E. E.At a first glance everything looks great. The room was clean the shower looked good and the bed was comfortable. The shower took a long time to get hot and if anyone else had a shower at the same time you'd be left in the cold. Make sure you bring your own towels as the ones they provide are very small. You can hear a lot of noise from other rooms, moving chairs, doors slamming and people walking by. Throughout the night I kept waking as there was a lot of light coming under the door from the corridor. Other than that the place was lovely. Staff were friendly and it's roughly an 20 minute walk from Elephant and Castle underground station. The bus is about 9 minutes.

J. K.In general it's a lot better than I expected from a 3-star hotel. The room was clean and nicely decorated. The restroom was great buy the toilet needed a lot of force to flush properly. The breakfast though was extraordinary! It's a buffet and there were loads of tasty food and the bacon was geniuenly the best I've ever had. Oh and the Wifi is good enough. I think I was unlucky because my room was in the corner of the building so the coverage wasn't great but when I was connected it was wety fast.

The location is easily accessible by public transport (excluding metro). Tower Bridge is a 20 minute walk and other places are relatively close. The neighborhood was a bit rougher then I previously expected, but still okay.
Definitely recommended when looking for a somewhat cheaper hotel with a good location.
G. S. S. D. (.Very helpful staff, the facilities are well kept, clean and up to date for a budget hotel. The room had a huge shower, the hot water in the hand basin was not working, the TV only had Digital reception so I couldn't watch the news 🤔. The only other odd thing was that I had to go to reception to get an iron which was annoying as I wasn't dressed - hence I had to dress go down come back up and get undressed only to have to dress again??
However they do a pretty decent breakfast.4/5
L. O.This is a great hotel to stay in! The room is clean, the bed sleeps Fan-tas-tic! The personal is kind and available to help you out if you need to. For example, we could leave our bags behind at the counter when we had to check out, but still had time to visit the city. Helped us out great! Also the day i arrived, i had to break open my bag (lock was busted due to transport). And they helped me out with that as well!

F. M.It suited our purpose as somewhere to sleep, and we got a reduced rate through Secret Hotels. The room was clean and there wasn't any noise, However we would have expected more space and a better outlook (we were on the ground floor overlooking the laundry and cleaning store) if we'd paid the full price.
It is convenient for the Imperial War Museum and Elephant & Castle tube into the centre of London.

Easily accessible to the centre of london. Hotel also was a little loud. Overall wasn't a bad experience for the price we paid.

In the center in 10 minutes by bus (nearby stop with 6 lines). The area is lively but not exactly "noble", sometimes with premises and frequentations not up to par.

Un po' anonimo, ma con ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Camere non eccezionali ma spaziose (per gli standard inglesi) e pulite, con letti normali (non 'alla francese'). Sentita assenza di un armadio e bagno cieco con sola vasca "uso-doccia". Abbondante colazione "alla continentale" e cortesia alla reception. In centro in 10 minuti via autobus (vicina fermata con 6 linee). La zona è vivace ma non propriamente "signorile", talvolta con locali e frequentazioni non all'altezza.

Das beste an dem Hotel ist die Lage mit sehr guter Verkehrsanbindung - mehrere Buslinien nur 2 Min weg. Das Hotel ist sauber und zweckmäßig. Leider lassen sich die Fenster nicht öffnen und auch die Klimaanlage lässt sich nicht regulieren. Auf Anruf bei der Rezeption wurde die Klimaanlage jedoch umgehend abgeschaltet, als wir darum gebeten haben. Allerdings mussten wir das jeden tag aufs Neue tun, denn es gab immer anderes Personal, das insgesamt aber immer freundlich und hilfsbereit war. Das Frühstück war sehr durchschnittlich, aber in Ordnung. Der Service dabei so eilfertig, dass unser Essen weg war, als wir uns nur kurz am Buffet was holen waren.

Fui de vacaciones de navidad con mi familia y nos alojamos en este hotel. Gente muy agradable y serviciales. La ubicación, estaba un poco retirado de lo que es el centro de Londres, pero hay muy buena comunicación en transporte (bus y metro). Las habitaciones fantásticas, modernas, limpias y espaciosas. Del desayuno no puedo opinar porque no venia incluido en mi reserva.
Cuando vuelva a Londres, volverá a ser un hotel a tener en cuenta.

Hotelmitarbeiter sind freundlich und stets zu erreichen an der Rezeption.
Zimmer sind vorwiegend sauber, bis auf einige Haare die wir auf dem frisch gemachten Bett gefunden haben und etwas Schimmel in der Dusche.
Die Zimmer zu Straße raus sind unglaublich laut, am besten Oropax mitbringen!

Aber ein Hotel zu finden in der Qualität zu diesem Preis in Zentrum nähe für eine Familie ist schon schwer. Das Frühstück war typisch englich. Natürlich haben wäre ein Deutscher Fernsehsender nicht schlecht gewesen. Aber ein Fenster was nicht auf geht finde ich als No-Go. Ein paar schönheitsfehler wie abgewetze Couch und dreckige Tür sind ja kein Problem das zu beseitigen.
