Including outstanding bathrooms. The staff was helpful, friendly, and intuitive. The location is great for access to the London Tower, the Thames, and to all public transportation. This was one of the top 5 hotels that I have stayed in.

R. B.This is the first time for my family and me to stay in the Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane. It was surprising in many different ways. First off, it had a welcoming entrance, with Doormen and Bellmen opening doors (Shout out to Thomas and Martin! ), and with reception and concierge at your convenience. The Amaranto restaurant had an inviting and warm feel for you to have breakfast/lunch/dinner or an afternoon tea. The rooms were delightful, excellent choice of materials, and very airy—all in all, a superb hotel.

S. P.I would just like to say a massive thank you to Four Seasons Hotel at Park Lane and all the staff.
I work for the NHS and last year Liam Gallagher announced he was doing a free concert for NHS staff that I managed to get tickets for. I emailed a number of hotels asking if they would be able to offer a discount for an overnight stay. I received a phone call from Four Seasons almost straight away and they offered me a complementary stay, I was so shocked and thankful for their kindness. We would never be able to afford a stay here at full price. Although the concert has been moved to a later date we really wanted to get away for the night, I contacted the hotel and asked even though we are not going to the concert could we still stay? They said of course.
We had a great time from start to finish! When we arrived there was a lovely gentleman on reception and made us feel really special. We were shown to our room and it was spectacular with lovely sweet treats and a little note to welcome us, which I have kept. In the evening we had drinks in the bar and all the staff were really friendly and it was lovely to have good conversations with them. The next morning we had a lovely breakfast and were told that we didn’t have to check out until we wanted to, we didn’t want to go home!

Receptionist Yasmin was really helpful in pencilling me in at short notice. The masseuse was awesome shame i cannot remember her name.. She was brilliant i feel like jelly now although my massage was gentle not a deep tissue massage! 5* service you get what you pay for. Stayed @ Hilton Park a weekend before where service was sloppy at reception. Will now stay at Four Seasons for my next weekend away. Great spa!!!

W. S.In the heart of London, on the edge of hyde park and a stone's throw away from Buckingham Palace. We came for a small, post lockdown, wedding and it was fantastic. Staff were attentive and available when you needed them. Food was fantastic (some would consider to be small pretentious portions) with great flavour despite the array of cuisines the bride and groom put together. We would definitely return.

E. E.Staying here has been an absolute pleasure. I usually stay in a suite but this time I was in a standard room and it was beautiful if not a little smaller than I'm used to. The staff are incredibly accommodating, welcoming, ready to give assistance with anything you can imagine. The lobby restaurant is delicious for every meal- room service as well. Over all, my 4 night stay was so wonderful I'm actually sad to leave!

G. F.I never stay overnight at the hotel but I am a regular visitor. The hotel lobby is so pleasing to sit and have a tea in. Staff are very courteous and helpful. Complimentary snacks are very tasty.
Jasmine tea is really good. They top up your hot water without even asking.
Wifi connection is strong and complimentary to anyone visiting. Great place if you need to do some work for a bit as an alternative to regular coffee shops.

A. C.Lovely hotel, very high standards, rooms are stunning. Staff are very good but some are a little stand off-ish, almost dismissive in their nature. Not to willing to engage. This may be the approach the hotel wants, to cater for their particular demographic.
Only downside is the god awful twinkle twinkle music they play in reception. It's just on the wrong side of too loud. Turn this off or at least down I think this hotel could be pretty close to faultless.

L. D.Most delightful stay! Though I found the paneling of rooms a bit too dark, it does lend an air of refinement. Highly spacious room with great layout made us felt most comfortable during our 4 nights stay there. The International Women's Day gifts in form of fresh tulips and cards to be found after turn down service, were very nice touch. Breakfast selections plenty and well made. We ordered Western, Chinese and Japanese. Liked them all as they were prepared authentic to the classic recipes of the region they were from.
J. G.I went to a wedding at this venue. The interior decor and lighting is exceptional. The service was good. The toilets had thick quality tissue paper and handcream. I didn't stay the night so can't comment on the rooms.
L. J.Amazing location, food and staff. I can see Hyde Park out my window. Manager opened up the elegant room for us, and showed us all the features. It is smaller by American standards but comparable to NY hotels, only more luxurious. The room service food was tremendous. Try the Creme Brulee. The staff is superb. Love it!

Staff very attentive, and even found clamato juice in London to make Canadian guests a very Canadian drink: Bloody Caesars. The Concierge was even able to obtain Wimbledon tickets for us, which is major feat, any tennis fan will tell you, in its own right.

K. K.A beautiful, well appointed 5 star hotel, situated just off Park Lane. I often visit with clients who come here to stay or simply meet for drinks in the bar. The dark marble and red theme in the reception lends an immensely classy feel as soon as you walk in and continues right through to the Amaranto bar, which serves excellent cocktails. The bedrooms are large, with every amenity you would expect from such an establishment. As in all the hotels in the Four Seasons chain, the staff are fantastic, immaculately dressed, courteous and helpful to a fault. The food is also worthy of note. Certainly among my top five, favourite London hotels and well worth a visit

I had a treatment inside their sky suite, which is absolutely wonderful. The room is very nice, they have a view to the city as well. Very private and exclusive, definitely recommend ladies to go with their female friend or boyfriend, husband.

T. M.Great Stay once again Really enjoyed Marcello and Ivan in the restaurant, and Yakov from room service. Extremely clean in all aspects. The attention to detail was superb from the hospitality Rolls Royce to the strawberries and champagne in our room. The rooms are small but this is London after all.
D. H.Beautiful hotel, 5 star staff, excellent bar and dining. Our room was spacious with a king bed, small balcony, big bathroom with a large separate soaking tub and frameless glass shower. There was a nice dressing area as well. A Nespresso machine with pods and electric teapot was furnished. There is a nightly turndown service, where they set out slippers and do a quick clean. One night we also got an assortment of 8 little fingercakes.
Back to the staff...over the top friendly and will go out of their way to accommodate requests. The house car is a Rolls, available to drive guests within a mile or so radius. London traffic is the worst, so this is an especially nice feature. The location can't be beat either...near everything you'll want to see. Give this place the opportunity to meet your needs, you won't regret it

M. D.Had a great couple nights at this beautiful hotel. Located within walking distance of Buckingham Palace, this newly remodeled hotel was a fabulous stop on our trip to Europe. We had some late night drinks on the outside patio of the bar and they were awesome! The next morning we had a killer breakfast at the downstairs restaurant, they actually set us up (by request) with our own table in the lobby sitting area and it was great.
The service was top notch and the food was delicious-they actually had "American" style crispy bacon! One night we got a ride from the hotel's house car (Rolls Royce) to a local restaurant and it was real treat! Can't wait to come back and check out the rest of London.

A. G.I love the spa here! The massages are the best I've had anywhere in the world, (go for 90 minutes). Molly and Deborah are both superb. The spa is pretty small (men and women are separate) and includes a steam room, dry Swedish sauna with a view over Hyde Park/west London (on the women's side) and a jacuzzi and chill out areas. I've been twice reasonably late in the afternoon during the week and had the whole place to myself - was really peaceful and relaxing.

After returning from Wagamamas, I thought I'd sleep with him, you know, to test the bed... It was the best night sleep I ever had. Can't recommend more!

M. S.We had our office's Christmas party at this Four Season's. The theme was the Prohibition era, and thus you could see servers going around serving champagne in tea cups! The interiors were very well done for the party, and the food was really really good. Had steak and mushroom soup, and they were amongst the best I've had. Last year our party was at Mandarin Oriental, and this one at Four Seasons was a thousand times better than that.

A. S.The Four Seasons Park Lane has none of the traditional stuffiness one might expect of a hotel of this stature. It's fairly recent renovation (spa included) has updated the style to a modern 'oriental-chic'. Suffice it say, there is still more than a hearty dose of festal red on display. Which certainly goes a long way to maintain the lavish opulence of the place. And if the rouge of the interiors were a gentle reminder that Christmas was fast approaching, the giant fir flanking the grand entrance was a less subtle nod to everybody's favourite day. From the elegant, banister hugging, festive runners, to the roaring log fire, the Four Seasons did a superb job of readying its patrons for Christmas. I must admit, I was hard pressed to make it out to a meeting here with two lovely American bloggers. The cold, wet December evening and an early start the next day formed a compelling incentive to stay at home. But ten minutes in and happily swilling a delicious Côtes du Rhône, the looming prospect of work the next day had vanished from my thoughts. The service was exemplary, if only because it was barely discernable.
