We came to the spa and had food and drinks to celebrate wedding anniversary. The spa and hotel facilities are beautiful. Great changing rooms with softest bathrobes. Cocktails and bar snacks were exceptional and lovey live music.

Lol write a review? If I had the money to stay at this place I wouldn't be writing this. I would be off here there and everywhere doing things exciting and interesting.
Great location and the rooms I've seen as a contractor are very nice and on one side you have views of Tower Bridge and the Tower of London.
If you can stay here then I'm sure you will have an enjoyable time.

The Mei Ume restaurant was fantastic. The decor to the service was very personal. The food exceptional and drinks list was outstanding. The only one critique would be the dessert - avoid the cheesecake!
B. K.
Had an amazing experience.
The staff is very polite and thoughtful.
The room was amazing.
They accomodated our requests for our sons very efficiently.
Will love to visit again

I attended an event last Monday and was served by Faustine that was wonderful, I felt special and really welcome, I’m vegan so she took care of me and was very attentive towards me and my friends, so I had to leave a note about her.

I can’t begin to tell you how amazing the staff and hotel in general are. This was the second time we stayed here (for a weekend staycation) and both times you just felt like you were home. The way they treated our son, always going above and beyond making sure he was taken care of, was just so amazing. (And us as well)
We stayed in the Milton suite the second time around and another ground level suite the first time. Beautiful doesn’t even describe these rooms. They were so grand and stunning, a real treat to stay in these which are both located on the ground floor which was so convenient especially with a child. They are very quiet and private so don’t worry about any ground level noise, you won’t hear any.
The food at la dame was worth every penny, so fabulous. (Get the wine pairing too you won’t be disappointed)
The rotunda lounge has excellent breakfast lunch and dinner, and the staff was just perfection.
The bar has the best old fashioned, and I’ve had A LOT. All of their cocktails are just to die for. Ask for a Bloody Mary, it’s a party in your mouth. Also make sure you have a nice chat with Miguel, Thanos and Nichos, (sorry for any misspellings) at the bar. They all are truly some of the nicest people you’ve ever met, and so talented and knowledgeable. Thank you so much for making our nights so wonderful!!
Raphael at the concierge was a real legend, he helped me coordinate a wonderful surprise for my husband and was just so sweet, thank you for all your help!
And the entire reception and welcome staff was fabulous. I didn’t get most of their names, which I’m so upset about because each one of them just made our time there so special. Especially marina who was a star and helped us get a difficult reservation at a rooftop nearby. Thank you to everyone who was there both times we stayed.
The spa is also top notch, with all the treatments being spectacular and the pool is just superb. Really a beautiful and relaxing place. Even if you’re not staying at the hotel, treat yourself to a day at the spa it’s so worth it.
Thank you to everyone who made these stays magical.

Had a lovely day here at the four seasons. Such a beautiful hotel, amazing staff that worked very hard throughout the day. Very high standards. Thank you
L. Z.
Rotunda bar was quiet on a Sunday afternoon, the cocktail served was on the small side and the napkin was in pretty awful shape. There are free nuts and olives which were provided by the bar, quite a nice touch. The overall experience could be better to match the previous level when it firstly opened.

We just had a wonderful 3 night stay at 4 Seasons Ten Trinity. Great location, and hotel is what you expect of a four seasons. All staff were attentive, super helpful energetic and interested in giving a perfect guest experience. Wonderful spa and gym, with a special mention to Viktoras - a strength and conditioning trainer in the gym - who noticed I had some problems with my shoulder and went out of his way, and gave his time to provide me a special programme to help me: above and beyond extraordinary guest service! Thanks to all staff for making our stay extra pleasant!!

Expensive, but faultless service and food. The room had everything and we had the best possible breakfast. Would go regularly if I could afford it.

Went to the Club on the second floor. Nice facilities but very pricey indeed. Great hotel!!

Went for the Spa and Afternoon tea. It was an amazing and relaxing experience. I will definitely be going again.
P. J.
London’s best hotel, amazing in every regard, from rooms, to restaurants and lounges.
B. J.
An amazing hotel, stunning food and rooms and outstanding service from attentive staff.

Go for a drink at the Rotunda bar and enjoy live lounge jazz music from 8pm till 11pm.
Well recommended

My daughter and I had an amazing meal, we both had noodle dishes which I have to say was the best I've ever had. The surroundings and staff are perfect. Will deffo eat here when next in the city.
P. D. T.
Nice place but a bit disappointed on my stay they run out of breakfast.
P. J.
5 star everything. Service facilities food and the whole ambiance. Expensive !
S. S.
Great food, amazing staff, beautiful local, spectacular view from the the balconies
A. G.
Rooms are very impressive, ofcourse with latest technology, from heated toilet seats, to personalised greeting messages on screens, which is in every section including the bathroom, which is completed. If that's your thing then recommended, comfort at a high standard ofcourse.
V. G.
Loved it ! Beautiful building and hotel.
Had lunch and a couple of drinks the service was amazing👍
B. C.
Lovely hotel, in a great central location for the city and to be well connected to all the various forms of London transport. The decor of the hotel is really beautiful and the main conference rooms and dining area are fantastically detailed. The food was simply stunning, really first class!
E. Y. T.
Excellent service even before I stepped foot into the hotel. Requested some assistance through the Four Seasons app and they fulfilled all my request. We stayed at the wonderful Executive Room and it was perfect. The bed was so comfortable and everything else classy with huge bathroom. Alice from reception has been extremely helpful and even arranged a birthday cake for my wife twice! Once in the room and another time in La Dame De Pic.
At the restaurant, we had our best meal for some time. Again service was fantastic and food was exceptional. Took the 3 course meal with wine pairing and it was very reasonable priced for the ambience, quality of food and service.
Special mention too for the Fish and Chips we ordered to our room. It was too good. Please give it a try.
We will definitely go back when we visit London again. One of the best hotels we ever stayed in. Keep up the fantastic work!

We choose this hotel for our engagement weekend after a lot of consideration and were delightfully pleased with all aspects, bar one.
When booking the weekend we clarified that the Spa facilities would be included but upon our arrival we were told it was closed. We would have appreciated an email update when the change was made to note that the spa facilities would not be accessable. It was only after we asked if there was any arrangements with other hotels for the use of such facilities, that we were told yes. We would have appreciated being told of this before us having to ask.
Otherwise, the suite was stunning, the food lovely, the staff very helpful and the setting very beautiful.
a.
I was upgraded to an executive room which was very spacious, I especially loved the bathroom. The service outstanding and all staff very professional and helpful, lots of good choices for breakfast. The location is a bit far away from the center but a good option if you are looking for a quiet place away from the hustle and bustle of London streets.
I. T.
Wonderful spacious rooms, very comfortable bed, impressive bathroom and spacious wardrobe. Overall a great experience.
Rotunda Cafe service could be improved. Food is quite good. Love the quietness of the hotel.
An easy walk to the Tower Hill Underground, the DLR train and the river ferry. Would recommend.

What an afternoon tea we had!! Over the last years I have made my way through luxury hotels for afternoon teas and this one did not disappoint. It's actually now at the top of my list right behind Claridges.
The service was on point, very friendly and well presented staff, sandwiches were delicious, the breads were very fresh and flavorful. Oh my oh my the scones are delicious!!! They also stayed warm which was perfect and the cream, custard and jams were very good.
The only thing I did not enjoy and that's only a personal preference: the pastries. You find the same textures in all of them which gets a bit boring after two. The cherry is too over powering in contrast to the pistachio, same with the passion fruit etc i did have one bite of each just for taste. The special cake was not that special and it was too greasy - very traditional British orange drizzle cake.
I cannot wait to come back and hope pastries and special cakes will be different.

The best hotel I stayed at in London so far. Very friendly staff. Peaceful breakfast. I came to London for a week end and ended up staying in the hotel for the whole 2 days without even going outside. Perfect to relax before the usual crazy week ahead. I recommend the gluten free scones. Nice pool.
Y. C. G.
I spent a very memorable time here, enjoying a great time living the good life! Had the English tea set here at 5.00 for £35 per person.
Service was excellent. We arrived late but the server quickly put us to our place and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here.
Food was excellent whilst the price was affordable. Wine was priced decently low for a place like Four Seasons!
I really recommend this place to all!
R. H.
Beautiful location. The bartender, Miguel, was amazing and accommodating. Would highly recommend.
T. D.
Food was amazing, great choice of teas and friendly helpful staff. Simple but great sandwiches, the sweet tier was really good and topped off with some lovely scones. The live piano was lovely, but too loud when the singer started, and was hard to hold a conversation over. Staff made us feel very welcome.
H. F.
I am speechless. This hotel is one of the best you will find anywhere. Extremely nice, Service is amazing, and don't even get me started on the food. you even gave an amazing view of everything like the Tower of London, the Thames, and the London Eye. Perfect.
L. O.
Most amazing place, absolutely love the four seasons London for meet up, The live piano was lovely, Staff made me feel welcome. They have Spa close to the swimming pool area, fitness area and wine tasting. The afternoon tea was delicious and the service perfect. Thanks Jason for showing me around. Would recommend to anyone for best business hotel.

Perfect. I’ve stayed in many different four seasons locations - New York, Hawaii, Bali to name a few, but this one is by far close to being top of my list of favourite four seasons locations. The simple decor adds such an elegance to the building that can’t be matched. The rotunda bar/restaurant was amazing for both the wine/snack menu in the evening and the breakfast in the morning. The staff were all incredibly helpful and polite. I was impressed with every single aspect. I literally cannot fault a single thing about our stay. I can’t wait to go back. Four seasons trinity square now holds a very very special place in my heart.
M. H.
An very enjoyable experience. Went to the Four Seasons for afternoon tea to celebrate my birthday. Excellent food and exceptional service. We were looked after by Juliet who could not have been more attentive and helpful. A wonderful experience.
A. K.
Outstanding hotel in a great part of London. I have nothing but great things to say about the staff and surroundings. The rooms were luxurious and generously large,
Including outstanding bathrooms. The staff was helpful, friendly, and intuitive. The location is great for access to the London Tower, the Thames, and to all public transportation. This was one of the top 5 hotels that I have stayed in.
S. B.
I randomly ended up staying here after Savoy lost my reservation and I am glad that they did.
Four seasons is new, welcoming and has fantastic service.
Rooms are spacious, spa is modern and huge, food is delicious.
There are two restaurants on the property - french and asian. Both are absolutely fantastic.
Decor is more forward compare with other four seasons but I like that.
Well done!
J. M.
Even taking out they are a 5 star hotel, the experience was lacking. I went for coffee in the lobby, and also dined at the Chinese / Japanese restaurant during the cherry blossom menu.
The coffee took too long to arrive, and we had to remind the staff. It also wasn’t any better than say a Gentlemen’s Barista coffee. The space is cool, if you want to indulge a dream of living during a period of decadence (which we did like... :))
The restaurant - portions were small, but the food did taste nice. The staff felt inexperienced, and weren’t able to keep up light conversation without getting a tad flustered, as the conversation distracted from the training to take our order.
Case in point, the waiter tried to give my mum another persons coat while flustered.
Not the kind of quality service one would expect at such a decorated restaurant.
R. D.
We stayed here four nights and absolutely loved it! It tops many other Four Seasons properties we’ve stayed at in the US. The lobby, spa, and rooms are all stunning and peaceful. Great location and impeccable service the Four Seasons is known for. Highly recommend!!
T.
Very warm welcome, tailored service, beautiful interiors and lovely food. Thank you to all the staff who made our stay spectacular; looking forward to re-visiting.
S. G.
My second time at the restaurant "La Dame de Pic", and once again a truly great experience. The food is just excellent, the staff is friendly, welcoming and professional, and the atmosphere is perfect for a romantic dinner. Each course in the menu is a little masterpiece that not only looks beautiful, but also tastes like paradise. Definitely of my favourite starred restaurants in London. Go for the tasting menu, and you won't regret it!

This afternoon, we had the opportunity to visit the beautiful Four Seasons hotel at Trinity Square. My fiancé were fortunate to visit the Rotunda restaurant for afternoon tea. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with multiple smiles, pleasantries and professionalism. We were then shown to our table (located next to the grand piano) and left to relax before we indulged. All of the staff very attentive and courteous but were mainly looked after by the delightful waiter GEORGE. Although it was part of his role to cater to us, he was very genuine, friendly and went above and beyond to make sure that our service was exceptional. Apart from that, it helped that the selection of sandwiches, cakes, scones, teas and glasses of champagne were decadently delicious.we both had a wonderful afternoon as a result, thank you.
J. D.
Perfect hotel for a couple or family. Beautiful big suites high ceilings roof. Excellent service as you expect from four seasons. Must try their fish and chips i find them quite lovely.

Superb! My favourite place ❤️

Really nice hotel in top location
H. J.
Most amazing place, the afternoon tea was delicious and the service perfect. Our waiter George was the most kind man and even gave plasters for my feet (high heel issues). Would recommend to anyone.
D. W.
Wonderful hotel, staff amazing, if in london town its a must to go place. Well done four Seasons.
K. S.
We were celebrating our engagement with my lovely becoming wife.
Your service, support and smiles really made our evening 😊🙏 First night we were enjoying at Marriott, but the service is even better at your hotel. Love both though.
Even in my Kubla marketing agency in Finland - we couldn’t make a better service. We love your people and your HAPPY service! 110% sure we are coming back ♥️
Thank you Four Seasons 😊 Strong recommendation!
M. W.
Truly amazing experience. The food and service at La Dame de Pic is sublime and well worth the money for the culinary wonderment of what hits the table. We were lucky enough to visit the kitchen after our meal to thank the chefs.
D. R.
Such a warm & welcoming arrival, with amazing rooms, bars, conference & seating rooms.
Valentina Russo was performing, what an amazing energy this Female DJ brought to the events room. Loved every minute of it.
The cocktails were made to a very high standard
The decor was absolutely stunning, exquisite glass lift, beautiful chandeliers, you have to see it for yourself.
I would 100% Recommend it for any event.
M. F.
I'm sure it must be possible to improve on having a cream tea at the four seasons but having thought long and hard I simply don't know how it could be better.
Fantastic tea, scones ,clotted cream ,lemon curd and the choice of 2 jams. Impeccable service beautifully presented ,listening to the piano tinkling in the background... Simply perfect
S. B. L.
Impressive classical building tastefully renovated to present hotel, retaining many original features. Secluded location with views of Tower of London. Had afternoon tea at Rotunda, tasty and fancy.
C. L.
Luxurious suites & residences for the truly unpretentious sophisticate. A service team providing the type of experience unmatched by any other. A selection of international cuisines lovingly prepared by gourmet chefs to order using only the finest ingredients. Whether a business banquet, high profile intimate conference... Or simply some tranquil sanity in the fast paced City of London. There is none better facilitated than The Four Seasons at Ten Trinity Square
a. K.
I took my best friend here for her birthday we had champagne afternoon tea. GEORGE was the best waiter ever! He went above and beyond to make our experience out of this world. Be sure to requat George as your waiter and it will be the best afternoon tea in London!
E. S.
Awsome stay. Rooms are really well furnished and the staff ( Alex and Patrik over all!) very helpfull and authentically involved by their “mission” in the intent to preview and fulfill any need of the guests. Good food and plenty of services at reasonalble price...even the Coiffeur...a real experience by the way!
A. R.
Great hotel. However the questioning eyes and approach of people on multiple gates are not very welcoming. I think guests need a warm welcome. Otherwise, facility wise and service wise one of the best you can get in London.
T. H.
Very luxurious. Amazing glass lift in the old stairwell. Sumptuous is the UN room where we had a special company dinner evening. Servers were very professional and the meal was perfect.
A. M.
Not my kind of place. Ultra luxury but felt overstaffed and oppressive. Before I even got out of the lobby I had passed three door holders and two or three greeters. Had I been staying there rather than just attending an evening function I would not have been happy contributing towards all those salaries. Food was nice though.
J. R.
Thank you to the whole team at the Four Seasons Trinity Square. We had an amazing stay.
P. U.
Very nice and luxurious hotel right by Tower of London. The hotel has very nice gym and swimming pool. You can grab a (free) bottle of water and some fruits at the main entrance. The hotel is located very near to the tower hill station. There are many restaurants near the hotel.
A. S.
This place manages something incredible ( and rare in London...) - it is a very luxurious place, everything seems 5* and quality. Yet the staff are so friendly and genuinely welcoming - there is no hint of snobbiness, all the staff are just the loveliest people. Really recommend!
J. D.
Very welcoming staff who presents you the hotel that opened in 2017 when you arrive. The location is excellent at the heart of the City, in front of the Tower of London and the Tower Bridge. The night was excellent as you can choose among 3 different pillows. I found one that I wanted to bring home... The spa is exceptional though I prefer Technogym machines for the gym. The area with the swimming-pool, the hammam, the sauna, and the relaxing pool with air tubes and lounges is very good. A 1-Michelin star restaurant completes the hotel offer.
M. S.
Absolutely love the four seasons all over the world. This one is a little bit of a home. The main dining area is circular and cozy for a nice evening tea or a brunch after a tower bridge visit. The staff is super accommodating. And like all four seasons, the flowers are fresh and Wi-Fi is abundant
J. J.
Set in the heart of the City, overlooking Tower Bridge and the Tower of London, Ten Trinity Square is the starting point for discovering London’s historic past, alongside its exhilarating present. As impressive inside as out, this famous five-star hotel remains the centre of attention, as a new chapter begins in its history.
L. S.
Fabulous luxury 5* hotel and delivers fantastic service. The cocktails and food is tasty served in a good atmosphere. This is a special hotel located in the City of London and I would highly recommend to stay here or drinks&dinner.
J. J.
An afternoon tea like no other. Great selection of teas, scones and pastries. Nice background music playing on the piano, lovely ambiance. Service was excellent.
S. S.
Lovely experience at the Japanese restaurant.
M. E.
The former Port Authority building. New owners have done an impeccable job renovating this building and turning it into a one of the best hotels in London. The staff does not miss a thing anticipating your needs prior to even knowing you need something.
If your travel needs take you to the area do not miss the opportunity to make Four Seasons Ten Trinity your home away from home.
C. S.
A marvellous atmosphere of pure luxury.
Y. 4.
stomach churningly expensive hotel.
However if you want luxury this is the place.
very historic building and the staff will tell you some of that history if you ask.
Staff very polite.
Hotel itself a little confusing with lifts everywhere.
Meal I had was ok. Which given the price of the hotel I honestly expected it to be better.
I. F.
Luxurious hotel. Awesome live piano played in the background and helpful and friendly staff. Also swimming pool area and spa is very relaxing.
M. R.
I have not been into the hotel it self, from the outside it looked wonderful, a boutique chic style hotel of 100 rooms plus apartments. London prices I believe starting at £344.00 to £1600 per night, A lovely looking building.
T. M.
It only takes 1 mins to walk to Tower Hill Tube station and a few restaurants just beside the hotel if you wanna have breakfast or casual dine out at night, and more choices near the tube area. The only disadvantage is if you would like to …
S. L.
Been there for afternoon tea and evening drinks, fabulous surroundings, excellent food and superb service. Friends who had booked to stay overnight in London, moved their belongings to four seasons as they were so impressed.
E. T.
Impacable place. We srayed only for a short weekend, but loved it. The room was outstanding and the mattress was a cloud! Bar was above and beyond excellent. Delivering special fliwers for the family member in 2 hours was totally incredible, my aunt was impressed. And special thanks to Mr. J for his help and assistance!
S. K.
Wow what can i say about this wow. Beautiful building and inside is so lavishing too and the french restaurant i went to was amazing literally everything was just so unique it changed my concept of French cuisine. I went for 6 course set menu for £110 i believe without drinks. French portions ofcourse are very small so it wont be too much to eat. It does not include but most things are marinated and cooked in alcohol for its not good for someone who does not drink alcohol for relegious beliefs or personal choice. This review is just for French hotel but there is another asian resturant or you can have high tea in a beautiful setting in the lobby. Interior is lovely
J. D.
A very plush brand new hotel in a great location for the City financial district. Found the staff are very helpful although are still getting to know things themselves due to this place having just opened. One downside is being shown to a Mercedes car after asking for a taxi to take us to Heathrow airport.
M. G.
A group of us (20 professional women) were invited to High Tea at the Four Seasons Hotel. It was my first and definitely will not be my last time experiencing this British tradition. Our Brazilian waiter (sorry can't remember his name...only his smile) was the absolute best. This darling man treated this high strung group as if we were royalty! The cucumber sandwiches and pistachio tart were my favorites. Be sure to enjoy extra bottles of Proseco. Four hours later we were still enjoying ourselves with selections from the cocktail menu. Vodka martini...shaken not stirred!
K. H.
Went for drinks and it was lovely! The staff were great and made everything we asked for that was off menu superbly.
C. S.
The location is good. Just 3 minutes walk from tower hill subway station and from the hotel you can just walk to the tower of London. The gym and swimming pool is superb. Love this hotel.
N. B. (.
Newly opened, this 1920's themed four seasons pampered us silly with their amazing service and beautiful live jazz music.
At the Rotunda lounge, they had waiters dressed in Gatsby, with feather headbands and tassle tops - felt like we were stepping into a different world.
Even if you drop by for afternoon tea, you will be in for a delight. Custom made chinaware and fragrant tea choices engulf you with a gentle pianist at the back.
If you're into that era, Thursday nights are a bit more special because its a special live band event while you sip on some scotch.
J. W.
Loved it! Great location housed in a former Victorian office building. Rooms are impressive & loved the attention to detail (eg cleaning staff addressed you by name)
P. S.
A stunning hotel and room, very expensive though but for a one-off very worth it. Spa and pool was nice but on the small-ish size, however the changing rooms were huge. Excellent service all round.
s. t.
I had a most amazing afternoon tea, very beautiful place , great service and wonderful top skilled Waiter called George. Thank you George for making our afternoon tea so special.
H. P.
Well designed property, great experience and the kitchen was fabulous in creating a terrific pasta dish, with delicious french fries! The staff was well attired and very service oriented.
H. K.
Perfectly positioned in a grand old building. This luxury hotel is out of the central chaos but in easy access to everything. Great rooms and great service.

Just amazing
Should be 7 🌟

The definition of a luxury London hotel. Wonderful service staff too. Very easy access to Tower Hill tube station too, and a great view of The Shard from outside.
J. Q.
Great hotel near London Tower and London bridge. Nice spa, restaurant and service. They offer a mercedes limousine available to you to use for short drives.

FOR ONCE, A REAL 5 STAR EXPERIENCE
Too many hotels in London appoint themselves a 5 Star rating and really don't deserve it.
Long gone are the days when a third party organisation appoints the star rating for a hotel, these days, they just decide what star rating they are themselves and then advertise that way.
But here, it's undeniably appropriate.
I had come for a complimentary spa experience and a tour of the venue.
And from the minute you walk in the door, you feel like the entire operation exists purely to cater for your needs, as any 5 star experience should.
Staff, begin with calling you Sir, but quickly revert to calling you Mr. [insert surname] upon learning it. A far cry (thankfully) from The Ned (read review).
Everything feels of the highest quality and attention to detail is absolutely everywhere from the beautifully stocked locker to Robbios Tea (the best I've ever tasted).
Special mention should go to the receptionist Adriemm who made the experience exceptional and Maxim the masseuse who did such a good job with deep tissue massage I actually fell asleep.
This is an exceptional hotel, in an astounding building, a visit is essential.
E. O.
We only stopped by for a quick bite and drink at the bar and there was everything you would expect from such a great venue and plus...
Amazing staff and service, fantastic cocktails and great bar food...luck us we even got to enjoy the nice dueto of piano and guitar playing suberb live music...
P. R.
Beautifully designed new hotel in the CIty of London opposite the Tower of London. The restaurant is La Dame de Pic, the first UK restaurant by Anne-Sophie Pic, the only current French female chef to hold three Michelin stars.
The lounge room is stunning and a great place for coffee, meetings or the bar for after work drinks.
S. K.
Booked afternoon tea here and it was fantastic, the sandwiches and desserts were divine and the setting was exquisite. They also offered a halal menu.
C. S.
This hotel is in good location. Staff is excellent. I love to stay here and I hope I will come back soon.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about the four seasons trinity square. What a lovely staff , beautiful rooms and spa. The hotel is wonderful for families as well
K. Y.
Beautiful rotunda and hotel lobby. Still not fully opened so would love to visit once all the kinks are ironed out. Hopefully it'll have the same charm as the Four Seasons Hampshire which was sublime

Grade II Listed former Port of London authority HQ completed in 1922, repurposed in 2017 as a hotel with an exquisite interior.
Often mistaken for Trinity House, the noteworthy Beaux Arts facade here a bravura masterclass in craftsmanship, exuding confidence and optimism.
Eminently grandiose with Father Thames surveying his domain from a lofty height towards Trinity Gardens and The Tower of London.
C. M.
This is a dreamlike experience is every respect...among the best service I’ve ever had. I hesitate to say “worth it” at this price point, but, alas, it was. Smile...sigh...more please!
s. s.
Well it was an interesting experience to visit the hotel.
If you can go inside then it is a Porsh place to visit. How i went inside interview hahaha.
Location: it is very easy there is tube station I think tower hill right next.
Tube station: tower hill is the station right next
Tubes: circule and district lines are coming
Other location: alot of tourist location are around the hotel
S. K.
Absolutely stunning. The building itself is beautiful. Tea at noon in the lobby. Suite was gigantic. Fantastic view of the city
S.
Really beautiful hotel - we had some drinks at the bar - amazing cocktails, incredible bar staff - we had a great night here - be prepared to spend a lot of money though...!
E. C.
Beautiful building, beautiful people, beautiful service, beautiful amenities.
Huge thanks to Bertrand, Eleonora, Debora & Arthur for making my short stay enjoyable and filled with attention & kindness.
A.
Had Afternoon Tea in the Rotunda Lounge where a Bosendorfer piano is centrally located. A pianist performed a couple of sessions during the tea, which can last 90+ minutes. You are given lots of time to savour the teas before being served the savioury course and, in due course, the sweet course.
N.
Great spot for staying if you are in the city for meetings and/or you are visiting the specific area for sightseeing
Wonderfully friendly staff and with exceptionally good memories - on arrival, at the entrance, the staff new our names from prior stay ( which surprised us in a positive sense as this was the 2nd stay ! )
With the location still being fairly new it benefits from excellent up keep of fixtures and fittings in all the main areas and rooms with standards you look to expect from these hotels ( and good to see them exceeding standards of locations such as singapore and Hong Kong )
