L. W.Basic hotel, affordable and good if you’re on a budget. However, rooms are small and the radiators were very hot & the temperature can’t be adjusted. The heat was very uncomfortable at night, even with the window wide open
C. N.Stayed there 2 times. Both were nice. We stayed there in Oct 2019 for 2 nights. Some of the floors were under renovation at that time. I stayed alone in Feb 2020 for a night. Renovations finished then. The room was with shared bathroom at outside. There was coffee and hot water kettle in the room and also a TV. The bathrooms were small but clean. Small shower room was also clean. There were plenty of stairs. But the lady at the desk did arrangements so that I didn't need to do a lot of stairs. Breakfast was normal. The place is really close to Victoria Station.

V. A.This place is affordable and convenient in a very nice part of London. it Is safe, clean and friendly. There is free WiFi.
It is basic with small rooms and shared toilet and shower facilities, nothing that was a surprise!
It could benefit from the use of a paint brush and some sort of air con in the rooms would be nice.
Breakfast was included in the price and was a nice continental style breakfast.
M. F.Enrico is a budget friendly bed and breakfast with an amazing location near Victoria station. I stayed there for one night and my experience was good.
I booked a single room and everything was clean and comfortable. On my floor there were two toilet facilities and one shower, which I used several times with no waiting issues at all. My room had a sink, some coffee and tea, a towel and a much appreciated hair dryer.
The morning breakfast was included in the room price. Some bread, apples and tangerines, cereal and little pastries. It is an ok breakfast to start the day and I appreciate that they offer something so you can start the day without worrying about where to have a coffee.

The room was decently sized for Central london, sure it could have been bigger but I came back late and was only here to sleep and relax in front of the TV.
Free tea and coffee in the rooms which was a delight, the WiFi was fast. Beds were good for a few nights stay.
Continental buffet for breakfast was pleasant, unlimited fruits, toast, yogurt & cereals.
Was able to leave my luggage at the hotel on the day of departure which was a plus. They also booked me a Taxi straight to Heathrow
R. M.This is clearly a lower end bed and breakfast, but with the outrageous prices in London and surrounding area I stayed here for 2 weeks while touring the English countryside. The staff were resourceful, the place is run down and I did have to share my washroom with strangers... despite that being the case I never did have to wait to use a toilet because there is 2 on each floor and shower room separate from the rest of the facility. The place is central and walking distance from Victoria station and tour companies.
Downside: uncomfortable beds, place could use some bleach and remodelling. It's also 4 levels of narrow steps (no elevator).
Upside: Cost affective, Continental breakfast and central location.
L. C.Highly recommended that give the DO NOT DISTURB sign to every single room, one day I woke up about 10 in the morning, the house keeping staff was trying to open the door, I said : I’m still in the room. then she knocked the door, but for what? which made me feel a bit rude and no privacy...
There was another day, she just took my towel that I need to ask for a new one on the reception.
I think the only problem that you need to solve is training that staff well.
Anyway, the rest is fine, this hotel is clean, other staffs are kind.
E. D.This hotel was entirely adequate. We're only jaded because we paid less for better hotels in Paris, Venice & Rome. The bed in the room was the smallest we'd seen in a double. There was no on-suite bathroom which wasn't mentioned on Priceline. There was no Air Conditioning (which we knew), but the window was at sidewalk level on a busy street with everyone looking in. They do have free WiFi and free Breakfast, which was good.

I had trouble finding room but when I did it was comfortable and spacious except for minute shower room.

G. S.First time staying there, and glad I did. Location was brilliant for the coach station and the centre. We managed to walk everywhere rather then fighting with the tubes and the crowds. G. S.I rarely comment on hotel stays, but i feel that the staff at this hotel particularly the reception attendant went above and beyond on my stay this past Thursday evening Aug 30/31. I came in on a flight that was delayed, which set me many hours behind to arrive at the hotel i had originally booked with. They had given my room away, and were trying to have me upgrade to stay in a room reserved for families at 4 times the price. After arguing w the attendant at the other hotel (which will remain nameless) I found myself on the streets of downtown London with an option of taking a 2 hour bus ride to Gatwick airport and sleeping at the terminal, or making the best of it with the homeless in the area. Fortunately I stumbled upon the Enrico, and they had vacancy. The attendant didnt try to up me into a bigger room, i only had 5 hours to sleep, he suggested a smaller more economical option. Im not going to lie, the room was spartan, but the bed comfortable and very quiet, exactly what i needed from a long days journey. It was how the attendant was so accomadating that made the difference for me. This area of London is bustling in the day but remarkably quiet in the wee hours of the morning. As i had missed dinner, and there was nothing open in the area, the attendant went to the kitchen and gave me some fruit and a muffin exactly what I needed to get me through to breakfast. He also provided an adaptor at no cost so I could charge my mobile, and an extra pillow as i had a sore back from all of the travel. A few hours later at breakfast, i was pleased that there was a mutligrain bread and granola option, cold cuts, aged cheddar, yogurt, small bite sized croissants, fruit, coffee, juice all of good quality and of course nutella for a nice way to send me off to the train for Gatwick. For a short stay under extenuating circumstances, I was very pleased and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in the Victoria area for a reasonable value. My only regret is that i didnt get the attendants name, but hats off you did a bang up job in accomadating me, and will definitely return the next time I am in London on business, much appreciated your kindness and understanding in a tough travel situation. L. R.This establishmemt appears to be two houses joined as a hotel. You get an old school skeleton key, which was kind of cool. Baggage storage was downstairs, on a table, in the breakfast room. Not at all secure. Stairs are narrow and a bit steep.
Despite all the old world charm this place exudes, we enjoyed our experience here, and could stay there again, np.
M. X.At first, the hotel reserved my room on 3rd fl but I asked her to change to lower floor since my luggage is large. Actuallythe room on 1st fl is reserved, they decided to changed room for me.
I also forgot my belonging after checking out, they kept them for me to collect them.
The hotel breakfast which included in my room price is better than other the same star hotels which i stayed in UK. Enrico provides ham, various fruits which no these in others.

Y.Ok I am writing this on the first night but so far I have not found much of an issue with this hotel it is within walking distance of great food places as well as a few bars that looked to be nice the main issues that I have found is the traffic noise but that is just london as is so not the hotels fault and the fan in my room shakes the whole light fitting but that is not a deal breaker because when I arrived in my room the bed was laid out nice and clean with towels rolled and shaped like love harts the room was clean but I did the finger test on a cupple of aireas and the dust was light you could tell it was fresh from the window being open on a hot day yet to try the food and shower bed is comfortable for most it's just not quite mine tho lol go along get booked you won't find this place anywhere else in central London not for the price and quality staff are helpful and happy one thing you don't get is a kettle in your room but it is ok wifi is quick even on the second floor I just wish I could have had a contact ready printed to get them onto my trusted by tj advising on YouTube and my website damn lol maybe next time I did try the breakfast it was nice quality food it’s hard to get a seat tho from remembering my experience

We arrived in London with a bus from Stansted airport with a stop 10 minutes walk from the hotel (which facilitated our arrival as our departure on the way back) to spend, my boyfriend and I, the Easter holidays .
Upon arrival we were greeted by the staff who immediately turned out to be very courteous. The room given to us, consisting of a bed, a desk with a TV and a sink, is small but comfortable, certainly suitable for the type of holiday we organized where we stayed a little in the hotel except for sleeping at night.
The breakfast (included) is not plentiful or too varied but there are enough essential things to start the day anyway!
The only real flaw with regard to breakfast (which is why I gave it 4/5 stars) is that in the days when the hotel was most crowded they lacked, not only seats to eat, but being a small room, it became difficult to move even for those who had found the place.
The bathrooms are shared and on different floors, maybe a little 'tight but always clean with available hand soaps or shower.
Overall we enjoyed it, recommended for those looking for a hotel at a good price but still comfortable.
Really great for its central location and connections.

Un buon albergo vicino al centro di Londra, con linea metropolitana a 5 minuti di distanza, piccolo ma accogliente, pulito e con personale molto gentile, prezzo in linea con il servizio offerto.
Tutti punti a favore dell'Enrico Hotel.
Siamo arrivati a Londra con un bus dall'aereoporto di Stansted con fermata a 10 minuti a piedi dall'hotel (il che ha agevolato il nostro arrivo come la nostra partenza al ritorno) per trascorrere, io e il mio ragazzo, le vacanze di Pasqua.
All'arrivo siamo stati accolti dal personale che da subito si è rivelato molto cortese. La stanza a noi data, composta da un letto, una scrivania con un tv e un lavandino, risulta piccolo ma confortevole, sicuramente adatto al tipo di vacanza da noi organizzata in cui abbiamo sostato poco in albergo se non per dormire la notte.
La colazione (inclusa) non è abbondante ne troppo variegata ma ci sono le cose essenziali sufficienti per cominciare comunque al meglio la giornata!
L'unica vera pecca riguardante la colazione (motivo per il quale ho dato 4/5 stelle) è che nei giorni in cui l'albergo era più affollato mancavano, non solo posti a sedere per poter mangiare, ma essendo una piccola saletta, diventava difficile muoversi anche per chi il posto lo aveva trovato.
I Bagni sono in comune e disposti su diversi piani, forse un po' stretti ma comunque sempre puliti con a disposizione saponi per le mani o per la doccia.
Nel complesso ci siamo trovati bene, consigliato per chi cerca un hotel a buon prezzo ma comunque confortevole.
Davvero ottimo per la sua posizione centrale e per i collegamenti.

Lo bueno, ubicación perfecta, hotel clásico y personal agradable.
Lo malo, solo hay un baño compartido para todo el hotel, es viejo y después de que se duchen 10 personas no hay quien de atreva a meterse ahí, bastante antihigiénico. El desayuno muy básico, el zumo es en polvo, y cuando se agota algo tardan en reponerlo, por imprimir dos tarjetas de embarque cobran 1 pound.

La calidad va de la mano con el precio pagado.
Está claro que si quieres un alojamiento mejor en el centro de Londres tienes que pagar más.
En general bien todo, aseo, orden, servicio, etc, pero sies verdad que deberían cambiar los colchones.
El desayuno correcto, aunque esta última vez he extrañado el desayuno inglés que servían antes(hace años que no me alojaba aqui)

Tienes que tener suerte con la habitación que te toque. Nos tocó una con un baño de caravana en la que la taza del WC entraba dentro de la ducha. En las imágenes que vimos en Booking este baño no salía ni mucho menos. Las camas nos parecieron cómodas, pero íbamos muy cansados.
El personal muy amable -dueños chinos-. Les pedimos, por favor, si nos podían dar otras dos almohadas porque eran muy bajas las que tenía la cama y enseguida nos las subió a la habitación el chico.
Llegaba el WIFI.
El desayuno no estaba nada mal, aunque el café y el té estaban malísimos (cosa normal en Inglaterra, no es cosa del hotel).
La ubicación es bastante buena, cerca de la estación de Victoria.
Por el precio que tiene el hotel, que es de lo más económico de Londres, no está mal.

Were in the cheapest room where shower and toilet supposedly in the hallway. But it was right either one floor lower in the other wing or three floors higher. That is not reasonable at night. Room cost 70+ pounds per night anyway. Never go back there again. Positive: Friendly - unfortunately not always English speaking - staff and small but quite adequate breakfast buffet.

Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist unter jeder Kritik. Zimmer winzig, Doppelbett durchgelegen und eher ein Einzelbett kein Kasten. Fenster nur mit Gewalt zum öffnen und um es offen zu halten dient der Reisekoffer der dazwischen geschoben wird. Toiletten winzig, Dusche als Abenteuer. Waren in dem billigsten Zimmer wo Dusche und Toilette angeblich am Gang ist. Richtig war aber entweder eine Etage tiefer im anderen Flügel oder drei Etagen höher. Das ist in der Nacht nicht zumutbar. Zimmer kostete trotzdem 70+ pfund pro Nacht. Nie mehr wieder dort hin. Positiv: Freundliches - leider nicht immer englisch sprechendes - Personal und kleines aber durchaus ausreichendes Frühstücksbuffett.

A primera vista parece un hotel normalillo y cutre (que lo es), pero la comodidad y el trato de sus dueños (asiáticos) hace que merezca la pena. Pasé 3 noches con mi novia en la habitación doble que da a la calle y aunque la habitación es pequeña, la cáma era muy cómoda. Está a 5 min andando de Victoria Station. Breakfast is a free buffet with pastries (muffins), fruits, yogurts, milk, orange juice, cereals, toast ... It is nothing fancy but you stay quite full.
The hotel Wi-Fi does not work at all well when there are enough people connected but it is useful to talk with family members so you save expensive calls or use the data.

Enrico Hotel es un hotelito con encanto. El edificio es muy inglés, pequeño y acogedor. El personal agradable y atento y la limpieza es bastante buena.
Los baños son compartidos. El hotel son dos bloques, uno que es donde está la recepción y donde se encuentran la bañera y la ducha (que están bastante bien) y otro en donde la ducha está en la última planta (Esta está bastante estropeada).
La limpieza en duchas y retrete es notable, siempre que entraba estaba limpio por lo que no me daba repelús usarlos.
El desayuno es buffet libre con bollería (magdalenas), frutas, yogures, leche, zumo de naranja, cereales, tostadas...No es nada lujoso pero te quedas bastante lleno.
El wifi del hotel no va del todo bien cuando hay bastantes personas conectadas pero sirve para hablar con familiares por lo que te ahorras las costosas llamadas o usar los datos.
