Much better that its mortal enemy, the Dockers outs. Come and enjoy some nice beer, but then off you go because its nice not to make this place too busy. Go to your own locals and stay out of our Wapping little village.

Had lunch here today with my son. Lovely venue, attentive staff but best of all was the chicken pie which was delicious and definitely homemade - not a microwave job pretending to be homemade! Will be back!

Been living in Wapping for a year now and this is our favourite place. They've recently hired a new chef and she is incredible! On special occasions Dockers have a bbq which cannot be missed - the award winning jerk chicken is some of the best chicken I've ever eaten. Tonight we had burgers off their regular menu, one beef and one vegan, and they were both amazing. Friendly staff, decent weekly quiz and great drinks selection. Love it here!!

I called in here yesterday and what a transformation! The place has been recently refurbed with new owners and now offers a great menu as well as a top selection of booze. Had the Chicken Caesar salad which I can highly recommend. Friendly welcome and a nice relaxed atmosphere. I'll be back for sure. Thanks everyone, Steve

What a lovely pub. The atmosphere is lovely. Staff was polite and helpful. Very clean. Me and my partner had dinner and the food is amazing. The presentation is out of this world and the food tastes even better. We had fish and chips and the portions of the food is brilliant and the price is not expensive. We will be back.

Had a great roast at the Dockers Inn over the Bank Holiday weekend! I had the pork which was lovely and my friends had chicken and two vegan roasts. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meal and there was a nice friendly atmosphere in the pub. Paul was very accommodating and helpful. We will be back!

Turned up with a christening party in full swing, couldn't hear ourselves think let alone talk, waited an age for food which turned up cold, too much interference by staff when we had nothing but drinks, the new decor is lovely being generous with rating but won't be going back, and had the audacity to charge us £3.00 for half a Guinness wish them well but not a good start in my eyes

First visit was lovely. Attentive staff, very good Sunday lunch. Gave me beef instead of chicken but no complaints as it was amazing. We had some great pictures of food and live music that they used for their Instagram. However, I booked a table for the England vs Denmark game. 3 members of staff booked it in for 6pm (they said you couldn’t book for after that time as they’d take walk ins). We turned up at 5:45pm to secure the table only to find out our table had been given away to some for 7pm! The table was empty until that time. We were told that the person that booked it in originally wasn’t there. They were - all 3 of them. We were crammed outside and eventually told to leave as it had been booked for someone else. We had the table originally booked for 6 people. 4 of which had travelled over an hour to get there! So frustrating. No apologies and just had to walk out. So disappointing as I was excited for this new pub. But I guess independent can sometimes mean giving away tables to whoever they please. Not sure if I will go again. But I’ve left a fair 3/5 stars.

A distinctive establishment tucked away on Wapping Lane, a very pleasant airy feel to the place. There is a simple but complete Sunday lunch menu. All very good. Lovely, talkative staff, happy to engage and welcome. A most enjoyable stop after the "long walk" from Thamesyde. Ye olde walke ye understande.
