Room was good but bar and restaurant closed whole time I was there so no chance of breakfast next morning. So don’t go booking expecting more than a room for your money. Also the receptionist late at night was very unhelpful when I enquired about assistance booking a taxi

Had a very lovely stay here. Staff were super helpful and very attentive. Rooms were lovely and clean. Sad times that room service or the restaurants aren’t open yet. Look forward to coming back in the future.

Lovely place to stay, location is brilliant. Thank you to all the staff who made our little short break extra special. Will definitely be staying again and will recommend to friends and family.

Lovely, welcoming hotel, with clean, fresh Chinese-themed rooms. Only down to 4 stars because the rooms would benefit from having USB sockets in them and they could make it clearer that the bar is currently closed and breakfast is unavailable.

The room was fine but, the staff was unprofessional and the receptionist didn¿t speak good English when I checked in and I couldn¿t understand what he was saying.

I am a member of this hotel group but, I didn¿t know that I needed to pay extra £50 as a Deposit at my check in (after I paid in full in advance), and I am still waiting for the refund of my Deposit.

Wow. Amazing welcome from staff. Asked to look after bags as we were early but they went one better and opened our room up for us. It was spotless. Amazing value for money and only 5mins walk from tube.

I wasn't very excited about it when I booked but this hotel has very definitely exceeded my expectations. It's a Tablet Hotel (best of the best) so I shouldn't be surprised. It's very elegant and understated, so the luxe-ness didn't quite come all the way through in the pictures I saw beforehand. Great price because it's just on the Northwest edge of central London, but there's a tube station (Central Line) just on the other side of the green so you can be in Covent Garden or Leicester Square in no time at all. I'm quite picky and I loved it!

I rang in to request an upgrade for my sister and her partner for their anniversary as they have been through so much this year, I thought I'd surprise them. Pankaj then picked up and took the lead of arranging the most amazing upgrade, with a bottle of wine and note from me included. They have not stopped calling to thank me, my sister even shed a tear, thank you so much to the hotel and the team and especially Pankaj on sticking with me through multiple calls to get the right room for the two.
Great service throughout!

My dad stayed in this hotel as part of the hotel quarantine and the experience he had was indescribable.
The food was always bland, cold, and late. The size of the portions of the food was small. He had to call the main reception 3/4 times just to get some water and even then, I had to sometimes call the hotel to remind them to send water to my dad’s room. When he requested some fruits and milk the hotel stated that the hotel doesn’t provide those, and if needed, it needs to be ordered with the guests own money. Not sure what we paid £1750 for?
On arrival, he had to pay a £100 deposit for the room. This was not stated anywhere as a requirement. The room was very dirty, the walls were stained, and the carpet was rough. The room was next to a construction site, and it was always very noisy.
When he was allowed to go outside to a very small, cramped car park, there was often a strong smell of weed. However, the hotel did not seem to care, despite there being children around the car park.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I'm not sure how this place gets 4 stars. Bathroom has stains all over the sink. Dust everywhere. Long black hairs underneath the Dovet. Window in room doesn't open and looks into other rooms meaning no air flow to the room atall. No fresh air. Room was very small and felt like we can't breathe as air con did nothing. We've had a better quality stay in travel lodge just without the posh entrance hall.

We absolutely loved it! Hotel was very clean and just besutiful. Very good transportation options, because it’s very close to the tube and there is a bus station right in front of the hotel. We didn’t have the breakfast option included, but I think it’s better to not include the breakfast. It’s 15£ per person and there is a starbucks, mac donalds, super market and way more shops just around the corner. It’s also next to the westfield mall, so as you can read in my review, the location is perfect and the hotel is nice as well. The spa and gym were closed I guess so that’s sad, but overall a good location, beautiful big hotel and very nice customer service. We’ll definitely come back!

Had a very pleasant stay here with great service and I Look forward to staying again. I also emailed them for a copy of my invoice and got it a lot quicker than I expected.

Good price through booking.com, good sized room and excellent staff. Just be mindful that all the restaurants and the bar are currently closed for refurb.

Foof is horrible don't think the staff or manager would eat vile food like this.
Same menu same meal everyday.
Boiled rice, boiled broccoli and mushrooms that's all we get everyday.
Phoned reception abt the meal but they are saying it's a set menu for everyone.
Mushrooms for breakfast mushrooms for lunch mushrooms for main meal I'm sick of the food.
The amount of money they charge per person for quarantine and what do we get mushrooms.
No toast no eggs for breakfast not even cereal.
Shame on the hotel and shame for the appalling government making us pay £2280 each.

Standard room was good. Clean. Worth the stay for we was going to concert next door at the O2 shepards Bush.

First visit to the Dorestt Hotel. Great looking hotel. Comfortable room....friendly helpful staff
H. M.
The hotel currently is closed to public but open to travellers who have been to red list countries. A quarantine hotel to be precise. I reached here 9 days ago so have been here for a good number of days to be able to give some feedback.
Rooms - decent rooms but biggest drawback especially if you are in a room at the back is that the room is almost like a jail. You cannot see anything except a small portion of the window which doesn’t have the gray film so can see the sky. The carpets are not maintained, because i can see moths flying all around as the carpet is old and moth eating it. A portion near the fridge cupboard is completely gone. How the hotel staff don’t check this and clean is beyond me. First day the heating didn’t work in the room, thankfully they fixed it on day 2. I also reported that the heating rail in the bathroom wasn’t working which they never fixed.
Room service - A call to reception generally takes about 8-10 mins for someone to answer. Once i even called the reception from my phone rather than the room phone as no one answered for 20 minutes and the lady told me that I should tell whatever is the issue because I am keeping the phone busy as other guests must be calling them too. I cannot imagine how a phone can be busy 24/7. If you ask for tea, coffee or milk it gets delivered fairly quickly but food is a different story. Many times food was either not delivered or delivered late. Food quality was not that great, almost all meals are catered, nothing prepared in the hotel. Not a single meal was hot, maybe warm but that was also rare. Once I got a sandwich with 2 slices of bread, a tomato, a slice of pepper and lettuce thrown together (literally) in a plastic bag.
Considering all travelers staying here paid a hefty £1750 the service was pathetic and appalling. They were not really doing a favour for me, we were paying them £175 per night without room service. They should have been a bit more considerate thinking they are serving people who are locked up for 11 nights.
I hope the hotel learns from their mistakes and improves the service.

My quarantine overall was good at Dorsett Shepherds Bush hotel, room was clean, food with many choices and able to exercise daily, some staff speak my language as well, really a bonus,.
N. J.
Very acceptable stay under the circumstances. Having to quarantine fir 10 days is not the easiest thing to do but the hotel provided meals on time and provided a daly call to check on my well-being
D. A.
Nice room, situated perfectly for Shepherds Bush O2. When it's fully functioning again with breakfast, would love to return.

I am currently on day 7 in my quarantine, after i was allocated my hotel I read the online reviews and my first thoughts were i am going to battle.
Although this is not Hotels fault on arrival they requested £100 deposit for the room which was no where stated that this was a requirement.
Feeling very nervous and overwhelmed, i was taken to my room expecting the worst. My room is not big but its not small either enough space for me having a desk and a sitting area. The staff here are amazing super friendly and so helpful.
The food is a hit and miss some meals are good and some meals are bad. If you enquire more water and tea, coffee, water or milk you need to call and ask. No fresh milk is given its packs which is something i think should be given more of or at least a fresh. Sometimes the food is warm and sometimes it is. Yes I agree its a lot of money however the staff are trying as hard as they can to meet everyones needs and thats something one needs to take into account...
One thing is i feel like the carpets need to be steamed cleaned as there are a few marks and maybe it could be cleaned and dusted better. Overall my stay so far has not been as bad. I also feel that you need to be more understanding and drop you standards. You knew you had to quarantine accept it and move with it. Think less and you might just get more...
K. L.
Staying here currently for my quarantine. The room itself is not so bad but the treatment is poor. Food is awful, and right now lunch is 2 hours late. They treat you like prisoners, don’t pick up the phone and charge insane prices for any services despite paying £2,400 for 2 people in the same room. Would not recommend quarantine hotel.
P. M.
I am quarantining as part of the government guidelines in return from a red-list country. I have paid £1,750 to stay at the Dorsett Hotel where on my 5th day of stay, it has been the third time I have not received a meal. Calling reception is quite predictable as they will not answer. Downstairs is a long queue of customers also complaining about the same issues. If you are given choice, please DO NOT attend this hotel as you will be deprived of water and food if you do not speak up for yourself. I am in utter shock at this tawdry service and I will be informing the authorities to examine the methods of service as well as the employees at this hotel.
S. K.
My parents are staying at this hotel for their managed quarantine after coming back from India (they had to travel for emergency family reasons). Food has been arriving late all week, only send enough for one person or send meat when we’ve requested vegetarian food. My parents are saying they have to call and ask about food almost every single day.
I’m really wondering if they’re trying to maximise their profits by keeping costs low and charging £2400.
H. A.
Did not expect too much before checkin the quarantine hotel, but room was clean, food with many choices and staff was good. Fantastic
B. T.
My cousins was quarantining as part of the government guidelines in this hotel. There isn’t anything good to say about this hotel! First of all my cousin paid to quarantine with that in mind you expect the hotel to provide you with proper food and water from time to time but that wasn’t the case here. She had to keep calling in almost everyday to remind them about where the food was! Forgot food they didn’t even have time to provide water. Every time she rang the staff would take so long to answer the call once the staff answered they would tell her they will be there soon, that soon basically meant over an hour wait followed by another call!
Please do not quarantine here. After reading the reviews on here I found out my cousin wasn’t the only one going through this issue! There are many people who experienced the same! Some even with kids !
Fix up!

Loved the place. Proximity to Westfield and Shepherds Bush Market 👍👍
S. B.
The room was spacious, comfortable and very nicely appointed. It had a good view overlooking The Green. The bed was very comfortable. The restaurant has an outstanding menu and the quality of the food was wonderful. Service was great. …
N. M.
Understand the hotel is currently closed, but when I called the hotel, the hotel staff answered my questions very professand friendly
J. W.
The beds are extremely uncomfortable, the walls are paper thin, all night the fire doors have a horrendous scream coming from them—even when reported to the front desk, the hot water doesn’t last long enough for two people to have decent showers one after the other—not to mention that the sink in the bathroom doesn’t seem to even get hot water. The staff are very kind and welcoming, and the location is great, but if you’re jet lagged and in need of decent sleep, stay somewhere else.

A perfect stay! Can't rate this hotel enough! Best hotel me and my wife have been to in London. We normally stay closer the city centre, however the location near two tube stations was very convenient. The hotel itself is very well …

I’ve stayed here many many times when travelling for work, this hotel was always my first choice. I love the whole Chinese inspired theme of the hotel. This hotel has one of the most breathtaking lobby’s with such a contemporary elegant bar. I loved that my room had a large walk in shower and ‘his and hers’ marble sinks 👌 they had a large selection to choose from for breakfast with the chef always accommodating to my dietary needs providing alternatives. The hotel provides valet parking which was convenient, however you can park in Westfield for a fraction on the price which is a 5 min walk away. The staff here are professional and resolved any issues that arose
A. P.
Good location just a few minutes walks to Westfield shopping centre. Room not ready on arrival but pleasant enough waiting area. Good size room and bed, serenely small bath but nice to have a separate shower next to it. Not everyone would like the fact there is only part frosted glass separating bathroom and bedroom. Very limited room service menu (after 10pm you have to use web based service to buy it in). Really surprised and disappointed there is no ‘in room’ breakfast option available in this ‘4 star’ hotel.
F. A.
Lobby and bar areas are very stylish. We got a room in the top floor and our bed (and pillows!) were very very comfy. The location is awesome (recommend warmly to take the bus 94 to London city!), Westfield shopping mall was just next door, it has close to everything one could desire to buy. Spa and gym at the hotel were not accessible (maybe something temporary). Breakfast was pricey and good for English standards, but didn’t include a lot of variety or specialty coffees like Espresso or Cappuccino, which would’ve cost extra.
J. S.
Disclaimer: I am an American, but I will be as impartial as possible to the hospitality that was provided to me. Which, I must say, was really good. Don't let the lack of one star fool you. This is a great accommodation, fancy and well-serviced. The staff is as friendly as expected as English hospitality goes, as these people were the first people I met off my first trip to London, and they did not disappoint. The hotel is quite pretty, with stylish art and film motifs lining the walls. The rooms (and this is where the one star gets missed) can seem a bit small, as I'm used to something larger with such a presentable hotel. But don't let that detract from how incredible this hotel is. Stay here if you want an above and beyond accommodation.

Lovely clean hotel with super comfy beds and lovely bed linen. Our room was a super deluxe on the first floor and it was huge with plenty of storage and everything you could possibly need. The bathroom was fantastic with a separate bath and shower, lovely fluffy towels and Elemis bathing products were provided. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

My room was a little small, with a window that looked out over the lounge area inside. But was very clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was served every day, and was quite tasty!
The staff was very friendly and well skilled. I LOVED the complimentary mobile to take along while staying at the hotel. Brilliant! I'm looking forward to returning!
E. F.
It is OK place but fan in my room's aircon could be quiet and hot water could run in the sink tap. Don't really like brushing under the shower if you know what I mean... Restaurant is fine, nice jazz like music, seating a bit odd but nothing to moan about really... Strange TV setup in the room, didn't manage to find the way to the guide so had to switch through channels looking for something interesting to watch...
K. K.
This hotel was good for a business trip. The lobby was very stylish and staff was helpful. The breakfast was great, with both proper English breakfast and other international alternatives. The rooms were clean, but a bit outdated on style. However, the wifi was strong and it was comfortable to work from the room.

Good place of living place and lovely Food

Every things was great but the food was not suitable for Afghans and Iranians

This is a proper 4 star Hotel - large, comfortable and stylish. In fact an oasis of calm in another very busy part of West London. Some rooms are spacious, but some only have windows looking into the large internal atrium. Orientally themed throughout, with a very high level of friendly service. Restaurant a bit gloomy, but breakfast well above average. Car park is minute.

The reason I'm not giving this Hotel a 1 star is because the staff was super nice and professional. The pictures that you see when you book the room will most likely look nothing like your room expect perhaps if you book a suite. When we first walked into our room the carpet was soaking wet and soggy, it had stains, the toilet was barely flushable. It was generally gross. We were able to switch rooms to the 6th floor.
The carpet wasn't wet but the next room was just as bad, big and nasty stains all over the bathroom. The bed had small stains too.
Both of those rooms were dark and gross, would not want to sleep in there even if it was free.
The staff was really nice and professional and decided to upgrade us to a suite, they even called and made sure it had to be sparkling clean. The third room (The suite) was really nice but had a few flaws as well (Espresso machine didn't work + small stains in the bathroom).
I wouldn't have had a problem with this hotel if I wasn't for the fact that it's supposed to be a 4 star hotel + that's it's very expensive.
I will never book this hotel ever again.
S. G.
The rooms are quite small, but are decorated nicely. The food menu is great, but slightly overpriced. Also in a great location with easy access to central London if needed.
N. F.
Lovely boutique hotel, decor great and staff is friendly
H. I.
I very pleasant, comfortable hotel. Rooms are spotless and airy. The breakfast is good. It's great value being close to the central line though if you are walking there is no nice restaurants. There is the Westfield centre for shopping, which is surprisingly upmarket. Lovely hotel in the wrong area.
F. Q.
Luxurious and clean hotel with superb service in the reception. Room temperature was good even though it was pretty cold outside. Nice breakfast, not too fancy but all basic elements of a good breakfast were present; coffee, juice, bread with toppings, bacon, eggs and porridge. On a busy morning the staff at the restaurant side were somewhat confused and unorganized. The revolving door and two out of three elevatora where out of order so you could easily spend a few minutes to go up in your room in the upper floors.
L. C.
The quality of the structure, the position and the staff makes this one of the best hotels I've ever been in London, I'm there 3 weeks a month for work and if I can I always go for it as my first choice.
The breakfast is good, service and staff always helpful and welcoming, the rooms are very nice and I like the Asian style.
The gym is tiny but has everything you need, never seen it too crowded.
c. c.
Really impressed with this hotel. We arrived 2 hours before check in and we were given a room early with a free upgrade. The suite was lovely and spacious and very clean with lots of amenities.
The bar and lounge area were morden and cosy and the staff throughout the hotel were really great, very friendly and helpful.
I'd stay again if in the area.
D. B.
Beautiful interior design, but really shocked at how appalling the staff were no customer care or interest in customers, breakfast quality poor for a 4 star and very unorganised breakfast area ,messy dirty and no offer of tea or coffee, badly lite up breakfast area too. On checkout just a grimiest smile and handed our keys over no ask of how our stay was no safe journey very rude and untrained staff no customer service very poor also no room service not worthy of 4 stars, no water in rooms or biscuit not enough milk, dirty dressing table, very bad sound proofing could hear everything, room too warm very disappointed as did not feel a valid customer would not return so many faults which is a real shame.

Still waiting for room deposit from 27th of November.
No contact. No accountability from staff.

My husband and I had a room for 2 nights on the 7th floor, and we absoluetly loved it. Smaller than we are used to back in the states for sure, but not too small. Very cute and classy place. Nice, big, hot selection for the complimentary breakfast. The charging adapter we brought wouldn't work, but we called down to the hotel staff and they brought one up to us, thank goodness! Staff has been so helpful and kind.

Bad Food specially for vegetarians and not even providing sufficient water
Tv is old generation.

A good sized room with a large bathroom in a very convenient location. The hotel is impeccably clean throughout the bathrooms and toilets almost clinically clean. Our room appeared a little small as we were on the 7th floor overlooking the …

Great location, great ambience throughout the hotel, superb rooms and fabulous bed! Cant say anymore!!
Drink prices at the bar are extortionate! …

Quality dropped. I visited here one year ago, the room was lovely, however during my visit this time the bathroom's tiles smell stinking. Besides that the reduce of pillows and bolster was a minus mark as well. It used to impress me. Even the bed blanket and bed linen also dirty. The bathroom smell is the main reason i wrote this. Really cannot take it at all.
R. H.
Although the hotel presents itself as a 4 star, please be aware that security is non existent. Unfortunately my relations who were booked found out during their breakfast. While sitting in the downstairs bar area for a late breakfast the handbag which was left on the chair next to them was taken by 2 young men and there were no security around to stop them. Very stressful and disapointing experience. Please be aware !!!

Nice hotel, good food at Shikumen

Gorgeous hotel. Great location. Located opposite a park and within walking distance of Sheppard's Bush Westfield.

I booked this hotel for my wedding night as it was very close to the wedding venue. But I was extremely disappointed that no effort was made for us. I paid over £200 for a room and the room that we were allocated looked very bog standard so I had to insist on being moved. We were then moved to a marginally better bog standard room with no apology or particular care or customer service. Most hotels go above and beyond for someone's wedding night but this hotel really couldn't care less.

Lovely hotel. Stayed in a twin room, which was lovely, clean, and comfortable. Bathroom was really smart. Had buffet breakfast which had a great range of food available and was very tasty. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would totally recommend.
P. J. A. C.
Overall nice hotel, staff very friendly
C. F.
Its a nice hotel considering it location, but over the years maintenance levels have gone done significantly. Corridors had an un-fresh smell, and the showers tiles had dirty grout. Service is good and prompt. Breakfast menu could improve considering is a 4 start hotel.
E. C.
I called them 4 times and 4 times they told me that they were fully booked even though on the website I kept finding available rooms. I made it to the hotel and surprise, yeah! They had some rooms available so o managed to get one. Once there the service was great.
The only complain I have is that they blocked some money on my credit card and it took them 5 days to release it. Generally hotels do it as soon as you check out, at least the ones I had previously stayed at.
A. T.
Very nice hotel. Clean & modern. Typical European space — small, but well appointed. One concern was the bathtub/shower-extremely awkward to get in or out. Nothing to hang on to. Less of a problem if you’re young but dangerous if you’ve got some years behind you. Overall very good experience.
D. M.
Fantastic and welcoming reception staff and the bar staff to were fantastic and knew what they we're doing. The restaurant seemed somewhat chaotic at the time however it was rather busy so I couldn't really fault them. Overall I had a fantastic stay in a beautiful room moments away from Westfield. So, great service, fantastic rooms and excellent location. What's not to like.
R. C.
Beautiful hotel and well located for shopping.
But : rooms are very small for this standard of hotel, and impossible to have breakfast here. We had to pay our own breakfast the 2 mornings because there were more than 30 minutes to wait for a shared table!!!
A. P.
The room was spectacular, great value for money. Bar is rather expensive but cocktails are great. Only downside was the toilet flush was sub-par. Large tv, amazingly comfortable bed, fridge, safe, complimentary over night items, could not fault the hotel. Would stay there again with no hesitation
D. G.
Very good hotel, well located. New facilities still under some work, as they were still finishing a few fine construction details that may require some attention. All the staff is very nice, and they really try to go that "extra mile" to help you and to perform well. Check-in and check-out was very efficient, and they were all very helpful. Even though some of the staff are still learning and under initial training, they really do their best to overcome any minor complication, and they are well backed up by the management team. Overall: excellent place with excellent service, all round. Fairly capable staff, very competent.
T. M.
I've stayed here a couple of times for business. Nice hotel and the rooms are good. The first time I stayed they upgraded my room for free which was great. Staff are helpful and the location is convenient (near several underground stations and bus stops, 5 minute walk from a large shopping centre with restaurants and a 15minute walk to Hammersmith). The selection of food for breakfast was also good.
C. A.
Amazing art deco reception and bar area and a good deal on our room although we were offered an upgrade including breakfast for an extra £ 20 per person. Quiet room even though looking into ""the bush. We could clearly hear the TV and …

The hotel itself is lovely! Front office staff needs more training- learning the different room types at the very least. Luis at the front desk had a horrendous attitude and wasn’t at all flexible with releasing funds due to flight cancellations outside of my control. He didn’t care no matter how many cancellation emails I showed- I was expected to be quiet and forgo the cost of one night! He exhibited no empathy and was disrespectful to me in front of his staff. Luis was extremely condescending and expressed his frustrations through eye rolls and a raised voice. Perhaps he could use a refresher course in customer service basics- or an industry change… his disposition is not suitable for hospitality. Upgrading a guest to a suite instead of releasing funds is not service recovery FYI. It also didn’t help that the desk agent checked me in to a connecting room with no HVAC. Overall horrible experience due to the Luis but the property itself is gorgeous! P.S. I’ve worked in hotel front office operations for some time now and it is standard practice not to penalize a guest for flight delays and cancellations as long as they provide proof.
S. W.
The room flooded because the drain was backed up with hair. The shower area was never cleaned and I found huge clumps of hair. When i told the front desk about the problems they sent a maintenance person, and I had to wait for him to fix these issues before going to sleep. The next day the only thing they said was sorry at the front desk. It was an overall gross and annoying experience, and I had expected to be compensated due to the massive inconveniences that took place. Would highly recommend finding somewhere else to go. The prices and experience don't match up at all.
I. L.
Lovely rooms, but ordering food at bar with a work allowance is very overpriced, and charging a service charge is cheeky considering they're just doing their job. Also, I couldn't go to breakfast because the queue went from the restaurant, all the way through the lobby, right back to the lifts, so if you, like me, are planning on staying for a work trip, I would NOT recommend this hotel. It's probably lovely for tourists, but not for work stays.
S. G.
Bought a spa experience &afternoon tea for two here and came with a good friend. We really enjoyed all of it and would definitely recommend to others. It was great value as the hotel is lovely, a real tranquil spot on Shepherd’s Bush green once you step inside! Great location, easy to reach. The staff were all nice, some a little odd but endearing I suppose!
E. K.
This hotel is at a good place. A bus station direct in front of the door. Nice interior. Nice rooms. Our room 741 was very tiny but ok. Nowhere in this hotel we found toilet brushes to clean the toilet. Isn’t that a standard? Good bed. Great service with your own smartphone with free internet and calls. But the breakfast isn’t fine. Almost English breakfast. During the week you could get omelette, bit everything smells like you staying in a kitchen. The guy at front isn’t well organized. The other colleagues seam to be all new. To less places for customers to have there breakfast. You have to wait in a queue.
M. T.
I'll NEVER visit this hotel again. We paied £224 on booking but they deduct £224 from me as ' deposit ' when we checked in. They also said will return the deposit after we checked out. Okay 1 week later no deposit in so I called them, they said will speak to manager then response to me asap but NO RESPONSE. 2 weeks later which is today we called them again they even asked us why did we pay again if we have paid on Booking? Excuse me?! You mentioned it's deposit so I paid and i did understand why hotels need deposit and i don't against it. BUT I don't understand if that's really deposit or it's just you wanna take advantage of us. Honestly the rooms are great but the service really disappoints me. What a nice experience.
D. M.
This is definitely one of those hotels with a clickbait photos - you will most probably get way worse room from what they advertise. I had a superior (or whatever they call it) upgrade via company + got upgraded to suite when I arrived...2 upgrades! Ended up in almost window-free & worn out room that just gives you immediate feeling of regret and totally failed expectations 👋🏻 Honestly it’s not that clean, def worth replacing all furniture (you literally see how beaten it is, flea market ready). Everything is simply off. Spa not open until who knows, gym very very basic and properly worn out too, you deffo get that gym smell, for all my iron heads! Nonetheless, it looks “worth it” in the lobby, staff is also nice and professional, but rooms are the worst for the money (being realistic that you would go to ok hotel and expect better value for your money). What you want to do is to get 3star but proper and nice, where nobody is selling you too much.

Ok I'm only giving 4 as it's not allowing me to give 3.5. Firstly I must say the service can not be faulted, it was amazing & all the staff were friendly & approachable. The breakfast service was good. It's the little things that let it down. If it were a Premier Inn I could understand, but a hotel of this calibre should really have these things sorted. The view wasn't the best, although I do realise that cannot be helped, someone has to stay in these rooms & the view cannot be changed. The little shelf in the shower that holds your shampoo & shower gel was squint so the bottles kept falling off which was annoying as there's not much room in the shower as it is. Also the holder for the shower head was broken so it doesn't hold the shower head up, meaning you have to manually hold the shower head when it's on to aim it at your head. Things like this I would expect at your quick rest stop hotels but not here.

A prestigious hotel at a very convenient location - a short walk from 3 tube stations and the Westfield mall. It's very clean, offers excellent breakfast with a great variety of options, has courteous staff and my room was super-spacious with impressive views through its glass wall! The only downside could be the very limited and not very "gourmet" options in the room service menu. I'll return!
I. M.
Good location, very convenient, subway station & big shopping malls nearby in 5 mins. walk👍Room was quite small..but clean and tidy, comfy beddings. Buffet breakfast served in the Chinese restaurant next to main entrance.

I loved my stay here. The staff were really friendly and helpful. This hotel located near several tube stations, a big shopping mall, a supermarket and shepherd's bush market. There are also pubs, and restaurants nearby. I think the room was spacious, and clean.
E. P.
Stayed here lots with pretty much no issues. Only once had an issue with my room and switched no problem. Clean, comfey and interestingly if you like noodles you can have them for breakfast!... Along with the usuals of course.
S. C.
Really nice hotel in a convenient spot. A little pricey, but the rooms were nice. Breakfast was good. The bar didn't have any beers on tap, which was disappointing, but overall a really good find. Worth the money.

All in all a nice and comfortable hotel. Many free products in the bathroom, e.g. single-use razor, soap, shampoo, qtips. Breakfast service was terrible! Not enough personal to fill and refill cups with coffee or tea. Selection of food not as big as you might think for 16 pounds. We did not have Breakfast included, so we had to wait for our bill and sign BEFORE we were allowed to sit down, everyone staring at us. Price per night was 150 pound per single bed room.
A. G.
hotel with good appearance,
but the food is horrible, for the people who are quarantining in this hotel the service is bad, the food is not enough to eat, and when you call the reception they say they can't do anything, if I want to better food and to order online from restaurants in the region, that's not cool what they're doing with the people in this hotel, very bad service hotel, don't stay there
C.
Excellent stay everytime. I work at The Happiness Centre nearby and have had many stays at the Dorsett. Friendly & helpful Reception staff. Amazingly comfortable beds. Dreamy pillows. Incredibly quiet and soundproof for location in a busy area. Five star breakfasts. The BEST Chinese restaurant in London. Can't rate this hotel highly enough, having been someone who worked in hotels for years myself. Thanks for many great stays.
C.
The only nice thing about it is the bus stop outside and the lounge. The executive rooms were smaller than pictures, the tap was broken and several parts of the room like drawers damaged. Had dirty towels, one had a flea in it. They left a sticker on the bed sheets. A peanut was left under the sofa bed, so did you really vacuum?
T. M.
The Hotel is placed in a very convenient area, really close to the Westfield centre. The hotel staff is kind and cozy. I didn't have lunch or dinner, but breakfast was good. Unfortunately some rooms seems to need a little maintenance (a/c not working properly, shower drain plugged, etc.), but nothing you can't handle.

Had a lovely stay here ,guy that was on the check in desk (Saturday 17th 2pm) gave outstanding service made us feel very welcome and upgraded our room complimentary, room was beautiful ,big and elegant and the bathroom is amazing bath and wet room next to each other ,we stayed in room 247 lovely view ,made our night so much better ,would recommend this hotel ,5 star service
O. E. (.
I chose to stay here due to a Late shift working in Shepherd's Bush area and this being conveniently located as well as decent reviews on here. We had booked an executive room which was very large for a hotel in London. Staff upgraded us as …
M. R.
I and my wife have stayed there on a number of occasions going back over a year, averaging one night every three weeks. We have never had the occasion to complain - even when the breakfast was cold, hence the 5 stars.
I was there yesterday and on the front desk was the same young, insolent woman that I encountered the last time I checked-in. She insisted I hand over a Credit Card to take a deposit - something we have not had to do in a long time. When I mentioned this, she said it "was a new proceedure". I called my wife - who was in the room - whom came down and dealt with it. Needless-to-say, there was no charge! Furthermore, as proof of ID I handed her my CC but she referred to another named person, so it begs the question: can't she read English, lazy, or is she dyslexic... and the face mask, together with her accent, made her inaudible. This type of incompetence should not be left without investigation, particuarly when manning the front desk as it leaves a poor impression.
I do not know this woman's name but she is of Pakistani/Bangladesh ethnicity and was on the desk, yesterday, at approximately 14/15:00. I have also had the occasion to draw swords with a manager of similar ethnicity.
All other staff members have been exemplary.

The hotel is very nicely decorated, with great room space and comfy beds. The reception has ample space for casual get togethers. The food in the hotel is well presented and very tasty. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
a.
Absolutely superb, I cannot thank the team at the Dorsett enough if I could give you 10 stars I would.
I stayed on Saturday 6th of May for my wife's birthday as a treat. I let the hotel know that it was her birthday and I requested early check in aswell which they said they would try and accommodate.
We turned up and they had upgraded us from a standard room to a suite and allowed us to check in at 10am. The suite was stunning, clean, well decorated with great amenities and a lot of cool extras. The staff were all very attentive and seemed happy. Breakfast was immense with continental and cooked options.
The hotel is in a great location really quiet, the bed was huge and incredibly comfy.
I could go on but I think you get the jist.
Thank you Dorsett team for a special stay, this was hands down the best UK hotel experience my wife and I have had.
A. N.
This hotel is at a wonderful location near plenty of shops, tube lines, and an overground line. The staff have been amazing...we arrived almost 2 hours before check in. We knew we were going to so I told them in advance and they had a room ready for us when we arrived. The rooms are really nice and the Wi-Fi has been great. Lots of options for breakfast. The only negative aspect for me is that there is a translucent mirror inbetween the shower and bedroom so if someone is taking a shower you can nearly see it all from the bed. Additionally, if someone is sleeping in the bed while someone else is in the bathroom with the light on, the light shines very bright through the window into the bedroom so that can be annoying for the person sleeping. Other than that it has been great!
B. A.
Good modern hotel with fresh period decorated rooms. Good dim sum restaurant on the ground floor too. Only drawback that it can get crowded in the lobby and restaurants/breakfast due to the tour groups they take in.
R. T.
The surrounding area looks grotty, however it has a well presented foyer looking up from the bar area you see a yellow-lit brown decor. The Shikumen restaurant next door is good for Chinese food and reasonably priced but the breakfast there is basic but then, there are hundreds of hotel guests for the staff to serve
T. M.
Chic hotel with more style than substance. Stayed one night for business. Room was small and decorated in poor taste (Unless you like turquoise lamps decorated with small plastic birds). Even though it was bitterly cold outside, the room was 22 degrees. Air conditioning rattled and had managed to bring the room down to 20 by the time I woke up. I set it to 18. Window locked "for my safety" Staff were friendly though.
J. B.
The hotel location is excellent. It’s around the corner from Westfield mall and multiple train stations that connect to multiple lines which makes it easy to travel around the city. The breakfast was good and the service was very accommodating. I would stay here again on my next trip.
T. M.
Very bad service.Quarntine humans are treated very badly.we don't got the lunch and breakfast was really bad ..we can't eat any more....they are treating us like we are staying here free..No one is ready to take the help desk responsibility and I feel really tired for not eating on-time food.Whom should I complain further?
S. R.
We were given an upgrade on arrival and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Very clean hotel. I booked this hotel as we went to a concert at eventim apollo and it was a great location. Keep up the fabulous work please and I look forward to my next stay.
T. M.
Not sure how this got a 4 star when they don't provide water in some rooms. When I asked why was told water not put in standard rooms at over £100 per night unacceptable. Then asked why have a fridge in the room .. No answer. Room service does not start until 12 so make sure you don't need assistance before then !!! Also advised that I should drink water from the sink again not acceptable. Did give them some advice as in get a water bottle and fill with tap water for each room. I hope they comply.
A. O.
Hotel is not new, but room is clean and staff is nice and friendly
P. B.
Very friendly and smooth welcome. My wife and I just didn't want to leave today after have a fab nights sleep. We feel any and all staff we encountered were attentive and polite above and beyond the call of duty. Good location for Westfield and cocktails in the bar our great.
J. A.
First time staying at the Dorsett & totally delighted by it. On entering you are greeted with a spacious, warm golden embued welcoming decor which gives a lovely elegant feel from the get go. The rooms mirror the same homage to elegance and cater very well to the guests needs. The staff are both professional & courteous & most definitely go that extra mile to assist in every way. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay & shall make the Dorsett my 1st choice on my next trip.
D. S.
Terrible experience. Not only was I treated differently by the staff .... perhaps because I'm a young not rich muslim. But I was also charged for everything possible ... my expensive watch which I had recently purchased as a gift to myself was taken from my room, taking into consideration I was treating myself and the hotel managed to screw that up too. The room service failed to come collect dishes until the next day when I was leaving. The staff found it amusing when I stressed how bad I had found my stay. Definelty the last time I ever stay in such a hotel. Manners and respect no matter who the person is.
A. G.
It is such a luxurious hotel and the staff are so helpful, it makes visiting here a pure joy and I really enjoy coming here for coffee or a drink. I would recommend the hotel to others as they professional but give a very friendly attitude to customer service. It also is easy to get the different tube stations to other places.
J. D.
Good hotel in happening place. Most of the things available nearby. Very friendly staff.
Rooms are little smaller in my view, also I missed a window having outside view, rest no specific complaints.
T. P.
Unreliable, the hotel cancelled booking over a bank holiday weekend one week before the scheduled stay due to 'unforeseen circumstances'
T. B.
Very quiet and comfortable despite busy location. Rooms spacious and beds are big and comfy with good pillows. Relaxing feel to the hotel as a whole.
B. B.
Great hotel. We stayed in a standard room and was really impressed. Very comfy bed and great shower. Very quiet room too. Only let down was the breakfasts.
C. H.
Beautiful hotel close to great shopping centre and Transport. Cocktail happy hour was fantastic and well made, Dinner was ok but as it was a large group i understand.
I recommend this hotel for private functions and romantic get away.
M. S.
We had a clean quiet room on the 7th floor, the staff were helpful and friendly, the buffet breakfast was ok. My only issue was parking. We had reserved a car parking space at the hotel but when we arrived there were no spaces. The car park is small and the cars have to shuffled around to get new vehicles in and out. We eventually parked in the Westfield Centre, (a 10 minutes walk away) at an overnight cost of £9.
G. H.
Good location, a few stops on the central line into Oxford Street.
After a mixup with the room (743, which has no window!) the room I now have is amazing. Very large comfortable bed, nice view across the green and luxurious bathroom with bath and shower.
Food is good, happy hour cocktails are great!
Can heartily recommend the Dorsett, it's very good value for money.
R. B.
Hotel is swarming with tourists from Asia and Middle East. I have nothing against them, it's just this hotel has chosen quantity instead of quality.
No dairy free or gluten free opions for breakfast, again, it is adjusted to earlier mentioned tourists needs - you can find noodles, but not avocados...
Rooms are ok, but I guess in a few years will be worn-out.
K. P.
Very convenient location for our needs. Super friendly staff, all most helpful. Breakfast could have been hotter, and hot plates go a long way to this. Otherwise a great stay
A. H.
Bad usability: no shower curtain or cabinet, sink mounted too low, no toilet lid, paper tissues placed closely behind toilet seat, no bathroom furniture to place toiletry stuff. Door of clothes cupboard blocked by nightstand, thus door of safe also blocked, had to remove nightstand.
After I complained I was told it was an "accessible room." Why wasn't I told earlier that they had no other rooms available?! Couldn't give me a different room because they were booked out.
M. R.
The duck was amazing and veg dumplings was nice for starters. We had a chicken dish for mains which wasn't that nice. Another main dish was seabass and that was nice. Also had king prawn which was excellent. Singapore Noddle and egg fried rice was nice. I think it was a bit pricey. Cost £140 for four us but this place is in a hotel. The service was good.
O. A.
Modern hotel with a slightly confused identity at times. The communal areas and dining room seems a little unsure if they should serve hotem guests exclusively or the general public. Finding a lavatory was a trial and no one seemed to know if the ground floor facility (Yes singular) was actually in service.
D. C.
The rooms are clean and tidy, location is great 2min walk to station and Westfield but only the 2 days room cleaning a week is only thing I disliked, also I would like to thank the gorgeous Hsing at the front desk for her desk She’s absolutely awesome and helpful I’d give the hotel more than 5 stars just for her kindness and help
V. J.
I'd highly recommend the Dorsett, mostly for the level of hospitality we were shown during our brief visit. Guiseppe at the Jin Bar was a fantastic host and very welcoming. While the Chinese restaurant next door (not affiliated) was a disappointment, the Dorsett provided for a great evening.
P. A.
The hotel is well situated and has great amenities I just found that 1 or 2 staff members brought it down - as we had some trouble with a cold breakfast and a very rude member of staff - though we where quickly compensated and apologized too.
N. M.
I had good experience at the hotel.
R. T.
Looking good on the surface. I've checked in into a room which was not properly cleaned. Breakfast is a farse. Waiting ages for a table and over 30 minutes for a coffee despite asking many times. Staff seemed disinterested and hating their job.
M. C.
We hired a small meeting room. Room was perfect for our needs. Staff were professional and friendly. Only thing that let it down was the light catering. Some very small pastries and awful coffee which were too expensive for the quality.
T. P.
Decor and surroundings are fabulous. The quality of the Dim Sum was good and tasted great. Portion size was smaller and cost more than typical portion sizes in London. Service was unusually lacklustre and required a fair bit of prompting.
Overal expensive but tasty dim with a could do better level of service.
S. 7.
Had a spa day here with my friend. it was so lovely! the staff are very accommodating and friendly. I had a back massage and a scalp massage which was just amazing, sent me to sleep. highly recommend this place
K. K.
Clean hotel but very overpriced. Bed big & uncomfortable. Chinese run but disappointingly no Chinese restaurant. Cool shower room, no bath. Area run down. Good for SB o2. Staff won't answer phone at night.
M. K.
Nothing original inside at least architecturally speaking, only the façade left with all original interiors pulled down a few years ago... :(
j. P.
Very nice hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Baggage storage service is also available at the lobby.
The hotel is also just 5-10 minutes walking distance from Westfield!
S. S.
One of the better hotels in London. Well furnished, with comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Conveniently located along Goldhawk Road and near the Shepherd's Bush Underground, with the Westfield Mall next to it. Gym doesnt hit the heights though.
J. K.
Nice. Hotel but need a little bit of a renovation in particular the room feel old (decoration is peculiar), room and bathroom are small and a bit smelly, also a free small bottle water per room.will be nice for the price. Bar downstairs is nice but a bit pricey.
B. K.
Great wonderful clean hotel
P. H.
Nice hotel. Good sized room for London. And a great price/quality ratio
A.
Very new hotel, still has the new furniture and fixtures smell. Check-in was a little slow, the new staff is still learning. Rooms are clean and modern, and the some of the rooms (eg, 211) overlook into people gardens. Attention to fine details needs to be improved (eg, plastic tumblers). Around the corner is a real good brewpub (BrewDog) and O2 academy, and the shopping centre and underground are a few minutes walk.
M. K. '. H.
Only stayed one night. Seemed like a really nice hotel.
Only let down by over keen housekeeping at 9am trying to get into room before we had checked out.
S. P.
Beautifully presented but also basics like comfortable bed and excellent shower in place too.
Rooms smaller than they look in pics but not unexpected in London.
L. L.
Clean quiet and nice looking hotel, Bar is nice and tidy with a nice atmosphere. Reception staff are friendly. Room size was good. Would stay here again.
G. M.
Had our company's Summer barbeque here. They food was good and staff were friendly. The outdoor area is a bit small for mingling, but the main room was spacious and had nice decor.
m. a.
Nice hotel, clean rooms, good variety on breakfast buffet. Only two downsides: the coffee is absolutely horrible and if i order a "deluxe room" i am expecting a window where i can look out without standing in the couch..
R.
Good size room. Clean. Got an inside view though would have preferred an outside view. Good staff service. Bar downstairs. Not too crowdy.
R. W.
I travel alot across most continents n stay in various type of hotels before...
Well, Dorsett shepherds bush is one of the worst service high grade hotels i hv came across...
From room service, i requested for cutlery n a bucket of ice n the svc staff took nearly an hour to come.
I requested to heat up (using hotel's microwave) some food of mine for personal consumption. the staff took my food n disappeared completely for TWO HOURS!
(i waited until i fall aslept).
When i woke up n asked for my food back, i was shocked! My was overheated n burnt! wth...
I feedback to the front desk manager (look like an indian guy).... instead of getting an apology... he just brushed me off saying that his staff is just helping me to heat up the food ultimately i'm to hold the liability whether the food is burn or not. The hotel is NOT to hold any responsibility for any overheating... wth is this kind of answering n attitude from a svc staff!
i wrote a feedback to hotel's General Manager Ms Hilary Cross... until today i dont even receive any reply from her!
Pls avoid this hotel... i m sure tat vicinity has other equivalent hotels better than this.
D. M.
Everything was perfect and great
Amazing staff
Nothing
J. S.
It's not terrible it's just serverely lacking what I'd expect from a 5 star resort, broken A/C, no noise dampening so you can hear everything, tiny bathroom with absolutely no frills, not even an ironing board for clothes. It would be good for a 3 star
A. E.
Went in for 2-1 cocktails, didn't accept contactless payment and all I had was Apple Pay. Took 30 minutes to sort out and 15 minutes to make a cocktail. A supposed 4 star hotel that wants to charge £169 a night doesn't bother with contactless... don't waste your time, I'd rather pay full price elsewhere.
A. L.
This was the second time we stayed at Dorsett Shepherd's Bush. We stayed 10 days in 2015 and had such a great stay, so we booked it again for the 2 weeks we stayed in London this year. The amenities are truly 4-5 star range, beautiful hotel, great service & located in the heart of London, close to two tube stations and a bus stop right out front. Once you master the public transportation you can zip around London with ease, and Dorsett Shepherd's Bush is close enough to the major sites that in just a few stops you're there. Special thanks to hotel manager Sabir for his hospitality and professionalism. Highly Recommended.
P. C.
A modern hotel with nice rooms and breakfast. Good bed. Rooms are smaller than other hotels in the same area for a similar price. Quality of breakfast is a step up on the competition.
E. T.
Good hotel, room not too big but comfortable, breakfast often have a long que (I stayed 2 nights and my friends 4 nights) 30 minutes drive to Oxford street, walking for less than 10 minutes to get to Westfield shopping centet, there is a bus station right in front of hotel
A. S.
Nice boutique hotel. Good size room with a king size bed. Good ambience. Has a very good location. 7mins walk to the largest mall in UK Westfield with new Primark just open in Jun. Many food around the hotel. 7mins walk to Sherpherd Bush tube station.
Friendly Service . Handy mobile phone available for free in the room. It allows u to make international call for free. It has a long list of country but not all. It run on Android. U can use that to google info however no data hotspot sharing.
s. H.
Trendy, recently updated, hotel on the outskirts of London with easy access via Underground. Staff were amazing and offered a free upgrade when they realized we were short a bed. Highly Recommend.
E. G.
Clean and comfortable ! Close to shephards bush and shephards bush market trains , very polite staff ! Our only complaint was
our room was right across from the elevators which was a bit too noisy
( late at night and early in the morning loud people woke us up while they were waiting for the elevators) other than that our stay was good very nice hotel !
f. l.
I suppose in honesty i should have given an extra star or two but i am tired and with that irritable which i attribute to my stay at the Dorsett. This was not a business trip but a supposedly one of leisure yet the past days i was awoken by 08.30. I have already checked out this morning due to the noise emitting from kanga drill reverberating through building. Yesterday i was woken by housekeeping after 08.00 just knocked once & in with me still in bed! The annoying thing is i actually put the do not disturb sign on door as wanted to avail of a lie in. Disgruntled however i still managed to drift back to sleep for 20 minutes before the drilling started. I understand construction has to go on but if i had known it was i genuinely would not have stayed there. Probably for their main custom ( business clientele) it wouldn't matter as they would be up but for me my leisure city break was ruined. I did mention it to staff yesterday but to no avail.
M. Q.
Authentic Chinese food -spicy and hot.
S. M.
Great nights sleep but breakfast service poor. Location is great for the Westfield Shopping Centre. Easy walk to tube. £6:80 for an all day zone 1&2.
j.
At a bargin price, we got a spotless, large, panoramic view room on the top floor. Lovely hotel, exellent staff, nice area with very good public transport.
L. B.
Today is Christmas and I expected I had a very, very nice dinner.I came here before 8:00 pm,however, there is no main course until 9:45 pm...the food is just ok, u can't say that is good...Bad services....one of the waiters just pretends to tidy up the table...during 8:00 to 9:45, there were three table of customers just left, as they had been waiting too long. One of the reasons they kept customers waiting is they didn't have watermelon to make the third dish. What a terrible experience!!!
P.S. I haven't written any food comment before, but during this meal I have a lot of time to write it.
J. P.
Hotel is in a good location, nice and helpful staff, good breakfast options. Didn't like tiny bathrooms and ridiculously loud and impractical mechanism for window blinds.
P. B.
Overall an excellent clean ,friendly and interesting Hotel in a perfect position to see the Sights of London Lovely Big Clean room and an excellent Breakfast :Special thanks to Edison the Omelette chef a top man & Also to Agnes for organising the nice fruit Bowl & wine for my wife's Birthday ! we loved our weekend stay and will be back x
A. D.
Beautiful hotel on a very good location and near all the transport you need. Manager and staff are very friendly and also support a local charity. I love the atrium.
V. C.
Very disappointing as very bad security in the lobby and bar area downstairs! A bag was stolen from an elderly couple and no security on site. I would not recommend this hotel!
J. O.
Fantastic rooms inc. Bath and rainfall shower, free smartphone to use during your stay great for tourists, breakfast variety good, parking £24 for 24hrs. Close to Westfields shepherds Bush. 5 minutes walk away.
S. I.
Bed was very comfortable, room was very quiet, staff were very polite though did struggle buying a drink as the bar wasn't staffed. Also the power output in room seemed off as it only changed our phones 50%
A. G.
Booked a double, given a twin room. Complained and so given an accessible room however that was another twin room. Did not have time to try and change again. I am expecting a full refund as the hotel could not fulfil what I had booked. Very disappointing indeed
N. H.
While the hotel part seems to have mixed reviews with some complaints about slow room service l can comment that my experience of the lobby areas, restaurant space for afternoon tea has been extremely pleasant. It is an oasis of calm discreetly placed on the Western quarter of Shepherds Bush near the 02 empire. Yes it's behind a bank of bus stops. There's no noise penetration though from this activity and the revolving door in the lobby screens the view too. I do not know if they have also acquired the former Walkabout Aussie pub which is undergoing a major building programme. I am reliably informed though that Dorsett are a chain that encourages local people to apply for internships with the likelihood of advancement into permanent employment if they show potential in hospitality and work hard. That alone makes them a welcome addition to Shepherds Bush where competition for jobs is high. And moreover where else can you have such a wide variety of shopping experiences, franchised, independent, and contained ( Westfield) so close to your hotel room. Hotels near Harrods or Oxford Circus no longer hold sway over West London where new developments abound.
O. K.
I love this hotel. Kenneth checked us in and the service was impeccable. 5* very happy and will definitely be back
A. C.
We went for our wedding anniversary.
it was a bit pricey but throught that seeing it was an anniversary we would treat ourselves. Food was average (nothing to write home about) unfortunately my husband got food poisoning from the fish. Now my husband loves his grab and can stomach anything so we knew when he started complaining that the fish may have given him an upset tummy and intense burning in the stomach lining with the worst cramps you can imagine, he was up all night.
P. L.
Location was perfect for my stay, parked at Westfield which is only a short walk away and £9.50 for 24h. The room was clean, the shower was perfect! The service was excellent as usual!
M.
Sharpest hotel experience you could ask for. Staff is lovely and welcoming, the room was wonderful (especially the shower, not your typical cramped up bathroom).
G. G.
Honestly, my 5 starts goes to the 100Mbs wifi they had on offer. Apart from that, the location is great and the hotel itself is reasonably priced, new, clean and has a great range of services. Check it out
L. Q.
Called the guest services 4 times for the past 1.5 hours to replenish a tissue box. 1 of the call was even answered by the manager in charge. Picking it up from nearby M&S requires less time and effort.
Z. L.
Rooms are fit with nice furniture, the bed and pillows are excellent and the breakfast buffet is ok. The location is excellent, near Westfield mall and the central line of the tube. This is an excellent option for staying.
j. y.
Location of the hotel is great! Breakfast buffet spread is normal, could do with more variety. Service staff is polite and nice!
S. W.
Elegant and beautifully arranged throughout. Clean. Everything you need (gym, spa, bar and restaurants ect).Helpful and polite staff. Quiet. Nice location too. Will stay again and again x
J. J.
Nice hotel with style and charm
M.
It is good hotel to spend you hodays
J. I.
Always a pleasure to stay here from the staff to the cleanliness to the cocktails and food. Best hotel I've ever used ***** (that's 5 stars from me, not a swear word)
J. B.
Great welcoming staff, beautiful clean room. Breakfast was filling.
The lobby had an old hollywood theme.
S. K.
Wonderful, marvellous is the name for the Dorsett hotel. The sauna was fabulous and the food, room and bathroom was fantastic. The staff made my experience even more incredible.
C. S.
Fabulous luxury and friendly staff. Room service heavenly and the same tray price as a premier Inn......but by far superior....felt like the Queen of Sheba ....wonderful ....can't wait to be treated again
B. P.
Fantastic hotel, service and hotel staff
J. S.
Fabulous hotel. Beautiful entrance hall, very impressive. Room was nice but very small. Breakfast was great and a short walk from Westfield Shopping Centre
G. J.
Nice looking hotel, good breakfast buffet, comfy beds, pretty small rooms but the breakfast room needs some kind of noise reduction, really loud when it's full.
D. W.
Room was very nice with great service from the staff however, breakfast was terrible! Food was cold, barely anything on offer, no food rotation etc... Many disgruntled guests, unfortunately this spoiled an otherwise great trip.
M. P.
The Spa was really lovely, with sauna, steam room and relaxation room where you can chill out and have a cup of tea. Deep tissue massage went good as well, however hot stones massage wasn't that great.
S. K. S.
The hotel is on Shepherd's Bush green so is close to tube line, overground train, shops and bars. Clean and well presented inside. Friendly staff. Only had the breakfast at the hotel, but that was excellent.
M. W.
Really excellent hotel, 1st class style and service at a really reasonable rate. Lovely rooms, great bars and restaurants and staff that should be the envy of more expensive hotels. Well done Dorsett hotel shepherds bush!
S. S.
Neat place but as we know, the rooms in London are tiny. The staff was really helpful and the best part is the Westfield mall which is a mere 5 minutes walking distance. Enjoyed shopping at the newly opened Primark here and loved the cheeseburger at Five guys and of course, ate at Starbucks-my staple place .
C. R.
Fabulous Hotel, excellent service.
Great bars and eateries. One thing I would say is, get up early for breakfast 🙂
t.
Nice room, but no view. The staff is very polite. We had an issue with our reservation, but the staff quickly had it resolved.
J. D.
Nice hotel, friendly staff and good food. Would have been 5 out of 5 if the room was bigger and had a stocked up mini bar.
L. Z.
Very nice indeed. Nice room, good breakfast and very polite and well mannered staff. Very nice stay and would come here again.....

I am used to the location so I knew what I was to be expecting when I visited the Dorset. The staff are helpful and the hotel is in good condition . It is in good walking distance to major travel networks such as the London underground and overground and with Westfield so close it's amazing for.shopping.
D. P.
Great hotel, I've been here more than a couple of times and I was never disappointed with the service. Great breakfast and really nice rooms
S.
This place is great. Super friendly staff, great beer selection and a really relaxed vibe. Spent several nights there during my stay and I loved it.
l. s.
Great room, breakfast was lacking a little but all in all a great place to stay. Easy walking distance to just about everything.
M. M.
Looked good and room was clean.
Size of room, smell of sewage when we used the shower, disorganisation and selection at breakfast.
R. C.
Dorsett hotel is amazing, i stay there often and the rooms are fantastic. All of the staff go out of there way to make sure you are taken care of. Ms seal

Love this place, so friendly, beautiful rooms. Bar area is amazing, staff are amazingly helpful. Great value for money!

Really odd bathrooms. The sink was tiny, and the tub as well. The toilet was so tall that it hurts sitting on it! I understand that it is a handicap friendly but given the huge bathroom there was no reason to arrange it so wierdly
Y. S. H. (.
This is a lovely hotel with friendly staff and comfy beds.
There is a lack of external windows so don't book this place looking for a view.
G. T.
Beautiful and welcoming, we had a fab stay.
The hotel is perfectly located for so many things (Westfield, Olympia venues, and only about 20' from Paddington)
J. W.
Not bad food, but service feel a bit rushed sometimes. But it can take a party size of 150! Quite amazing for a restaurant near Central London.
M. H.
Beautiful hotel with lovely ambience. Staff attentive and polite. Very comfortable bed allowed for great sleep
D.
I have stayed at the Dorsett Shepherds Bush in the past. It has always been great and this time is no different. My only disappointment is my room. It is room 649 and has a very small window to the outside. I will stay here again.
N. D.
Very very nice hotel, liked the smartphone that was in the room and nice big comfy bed with extra squishy pillows. Will definitely stay here again
G. D.
Convenient for transport to town.Open and airy foyer.Very good restaurant food.Staff excellent.
Very small room and tiny bathroom on floor 7
K. C.
Convenient location, acceptable room size maybe expecting a window where you could have a view of the exterior and a better shower preassure for this hotel category/price.
a. e.
A bit of posh in Shepherds Bush. Bonkers bars prices, but there's a number of pubs to choose from and Westfield a few minutes away. Room good and quiet, even in the road side.
P. E.
Excellent and lively hotel. Had a great nights sleep in there mega comfy bed. Great breakfast. Very modern hotel.
M. L.
Nice hotel, staff are great, rooms could be maintained to a higher standard and location is not great but it was ok
B. G.
Beautiful lobby. The rooms are a little bit small but they are very modern and the bathroom is very clean and theres everything you need
A. D.
Lovely hotel. We really enjoyed our stay. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.
P. N.
Dorsett delight gr8 place gr8 ambiance gr8 staff made to feel very welcome. Pavilion Spa luxurious, bright and clean. Brekki delicious. Well worth a visit. So central and close to Westfield Shepherds Bush
D. B.
I love how simple and beautiful the deco is here, staff very friendly.
I enjoyed my stay. Breakfast is decent.
R. T.
Wonderful hotel. Have just spent a long while giving it excellent reviews on another website so wont repeat it all here.
E. D.
Fantastic service, and the room was wonderful. I had a couple of Manhattans at the bar which were the best I've ever had, too. I'd recommend the place to everybody; and intend to.
N. T.
Not too bad boutique like hotel. Good location but average size room. Good for short stay.
l. t.
Elegant. Found staff at front desk rather overwhelmed on several occasions I went for help. Phone in room didn't work and when I called using mobile I got a never ending answering machine loop instead of an operator.
E. F.
I stay here once a month and is a delightful hotel...with great food ..loved how peaceful it can be even when full. Smooth and efficient
P. B.
Room was nice but breakfast was average. Also my room wasn't ready at 6pm so had to take twin instead of double I booked.
l. 乐. (.
Nice hotel.
Friendly staff.
The restaurant has good food.
The location is convenient to other businesses.
K. M.
Great place to stay
B. G.
First time visit to London and stay at Dorsett Shepherds Bush, love then vintage building and the beautiful set up of my room. The combination of west and east culture is interesting and I truly suggest to who going to visit London, you may consider this hotel.
N. A.
Room wasn't very clean, otherwise beautiful hotel with a good breakfast and centrally located in Shepherds Bush 5min walk from nearest tube (Shepherds Bush Market)
C. Q.
Absolutely gorgeous hotel. Great customer service. Room lovely. Spa facilities excellent. Defo worth a return visit
m. t.
My friend and I really enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend it! Location is wonderful. Everything you need is right on your doorstep.
R. S.
Lovely bed, got a great night's sleep. Breakfast however was badly organised and low quality, I've had better in a Travellodge or Premiere inn
H.
Great location and convenient to food and public transpo. Staff is accomodating and friendly especially with the likes of Jojo the concierge ( special mention). Will be glad to go back
A. L.
Nice, but ask for an exterior view room. We had a room over looking the bar area, and not being able to see 'outside' felt a bit claustrophobic.
P. P.
Nice and tidy rooms, good staff at the reception and for cleaning. Breakfast ist good but chaotic because of too many people wanting to eat at once.
A. H.
Great hotel. Everything you could want. Bathrooms were small but modern and clean. Would definitely visit again.
S. S.
Pretty much perfect. The only thing I can complain about is the 1 peppermint tea-bag.
I cannot be the only person in the world to desire two cups a day. However, this is so minor.
S. A.
Only used the bar but the service was awful and extremely slow. At some points the barman was rude. Will never stay here. Would suggest the Ambersands hotel in Kensington instead.
M. N.
Close to the tube and buses. Westfield shopping centre is a five minute walk away. Nice rooms with fridge and safe. Breakfast available.
A. K.
The breakfast scenario was a repeated disaster with items like croissants continously running out and breads appearing half frozen on the buffet. Certainly not geared up for the amount of guests staying! Disappointing to say the least.
A. Y.
My brother was a customer ... he lost his driving license in the room and left ... I contacted the hotel explaining what happened ... they called me back saying they had found it ... I went to collect it and ... they asked me to come back ... this for 4 days until the manager told me that they were wrong and the driving license had never found it ... the only thing they lost is a customer !!! Ps: the manager is the most rude and misguided person I have ever met in a public place 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
T. G.
Everyone working was super kind and courteous. We were early for check-in but they still tried their best to get our rooms ready.
S. M.
The location is a bit busy but it is next to West field and served by a few tube stations. Depending on what you are looking for in a London hotel, we think it meets our needs
j.
Great rooms and diner. Indian cuisine is lacking though. But the English breakfast is satisfying.
A. A. L.
At a bargin price, we got a spotless, large, panoramic view room on the top floor. Lovely hotel, exellent staff, nice area with very good public transport.
P. B.
Hotel is in a good location, nice and helpful staff, good breakfast options. Didn't like tiny bathrooms and ridiculously loud and impractical mechanism for window blinds.
L. Z.
Nice hotel. Good attention. The only thing: it’s kindda far from where everithing happens en London, but not too much. The zone is not a very nice one
G. C.
Had a dinner here and the food was not fresh (even the desert was frozen and not prepared on the day). Service was amazing and the man that served us was lovely throughout
S. J.
Great hotel, I've been here more than a couple of times and I was never disappointed with the service. Great breakfast and really nice rooms

A. A. L.
Spent four nights here. Nice room, good breakfast, pleasant staff and a decent deal on a room rate. All in all very satisfied.
M. W.
Nice hotel in the area. Cheaper than Hilton and St Paul's. Standard service and amenities, no complaints.
S. C.
Nice hotel. Good attention. The only thing: it’s kindda far from where everithing happens en London, but not too much. The zone is not a very nice one

S. J.
Really glamorous hotel, very modern. Also very handy for the O2 Empire next door. Really good staff who were helpful and professional.
P. B.
Booked very last minute. Room was very small but we expected to get the last room. Other areas of the hotel are beautiful
C. C.
Booked double - got twin single room
Checkin 2pm - room wasn't ready till 5pm
Booked parking - got there no room left to park
Other than that - room was clean, staff were nice and breakfast was nice
S. R.
Had a dinner here and the food was not fresh (even the desert was frozen and not prepared on the day). Service was amazing and the man that served us was lovely throughout
L. W.
I booked almost seven days The hotel is very excellent but there is a very bad night manager his name BABW The way he treat and talk with guests is bad You feel his not manager no comment .
J.
Worst experience..stuffs are bad👎. I am not going to recommend any one.
E. D.
I never received my deposit back.
The reception staff were incredibly slow to serve me upon arrival and instead stood talking amongst themselves. The room was as expected for the price. The Shepherd's Bush location was good in the day, but very dodgy at night.
R. D.
Very clean, friendly and helpful reception staff, but twin room was rather small
T. H.
Stylish, comfortable and Exellent service. Close to tube and, well, everything really. Even supply a smart phone free of charge that you can take around London with you.....fab!
G. C.

Very nice and clean. Great service. Rooms are pretty small but that is probably typical.
R. B.
Stayed as part of a bridal party before the big day. The staff were simply amazing to us, so helpful and friendly.
T. S.
Good decor. Friendly staff. Good WiFi. Good location for where I was working. Nice shower and comfortable room.
T. G.
Repeated visitor due to work reasons, never found a reason to complaint. Near the metro, it has great rooms, a nice ambient and restoration and spa if requested.
S.
Great location, close the Westfield mall and to two tube stations, great and comfy rooms and an awesome value for our money, would stay again.
J. B.
Great rooms and diner. Indian cuisine is lacking though. But the English breakfast is satisfying.

Love the place.. small but comfortable rooms. Utilities are good.
R. R.
Good hotel, good service, good size rooms and breakfast included. Ideal for staying the night and visit downtown
H. M.
Quarantine stay. There wasn't much service to judge on. Did my stint and woosh.
H. H. H.
Sad, Hotel made for quarantine, charging people high prices
M. S.
This hotel should be investigated for people in quarantine being treated like dirt
J. C.
Nice hotel and nice staff
M.
Super fancy hotel, great venue for works summer bbq. Food was fantastic a day service tremendous.
a. t.
Cute hotel. Love the theme, nice sized rooms.
Very clean.

Great hotel
M. A.
Tidy room and we'll looked after by the staff at a business meeting. Only complaint is that there weren't initially enough chairs but the situation was quickly resolved.
L. F.
Beautiful hotel, great facilities, lovely and attentive staff. Highly recommended!
