Have had afternoon tea here before and it is worth every penny only slight criticism was our waiter this time was nowhere near as good as the last time although it was busier. We arrived at 16:00 which was our booking time asked to wait either in the bar or in reception! Not happy to do this so kind of hovered only to see other people seated before us which was a bit annoying. Still great hotel but just a few things could have been better would still go there again

A wonderful Champagne Afternoon tea for our friend's 60th birthday. Ambiance and decor is first class, staff are very friendly and the food was simply delicious.
Yes it's pricey but well worth it

What a fabulous afternoon tea. The sandwiches were so delicious and the cakes were divine. And we were looked after by the most charming young lady. Honestly if you want to do the best afternoon tea here is where to do it.

It was my third time staying at the Corinthia. Staff are very welcoming and attentive. I got upgraded to a suite on arrival, with a complimentary bottle of champagne in the room. I stayed for two nights.
I made use of the spa on two occasions, which is one of the best in London. I had an ESPA lifetime experience which consisted of a salt scrub, full body massage and facial. All of which were very relaxing and left me glowing.
The room itself was very spacious with a walk in wardrobe and large bathroom.

Awesome place, highly recommended.
Booked specifically for afternoon tea and we were completely satisfied with our choice.
Food, tea, music and atmosphere are at the highest level.
Lovely place 🌷

Fabulous hotel with excellent size rooms and great facilities. The location allows easy access to the best of central London restaurants and entertainment. Service makes you feel special without being intrusive. Couldn't ask for more.

The staff of the hotel is of an otherworldly kindness. This is an establishment where luxury and excellent quality doesn't rhyme with arrogance and elitism. I went there to make my proposal and though I just had one dinner and was not a big customer spending hundreds of pounds per hour or staying the night, they allowed me to make a dreamy proposal. It goes without saying the hotel is gorgeous and the food at the restaurants excellent. Thank you so much again!

Amazing hotel with great location and facilities. Always happy to help. Afternoon tea is beautiful. Breakfast is high quality, granola is delicious. Spa facilities are fantastic. Overall the best experience. X

Since my dad works at this hotel, I've gotten the opportunity to visit there for a night! The stay was lovely, the staff there were friendly and the decorative flowers looked immaculate. I loved the little dog plushies they gave and books. I felt really bad when they went out there way to fold my clothes D: but a delightful experience !
J. M.
Such an amazing afternoon tea..staff friendly helpful and attentive..the food outstanding they are happy to offer gluten free selection and the tea just keeps on coming...as it was a birthday treat i also was given a small cake with candle..happy to go back.

An absolute gem of an afternoon tea. Our waitress, Violeta was wonderful and welcoming. She presented the food so well and nothing was too much trouble.
Having dined at other top London hotels I would say that the Corinthian is #1 in terms of customer service and atmosphere. Thank you for making it a really special occasion.

Had the afternoon tea experience. Service was excellent but the presentation of the food was sub-par. The sandwiches, scones and puddings were all served in succession rather than presented at the same time on the usual stacked stand. It makes it lose the impact of richness as food gets drip fed.

Absolutely amazing hotel. The staff are wonderful, attentive and remember your name! The breakfasts are just outstanding and the beds are sumptuous! Great atmosphere in the lounges and fabulous dinners at Kerridges. Great location and our balcony overlooked their peaceful courtyard so we slept like babies! Nothing to fault about this gem of a hotel in central London. Highly recommend and look forward to our return visit!

Was taken here for a birthday treat and would have given 5 stars but was not impressed with the meet and greet. The door personal were efficient and polite but we were left hanging about the afternoon tea room for ages before anyone took us in, in fact we had to look for someone to attend to us. That said when we were finally seated our waitress Katya was efficient, polite and helpful. The pianist was also very good and played Happy Birthday for me and another request we made. I enjoyed my afternoon as they also unexpectedly presented me with a cake. Just a small matter of complaint but I feel it needs to be addressed.

First Class welcome at 10:45am by the doormen and porters as well as the lovely ladies at reception check in.
When I revealed it was my Birthday and my daughters had planned this special 2 day SPA TREATMENT for my 70th Birthday they were delighted and kind enough to accompany me to my room where my youngest daughter was waiting to welcome me.
Room service was excellent and staff on the floor were curtious and helpful.
In the Northall restaurant the waiters were attentive ensuring myself and my guests had everything we required. Complements to the Chief and wine service excellent. The CORINTHIA, LONDON has the best SPA in London. As is the Hotel. The Breakfast and afternoon tea was superb and the staff very accommodating. 5☆

Frankly, incredible service. The staff here are super friendly, really knowledgeable and in it for the customers. Massive shout out to Pru and Pedro who kept us entertained, occupied and well looked after; long may they continue to make Corinthia outstanding for customer service. Thank you for a great night!

Had an amazing stay. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are fantastic and the attention to detail is superb. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for something special.

Due to afternoon tea went to the bar. Could here the live piano music from the other side. Life music after 7pm.
H. W.
Beautiful hotel and lots of places to sit and we had a drink and oysters in the bar. We could hear the piano being played and the service from the staff was exemplary.
P. A.
Great customer service! friendly staff! highly recommended! I had a fantastic experience during my stay.

What a lovely hotel!
Went there for the afternoon tea and some mulled wine after.
Place is gorg, products best quality, impeccable service. I highly recommend

We stayed for 2 nights in January and we had the most amazing weekend, we enjoyed a lovely upgrade with champagne in our room. We totally spoiled ourselves with afternoon tea , lunch in the outstanding garden , dinner in kerridges and on two occasions went down to the espa to relax. Every thing was totally out of this world, can’t wait to return. . Every member of the Corinthia team staff were excellent and extremely helpful & friendly throughout our stay 🥰 corinthia now our favourite hotel in London by far , thanks so much.

Fantastic stay. Lovely people they made us feel so welcome. Hospitality at its best!

I hope this review reaches your GM- I wanted to give special kudos and appreciation to one of your staff, Violetta, who made our visit perfect with her incredible service and personality. I hope she’s well looked after as an employee and get all the promotions and raises she deserves!

I had an absolutely brilliant stay here. The hotel staff were amazing! The room was nice and spacious, a tad on the old side, but that’s okay. If I had one complaint, it would be that the room we booked didn’t have a his and hers sink. The video on their website shows the deluxe room having this feature, but the pictures show a single sink, so it's no bother. However, I think if I had requested it, they definitely would’ve put us in a room that had a his and hers, because the service was that good! I imagine they'd do the best to accommodate me. Heck! I merely mentioned the fact that our room was “far from the lift” and the woman showing us to our room asked almost immediately if we'd like a room closer. THAT'S GREAT SERVICE! The room was clean, impressively so. The spa area was very nice and very well maintained. Great spa area! Although, I do wish the pool was bigger… Guess I’ll be doubling up my laps on my next visit lol.
The room service (for the two things we ordered) was amazing! Potentially the best club sandwich I’ve had at a hotel (I ordered 2 it was that good! My pictures don’t do it justice). The chicken shawarma wrap was great too. The doormen weren’t as good as I’ve recently seen. Whilst at The Londoner, the doormen were excellent! Didn’t even have to open the door once myself, friendly too. However, here, a few times I caught the doormen chatting and not noticing me or my partner approaching the building. The doors are semi-heavy and my gf’s blatantly pregnant, so I was surprised when two of the doormen were chatting and didn’t notice her struggling… I was a few feet behind at this point. We did find it sort of funny so no bother really. Just, when everything else (in-terms of service-standards) is so high, you do start to notice the little things.
The service here is seriously A1. All the staff were kind, accommodating, attentive, well-mannered and respectful. Absolutely dynamite service. I’m checking out a few other spa hotels in London before I decide on which to make my regular. BUT, I must say… I think I’ve found my front runner. I will be returning soon. I 1000% recommend staying here.
Oh! One request though! If anyone from the hotel is reading this... You have a punch bag in the gym, 2 in fact, please put some boxing gloves in the gym.

Spa facilities were outstanding. Maggie was sensational. I had a 90 minute massage with her and it’s the best massage I’ve ever had. Customer service was fantastic, afternoon tea was delicious. Thank you!
C. S.
The bar is pricey but absolutely stunning. Service is impeccable, the drinks are great and it's a really wonderful spot for people watching!

Wedding venue of dreams. Super helpful event staff. Organised, attentive, patient, problem solvers. Stunning ballroom with natural light. Gorgeous curved aisle in the ceremony space for a soft yet dramatic entrance. Simply perfect.
B. Z.
Amazing afternoon tea experience. The staff were incredibly attentive and made some excellent suggestions with regard to tea selections. The pastries and sandwiches were also wonderful, served beautifully in an equally wonderful setting. One of my favourite afternoon teas in London.
J. T.
Would rate 6/5 if I could.
Ultimate luxury all round. Beautiful hotel have been staying for many years. Theres a reason I don't stay anywhere else in London
M. F.
The decor, ambiance and service were excellent but I had afternoon tea and it was all a little bit lacking for me, having no real texture or strong flavours to speak of. The most flavoursome morsel I had was a homemade marshmallow that tasted of Parma Violets, the sweets from the 80's and that was a bit sickly.
L. S.
The tea service is very well crafted. The best part were the scones, followed by the dessert selection. You pay for the ambience and soothing music.
C. M.
Impressive decor, most beautiful interior design. Unfortunately the worst hot chocolate I ever had, no taste, cheapest whipped cream, served almost cold. For £7.50, I rather go somewhere else.
M. M.
Beautiful place and rooms and decor. Spa was a dissapointing dark underground experience.Breakfast selection was first class. Room was ok but the lights didn't work correctly neither did the Aircon and its very noisy at night due to city clubs. Valet parking was random I saw someone had their car damaged when the valet driver left it on a side road and it was vandalised. At this level of luxury and cost your car should be we'll protected no excuse. For me I wouldn't go back due to the location.
D. M.
A wonderful few days spent with my daughter - the staff are friendly and helpful - nothing is too much trouble - the spa is very relaxing and the treatments divine - excellent location and quiet - afternoon tea accompanied by the delightful piano music was a great way to start our break

Went here for dinner and drinks. It was a lovely experience. Special thanks to Ben at Northall Bar who was brilliant.

Went to a 60th birthday surprise for our dearest friend Sharon on 16th October 2021.
On arrival I was greeted by the car door being opened and being assisted with the huge balloon display to take to the private room which was booked by our BEST FRIEND Lady Patricia. She had nothing but great things to say about the person whom she was in contact with the make the arrangements. We had fun with the team in trying to pull the surprise off to Sharon on her arrival. The team who looked after us were extremely accommodating, attentive and nothing but exquisite service given. They even allowed us to play our own background music.
We were also impressed once we vacated the room to the Bar area again dedicated area, we were spoilt and looked after by the team there. Blown away that the person who took our orders of cocktails and drinks didn't even require a pen, pad or iPad to note down our drinks which came very quickly and On Point!!
(On another note, we did notice the table cloth was on the wrong side, and not ironed)(smiling at this). BUT THAT DID NOT REFLECT the mind-blowing service we received. I would like to THANK ALL the TEAMS who were involved in making our Sharon feel special.
Have a BLESSED week.

You really feel well looked after at The Corinthia. I conducted a Celebrant Wedding for a beautiful couple in August and from the moment I arrived Hope & her team really made me feel very welcome.
The ceremony room has a feeling of grandeur, not too overpowering though to compete with additional decorations and the beauty of the wedding party itself. A functional room with enough space to deliver an intimate ceremony - even with 80 guests.
Despite the drizzly British summer’s day this was soon a feint memory once surrounded by the plush comfortable interiors of The Corinthia.
Thank you.

Though very luxurious, my room was a bit of a disappointment as it seemed like it hasn't been well maintained. It was dusty and one of the towel in the bathroom was stained. The carpet wasn't clean too.
P. S.
Had a fabulous time at this hotel bar and afternoon tea, staff were unbelievably friendly and there was not one thing I could fault about the Corinthia. Hopefully we can stay here soon....

Excellent excellent excellent, delicious afternoon tea, with great service & ambiance. The cakes are beyond delicious. Definitely a place to go for special treat.

Always been my favorite city hotel in the world. Seen so many beautiful hotels, however feel this hotel never gets boring or out of fashion. Their Spa by ESPA is my favorite hotel spa worldwide and service has been fabulous ever since my first stay. I rarely stay at a hotel more than once, however the Corinthia London is one of the properties I gladly book whenever I am in London. It’s a hotel that really makes me feel like staying at home. During my last stay I had the privilege to stay in one of their amazing River View Suites and was absolutely impressed by the generous layout of the suite as well as the unparalleled view of the river and the London Eye. Their new gastronomic outlet by Tom Kerridge is a perfect match and make sure to stay for a drink at Bassoon Bar.
The Corinthia London is probably the only city hotel in the world where I stay and end up spending an entire day inside without leaving the hotel. It’s a resort within the best corner of London with so many perfectly working services and facilities. It’s just like what the perfect hotel needs to be.
K. B.
Went to a function at the Corinthia which was flawlessly and attentively hosted by their superb staff. I would like to thank them all very much indeed.

Nothing too much trouble. Thoroughly spoilt. Loved the spa facilities. Room was luxurious. Can't wait to get back!

We usually go for tea on weekends and Violetta is fantastic! She is always friendly, welcoming, professional and she always makes sure we have a wonderful experience at the Corinthians.

Always marvellous here. Great afternoon teas, one of the best in London. Pricey but worth it. Gorgeous.

My visits to Corinthia London always been so memorable.
Starting with an afternoon tea ceremony with friend, ending up National day celebrations by variety of Embassies presented in London.
I was shown the premises of wonderful penthouses during my last visit by the Head of CIS countries department Alina Baxter. It amazed and motivated me to write this teview🧚🏼♀️
Still something to explore in the future: the award winning SPA 🧖♀️
Thank You Alina and all Team Corinhia London for uncompromising service and quality.
With my kind regards,

Hotel is superb and staff excellent. Just spent two nights and cannot be more complimentary about this hotel from the accommodation, the food and the staff

Beautiful... Didnt stay here but attended an event after London Marathon. Foodcwas lovely. Staff very friendly. Toilets beautiful!

Probably the best afternoon tea we've ever had. Delicious finger sandwiches made with different types of bread, exquisite patisserie and wonderful service. Since this was a birthday celebration for my daughter they presented her with a cake and candle. I mentioned it was also my wedding anniversary and I was given chocolate mousse with Happy anniversary written on chocolate. Wonderful memorable afternoon
a.
Had an event there on Tuesday in the ballroom . Food was great (canapes) service was average
C. M.
Wow what a building, what service and Tom Kerridge's food too, best nights sleep ever and the flowers, we will be back

First time in this Hotel Bar, Fantastic service, our French waiter was Great.

I absolutely love this place. Amazing staff, always amazing food. Stayed here on valentines, and we come a couple of times a year to enjoy the spa facilities. Which in my opinion are the very best in London, the sleep pods, the gym area, the sauna and steam room are huge! And the experience pools are so relaxing. I can’t fault it. Espa products are the best! The rooms are very comfortable, great mini bar selection. Highly recommended
L. W.
Our second time at The Corinthia Hotel for afternoon tea and an absolute delight again. The service, sandwiches, warm scones, array of cakes, marshmallow, hot chocolate and choice of teas were out of this world and in such a decadent setting. We won’t consider anywhere else to have afternoon tea when we come back to London. You have us hooked! Thank you.
C. X.
Hotel staff are really nice that was about the best of it for me. Had a meal at the hotel really disappointed our veg was way over cooked and came out mushy potatoes must of been cooked hours before and re heated stake and chops again just average and would of expected more for a hotel with this standard. We had one of the end rooms and it was very noisy even with all windows closed.
Room was nice and clean and spa area was nice to
Left the hotel driver bought my car back and after settling my bill I was asked if they could check my bill as they think they forgot to charge me all of this was done on the side of the road outside the hotel. All in all its an expensive night out and feel when your paying this sort of money everything should of been a little better
P. S.
Fenomenal service and exquisite food! Taylor who was working in 'the garden' today was brilliant! Will be coming back!
N. S.
Absolutely the best afternoon tea in London. Excellent service from the wonderful staff. Nothing was too much for them. 5***
We cannot wait for the next time.

Everything about my stay was perfect. We have done afternoon tea at The Corinthia several times but this was my first time staying in the hotel. Unfortunately it was not for a happy occasion and the staff was kind and gracious throughout my stay. The room was beautiful and very calming and soothing - nice wood tones and excellent lighting options if you need some serenity. The restaurant staff was also excellent providing what felt like a bespoke experience with a high level of attention and care. Tea was, as always, superb. The team at the Crystal Moon Lounge is always exceptional in their knowledge, recommendations and genuine kindness. It is the perfect balance of compete attentiveness with distance to allow you to proceed at your own pace. And finally, I also took advantage of the spa to have a Chakra restoring massage. Excellent facilities and a very restorative massage that soothed my body and spirit. I literally can not say enough positive things about every aspect of the Corinthia.

This was my first time visiting the Corinthia Hotel and I have to say, in all areas, my expectations were exceeded.
The Corinthia is known for quality service, luxurious decor and very cosy, well presented rooms, in the heart of London. The staff were very polite and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the minute I stepped foot inside. The payment process was also very efficient and hassle free.
I was lucky enough to eat breakfast at the Corinthia. As expected, menu items are on the expensive side and portions are small but on the other hand, quality and flavour are unbeatable. Everything I ordered was tasty, fresh and classy.
My hotel room was flawless. There wasn't a single item or piece of furniture out of place. It was hygienic, well maintained and elegant. The bed was cosy and the bathroom was well stocked with towels and toiletries.
On reflection, I have to say, it's the staff that make the Corinthi experience worthwhile. Sure enough it's a luxury hotel with plenty of glitz and glam, but the staff really make it their sole responsibility to ensure your stay is the best it can be.
Massive kudos to everyone at the Corinthia.
Overall, a great hotel for those who can afford it.
M. R.
Exceptional service from dedicated staff. Interior is well maintained and rooms are fantastic. Exceeds any other hotel experience I have had in the UK.
R. R.
Floor and catering staff are exceptional. Great place to host. 10/10

Absolutely amazing afternoon tea out of this world .
In such a wonderful building .

Afternoon Tea celebration for a birthday.
A beautiful room and lovely setting, attentive polite staff, extensive choice of teas, good advise, a great selection of indulgent food - shout out to the pianist.
Nothing was rushed or too much trouble... and then extras were boxed for another day. Thanks to Thomas and his team in the Crystal Moon Lounge. Would we recommend? Of course!
P. T.
Undoubtedly the best luxury hotel in London. What makes this hotel special is not just the building (which is amazing). Attention to detail by the staff separates this hotel from the rest. The atmosphere is luxury but relaxed. They only seem to hire staff that are genuinely hospitable. The facilities are second to none. The food is amazing with a great selection of venues you don’t need to leave the hotel for something different. As returning visitors we have gotten to know everyone. Tim who runs the Afternoon tea operations (must try) is such a delightful, kind and a true professional individual. Adam is amazing at Northall with making your visit memorable and Celina at the Garden makes you feel welcomed and looked after like you are family!
The spa is also a must with some of the best treatments in London.
This hotel was not always like this I must say. We visited the hotel before Thomas Kochs became the general manager about 6 years ago. A very different experience. Thomas has simply brought the hospitality magic into the hotel with his touch.
To sum up….outstanding.
L. B.
There for a job interview. The place is fantastic, would Love to be part of that team!
E. K.
Lovely stay as always staff are so helpful and friendly
S. L.
Unfortunately I only visited the Northall bar located inside the Corinthia, but from what I saw of the hotel, it was beautiful. A lovely selection of décor and a luxurious experience all around. A little on the expensive side, but realistically value is to each their own and this is definitely a worthwhile experience.

We were looking for somewhere special to celebrate our wedding anniversary and looked no further than the Corinthia Hotel. This was due to the reputation of Mr Thomas Kochs who was manager when we’d previously stayed at Claridges. This would also give us the chance to dine at The Northall and return once more to Kerridge’s Bar & Grill. There would also be an opportunity to try the amazing ESPA Life Spa which looked amazing.
Our arrival at the hotel on friday couldn’t have got of to a better start because as we approached the entrance the doorman came down the stairs gave us the friendliest of welcome before taking our luggage and escorting us to the reception desk. This really gave you an immediate good feeling about staying here. This continued as we were checking in as the receptionist was a delight to talk to and gave us all the information we needed to enjoy our stay. Once all checked she asked if we’d like some treats from the trolley before escorting us to the lift and giving us directions to our room.
Our standard room was on the third floor which had a small hallway where straight ahead was the walk in cloakroom. To the right was the bathroom that featured a huge bath , two sinks , a separate toilet & a walk in shower. Then across the hallway was the bedroom with all the facilities you required TV , tea & coffee machine , dining table & chairs and two french style doors that opened out to the inner courtyard. The room was kept spotlessly clean and everything thing you used was replenished either in the morning or during the evening turndown.
This was a fabulous place to enjoy your breakfast , lunch or dinner. The room is light and airy and has lovely views of the river thames. We enjoyed our breakfast here every morning and even had a fantastic dinner in the evening. For breakfast there was a great selection to choose from. The staff were warm and friendly which created a nice relaxing atmosphere so it really was great place to start your day.
On the Saturday evening we decided to try the Northall for dinner. This was due to me personally wanting to try chef Andre Garrett’s food which I’m now pleased to say was amazing. The staff keep their warm and friendliness as well as adding some professionalism to the service. There is only an A la Carte menu available. We started with oysters before enjoying our starters of the Guinea Hen , Pork Belly & Cabbage Terrine and the Treacle Cured Chalk Stream Trout. For our main courses we chose the Red Mullet and the Norfolk Black Leg Chicken with sides of Fresh Peas & Baby Linder Potatoes. We finished with a couple of delightful desserts. Sable with lemon curd , raspberry & meringue as well as Cherry with cocoa cremaux , cherry & black pepper sorbet. This was a truly fabulous dinner and one that I would highly recommend.
We were lucky enough to enjoy an hours visit to the ESPA spa which I have to agree with all the reviews I’ve seen that it’s a fabulous experience. We enjoyed the steam , room , pool and jacuzzi. When we got back to our room we felt so relaxed so I would definitely recommend a visit.
This was our fourth visit to Kerridge’s and once again the food , wine , drinks & service was excellent. We started with a drink in the bar where we’d enjoyed some great cocktails over the weekend before being escorted to our table. For our first course we chose the Cornish Crab Scotch Egg and the Pork & Mushroom Terrine. This was followed by the main courses of Day Boat Cornish Turbot and for me personally a stunning Saddle of Wiltshire Lamb & Haggis with seasonal vegetables , triple cooked chips & roast potatoes. We finished with a Cheese Course , Bread & Butter Panna Cotta plus a surprise as chef Nick sent out his “Comet C” dessert from the Great British Menu. A big thank you to Blaine and the team for another fabulous dining experience.
So after three fabulous nights it was time to head home. I can’t thank everyone highly enough because from the moment we arrived until we departed every member of staff was as friendly and professional as they could be
C. P.
The very definition of a 5 star hotel experience. Absolutely faultless from start to finish. Every member of staff we encountered did whatever they could to enrich our stay. Nothing was too much trouble. Everyone who works there knows what their job is, and why they are there - they are always looking for ways to serve - in an authentic way. I could not recommend the Corinthia highly enough. Chapeau to Thomas K who has built a fantastic team.
H. F.
Friendly staff, excellent service, comfy rooms, fab spa!

Fabulous hotel. Fantastic decor and atmosphere. Very friendly and helpful staff. Really go out of their way to make you feel special and welcome and enjoy the experience. Nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommend. Have been a few times now. Would definately make another visit.

The most fantastic Stay, I’ve been lucky enough to stay in many fine hotels but this is without a doubt the best I’ve ever stayed in, the facilities are excellent and spotless. The treatments in the spa are amazing, the staff were Brilliant and so helpful.
Cannot wait to return !!

A very posh and classy hotel and restaurant indeed 🥰👌🏽

Afternoon tea was amazing, a little on the expensive side however was definitely luxurious
P. H.
Had afternoon tea and a fabulous experience. Violetta who looked after us was a star so many thanks
S. B.
A very nice Afternoon tea. Lovely server. Everything about the time spent there was wonderful.
G. B.
Dined in the Garden restaurant, with blankets and patio heaters creating a very nice environment. Relatively limited menu, but good food and friendly and helpful staff.
Be aware that it's heavily booked, though - despite having what we thought was a 2 hour reservation, we were asked (very politely!) to leave after 90 mins, which meant we missed trying their deserts :-(
A. S.
So luxurious, food delicious, we got so much cake and the service is 10/10
S. A.
My review would have been a lot higher had I not felt like we have been cheated and miss-sold a package. I booked 2 nights at the hotel, for my pregnant partner’s birthday, predominantly for a spa getaway and called ahead to ensure we would have unlimited access to the spa to which the answer was yes. Upon arriving, we learn that we are only allowed 1 hour at the spa for the whole stay. I understand the policy as far as covid safety is involved but I do not appreciate the reservation team not being forthright with this information even when specifically asked. Further more other hotels in London offer longer slots daily. We feel this is clearly a ploy to get customer to book treatments to use the facilities as they have no problem squeezing people in their restaurants.
UPDATE:
It turns out the information about one hour stay at the spa was included down at the bottom of the reservation email after mentioning access to the spa (so naturally I stopped reading about limited access to the spa) and also in the email received only a day before checking in but I spoke to the reservation team about this specific topic at the time of booking and they most certainly do not mention it.

I had afternoon tea in the crystal moon lounge. The ambience was amazing. Loved the wide variety of teas. Would recommend for a special occasion!

Wonderful stay on the London Calling package, which includes a room upgrade, early check-in/late check out, champs in the room, and voucher to spend in the hotel. Staff extremely friendly, spa facilities great and overall a wonderful experience. Only knocked a star off because I had high expectations going in. We’ll be back! Ps. the festive decorations were spot on.
T. W.
Nice hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Good location , Easy walk to all Tourist attractions.
M. H.
Everyone so attentive.First class Hotel.Could not fault it
J. B.
Gorgeous hotel. They kindly upgraded us to their nicest room but it wasn't the one we wanted. It's frustrating to request something and then not be given it. We didn't want the gaudy mirror room; we wanted Whitehall.
A. M.
We came here for afternoon tea to celebrate a birthday, and had an incredible experience all around. First of all, the atmosphere is amazing and the room was beautifully decorated. Second, they took EVERY precaution post COVID but in a subtle and unobtrusive way. We felt completely safe, but at the same time completely normal. Third, the food and tea were fantastic. Top quality all around! And finally, but most memorably, the staff treated us like royalty - special thanks to Giacomo and pianist Kevin for making it such a truly memorable experience. Highly recommend to anyone and everyone in the market for a high class afternoon tea.
M. C.
Great tea, beautifully served, in lovely surroundings
S. B.
Fantastic service in the Crystal Moon Lounge, great atmosphere and good spot for celeb spotting

Amazing hotel, amazing spa and amazing service. All the stuff were kind and pleasant. The hotel is beautiful, very clean and well located. We would like to thank Andrea from the Bar that made us the best drinks. We will definitely come back.

Absolutely amazing, could not fault anything and I am very hard to please with hospitality.
Thank you to the staff at the Corinthia.
V. Q.
Great hotel! Right in the center close to Piccadilly Circus, Covent Garden, etc.
L. C.
It is just exactly what you expect from a top London hotel. The staff are very confident and conscious not to patronise or make you squirm with embarrassment. Very refreshing to come to a hotel that doesn't ask how high if you ask them to jump. Not that you want to.
E.
The food and ambience was nice. Our waiter was not particularly attentive and responsive so in the end, we had to rely on the service of the others, which was an improvement. Overall, it was a nice experience.
A. D.
Amazing personal! Amazing location! Impeccable service! A truly 5* experience!
J. M.
Went there for champagne afternoon tea and didn’t let down. Love the set up beautiful festive decorating, grand lobby/atrium with spectacular Cristal chandelier, clean, well organised, friendly staff that made me feel special. They offered nearly unlimited sandwiches, scones and cakes and they were all delicious. One tiny little thing that some people might prefer differently was not hot enough tea that why four star rated from me. I bet you can request hotter tea but we didn’t but still worth every penny spent. Recommend pink champagne, so fresh!

I am a huge fan of Afternoon Tea and have tried many of London's offerings, however I hadn't come across the Corinthia until recently. I am so glad I did!! My lovely husband treated me to afternoon tea in the Crystal Moon Lounge and it was exquisite - perhaps the best (and I really have tried many).
The entryway and the lounge are beautiful with gorgeous artistic details everywhere. Our seating was nice and private and comfortable (although just a little chilly when the main door was being opened by the concierge).
We were served by Giacomo - thank you, Giacomo! He was an absolute professional; checking that everything was as expected, keeping the tea topped up/warm, describing the food in detail and also topping that up. And what was even better was that he was so warm and well-humoured and accommodating. I cannot describe how much I appreciate service like this.
Last but definitely not least, the food was scrumptious. Every sandwich was delectable so it was great that we could have a few more. The scones were just perfect - how do they even make them look AND taste so good? And the cakes were delicious and not too sickly sweet.
All in all it was a wonderful experience and I cannot recommend it highly enough, and huge praise to the wonderful Giacomo. X

We have been here twice now, first the spa is AMAZING, love that you don’t have to sit in the main restaurant for lunch, has its own space. A little slow on the lunch service but I guess if you are there for a spa day, time is not important.
Second visit was for afternoon tea.... WOW, by far the best I have had in London and I’ve had quite a few. They have an extensive selection of tea, sandwiches were perfect, cakes were divine especially the trolley of cakes 😂.
What finishes off the experience and pushes it above all the other afternoon teas I’ve had in the past is the level of service... the waiter knew of our special diet ( halal)and kept that in mind throughout, never had to pour my own tea, he was on it every time. Professional, friendly throughout.
The pianist was a delight to listen to and great customer service again.
If you’re celebrating a special occasion or just want to be spoiled this is the place to come.
I will be back again to try Kerridge’s next 😉
D. A. H.
Beautiful 5 star hotel in Central London. Great rooms. Breakfast service was very slow. Hour from arrival at the restaurant to food being served at the table. Otherwise a great experience

First rate experience, would highly rec.

After a disappointing visit to the oxo tower we was so happy with a quick visit to this establishment as it really picked up our day. The hotel is what you expect from a luxury hotel but the service is awesome we was greeted with a friendly face and was made to feel at home straight away. We can not wait to come back as we have a voucher for a afternoon tea. Thanks so much to the guy who served us he really made our day!
G. C.
Delicious food, beautiful surroundings and very professional yet friendly staff. Thank you for a lovely afternoon
S. W.
Somewhat pricey but excellent service and food was brilliant.
P. B.
Lunch at the Kerridge garden. Excellent food and superb staff who could not do enough for you. Even provided blankets and hot water bottles as it got cold. Highly recommended - well worth a visit.
R. H.
Great experience going to the bar. Amazing venue!!

The nicest hotel I have stayed in. The building and decor is amazing, but beyond that the service was excellent throughout. Highly recommended and excited to return.
D. i. L.
Another place I had a gig on. The hall are amazing. I had only stuff food and it wasn’t really tasty but looked nice and was all fresh.
J. F.
In my humble opinion this is one of the best hotels in the world. Elegant, luxurious, effortless comfort with the most fantastic team of people helping you make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
D. B.
Excellent for a drink in the bar or dining outside.
T.
Exceptional! Where do I start? Welcoming and helpful staff though out the stay, beautiful foyer and dining areas. Breakfast spread is delicious and fresh fruit (great omelette). Pool and spa area is at the next level. Great location. This place is a 6 out of 5 stars.
P. C.
"The bed was cosy and the bathroom was well stocked with towels and toiletries."

First time my mother, sister & I visited this hotel for afternoon tea. The afternoon tea was marvellous and a very special thank you to Violeta for making our afternoon tea experience exceptional and unforgettable. We will definitely be returning and hope to see Violeta again soon :)

I went to the UK for my Babymoon in 2016 and stayed at the Corinthia for several days. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The service was top notch. Being from the United States, I was charmed by the level of service. The hotel staff clearly value their guests. The room was lovely, but compact. I enjoyed the TV in the bathroom and heated towel rack. The turndown service at night was a special treat. The complimentary tea service was great too. The Corinthia is located near a Tube station and within walking distance to many attractions. Even being 8 months pregnant, I was able to walk to the London Eye, the Palace of Westminster, and Buckingham Palace.
2.
Oustanding service. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Great spa facilities and breakfast options.
J. A.
Lovely location and beautiful surroundings in part covered quadrangle.
Food only average. Gnocchi I suspect was reheated from the day before.
c.
Excellent afternoon tea. Staff are so lovely. Wonderful experience. And a piano 😉
P. K.
Central Location within Zone 1, Westminster. A short walk to all the famous sightseeing locations (Big Ben, Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey, Trafalgar Sq., St. Paul's Cathedral, Buckingham Palace, Hyde Park, Borough Market, The Shard) and the river Thames. Really welcoming and polite staff. Especially your colleague from the Philippines! Such a kind person! We spent some 4 weeks in the Corinthia (with limited services due to the lockdown) and whilst there certainly are more cost-effective places to stay, it turned out to be just perfect for the self-isolation period.
A. R.
This hotel is just fabulous. It is decorated with taste. The food is amazing, the staff so kind and polite. Thanks for keeping such a high level in the field of Hospitality.
D.
Another excellent stay, great food, drink and service as usual. Had interconnected rooms available for children to stay in.
M. R.
Beautiful space. The lovely Violetta served us with delicious cakes and aromatic teas...
R. D.
What can I say other than incredible. I was lucky enough to be awarded with a night here, it’s not 5 star it’s 6. I’ve had a similar experience in the Savoy, this is possibly better. It’s not just the very lovely room and comfy bed with superb bathroom with built in bath TV! It’s the high standard of service, the staff can not be more helpful. I am joe public but I understand why Hollywood stars stay here, it’s the service. You are made to feel like a VIP from the moment you walk in. Don’t get me wrong, it’s expensive but you get what you pay for and you really get a super star experience here. I loved it. The spa is mind blowing and the restaurant is worth every penny. A very very special treat. When I can afford it I will be taking my wife here so that I can spoil her (she’s worth it).
P. F.
Keeps getting better and better. Lovely hotel, I love visiting and staying here, it is a gem in London. My son visited fir the first time this time and it looked like he was living a dream. Seeing his expression when he received his bed was priceless, with a little toy and two other gifts for him. Love it
T.
Beyond 5 stars! Exemplary hotel in London. The spa services are by far the best in the city, with exquisite facilities and a superb gym. Breakfast is consistently on point and the interiors of the hotels are stunning year round. The staff will take their utmost care of you whilst you're here and are always exceedingly helpful and friendly. Happy to be a member at such an outstanding establishment. Highly recommend.
B. “. G.
Stayed here on several occasions, the rooms are roomy and spacious, bathrooms are just amazing with huge tub and separate rain shower. Some of the rooms come with small balconies which is an added bonus. The breakfast is fantastic with all options available. The hotel is a little pricy however expected of a hotel which oozes class like this. The spa is out of this world and if staying you must check it out.
S. A.
One of my fav top hotels in London, I specially recomend the Swedish massage after enjoying the Spa. Bar has life music every night and piña coladas are amazing.
Tv in the bath is different and useful.
Breakfast in the room is a must excellent service and delicious food.
S. Z.
Had afternoon tea. Service was professional and friendly and the selection of sandwiches was very good. Best scones I've ever had. Had to wait for 20 minutes to be seated and I was expecting a free drink or compensation for it. But it was just mildly annoying, didn't ruin the experience.
e. T.
Always absolutely wonderful! Lovely and attentive staff who remembered us after our last visit 9 months ago!!!!!! Brilliant!!!!! Worth every penny!!!!
L. D.
Very nice food. Great atmosphere. Just had to remove a star in cause we were sitting at a table next to door of the entrance of the patio where there is a smoking area. People were smoking cigars and every time the door was opened a really strong smell came in for a couple of minutes... Not necessarily the most pleasant when you are eating
S. P.
Amazing place and staff on Saturday night made to feel welcome from start to finish great music loved the cocktails a must visit
L. P.
I dont usually do reviews but our stay was so memorable because of Eddie who works front reception so wanted to do one. From the moment we arrived nothing was too much effort. Personable, informative, super friendly, showed us around and took us to a great room. We loved the spa, sadly didnt get a chance to dine at the Corinthia but the breakfast and lunch was great. Would highly recommend. Location also great.
S. O.
What can we say other than outstanding. Seamless service from excellent waiting staff, delightful food, great atmosphere. My wife and I have had a jazz brunch at the Waldorf New York, which was lovely, but we both decided this is where we would return if we only had one choice.
A fantastic experience, thank you. Looking forward to seeing you again.
C. S.
I went to the Corinthia for an anniversary and we definitely picked the right spot! We tried the festive set menu which was delicious and set us off into the night with full bellies. The staff were a delight, the food perfection and overall a wonderful place to spend an evening celebrating a special occasion.
É. V.
I have been working here only once (massage therapy for a guest who stayed there) and it was the best experience (I have been working in many other famous hotels before, but could not mention them in this level). Friendly and helpful staff, very clean bathroom - which was big enough to do massage treatment). Hopefully one day I can return as a guest too.
A. M.
Lovely experience from the very helpful & friendly doorman to the massage therapists. So relaxing! Ju and Ingrid were very caring, attentive and knowledgeable during the treatments 🙂
F. H.
Elegant, airy and beautiful atrium lounge in this well located and upmarket hotel was the setting for afternoon tea.
We visited with our 6 year old son,who was made welcome and had his own choice of ham or cheese finger sandwiches ,and the same cakes and scones selection as ourselves for a reasonable price.
The afternoon tea was beautifully presented and service was impeccable and polished. The staff were very attentive but we never felt rushed.
We were offered refills of our tea ,even a change of choice of tea if desired. The finger sandwich selection was delicious. Coronation chicken and beef with horseradish being my personal favourites.
The scones were lovely, especially the choice of strawberry jam or rhubarb and ginger conserve with clotted cream.
The cakes were selected from a trolley which was a nice touch.
We stayed for two hours . We left completely satisfied and happy to have had such a wonderful and pleasant experience.
The pianist was a delight too, with gentle background melodies .
Really special.
I have had a few afternoon teas in London and this has rated amongst the best . Highly recommended.
H. T.
One of the best n the world! Wonderful staff. Located just off the Thames. If you can, get a room facing the interior courtyard. They have small balconies but are wonderful for the / coffee in the morning. Everything else about the hotel is 5 stars all the way from the lobby to the top-hat wearing doorman. Love staying here.
O. V.
Booked xmas afternoon tea for December weeks in advance. We requested a better table on the day to be under the chandelier. The restaurant was quite cold, the service was a bit slow but the staff were accommodating and helpful as best as they could for the amount of bookings they had. We would have liked to have a better experienced for the money we spent here considering this hotel is a luxury one, but I’m not giving up on the place. The cocktail bar is exquisite and I will come back for the drinks and atmosphere.
G. H.
We went to Tom Kerridges Bar and Grill. It was a wonderful experience. The dining room is warm and comforting and the artwork is great. Staff were super friendly and knowledgeable.
The menu wasn't too long and therefore not too overwhelming. The food was delicious. Rich, luxurious and tasty. The only problem? I think it's a little too rich. You leave feeling incredibly full even though they aren't huge portions. A few forkfuls of something (like the venison cottage pie) and you can feel your arteries clogging. Don't get me wrong, it's bloody delicious, but wear elasticated pants.
M. P.
We had a Christmas afternoon tea here. Amazing. Live piano. The afternoon tea matched the centre display. Look out for the single red glass 'bubble' in the enormous stunning light sculpture. Service is impeccable. Everything is very high standard. Thank you.
S. P.
Perhaps the best beef burger in my life I had it at Northall - Corinthia :)
I can't wait to come back one day soon and I hope the pandemic didn't change much in there... These people really make you feel what 5strars means
S. W.
What an incredible hotel this is!! We stayed for a long weekend in November for a birthday celebration. The staff went out of their way to make our stay special! The rooms are beautifully appointed with luxurious bathrooms. The spar has to be the best spar I’ve visited!! It is amazing and the treatments although pricey, worth every penny you get what you pay for for sure in this hotel. The breakfast was delicious as was the room service on our first night all in all a perfect stay
K. E.
This is an insanely expensive hotel so you better be ready. The quality is there though and you don’t have to look hard. The spa however, in my view, is disappointing and small although the rooms are luxuriously appointed. The breakfast is probably the best I have ever had. There are little touches that make you feel special. In summary, a very good hotel. Worth £500/night? probably not but we still enjoyed ourselves.
N. S.
Amazing place. Loved the whole 'old' feel. The concierge (a dying service), the cleanliness, the friendly staff. Making sure everything was perfect. The rooms were gorgeous. Would love to go again.
R. W.
Loved this place!!! Comfy beds—service was excellent. Everyone always greeted us with a smile...the breakfast buffet! The view of the bridge lit up was incredible as well. Very happy and will def be back!!!
G. M.
A great hotel, brilliant rooms, excellent service and the pool and Spa area were brilliant, all in all a very nice place with great cocktails and food. Stayed here about 12 times but the hotel is starting to look dated. The rooms definitely need upgrading as lots of their carpets are dirty. Had to move rooms due to room being dirty with dead bugs in there. Also room key stopped working twice and for a hotel that charges so much this is unacceptable. Looses 1 star because the service was lacking. First time ever that i have stayed here and thr service wasnt top notch. Hopefully this is not the sign of things to come. Safe in room wasnt working also. Not sure if they check the rooms or not
N. S.
This is one my favorite places to stay in London. I used to stay here exclusively with my previous company and they took great care to know the type of room I liked and ensured I had that ready when I arrived. It is the only hotel I know of where the room is ready whenever I arrive even if it’s early morning. It is located in great location and is within walking distance from many sightseeing places. The tea selection at the place is also great!
The gym is small but has everything. They have great protein snacks complimentary at the gym as well as coconut water. Lastly the spa facilities is also really nice.
I don’t get to stay here too often as it is far too expensive without the corporate rate but the if you can afford it or feel like splurging definitely stay here.
S. C.
Lovely Hotel. We can't say enough praises. Warm and welcoming hospitality. Rooms were very comfortable. The service and staff were over the top. Absolutely perfect stay here. What a wonderful experience on our first trip to London. AMAZING!!!
M. K. M.
I had a very relaxing time, good treatment , space is new, clean and for London maybe one of the next. But definitely for the money I’ve paid the receptionist didn’t had any member of the staff giving me a full tour. Paying in cash ahead maybe make them a bit more relaxed. But the space is definitely super.
C. W.
Best spa ive ever seen, great restaurant and bar too! Not lucky enough to be staying there but i saw one of the rooms and looked awesome..
A. A.
Rooms are spacious and properly equipped. Staff are friendly and brilliant service. Would stay again

My grandparents were barber and hairdresser and I grow up around them.
It’s one year now that I’m cutting my hair with El at Daniel Galvin saloon in the hotel and I can genuinely say that he is an ARTIST! Never had such a good haircut! I would cut my hair every day if possible. Truly recommend.
A. S.
Stayed at Corinthia with my partner, we loved everything, from the food, to the bedrooms! great location too, to plan your day out in London.
D. F.
Always Amazing and the staff even more than Amazing best hotel in Westminster
T. J.
This is an absolutely top notch Hotel, wonderful service that was 5 star but not overdone or obsequious. I often feel a little uncomfortable in "fancy" hotels but I did not feel that way here. Food and breakfast was excellent. Rooms were very nicely appointed. The most amazing part is the spa in the basement that offers an amazing pool with multiple "whirlpool" options, a nice pool, glass enclosed sauna, steam room and sleep pods as well as an adequate gym. Location is also great.
M. K.
Excellent hotel. Service, location, food, wine, cognac, conference facilities- everything was great.
The rooms are luxurious as you would expect. So is the washroom.
Service is so good that sometimes you feel that you in a dream.
Location is perfect. Next to 10 Downing Street, Whitehall, New Scotland Yard. A Starbucks is right next door. And if you fancy running outside you can run on the Embankment.

One of the most luxurious hotels in Central London
R. W.
Luxury at its finest. Setting is excellent as well as the geographical position. The concierge is incredible and they have a great courtyard in the centre with rugs should it get cold. Fantastic cigar collection if you're partial to a cigar or two. Spa is fabulous.
H. S.
Beautiful venue for afternoon tea, the standard of decor and detail are very high. Was a little quiet when we went but the staff were very accommodating and moved our table to beneath the amazing chandelier upon request. The food and drinks were good. Prices are expectedly high. The tables along the walkway felt a little open so I recommend a table in the inner section. We went for a birthday after seeing the hotel on TV and weren't disappointed. We did have a chuckle when the milk for the tea was spilt only because we know the hotel standards are so high, it wasn't a problem for us though. Great experience :)
K. M.
Concierge Gigi is Fantastic very helpful.
C. T.
M son and his wife were staying at the hotel and invited a friend, my wife and myself for afternoon tea. It was lovely. The service was brilliant. My son's wife is vegetarian and I am vegan. I also cannot tolerate sugar and yeasts. They catered for us splendidly. I was particularly impressed with the vegan scones and the vegan cakes. The fruit platter was delicious too.
Thank you so much for making our afternoon tea so memorable. Oh and I can recommend the fresh mint tea.
Thank you
S.
Right this is a lovely hotel and the location is just perfect. I went specifically for the Spa experience today. The Espa therapist Maggie was just amazing icing on the cake certainly 5 star experience for the treatment. She was very passionate and caring and brought my zen back in line thank you Maggie !
However the complete downside for me was the fact that there are clear signs to specify that all Phones should be turned off in the Spa. Guests were using their phones in the thermal pool area walking around with them in their robe pockets. Also the changing areas where you have lovely heated marble beds were not exactly quiet. Phones there too. It really baffles me that you come to a Spa and you still need to use your phone. I came to detach from the world just for 5 hours or so but others just don’t seem to want to follow etiquette. It makes it hard for the rest of us. Also the Spa at this hotel is just so beautiful and tranquil with so much potential but guests seem to just spoil the atmosphere and the actual experience for other people who actually do what to make the most of the facilities. There was also very loud talking in groups in the Spa lounge area for lunch and the thermal floor.
The hotel specifies certain etiquette but needs to enforce it from my opinion. When you are spending a great deal of money for what is deemed a 5 star hotel you would expect the bar to be slightly higher.
Would I go back ? Only for the treatment but maybe not for the Spa area. Definitely needs improvement atmosphere wise.
Or just don’t go on a Friday ! Try another weekday instead....again not sure if that would help either it’s plain ignorance from guests. Hope it improves for those who attend in the future.

Service, hospitality and great breakfast make this hotel your best choice in London. I have stayed there three times and every time I stay there, they impress me more. Last time I stayed I requested to get my room changed three times, and they entertained my requests without making it very difficult. I hope they keep it up.

Came for Sunday Brunch. Not the first time, so I knew what to expect. Amazing! Gorgeous interior, attentive but relaxed staff and food to die for. Plus an excellent singer and guitarist to complete the caressing of the senses. Wow!
A. F.
Luxurious surroundings and excellence in customer service come with a price tag, but it's worth it!
N. S.
We went for the afternoon tea with champagne. The champagne and tea were excellent, the sandwiches were average, and the cakes disappointing: the latter looked very nice, but tasted mostly sweet with no distinctive flavours. The scones though were nice and the jams excellent. It was all saved by the amazing service.
D. T.
The jazz lunch was fun! We really enjoyed the food there also. The only thing I’d point out is the temperature is a little high inside. I was sweaty while having my lunch which is not very pleasant.
A. H. 7.
Very nice hotel very nice service
S. S.
Had afternoon tea here. It was really nice and worth the price.
T. S.
Was here for an event and had a fabulous time. Great venue. Helpful staff. Good food.
D. R.
One of the BEST hotels in London. Great makeover and excellent appointed rooms. Staff are second to none. High tea is a must do and order some flowers for your room from the hotel lobby florist. Made all the difference for our week long stay.
M. B.
Truly enjoyed the stays here. Beautifully appointed spacious rooms and closets. Morning newspaper delivery and great breakfast. Ample dining options and an unbeatable location that is central yet quiet and discrete. The spa is the best in London with a nice indoor pool
N. J.
Beautiful bar! Thank you to our lovely waiter (born in Florence) and to the wonderful James for being warm, welcoming, friendly, generous and professional.
We enjoyed our time in your bar and you two made it special, thank you and thank you to Daniele for arranging it.
This visit to your bar made up for our last visit to your restaurant so we have gone from never wanting to come back to planning our next visit.
Thank you again

Review from a happy gluten-free coeliac!
I visited for a very special gluten-free afternoon tea. Service was outstanding. I was greeted on arrival with confirmation of my gluten-free requirement. New teas & refills were offered more often than at any other afternoon tea I have joined. Each course was accompanied by a simple presentation of what we were about to enjoy.
Setting is simply lovely. Hugely open space, bright & airy but in an intimate, relaxed style. Sophisticated but not stuffy.
Food glorious food? Yeah! Tonka bean & rhubard jam was a standout surprise delight served with scones. Tea selection was among the best I have ever enjoyed. Refreshes of plates were available so quality and quantity both well covered :-)
G. C.
My family stayed at the property back in 2017 and it was one of the best hotel that we had stayed for the past 10 years. It checked off everything: safe, comfortable room, clean, great service, and a location second to none. The breakfast buffet was excellent. I love their yogurt bar with fresh fruits and nuts.
r. r.
Simple superb hotel, one of the very best in the world. Anniversary gift on arrival of champagne and cakes. Large bedroom with dressing area, large bathroom with dual sinks, separate bath and shower, adjoining high end spa and gym, sauna, pool, steam room.
Fantastic restaurant and bar, incredible service from all members of staff, no wonder this is THE celeb hotel!
A. M.
Fantastic tea and even better service! My only complaint is that we waited too long to pay at the end. The value for the price paid was great. The sandwiches were delicious and we were offered additional ones before the scones came out. I’ve had better scones, but I did enjoy the rhubarb jam that accompanied them. The desserts were plentiful. They brought over a cart and asked which you’d like to try. We tried them all and they were all good. My favorite was the éclair. Before the tea, I had never tasted an éclair that I liked. My tea was really good. I wanted to try something different and chose the Kooibos Tea. Our tea was refreshed about halfway through and someone was always around to refill our tea cups. I appreciated that because the tea pot was extremely heavy. We were a party of 2 and loved the seating along the side of the wall. I will definitely return on my next trip to London.
O. T.
Lovely architecture, attractive interior design, wonderfully polite and helpful staff. Our room was spacious but rather let down by the dirtiness of the bathroom and being unable to fully close its blind for privacy.
K. S.
Excellent place. Great Bars and restaurants on premise, fantastic foods and tea served.
Splendid decor and friendly people. A really nice experience...
M. A.
The most charming and quiet place for a nice, long, reflective cigar with good company. (The Garden Lounge). The service is impeccable. Great to have contemplative conversations with friends or entertain business associates.
R. P.
If you like afternoon tea, Corinthia London is a must for you! Get the Champagne. Absolutely delicious finger sandwiches, scones and cakes. Enjoyed my choice of Oolong tea. Impeccable service and beautiful surroundings. I will go again 🙂
J. K.
Came here for afternoon tea after seeing the tv documentary. Fabulous setting and generally very nice - cakes were delicious. Only slightly let down by the service; had to wait ten minutes beyond our allotted time although staff very apologetic; not so impressed by waitress telling me I was drinking my champagne quickly nor her sniffing the teapot lid to check if she brought the correct tea. Everyone else very pleasant and I'd still go back again!
P. T.
Afternoon tea was pleasant enough in a beautiful surrounding and comfy chairs with good service. The reason only 4 stars is the sandwich selection wasn’t exciting, but that is the nature I suppose of afternoon tea. Nice touch was that I could order the halal set for my friend as I reserved I advance for her birthday.
H. A. M.
Centrally located close to all attractions. Grand entrance. Descent size rooms. A bit tired but well maintained. Good size and well equipped gym. Top notch spa. Friendly and efficient service. Very good WiFi.
S. J. V.
Nice hotel and spa, missing the mark on customer service unfortunately. Beautiful inside and a great location, tasty food and cocktails but unfortunately if you put in a request, it can't just happen, it's checking this or that with managers. We were also sat at a table for a number of hours with no further drinks offered. It's a shame as there were a few issues made with orders too and not the standing of service expected.
G. B.
All very nice but they're trying very hard so it feels a bit tiring, should be effortless
A. B.
An experience. Lovely inside. All staff incredibly pleasant. Only had tea and scones but it was lovely. Massively over priced, 2 teas, 2 small lemonades and 4 small scones circa £35.
I. C.
I stayed in this hotel a couple of times and the service is really good. The rooms are nice and comfortable.
L. B.
Our stay here was a gift and like nothing we've ever experienced. The staff made us feel incredible. Where ever we were in the hotel, there were friendly staff eager to help or simply smile and greet us. This adventure was one I'll treasure forever.
Thank you Corinthia. For the short time we were with you, we were made to feel like royalty!
P. W.
Great way to use the courtyard for outdoor dining, you even get your own personal loo in the hotel room!
T. B.
Exceptional. My favourite London hotel. Just a beautiful place - the rooms, hallways, lobby. Staff are excellent, as you’d expect. Fantastic location. Top class gym for a hotel.
J. B.
On a walking tour (Black statues walk around Westminster) and we stopped off to use the facilities and what a warm welcome we received from the staff. The hotel was lovely and inviting and will go back to try their afternoon tea.
L. E.
Great atmosphere. Worth a visit. Different sections have different menus but area is fully open planned so it's weird that you cant order from any menu sitting anywhere.
A. B.
Went for lunch at the spa; the ambience and environment was stunning - the scent of the whole area is instantly relaxing - and the food (we all had the mackerel) filling whilst remaining healthy. The only negative was that when we first arrived some of the front of house staff at the spa seemed very inexperienced, and kept trying to make my companions fill out forms for their spa appointments in several hours' time, when all we wanted to do at this point was exhale and chat after battling through the traffic. There was no rush, and their fussing seemed amateur, & unexpected somewhere as elegant as this. The staff who were there when we finished lunch seemed much calmer and more in line with the mood of the place.
A.
Beautiful hotel...not so sure about the Tom Kerridge restaurant. It's almost like they ran out of money as the floor and seating area looks great but they did nothing with the upper walls and ceilings. Looks like an airport pub which is such a shame compared to the rest of the building. Totally disconnected and felt very uncomfortable. Food was good no doubt but not worth the price. Overall a very uninspiring and deflating experience, such a pity as I'm a huge fan of Tom.
a. p.
What a fantastic place! Went there for champagne afternoon tea & absolutely loved it. The hotel is such a beautiful place in which to relax and the staff are truly amazing. Can't recommend it highly enough.
B. K.
Visited the spa for a 90 minute massage and time at the facilities and was very happy. Elegant and classy spa facilities, including a great sauna, a deceptive pool and well designed jet tub. The massage was great too - utterly relaxing and super professional. And then, of course, an environment of utter calm throughout.

Nice stay but have to say not really at the same level as other five star hotels such as claridges or savoy. Service was hit or miss - no turn down service one night; an hour for housekeeping to send up extra pillows; no blackout curtains; no guest card needed to operate lifts. First world problems for sure but when you’re charging 500 pounds a night...

I can't comment on the rooms because we had a business event organised in the Corinthia Hotel. It was absolutely stunning. The food was delicious and the decor taking your breath away. 5 stars is for the overall experience.
S. P.
Luxurious hotel located close to White Hall and Trafalgar Square. The restaurant Northall located within the hotel is comfortable and elegantly decorated. The 3 course lunch offering was delicious, well presented and filling. The staff was attentive and service was excellent. A perfect place to quietly dine with friends away from the crowded venues of the nearby attractions.
H. P.
Highly recommended venue. Fantastic staff and service. Great location, and terrific spa. Thanks to the guys at Renaissance Travel Bureau for recommending them to us.
J. A. H.
Oh how I loved this place. The staff was amazing. The room was like a castle and I felt like royalty when I was there. One of the best things must have been the spa. The breakfast was amazing and such a nice hotel design-wise also. I want to live here!

Great hotel. Good breakfast. Amazing service. Find Adela and you will be served excellently. She is not only very beautiful, I mean really beautiful, but also very helpful. Treat her with respect and she will be very kind to you. The location of the hotel is very good too. Two metro stops from the city centre.
T. M.
I booked this for my parents anniversary as a surprise and I have to say they thoroughly enjoyed their visit. We had a room on the fourth floor which didn't have a particularly nice view (a corner into a wall with a disused room opposite) but this didn't spoil our experience much at all. Room was wonderfully quiet.
J. A.
Service was brilliant and the pastries smashing. Toilet facilities very clean.
O. L.
One word to express to this place… was perfect, their location match to their dedication in serving the best food and best accommodations that people always wanted. If I’m a given a chance to have my own business, I will not hesitate to have a franchise alike of this businesses. I’m so proud that here in Westminster we have found a great place like this. Great for family to bond and create a happy and a memorable moments while staying here.
S. H.
Fantastic hotel great service and a taxi rank right outside 👌 made life so much easier
P. N. A.
Not only one of the best (if not the best) hotel in london, arguably one of the best hotels anywhere. Rooms are spacious and designed beautiful. Service is impeccable and the architecture is beautiful. I would expect free parking for guests if being honest but that’s a minor detail that can be worked on. Overall, toy are treated with dignity, respect and everyone is treated like royalty. Absolutely a pleasure
g. w.
A great place to meet for afternoon tea. The staff were discrete but very attentive and the ambience quite special. The Polish security guard was an exceptional chap and took care of my Brompton for good measure. I will be back.
J. L.
There is not enough room to say all the good things that I made this hotel unique. I never had a better experience in my travels. The staff and concierge were thoughtful and attendant without being obtrusive. I will stay in no other place when visiting London.
C. F. W.
Not only the best hotel in London but it’s one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at anywhere. We were treated like royalty. Such an amazing place. A must see even if you’re not staying there, as the lobby and restaurants are great for tea or meals. The views of the London Eye from our room were stunning. They have everything you could ask for.
S. G.
One of the best afternoon tea experiences in London so far (compared to quite a few other places: from Dorchester to Claridge's). Personnel is super-friendly and helpful (a doormen greeting you with «Welcome back home!» is a very nice touch).
The place has definitely improved even further in the past few years, with Tom Kerridge's restaurant within the hotel being another gem worth visiting (especially for Sunday roast!)
M. P.
Fabulous setting for the Sunday Jazz brunch in the North Hall. Great food and if you like champagne there's a free flowing deal.
I've been many times over the years but sadly the quality is deteriorating. Roast beef on a stone cold plate soon loses its appeal. Like so many places there's an absence of a manager overseeing the service.
M. S.
My wife and I had a meal here. The staff are great and really looked after us. Easily some of the best service in London.

The Best Hotel in the world ever! Myself & my husband stayed at Corinthia's in London this week for my birthday. We booked the Corinthia Experience package & it was amazing. We got a free upgrade to an even more amazing room. As my husband had mentioned it was my birthday I'm touched that a bottle of chilled bottle of Champagne & a delicious Chocolate cake Birthday with fresh raspberry's. This was such a lovely thought & made my birthday. Thank you so much Corinthia. As part of the package we also got to use the amazing Spa facilities (just voted best Spa in the country this week I believe) It's so well decorated, warm, dark relaxing with naked flames & ice. I could spend all day just in the changing rooms they are so nice. We had a 60 min massage with the package. Again this did not disappoint & was probably the best massage I have ever had.
In the evening we decided on the recommendation of the reception staff to visit Tom Ketridge's new restaurant located within the hotel. OMG I'm so glad we did! again it was decorated so nicely with dark, deep green on the wall's & ceiling & comfy chestnut coloured leather seating. The food was amazing as you would expect. However the absolute highlight of my birthday was not only seeing Tom Kerridge himself in his apron in the restaurant but he came over & wished me a happy birthday, had a chat & had a photo with me as well....how amazing is that. He was actually in the restaurant all night which we really did not expect & he seems like an amazing guy.
As if all this along side the 5 start service was no enough we also used the spa all day again the next day & then enjoyed the last treat on the package a Champagne afternoon tea. This was also an amazing experience in an amazing space with piano music in the background, free flowing Champagne & all the refinery you could imagine. The staff were impeccable in appearance & service but also were very friendly & welcoming. I think they found time to provide excellent service but also the personal touch.
All in all one of the best 24 hours ever. I can't wait to come back again soon & thank you for making my birthday so memorable.
J. P. O.
We spent the evening in extravagant ballroom for a wedding. Beautiful room and the hotel service was great. The ballroom itself is on the ground floor with beautiful windows out on to London. Cloakroom and bathrooms on the other hand, were in the subbasement about a 5minute walk from the venue. Little strange.
D. R.
Beautiful hotel, amazing facilities, fantastic staff & a great location. I simply cannot fault this hotel in any way. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Totally excellent in every way.
M. S.
Found afternoon tea very disappointing. Shown to a table at the side and told all middle tables were for more than 2. This table bordered a through passage with constant flow of people. Staff frequently carrying vacuums. Due to lounge having an outside entrance at both ends there was a constant cold draught due to outside low temperatures. We asked if we could move but were told it was not possible so they provided 2 blankets. I am gluten free. Sandwiches were good but then came the scones. These were more like biscuits being only about 1/2 inch thick
S. N.
I haven’t technically been to this hotel but I pass it very morning to go to work. And once I just came in to ask a question out of curiosity and the way that the doormen looked at me very sweetly. When I came to the reception they didn’t just ignore my question and treated me like an important human being they even put the effort into asking other staff. And the hotel is just so beautiful. I just want to say that Corinthia hotel for treating me nicely. But I still feel bad for the doormen who have to stand around all day with the same uniform all year like when it was like 27 degrees they had to stand in jackets and hats all black. Just looking at them standing there all day not able to talk to each other or sit anywhere makes me feel really bad. This is human abuse and I know that they get paid for this but still!!!
C. W.
What a stunning place to have afternoon tea, the food was so good and the service was amazing, they were very accommodating to dietary requirements & even got a complimentary glass of bubbly for my birthday. I will definitely be back 😍🥂🍾
A.
Incredibly experience and worth every penny. Truly a 5* hotel. Spa is amazing and it's so central you can see the top London attractions from some of the hotel windows and vantage points.
K. R.
Went for some drinks with friends and enjoying a bottle of wine in the bassoon bar (think that's how it is spelt) as well as in the main bar.
service was excellent and decor is amazing.
Prices are 5 star but if you want to treat yourself, I would definitely recommend.
S. W.
Love this place. Great bar, two great restaurants, a good spa and fantastic rooms. Obviously not for those on a tight budget, but we pop in whenever we can. Stayed once with a booking through Mr and Mrs Smith, amazing stay.
L. G.
I attended a high tea birthday celebrations. It was marvellous. The service was impeccable. The food was delicious. Planning another trip
A. J.
Lovely Hotel with superb staff and excellent service
H. B.
Lived up to expectation. Nice to visit the hotel I'd seen on a TV documentary. A birthday treat with a girlfriend to celebrate being 50! Great surroundings, nice attention to details & attentive staff.
D. J.
I interviewed a singer in their Musician's Penthouse. The staff were polite and friendly, the room was beautiful, and drinks were provided. After we had finished in the hotel, the maître d' sorted out a table for us to work at in the restaurant side. The waiters were well-dressed and offered great service, and the coffee was esquisite. A very well-run and professional hotel with excellent staff and great products.
J. E.
The staff are very helpful and polite. The lobby is beautifully arranged and the florist is incredible. The fragrance is fantastic and the arrangements they make are incredible. A top notch place all the way.
S. L.
Enjoyed a lovely Afternoon Tea here. The setting is excellent, although being situated at a table on the 'outside' ring felt like we were a little bit away from the main event and had people regularly walking past us (good for people watching though!)
The afternoon tea itself was delicious. The sandwiches were excellent - a nice mix between traditional, and a subtle twist like lemon flavoured bread. There was one however, which was inedible unfortunately. It was pastrami, but it was so tough it could not be chewed. The cakes were a delight, and undoubtedly the showstopper that lived up to expecations. The scones served with jam and clotted cream also cam with lemon curd, which was nice. Im not a big tea drinker so opted for a fruit flavoured one which was delicious. The service was very good, and being able to order additional sandwiches and cakes was an excellent touch. In the end we couldn't eat it all, but the waitress packaged it up for us to take home
A. K.
The Corinthia Day Spa was very relaxing. The facilities are very high quality.
There is a pool, spa, sauna's, aromatherapy rooms and even sleeping pods.
I love that they keep bowls of fruit and nuts around etc for snacking.
Lunch was incredible. Top notch. Try the veal.
If your getting a massage, I highly recommend a lady named 'Ritchie'. She is an agency masseur, but I presume works there regularly.
My only criticism, is that the place can be a little hard to navigate. There were a couple of times where my wife and I turned a corner and got a bit lost. At one point we took the wrong elevator and ended up in the hotel corridor.
All in all though. Very, very relaxing pleasant experience.
We'd go there again :)
L. O.
Loved the food and the ambience.
K. M. C.
Lovely hotel and our event was well catered. The event rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The staff at the hotel were very helpful. However there were not enough of them. Overall I really like the hotel. I would definitely recommend it for professional events.
T. C.
Well I didnt stay here either, again just a tad out of my price range.... I was visiting a few friends who like myself were hoping to meet a wee celebrity who chooses to stay here when in the UK, after 2 hours "I Quit", turns out had I said 2 more hours I'd have seen them
Oh well. The Hotel front that I saw most of was beautiful and clean. You are welcomed by some lovely Door People, top hat and tails style! Proper fancy! Was sad though as no one said thanks, and watching people come to the door and expecting it to be opened for them just shows how out of touch with reality people are in that kinda lifestyle. Manners cost nothing folks! Say thank you if you do go, I know the Gents on the door will appreciate it. - photo isnt of the Corinthia, rather it is on the right behind that tree.
A. S.
This is a weird way to describe a hotel but- my stay at Corinthian was fun. Heated floors, good wifi, tv in the rooms!! Thos hotel had it all- well organized and comfortable. As a hotel should be, it was almost unbearable to have to leave. With the right amount of money, a whole squad of friends can have a holiday at this vacation apartment.
S. V.
Hotel was great. Our room had an uncomfortable odor to it that we could not quite figure out. Bar was quite loud with music, but staff was very responsive and turned it down enough where we could talk. Would for sure stay here again.
I. P.
Lovely ambience in Bassoon bar. Huge selection of drinks, live music and snacks brought over. Service was a little slower than expected but very friendly. Bill was incorrect on presentation but corrected without fuss.
S. D.
I can't comment on the hotel but going there for a breakfast is an excellent experience - a comfortable, elegant, beautiful room (modern without being cold), really charming service, and a short but mouthwatering menu dishing up everything from childhood cereals (Coco Puffs!) to a full cooked English. I went for their take on an Eggs Benedict - toasted muffin, spinach and bacon with hollandaise on the side - and it was delicious.
S. W.
Excellent hotel. The staff at the front desk were attentive and polite and the service was exceptional. The room was spotless with everything catered for.
A. A.
The most amazing place to be a lot ❤
S. T.
Just went in for a drink early evening of Friday 27th December , lovely surroundings lovely atmosphere and the staff were all very attentive and the Italian bartender that evening was exceptional, thank you all for a most enjoyable experience , looking forward to returning.
C. L.
Lovely room. Wonderful bed. The only thing I did not enjoy was the food. Had 3 breakfasts and a dinner. All the meals were overly salty.
L. S.
Beautiful hotel in the heart of London, right outside of Parliament. The accomodations and service were great; my only complaint is that my floor and towel heaters were not working, and the engineer they wasn't supposed to come check on it "right away" did not show for hours. Still, overall it was a great experience. Will likely be booking Corinthia next time I'm in London.
T. S.
Beautiful hotel with elegant rooms. Bathroom was perfect with huge tub and one of the best showers I’ve ever had.
Breakfast service was absolutely terrible, with a wait of over an hour from ordering.
Will be back in spite of that, as I’m hoping it was just a blip.
S. K.
A place of pure tasteful luxury. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the staff are all so friendly. There are a few different restaurants to eat in, to which you should reserve. But even if you show up for an unscheduled afternoon tea in the parlor underneath their large lights they will be happy to find a spot. I go here all the time.
V. S.
I came to London to visit my brother and stayed here for the duration. The standard rooms are lovely and clean although, a little small. The double bed took up the whole space with bit much room for anything else. I suppose this is the same across most hotels in London. The free shower gel and soap are from the ESPA range and they smell divine! I did visit the spa for a massage, and I found it very relaxing. The bath tubs are big enough for two and it was a great way to unwind after a busy day in the city. I would recommend this hotel and would love to stay here in the future.
M. C.
It was nice to work with their polite magner and experienced staff, although just for few hours. The buidling itself has a favorable location and an elegant outward appearance. Hopefully their Spirit of Corinthia will still go on, like what they said on their website 'nothing was going to stop us'.
D. B.
Very memorable experience here. The pool and spa area were amazing and the room was the coolest we stayed in while in London!
We arrived here fairly early and had already had the treat of experiencing a five star hotel at the St. James. Intended on storing our luggage and coming back when the room was ready, but it was prepared for us early and we were given a wonderful little tour of the hotel. It was the most beautiful hotel we had seen. An outdoor garden area. Exquisite dining chambers. A bountiful bar. The hallways were also exceptionally beautiful and decorated as I expected a five star hotel would be.
The room was very, very nice. Bigger than our last (also quite a ways more expensive) with nice views of the streets below and buildings across in both the bedroom and bathroom. The walk-in closet lit up automatically and offered plenty of room for us to store our belongings. An espresso and tea machine similarly greeted us here. The bedroom was pretty nice with fairly intricate lighting controls and a nice bed (less comfortable though than the Sofitel’s) but the TV was a little small and the channel selection very disappointing for the price paid for the room. But the bathroom also had a TV...
The best part, again, of the room was the bathroom. A separate stall for bodily needs. A stall for a rain shower. And a deep bathtub with a built-in TV in the wall and a view of he storied streets below. All in a well-tiled and beautifully-decorated room.
The thermal floor, as it is called, was great. A pool (a rare find in London). A large hot tub area with different types of jets (including a waterfall one). A steam room. A dry sauna. Rain showers. Changing rooms. All very well designed and magnificent: opulent really.
Unfortunately I cannot quite give the hotel five stars. The service, while good, was not nearly as genuinely helpful and guiding as our last hotel. The Concierge helped us mail stuff out and find our way around London but I felt like we grated them with some of our inquiries. The initial tour did not explain the nuances and rules of the thermal floor to us which led to misunderstanding and embarrassment when we tried to use it for the first time. Not a great first experience. At all. The room was also missing a bottle of wine in the mini-fridge so I had to head down to Reception to let them know we did not drink it so we would not incur dozens of pounds in charges inattributable to us. Most importantly I called the hotel a day in advance regarding a spa booking (i.e. a massage for my fiancée and I): I spoke to both Reception and left a message to the spa about wanting to book and was assured a call back...it never came. Mind-boggling.
We only stayed here a day before leaving for Edinburgh, but it was a great hotel and I would recommend it for those seeking something truly luxurious and special in the heart of London, close to the Thames and Embankment Station, but improvements definitely could have been made: the fact that I never received a call back after being assured one and spending so much is definitely a sore point in my heart.
H. B.
I am really satisfied with my stay here. They gave me nice and comfy room and their services and staffs are super nice. This place is one decent hotel. I only stayed here once but I still can say that this is a decent hotel to stay with. Good service, good customer service, nice place. I really enjoyed my stay.
M. N.
The food at kerriges bar and grill is amazing ! Service is exceptional - attentive and friendly staff
R. K.
Great facility was provided. Atmosphere was good. I enjoyed the spa. WiFi was available. Great location. Staff were nice. Room was clean and beautiful.
R. H.
Good overall. Had a two bedroom room. The toilet is. Located on the main floor and the bedrooms up a spiral staircase. Made for a difficult trip in the middle of the night for any of our guests.
S. B.
Stayed there a few times now. Great hotel and the food is incredible!!! the service is good also, however the spa has gone downhill due to how busy it gets and too noisy!!!
T. N.
I had the best stay here and really got a full London experience. I really liked that it was close to all of the sites on foot as well. The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. The spa was absolutely the best! Definitely would stay here again!!!
A. M.
I was lucky enough to win a stay in central London so chose this hotel based on reviews. You really are treated like royalty here. It's truly sumptuous without being pretentious. Even the toiletries are amazing quality! To give you an idea of the clientele, Jennifer Lopez stayed there whilst we did (we wondered why there were many 'men in black' and a deafening helicopter landing on the roof!!). I'll never be able to afford to stay there again, but wow - an experience I'll never forget :)

Linger with Luxurious Libations in London.
It was our first visit to this Hotel for afternoon tea.
Which was fantastic.
High quality food, with high quality service in luxurious surroundings.
Highly recommended!
T. M.
I love this hotel and one of my favourites in the world. I had afternoon tea here again and was tasty as ever. Service couldn’t be better either. I’ll be going back again in December for Christmas afternoon tea with my friend.
J. D.
Stayed here for first time and were amazed at how good all aspects of the hotel were service absolutely first class and nothing was too much trouble from when you first entered the hotel. We will return. New favourite hotel to stay in London will not book anywhere else now.
G. B.
This is an outstanding hotel, which is in a fantastic central location making it easy to get around London. The food was amazing and great service from start to finish.
A. S.
I haven't stayed at the Corinthia but the breakfast is definitely worth a try if you're in the area. The eggy bread with compote was perfectly fried (it even managed to feel healthy) and the service was lovely. As you can see from the pictures, the dining room is stunning. Definitely the place to go if you want to impress.
M. L.
Afternoon tea at Corinthia is a luxurious experience. Live piano music, beautiful setting, and, of course, a quite excellent service. The sandwich bites were delightful, the scones wonderful, while the fancies underperformed. Unless it was more down to taste. A plus for fixing charging of my iphone.
H. A.
Very elegant lounge, loved the attention to small details as well very well trained staff, very pricey. Don't miss the afternoon tea charming experience.
R. J.
The Corinthia is like a place out of time - the classical feel and decor transports you too a previous era. The Bassoon Bar feels like something out of the 1920s; elegant, regal, decadent but fashionable and popular too. The rooms, while boasting modern features, are decorated with nods to the past. The staff and friendly and welcoming, but never overbearing or intrusive. The food and drinks served in the numerous bars and restaurants are first class (albeit with a price tag, as expected). I couldn't fault our stay at all!
D. K.
In a competitive and high quality market, this place is one of the best. From top to bottom, incredibly well done. In fact there is no reason to ever leave! I would live here if I could.
J.
Excellent afternoon tea - the staff are helpful, the sandwiches are very tasty and the varied pastries and cakes are second to none. Not cheap - but well worth it!
D. F.
It rocks and it has a £1,000,000 chandelier in the lobby that is just amazing. The breakfast buffet is also incredible. Our rooms were amazing considering we had a junior suite. And don't even get me started on the 4 story spa. It has salons, sleeping pods, swimming pools ect. And to top it off it is a 10-20 minute walk to the Big Ben, Hyde Park, Buckingham palace, and the shard. Overall, this is by far the nicest hotel in London and Mabey even the UK.
R. M.
Excellent hotel, We only used the Kerridge Bar/Restaurant but the decor is amazing, service very good. We had wine and bar snacks which were very good. Well worth a visit.
J. C.
The Corinthia is an immaculate hotel in a fantastic location. A bit of a celebrity hotel, Rihanna stays there when she visits Boston, and while I was there Prince Charles himself was in the hotel. The lobby is spotless, with staff waiting to assist you at any turn. There is a lovely large lobby where afternoon tea is served (I suggest you indulge, it's a great experience, and for those of you who can eat and drink quite a bit, both the tea and sandwiches are unlimited).
My room was wonderful, even though it over looked the lobby (no view other than other hotel windows), it still let in a ton of light and was dead quiet. Room service was excellent, with the people delivering the food very friendly and open, always asking me if there was anything else they could do for me before they left.
The location of this hotel is fantastic. You're walking distance from Trafalgar Square, Parliament Square (Westminster Abbey, Palace of Westminster, etc.), Big Ben, The Eye of London, Buckingham Palace, Royal Festival Hall and more.
Last but not least, this hotel has the best bathrooms/restrooms I've experienced in quite some time. Very spacious, with all new hardware and lovely amenities like a TV over the bathtub and heated floors! An excellent way to relax after a day of exploring London!
G. K.
Excellent food in the Terrace restaurant
果.
I enjoyed our 3-nights stay here from Thursday through Sunday at the end of June. At check-in, they upgraded the room to Executive King for free. The room was on a lower floor, near the elevator, but it was very quiet during our stay except Saturday night when I heard some loud music from outside for a while around 12...
A. S.
My partner organised us a two night stay here in September and I was actually very impressed. I never write reviews.but I felt compelled on this occasion. This was very relaxing for Central London! We will be back.
J. C.
Stayed here for a wedding. Honestly, we had an amazing experience! This is really a high class establishment. I haven't felt so fancy in years. Hope to come back someday soon.
D. J.
The best place I have ever had afternoon tea. Try everything. You won't be disappointed. The setting is very classy. Black Mango tea was my favourite.
L.
Undoubtedly ⭐️one of my favourite London hotel
Felt in love from first sight .a lots of fresh flowers 💕everything excellent location, view , size of room and huge spa where you can get lost, can't find even exit. Even in deluxe junior suite second floor facing in yard very poor signal .🙃rest is superb !!!

Five Star Hotel.
Sayed there a few years ago.
Live music, multiple elevators, first class service, stylish decor.
C. H.
I visited the corinthians spa a couple of years ago and was Very impressed. One of the best, if not the best, massage I have ever had. Yesterday I went for a drink and dinner at the northall and really liked the experience. Lovely staff and good food.
G. R.
Without a doubt the best hotel and spa in London. The Spa is the most luxurious parlour in the city and I have been to a fair few. The spa staff are honestly the most amazing, not only do they make you feel welcomed but they are also fantastic therapists. I had a mud wrap and facial. It's not cheap but it's worth spending the money if you want to feel special. The reason why I have not given it 5 stars is because it's not perfect and I would have liked to see some diversity in senior staff, all the management are white, whilst door men, room attendants etc were black. It is a London hotel after all, plenty of people of colour educated and capable.
s. s.
Great facility with superp spa. I took my wife there on our wedding anniversary to pamper her. she really loved it and we enjoyed our lunch provided in the spa lounge.
m. v.
Absolutely amazing restaurant, one of the best we have been. Staff and food were just simply perfect. 100% recommend.
K. C.
The last time we were here was during our family trip! We super adore your interior design and room arrangement. Booking is also hassle free and your staffs are welcoming and responsive with every questions that I asked. Good service!
H. P.
I love the Corinthia, the display of flowers, the fantastic service and the ambiance of the Bassoon bar. Definitely a place I love frequenting often. Just disappointed they don't have a loyalty scheme for Londoners who enjoy good teas, wines and cakes at the Corinthia
A. L.
Well, if you can afford to stay here, do so. Just gorgeous. And the afternoon tea, and bar are great. I hope I get to stay here for pleasure at some point, but if not then I’ll at least go back for fancy drinks.
B. R.
In the super-elegant surroundings of the Corinthia Hotel lobby, one of the nicest afternoon tea's you'll ever consume is served - and you'll pay through the nose for it! Elegant, delectable pastries await, and a selection of fine teas ranging from delicate to full-flavoured. If you're there in summer, the orangery makes an even finer setting, so ask to be outside!
S. H.
Experienced the Safari meal at the Hotel, great experience seeing all the restaurants in one evening. Food and cocktails fab and the staff really friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.
J. G.
The service at the Corinthia was absolutely first class. The staff couldn't do enough for us. The rooms are fantastic, extremely well decorated and the hotel is the nicest smelling hotel I have ever been in!!
P. H.
Went toilet here. Very fancy
A. G.
Always a treat going here!

Lovely
Sweet and A place to relax with ur family
R. G.
Top class place for wealthy people. I would love to stay there.

Very nice upscale hotel. The indoor and outdoor seating areas are great for meetings and socializing etc. All in all it is an excellent place for drinks, to eat or just coffee. Amazing hotel and restaurants to say the least.
T. D.
We had a lovely stay at Corinthia. The staff are amazing. They make sure that your stay is comfortable and assist with sightseeing and many other accommodations. Our stay will be unforgettable. We look forward to visiting again.
R. “. S.
One of my favourite hotels. Love the classic decor. I often visit for just a quick drink or afternoon tea. Lovely feeling to this hotel.
F. A.
Amazing 5 start hotel. Most celebrities stay in this hotel. I would recommend it for everyone 👍🏻. The breakfast, afternoon cafe and Spa are all wonderful. Location is excellent as it is near to london eye and big ben tower.
T. M.
I replied that they did not need to be, and that we would not be back at the hotel until 3pm so no rush. The room (244) was lively but shows a few signs of age. All of the staff here seemed unhappy and didn't want to be there.
R. M.
Stunning hotel, I had visited the reception bar for a meeting. Modern and stylish with a huge chandelier.
Staff very attentive, friendly and professional.
A.
Hotel is very beautiful the best I’ve seen in London, there spa is definitely what you call a spa with it’s countless treatment rooms also a en-suite room. The thermal floor is outstanding, this one of the top spas in London by far!
L. F.
Brilliant place for a meeting, very clean and tidy, excellent service, clean toilets, exquisite food didn't stay overnight but can imagine it would be just as good an experience. When something was emptied it was filled up again of something was used it was replaced. Awesome experience...A1
T. P.
Wonderful hotel - so elegant, full of flowers and lights; helpful friendly staff. Breakfast has a massive range of food, room with a balcony overlooking the courtyard was beautiful.
E. V.
We were actually booked in another hotel but left and came to the Corinthia. So glad we did! You can't beat the location. It was so close to the metro that we could stop by our room anytime during the day and not interrupt our sightseeing. The staff was amazing and the room was great. It was our honeymoon and the staff surprised us wth some nice extras! It by far made our trip to Prague!
S. S.
Amazing ambience and great service from the staff. Food was of great quality and drinks were great. Only minor downer were the desserts, but that didnt take anything away from the overall enjoyable experience
j. r.
I enjoyed the modern feel of the Hotel. But nothing compares to the doorman. I was a guest at The Corinthia Hotel for 3 days and moved on to the Ritz. I wish I would have stayed.. the location is ideal. I rarely taxi or Uber. I highly recommend.

Nearly 488 million dollars was spent on the acquisition and restoration of the former headquarters of the Ministry of Defense, which was located in a large building south of Trafalgar Square. Now, it’s a luxury hotel with 294 rooms, including seven two-story luxury apartments and a royal apartment with its own wine cellar and a cinema. If, for some reason, you decide not to book a room in this hotel, visit at least one of its restaurants – Massimo Fish Restaurant or a restaurant where all dishes are prepared only from organic products – Northall.

The Corinthia used to be my go-to hotel when I used to visit London. However, now that I live in London it has become a cozy little home away from home get-away retreat for myself and partner. We love this place and the attention to detail. The spa is divine and room service cannot be beaten. 10 ⭐️ for sure

What a hotel . Spent my anniversary here and loved every minute of my stay . Hotel is stunning , room was beautiful, the spar was wicked , and the staff were brilliant. Can’t recommend this hotel enough, fabulous. Thank you corinthia for making my anniversary so special, can’t wait to come back

I thought I could have better service in the biggest spa in Europe. Unfortunately my experience wasn’t up to the expectations. Although the place is splendid and the staff are very friendly
A. M.
Outstanding hotel with excellent service and location. The spa is quite good and their restaurants are classy and with moderate prices. Recommended for business or pleasure. Also, the rooms are rather large compared to other hotels in London.
L. K.
I would not hesitate to recommend Corinthia to anyone. The whole experience is truly 5 star: the staff, the hotel common areas, the restaurants and bar, the modern and tasteful rooms with their enormous beds and marble bathrooms and their heated floors and spa amenities, the turn down service, and of course the spa. I never wanted to leave.
What else could I say that has likely already been said? The location in fantastic for touring the London sites. Don't hesitate to book this hotel, it is worth every penny.

Absolutely wonderful Afternoon Tea. Staff so attentive and friendly. Beautiful room filled with flowers. Just stunning
U. L.
One of the best hotels I've stayed at in London. Must try their gym, pool, and spa facilities, out of this world! View from the room is not that great though it shard to ask for more due to its location.
A. S.
Modern, friendly, switched on and great location .. Not cheap, but they deliver. #Tip: Be aware if ordering a black cab taxi from hotel Concierge you won't be able to pay by credit card, only cash (Jul 2017)

My wife insisted that I visit Corinthia Hotel for their high tea. It was the best afternoon tea session that I ever had. Service was impeccable, tea was great and it made for a delightful afternoon.
C. Z.
Great hotel, amazing public areas and rooms are spacious and comfortable . The cigar terrace is a godsend and the location makes sense for those who want to be near the West End , City and Trafalgar Square ...but if Mayfair and Knightsbridge is more your speed you are better off at the Lanesborough
J. G.
Although we did not directly stay at the Corinthia, we did visit for a lovely dinner at the restaurant Massimo. Greeted by a fantastic ambience upon entering the lobby, the friendly, welcoming staff waiting by the door showed us to the restaurant quickly.
S. L.
nice place for coffee

My favorite hotel in London! Great location, proximity to The Underground, and first-class service! The restaurants aren't to be missed. "A Simple Touch" is a new favorite cocktail!
J. H.
We had the most amazing experience at the Corinthia last weekend. Fabulous building and amazingly helpful staff. We dined in the Tom Kerridge restaurant which is adjoined and this was fabulous too. I can't wait to return
E. K.
Amazing service and amazing food. Loved it
B. J.
Five star luxury room and amenities with a very helpful and responsive staff. When we made a complaint about breakfast, they responded with a handwritten note of apology and several chocolate truffles.
C. W.
Lovely Christmas decorations and the afternoon tea looks fab. They have two bars. Kerridge's Bar & Grill is a must visit. Spectacular decor. Food quite pricy to call it a bar and grill though but it is in the Corinthia after all!
WiFi is free with a simple name and email registration and you get good speeds of 17Mbps UP & DOWN. 👍😀
🤶 Great buzz around this time of year. 👍😊❤️

Upscale hotel. Beautiful inside. Food is of a high quality. Only drawback is if you have a car they will park for you at Q Park. Which is very expensive over £20, well if you can afford over £600 a night for the rooms, then this is peanuts really.
G. Y.
You'll get Russian tv in the bath tub, a broken curtain, and noise of cars driving past during your sleep. Breakfast was good
r. h.
The best Afternoon Tea ever, staff amazing, decor brilliant, bespoke crockery fab, Bachera crystal champagne flutes to die for, sandwich's, scones and pastries out of this world.
R. W.
Fabulous food, good value and wonderful service

My wife and I stayed at The Corinthia for her birthday , and yet again it was an amazing experiance !!!!
The staff from begining to end were so helpful , and always smiling. We have been coming here since it first opened , and the attention to detail always seems to get better.
We had cocktails in the Bassoon bar which were gorgeous, and then a fantastic meal in The Northall Restaurant. We also visited the spa ......again, out of this world!!
The best place to stay in London....and worth every penny
Thank you Chris and Kerry xx

Corinthia Hotel is a classic hotel with world class spa, restaurants ,multiple bars ( Basoom bar offers Cocktails, Northall bar offers regular bar services, Tom and Carrieges offers restaurant and regular bar services. It is a nice place to relax and enjoy your money. It is located at the city centre of London. It is easily accessible from three surrounding London underground tube stations ( Embarkment station 3 minute walk, Charing Cross underground station 7 minutes walk, and Westminster underground station about 12 minutes walk). It is a five star hotel that will delight you.

Lovely bar and setting. Staff were professional and attentive. Although there were not enough staff for service at a prompt time leading to quite some delays.

Great place to stay. Spa is fantastic. Service is brilliant. Cannot fault at all.

Even if your budget does not allow you to stay at the sumptuous Corinthia, take the time to simply cross it, get hypnotised by its splendid lights, the dazzling design, the attention to every single detail, have a fragrant tea, let your mouth water looking at the elegant cakes, look up to the sky under the most splendid glass roof, look for the lone red lamp hidden between hundreds of white ones, step on the other side of the street with the impression of having walked through a dream.
J. B.
Wonderful place in the city. Room was very clean and colorful always, I loved this place so I will be coming back again!

Walk in and admire all the refurbished interiors. The chandeliers are partucularly impressive.
Then sit down in the lobby lounge and indulge in something small before continuing to explore Central London. Because you're worth it.
J. H.
Fabulous hotel. We had a champagne afternoon tea. Champagne served in beautiful Baccarat champagne flutes. The service was excellent.
T. M.

If I could rate higher I would! Bathroom floors are warmed tiles! High tech rooms. Impeccable service. On par or above St Regis Hotel chains. More pics to come.

L. M.

R. S.
Beautiful hotel very good service would differently will go again
J. G.
Go for Afternoon Tea before there's any possibility of it going downhill. It is really delicious and puts places like the Dorchester to shame. The teas themselves are fresh and lovely. Unfortunately, the Muzak is dreadful: just try to ignore it.
M. P.
Great service, beautiful live flowers dailyclose to many restaurants, Big Ben and other attractions and modes of transportation (bus, tube, double deckers, boats, ped taxis).
S. C.
Beautiful hotel with very large rooms. Central to all the main attractions of London, as well as the theater and shopping areas. Hospitality was about what I would expect from a hotel of this caliber -- it was great!
J. B.
This is my 4th time here for afternoon tea, a relaxing experience if shared with friends and family, lovely food drinks and staff who are attentive without being intrusive. Surroundings plush.
P. M.
Bar okay but slow, cocktails arrived after the starters. Restaurant decidedly boring. Expensive, even for me, Maybe it was just an off day?
E. S.
Had dinner at the Massimo restaurant last night. Food was great and the wine excellent. Service was also impeccable. Highly recommend

Exceeded expectations. A hidden gem in the heart of London. Service and indulgence is the signature at the Corinthia. The spa is magical and quiet! Highly recommended.
