

The hotel was perfect for what we wanted. Located within walking distance of most places we wanted to visit, and right next to a tube station for those that were further out. The room was much better than I expected for the money I paid; …

The fantastic triple room, neat and clean. We stayed 1 night, very pleasant experience everything was in place properly. Room heating was excellent, location is perfect very convinient I strongly recommend comfort inn that really keep u comfortable.

We've stayed in Choice hotels before and this one was a great choice for the money. It's very close to central London and Paddington Station. We were staying only for two days in London before continuing our trip to America. It's a nice …

I find the measure of operations like Comfort Inn is when something goes wrong. Like a great big idiot I'd somehow managed to book the wrong day on the website, so that when we arrived we weren't booked in. The kind man behind the desk …

Good location with easy access to Oxford Street and national rail. Comfortable clean room. Bed was pretty soft and bouncy. Continental breakfast was OK, except for terrible coffee (from a vending machine). Price was good.
A.
Comfortable, though small rooms (although there was a light in the room that I could not figure out how to turn off for quite some time. It was not attached to any of the room switches!). One of the few hotels/accommodations I found on our …

This hotel is not luxurious but will do for a couple of nights for busy day time travellers.

To start with check- in/check-out: the girl in front is really nice. But one of the men, looking more at his phone than your guets. Not good. He did not smile, he did not look up when we where leaving the hotel and he missed everything …

Were visiting from Canada with family in August 2019 and called ahead to the comfortinn main number and the front desk to ensure the rooms are air conditioned. The room we got the first night was boiling hot and the so-called AC was just circulating air. It seems like the room was over a boiler room or something as the floor was hot.
The 2nd say switched the room and thank God it was “OK” not great but could sleep. should have asked my money back for the first night.
J. B.
The exterior frontage of this hotel doesn't do it justice. On the exterior it appears run down and dull, but this is not the case.
There are areas of the interior that are quite tired (such as worn stairs …

Was definitely the worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life! Reception keept me at least 20 min kr more to verify me as a person she wanted to knw wht bank did a use when i paid or whatever while I was showing my pin code and confirmation reference number! Rooms small, smelly and a dirty toilet room! Prices too high and the area is the worst area to book an hotel from! Totally disappointed! Do not book here for any reason!

If you are looking for the Ritz, this is not for you. If however you are looking for a comfortable room centrally located in London, this Comfort Inn fits the bill. It is a short walk from the Edgware Rd, Bakerloo station and you can get …

Cheap and cheerful. Attended nearby Christmas event so only needed a bed, shower and some breakfast and this did fine. Staff friendly. Easy to miss on the road as a small entrance. No complaints.

My expecting wife and I stayed three days there as part of our honeymoon Europe tour and posting from our hotel room now . The hotel is indeed located in a great location and connected to almost all the major bus trains, tubes, taxis , etc in London. On our last night or day, the hotel service workers or cleaners, cleaned our rooms and cleaned out our valuables and intangible items. They stole the brand new Laptop I purchased for honeymoon pictures and our Ipad. Robbed us of our honeymoon peace and memories. The receptionist appeared nonchalant about our plight, finally called the cops after we insisted. The cops came and said there is not much they could do about that, but they will be investigating the case. There are cameras in the hallways, so I hope they review it and question the employee who cleaned our room and our bags. All the zips on our travelling bags were opened and the things they didn't need thrown on the floor. Thank goodness our passports and money were stored in the room safe. We were worried walking and looking out for pick pockets, not knowing, we were checked in with the danger diabolic. Too bad, we were having such a fantastic time in London Please do NOT become a victim like us, STAY away, you are warned. Currently barricaded ourselves in the room staying watch over my pregnant wife as she sleeps. We just don't feel safe here anymore. I uploaded pictures to show what our current situation is .
A.
When I arrived I was given a room that stank of cigarette smoke, even though it is a non smoking hotel. Although to be fair the lady on reception then gave me a choice of 2 other rooms. The room I choose was ok but the internet was totally …

This was our third stay at this choice hotel. The bus is right out the front door and the underground 4-5 blocks away. You can catch 3 different line within a short distance. The breakfast selection is good.

We really enjoyed our stayed. Room were big and clean. Good breakfast and the staff were very friendly. A big thank you to Nazish and Ahmed . There were very helpful- One of the best location!!!
s. s.
It's basic but clean and well maintained. The staff were quite helpful. Plus there was a good halal/vegetarian breakfast thrown in. There are many shops and restaurants close by.
The location is on a major road and really accessible but I had a bit of a problem taking a nap during the day because of the traffic noise.
A.
Rooms are decent. We had a room above us on the above floor, as soon as someone walked we could hear the crackling of the floorboards, very disturbing. Wifi signal very poor. Staff was ok. Would not use again
D.
We stayed overnight for the Little Venice Canal Cavalcade and found the hotel to be convenient, well-situated. We were made very welcome and the quality of the room and breakfast was excellent.
We will definitely be looking to stay again.
N.
The personnel were attentive and helpful. The room was clean, the shower was good and the cleaning team did a good job. Breakfast was plentiful with fruit, eggs. Toast, sweets, cereal etc.
R. L.
Good location for transport by bus and the underground in Central London. Rooms are clean and tidy. Breakfast is free and the the selection is decent. WiFi is slow and there needs to be an option to upgrade the speed if I need it.
A.
Clean comfortable and relatively well equipped room including coffee maker and safe. Fairly well sound insulatef from the busy road outside but some noise could be heard from adjacent rooms and coridord.
A.
Record the street address, very small store front with small signage. Good breakfast room, guest computer but no printer for boarding passes. Room is clean but compact. Good TV and air conditioning.
A.
Very Comfortable modern hotel. Ten minutes walk to the tube station, with eating places on your door step and supermarkets not far. Close to London to see the sites.
n. m.
Felt the hotel was in an unsafe area for two young travelers. Also no gym. Paid for nights in advance to get lower rate which is not refundable, but ended up moving to another hotel, so ended up spending way more money.
F.
A really nice hotel on the edgware road, very comfortable, affordable, a very clean.. made to feel really welcome. Close to oxford street, hyde park, walking distance threw the parks for the museums and London zoo.
S. T.
The price was way too much for a shabby small room. Lights didn't work, carpet and bed sheets ripped. 2 tea sachets and 2 coffee sachets. Housekeeping entered room an hour and a half before checkout.
N. E.
The Hotel is what you would expect from a budget quality brand. small, spartan and functionary. but it serviced my requirements of satisfying my client and earning me money, so in that respect I couldn't have asked for anything more.
S. H.
I mean, it's a decent hotel. Breakfast is passable and the rooms ok at the most. A bit run down and noisy. Avoid if you're a light sleeper
A.
Small rooms bad view litterally no place to keep luggage. Key stopped working and the machine to refresh/renew card key is faulty have to take someone from reception up everytime i want to enter my room
A.
Comfort Inn Edgware Road, clean friendly and convenient for the buses
I. A.
Really good overall, good cold breakfast, rooms are little small but comfortable enough, the bathroom looks old so works on this plus and a coffemaker at room would be a good decision.
S. M.
Great little hotel for the price. Room smelled a little funky but in a central London location, for the time of year, and price i think it was acceptable.
I. F.
Very clean and good value for money. The TV in our room didn't work so they upgraded us and gave us free wifi for the rest of our stay. Would stay again.
D. C.
Basic hotel in a good location, with all that was needed, at a good price.
E. J.
Clean, comfortable, and close to city centre and plenty of amenities. This is not a luxury place, it's just a good place for a couple of days. Everything you could need and quite fine breakfast.
A.
When we arrived they could not find our booking and told us they were fully booked. They then realised it was under one of the other guests names and not the lead booking. Other than that the stay was fine
K. F.
Had a pleasant weekend with my wife and grandson who had never been to London before, did all the main sites, saw a play did a bus tour, a river tour, the eye, and had some nice evening meals out, just need to start saving up for next years visit, in fact in was not pleasant it was fantastic.
H.
Clean hotel but outside very shabby looking and area run down and in my opinion hotel overpriced I booked out of there as I decided to stay two more days and went forty minutes away and got a great price at ibis styles and saved seventy five pounds and got a lovely breakfast rather then cold boiled eggs and toast and there is also parking here at a very reasonable price were as at comfort in there is no parking at the hotel so if you take your car be prepared to pay a high charge to park on the road or in a run down car park about ten minutes away
S. T. A. R. (. t.
Nice people, a decent continental breakfast. The hotel is close the the Underground and a very good value for the money. Clean and comfortable.
A.
Basic, clean bed, okay location. I've stayed in nicer places for this money. Staff seem under pressure.
A.
Conveniently situated near Lords on the Edgware Road close to Little Venice and with easy access to most venues in London. Good bus services, and access to Warwick Avenue and Edgware tube stations. Close to Paddington Station and many restaurants and shopping facilities in the Lebanese quarter on the Edgware Road.
E. J.
I stayed during the Ashes and the hotel is a 7 minute walk from the ground. The room is OK but the rest of the hotel needs a major upgrade. Breakfast was continental and poor.
A.
You could easily walk past it poorly sign posted. Howvsre, the rooms are clean, cotton sheets, clean, nondescript reception, could be made to look more welcoming.
A.
Overall a very good hotel for centre of London
Average breakfast but you can take as much as you like
B. A.
Overall experience was good, just not the best part of town. Bed was a bit old, but worked for us. Quiet area for the most part.
J. F.
I always prefer Comfort inn Edgware hotel because its located at very nice place where I can easily accessible just a few minutes walk. I like this three star hotel Edgware and accommodation rates are very economical if we compare to other hotels in Edgware.
K.
Comfortable enough, but has been very noisy at times and WiFi not great (but it does work). Breakfast is a welcome inclusion.
L. C.
Rooms nicely maintained, good breakfast selections, nice staff. Advise requesting room that does not face Edgware Road (noisy street)
A.

Before you book this hotel, consider what you expect from London. If you would like to experience London life style this hotel is not convenient for you.

A.
Decent hotel in central London.. Don't get in rooms at main roadside - noisy nights may disturb sleep.
M. D.
The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and located a few minutes walk from the Edgware Road tube stations.
A. F.
Îs a good location With grand rooms and clean. Also, you have front bus station and a few metres distance îs underground.
A.
Good hotel for the price! Decent offers if you pay attention and book in advance.
K. L.
I was very pleased with my stay; what made it even better was that it was near a London Underground station and the price was excellent.
M. W.
Very comfortable, spacious room with all essentials and very good value for money.
A.
Location was a tad far away from our planned attraction visits and the wifi was a little slow, but other than that, good price and very helpful staff.
A.
Good hotel, clean and value for money. Like any other hotels in London, you have to check with the hotel about parking if you are driving.
