Good cleaning - as you can see how hard staff work everyday there, the room and the shared kitchen is always clean without any dust.
Helpful reception - they will help you anything and they are so kind and lovely. Thanks for all the assistance and favor I had receive from you.
Free gym - it is right next to the reception which will remind all the time when you pass by and you are lazy to work out
Lovely neighbors-miss my neighbors or all the friends I have made there. Miss the huge and warm huge from my neighbors. Also the positive and always smelling friends. As an Asian, it is also so nice that you can meet some Asian and cook and chat together.

My room is a single en-suite, it's cozy and has a large desk for me to work on. The shared kitchen is spacious with everything you need.
The staff at Davies Court are outstanding, all of them are super friendly and are always happy to help me.
The location is also great. 30 minutes to TCR station via DLR then Central line. It's also 15 minutes walk to the Jubilee station in Canary Wharf.
The only complaint I have is the small window of my room and also the WiFi occasionally breaking despite being very fast.
Definitely recommend anyone to stay if they work in Canary Wharf!

C. M.Such a great place! In a very quiet area, but still so close to busy Canary Wharf. Stayed here for 2 months, but needed to leave due to work relocation. The staff was always so amazing and helpful. There is just no more flexible place to live in London than Davies Court. I mean, honestly, where else would I be able to just give one week's notice before moving out. Definitely coming back as soon as I'm back to London.

The communal area is great and very comfortable to relax in. The rooms are very cute and there is an amazing view on Canary Wharf! The beds are super comfortable and spacious.

the location is super convenient very close to the train station, 10 minutes walk to Canary Wharf where you’ll be spoiled for chooses with different cuisines and bars some with really amazing views . Also a shopping centre and park are near by . Easy and quick to get to central London 15minutes by DLR train. I would highly recommend a stay at this accommodation .

A. P.Had a truly amazing stay at Davies Court over the past 14 months. When I first moved here in September 2018, I never knew I would stay here for this long, but then, its such an lovely place to live and the amazing people who run it- Barry, Jorge and Caterina and all the other staff are so polite, welcoming and available to assist. In terms of facilities, kitchen is well stocked and spacious, bus stop is right outside the building and DLR ~500 metres. Overall a great place to stay!
Y. D.Spent there couple of weeks. Place is quite good for a hostel. Internet works fine, bed is single but not very used, bathroom is very small but fully functional. Perfect choice for couple days stay, but not so good when you are staying more than a month. Room is small. Also rooms that are next to the road are loud as road is busy. There is an option to share a room and bathroom with others, but I don't think it is a good idea. There is also a small gym with couple of machines and treadmill.

A. S.It seems to be a nice place so far. I have been here just one night. The single room with shared bathroom is run down. I have seen pictures of the single with bathroom and they are new and look bigger. The kitchen is a bit bear with a lot of things missing. The gym looks nice to bad it is not too private. It is all glass and people from the street can look at you. You are kind of in a fish bowl. Not a lot of machines either but it is good enough.
S. M.Very good for what I needed, which was basic affordable accommodation in this part of London for a couple of nights at short notice. Essentially it is student halls, organised into flats and geared at people staying long term. My room was basic but clean and had everything I needed. There is a kitchen in each flat - I wasn't planning to use it anyway because I was here for such a short time, but honestly it was nasty. Whoever is living here long term had left dishes piled up in the sink and it was all quite dirty.
M. N.This is a small gem of a place to stay. Ensuite room and access to a clean fitted kitchen, my recent 5 week working stay was very enjoyable. The professional staff are all welcoming and friendly. Standards of cleanliness are excellent throughout. Gym and laundry facilities are provided. Great location with buses to the City, and Trafalgar Square, stopping just outside, and West Ferry DLR is only a 5 minute walk. Canary Wharf shopping, restaurants, cinema, Crossrail Place, are all nearby. Value for money tops this review, with a week's stay costing less than one night in 4* central London Hotels.

J. A.I have lived in this hostel for more than a year, and just I can say to them thanks for everything.
In this year I already know very well all the staff. Kim (the manager) it's one of the best person that I never know, he always try to understand you and help you, also the other three assistant manager (3 more) are completely efficient, happiness, and helpful. The most of the cleaners are really clean, they clean the room one time per week and the kitchen every day, in particular Silvia (house keeping) it's really professional.
They have gym, WiFi, and if you are in the new building the building installation are perfect.
Also you have the DLR 3 minutes walk and a few bus stop in front of the office.
No insects!! Very important!!
It's true that it's expensive, but, if you can pay that I recommend to be there.
Definitely it's not good bye, it's see you soon.

E.I really enjoyed my second stay for two months in this neat & well-kept hostel (it feels more like a hall of residence or a hotel) with great flexibility (how long you want to stay is really up to you, unlike halls of residence and even hotels which usually require you decide from the beginning how long you want to stay with no possibility to extend at the end). Combining this with the excellent location, thorough services & friendliness of the staff makes it very hard to find alternatives as good as or better than this place. In total I stayed for five months (1st + 2nd stay together) and was really impressed by how simple and nice it is.

My room faced the street and it was busy all night with a lot of emergency vehicles so I had trouble sleeping the first night - got used to it after that. I would stay here again.

They went over and beyond their duties in helping me when the weather was hot by giving me extra fans, and when it was old by providing me with an extra heater. They are friendly and full of nice banter. They upgraded our kitchen with a new oven👌
I would definitely return to Davies Court as the place is very clean and modern!

Bus stop is outside the entrance and easily to go to center of London. There is a gym at the ground floor and Kitchen is convenient.

Ho soggiornato per lavoro e trascorso un paio di settimane con il mio team nell' hostel di Davies Court per lavoro. La residenza è un molto bella e si trova in una posizione strategica con autobus diretto a Trafalgar Square fuori dal cancello. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile, nel complesso è pulito e ordinato, le camere sono confortevoli, cucina e bagni in comune compresi. Ottima scelta qualità prezzo, ci torneremo sicuramente anche per trasferte più lunghe.
