L. M.Had a great stay here. Staff were very friendly. Room is a little small but for the price and location I can’t really complain. The main positive is the comfy bed and pillows - two main things you need to be perfect when away.
T. D.I booked a single room and it was absolutely fine for what I needed. Location was great, 2 mins walk to Earl's Court and loads of restaurants around. The room was small but big enough for 1 person to walk around in, includes your own toilet sink and shower in the room. Room has TV, desk, kettle, free tea and coffee, hangers, ironing board and iron. I would definitely stay here again. The room seemed clean and tidy although the decor was a bit dated. My room was on -1 floor and there was a generator right outside my bedroom window which was a bit noisy throughout the night. I also caught a mosquito in my room which I don't know how it got in but that was a bit concerning. Based on these 2 things I've knocked a star off. However for the price, comfort and location I would be happy to stay here again.
P. C.The Receptionists were so kind, friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated in a great location , it only takes a minute to reach Earls Court Underground Station. Easy access to restaurants as well.
C. V.It's okay. Customer service was good, clean room, comfy bed. The noise from the train is loud, it cannot be muffled with the TV sound. The rooms are right next to the tracks. If you are a light sleeper this hotel might not be the best option for you.

This accommodation is more of a bedsit than a hotel. Would recommend it for short stays (work related trips) but not for family. Hospitality was good. Excellent customer service.

A. R. S.Overall it was okay. Definitely in need of refurbishment (one example, there was a tile falling off the bathroom wall). Room was quite small, it was okay for us because we only stayed for one night and thus had no luggage. WiFi did not work at all in our room as it was far away from reception. Train tracks right outside the window, but personally did not affect my sleeping. The bed was the highlight of the stay as it was so comfortable! Amazing location as well, very close to tube/bus stations and loads of restaurants and shops.
Would not recommend for long stays, or if you plan to stay in the room for a long time, or need WiFi.
Z. K.Haven’t stayed at this hotel yet, had booked to go this year before the pandemic. We sadly had to cancel our stay today and the hotel was really good about it. it’s situations like these that show which hotels and businesses shine and should be recognised for caring about their customers and deserve business when things are a bit more normal. Will definitely be booking when we can travel again!
K. A.Last minute choice, everything was good. Room was comfortable, on the smaller side but enough for one. Decent amount of toiletries, comfortable bed and the A/C worked very well. Right across the street from the underground and in a great location for food and late night entertainment.
B. P.The location of the Dreamtel is fantastic. Earls Court is a few minute walk away, plus a few shops for the odd necessities. Also walking distance for the Science museum and Natural History Museum.
The hotel itself was lovely. We received a warm welcome upon arrival. The superior double room was a little snug but it's perfectly understandable as it's the architecture behind the building itself. Very comfortable beds.
L. B.I had room 308 for three nights over easter 2019. My window was facing the street. But the street is very calm and quiet, so there were no problems with lots of street noises or anything like that. The room had air conditioning, which was great since it was like summer outside. I was traveling with my family and we had a great stay. Really close to Earl's Court underground station and good restaurants just round the corner. I warmly recommend it!
S. D.Do not expect glamour with this hotel, it has a lower price but I think it's worth it for the location, the breakfasts and the kindness! The room was OK, not the cleanest bathroom nor view but we were there just to rest so it was perfect for a short stay.
P. R.Convenient location next to Underground station. Attic rooms (501-) are not reached by lift, have to use stairs. Loud air condition with air pump, but you really get the room cool. Double bed only 140 cm width. Breakfast gives good start for day.
D. R.Stayed here a couple of times. It's close to earls Court tube. The rooms are very small but adequate for a single night stay. Hotel is relatively clean and staff are friendly. Never had any food here so can't comment on that.
S. C.This hotel surprised me as the location is minutes from the Earls Court tube station making it ideally placed for trips to the musuems, Royal Albert Hall and Earls Court Exhibition Centre. There are plenty of shops and a few restaurants nearby to cater for pretty much all tastes. The room we stayed in was ok, the view was a typical suburban London view. The bed was comfy but beware the night stand is close enough that if you move a pillow you could knock things off. The TV did not work but as we had free WIFI that was fine. The bathroom door was right next to the side of the bed and not very soundproofed so you could hear everything. The bathroom facilities were ok, the taps were a little stiff and the showers water pressure was one of the worst I have experienced. This could have been due to the fact that we were on the 5th floor but still it needs to be factored in. Some of the staff were first rate and very polite. The ironing board was broken and when it collapsed on the floor it made a lot of noise due to the old floorboards which amplified every little sound. For the price we paid of approx £69 per night, it was worth the stay but the shower issue would prevent me from choosing it again.
T. P.Decent hotel. Room was small but exactly what was required. Room has tea/coffee station and ironing board and iron. Clean bathroom. Aircon was welcome due to the hot weather. Breakfast was priced at £15 which was too much considering there are much cheaper options within 200 m of the hotel. Would stay again.

We booked a superior suite and ended up in a room were I had to slip through to get to my side of the bed. Had to remove the coffee and tea tray to place our luggage on side furniture, that's how tight we were on space. We couldn't control the A/C which was a bummer.
On a positive, clean towels were handed each day and place seemed clean in general. The reception desk is helpful. Location-wise is very good, we had access to the tube which was 1min walk away and in quite a central part of London (even if it's not in Victoria.
Recommended for people who travel light and prefer location to a big hotel room.

T. S.It's been just ok. There isn't wifi in the room. Only Ethernet. The trains run right outside my window. They are quite loud and you can actually feel them pass by. Starting at around 5am ending sometime after midnight. The breakfast is ok. The lift is SUPER slow. My room door can't open all the way because there is furniture in the way. The shower is very small. But it does have good water pressure. I'm glad I'm only here a few nights.

The staff was not particularly attentive, but when we came to ask them something, they always responded well, their receptionists were friendly and efficient. Our room was on the top floor, so we had to take an elevator (eternal) to the fourth floor and then go up the stairs. The room, clean and correct. It is still small. The bathroom, fulfills very well. It is spacious for what you might expect looking at the room. Honestly, for what London is, at this price I doubt I would have found better.

Trains pass from time to time, but they did not involve any burden. At least for me, who was on the 5th floor.

Sinceramente, no me esperaba más (ni menos) de este hotel. El personal no es que fuera especialmente atento, pero cuando acudíamos a preguntarle algo, siempre nos respondían bien, sus recepcionistas simpáticos y eficaces. Nuestra habitación estaba en la última planta, y por ello habia que tomar un ascensor (eterno) hasta la cuarta planta y luego subir por las escaleras. La habitación, limpia y correcta. Es pequeña aún así. El baño, cumple muy bien. Es amplio para lo que se podría esperar viendo la habitación. Sinceramente, para lo que es Londres, a este precio dudo hubiera encontrado algo mejor.
Internet, solo con Ethernet en las habitaciones o wifi en el vestíbulo.
Pasan de vez en cuando trenes, pero no supusieron ninguna carga. Al menos para mi, que estaba en la 5a planta.
