Very good. Right by Imperial Wharf overground rail station and Imperial Wharf Plaza, within walking distance of Chelsea Football Ground, this is a very good Double Tree Hotel. We use it for staff and business guest accommodation. The decor of the dining room and bar area is a little stark but quite stylish. The bar is well stocked and the staff are very nice. The bedrooms are also very good. The very helpful team laid on a decent Christmas Dinner for us. Recommended.

A special thanks to the General Manager, Anthony Barrett and his breakfast staff. Anthony was very kind and helpful to us, 5 ladies/girls visiting London for the first time. The breakfast and restaurant staff were very attentive and provided excellent customer service. The hotel is in a very good area, a minute walk to the train and bus station. The breakfast buffet was excellent, well worth the money spent staying at this hotel. I would definitely consider staying here again.

The staff our really helpful and very friendly. The shower could be more powerful and a little upgrade may help, the head board was also a little tired..I stay often so more of a suggestion. Good value for money and will be going back 🙌
T. S.
Hotel was ok, staff were friendly, the room was very clean but very tired and in need of a clear revamp. For example, there was light mold growing on the ceiling above the bathtub. Breakfast was good value for money in London, with a good selection of food.

We stayed here on Sunday the 13th Feb and had an absolute nightmare with uber eats and a restaurant we ordered from. The staff there were so lovely about it. They helped us and made the experience a lot better. The lady on reception during the night was very chatty and just made our horrible experience a little more bearable. There was also a man who was there and offered to heat our food up for us in the microwave. They were both brilliant and made the stay a lot better.

I stayed at the hotel for one night this past weekend and I can say it was most definitely up to standard and more. Room was clean and well equipped, so was the en-suite bathroom. The hotel staff were the best I’ve ever dealt with, in comparison to other 4 star and even 5 star hotels. Very friendly and attentive to detail. You can clearly tell that they care about their guests and don’t just do it because it’s their job. This is hard to find nowadays. Special thank you goes to the Manager and the bar/restaurant attendant from Sunday morning. They truly went above and beyond and we really appreciate that. 10/10 staff can not recommend enough

Good room, good price . Great for getting into London. Overland train virtually outside. Breakfast included which was quite good . Everything you would expect , English breakfast , cereals, fruit , toast ,preserves and much much more. All round avery good stay.
c. h.
ok hotel. due to covid so no room cleaning unless requested. Room for 3ppl but only provided couple towel and one small set of shower gel and shampoo. feel like b&b service.

We had a great stay.
Really friendly staff! Didn't have a big variety of food for breakfast and the window was a bit short, but the food (specially the waffles) and the drinks were pretty good.
Imperial Wharf is a 1 minute walk from the hotel, so that communicates it with almost everywhere in London. There's also a Tesco Express across the street, which really comes in handy.
The warm cookies upon arrival where such a nice touch as well!

Very comfortable, accessible hotel. Staff are super attentive and good humoured. They make every effort to strike up a friendly , welcoming rapport with guests. They sell the hotel well. A lovely London experience. Excellent access to buses and trains. There are a few nice eateries towards Chelsea harbour and the hotel is a short bus ride from Earl's Court. Great value for a short stay in London.
M. G.
Great location, it was easy to access at all hours of the day and night. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable enough. The breakfast in the morning was filling and tasty. The room was quiet.
J. L.
Great location minutes from over ground.
During our stay, public areas in ground floor had no heating, and it was very cold to say the least.
Bar really not nice, go round the corner decent pub in Lotts Road.
Decent breakfast buffet selection, but hot items were as cold as the foyer..
Staff were all lovely, couldn't be more helpful or orofessional
d.
All the staff were do friendly, and the bed was sooo comfortable too. And the setting around the hotel was also beautiful. Only negative I'd like to share, is the place felt dirty. And it's clearly still got flammable cladding on the outside. If you ever need a painter to give the place a freshen, I'd be happy to help.
My stay this weekend was beautiful though, and the staff were so polite and helpful. Look forward to returning in the future ☀️

Went for a weekend with the family to visit family and take in sights and Winter wonderland, staff front of desk very helpful and friendly upon check in and again on checkout friendly and helpful.
The room all ok to a point large enough for the 3 of us, bathroom again had all that you needed, the head board to the beds were terrible, you couldn’t help notice the wear and tear on them which isn’t something you’d expect from such a hotel or expect paying London Hilton price’s for, it kind of left you feeling that it was dirty and that you were in some 2 star ⭐️ accommodation and not 4 star ⭐️ hotel, we did mention it to front desk but nothing could be done ??.

I was booked to stay at the hotel by my company for last 2 weekends during some engineering works at Imperial Wharf train station. I must admit that I was very surprised how well I was treated by all the staff members in the hotel from cleaners all the way up to the manager including the manager . I was treated with so much respect that I couldn't believe.
Definitely I'll recommend this hotel and definitely I'll come back again .
Thank you Double Tree by Hilton London Chelsea

George on the hotel reception desk gave us a lovely friendly welcome. Our room was clean, bright and well maintained.
Housekeeping provided us with any additional items we required like extra towels and toiletries.
The Manager Anthony Barret was very busy covering lots of tasks due to staff shortages, however he was always friendly and happy to chat or help.
I needed to do my injection of medication before checking out…he allowed us to have a late check out to do this.
All of the staff we encountered in the hotel were friendly and it really shows that they are great team who work so well together.I highly recommend staying at this hotel. ***** team at Double tree Chelsea.
P. B.
Really comfortable room. Friendly, efficient staff made my stay very enjoyable. Taxi rank just round the corner....
G. L.
Great location. Price was excellent. We didn't take breakfast as there's a Tesco Express just around the corner. We used the Thames Clippers Uber River taxis to get into Central London as the pier is only 5 minutes away. Several nice inexpensive eateries nearby as well. Safe area.
M. D.
Hotel is ideally located (10-15mins from Tube / 2mins from Overground / 5 mins from Uber Boat). Rooms are small (but aren't they all in London) - well priced and very clean. (Need to improve showers IMO). Breakfast outstanding and staff very very friendly. Loved it, would highly recommend.
S. B.
Staff very professional, welcoming and kind. Had a lovely stay although undergoing outdoor renovations. I do wish there had been someone at the bar when we came down for a drink one evening but the local bar was a very pleasant alternative.
J. H.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Building work going on, but we were moved to a quieter part of the hotel. Very clean and well equipped room, though looking a bit tired. We had a good stay overall. Thank you.
B. S.
Disappointed by all the scaffolding outside as I thought work was supposed to have finished by end July, but hotel very good, rooms clean and staff very friendly. Also really liked the location close to Chelsea Harbour, the river Thames and Imperial Wharf. Plus parking was surprisingly easy and close by at the imperial wharf car park (albeit expensive as you would expect in London) A good stay overall and would select this hotel again in the future.
R. B.
Had a great 3 nights stay ,the breakfast was great , the room was good , the staff couldn't do enough for us . Will stay again .
a. h.
Nice hotel, quiet, great staff, always ready to help. It's a good location too for travel (close to a bus stop and an overground station) .I will definitely be going back.
M. M.
Good location for us for Chelsea Flower Show but a bit far out for city centre. Some great eatinv places.. 4 stars for location for us but probably 3stars for quality of hotel.. nothing wrong.... but nothing oustanding.
B. P.
Hotel and staff are very nice and its in a good location. Very disappointed no one made up my room for the second night and the cooked breakfast was stone cold :(
T. A.
Just checked in. All lovely and clean. Very central to the train station...5 min walk. And noticed Westfield shopping centre is on the same train line, bonus 😆
M. B.
Very friendly, clean. The cookie on arrival was very much appreciated. Breakfast was ok.
H. C.
Lovely staff, clean room,
Just there was 3 of us, but only 2 cups & 2 glasses
A. B.
We stayed there with our two year old and it was an excellent choice. We got big and comfortable room and everything we needed to enjoy our stay.
The building is covered with scaffolding, so it is easy to miss the entrance of you are new to the area.
F. J.
Breakfast was over priced and appalling quality. I wasn't told at check in what the procedure would be and although the staff were super helpful and accommodating in the morning it meant I was rushed for work. You can buy your own breakfast from Tesco over the road for a fraction of the price.
Staff were friendly and helpful throughout.
Hotel was very clean, room was fine, quiet, and airy with just the right temperature. It didn't have that stuffy airless heat that many hotels have. The bed and pillows were super comfy, best I've slept in.
I was on the 5th floor about 5 doors down from the elevator, so also had good views.
Overall comfy, except for breakfast.
H. S.
Friendly staff, rooms not massive but they're fine. Breakfast was gooood! Would stay here again, really good location for many things!
B. W.
Great stay, lovely sleep. Staff and breakfast were lovely. Building works and lack of facilities spoil the stay a little. Hope they finish soon.
S. A.
Hotel is in an ideal location, very close to the above ground train, and Westfield. Having a tesco nearby was great. Staff was excellent. Room was clean, but a bit dated.
L. B.
Great value stay, and buffet breakfast. Nice room with comfy bed. Loved the welcome cookies 😁
A. C.
Loved my stay - very reasonable and room was very nice.
Only problem was over charged by almost 3 times the amount and have to wait 5-7 working days for refund.
Staff were friendly and service was great. Only issue was the overcharging.
D. C.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are large and clean and quiet. Due to covid there is a lot closed off which leaves in place feeling less than perfect but would recommend hotel as good night or 2 stop off.
D. B.
Access to your room is quite secure and you definitely feel safe. This location is great if you want to be next to the river.. Very quick room service and very friendly staff. We ordered the chicken wings and a burger without the bun. The view in my room wasn't the best but the bed was very comfy. They room was very spacious and I had plenty of room to spread out my belongings. I played my wireless speaker in the room and no one complained so the walls are thick enough to drown out excessive noise. Last but not least my late checkout was very nice and no one pushed me out the room prior to this time.
J. G.
Lovely stay. Anna from the restaurant was wonderful. Definitely staying again!
P. G.
Nice hotel staff were very helpfull. A good all you can eat breakfast is always a good bonus
e. m.
Great stay, lovely staff and breakfast was amazing, in a good are not too far out of London but it's quiet and a very very good hotel
L. W.
The staff are exceptional and nothing is a bother, you get a lovely cookie upon arrival and the room was clean and pleasant. Only issue was breakfast... I ordered the full English and recieved the below... very disappointing but other than that a nice stay.
K. C.
Upon arrival, we were greeted by Isabelle at reception who was an absolute delight! She was very knowledgeable about the hotel and was very warm and welcoming!
We went up to our room and had to call down to reception to ask if we could move, as the room we had been given was accessible and did not suit our needs very well.
Isabelle happily changed rooms for us which was great.
The next day breakfast was very nice and had a great selection.
The reason for my 3 stars is because I had probably one of the worst nights sleep ever! The pillows were very soft, and the mattress was not very good. I woke up the next morning with terrible back pain which has not yet subsided. I have never had trouble with my back, however after one night of sleep at this hotel, I am in constant pain. Unfortunately I was not asked how my stay was on check out, so felt rather awkward bringing it up having not been asked.
I appreciate that firmness of pillows and mattresses are all personal preference, however leaving a hotel with severe back pain is not what one expects after a night in a hotel. Reading the other reviews here, I may just be an unlucky guest; however I could not fault the rest of my stay.
T. P.
Hotel needs some renovation but is otherwise clean and tidy and the bed is comfy. I would advise bringing an hdmi cable and a laptop as the TV service is very limited (not even HD!)
V. R.
Where to start? First time visiting and won't be the last! We were greeted by a warm welcome and cookie which was delicious and thoughtful! The room we booked was perfect, spacious and relaxing. The breakfast was incredible and the downstairs seating area is a great place to relax and have a drink! It can be a bit noisy outside during the night but all and all fantastic stay!
S. N.
The hotel is clean & tidy.
All the staff we spoke with were friendly, very organised and extremely helpful.
Room was fine
Breakfast was good
and enjoyed a drink at the bar.
But the lasting impression of the hotel is the interactions with the staff there.
They're a credit to the brand
Special thanks to Floor & Yvonne too in their help to return some items we left behind.
H. H.
Excellent hotel to stay in near to lots of great places south of the River Thames. I normally stay somewhere more central but would definitely go back when visiting places nearby again.
S. C.
Tasteless breakfast, which was disappointing because we always enjoyed the breakfast in other Hilton’s. Also the room was very cold at night, other than that I enjoyed staying here. The receptionists and breakfast staff were helpful and friendly.
H. S.
Presently in here for a few days.
Will give a review after my stay.
Thanks
C. S.
This is an amazing, very accommodating hotel. We arrived early but was given a room right away. The front desk staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. The dining room staff was superb as well as the breakfast. Definitely stay here when near Chelsea in London. View from our upgraded room
I. D.
Friendly service. The hotel was quiet and not to busy. Bed was really comfortable. There was a decent sized TV if you felt like watching some TV at night before bed. Very close to all restaurants and Birmingham New Street station. Their was a selection of tea and coffee in the room but would of been nice had their also been some biscuits. If you are looking for a short stay in Birmingham I would recommend.
A. M.
Poor check in and staff experience but the room and location were excellent
R. W.
Clean spacious room all Covid requirements adhered too good location really helpful profesional staff no parking but car park arranged by reception only 2 min walk ,food served room service my experience although just one night deserved the 5 stars
E. S.
Good customers service,
However they were fixing something in The building and the construction noise wake up early every day.
You can hear everything from the rooms next to you
D.
Good location for access to the west end and Clapham junction.
Hotel nice, staff helpful, and breakfast was tasty.
M. C.
Room nice and clean, at these troubled times the food is limited and not the best.
The takeaway breakfast is spot on. The majority of the staff are very friendly.
M. S. J.
Recently stayed at this hotel with my family. We received excellent service from all the staff within the hotel which made the stay very enjoyable .
t. o.
Great hotel same about the poor breakfast - cheap ingredients cooked badly. Do yourselves a favour and walk in any direction for 5 min for a delicious breakfast at a far cheaper price.
M. R.
This particular room was quite small but overall very clean with TV & shower.. Staff were also polite and friendly.
M. W.
Very nicely appointed property. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable without any sag. Internet was plenty fast for working. Shower was good. Breakfast was fantastic. All in all, great! Would recommend this property and would happily return in the future.
S. B.
Bright modern and clean hotel with friendly and efficient staff. A few minutes walk from Imperial Wharf station and numerous bus stops to connect you to the rest of London. The breakfast buffet was very good and although we didn't eat at the hotel in the evening, we did enjoy the well stocked bar, service was a little slow but the choice of drinks we thought was very good for a hotel and a fine way to finish of an evening in this exciting city.
A. C.
Good location
Breakfast service very slow
Next to imperial wharf tube, very handy
Lots of places to eat nearby
Rooms dated
D. C.
Me and my wife had a great stay in this hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable and the staff at reception was very friendly (we were also greeted with a complimentary cookie!). The hotel is in a quiet residential area well connected to the city through the Overground. The Thames is nearby, and so is the stop of the river transport that we used one night - quite an experience. Overall, highly recommendable hotel.
y. S.
Mostly recommended. I booked through Hilton Honor account. You may need to use the Overground (which is 50 meters away), but it's easy to become used to it. The breakfast is great for both vegetarians/non-vegetarians. Restaurant provides dishes with reasonable prices (opened till 10:pm - but some dishes can be ordered on the bar). Staff is friendly and professional. Every request is served almost immediately. Guests can use the printer in front of the reception desk. The room is clean and comfortable and its price is very attractive. I would suggest to replace the shower's head by a handheld shower, though. A supermarket is just next door to the hotel, with good prices(sandwiches, soap, food...) . There is a great promenade along the Thames in a walking distance of 5 minutes (250 meters).
D. P.
This hotel is awesome. They’re in a great location, close to multiple modes of transportation and the River Thames. But mainly, the hotel staff is amazing. They’re so helpful and generous! They gave us umbrellas when it was raining!!! My family was extremely grateful. Thanks guys!
M. A.
Lovely hotel in a beautiful area.
Had to stay up all night to work on a project with a deadline. Decided to work from the computer station in the lobby so that I don't fall asleep in my room.
Gentleman at the concierge checked in on me all night, he continued to make me coffee even after the bar closed at 1am. Somehow this was so thoughtful and motivating.
I finished my project at about 6am and went upstairs. Next time he saw me, he asked if I got some reset. He was so kind and human. He didn't have to do beyond his check in and check out job but he did.
M. B.
Very pleasant and accommodating staff. Only complaint is housekeeping could be a little more attentive. We had to ask go things that were supposed to be replaced when depleted such as toilet paper and hand soap. The location was very convenient. The stay was great and I would stay there again when in London.
C.
Lovely hotel, had a pleasant stay. My son was over joyed to be given a warm welcome cookie!
B. K.
After our 16 hour trip via planes and trains, the staff received us with a tender and thoughtful reception. The amenities are extremely clean, superbly relaxing and secure. I highly recommend this hotel if it fits your price point. The price point is well worth it.
S. W.
Very lovely hotel. Rooms were clean and spacious and the beds were also comfortable. Wifi was complimentary which was great. The hot breakfast included in our stay went down a treat and the restaurant staff were great. Shower was good with a strong waterflow but would definitely recommend changing shower heads as ours had some yellow rust to it which did not look hygienic. A massive thank you to Dominique at Reception, she was wonderful and very helpful. Overall, it was a lovely stay and I would recommend the hotel and will use again.
I.
I stayed at the Hilton DoubleeTree in August 2019 for Three night and It was amazing.
Nothing much to say. The Staff is very welcoming and The room are very spacious. The Subway is not far away and you have a Tesco just next door.

“Great experience”
We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in March and the hotel was excellent in all aspects. Right from the time we walked in to check in - everything was smooth. The staff at the reception desk is very friendly and my daughter loved staying at this hotel. The rooms are nice and location is superb with buses C3 and 391 stopping just opposite the hotel connecting to underground stations. There is an overground train station just next to hotel. We had dinner at the restaurant in hotel and ordered kids menu for our daughter which is superb both in value and content. The service throughout the hotel was excellent, nothing was too much trouble. The room was immaculate and really well epuipped. Looking forward to another stay.
Room Tip: Street view rooms, higher floor rooms provide better view
S. B.
Having arrived at the hotel and realising that my agent had failed to book me a room I was devastated. The staff went above and beyond to contact the agent and arrange me alternative arrangements booking me into another Doubletree by Hilton.
I would 100% visit again as it was truly outstanding service. I must say I think the hotel and it's lobby is lovely and definitely in fitting with the level of venue it is.
In case the staff read this thank you so much! Your a credit to the hotel.
C. G.
In desperate need of a refurbishment. Rooms looking very tired.
Staff always very pleasant
M. B.
Room was average, in need of a good dusting. No bottles water provided. There is also an increase in price if you want to have a breakfast without pre booking. Although the breakfast is ok it is not worth £17 per person.
J. P.
Excellent Hotel, great value for money and staffed by wonderful people.
The online booking was a breeze. The welcome on arrival was warm and efficient. The room was comfortable and well equipped.
We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel, both were delcious with great service.
I would definately stay again.
A. K.
Hotel room is nice and clean, very comfortable. However, they don't give you any bottled drinking water. Also I asked the concierge for a dental kit as I had forgotten my toothbrush, got told they had run out and I should go to tesco after 7am the next day. Not much good when you want to brush your teeth before bed. The chap at reception was quite curt with me when I made a reasonable request and I also noticed he wasn't wearing any shoes, which I found rather odd! Would rather stay in the Chelsea Harbour Hotel next time!
K. H.
Let me start by saying that the staff have been very kind. We have been disappointed by the hotel itself, however, and the staff have not been consistent in things they have told us. To begin with, they "upgraded" our carefully chosen two-bed rooms to one-bed rooms, which was not appropriate for our needs. When we insisted on our original rooms, they tried to deny us the rooms, but eventually got us sorted. We had to call down repeatedly during the evening and night to get the desk staff to turn our air down to a cool temperature appropriate for sleep. We had issues with our room keys not working about a third of the time. As diamond Hilton members, we expect a certain quality from their properties, and this one fell sadly short. I will say that the beds were very comfortable.
O. Y. L.
The hotel was a block from the Imperial Overground stop and across the street from a Tesco. Super convenient. The check in was seamless since I am a Hilton Honors member and already did a mobile check-in. The concierge was friendly and we got our complimentary cookies. The room was clean with enough towels for all. We had an issue with loud neighbors and a call down to the desk quickly remedied the situation. Check out was a breeze since I had already paid for the room. Overall, a very satisfactory stay.
P. R.
Stay at the hotel Sept. 18 thru Sept. 20. 2018 Wonderful service, the front desk was awsome very friendly and helpful. Help with maps and direction to sightseeing. Hotel was very clean the rooms were very comfortable and a nice size for three adults. Located around the corner from the train and if you needed anything a supermarket is also located across the street. Will stay again Wonderful love it.
M. B.
Nice room, clean and cozy. Helpful and polite staff. Handed umbrellas on rainy days.
Four stars because, I had a room service dinner, consisting of a beef burger, a chicken burger and chicken wings.
Probably, the worst £50 I have ever spent on a meal. Besides, the fries, the rest were tasteless. The meats had no taste, like eating water or something, no hint of salt.
Nonetheless, I had a pleasant stay and would stay again; but I wouldn’t order room service food again.

I was booked to this hotel by a travel agency as part of a London-Paris-Rome travel package, and it was by far the best of the three hotels I stayed in during my trip.
I flew overnight and arrived at the hotel a solid four hours earlier than check-in, dreading having to find something to do in an unfamiliar area, and the staff were sweet and accommodating, despite the early hour. Fortunately they had a room available for me to check in that early, which was wonderful after such a long overseas flight. All through my stay they were very helpful and attentive as well, giving me a point person by name to contact at the desk and being super cheerful every time I needed anything.
I had dinner both nights in the bar, and breakfast the day I left in the restaurant. Breakfast options were great, I personally would have liked a few more traditional American meat and egg options but there was plenty of variety for people like me with gluten and dairy sensitivity, which I appreciated. The bar staff were absolutely lovely, giving me tips on where to go when I only had two days there, and the steak and chips I had for dinner were amazing. You can also get hot drinks like tea and coffee in the bar, not just alcoholic drinks.
The only cons I could come up with would be that the tub didn't drain well, and the place is a good ways away from the city center. If you're not wanting to walk a few miles or take the Underground/buses, then that could be an issue. But I knew about the distance and was prepared for the walk, and it was only a short cab ride at the end of the day from the Marble Arch area where my tour ended back to the hotel.
Some nice little perks: there's a Tesco across the street for little things like snacks or necessities you may not want to get at the desk, a coffee shop right on the corner, and a cab stand literally right outside. Wi-Fi worked just fine, plenty of TV channels and a mini-fridge in the room are always nice. And of course, a cookie on check-in never hurt anything. :)
L. H.
Nice hotel, funny and friendly bar staff. Had a problem as booking wasnt found when we arrived but the reception team sorted it. The welcome cookie was very tasty too.
However, there was a stain on the bed sheet, which was changed quickly by the staff but dissappointing as it was a noticeable stain and should have been picked up on. The location is not ideal for sight seeing but the overground is just around the corner. The walls are also very thin and you can hear everything from the neighbouring rooms, from the toilet flush to the tv, conversation etc.
E. B.
I love staying in this hotel. The rooms are spacious, the bed is comfortable and there's an iron and ironing board in every room. A great selection of hot drinks in the room too. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I'll be back again and again
D. N.
The hotel was great. I Always love to lay down on the bed from Hilton and the most I love were the bed sheets they smell really nice. The room of course was not enough big. It doesn't have anything interesting around the hotel.
S. M.
Front desk staffs were very helpfuland welcoming. Gave us an early checkin on request. Room was compairatively smaller and there was little space to move around.
Complimentary Breakfast was huge with lots of options and tasty. Overall good experience.
E. I.
The location is superb with loads of restaurants and bars nearby and the Thames just a short walk from the hotel. The team was amazing, Michaela at reception was so friendly and helpful that I felt she was a close friend rather than an employee of the hotel. Great value for money, rooms have everything you need, haven’t tried the breakfast but I’m sure it must be good. Would definitely use this hotel again and strongly recommend
A. C.
Pleasantly surprised. Only £4.50 for a pint of Budweiser. In the restaurant I had a burger, onion rings... bloody lovely. 🍔
Room was a good size, beds comfy. 😴
Nice and close to the Thames for a walk or an early morning run 🏃♂️😊
V. M.
Fantastic staff and great location. Easily accessible from Heathrow and a short walk from all major public transport. Beds are comfortable, but rooms are dated. Breakfast has a good selection to choose from. Definitely would stay again.
M. S.
We spent our Christmas holiday in London, and this hotel was terrific. The staff was super-helpful, courteous and patient with us foreigners. Our original room had a water leakage problem, and without question we were moved the same day to a different and upgraded room. Both rooms had a mini-fridge which turned out to be quite handy with a Tesco Express across the street.
We enjoyed the morning breakfast; food was terrific. Drinks at the bar were also quite good. The location was really great, access to Imperial Wharf Overground and an easy walk to take the tube at Fulham Broadway on the District Line.
No overall negatives from our stay! If we can make it back we’ll stay here again. Prices were decent compared to some of the other locations we investigated.
C. R.
A very pleasant stay that was a fantastic get away from the insanity of downtown London. We used buses most of the time and utilizing City Mapper it’s very easy to get around. We only purchased breakfast for two days of our week long stay and it was very good. The tesco right across the street was very convenient for drinks, snacks, breakfast to go, and more!
V. I.
A very good hotel for the price, beds are comfy, staff are very nice! But the rooms have to be more soundproof because we could hear other people. Food was very poor, we ordered a pizza and it was horrific, Tesco value pizza was better. But other than that everything was fine and they gave us a complimentary cookie!
B. D. R.
clean hotel. Very friendly service
L. D.
Good hotel in very good location. We were in a suite, nice and elegant. Rooms are large, very polished and comfortable. Waiter took us champagne to the room. The bed was very comfortable. The lifts are huge and very luminous. The reception staff give you free chocolate cookies, as many as you want. My boyfriend and I had several. He enjoyed so much. There are free drinks in the room that you can boil in the kettle, like tea, chocolate, etc. Ok, I know this is common in hotels but felt special in this place. The bathroom is modern, although I have to say the toiletries were not that high quality. I expected Hilton to perform better in the toiletries. The area in which is located this hotel is all new buildings, good sulsrmarkets, it is a secure area, there is police and cctv, very much appreciated.
Imperial wharf is at minutes walking from the hotel, as well as Chelsea harbour, there are beautiful gardens in imperial wharf.
Overall it is a good hotel.
L. E.
The hotel is close to various transport links, it is 2 minutes from Imperial Wharf overground and there is boat service to city centre also nearby. The rooms are modern and well kept. The internet speeds are something to be desired if watching Netflix but suitable for casual Internet browsing. Staff are friendly and accommodating. No Gym/health facilities in house or Lounge area for club members but other perks are substituted.
J. G.
Again l visited went in, really nice. The staff reception both were ready to greet me and offer me a seat. Very clean hotel very well organised and again pleasant housekeeping staff. I would go again.

We stayed there for 2 weeks. The room is outdated but clean and functional. Nonetheless the hotel just feels old and bland. Initially they placed us in a room on the 2nd floor which was overlooking the dumpsters. Eventually they moved us to the 6th floor which was a bit better but I guess for the price we booked it was commensurate. Its just that you expect a higher standard from Hilton brand...
k.
Nice service, but the room we got was very dusty and I don't think bathroom was cleaned properly
M.
Staff were polite and friendly, good location but scaffolding everywhere due to ongoing works and fire alarm went off at 0200.
D. C.
Nice reception area. Good breakfast. Room very like premier inn. Nothing of interest around it. Not the easiest of places to get to with luggage from Euston Station unless you go by taxi, which we did £35 and back again!
J. A. A.
Awesome hotel, very friendly staff at the reception n restaurant namely Karina, Michele , David @ reception, Dominica @ restaurant. Have stayed at Double Tree Hilton in NYC but here they are very friendly n helpful. So hence 5* rating, rooms are comfortable and welcoming. No smoking hotel so be prepared to take the trips to outside of the hotel often.
N. M.
Convenient location in quiet neighborhood. Good staff.
S. H.
Room was adequate but we were a late check-in on a Saturday night. The staff seemed unable to crack a smile which did NOT impress me. They could do with some customer service training.
Staff in the morning were more welcoming at made up for it a little.
T. M.
Hotel were aware that this was an Anniversary Treat and made us feel very welcome. The staff was helpful about tourism and we booked our hop on hop off at the concierge. The hotel is in a very quiet location next to Imperial Wharf. Taxi rank outside, and Imperial Wharf station just a few metres away.
m.
Great location. Excellent staff and clean rooms
S. K.
Friendly and welcoming staff, added bonus; you get given a warm nut filled chocolate cookie on check in. The room was spacious and the all important bed was large and comfortable but the bathroom felt dated and could do with modernising. Breakfast options were reasonable though seen larger selections at other Hilton brands. Hotel is very close to the London Overground (Imperial Wharf)
S. M.
Wide rooms with good facilities. The bathroom is not always equipped enough to fit the number of guests. Has (iron-Saftey locker-water boiler-reading lamps).
It is located right beside (Imperial Wharf) overground station. Although it might take you about 45 mins to get to downtown.
G.
Met friends, drank in the bar for a few hours, nibbled at lunch and had a light dinner.
Service was excellent, food was edible but nothing more, drinks expensive.
Easy on the eyes, contemporary decor, complimentary WiFi. Easy two minute walk from the.station.
t. k.
I think it was a nice and cheap stay for London. You can go to the Central London with train. The staiton is 3 min. walk. The area of the hotel is really nice. And i think it was chic. We stay 3 persons in a room. And it was really afordable. But the brakfast was a bit expensive, and not worth it. There was a Tesco around the corner, and there was sandwiches. The hotel was clean, and amenities were enough. Was a good stay.
a. a.
Great hotel. Love this location really quite yet close to London. Bedrooms nice and spacious. We have stayed here several times and will return. Hotel staff helpful friendly.
C. G.
Room was 'upgraded' im not sure from what to? The room was small no view other than over the rooftops. Carpet had some quiet disgusting looking stains upon it.
M. M.
Love Hilton and always stay with them. Great experience here.
M. O.
I recently stayed at DoubleTree Chelsea and I found it a good hotel that, with some improvements, can be excellent.
The hotel area, near Imperial Wharf and Chelsea Harbour, was recently redeveloped and it was full of newly built restaurants and bar and it was very confortable to reach tube using buses 391 to Fulham Broadway (on the District Line) or C3 to Earl's Court (District and Piccadilly Lines) or you can use the Overground station behind the hotel.
I stayed in a Queen Guest Room (number 429, facing Imperial Rd. bus stop and Tesco) for the very good rate of 93 pounds per night.
The room was located in the "cylindrical" tower of the hotel and the first thing I noticed was that it lacked blinders, so you have to close curtains to achieve privacy.
By London standards, this room (I think it was the basic room type) was pretty large, but the bathroom, even if very clean and large wasn't well appointed and it seemed old. It did have a bathtub and a shower-in-bath but the water pressure was rather poor.
The room amenities did not feature bathrobes and slippers and they were sorely missed.
The worst thing about the room was the air conditioner unit which seemed unable to remain on for more than half an hour so it was impossible to reach and mantain the desired temperature inside the room.
As I am a HHonors diamond guest I have been given breakfast, drink and snack vouchers but they didn't come at check-in time but two days later, so for the first two days I was left without vouchers and I have paid for drinks and food at the hotel's bar (the hotel doesn't have an executive lounge).
The thing that still bothers me is that I asked the housekeeping for still water bottles but they keep refilling the sparkling ones.
The good thing was that the bar service was excellent and the front desk guys were helpful and kind.
All in all it's a good hotel that has a good value for money (given my cheap rate) but it lacks some touches to become excellent.
N. C.
Great staff, service, location and stay. Thanks for making us feel like respected guests. Buffet breakfast was nice but nothing to rave about
A. G.
Very helpful, friendly staff and great breakfast. The hotel is right next to the above ground train and you can get anyplace you need to without driving, which is very helpful.
S. T.
Breakfast was a little bit expensive (14 £), bathrooms would welcome a reconstruction. Average internet speed.
Room was clear. One European ac socket, air conditioning and heating, safebox. Nice hotel in a wonderful location. Tesco Expres is just across the street. In room dining was not expensive. Pretty friendly prices for food
M.
I booked this hotel for a three night stay as my usual London hotel was full. The hotel is in a great location, very close the the overground stop at Imperial Wharf which is a fairly quiet part of London. The hotel is very clean and appears to have been recently redecorated. I was able to get a room upgrade with my Hilton Honours Diamond status and the room on the 6th floor was very nice.
The hotel has a small restaurant and bar, both serving the usual fare. If you don't mind a 10 min walk, then Fulham has lots of restaurants and bars which are great quality.
One downside is the lack of a gym in the hotel. I was told when I asked about gym facilities that there was a local gym and I could show my room key and it would cost me £10 per day. I found this a little expensive and didn't take them up on their offer.
A. B.
I ended up in this hotel due to emergency. We live around the corner and as we were evacuated from our home we had no place to go and sleep to, therefore, we called Doubletree by Hilton and they were really kind and helpful in accomodating us, with our children. We spoke to Karolina at the reception and she was really friendly, helpful and kind (thank you Karolina). Rooms are clean, big (enough), breakfast is nice and the staff is always there to help. I was really pleasently surprised by this hotel.
T. M.
A two minute walk from the Thames. Taxi rank outside, and Imperial Wharf station just a few metres away. They enjoyed the facilities in the area and the walks ***** the waterfront. The breakfast was part of our deal and was adequate but I …
S. R.
Very helpful staff, quick and easy parking close by (ask staff for directions) the Manager herself was serving customers today which is great to see and she was especially polite and helpful. Definitely in keeping with what I expect from the Hilton brand.
D. N.
A hotel that's all money and no taste. Weird design choices and poor interior decoration bring down the value of a stay. Overall, good housing and great cookies in a hollow neighborhood.
T. M.
Quite compact though and the staff seemed too busy to notice some guests. In the bedroom there were burn marks on the floor. I was not very clear as to why then they informed me they needed my card to take a £50 deposit in case we used any services.
J. Y.
Just only 3 minutes walk to train station. Modern facilities and the breakfast buffet staff has one of the best service in UK. Breakfast selection should include hot coffee which must be ordered.
L. N.
Located close to Imperial Wharf overground station, we stayed here for the night prior to going on to a wedding.we had a twin room that had twin double beds. Bit of a treat also to have a bath and shower. Abbie on reception very welcoming and helpful during our encounters with her and provided excellent customer service. Room had everything we needed. We dined in the restaurant and had a lovely meal. Reasonably priced. Great position for the hotel. Close to thames/Chelsea harbour with some nice walks. Tesco express opposite was handy too. Soon to stay in Doubletree Hilton Tower Bridge too.
R. J.
The rooms were clean and the staff were nice but the bar area was really annoying. It was either deathly silent to the point where you felt as though you were drinking in a library. Or they were playing music at the same time as the TV's were blaring out reruns of football matches from the 90's that absolutely nobody was watching.
The music was good so I asked the staff if we could have the TV volume turned down because nobody wants to hear blaring TV at the same time as they're listening to the music being played in the bar.
They did as we asked and turned the TV's down so we could listen to the music. But every other time we entered the bar it was the same. Music combined with blaring TVs. The staff must have become desensitised to it but we found it really annoying and got sick of asking for the TV's to be turned down. We just decided to spend more time in the nearby pubs instead.
An extra star for Petar in bar who always looked after us in the bar whenever he was there.
J. D. (.
Loved my stay here. Comfortable and cozy rooms. The staff service was okay. No room service and no concierge however but altogether it was okay.
M. H.
Currently staying. Breakfast is average. Location is average. Service and rooms are good. Would not recommend if you need quick access to the city but it's a comfortable stay.
S. S.
Hotel is a decent size and clean. Marking down for disappointing breakfast at £17 and various wall fixings in room hanging off. Free cookie was great.
P.
Nice Room, sadly no storage space in bahtroom, Breakfast is good and rich, just the Coffee Service is a bit overwhelmed at times should just get a machine like others Would come here again. Tesco Express directly next to it.
G. B.
The rooms are comfortable and the staff is very polite. The complementary breakfast is quite good. It is very close to an overground train station that connects with the tube.
N. D.
Good clean hotel. Friendly staff.
S. B.
Great hotel in a nice area.
This hotel is very nice and is super close to Imperial Warf for London overground trains. Perhaps not the ideal location for hoping into the tube as you need to use the overground first, but this is not really a problem.
J. U.
Didn't stay in the hotel, just used the bar area on a Chelsea match day. Very reasonably priced for the area (match day deals) and not too busy either.
Recommend for a quieter, quick match day drink!
K. T.
Lovely and clean. Could have had complementary water in the rooms. Breakfast excellent and very helpful staff.
M. K.
Nice hotel. A bit of the beaten road, but located nicely once you get to find your way around
Friendly staff
Breakfast is bit cramped
M. L.
I always choose this hotel because it is the nearest located to my company. But I recommend it completely because it is very clean, the service is wonderful and has a proper breakfast. It is also well connected to move in London by public transport.
A. C.
Well appointed hotel. Normal HIlton standards well applied. Still the annoyances of taking a credit card impression and even if you don't intend to spend anything and almost tying you up to get your email address (seriously it's not a legal requirement to give your email to check-in!)
N.
Hotel is quite new and also staff is really kind.
There is a good variety for breakfast (both for salted and sweet meal).
I strongly recommend to go there!
A. S.
One of our windows is broken, it cannot be closed. The water pressure in the shower is low and the room is quite narrow. The plus sides include a good ac, comfy beds and 2 large closets.
T. W.
Everything was clean. The service was great. They even kept our bags when we traveled london after checkout. I would definitely recommend staying here if you have the money and want great service.
H. A.
Always use it last minute. Good new development. Not older than a few years. New area really good river front just 150 yards away. Good for after party hotel near King'a road Chelsea.
m. s.
Superb rooms, large, modern, clean and spcacious and also quiet. Good lifts, great bar and amazing reception staff! Especially helpful are Abbi and Candice and Dominique!
H.
Very nice hotel. Complimentary hot cookies on arrival, staff were friendly, room was reasonable size and pleasant enough
L. L.
We had a great stay! Staff was extremely friendly and gave us breakfast and drink vouchers. Would gladly stay again.
R. C.
Great place to stay.
G. S.
The room was clean. The service was excellent. It is located in a nice part of town and conveniently close to the underground rail system.
C. P.
Great hotel, great staff,nice bar.
M. T.
Decent business hotel. Clean, comfortable, friendly but basic. Good value. Cookies in check in.
M. O.
Great place to stay although no car parking and in a restricted Access to get too which makes it very difgicult
N. K.
Quite basic but did the job. Rooms a bit run down but adequate for a relatively cheap nights stay in Chelsea. Bar also quite cheap compared to some in the area.
P. B.
Beautiful hotel next to Imperial Wharf overground station. Rooms are big and modern. No upgrade despite being a Hilton gold was slightly disappointing though.
D. Q.
Very clean helpful staff great breakfast. We are on 5th floor no view at all looks directly in another building will pick side off larger #
K. F.
This review is actually my 6 yr old granddaughter's.She wants everyone with kids to know what a great hotel this is and here are the reasons why...
1.they give you free chocolate chip cookies🍪 that are so very delicious .(she is still in awe as to how the staff can pull out warm cookies from a drawer at any given time of day)
2.there is a store right across the street that has anything a kid could possibly need.it even has Krispy Kreme 's.😊🍩
3.you can catch the big red double decker bus that can take you anywhere right across the other street.
4.she saved the best for last...the indoor playplace nearby where we spent a few hours while Mommy went shopping. She made a few friends while there.👭i have a funny feeling that when we return home to the states she'll be telling everyone about how much fun she had at the playplace and not about seeing Buckingham Palace or visiting the museums (although she enjoyed those as well😉)
As for Grandma....I'm happy if she's happy!!😊
C. K.
Luxurious room with a comfy bed. Breakfast offered a wide selection. I really enjoyed my stay. Good for the price too.
C. A. M.

Great hotel , very good breakfasts and confortable bref. Bath rooms are not perfectly Cleaned
G. J.
The rooms here were clean and comfortable, and of a good size. Good efficient service and good connections with transport into the city
s. h.
Located near Chelsea Harbour, it gives easy access to Fulham and Chelsea Inc FC. I had a good deal on the twin room with 2 double beds. Can not complain
d. f.
Friendly service, next door to Imperial Wharf station. Doing their best with the Covid restrictions.
S. G.
Recommend this hotel, friendly staff, nice room, good views. Only complaint would be some noise from cars on the road.
A.
Good location, tesco store across the road and easy rail access to everywhere, only ate breakfast there, was a bit greasy but edible, staff were really nice and helpful, clean modern rooms, only reason for my 4 stars is that it was only a double bed which was cramped, apart from that, a nice hotel
A. P.
Excellent hotel, short walk from overground or 10 minutes from underground. Bar is reasonably priced, rooms clean and fresh.
K. Y.
Bess was so helpful and accommodating for my business needs. Thank you for your service !
j. c.

We had a slight problem with the room, but the staff fixed it immediately
M. M.
My favourite Hotel in Chelsea/Imperial Wharf. Great location and rooms are very comfortable. Good value for money and highly recommend.

A nice place for a quiet drink. Close to imperial wharf station and not too far from Fulham Broadway, there is also plenty of buses near by. So
p. T.
Friendly staff, good food, rooms a little tired.
l.
Very nice hotel with friendly staff The location could be more convenient. You have to take the overground train one stop to connect to the underground or take the bus.
