The recently remodeled room was very nice. I’ve stayed here a number of times and have always enjoyed my stay especially as we get a triple room for the two of us. Staff is always pleasant and welcoming particularly Jacksza and Mahdi. Can’t beat the location. All in all another pleasant stay. Highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed at this hotel. Absolutely lovely reception staff, polite and friendly. Rooms are clean, and tea with coffee making facilities in your room. Had a flat tv and Covid-19 government guidelines in place. Free breakfast. Going there again soon as it was really nice.

This is a budget hotel and the standard of fixtures and fittings reflected that.
It was clean and comfortable with generous supply of towels.
The staff were pleasant.
It is very centrally located close to Victoria Station so expect some noise.
There were a few minor issues (remote control not working, bedside lights not working and out of date milk on the hospitality tray.
Although a continental breakfast is shown on the website, this wasn't available during my stay and unfortunately this had not been communicated at the time of checking in otherwise I would have made alternative arrangements.
In summary, a clean, central hotel which had it not been for the minor issues outlined above, I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a no-frills budget hotel.

Stayed in room 101. Found it a bit noisy as the fire door slams, and I could hear the trains at Victoria in the early morning. However, I liked the fact that I had a dark basement room with Aircon and impressive shower pressure.

It's a good hotel located at Victoria the room is o.k and the bathroom is big, but needs to be remodelated. Not very clean. Breakfast is very simple but correct and good and very cheap.

Great price considering the location, with a breakfast including. Limited information when checking in, but all we needed to do was ask! Definitely worth the money we paid!
A.
The hotel is very close to the underground and rail/bus connections. It is comfortable the staff are so helpful it was perfect for what we wanted.

Great little hotel, cheap for the night stay. Only thing to be caution about is pillows, if you like more than one pillow, you may want to ask for extra!
A.
We were concerned to stay here after we read some of the other reviews but we should not have been. The hotel was VERY conveniently located! The staff was extremely helpful! The breakfast was also better than expected. The rooms are a …

Stayed here while visiting London for two nights. Basic hotel--nothing fancy--but we weren't going to hang out in the hotel, just needed a place to sleep and shower! Was able to store our luggage when we arrived early. Nice, spacious …

The BEST hotel I've ever booked !!! Perfect. More than what I could have expected. The bed is the most comfy one ! Just like the name of the hotel. AMAZING staff who would spend 30 minutes helping me and proposing me your buses that fit my needs. Their attitude is wonderful. Breakfast is awesome ! Location is perfect. 3 min to the coach station. 2 min to the tour bus initial stop. 1 min to the train and Gatwick express station. 1 min to restaurants.
Thank you so much ! Will definitely bring other family members here !

Location is great, just 2 minutes walk from Victoria station so easily accessible. Staff were very friendly and helpful on check in. Rooms are basic but functional although had a somewhat musty smell and the bed could have had a better mattress. Bathroom was small but had everything you needed. TV with freebies in the room and tea and coffee facilities. Breakfast (continental) was good and the dining room was comfortable. Compared to the cost of some.hotels in the area this represented good value and I would stay there again. Despite its proximity to the railway line it was also quiet.

Great hotel!
We stayed in the hotel for 5 nights.
Awesome location, very nice team, basic but good breakfast, the room is small but organized in a comfortable way.
The only problem is with hot water in shower, sometimes we didn't have hot water in the shower, I think mostly in busy times where a lot of guests take a shower.
Also, the carpets are old and a bit dirty.
But overall: great hotel!

I had an excellent stay at this Comfort Inn. After a long flight from New York, all I wanted was a hot shower and comfortable bed to sleep in - this place had everything covered. Topped off with a decent breakfast in the morning and friendly staff bidding us farewell, we were able to start our trip off on the right foot.
The rooms are a bit small, as well as the beds. However, the rooms are clean and the location can’t be beat as major tourist destinations and train stations are only a stones throw away.
Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Excellent staff—front desk, housekeeping and kitchen!, well maintained basic features—ventilation, WiFi, TV. Great location in central London very near Victoria Station. …
A.
A perfect place to stay to explore London sites. Location is excellent for bus, train and walking. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms are spotlessly clean with free WiFi and tea/coffee facilities. Good breakfast with plenty of choice. Looking forward to our next visit in a few weeks.
A.
We booked this hotel for the affordable price for 3 people in a room near Victoria Station. The only disappointment we had was the bathroom which was in need of some TLC. The addition of the local mobile device placed in our room on our …

I stayed here from 25 Jan to 28 jan 2019. A very good budget hotel which provides good value for your money. The front desk, the housekeeping staff and the kitchen staff were to the point, answered all questions and made us feel very …

We arrived before the check-in time, thus we could put our luggage in the hotel's storage. However, there was no security, everyone could enter and took the bags they want.
In our room which was in the underground, there was a window but it was impossible to see through it, nor to open it. There was a also a strange door in our bedroom, impossible to open but we know that it gives to the outside as we could feel some winds going through it. That made us scared of course.
That was the negative points of this hotel, the rest was perfect (free breakfast, hair dryer, location, ...).

We missed our coach to Leeds and needed somewhere to stay at 2am. The very kind man on reception did everything he could to find us a room at a price we could afford. We were tired and stressed. The room was clean, warm and comfortable and just what we needed. If we were ever in London again we would definitely stay here. Recommend highly if you're on a budget.

Other than some confusion on the part of the taxi driver, who dropped us off at the wrong Comfort Inn, (even though I'd provided him with the address of ours!), after a short walk of a few blocks, we arrived at the right Comfort Inn, …

Our room was as small as our cruise cabin, but clean. However, we had to carry our luggage up a flight of stairs to get to it. The breakfast was adequate and enjoyable. The hotel was well located - close to Victoria Station.

The room was small, which we expected. Our window had a cracked window pane, but the windows were great for letting in air and light. Very nice retro pictures in the lobby and breakfast room. Our toilet stopped flushing, but me and my …

Awesome hospitality from this hotel staff, specially Mr Rado and his colleagues, this hotel is actually the prominent area in Westminster. Very near to Victoria station and bus coach station, this has good menu for breakfast. It has luggage room as well, so it helped us to drop our luggage after we checked out as we wanted to go to Scotland with small luggage..
They helped us by keeping our luggage in their store room free of cost. All services very good.
A.
The rooms were clean, basic and comfortable, the hotel well-located. Decent value for the going rates in London. Hotel staff was pleasant, but clearly there was only a bare-bones staff on duty. The desk staffer had to be away from the desk …

Great location to Victoria Station. Easy access to Windsor Castle. The staff personnel were very accommodating and helpful. The daily breakfast was very good. If you are taking a Rabbies Tour ( their tours are outstanding) their pick-up point is about a one minute walk. All around good, central place to stay.

excellant location. Rooms clean, good size, continental breakfast very good. Staff all friendly and helpful. Great pub across the street, how much better can it get. Within easy walking distance of Victoria Station, just like advertised.
L. M.
The good points are its convenience to the coach and train station (minutes walk away which is very good for tourists), the choice of breakfast, the comfy bed and tidiness of the rooms, very satisfied.
However, the hotel facilities were old. The toilet is tiny. And we lived in basement floor, not feeling good by the noises from the vehicles.
A.
Ok stay hotel is aged and little bit unkempt
Hotel is in need of a fresh up and deep cleen.
A.
We stayed in room 120 at the Comfort, which was a room tucked away down a corridor - this meant it was lovely and quiet. The room was small but functional, and very clean. The hotel is ideally located for travelling to and from Victoria and …

Clean. Great staff. If you are used to large rooms, cough, cough, fellow Americans, cough, you'll be disappointed. Get over it. Rooms were comfortable, breakfast was great, rooms and beds very comfortable. A pleasant experience.

Excellent location, just a few blocks from Victoria station. Walking distance from Buckingham Palace. Friendly staff and good breakfast included. Beds can be improved but in general is a good option to stay while in London

A.
Excellent location for the business traveller needing to stay in central Westminster. Staff are excellent but the hotel could do with upgrading and investment as the guest rooms are getting a little tired and in need of upgrade (TV’s, bathrooms). Given its location it provides good value for money.
D. M.
I had a basement room which meant that I could keep an exacting check on how the tube service was running as it passed, what seemed like a couple of meters below my pillow.
This hotel is the definition of the phrase, "in need of modernisation" in the bedrooms, specifically in buying some new mattresses as mine felt so soft and beaten up.
On the plus points... my aircon was fantastic and actually cooled down the room and the water pressure on the shower was exquisite!
V. S.
I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room. Clean, warm and comfortable as well. The breakfast was quite good, being a small hotel as it is, you can’t ask for more. Needless to say, the location is the best. I would definitely recommend it
A.
With bus stops and nearby Victoria station nearby, the location is fantastic. Pretty flowers and St. George pub next door was a tasty evening stop. For breakfast, stay at the hotel! Love the coffee machine with numerous choices, juices and …

I had a pleasant stay, I'm actually surprised with the size of the room, it was pretty comfortable for the 3 adults. It would be nice to have extra electrical outlets. I'm satisfied with the breakfast. But there's one thing, I tried …
A.
Conveniently situated. Appropriately priced. Lovely staff. Overall positive experience. Room was clean but requires a deep clean to remove damp smell. Complimentary breakfast was generous. No laundry facilities but we we've informed that there was an external place close by but we did not access this.
A.
Regular business user of this hotel. Very centrally located and, for a Westminster located hotel, it provides very good value for money as it is one of the least expensive in the area. The hotel is a little tired but it is at the budget end …
A.
The breakfast bar was wonderful.
I needed an extra blanket & pillow - the evening desk man was very helpful and got them to me immediately. …
A.
Great location for all your needs. The hotel has THE fastest wi-fi i've ever had in ANY hotel. It was blazing fast like 90mb download which is unreal seeing as most hotels you barely get 5-15mb. The HANDY that they have in the room is an …

Great little find close to Victoria Station. We have a quad, so a queen and two twin beds. The room was small, but cosy and was just what our family of 4 needed for our 4 nights in London. Free breakfast included, and a very friendly staff.
A.
I was rather disappointed with this hotel. I arrived to a very cramped room with curtains drooping in disrepair, dated bedding hastily laid down, and a decor that screamed dated. I realized going in that this hotel isn't exactly what people …
A. C.
Small rooms but they are at a great price! Breakfast was sufficient. Staff was always willing to answer questions and very helpful! My only problem was with the shower, it drained slow and it was hard to get the temperature right...but overall it was a great place and I hope to return!
A.
Highly satisfying. The staff at the front desk were extremely welcoming, very smiley & they made check in a quick procedure. The room wasn't small and cramped which I was expected from bad experiences elsewhere, it was spacious and modern with a decent size bathroom/ shower (that has its own shower gel suspensor).
A.
Comfort Inn Victoria is in a great location...one block from Victoria Station.
In easy walking distance from many good restaurants.
Nicely updated décor tho rooms are small. …
A.
The hotel was very nice, directly across from Victoria Station and easy walk/transfer to area attractions. Room was clean, pub across the way for meal/pint and the hotel breakfast was a good variety and well done.
A.
The beds were super uncomfortable; super worn in. The room itself felt like I was staying in someone's basement. We were also misinformed about when breakfast was available. We were told it started at 6:30 when it really started at 7. It wouldn't have been such a big deal if we weren't pressed for time; we had a train to catch.
A.
A friendly clean and efficient hotel. Great location for bus, train and walking into London. Breakfast and rooms good. The staff are always friendly and helpful and try their best to make your stay a pleasant one.
A.
Well placed for the visit we were making. Close to Victoria. If you want a posh hotel this is not where you should stay however although a little tired around the edges of offered us everything we needed. Would recommend to stay and if I need to stay in that area again I will be staying here. Good value for money
J. B.
The location and price were great. The room was not very big and it was warm, muggy, and had a smell to it. But if you just need a place to rest your head this hotel is fine.
R. R.
Very close to London Victoria station, within walking distance. Room was plain but did the trick. They offer free use of cell phone with stay, which could be useful if your phone is not unlocked.

Decent hotel, could have done with more pillows. Breakfast was not very good, need more options other than toast and cereal. But would definitely stay again, especially because of its location.

Very close to the Victoria station in London! For the price and ease of access you couldn't get a better hotel for your stay in the area. When busy, the location feels a bit crowded, but there is plenty to do and see nearby including an …
A.
Hotel was perfectly located which is near the station, near major attractions and places to eat. Staff were really accommodating and handles concerns professionally and in a timely manner. Breakfast buffet was also filling.
A.
This hotel is convenient to the transportation stations and offers a free continental breakfast! The rooms are small, but efficient. The price is higher than other hotels that are nicer and near the Southwark or Blackfriars stations.
S. V.
Lovely cosy hotel only issue no parking but Victoria station has some and other parking facilities available nearby
A. N.
Very friendly staff. Extremely convenient if you're looking at a central location quick hotel. This is great for solo travel and for business. Nothing fancy about it. No fuss 3 star business hotel.
A.
The hotel is located a few minutes walk from Victoria station. The staff are very friendly, efficient and helpful and the room was very clean. Breakfast is simple but fresh and the Internet speed is great.

Location is great, kind people, only the breakfast didn’t impressed me, due COVID 19, they put bread, banana and orange to eat in the room. They have coffee machine.
T. M.
Good location. Lack of towels, shower mat and pillows. Mostly clean. Hairdryer was rubbish. Breakfast was nice
A.
It was a little hard to find the main entrance it is so conspicuous that we had to look twice it was so close to Victoria station though rooms could used some cosmetic touches breakfast room as good you have to come with open mind mostly all rooms in London are small other than that no complaints
A.
The room was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Very nice continental breakfast. Great location for the Victoria bus and train.
A.
I had little difficulty finding the hotel and the reception desk was very accommodating and the breakfast provided as more than adequate. The position of the hotel near to Buckingham Palace was ideal. A very good hotel
A.
We stayed here for one night prior to our departure from Victoria Station. The hotel is close to Victoria Station and Victoria Coach Station. Although the hotel rooms are small, it provides everything you might need. It is also very clean. All in all, it offers good value.
A.
We’ve stayed at Comfort Inn Victoria on all our annual London trips since we discovered them ~10 years ago. Location, great accomodations, convenience, staff!!, and at a good price. Can’t wait to get back.
Z. R. S.
Very responsive staffs, good quality breakfasts. It's wooden floors sometimes make sound, probably guests reside in ground floor feel a bit disturbance.
A.
Love the proximity to Victoria coach and train station, lovely reception staff made us feel welcome, the room was in need of an upgrade but it suited us
A.
Great hotel and it is in a really good location. The condition of the hotel is slightly on the old side, could do with a little refurbish & slightly cheaper price but overall Comfort inn Hotels are just as good as Premier inns & have the best locations so I cannot really complain as someone who works in the Hotel industry myself.
A.
The hotel was good and looked modern. Room was small but good enough for our needs. The batchroom could do with a clean around the shower tray but on the whole was good.
A.
Comfort Inn Victoria was safe to stay in. Also, it is accessible to almost all important places in London because it is just around 5 min walk to Victoria Station.
A.
Good location to the tube at Victoria Station. Good pub next door. Close to Buckingham Palace. Ask for a back room if possible. Facing the street can get loud. Kept my spouse up at night, I didn't hear a thing...
A.
Great location, close to coach and underground station, food shops, restaurant, nice pub next door. Very friendly staff, very clean hotel. Well run. Would definitely stay here again.
A.
Well located (three blocks to Victoria Train, Coach and Underground stations). More than just a continental breakfast - closer to an North American breakfast. Good staff. Watch for undisclosed basement rooms.
A.
Location is perfect for many sights such as Westminster and the West end. Easy transport options from Heathrow and for travel around London. Friendly helpful staff.
A.
Convenient location near to Victoria Station. Quick check in. Helpful personnel.
Clean room and toilet. Good breakfast. We envoy our stay and will recommend this hotel.
A.
The location and value are very good. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. The room itself was worn and really needs an rehabilitation.
A.
This was our 2nd time staying here in London. It is clean, reliable, good breakfast, reasonably priced and VERY convenient to activities, pubs and especially all transportation needs. Easy squeezy!!
T.
Loved our stay at this location which is convenient to the underground and to Intercity buses. Solid basic room. Good self serve breakfast.
A.
Good location and service is attentive. Double Room is a bit too small while triple room is okay. The hotel is worn out and outdated, carpets dirty.
A.
Hotel was clean and safe. However as a reward member I was given a basement room with a window looking out into a brick wall. Wifi was weak. No acknowledgement was made that I was a reward member.
A. A.
Is a 3 star hotel. Not the best lobby or facade. However, the location is perfect. Located 3 mins aways from Victoria station and Victoria Palace (containing many restaurants). Also very close to a Victoria tube station.
A.
Great location, friendly staff. Room smelled very musty and the carpet and drapes need updating. The shower pressure was great
A.
The hotel is a great location and the included breakfast was actually pretty good. They also have a smartphone that you can take with you as you travel which really came in handy!
A.
Great location, clean comfortable room, and reception staff was friendly and helpful. Great value, too. Would definitely stay there again.
M.
Room was small, but adequate. Convenient location - short walk to Buckingham Palace and HOHO bus stop. Able to walk to Victoria Station and take the tube to Heathrow.
L. G.
Basic but nice hotel, everything you need. Breakfast has a large selection of food. Not far from everything going on, buses near by and the tube near by.
A.
Our room was spacious, clean and quiet. The location is really excellent with a lovely pub/restaurant across the street (The George tavern).
A.
Kind and welcoming front desk staff, convenient location, clean rooms, free breakfast was nice, good wifi. My only issue was how uncomfortable the bed was.
C. C.
Small rooms but by the bus station. Very compact but water is hot for showers and breakfast if you have it included is decent.
A.
Clean, tidy , great value for money and very friendly and accommodating staff
D. L. F. M.
Absolutely best cost benefit you'll find in London. Very attentive staff, great breakfast and absolutely amazing location. Small rooms but worth all the other positives

Great location, a few minutes from Victoria station. Good value for money but some improvements would make this a great hotel.

The rooms are very nice and the location can't be beat! Walking distance from Victoria train, underground and coach stations.
