For a 3 star hotel it's not too bad, you get the basics and it's really just a place to lay your head after touring London or where ever.
The staff are really lovely and friendly, the only problems we had were that the sheets and quilts had marks on them which were a bit worrying but we were only there a couple of nights.
Also beware, I made my booking based on the images of the hotel and rooms as you would and they do not match up to the accommodation you sleep in.

Room was nice nothing extravagant but clean and beds were comfy ..and central for the train station and the buses

In all honesty it’s ok but great or fantastic
Stayed in room 403 last week
£143 on the Thursday i would expect more
Room was ok not great bathroom was very small dark and a plastic shower curtain
My tiny window was looking onto a dirty roof top
The tiny curtain covering the window bedroom wasn’t doing anything to keep the light out so i was awake at about 6am
The place was close for refurbishment so i expected more
Only positive there is a lift
Located on Belgrave Road
Open 7 days a week
24 hours a day

Needs updating but for central London a good price. Area is safe and plenty of amenities nearby.

Second time we stayed here, nice room, everything was fine, breakfast was good, could have been a bit more choice, everything was fine. Nice staff, clean rooms. We will return!
A.
The hotel staff was wonderful. They were very information and accommodating. Also, the breakfast area and choices were more than expected, basic but good quality and very clean. Our room was small and not like the pictures shown on the …
A.
The price is fine, both cash and reward stays. The staff is friendly and helpful. Victoria Station is just a few minutes walk away, and there are many dining establishments as well as a Tesco Express and other stores within 2-3 blocks. The …

This was our first stay in London so needed to adapt to the differences in what to expect in England vs a hotel in the US. Older,, smaller buildings/rooms vs upgraded, larger buildings/rooms. The size of our room was suitable for our …

The staff are very friendly, the wifi was solid, and the lobby is super well kept, but that's where the big positives both start and end. The rooms are SUPER basic. This may well be the first hotel I've ever stayed in that lacked an ironing board and an iron. The bed was tiny (though comfortable), my carpet had stains, my room was on the basement level, and the bathroom was very dated. I might stay here again, but probably not at the price I paid. Good basic hotel, but hard to call it good value.
A.
This is basically an OK hotel but staff seems unprepared in case of emergency. They could probably figure out a better way to put bathroom towels in bathroom rather than hidden below a nightstand on the other side of the bed. Nice location. The staff was friendly with varying levels of competence.

The location and staff were great but the facilities were lacking. My room was in the basement and it was very loud. Ironically, even though I could hear every footstep in the hallway the maid who arrived to turn over my room at 830am couldn't hear my shouts telling her to come back and she walked in on me. No harm done. Just know what you're getting here. It was clean and there was a bed and private bathroom. But, it's not high end.

OK budget hotel, not the best, not the worst. Stayed in one of their single rooms right up in the eaves of the building. The room was clean and tidy though decoration was not to a great standard. The mattress was not as supportive as I would like.
The main problem though was the noise, the door had a large gap at the bottom meaning every time someone moved around the lift or in the corridor you heard every sound. Added to that the creaky floorboards and the fact that the guttering ran almost directly above the bed it didn't add up to a great night's sleep.
That being said it was clean and relatively cheap.

The hotel is in a great location, about a 7 minute walk to Victoria Station. One thing I did not like about this hotel wad the noise level. I was on the first floor and could hear everything in the lobby, there was also construction work going on right behind my room so during the day it was noisy on both sides. The hotel is also a bit worn, and the cleanleness was only so so. The front desk workers were fabulous though!!! So the people and location were the things that I really liked about this hotel.
A.
The room was a bit dated but if you're in town on vacation you don't spend much time in the room anyway. It was clean and not too small. They do not have air conditioning which was a concern at first but it was very comfortable without it …
A.
The staff were friendly and welcoming, room was clean and tidy overall, and most importantly was quiet! The bed was comfortable. However the room was tiny! One might say that feline rotational possibilities are limited..... …
S.
All facilities appeared to be in new condition. I was extremely impressed with how clean the room and bathroom were. The room was a good size, for an urban hotel, although the bathroom was a bit odd, but at least it was in-suite, and clean. …

Positively surprised with this hotel. Very nice staff, the lady in the breakfast is very polite, room clean (a bit small for 3), bathroom super small. Fresh products for breakfast.. And being in London for visiting we only used it to sleep. So... Fantastic!!! Good location and easy to access. Thank you to the reception team for answering all my emails straight away! We will for sure be back in our next visit!!

Great and beautiful location in Westminster. Rooms and bathrooms are small. Our room was in the annex which was a maze to find. Older building so noise from the guests upstairs on wood floors woke us up early. Not your typical American style hotel but more European style. Breakfast had a lot of options once you found it. If you are desiring more comfortable than convenience, pay a little more for a better stay. We were here only one night so it worked for us.
A.
The hotel was nice for Victoria standards, however the other Comfort Inn (near the Coach station) is way better. The bathroom here was quite small (even for Victoria standards), there was no space to put my toiletries on. …
R.
We stayed five days at Comfort Inn Westminster. It was very convenient to the Victoria Station - 10 minute walk. There were several restaurants nearby. The room was in the front of the hotel and we could hear street noise into the night. …
A.
This hotel is for those who want to be close to the underground (tube). The rooms are small. So small that you can't really walk. The bathroom in our first room was tiny. You can accomplish it all standing in one spot. The staff is very pleasant and the breakfast carries the basics.
T. K.
This is a good hotel, very close to Victoria station. The rooms are quite small and there's not much storage space but are fine if this isn't needed. One downside is no microwave or fridge in the room. The breakfast every morning is decent, but the coffee is not that good.
A.
Comfort Inn Westminster is very close to Victoria Station, which was our first objective when we booked a place to stay. It was pretty close to the place too where we wanted to go out for the evening. The staff was extremely friendly, …

Best possible location if you want to discover London. Very friendly service; they went out of their way to help me and answer my questions. I could also leave my luggage at the reception on the last day. My room was in the basement, a bit small but comfortable. It was well-equipped, everything was easy to find and use. All in all, a very nice budget hotel. I deducted one star because the shower head was dripping all the time and made the bathroom wet (and it might make sleeping harder if you are a light sleeper).
Edit: I almos forgot: great wifi! I was able to watch Netflix without any problem, none of the usual “hotel wifi” problems happened.
The breakfast is adequate, but nothing special.
A.
Compact family room but all we needed for our short stay. The room was clean and beds comfortable, only slight let down was the on suite - a very small wet room. …
A.
We stayed at the other comfort inn on Belgrave (closer to Victoria station) during a previous trip to London. We were not able to stay there again because the rooms were already booked, so we thought this comfort inn would be comparable. …
A.
The hotel is as expected for the price range:
1. Staff service is excellent, from the front desk to the breakfast room.
2. The hotel is close to public transportation. …

We chose this hotel due to the proximity to Victoria station (which is great), it's inclusive breakfast (also great), & free wifi. We also liked the fact they had a room for 4 (2 adults, 2 children)...however this is why we only gave a 3 star rating - the room we were given was at the back of the hotel and "up a flight of stairs" we were told. This was a very narrow flight of stairs, & not 1 but 5...no elevator with 4 sizeable cases! And then to find a small room but even smaller bathroom (tiny)!
A.
This Comfort Inn is minutes from the Underground (train) and is located in between two stations. It is also within a walking distance to many tourist attractions and landmarks. Staff is professional and very friendly. Their service was …
A. B.
A relatively inexpensive spot nice and close to Victoria station. Not fancy, but for a bed to crash in and a breakfast to get you going in the morning it's ideal. As with another review, I did get walked in on by housekeeping and they got a show. Andre at the front desk was beyond helpful. I'd stay there again.

Check in and check out were incredibly easy and quick. Free wifi with code provided at check in. Rooms are nice and cozy, if you are after a large room then this probably wouldnt suit but it was perfectly fine for us. Breakfast was free and there was a large selection of food and drink. Good location - 7 minutes from Victoria station. Bathroom was small, but clean. More like a wet room but didnt bother us. TV and Kettle provided. Staff were helpful. Rooms and communal areas very clean!
A.
Location good, in easy walking distance of both London Victoria railway and underground station and Pimlico underground. Overall hotel fairly good - room small but adequate and reasonably priced for London. Breakfast was acceptable, …

Pros: a great location in a nice neighborhood, close to the centre (about 10 minutes to Victoria or the Buckingham palace), lovely and helpful staff, working WiFi without a problem.
Cons: we booked the stay a week before coming to London and upon arrival we were told they were renovating the dining area and so they would have to give us a “breakfast” in a bag every day, which seemed like a scam to me - they must have known they’d be unable to serve breakfast and still they sold them? The room was small but fine, in the bathroom however you had to shower above the toilet and have the bathroom floor wet for hours after. Every day they provide new towels (that were a bit smelly) and make the beds but don’t clean anything else - but how can I wash up after morning tea or coffee without a sponge?
In conclusion: I would recommend this hotel if you are in London for sightseeing and only need a place to sleep for an affordable price. Just get the breakfast in one of many tempting cafés and bakeries nearby.
A.
Good location for our stay of attending Green Day in Hyde Park and Victoria Coach Station. Were allowed to leave our bags upon arrival before checking in later that night after the concert. Breakfast was an unexpected nice addition to our …

My room was small but perfectly formed for one person. The bathroom does resemble what should be a wardrobe but it all works lovely, and is very clean. Perfect accomodation for the price I paid.
A. L.
It's a nice hotel with a good location. The rooms are small and we got lucky to get a bigger bathroom, because normally they are very tiny.
Hotel is 5 mins away from Pimlico underground station and 8 mins away from Victoria train station.
We had continental breakfast that included toasts, jams, cereal, ham/cheese etc.
The staff is really nice and the hotel is very quiet in general.
A.
The hotel was good and a good value. The family room was on the lower level and was able to comfortably accommodate 4 adults with one full bed and 2 single beds. It was clean and well maintained. The hotel was very close to public transportation and in a great part of London!
A. F.
Anna at the front desk is very pleasant and helpful. The location is great but rooms need some upgrading and of course mold is a big issue throughout. Overall, was basic, breakfast was toast, ham, croissants, juice, coffee.
A.
This hotel is light and cheerful, although the room we had was tiny. It served as a good place to lay our heads after a busy day in London but I don't feel the room was large enough to do anything other than that. Handy luggage storage room.
A.
The room we stayed in was just a little bigger than the bed itself. But it was clean and felt safe. Perfect location with nearby shops, restaurants and pubs.
The staff was super friendly and very helpful.
G. M.
Great Location... close to Victoria Tube, railway station & bus station. Also very close to Pimlico tube station. Helpful & friendly staff but rooms are small, air conditioning not working & only cold breakfast which remains the same every single day !!
J. S.
Single room for two people is very small (the bed barely fits in the room. Shower is tiny. Breakfast was good. Staff very friendly. Location is good. Little outdated. No room in the room. Small room.
a. g.
Very clean and tidy. Rooms only small but we'll worth the money. Will be booking again next year for the oval test match.
A.
The room we stayed in was just a little bigger than the bed itself. But it was clean and felt safe. Perfect location with nearby shops, restaurants and pubs.
The staff was super friendly and very helpful.
A.
Very impressed. Great price considering so central. Very clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Would recommend this hotel and will be staying there again.
A.
A great hotel in a fantastic location. Just a couple minute walk from the Tube and easy to get just about anywhere. Typical small room for a place like London but fits the bill just fine.
s. C.
there was a someone's clothe between the bed and the window. and also there was smudge on the floor in restroom.
And when I open the window, there were trash cans );
But the room was not bad and they have good service.
S. P.
Room was an attic room, very small cupboard of a bathroom/shower room. You could only see out of the windows by standing on the bed. No air conditionin but a fan provided, very hot! Service was excellent and could not be faulted.
F.
Took advantage of the Choice Priveleges Reward Points for this stay. Ideally located in the centre of London, within walking distance of many tourist attractions. Very clean, friendly staff, room was on the small side but perfect for one night's stay & the breakfast was good.
A.
Despite the reviews this hotel was wonderful! So clean and perfectly placed near all the popular london attractions. A good 8 min walk to any underground or a 3 min cab ride right to the palace! It was perfect for me.
s. C.

Nice little hotel in Westminster. Very close to many London attractions. Showers are small and weak by American standards but otherwise a good, clean room. …
A. B.
Had to stay here last minute. Its okay in terms of budget hotels.
Pros:
Convenient location
Cheap
Cons:
A bit dated
Slowish wifi
Basically zero amenities (you get a bar of soap and a very thin towel)
Basically its fine as a crash pad but not much else.
A.
Hard to complain for the price. Family room was in the basement and was very hot despite turning all the radiators off. However it was clean and the beds were comfortable, bathroom seemed new and was spotless.
A.
We found the staff very friendly and the room was very clean, just a little smaller than we were expecting, and the combined toilet/shower room whilst functioning perfectly meant that the floor was wet if you needed the toilet after the shower.

I've stayed in a few hotels in Victoria and this one (so far) is definitely the best value for money. The Best Western Victoria may have the slight edge when it comes to a slightly more comfortable bed, plush carpets and large bath towel/sheets. But the Comfort Inn provided free water, a microwave and minifridge in the room as well as a good breakfast of cereals, pastries, toast, yogurt, cheese, juice, coffee, hot chocolate. And the price was lower than Best Western. I had tried the Premier Inn but their rates were double the Comfort Inn so haven't stayed there. As regards location, it's opposite the Passport Office so useful if you need to be there, and just around the corner from Victoria train station.
A.
The hotel is a little gem in the heart of London. Very close to tourist areas and accessible from Victoria station, which was ideal for our walk around with young children. Hotel is very clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. Ideal location and makes London affordable.
Y. A.
Just the one night. Perfectly adequate for what I was in London for. Good location. A 8 mins walk from Victoria and 6 mins from Pimlivo tube stations. Had room 304. Door lock needed a little jiggle every now and again to work. Plenty of towels. No fridge. Two desk fans in the room. Windows need to be shut at night as the night time traffic can get a little noisy. Breakfast was from 630am till 930pm. In basement. Usual stuff. Nothing special. All in all, i'd book again.
A.
It is a "labyrinth" inside with more rooms than expected. Our twin room was quite small but ok for short stay. The hotel was generally clean, although our bathroom was very musty. …
A.
This hotel is in a very good location, ideal for buses and the tube. Close eto Tate Britain and the Thames. Bathroom facilities let it down as the shower and toilet were very cramped. Very basic breakfast, more like hostel food.
G. M.
Great Location... close to Victoria Tube, railway station & bus station. Also very close to Pimlico tube station. Helpful & friendly staff but rooms are small, air conditioning not working & only cold breakfast which remains the same every single day !!
A.
We enjoyed our stay at Comfort Inn, Westminster. It is conveniently situated near Victoria Station where you can easily reach all the sights of London. The hotel is clean and for the price we paid it was well worth it. Staff was friendly
A.
The hotel we ricultato comfortable, as very close to victoria station. The room was clean and sufficient for our needs if rather small. Breakfast good and the staff helpful, friendly.
A.
The hotel is good value for money. It is ideally located to all London attractions. The staff are helpful, pleasant and efficient. The breakfast, though basic continental is ideal and worth getting up for.
A.
A typical Comfort Inn - friendly staff, good public rooms but bedrooms a little tired and cramped. Much of a muchness with other UK hotels in the group but uplifted by its very friendly and professional staff and great central London location.
A.
The hotel is conveniently located near Victoria Station and close to tube and bus services. It is always quiet and comfortable and the rooms have good ensuite facilities. Checking in and out is always efficiently done by hotel staff.
K. R.
Its your basic hotel. Yes, there's a bed and solid WiFi. The rooms are small, as they all are in London, but I'd try to get a budget deal. We paid 200£ per night and it was very overpriced
A.
DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU REQUIRE SOLID, PRIVATE INTERNET ACCESS! Reliable connection is only available in the lobby, and sometimes it fails even then. If this is not important, then you will find clean rooms and friendly staff. The location is convenient with good restaurants and shops a block away.
A.
A great hotel in a fantastic location. Just a couple minute walk from the Tube and easy to get just about anywhere. Typical small room for a place like London but fits the bill just fine.
M. D.
The room was small, but I had a good night's sleep. The bathroom was tiny, And there was a serious lack of hot water for a morning shower. The stay was work related. If I had paid I would have been disappointed. I think that this will bey only stay here.
A.
The hotel was adequate as we did not intend to spend time there other than for sleeping. The rooms were too small to sit in, if we had intended on doing so to watch TV in the evenings.
A. H.
Room did the job, receptionist took me to my room as it was apparently an expedition to get there. Water pressure sucked though, but the cleaning staff were great!
A.
The staff was very polite and the position of the hotel is not far from Victoria Station. It ist a small but nice hotel for everyone, who want a clean Hotel with good location and friendly staff.
L.
Absolutely loved my stay rooms where really lovely and clean staff were friendly and kind would definitely come back again!!
A.
The location is perfect. The building a typical westminster area architecture. The rooms are small but correct. Do not expect confortable bathrooms.... luck of common sense on the disposition and design.
B. P.
I walked in off the street after an EasyJet cancellation. I got a very fair rate, a comfortable and clean room, and very attentive service during my short stay. Breakfast was basic but, for the price, fair.
a. g.
Very clean and tidy. Rooms only small but we'll worth the money. Will be booking again next year for the oval test match.
A.
It is a nice place, clean and very cozy. Continental breakfast is well supplied and the room, although small, very clean and comfortable.
A.
We stayed as a group and it was perfect for us. Easy check in, clean rooms and well equipped. Reasonable breakfast and excellent staff, very good value
A.
Great location, easy to each and close to great restaurant. Nice room but bathroom very small and no air conditioning (not so important in London, by the way).
L. C.
The position is great. If winter try to get a room facing Belgrade st it's sunny. Breakfast is basic. Bathroom tiny. Bus at your doorstep
A.
A cosy room with a little en suite! Lovely location close to Victoria station and Pimlico Underground station. Basic facilities but clean and perfect for a 'not so costly' stay in London.
D. R.
Tiny rooms with even tinier bathrooms, but they offer complimentary breakfast. The location is superb.
J. S.
Single room for two people is very small (the bed barely fits in the room. Shower is tiny. Breakfast was good. Staff very friendly. Location is good. Little outdated. No room in the room. Small room.
A.
This hotel is clean, comfortable, and has a friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is also close to many desirable destinations and a 10 minute or less walk from Victoria Station.
A.
Good location to transport links and a very nice area. Rooms are clean and compact. En-suite is extremely compact. Rooms are well-serviced and the breakfast was well stocked.
A.
Good hotel, keenly priced and close to trains, tube, restaurants etc. The bedroom was great however the bathroom although clean looked pretty shabby with cracked floor tiles.
P. K.
It was a bed for the night. Won't rush back.
A.
A very clean hotel and friendly staff. You can't beat the price for the location, includes free WiFi and a delicious continental breakfast with fresh hard boiled eggs.
A.
Thgis hotel is the best of all the ones at this price which I have used in the area. It is clean, comfortable, welcoming and has easy access to the venues of central London.
N. G.
Location was awesome! Perfect for a one night stay to London. Small room, but charming. Close to public transport and charming London sights.
A.
Decent hotel. Extremely small rooms but comfortable. The breakfast could have had better and more options.
S.
Hotel is older, run down some but staff are friendly and accommodating. Good basic breakfast fair more European than English.
B. B. R.
The hotel room was just fine , too small and toilet is even more small . Overall my stay was just okay .
A.
Was very satisfied with hotel and especially the staff. Overall everyone was very helpful and was ever willing to assist. Hotel was very near to Victoria station and many surrounding amenities Thank you and will be back again
A.
Clean comfy rooms, no noise even at night and close to underground with bus 24 stopping right outside hotel. Good breakfast but surprised at no bar
V.
The hotel is located in a very nice area, about a mile from Victoria Station. The room was [very] small and only had a small fan, but nice. The staff was very nice and helpful.
A.
No electrical outlets for my C-app machine, cellphones and iPads. Has to to borrow a long electrical extension cord to connect to the other side of the room which is dangerous as people might trip and fall.
c. m.
Great comfortable hotel. Friendly staff. Sleeping can be very warm and uncomfortable at times during the night.
A.
Excellent staff, make you feel really welcome. I always use this particular hotel every time I stay in London. The team make the difference.
A.
Very impressed. Great price considering so central. Very clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Would recommend this hotel and will be staying there again.
S. K.
Can't get in after 2, a little tired. The water pressure in the shower is very very low!
A.
we were six persons at the hotel and all the six enjoyed their stays at comfort inn
the rooms at the 4th level are very quiet (special request) …
J. D.
The room was a bit smaller than expected but overall a fine visit if you're using the room for just sleeping.
A.
Good Location, easy reach of Pimlico tube station.Great for an overnight stop that we had on a Sunday night after an event in the South East London region. If arriving on the train then go to Pimlico as it is closer than Victoria as we found …
A.
Would highly recommend. Walking distance to transport. Excellent restaurant right next door and pubs close by.
Only 30 mins to centre of London if you walk.
A.
Great location, but tiny rooms. Bathroom and toilet practically same area. You basically shower over your toilet. (55357)(56864)
A.
Overall excellent; definitely go back. Great value and centrally located. Only negative is rooms are small. Staff is spectacular!
A.
For the price and location, Comfort Inn is good value for money. However, choose the tiny rooms only if you do not have an alternative because they are very tiny indeed.
f.
hotel was great close to Victoria station food and shops great staff and nice place to stay rooms are small but if you are sightseeing your only there to sleep
m. a.
Basic no frills hotel. Tiny, tiny room. Hot shower. Close to Victoria Station so quite convenient.

Bathrooms in dire need of an upgrade.
A. R.

A.
Good location close to train station and tour buses. Good restaurants nearby. No computer/printer access was a drawback.
A.
Good location for our needs which were to see a show at the Royal Albert Hall and then to see the fireworks.
Easy to travel to Kensington from the hotel and easy walking to the Embankment.
A.
Great hotel, easy to find located in a good place room was comfortable and clean staff where lovely. Would highly recommend and stay there again
A.
Pleasant location, convenient (near to buses & subway). Nice people at the lobby. Tiny bathroom. Breakfast of poor quality
A.
The bathroom was so very small and no air condition. It was very hot at night while trying to sleep.
A.
Staff great, It was my partners 50th birthday, the staff left some chocolates and prosecco in the room for her - how wonderful and thoughtful 10/10 I couldn't have been happier
THANK YOU !
J. B.
They were very accommodating to our luggage even though we arrived early and left late.
A.
Friendly Staff.Clean.Good Breakfast.Shower small.
Overall cannot complain at all. Will definitely stay again.
A.
Good overall value. Great location. Very nice from the outside. I recommend a ground level room as the elevator is quite slow
A.
Not terrible. All the staff were great but ants by the apple juice machine and poor breakfast and wifi offer let it down greatly.
A.
Great hotel. Friendly staff. Clean room. Bus stop in front of hotel. Great location. Highly recommend!
k. k.
Good hotel, room was not to big, but enough for sleeping... Walking to underground is max 5 min
M. D.
Tiny room with a dirty hand mark on the wall. Moldy anti-slip mat in the shower.
Very close to the Pimlico tube station.
V. H.
Small rooms. Excellent and friendly staff. Good location and decent price.
A.
very good balance price-accommodation; excellent location, close to the main bus and underground lines. Staff very kind always willing to assist the customer.
