Good location. Friendly welcoming staff from the reception, room service to restaurant. Breakfast selection was of a good quality. Clean room/ communal areas and well decorated. The bedroom a/c was a little noisy and the fridge in the bedroom was broken. However, everything else was superb. I appreciated the very firm bed for a good night's rest ...oh, and of course the complimentary warm cookie. 😋

This is a nice hotel - great location for Victoria station and especially great for us, as we were seeing Hamilton at the nearby Victoria Palace Theatre.
The room is spacious and tidy, and everything was in good order.
The bed was pretty firm and the pillows very soft - this didn’t work for us, but if it’s your preferred firmness then you’ll love it.
The staff were lovely on check in and check out - we didn’t have food or drink on the premises so can’t comment on that.
Good value for London - we’d happily return.

Very conveniently placed for Victoria and surrounding areas although not the most picturesque position and view.
I've visited many times and indeed this is my "go to" hotel when I need to stay here. Always clean, staff have always been very helpful and the breakfast is good.
However the last time I stayed the sign said breakfast opened at 6.30 and at 6.45 it was still not ready. Having said that this are difficult signs and I could have missed some other notification.

Very nice hotel, right across Victoria tube. Large bed, clean, tasty and rich breakfast. But the most amazing thing is the hospitality of the staff. Never in my life have I experienced so polite and welcoming staff.

We booked a night here as we were going to the theatre nearby (Hamilton). We also requested an upgrade on an offer emailed to us a few days prior to our stay, to a junior suite for an extra £55.
Arriving at the hotel we were given the keycards to our room and headed up only to find we couldn't get in! Staff quickly assisted and found there was an issue with the keycard reader. At first they tried to fix it - and kept us supplied in free drinks in the bar while we waited - but eventually they offered us the original price of our standard double room, but upgraded us to a premium king room at no extra charge, which we accepted. In the end we got to our room about an hour after we arrived, but we felt very well looked after and the staff kept us informed at all times. The room also had a lovely view of the London skyline.
The king premium room was very nice and the bed was comfortable. In the morning, when we used the shower, we found that the rainfall shower was not working properly (think it needed a good descale as water came out of about five nozzles and at random directions, including straight in my face!) but the "normal" shower was working fine. We reported the issue when we checked out so hopefully they will sort it.
The other small frustration was that there was a breakfast order hanger in our room when we got there so we filled that in and hung it on our outside doorknob in the evening, looking forward to a chilled breakfast in our room the next morning. Unfortunately - and we're not sure why - no one came to collect it so rather than having a leisurely breakfast in our room, we had to go down to breakfast in a bit of a rush! Thankfully we didn't have to wait too long to be seated, and the buffet-style cooked breakfast was delicious and hot.
Despite the small niggles we had a really pleasant stay. The staff were all really lovely and did everything they could to assist us. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was super-convenient. It was also surprisingly quiet! We'd definitely come back.

We had a great time for our one night stay. We were going to a theatre very close by, so this was ideal for an overnight stay. The room was clean and staff were helpful and friendly, especially as we left our bags at reception both before check in and after we checked out. The arrival warm cookies are absolutely delicious and a nice surprise. We also used the digital key on our phone, which was a really good bit of technology, however, when we first arrived it would have been good if someone explained you need to use it to get the lift to work... that would have saved us a few minutes of confusion. Would stay again, although it is a little pricey, as are the bar prices.
G. T.
Nice hotel, gave us a free upgrade on arrival. The location is great, literally outside Victoria train station and about a 1 minute walk to the Apollo theatre. Breakfast had a wide choice and was well cooked. Would stay again.
J. D.
We have stayed there before and will stay there again. Arrived at hotel around 8:30 AM on Nov 4th after a long trip from the US. Our room was ready for immediate check-in, allowing us to get a couple hours sleep before we enjoyed our only day in London. Room and breakfast next morning were excellent and what we expected. Thanks for the early check-in.
P. S.
Hotel is in a great location for seeing the sights of London, the nearest underground station is 2 mins away & a lot of attractions are in walking distance. Our room was very nice & the breakfast was great. There are also a good selection of pubs/ restaurants in the area if you fancy a nice meal & a drink after sightseeing all day. We will definitely use this hotel in the future.

Excellent staff all round, reception on arrival sorted out our coupons, bar and kitchen staff very helpful and pleasent.
Room was spotless

Fantastic stay, lovely and clean.
Friendly staff, most amazing breakfast, spoilt for choice. Would definitely stay again.

Had the worst sleep! AC was really noisy, but worse…Victoria Train train station evacuation alarm went off at 1am, for two hours! Very load horns and prerecorded tannoy messages until 3am.
Won’t be staying on the station side of thr building again!
B. T.
Amazing location, close to EVERYTHING. staff are super helpful especially the concierge 😍 we had a wonderful stay with great food and will be back!
J. Q.
Very good hotel in a great location. I wished housekeeping and the cleaning was a bit more thorough though. I dropped an earring which rolled underneath the sink cabinet and when I went to get it, found a dirty flannel and used tissues underneath. My tea cups were also not the cleanest. In pre-covid times, I wouldn't have been too bothered but those little incidents now do make me a bit concerned about how safe and clean places really are, especially when they vow to be active in being covid safe and clean. Good thing I bought antibacterial wipes with me! But in all fairness, that aside the hotel itself is very good and so were the rooms themselves e.g big TV and comfy beds. It's in a wonderful location next to Victoria station and plenty of restaurants and cafes are nearby.
N. S.
Great choice for a hotel in Central London with close proximity to Buckingham Palace and some other attractions. Courteous and friendly staff and a good breakfast.
R. P.
We stayed 3 nights. Excellent location and staff very friendly and helpful. Room was average size, but nicely done. At desk they had several USB charger and computer hookup. However no outlet, as I prefer, on the night stand table. Many places are at least providing an AC outlet now on the bed side lamp, that is super convenient for the connected generation. That's me at 78! Two right turns as you leave the hotel takes you to Wilton Road with a lot of restaurants. Or across the street is Victoria Station entrance with Starbucks and a take out only McD's. Through the station is also a food courtf! Prices are reasonable for a Hilton property, they serve a full breakfasts and we would stay here again if and when we get back to London
R. B.
Went to for predeparture antigen test, couldn't fault them on the service from online registration and payment to arrival and getting the test with no delays. Results were back within the same day. Recommended.
P. G.
We was welcomed with a warm cookie.
Everyonewe met was friendly & our room was clean, comfortable bed & linen, the shower was great too.
R.
Went here for afternoon tea. Staff are great and polite. Food was average and not worth the price in my opinion. You share a platter between two which means you barely get any food. The sandwiches do not have a lot of variety and the cakes were not nice at all. Also the toilets are disgusting.
E. L.
Great hotel in a brilliant location for visiting London.
Rooms were good size and had all the amenities you need.
Breakfast was lovely.
Overall very good value for money.
S. S.
First room had not been checked and was not the standard we had come to expect from a Hilton Hotel. After the faults were reported and we were moved, it was an amazing stay at a luxurious hotel.
Breakfast was sublime, I didn't eat again until the evening!
C. W.
Great hotel and location for our needs. Room clean, spacious, bed comfortable. Good quality toiletries provided. Staff friendly, helpful. Would definitely return and recommend to friends.
J. G.
Nice hotel and clean - good service and great breakfast - I had a room upgrade though (room 501) and it was a bit old and shabby - mould, leaky shower and generally in need of refurbishment (Carpets etc).
T. H.
Was the stay worth £150? Definitely not.
Was put on the 10th floor which the lift doesn’t even go to you have to get off the 9th floor then go through maids entrance and go up stairs to get to the 10th floor.
No complimentary tea or coffee provided.
Fire alarm went off early, said on tv fire alarms were tested on Tuesdays this was a Thursday so not expecting that.
Pillows were ridiculously uncomfortable and could have used one more each to make them comfortable.
Room was ok jus very basic, the view of London skyline was the best part.
M. S.
Excellent location, few minutes walk from Victoria station. Clean, comfortable large double room with tea, coffee making facilities, large wide screen smart tv, Apollo theatre nearby.
s. g.
Nice hotel great location for commuting and also close to tourist attractions and theatres.
Although next to a train station and underground you can't hear any of the traffic from them
W. D.
Never stayed but use as a handy stop to work from just outside Victoria Station. Big bar/lounge area. Friendly staff
L. C.
Excellent location, great room, friendly staff and the breakfast choice was excellent we will definitely be staying again.
C. B.
It was a nice hotel. Good value for the price. The staff was very friendly. Had a bit of a technical issue on the check-in but it was all sorted out immediately. Great service for that! Had breakfast there and customers can just help themselves with whatever they want.👍👍 Will go back if given the chance.
M. (. M.
Excellent service, great beds, pillows could better. But a great nights sleep, clean rooms and great stay.
M. S.
Selection at breakfast is more limited than other Hiltons, check in was a bit lengthy. Room is a bit noisy but situation is ideal for London visit.
J. A.
very cleaned and nice I visited their covid clinic. Their customer service was great. The hotel is cleaned
G. T.
Great views, easy access to Victoria Stn. Really clean. Large room. Stress free. Thank you!
J. W.
Good value for money.. Room clean and quiet considering we were in Central London... Would definitely recommend it.
S. P.
Beautiful and clean hotel. Nice and helpful staff. The hotel is situated 2 min walk from Victoria Station and 10 to 20 min walk from most attractions. Room is big enough but the mini bar was just empty not even water so we had to ring to get some but not a big deal
C. H.
Pleasant and convenient hotel, very close to Victoria station.
T. R.
Good location, just a stone throws from Victoria train station. The warm American cookie when checking in is a memorable nice touch.
M. C.
Rooms could do with an update and deep clean. Gym has good facilities for a hotel gym.
C. C.
Nice hotel close to Wicked in Victoria station. Comfortable rooms and nice bar and restaurant.
S. P.
Very helpful staff!Great breakfast bar.Enjoyed my visit 😊
z. k.
Lovely place with great facilities with very helpful staff, especially Jacob who was very attentive.
C. H.
Well run hotel in a great location. A stones throw from victoria Station. Rooms vary in size, a few a tiny. Most comfortable are on the top floor. Restaurant and bar are good with a standard selection of food. Drinks menu is limited. That doesn't matter too much as the located area has more than enough to keep you watered and fed.
R. R.
Very nice and clean hotel with friendly staff. My husband enjoyed the warm cookies on arrival and as I do not like cookies, my husband enjoyed mine as well.
P. J.
Staff where amazing, room was standard but totally worth the price
M. K.
Stayed at this hotel for a long weekend in February. The location is great because public transport is very close and therefore many attractions are easily accessible. The staff was super nice and very service oriented. The breakfast was good, but not special, I missed croissants haha. The room was fine, we had a nice view over Victoria London, and the hotel was neat and tidy. Would definitely come back here.
N. H.
The staff, from reception, concierge, restaurant were so helpful - definitely 5 star in all areas!
S. N.
Great hotel
Clean and organised
Staff fantastic
Lovely rooms and all in a fantastic stay
Superb and highly recommend
Will be back 😎
J. E.
Excellent very comfortable & smart fab room nice staff
D. C.
Cannot express how good the customer service was. My Husband & I stayed here for two weeks during our mandated quarantine & every single member of the staff was so accompanying and pleasant. They went above and beyond and we are eternally grateful! The room service, which we used a lot, always exceeded our expectations. We’d love to stay at this hotel again!
K. M.
It was nice having a location Disney Cruise picks passengers up directly from the hotel. Check-in isn't until 3pm, so plan on checking your bags with the hotel and there's limited closet space, depending on how busy it is, your bags may be out front. They offer complimentary warm cookies- go ahead and pass on those, they have no flavor. The hotel itself wasn't the cleanest- dirty floors and furniture.. but clean towels and bedding. The hotel restaurant was not worth the price considering the portions and very bland taste. The friendly staff was a bonus, and the close location to Victoria Station was also convenient.
D. D. M.
Wonderful hotel, very spacious room with comfortable bed and pillows and very nice bathroom with working shower and hair drier. Also nice view from the room.
I cannot comment on the breakfast as I didn't have any, but the room service chicken Tikka was good. The negatives? No charging plug next to the bed, which I'd expect. Not even a USB plug, all plugs to charge were opposite the bed which doesn't really make a lot of sense.
L. R.
Our stat was amazing. The staff on the front desk were lovely and extremely helpful! My wife was sent cake to the room for her birthday which was a nice touch. Location is perfect, right next to the station and tube. The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. We will 100% be staying there again and we would 100% recommend people to stay here.
A. F.
Convenient access to a main transport hub, sizeable rooms (by English standards) with kettle, mini fridge, water, robes and slippers, iron, safe, etc. Modern bathrooms and very comfy beds. Breakfast is great with lots of variety and every time I've stayed here reception staff has been friendly. Rooms have always been clean, although there's no views. The restaurant staff could stand to be a bit more attentive during dinner though, they seem to forget about you once you've received your meal. All in all a decent place to stay while in London. And the welcome cookie is yummy!!
J. B.
I stayed at the hotel twice; first for one night and then later the same week for two nights. The rooms were great. The staff were extremely friendly and willing to assist. They gave us cookies; which is the double tree standard. The cookie for my first stay was terrible but the cookie on the second was amazing! It is also a great location for a good breakfast.
W. R.
Very pleasant,courteous staff,very comfortable room,my 2nd stay here,and would certainly return
K. O.
Very convenient to Victoria Station and hop on hop off buses. Not every Uber driver knew how to get to it though. Black cabs did though. They were just getting new mattresses in all the rooms. Clean. Very close to theaters showing Wicked and Hamilton as well as restaurants within walking distance. Hotel bar food was good and breakfast was good.
V. P.
Nice hotel, friendly staff and good location
L. H.
Excellent location!! Stayed here for work but will stay again when returning for Leisure. Really clean hotel, staff helpful.
E. S.
Wonderfully comfortable bed, great drench shower, amazing location - could walk everywhere we wanted to visit - no need for the Tube or bus! Staff very attentive and friendly - particularly the member of staff on the bar on the day we checked out who carefully filled our water bottles with iced water for the journey home - ideal on the hottest Bank Holiday Monday! Thank you for a great stay.
A. P.
The room was very clean and the location is awesome (next to the train station) and other tourist sites. The service at the reception wasn’t as friendly as we expect compared to other hotels we stayed at during our vacation. However, the housekeeper we met was very nice and went above and beyond for us
R. C.
Popped into the Hotel's bar for a quick appointment and coffee. Unfortunately staff were not attentive and we had to go to reception to ask them to call staff to the bar. People were waiting at the bar for around 10-15m to be served, and the bar staff were nicely sitting in the kitchen. Lobby is clean and bar and lounge are pleasant. Directly opposite Victoria station which is convenient. Would repeat out of necessity.
C. S.
Friendly staff good room. Only complaint would be the room being 26 degrees when we arrived which was way too hot for us and the little one (a cot was requested so fully aware) air con took hours to make any difference. Luckily we were heading out and left the room to cool down.
J. N.
Brand new hotel. Nice staff. Lobby & bar are great. All the confort of a 4 **** at fair price. Localisation is great, at the door of Victoria train & bus Station ; you go everywhere easily!
L. C.
Great hotel in a very convenient location. Staff are friendly. Room wasn’t ready at 2pm when I arrived but staff were happy to store my bag in the cloakroom. Very comfortable bed and room, and a bathroom with a hot powerful shower. Downstairs is a nice bar area. It’s worth checking their website for the best deals, and it is one of Hotwire’s Hot Rate hotels.
A. E.
Great accomodation, great Service, just Housekeeping can certainly be improved
t. e.
Warm welcome as soon as I went to check in. The lovely lady at the desk upgraded my room for free she also gave me a cookie which I thought was a nice touch. The hotel is in a great location, Victoria station is literally facing the hotel. All in all staff are very freindly and hotel is in a great location however even though the rooms are very clean they are a little dated.
R. M.
Great hotel, easy access to Victoria train station and tube station. Staff were great, always helpful and friendly. There are some improvements underway with the lifts which will help as having one down really causes delays. We stayed in a new tenth floor won't which was a big quirky with four stairs down to the sleeping/desk area, but it had a nice view of the city. Will stay here again.
T. M.
Excellent hotel near to London Victoria Station. But surprisingly quiet for its location. Very pleased with our stay at the hotel. Professional and sincere staff. Excellent service and hospitality shown by the staff at the breakfast …
G. K.
Hotel is mediocre and convenient for people needing to ride the underground since the Victoria station is just across the street. Breakfast was pretty good, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing is the rooms where not extremely clean and housekeeping missed our room two of the days. They also only made one of our beds. Both the floors and the bathroom did not appeared
cleaned while we where there. What was also weird was that they don’t clean the rooms until after 15:30 we where told?? Who knows...
R. D.
Superb location just around the corner from Victoria Station and so a short walk from lots of things, including Buckingham Palace! Hotel itself was good, staff very helpful, Covid precautions seemed OK in July 2020. I would certainly stay here again if I need to be in the area.
D. P.
Great Location it was easy to find on public transport. The hotel was lovely and welcoming. Attended a 5 day course and the conference rooms were well stocked and replenished frequently throughout the day. In the restuarant the buffet food was excellent and all staff were attentive in particular Rose-Marie stood out as being incredibly helpful.
H. S.
The Negative: The room was nice, But they smelled fishy. After we checked in, my wife noticed that the glass and the coffee maket still had water in them and thought that they were used by previous guests. The house keeping staffs needed to be retrained.
The Positive: The staff was friendly. Location is good, with good access to the Victoria Station and many restaurants inside the stations. The cookies are very good. We ended up buying two cans of the cookies.
R. S.
Really nice welcome from reception, lovely room, very nice food. Didn't have breakfast though as I'm on a diet. Will definitely be staying here again
H. M. M.
Super clean, rooms are elegant and comfortable. The staff members are super nice and helpful, and they are doing an amazing job to keep the service level despite all the restrictions of Covid-19.
K. D.
A very nice hotel and most staff were extremely pleasant and helpful, only reason they've dropped a star in my score is a very unhelpful bar man who needs a little more training in what his job responsibilities actually are - saying something is 'not your problem' when it is in fact the very crux of your job is pretty ridiculous, as it not having the common sense to simply write orders down for the room tab if your till has stopped working. But room was lovely, reception and manager were great and we loved getting a cookie on checking in!
M. Ś.
Would totally recommend.
Customer service really good, rooms are pristine, good location. Really good place to stay.
A. K.
The stay at the Doubletree by Hilton was very pleasant. Friendly reception and we came early in the morning (10:00) and were lucky that there was already a room available. The room was nice and clean with a beautiful view of Victoria train station. The beds were comfortable but a bit noisy. The only thing that I missed in the room were the bath slippers you wear when you get out of the shower. Also a bath robe would be nice. When we arrived we wanted to pay in cash, but that is not possible you can only pay by card so that is also something you should know when choosing this hotel.
V. M.
Perfectly located for easy access to most Central London activities and attractions. Conveniently situated across from London Victoria Station as well. The hotel itself is slightly dated and the rooms are a tad on the small side. The level of service and the friendliness of the (reception, restaurant and bar) staff must be commended though. Their efforts help give it a "warmth" not common in "big city" hotels.
As with most Central London hotels, rates can be on the pricey side, but a bargain can be had if you are flexible and shop around a bit.
f. a.
Frankly a good surprise. From the outside, the hotel is mundane. It's located right behind Victoria station so don't expect a nice view.
Inside, it's a different story: People are nice, they do care about you. The breakfast buffet is extensive and good
Lasty, my room was comfortable, quiet and big enough.
I'll be back for sure next time in London.
G. C.
Love this hotel, have stayed here twice and will stay again! The staff will go above and beyond to make guests comfortable. The rooms on the river have a pretty view of the water and the bridge which lights up blue at night. Will return, thanks!!
d. a.
I just love this hotel.
I come to London regularly and if I am ever asked for a place to meet I try to go here. It is literally less than 3 monutes walk from Victoria station. It takes longer to walk through the station concourse to the exit, than it does from the exit to the hotel.
Rooms are decent and comfortable, while the lobby has plenty of places to sit, a good number of tables to eat at and they are generous with the plug points, making business meetings easy.
Food is standard hilton fare, which is decent rather than excellent, but as I only ever have the club sandwich, it doesn't really bother me. Stick to the simple stuff and you'll be alright.
Can't fault the staff either as nothing seems to be too much trouble. If you are ever coming into Victoria for a meeting then this has to be the destination of choice for value, convenience and service.
D. R.
Hits and misses. I checked in ahead of time. Room wasn't ready at the 3:00pm check in time. When we got to our room, the safety latch was broken. A hotel employee came in without knocking. She apologized, only to enter again not 5 minutes later. Staff was a mix of friendly and not. We asked the concierge to arrange a taxi for us at 8:00am. He made us feel like we were bothering him. The next morning we stopped down for our cab. It had been reassigned because the concierge couldn't remember our room number. Beds were good, and breakfast was great. Conveniently located directly across the street from the Victoria train and underground station.
K. H.
It’s a nice enough hotel. The staff are friendly. Nothing there is expansive - the dining area, the buffet area, or the rooms themselves. Then again, it’s London so everything is that much smaller.
The breakfast options are the Hilton standard. That is not to imply sub-standard though - there’s loads of variety to suit the most or least health conscious among us...
The location is great. You can be at Victoria station in <5 minutes by foot. You can be at Buckingham Palace in ~15 minutes by foot. There are plenty of options to eat out nearby or supermarkets to pick up forgotten supplies.
I would definitely stay again.
E.
Next to Victoria train station- the receptionist was so helpful on arrival and when needed to leave luggage for the day- room was good size with an iron and bed v comfortable- tv also good- bathroom and shower excellent and all soaps …
R. T.
Excellent location for Hamilton staff very friendly and extremely helpful
P. N. C.
Choose this hotel because of it's location... immediately across the street from Victoria Station, easy 5min walk to get inside the terminal. Asked for, and got, a high floor so i can overlook the station & trains....highly recommend it. Bedding was good, got a decent nights sleep. Not too many USA TV stations... but otherwise had like 100 channels on the TV to choose from. Room was functional, comfortable...perfect for 1 night stay while in transit.
J.
Modern and with a great location (right next to London's Victoria Station), Hilton is a great choice if you're traveling for business. The whole experience is really good but I did find some let downs: one of the lifts was under maintenance and the one functioning was just way to slow.
The bedroom was really comfortable and well equipped: mini fridge, an iron and ironing board, a smartphone that you can carry with you for your trip, robes and slippers. Five out of five in amenities.
I stayed twice this year and for my second time I was surprised that by paying the same price I was offered a smaller room than in the first time and also felt the staff seemed a bit more unexperienced.
A. H.
Great location, conveniently accessible by the exit at Victoria station at Platform 1. There is a lot of work taking place at the station which makes wider commuter travel by foot challenging during peak periods. Good quality of decor and furnishing. Rooms very quiet, excellent customer service as expected at Doubletree hotels. Booked room only so no comments on food. Nice gym on site too a good bonus.
A. G.
Our room was big but the cleanliness was not great. It was dusty and a little dated. There were ongoing renovation hence it was noisy to stay or sleep in late in the room. The service from the staff were excellent though. The breakfast spread was ok and probably could be improved with a little different selection everyday instead of just scramble eggs among the other choices.
C. C.
Very close and convenient to Victoria station. Rooms are on the the smaller end but have everything we needed to be comfortable. Front desk was so accommodating with our early arrival and provided us with two warm chocolate chip cookies as well. Room was a little on the noisy side during the day as it overlooks construction. I would stay here again.
D. A.
The hotel room was quite with new furniture
As usual they offer silver member warm Cookie, welcoming you in check in process with 2 bottles of water in your room.
Nice promotion for extra 500 points if you decline cleaning your room .. try it and no points received but still brilliant new idea of reaching such target or cut cost .. and better than usual boring brochures
Didn't notice slanted slope in the entrance for pushing baggage trolleys and really forget to ask
Location is perfect for underground users just behind Victoria station
Should I stay in it again?
If i want nearby niebourhoud, Yes for sure but maybe bigger room
K. P.
The hotel is very nice inside. I had a single bed room that was mid sized but had everything I needed. A loaner phone with maps for touring was available in the room which I thought was a nice touch.
The staff were friendly and able to accommodate my arrival near midnight. I was even able to grab a pint and a snack before bed.
The location really sets the place apart.
It is a two minute walk from the combined subway/ rail station. This was great for getting in from the airport and then getting around the city.
It was also walking distance to the most iconic things to see in London. The palaces, Big Ben etc.
The neighbourhood is busy with a safe but downtown feel. Coffee shops, stores malls everything at your fingertips.
It is outside my price range for an extended stay, but if you only have a day in London, and want to see some of what makes London special. This is the place to stay.
T. &. E. B.
Regular use of meeting rooms. Staff are spectacularly helpful. Booking staff go out of their way to help too. Some chairs are stained and should be taken out of use, but everything else is great. Very comfortable.
T. M.
We were upgraded into an executive room and it was lovely. Taxi, bus and train service is convenient to this facility as is just walking. I had a great sleep and started the next morning with an excellent breakfast. Having started at 7is, we were politely but firmly ushered out by 11pm.
C. G.
We stayed 5 days and 4 nights at Double tree Hilton Victoria London,The Location is very near to almost all the sight seeing in London, One of the Breakfast Staff Ms. Rosemarie is very accommodating, She always greet is with a smile and visits our table and ask if everything is okay and if we need anything. The room is clean. We will recommend the this hotel to our friends and if given a chance to go back to London, we will surely book this hotel again. 👍👍👍
T. D.
It's a hotel, it's in London so by default it is somewhat expensive. We had the breakfast buffet with our room and it is a very good breakfast. Right across the street from Victoria Station with rail, bus and tube connections to all parts of London and beyond. Rooms are smallish but adaquite, fairly comfortable. Dining somewhat limited around the hotel but sandwiches and better is available in Victoria Station.
J. H.
Pretty good hotel overall. Beds are very firm, so you might want to look somewhere else if you like softer mattresses. 'Basic' WiFi is free throughout hotel (including rooms) and worked well enough for me. Right next to Victoria train station tracks, but they have triple-paned windows on that side, so noise is not a problem at all. A/C and heat worked well.
S. 7.
I stayed in Victoria last month and was my best experience ever.Very good location if you traveling for work, all buses and trains near by.
Delicious breakfast with amazing staff.I found one russian speaker girl Anastasia at reception she was very polite and helpful!
The room was small but nice and clean.I highly recommend this hotel.
T. M.
The rooms are clean and bathrooms en suite. The hotel staffs offered to hold our luggage so that we can tour the city and get lunch. Ideally located within walking distance of several attractions, everyone had something to do. UBER rates …
g. p.
All covid restrictions in place, easy check in, hotel clean & tidy, room spacious, clean & tidy. No complaints excellent value.
E. B.
I've stayed at this hotel multiple times while in London. The hotel is updated and what you expect out of Hilton. The hotel continues to go through upgrades but it does not cause disruption. Small gym and limited food but decent in quality. The hotel is right next to Victoria station and other restaurants behind the hotel. Will definitely be back for work so will stay here again.

Had a managers meeting here, I was met at reception and showed to the meeting room which was a good size and comfy. Tea, coffee and pastries on arrival, Buffet lunch and more refreshments and cakes in the afternoon all obviously at a cost. Great place to hold meetings as is just outside Victoria train station.
L. S.
I had a great stay here. The proximity to Victoria means this hotel is at the doorstep of all of London. Great hotel, rooms clean and in good shape. It’s not the Ritz but it is a nice place to rest your head! Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
T. M.
I've used this hotel multiple times in the past and always had good experiences. The room was slightly larger than the standard London fare in this price range according to my son who paid us a visit. Buffet breakfast was very good and offered a wide selection of hot and cold items.
M. B.
High quality hotel!!
They have a Pre-Authorization policy and in my opinion, it takes a little too long for the funds to be released (in my case 15 days).
The employees are fast, well prepared and very kind.
P. M.
This hotel is nice to visit. Room was nice with good amenities. Staff are very friendly. Breakfast buffet has good selection and food is always tasty. Nice bathrooms. Very close to the tube and lots of restaurants. Tea and coffee avail be in the room. I get water and cookies randomly as well. Would reccomend to anyone visiting the area.
J. M.
Lovely hotel. Can be a little expensive.
S. M.
Wonderful hotel. Great checkin with a lovely hot doubletree cookie too.
Room was clean and spacious however we asked for a twin room and we had to move the beds apart, but not a huge issue.
Air conditioning is good and the shower hot and powerful.
Overall a great hotel. Would return.
S. D.
Housekeeping is very poor. Was there for 7 days and had to call them to get my room done & they skipped doing it the next day. Had to call in at night 10om to get the room cleaned. Even the people at the reception forgot some simple requirements of mine after writing it on a paper.... Ugghhh...
N. K.
Excellent place to stay! The rooms are slightly small but they were clean and well presented, the seating area downstairs is nice too however it doubles as a restaurant you literally cannot take anything edible in with you or they ask you to put it away - a bit inconvenient.
A. Y.
Location is convenient as it's across the road from Victoria Station. The restaurant is a bit small but serves decent meals. The warm freshly baked cookies available free to hotel guests are delightful. Room size not big .... but then, this is London!
T. M.
The hotel is conveniently located beside the Victoria station for easy access around the city. The breakfast was good except for the boiled eggs that was icecold. We had to wait for a table ( no big deal to us ) and the staff were working hard to seat the diners.
A. S.
You wouldn't think this to be such a nice hotel from its rather bland, flat exterior, but DoubleTree have done up the inside very nicely. Our room was small, but you expect that in London, otherwise it was clear, well maintained, and functional, the minibar comes unstocked, the bathroom has a rain shower, and that's all in the standard room; I'm sure their more deluxe rooms are nicer.
K. J.
Good modern hotel, just 100 metres from Victoria station. Breakfast area is just too small for the number of hotel rooms - so go down early, or be prepared to wait. If your breakfast isn't included in your room rate, then go round the corner to the Willow pub for a much better value breakfast.
E. V.
Great place, clean, safe, nice staff, nice room, great location.
S. G. A.
We were given a room on the 10th floor, amazing views from there! Breakfast was great, the staff member there were always asking if they could help. RS food wqs really nice and wqs delivered really quick. Rooms renovated, walking shower, amenities in room(bathrobes, slippers...) staff in the reception great. Thank you Doubletree Victoria, hope to see you soon!
C. G.
Great hotel greeted with friendly staff. The room was very clean with no issues. The location was perfect as it was right next to the train station and a great place to start walking to journey out in the city.
S. F.
Very nice hotel along with staff. The elevator takes forever to navigate between floors but other than that everything was great! I would definitely stay here again when I return to Westminster.
S. S. I.
They only give you 10mb of data during your stay, like seriously 10mb. Other than that, the hotel itself is nice, the night reception guy could've been nicer. The room I had was clean, relaxing and comfy. The window looking out was very very dirty. The room I had overlooked the Victoria station.
k. m.
Good location right next to the coach station and train stations. Rooms are nice and clean, bed is firm but comfortable. Staff was very kind though a minor negative is the room was not done by the time check in was allowed.
R. C.
I've been here a few times only to use their conference center, it's always been clean and well run. However I find that the catering for refreshments is always the same biscuits and fruit. I would love it if they could provide a dairy free alternative milk, or some less sugary items as this always makes my attention wane (I actually just avoid the refreshments), and savoury items would be better for maintaining a more even blood sugar level.
P. W.
Not bad little hotel excellent customer service, not far from Victoria Train Station.
Ideal if you want somewhere to stay that is close to the theatres, buses run frequently but if you are not from London please remember when getting on the buses that both parties have there bank cards on them
T. C. K.
A decent place to flop for 5 nights after flying in from Vancouver Canada. Within walking distance to all the sights to see in London. Hotel is clean and pretty quiet. Breakfast included , can't complain. Rooms are small once a cott is added so we 3 can sleep but overall a decent place. Staff are polite:)
L. M.
The meeting room was fine. We were supposed to be provided with two whiteboards, we only got one. The whiteboard pens were all dry. AV equipment all worked fine. HDMI connection. The refreshments were just little biscuits, not the "Chefs special" that we were told we would have. Overall, satisfactory. Neither good nor bad.
R. T.
Great location. Across from Victoria Station shui can get you on the tube or train. The station also has plenty of stores. Cute neighborhoods to walk around. Short walk to Westminster. You can get a Hop On Hop Off bus super close. Room were small but nice and quiet. Breakfast buffet was yummy. Bar was quiet but big enough.
R. “. G.
A lovely and affordable hotel with comfortable beds, very helpful staff and modern, clean rooms. It's also within walking distance of both the Apollo Victoria and Victoria Palace theatres as well as one of the stations, so if you're in London to see either Wicked or Hamilton, I highly recommend this hotel!
H. K.
The staying in the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel was very pleasant and enjoyable for us. We liked the location very much. The service people everywhere were very nice especially one of the guys called Ahmad Riazi was so nice and polite. We liked the breakfast very much. The main problem we faced was
T. M.
We stayed here during our friends wedding last month and it was beautiful. Lift seems a bit rickety but aside from that the hotel is reasonably finished and in a good location. Hotel right beside train station. Very close to the underground and taxi rank and a stones through from Victoria station.
M. B.
Really well kept hotel, friendly and very helpful staff. Great location. Spacious room and very comfy bed.
j. a.
Great hotel. Good central location to all the major sites. Easy commute from Heathrow on Piccadilly then Victoria line to Victoria station then 5 minute walk. We got there early so rooms weren't ready but they held our bags while we explored.
C. Y. G.
A nice hotel for a short stay. Close to Victoria station which allow for travel to other parts of greater London easily. Quite at night but there are good restaurants near the area. Be careful not to choose the TOP floor of the hotel as u have to travel up 2 elevators to get to ur room. Rent a bicycle to cycle from the hotel to Big Ben. You will wonder your way through Buckingham palace along the way. Also, the wicked theatre is just around the corner. A must watch!
J. H.
Hotel is very close to Victoria station, but make sure you go out the correct exit from the station! Room was comfortable and clean, staff were friendly, polite and quick to help. My club sandwich was disappointing though.
j.
Nice room. Good location. Only problem was the TV not working but that might have just been me and it wasn't that bad. A bar nearby called something like ST. George isn't bad for drinks either. Solid 4/5 experience
P. M.
Vist this place for a conference only, so don't know how are the rooms. Great location near Victoria Station, really easy to find. If you are looking a venue for a lecture or conference it is perfect.Lunch and drinks are on a top level, obviously this is why we attend to conferences;)
J. S.
The hotel is just located at the back of Victoria station. Room is clean. Big bed but the bed is a bit too hard for my taste. overall it was a good experience
T. M.
Free breaks offered but not important on business trip. Upon insistence we were given a cramped double bedroom where we had no choice but to put up with till our room was ready at the assumed time of 12pm. Friendly staff were on hand to …
C. K.
Solid hotel right next to Victoria station. Breakfast room is very small, and if not part of your room rates, very expensive. Found the beds extremely firm, so beware if you are used to soft beds.
S. M.
I was visiting to meet a friend who was checking out on that day & go with him to the airport. The room was clean, decently equipped & had good storage. The hotel staff seemed efficient & polite from what I saw of them.
S. W. S.
Always a pleasure to stay at this property... staff members are so friendly and accommodating... clementina and the another lady at reception (on 20th October at 7:30pm) are the best... very welcoming team members... would definitely be my first choice for future :)
T. M.
My room had gowns and slippers which is a bonus in a London hotel. It's walking distance to Apollo Victoria theatre where my wife and I watched the Wicked show. Staff were helpful and friendly. Hotel had a flood occur during the stay but very well ***aged by ***agement and staff.
M. W.
Got a junior suite upgrade as diamond member. The room is nice but very small. Just enough space for bed, desk and two chairs. Location is very good and prices are reasonable.
S. A.
Very good location across the street from Victoria Station. Rooms are standard European room sizes. Do not expect US size rooms. Breakfast is good. Staff is helpful and very attentive.
C.
Excellent hotel very nice welcome beautyfull rooms. On arrival you are given fresh made cookies. The staff are very friendly. The rooms are modern. The bathroom is nice with its glass doors. Very immaculate rooms has safe ECT ect
A. S.
Just stopped by to use the lounge. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. Perfect for an informal meeting. Starbucks coffee is offered at the bar so slightly expensive but large sized drinks.
A. C.
Centrally located and easy access to Victoria station. Not the usual Doubletree size like the rest of the world, that being said this is London, real estate comes at a premium. We had a family suite room, but the sofa bed is not comfortable if you plan to stay more than two days. Did mobile check in prior to arrival, but still have to queue to take key cards upon arrival. The ability to select your room choice from Hilton app is interesting and refreshing.
v. T.
Was here for a team meeting/ training, just a few minute outside Victoria station. Very convenient, clean and friendly staffs. They do have a lovely bar downstairs, great vibe.
D. S.
Check in right away - regardless what time. Quiet hallways, comfortable beds, friendly staff, and great bathrooms. Highly recommend this place. Will definitely come back during my next stay.
A. B.
Nice room and breakfast - recommend joining Hilton Rewards Programme for upgrades. Slightly disturbed sleep due to aircon noise (despite system being switched off) but nothing too bad. Currently being renovated - so lifts are very slow!
J. C.
Great location, clean hotel and room. Not happy with Housekeeping staff on the morning, knocked room our at 09:45 to clean room, then again at 10:15, then waited outside the room for us to leave.
B. R.
Location, location, location! This double tree is in one of the most convenient locations I’ve stayed in London! The staff is exceptional, the rooms were very comfortable and the bathrooms were very nice and clean. Breakfast in the morning is a good layout!
P. L. (.
Rooms are clean and attractive for the UK which has probably the worst hotels ever. Staff was friendly and breakfast was very decent. Bathroom clean and had everything that is needed and bed was comfortable.
D. L.
Used this place for a day long meeting. It's adequate, but feels a bit 70's in places. Buffet lunch was decent enough and all the staff were professional.
R. D.
Modern hotel. Very small bathroom, which had a lot of hair from the previous guest in it. Controlling water temperature was near enough impossible, sink plumbed in backwards, the cold tap was hot and the hot tap cold. My room overlooked Victoria Train Station and I could hear every train that came in and out of the station.
T. D.
Comfortable well appointed rooms. Good bathrooms. Friendly staff. Nice little touches like cookie on check in make stay enjoyable.
M. H.
Very pleasant stay. Masks must be worn in all public spaces aside from the bar and the dining area.
N. S.
Good hotel if you have business in the area, mostly because it is literally right across the street from Victoria station. The hotel itself is nice and the lobby is inviting. Clean rooms and good service.
H. A.
Hardware sto hi Let's squad up for the next round! F right now
F. K. (. M.
Lovely place. Very close to all the amenities of Central London. Staff are brilliant (mostly). Restaurant is good, and there are plenty of other places to eat in close proximity. Highly recommended 👍🏿 👍🏿 👍🏿
T. M.
I would recommend for those needing a central location with all the amenities you need. Staff were always friendly and attentive. The location is next to Victoria station so that was a plus for us. I would definitely come back and stay here again and definitely recommend for future guests.
M. H.
Overall good experience, centralized location, close to Victoria Station, just be sure to find the closest opening into the station. Only slight complaint was the bathroom and beds. Quite uncomfortable shower for someone taller. Tub is a foot higher than the floor, adjustable shower head always low and a pain to get higher and water temps are a guess. Beds could have been more comfortable.
T. O.
Visited this Hilton as we needed somewhere to eat whilst we were waiting for a passport, as it's right next door, and the service and food were impeccable. The standard from the moment we entered was a perfect reflection upon the quality and integrity of the name Hilton. I cannot speak for the rooms but if you need somewhere to eat, or stop for a cream tea then I would certainly suggest a visit.
D. M.
Right next to the Victoria Station. Really convenient for a night out to See Wicked or Hamilton there are a bunch of pubs and cafes nearby. The rooms are a bit small, large compared to some London hotels and the view is something to be desired, but overall a great hotel
W. Y.
When traveling in a big city, the location is the most important. Plus good service. I love this hotel and delicious breakfast,
T. M.
Not particularly a fan of Doubletree but was pleased with the hotel. Hotel rooms in Asia are larger than the rooms at this property. After few hours waiting for the room to come available, the hotel staffs offered an room upgrade that readily available so that we have room to rest.
R. H.
Good location next to Victoria station. Nice hotel although double room could be bigger as bed is literally against the window! Other than that very nice and what you would expect from Hilton.
C. L.
Had afternoon tea there. Service mostly non- existent, except from the last waiter we were dealing with. They only had big coffee cups so it wasn't a true afternoon tea experience. We got a coupon so i guess the price justifies it.
S. B.
The hotel was under renovation so the floors were a little messy but the room was decent. Breakfast was copious albeit slightly expensive
O. D. R.
I went for dinner, so decide to take a table in the restaurant after being greeted by the staff.
Food was really good, had a Cajun Chicken beast with chips and onion rings. Dish was well done and filling.
It's a bit pricey, but nothing that you wouldn't expect from a Doubletree, staff were great and attentive.
J. H.
Amazing conference facilities and provided tea coffee fruit pastries, lunch provided by kitchen was wonderful. Good service. Clean, well decorated.
A. R.
Comfortable and pleasant 3 night stay
C. D.
DoubleTree hotels always deliver a consistence travel experience and this location was no different. Conveniently located across from Victoria Station (and an easy walk to Buckingham Palace), this hotel was a great place to make my base for exploring London. Full toiletries provided, nice tea service, comfortable room and bed.
H. M.
Very good location directly opposite Victoria Station, and gives guests / delegates a great feeling. That's important for a corporate event.
Organisation of the rooms was goodgood, food and drink excellent, events staff on hand for the little hiccups.
Will use again.
V. G.
Good staff, variety for breakfast and rooms are well equipped. Takes a while to go through check in processes but not a big problem.
M.
Was ok. Rate was extortionate, but that seemed to be a general availability issue. Got one of the new rooms on the 10th floor, which was unusually structured and left a bit of a feeling of "attic". Breakfast was poor. Staff very friendly.
M. M.
Great rooms, great location. Got to love that warm choc-chip cookie on arrival as well, used to stay at the Grosvenor on the other side of Victoria station, but this will be my new regular I think.
m. S.
The place is extremely nice, tidy and quiet and very welcoming.
C. M.
Plenty of staff to assist on every request. Rooms are comfortable clean and new. Breakfast is not bad but could have more options.
S. H.
Good service
Standard size rooms
Customer service outstanding 👍
L. B.
Always a pleasant stay at doubletrees. The facilities are always great and the staff helpful. Location is great right next to london victoria so it gives you great access to the underground and then London as a whole. The gym is a little small but more than enough for you to have a workout, parks nearby too.
A. J.
Fantastic venue space. My church hired out the space for our new years service and it was incredible. The ambience of the hotel is amazing, it's very clean, excellent and classy.
S.
nice place for afternoon meeting and within stones throw of victoria station which is also very central london. in general holton hotels are pretty good ( service, standard and prices)
S. L.
We visited for Afternoon Tea which was nice but it didn't have the same authentic feel that other Afternoon Teas in London have, most likely from the fact that items are served from a shelf rather than a carousel but a nice spread nonetheless.
F. A.
Nice, comfortable and clean. Perfect base if you want to see Wicked, which is round the corner!! Good base to explore the sights and easy to reach from Victoria station.
G. N.
Except the Bed / pillows and staff nothing is up to Hilton standards. Smaller rooms and much smaller bathroom/toilet. Limited seat restaurant making you wait for the breakfast.
S. K.
Lovely hotel. Great location as right next to Victoria Station. Breakfast was good! The staff on reception were lovely and very helpful.
a. j.
My daughter and her friend visited for afternoon tea.
They have learning disabilities and needed help to
Find where to go and how to order.
They have come home with glowing reports of their afternoon
Were treated politely and kindly........
Assisted to understand the menu........
And given a menu to keep as a momento of their treat.
It also seems they did have a lot to eat!!!
Thank you to the staff, it is nice when people with disabilities
Are helped to enjoy life as independently as other people
Thank you
Staceys mum
K. R.
Hotel was lovely in Victoria with lovely rooms, however the breakfast was salty and not good at all. The scrambled egg did not taste like egg and could have been pushed through a sieve. The breakfast was very disappointing.
H. L.
Located next to Victoria station. Hotel itself was okay (I've seen much better from Doubletree before, this is OK.)
A bit awkward location due to road construction. If you use Tube as a main transportation then this is good place but we used UBER instead.
Three stars.
R. Y.
Excellent location close to Victoria station. Horrible narrow beds. What's wrong with all UK hotels for offering those narrow beds? Every decent hotel should have at least a queen size bed.
C. M.
Room was neat and tidy was allowed to leave luggage on day of arrival and departure so we could go discover London without carting luggage around also got warm cookies on arrival and departure tasty cookies too. Was close to everything in London very handy hote as a base.
C. H.
Very tired Doubletree decor not update for what seems some time. Bar staff very helpful and efficient however breakfast not good quality on either staff or food basis. Conference rooms of good size.
D. B.
Really nice hotel located close to the tube station. Rooms are to a good standard, breakfast was decent and loved the free cookie when checking in.
B. J.
Cold showers, maintenance of the room can be better since the window was broken. Staff is really friendly and location is amazing. Still not really good value for money all in all.
S. J.
Very professional service. Room clean although not particularly large. Very friendly in bar and resistant area and all too happy to provide assistance however they could.
W. N.
Great find. Less than 300 meters from the train platform at Victoria station this is a great location that puts London at your fingertips. If you're planning on spending time in the east end - probably not your first choice - but they main tourist attractions (Ben, Westminster, the Eye, etc.) are a short hop away.
D. l.
Location is great for Buckingham palace , Westminster Abey is in walking distance . Victoria station is directly in front of the hotel restaurant is just a block over kind in mind construction is going out side by so you will hear it in the morning ...
S. “.
Very tired looking, hit and miss with service.
Limited pillows only two available in the room asked for extras they eventually arrived hard as rocks and the pillowcases didn’t fit.
J. L.
Location is amazing, close to a bunch of things especially Buckingham. Rooms were decent... My outlets kept blowing a fuse, but was repaired quickly.
S. T.
No complimentary bottle of water in room
J. L.
Welcoming staff, agreeable rooms, location is pretty good - you can walk to Westminster Abbey and Buckingham palace. Hotel is quiet, everything works. I recommend it.
H. P.
To be honest, only if the bar/cafe for a meeting & I'm not a fan. The service is very slow and very impersonal. You literally have to wave staff staff down to get served as even get the bill. Customer service lacking for a Hilton.
J. C.
Great hotel and perfect location
A. S.
Good location (albeit sewers a bit smelly out front!), Free cookies as always at Doubletree, nice room (could do with sky TV) and decent enough breakfast. Would stay again.
M. E.
Very good two course meal, prwwn cocktail starter and chicken main course, accompanied by some good wine. Good service and helpful staff.
T. M.
The theater performing WICKED is just down the street and the hop on-hop off bus tours are a block away. Booked here as it is a stones throw from the company we were meeting at. There are plenty of eating areas nearby including pubs, restaurants, and fast food joints.
L. B.
Warm welcome and great conference facilities. The Wi-Fi was strong and easily accessible.....love it!
Good food as well in breakout areas.
S. K.
Exactly what you would expect from a Hilton. Good service and good standard of rooms. Restaurant and bar all above average. Area in London is not that great although perfectly located close to Victoria train station.
J. F.
The rooms were great, but the location is a bit sketchy at night. Also the bar staff was rude to me one night.
A.
Great hotel. Very nice rooms. Conveniently located. Menu has a lot of variety, Venison steak is especially nice.
R. A.
Nice hotel, rooms are comfy, staff were lovely and super helpful. Near the station which makes the airport and tour transfers very convenient.
M. N.
Having booked on line to be near Victoria railway station, how delightful to be given an upgrade to a Queen room on the sixth floor with views over the skyline and The Grosvenor Hotel beyond the railway station . First rate quality
A. G. D.
Very nice room and good breakfast, but there are some issues with the keys not working - hopefully that will be resolved soon.
i. p.
Nice hotel in city central, close to victoria station. Facility and staff were nice and helpfull. Room was quite wide and comfy
K. L.
Reasonable sized room. Provided you with a spare toothbrush and toothpaste and a cookie on arrival. Bed was hard and quite a noisy room.
R. K.
Very nice place for excellent tasting south Indian non vegetarian dishes at reasonable price in West Hounslow, London near Heathrow airport. Really had a great time here with friend.
J. W.
Great location. Friendly staff. Directly across from Victoria train station and Victoria Coach station. If you want to use either to get around then this is your hotel.
S. K.
The cookie i for arter checking om was delicious. The service was amazing. The rooms where not til bad either. The location was perfect and right beside the trakk station.
J. B.
Wonderful staff. The door to our room was hard to close. Actually, it was open upon our arrival. I definitely will stay there again.
M. H.
Put in an executive suite which is never a bad thing. It would be 5 stars if all the lifts were working but having to climb stairs with a suitcase to the 10th floor is never nice
Y. T.
The room was comfortable and the bed was very nice to sleep in. Only quibble, some surfaces were dusty.
M. P.
A bit dated but perfectly pleasant.
S. T.
Very upscale hotel right across the street from Victoria Station and the Apollo Theatre. You can even get a half a pint of beer there if you'd like, but I prefer the whole pint.
L. F. F. I. F.
Starting to look a bit dated in places. Air con wasn't working so had to leave the windows open and was subsequently woken at 4am by Victoria train station evacuation tests. The staff are always extremely tried my though and very talkative.
K. W.
The rooms are nice but the bed is a bit hard. The location next to Victoria is convenient. Nice staff and facilities.
C. H.
Had meetings in the bar of this hotel. Great service. Comfy seats it's a shame it's Starbucks coffee and not an artisnal London coffee but hey ho. Had bottle of water instead
K. R.
Had the premium afternoon tea. Staff were very friendly, the food was good but I would have preferred slightly more traditional choices rather than the tweaked ones on offer.
s.
Calm, clean and great location
E. M.
Ideal place for quick meetings, small bar settings that serve coffee, juices and something harder. Staff polite and helpful minutes away from busy Victoria Station.
N. K.
Comfortable and clean. Very nice staff. Odd room designs, but nothing that made our stay less enjoyable.
P. B. (.
Formulaic double tree went here for a meeting meeting rooms are Pleasant and comfortable overall finish and hotel it was pleasing however as it says at the beginning fairly formulaic as most DoubleTrees are
F. M. U. (.
The staff a very warm and welcoming.
R. s.
Nice hotel , in front of Victoria station and Victoria mall .
They have best cookies in the world .
Tasty and delicious meals .
But the room very small .
N. W.
A pleasant hotel great access to Victoria station. Good breakfast. Friendly accommodating staff. Large rooms.
B. P.
Great stay, lovely clean room, had a goodnights sleep, friendly reception staff, and a hearty breakfast will return.
G. M.
Very clean, friendly stuff. I would highly recommend this place!
R. S. M.
The location is good, which is near the train station, shopping and restaurants. The room is convenient , beds were good, and breakfast was great.
A. C.
Professional friendly staff.
Road infront can get really congested and road leads round to heavy traffic.
Bus parking bays infront of hotel and couple of loading bays further along.
F. F.
Small rooms but very clean. The hotel is literally in front of one of the main exits of Victoria Station.
o. s.
Good location, helpful staff and the room was nice but the bed was very hard, this caused me to wake many times in the night, every night, for three nights.
D. S.
The facilities were ok, there was a small problem with my room in that the sink was blocked but otherwise the whole experience was pretty decent
A. R.
An excellent hotel, well located near Victoria Station. The breakfast is buffet and you can choose between different food.
d. k.
Had afternoon tea here. It was very good, service was quick and staff happy and very attentive. The food and and tea/coffee was also very good quality. I would use the restaurant here again
F. B.
Nice place, nothing overly special, a standard business oriented hotel at a great location. Large event rooms which is positively surprising for the location
Z. D.
The staff are so friendly and helpful it's my first time staying at Hilton Hotels and I will certainly return
L. S.
Great location next to Victoria Station. Good breakfast and rooms have all the amenities
J. G.
Excellent location, not noisy considering its right next to the train station. nice frindly staff. Dont expect a good view.
D. M.
Nice friendly staff - clean and comfortable hotel - I will definitely return! And yes the cookies are amazing!
N. M. M.
Excellent hotel, rooms very clean and spacious, breakfast top class and staff very helpful
В. Ц.
A wonderful place for a long stay or a weekend getaway like most Hilton hotels. The breakfasts is quite poor though.
B. P.
Nice hotel situated next to the Victoria station. Centrally placed and easy connectivity through the underground and the national rail.
J. G.
Visited again this weekend had a wonderful time staff allways happy to see you belinda in restaurant is wonderful food delishous relaxed atmosphere room large comfortable bed very happy will go again

Conveniently located across the street from Victoria Station. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. We met many people from the United States visiting London.
P. E.
Staff are warm and friendly, rooms are clean and comfortable and it's close enough to everything you need!

Lovely rooms, great location and good breakfast. Staff friendly, attentive and professional
T. M.
Very good, the staffs are nice , the location is great. It makes your trip feel at home. Highly recommend and will come back for sure !
K. C.
Very accommdating hotel, where everyting works as it should!
S. L.
Just popped into the bar for a couple of drinks and tea as my wife and I were early for an appointment. Staff were very freindky and helpful and the options were great, serving Starbuck's coffee.
Y. E. S.
I was there for a conference. The welcome was good & we felt like we were expected. There was water, real glasses and a comfortable waiting area.
J. L.
Clean rooms and welcoming staff, but the bar and restaurant close relitivly early for a hotel.
C. B.
Insanely convenient for London Victoria train station. Could do with a few minor repairs in the rooms but the service was excellent and breakfast was fantastic. Would visit again.
J. S.
Excellent city/business hotel. Food was too salty at dinner, so if you need low salt - let them know in advance.
N. G.
Excellent accommodation. Good breakfast. Location is great if you arrive by Gatwick Express. Courteous staff.
S. B.
Located is as if it is kissing Victoria Station. Excellent courteous and helpful staff. Nice clean modern rooms.
C. B.
Decent value for price. No charm and a little bit of fashioned, but the room is good size and clean.
C. G.
Nice hotel and fantastic location. No executive lounge and Windows not sound proof, so train station is too loud
M. G.
Really comfortable bed, nice and helpful people at reception, 50 m from Victoria Station
S. G. M.
Convenient for Victoria, DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel London offers a high level of accommodation and service. No complaints.
C. D. T.
Great hotel next to victoria station. Friendly reception staff. Presentable meeting rooms.
L. B.
Booked in for afternoon tea for 12 people, received confirmation but they still weren't expecting us. Had to wait half an hour for a table but we were accommodated eventually.
s. h.
Very comfortable room and bed! Stones throw from Victoria station. Highly recommended

It's ok. I been in another's Doubletree and are better. But it's really well located and you can have a good shower and comfortable bed with a reasonable price

Very handy for Victoria station and other transport links but expensive. There are cheaper hotels close by. Great location for Victoria shops though.

Here for business trip, breakfast buffet is great, the gym is a bit lackluster mostly cardio equipment and few weights.

Clean and modern interior design. The men's wash room was difficult to find and navigate to, only after asking someone did I eventually find it from the lobby.

Good hotel conveniently located to Victoria Station and other public transport. Easy stroll to Big Ben and Westminster Abbey.

Great bar, comfortable rooms. Transport links all over the place, or easy to walk up past the Palace to central London.

Have visited this hotel on numerous occasions for work events. I have never stayed overnight here however the service and staff are always extremely helpful wherever I have required their assistance.

Only went to the bar area. Clean, service fairly good and friendly. I think they could probably do with more than one bar man at a time, especially during busy times

So close to the theatre, staff put a card and cake in our room as it was my wife's birthday.. nice little touch 👍👍

For a Hilton hotel this one is at the bottom of my list. Expensive, small and old. The only thing going for it is the central location.
K. B.
Small rooms. Tried to make a cup of tea and tea kettle in the room has old coffee grounds, mold and a thick liquid substance in it

Hotel is very nice and rooms are spacious and comfortable. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Very attentive staff, luxury surroundings. Great for meetings or just a coffee. Pleasant bar staff.

Good location right by the Victoria station. The elevator to the 10th floor was out of service so I had to take a flight of stairs from the 9th floor.

Good Reasonably priced hotel in victoria, some staff could do with a smile but nevertheless it's good all round.

Most five starts hotels in England are rated three stars in Australia. Unfortunately most hotels in Europe are not good value for money.

Pleasant rooms, with very comfortable beds and a big walk in shower, plus they welcome you with a warm cookie

Very comfortable and in good location for Victoria. Only small drawback was aircon was a bit noisy.

The staff's quality here is inconsistent. Some are really nice and some are quite terrible. Rooms are decent.
