Clean and basic, if all you need it a place to sleep and somewhere to get a wash for under £50 per night, I regularly stay because of the convenience of how close it is the Kings Cross and Euston Stations.

I'll definitely come back here. The place is very basic but perfect for two nights. The shower was decent and the Wifi worked well. Very caring receptionist too. Just bring your own toiletries and hair dryer. Also no breakfast because of covid but there is a kettle for tea/coffee in the room.

Very reasonable prices. Clean rooms and enough facilities for a comfortable stay. However lack of lifts becomes a barrier for the disabled and elderly. During Covid situation, no breakfast is available.

Would be happy to go again. The hotel is slightly run down, and by that I mean it's not up-to-date or modern. The bed is really comfy, though the frame was quite squeaky. Hangers were supplied which I didn't expect and there was a decent amount of storage space (though not loads in the wardrobe). The shower had a good pressure and the bathroom itself was okay, though the mirror light didn't work in mine and it felt somewhat unclean, though there weren't any issues for me, meaning I had to use the main one with a loud fan. The room had a kettle and teas and coffee as well as two mugs and glasses, no milk which is kind of annoying. You can also get a hairdryer for the room (ask at reception which is open 24/7). I was on the top floor and didn't have any problems with noise except for when people walked up the stairs or opened a door, but that wasn't a major issue. In terms of cars, I couldn't hear them at all (only slightly in the background). The staff are all helpful and quite friendly. Breakfast in the morning was good, never had any problems with that. On the last day my train wasn't until the evening and I was out all day, so I asked at reception if I could leave my suitcase with them and pick it up later, which wasn't a problem. It's not a stunning hotel, and there isn't loads of space, but for a short stay, with breakfast included and in central London it's great value. Was incredibly close to many things, especially the train station and a high street filled with shops (including a Coop, McDonald's, Subway, KFC etc.)

Good value for money by London standards. Great location: step out the door and you can see Kings Cross station at the end of the road, so ideal for early morning Eurostar departures. Room was small but clean, as was the en suite. No problem with noise despite central London location. Breakfast isn't anything special, but does at least start at 7:00. Would definitely stay again next time.

It was a a clean and nice room. However, the shower was disappointing. Also, at night you could hear so much noise you can't even sleep and you could see people walking pass through the curtains. The English breakfast was nice like a buffet basically and staff were nice as well.

Very handy for King's Cross and St.Pancras. Room was adequate and clean. The bathroom was very disappointing. The shower grouting was so dirty that no way would I be tempted to step inside it. Breakfast was not elaborate but a good full English breakfast was provided. It was well cooked and very enjoyable with as much to eat as wanted. OK for an overnight stay.

Ok hotel but absolutely nothing fancy. The only positive I can mention that it is right next to St. Pancras. Rooms are small and dated. The hotel is built in old houses where they created makeshift rooms. And that's how they look. It has a very small bed, I had a double bed of max 1m40 which is very cramped for 2 adults. And they were very hard compared to the general hotel standards. The toilet and shower is tiny but ok, you don't need to sleep in those. The rooms itself are clean enough. They have a water kettle and some tea and coffee. Due to the poor construction, it can be very noisy.

The location is great. Right at King's Cross with access to several tube lines making it easy to get around. Rooms are clean and have some storage which is a huge bonus in a budget hotel. Full breakfast is surprisingly good. Another bonus at this price point. supposed 24 hour desk. On our last day we were unable to access to hotel for several minutes in the afternoon, not in itself a huge deal but the person who finally answered the door was extremely rude. We were not the only patrons waiting.

I found this hotel to be exactly what I wanted. We were traveling by Eurostar and wanted somewhere at a reasonable price and close to the station. Yes the rooms are small but you know that as there is plenty of info if you just take the time to look. The room was clean we had a friendly greeting on arrival the breakfast was great. All in all money well spent, would certainly stay here again.

The main reason for staying here is the location, in that it's around a 5 minute walk, if that, from Kings Cross Station. The rooms are small and basic. Double bed, tea and coffee, bathroom including shower. Breakfast included is a basic buffet with basic 'full English' breakfast options, a cereal option, toast, tea, coffee etc. Quality isn't great but then at the price, no one would expect it to be! It's certainly better than the breakfast I've had included at other comparatively priced central London hotels. The staff are friendly and accommodating and let us leave our bags with them all day on the day of our departure, as well as letting is check in early on the day we arrived. Rooms are small, basic and clean and at this price that's pretty much what anyone would be looking for! My partner did note that she was woken up by noise in the corridor at 3am though.

It's a budget hotel, (£170 for 2 nights, double room) it was clean and tidy, literally a few mins from Eurostar station, room was small. With just about enough room to walk around double bed, shower water was hot thoughout our 2 days stay, quiet, but its London so sirens and general noise. Tea and coffee making facility, ( powdered milk), Cooked English breakfast was spotted on, buffet style. So u can help yourself to as little or as much as u want, so no complains there. Yes it could do with a lick of paint, Yes u will can get a better hotel for. 200-300 pound but we would rather spent that money on Paris on holiday, but after a long train travel its idea to crash there, recommend if on a budget.

I've stayed in a fair few budget hotels in London and stayed here a number of times. It's been consistently average which isn't a bad thing for the price in london. Good if you want to get back late, fall asleep and the get out early! ie spend minimal time in the room. Bed comfortable, room minimal and clean. Floors not too creaky, you can hear through the walls if you have an inconsiderate neighbour.

This place does what it says on the tin. I'm American and lived in the UK for 10 years. If you are expecting anything more than a half-sized motel room you'll be disappointed. But the location is great, the Eastern European staff are superb, and the breakfast is good. I'll be back for my next budget London visit!

Keep in mind that hotels in London are by and large going to be small by American standards. And this one is one of a number of small hotels near the British Library that are all characterized by small rooms and a shabbiness that is alleviated by lots of character. The staff are nice, the beds comfortable, and the breakfast is certainly plentiful. The location can't be beat for the price either.

Great little friendly hotel: quietly situated in Argyle Square (see evening vista from front door) off busy Euston road in Kings Cross. Lovely reception lady helped with my queries and gave me a bag to take to concert as I was handbag-less!

Najlepsza jest lokalizacja ! Blisko do St. Pancras i King"s Cross, wygodny dla wszystkich którzy jadą z lotniska Luton. Pokoje małe urządzone skromnie.W pokoju podwójne łózko, szafa z wieszakami. Jest czajnik, można sobie zrobić kawę i herbatę, jest mały telewizor. Małą łazienka, zdarzyło mi się w że w trakcie prysznica zabrakło ciepłej wody i musiałem grzać wodę w czajniku aby dokończyć mycie. W pokojach i łazience czysto. Śniadania angielskie, becon and eggs, można się najeść, do picia soki, kawa , herbata. Wejście na wyższe piętra schodami, brak wind. Można zostawić bagaże na przechowanie lub przedłużyć pobyt o pół doby w zależności tego jak pasuje odlot. Trzeba mieć przejściówki elektryczne do ładowania smartfona. Reasumując za zapłacone kwoty nie można się niczego innego spodziewać więc w sumie byłem zadowolony.

In conclusion the hotel is fine for a short time (a week is impractical) and only for young people! Price normal, considering that we are in London! (Original) Do tre stelle solo perché siamo all'estero, in italia questo hotel ne meriterebbe due! Ma veniamo a pregi e difetti. Pro: posizione OTTIMA a due minuti dalla metro; zona tranquilla con un sacco di posti in cui sfamarsi nelle vicinanze; camere pulite e davvero silenziose; personale gentile. Contro: camere MINUSCOLE (con due valigie piccole già non ti muovi); niente phon; colazione solo all'inglese (al terzo giorno di salsicce e bacon picco di glicemia); mobilio, sanitari, luci e specchi da buttare e ricomprare! In conclusione l'hotel va bene sono per un breve periodo (una settimana è impraticabile) e solo per persone giovani! Prezzo nella norma, se si considera che siamo a Londra!
