Top quality. From start to finish their service was exceptional. Its really easy to navigate. There was parking available for £10 a day which i think is fair. I had 24 hour access to my car. The apartment was just amazing not a single thing to complain about. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend.

This was a weekend getaway for my mother's 60th birthday. The staff were attentive to our requests and made our stay very pleasant. The apartment did not feel as spacious as it appeared in the images, although it was clean; equipped with everything that we needed; and had stunning views, particularly at night time. I will most certainly stay again.

Was worried about staying here because of noise but there was no problems, lovely sight from the balcony, cosy aparthotel ,good utensils in the kitchen and pretty comfy beds , only stayed one night, could defiantly come back and stay longer. Lovely cafe not even 10 mins walk away.

What a beautiful place! Had a long weekend stay at the penthouse couple weeks ago and all I can say that it was amazing, from reception staff to the penthouse itself everything was flawless. Loved every single bit of our stay. The accommodation had everything, spacious bedrooms, large lounges, beautifully designed kitchen with amazing views of the whole canary wharf area including the views to the o2 arena, the roof top terrace and party/dining room was spectacular. Really loved everything about our stay. Would give 10 stars if I could!!!

Rooms with great views and very clean, check in clerk wouldn't let me check into a room because the lead guest hadnt arrived and paid even though it was a 2 night stay with corporate card details captured and expected me to wait in the lobby. Eventually I made a full payment to access the room and got refunded when the lead guest played on business. Not amazing as an experience but the rooms are very well equipped.

Had a river view one bedroom apartment with balcony. Came with a sofa bed, so room for 4. Great visual location. Nicely appointed and comfortable internal surroundings. Paid around 160 for a Saturday night plus 10, soon to be 12 for parking. Parking is a near on literal no go, very narrow with limited spaces. Only downside was no option for late checkout.... Would stay here again, but would stay elsewhere for easier access to amenities and transport.

Back in London for another holiday I wouldn't even think to choose anywhere else Place was : spotless very well kept, spacious , Attention to detail given. Wonderful beds and comfy. We had a superior room and loved it to the full. 2 bathrooms 2 bedrooms ,big living area. Very good sized kitchen. A/c , 3 f/screens etc etc nothing was missing. Cleaning at weekdays was done daily. Reception staff were a real pleasure to meet Very helpful. Location : perfect if your a family or looking for some quiet time after a busy day. Surroundings : enjoyed my daily sunrise from the balcony. docks very close but didn't bother us at all . Outside area is very safe , relaxed although set in a business environment Travel : Ridiculously close to Jubilee line which connects to anywhere and since your not in the hub it's not chaotic. Dining : even with my little kids, it was not a problem. Lots and lots of places to choose from fit for all pockets, both Restaurant's and bars This place made our London stay even better. Nice set of apartments set right next to Canary Wharf. Each apartment has different amenities. Some have an oven some don't. This room was nice had microwave, dishwasher, double electric hob, pots, plates, glasses and a fridge. Tea and coffee were also provided as well as a kettle. My room had a partition between the living area and the bedroom. Both have their own tv, and there is a music dock and DVD player in the living area too. In the bedroom there is an ample sized wardrobe which hides a washing machine. In the cabinet by the bed was the safe. The bathroom has a heated towel rail and wall long mirror. The shower is huge, I'm lead to believe that some rooms have baths. There is also a panel heater in the front room that warms the place very nicely, I have issues with hotels and cold and the heating not getting hot enough. No issues here. I was here during covid so no socialization and there were cleaning continuously and there were many hand sanitizer about. Masks are a must and the staff are polite and helpful. Some rooms also have a balcony window or full balcony. I believe the parking is £7 per night (I didn't have to pay so price may vary) but that cheap for where it is and is secured and o ly accessible by your room key card. Look forward to going again. Will try for a bath in the room next time as that would have topped it for me.

Great place to stay by the docks and a short walk from the tube as well as offices.The rooms are tastefully decorated and have all furnishing to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The staff was very helpful and friendly. My only gripe is that the team cannot allocate points onto the loyalty. membership, due to separate bookings and I having joint the program late. This is more of an administrative issue, but shouldn't reflect negatively on the friendly staff on the ground.

A difficult place to rate so lets start with the good. Nice reception and breakfast area with good staff. Rooms are apartments with kitchen lounge diner and a separate bedroom. Plenty of space to spread out. Furniture and paintings and fun and funky. Kitchen has everything you need for a week and tea/coffee/biscuits provided. Two TVs and a room safe. Shower room modern and clean. Location is very good easy to get to Blackwall for Excel or Canary Wharf with its tube, DLR shops and restaurants. On this basis an easy 4 stars. However the real reason for staying is to sleep and the noise from the road is bad and double glazing doesn't seem to work, so I never slept well therefore 2 stars. If you stay and aren't used to noisy roads then pay extra for a marina view or a top floor.

A very comfortable place to stay if you're planning to work in Canary Wharf. It's very clean, the staff is very nice & friendly, breakfasts are good, the room was neat and the bed was very comfortable. Whenever I go for a business trip to London, that will be my #1 accommodation :)

Stayed here for 10 nights in January 2019. Experience was fine, but nothing really stood out during my stay. Rooms were clean with the staff helpful, although strangely my room wasn't serviced over the weekend. Didn't bother me but just a bit odd. Location wise it's a 5-10 walk to Canary Wharf so this is a plus. But also a bit noisy as near a road, and overlooking the Billingsgate fish markets with delivery trucks and such.

Stayed here during the New Years'. It was nice and quiet, comfortable, at a very accessible location (Very easy to get into the underground mall/the tube station) and overall felt cozy. The Breakfast was a little limited, but nothing big to complain about. The man at the front desk was always willing to help us out and was overall very kind and polite. There were some miscommunications at first, but within 3 days we learned how to get around both the hotel, and to the rest of Canary Wharf/London. As for the rooms, they were a little compact, but yet again featured a great view and were very comfortable.

A nice place. Nice location and some really nice and helpful staff (especially a couple of excellent night staff, one male, one female, I think one was Moroccan) and some staff that could have been better, that I had try harder than I should have had to, to get a problem with the room sorted out. You see, there is no air conditioning in some rooms, and boy is it hot. I met another guest, and the first thing we asked each other was, is your room hot? A modern hotel, with rooms that do no have AC???? Fail! Unless you visit in winter.

I will be staying at Fraser Place for three nights and i think I'll be quite comfortable. The rooms are well-lit and well furnished. The apartment is clean and stocked. Guest services have been cordial and responsive. There is a complimentary smartphone in my flat for use about town [including text, calling, and data free of charge], which is a serious plus if you're traveling from outside the country and don't have proper service everywhere you go. It's a bit out of the way if you're looking to do things in central London, but the Canary Warf underground station (jubilee line) is a short walk away (<10 minutes). Overall an excellent place to stay. ★★★★★, would stay here again.

Amazing value for money. The serviced apartment has fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, tea set. Everything you need for a stay. The hotel is 15 minutes ride from London City Airport and 10 minute walk from the underground. The rooms have a great view and the insides are well furnished. The most unique part of this hotel is the Handy phone. Coming from the USA, having a free smartphone with free internet and international calling that I can take with me around the city has been incredibly useful.

Very nice serviced apartment hotel. Good location, not far from underground station (10 minute walk). Great with dishwasher and washing machine. The rooms get a bit hot but we had a (semi) portable AC in apartment to make it a bit cooler. 2 bathrooms, one with shower and one with bath tub. No coffee machine but there was a water boiler. The kitchen had all things we needed including toaster, fridge, freezer, pots, pans and so on. We had 2 bedrooms and there was a TV in each bedroom plus one in the living room - great when you are traveling with kids that wants to be alone and watch different things. No smart tv, but chromecast solved that. The living room tv had a dvd player (not bluray) The hotel internet was good. We got as many logins as we wanted. An extra plus was the Handy mobile that was free to use during our stay. A bottle of still mineral water was in the fridge when we arrived, and there also was tea and nescafé + 4 shortbread cookies (which we 5 fought over :) The sofa bed was probably not that comfortable, but my teenager son loved it. Probably because he didn't have to share it with anyone and he got the largest TV.

I traveled from Florida to London for a 5 day business trip this Feb/March.I rate this hotel highly, firstly because the front desk staff, Antonella and Elvis were exemplary in making my check in quick, comfortable and fun. The apartments are well equipped and very clean.The breakfast service staff believe in "service with a smile". Please pass on my sincere thanks to the front desk and all the staff at your hotel. This is a lovely place to go for a relaxing walk. So close to the fast paced canary wharf but far from all that hussel and hussel... Really helps to step away from the day job when time permits during lunch breaks. There are a few places to gab a bite to eat and just sit on the benches watching the world and the ducks go by.

Beautiful location and with a suggestive view on the docks, the apartment looks brand new and they provide a smartphone to call in the UK and surf on internet for free. There is no AC though, and this makes difficult to stay in the apartment. The bathroom in particular becomes a sauna. The sofa bed in the living room is not as comfortable as the main bed, but still does its work.

Fraser place canary wharf. Had a great 2 night stay here. My daughter and son in law booked 2 nights here. With their 4 young sons. We had 2 what seemed like kingsize beds and sofa bed in the lounge. It was a large lounge with a seperate kitchen. It had a cooker/microwave/washing machine and dishwasher. And all the usual things for self catering. We had a balcony which Josh aged 2 and Owen aged1. Loved playing on. There was a flat screen tv in the lounge and both bedrooms. Also iPod radios in every room everything was remote control. There was a family bathroom and an ensuite with a bath. I have stayed in London more times than I can remember at all different hotels of different ratings, and this was the best place I have had the pleasure of staying in. We stayed here to go to the o2 arena which was a short taxi ride away. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting London.

Location is good. Staff is polite. Hotel is a bit old though. Been stayed here for a month already. Experienced water issue & 3 times of smoke alarm at 2:00 am in the morning (i was turning on the humidifier). Pillow is really not good. keeps giving me headache, neck and shoulder pain. I don't know why but i kept coughing in the bedroom at nights during my stay even i turned off all the heaters. The air quality is not very good. (Translated) Buena ubicacion. El personal es educado. El hotel es un poco viejo. Ya me he alojado aquí por un mes. Problema de agua experimentado y 3 veces de alarma de humo a las 2:00 am de la mañana (estaba encendiendo el humidificador). La almohada realmente no es buena. sigue dándome dolor de cabeza, de cuello y de hombros.
