Mixed bag. The staff are very friendly and helpful but our room was very old and tired with dark curtains, worn furniture and poor lighting. Overall it felt like an average 3 star hotel. The location is certainly central but very busy and on Saturday early evening the roads around the hotel were almost gridlocked.

Clean room. Sandy/Sandra and her front desk team made our experience very pleasant. My partner experienced a hiccup with the steam iron and housekeeping fixed it quickly, the Hilton way. Mamoun and the other silver haired gentleman at concierge did everything they could to assist and ensure that we were always at ease. Thanks for a warm welcome back and continuing to give us something to return to.

This hotel is within a very old building in central London, hence many of the rooms aren't very large. You might call them compact. But they're functional, and comfortable. Stayed for nearly ten days, working nearby during pandemic. Staff were really amazing. I left a shirt in my wardrobe when I checked out. When they found it, they emailed me and posted the shirt back to me. Amazing service. Thank you

A hotel with an almost perfect location. If you love West End shopping it would be difficult to beat. Selfridges is a few minutes away, as is Marble Arch station and Regent Street and the "Carnaby" area is a short walk past the John Lewis, House Of Fraser...Huge Primark! When you feel like calming down, five minutes walk in the other direction and you can be in Hyde Park. A cookie on arrival, friendly staff and comfortable rooms seal the deal. This is our new favourite hotel in London!

This is far the best hotel me and my son have ever stayed in. The staff went above and beyond their call of duty nothing was too much for them

Upon arrival, the receptionist Alexandra was very friendly and welcoming. She took my temperature due to covid restrictions. She checked me in efficiently, however the reason I have given this hotel a 4* is because upon arrival I was allocated a room that was unfortunately very dirty and hadn’t been cleaned. The bathroom is shocking but when I called Alexandra to let her know, she sincerely apologised and allocated a new room for us. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. On Friday night, Melissa very very kindly organised a birthday surprise for my best friend and sent up a bottle of wine and a birthday cake with a candle. It was very kind and generous of her and she made our weekend very special. On the Friday night when we returned to the hotel, there was a lovely lady called Sonia at the reception. She is the nicest person I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting and we had wished she was there throughout the whole weekend, she was just a bundle of joy and full of goodness. Location of the hotel was amazing, walking distance to everything. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it. Thank you for the amazing customer service from the whole team

The location of this hotel is good: next to Oxford street, ideal for shopping. Friendly staff and good service. The concierge was being very nice to me. The price per night is not low and the room was small. Also, the bathroom was very small. However, both the room and the bathroom were clean.

While the exterior of the hotel isn't as fancy as others, the interior, and the people who work there are excellent and very helpful. Upon entry I was treated to a complimentary cookie (5/5 for the cookie). And the room was cozy and comfortable. It's only about a minutes walk away from the Marble Arch and 2 minutes from Hyde Park and the Marble Arch underground station. With many buses passing through this area, travel is very easy. Would recommend.

Came here for a conference. Well catered and looked after. Staff topped up teas and coffees regularly and fruit and pastries were fresh. Nice central location close to the shops and stations. Not sure what the hotel rooms are like.

Location VS. Comfort Vs price. I would still recommend this place. It’s not the most luxury hotel but fairly clean. You might not feel like getting what you paid for by the hotel itself . But location wise it is worth the money. easy to get to pretty much anywhere. Saved lots of travel time. Right across Hyde park if you love to do your morning walks / runs. This is the place to book.

An interesting Hilton with a unique taste from others in the Portfolio. A slightly Eastern flavour with Hindu gods decorating a few areas. A bit of a maverick in the Hilton portfolio but it certainly adds a certain enjoyable flair to the hotel. However cleaning staff work until late at the moment as they are understaffed and hearing a hoover at 8/9pm is not quite appropriate. Room is a good size though I have not slept in a single bed in a long time so that was odd. Over all, better than the average hotel, but not quite the Hilton experienced I'm used to.

To sum it up we had a very nice stay here! On the cupboard was a little bit of dust and our cups were poorly dirty but the breakfast was very great! The stuff was very friendly and courteous - I would check in again.

Location is the BEST Part of this hotel. Breakfast is okay as well. Need to improve a bit of service, do not disturb sign was displayed but still hotel staff popped in the room. Plus there is elephant figures on washroom door and some indian thing on reception which really takes out the luxury look and it seems as if its some kind of indian themed 2 star hotel. Hilton is a chain and this must be kept in mind. Nevertheless, would come again for Location if this is cheaper option available in area.

Good hotel, well positioned for a shopping trip or visit an event in Hyde park. There are however bigger rooms available elsewhere in London as the room was all bed and no floor. Also book the restaurant if you are planning to eat there, reception told us not to worry about it but then we couldn't get in when we tried. Also the hotel bar is very small.

The room in general was quite nice although on the small side. However the light up screen on the phone which you couldn't turn off was a complete nuisance when trying to sleep, my bathroom light wouldn't turn off meaning i had to remove my key card to cut the electrics and the shower created a lot of fine mist that made the whole bathroom soaking.

We went here for a drink prior to a big event further down the road. Bar staff were pleasant and provided us with what we needed for the few meetings we had leading up to the event. Room was modular so went from the two of us to being 10 of us and they accommodate us no problems Seats were comfortable, the drinks were all straightforward so it much to comment or review there. Little problems settling bills as there had been confusion but all sorted out within 5 minutes

Great stay with great service from staff, reception (Patricia and the Chakor) and the day the Dominican lady and Estefania also the other member that didnt have the chance to talk to her, all the time smiling and asking if all was good. Breakfast was great with lots of things to choose. The staff there also were welcoming and really polite, helpful and always asking if we needed something. Rooms with lots of amenities that we even didnt see in different properties. Room clean, tidy and modern. The location never better if you are comming for a couple nights you can see a lot of London being close to the main streets and shops. Thank you, if we have the chance we will be back soon.

Rooms are small but Ok. The biggest issue was that they ignore the do not disturb sign and keep coming in and cleaning even after I asked the front desk people to let the cleaning staff know. It was clean and in a good location otherwise.

The location is perfect. With in walking distance of marble arch, Hyde park, edgware road, oxford street. If that isn't enough, its only a five minute wake to the metro station which can take anywhere. The hotel is well maintained. The room service and cleaning crew met expectations. The front desk were nice, caring and helpful. Don't forget to ask for the complimentary cookies when you check-in. Its a Hilton thing. My stay was memorable, for sure i will check the availability of rooms here every time i come to London.

I needed a hotel room that could accommodate three adults, and I wanted the hotel to be in/near the Mayfair/Soho area. I looked at many hotels before deciding on the Doubletree; this hotel had the best price in the best location based on those requirements. We stayed in room 402 (two queen beds and one twin) and I felt it was quite roomy for London. The main room had a work desk, chest of drawers, bedside tables, small coffee table and chair, and a wardrobe. (I posted a pano pic of the room that you can look for if you like.) The bathroom had a small but usable countertop area to store toiletries. Speaking of toiletries, the hotel provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash, skin lotion, a bar of soap, and a box of other supplies like cotton balls (I didn't look at them closely). The hotel offers a breakfast buffet with a wide variety of items, including scrambled eggs, hard-boiled eggs, meats, porridge, fruit, yogurt, juices, cheese, breads, pastries, and more; coffee is also included. You can get custom-prepared egg dishes such as omelettes for an additional (as of this writing) 3 GBP. We usually weren't hungry enough to justify getting the buffet, but we did eat it twice during our six night stay. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful. We had a couple of questions about how to operate the thermostat and do-not-disturb feature on the electronic console in the room, and they skillfully answered those questions. The wifi was generally speedy enough; we didn't try streaming any video but it was fine for email, etc. I would happily stay here again on a future visit.

When we arrived at the hotel the workers were protesting. Police were outside. So that was a little concerning. That afternoon when we were leaving to go to dinner we had to be taken oit the side door because of all the protesting. Room was nice, no wash cloths were provided. They had no ice bucket.

Breakfast room very hard to find (no sign or directions) but food OK once you find it. Construction work is taking place next door to the hotel - if you're staying on the west side of the building, it is rather noisy.

Firat time at Marble Arch. Bit of confusion at check-in, I had two reservations for some reason. One of the light bulbs in our room was shattered and left in the room.. slight shock, woke me up after a long flight, and there's still random glass fragments on the desk. I thought that housekeeping would have cleaned it up. Prefer the Doubletree Victorian Station.

The 24-hour front and entrance male staff were kind and safe at midnight. We stayed at Marble Arch variously, but here is good if one person.
