M. L.Stayed here from 14 to 18 Dec at Room 208. Great housekeeping team which kept the room so tidy n clean. Unfortunately, the dryer in the room is not working. I have to everytime bring my wet laundry to the lower ground laundry room to use the dryer. To make matter worse, there is only one (out of 2) dryer that is working. I really don't wish to share dryer with others during this pandemic. Will be back here for another 3 weeks cause I have paid for stay. Hopefully, I get a better room with a functioning dryer.
M. M.Location of hotel was great, the room i had, may have been the smallest in the hotel! The room itself, needs some maintenance, and the sound of every footstep across the ceiling from the hotel guest above me was incredibly annoying. Would want to check the other rooms before going back. Staff were friendly.
T. R.Stayed here on and off during the few months that my previous flat had a leak. Vijay and his team were always so friendly, accommodating and wonderful. When we had to leave our flat at 5am due to the leak he was able to accommodate us into a room right away. We’ve stayed in several of the rooms and they were all great- spacious, clean and well appointed. We’ve moved to another flat close to this place and every time we walk by it we miss it! It always felt like a home away from home.

My stay was amazing and easy thanks to this team.

L. C.I booked at last minute for my daughter and 2 friends as she was celebrating her 18th birthday and was dinning in Kensington for the day so this was a nice treat for them. The staff was lovely and polite the rooms was very clean and spacious with nice and elegant finish they said they had a really nice night and my daughter even made sure the room was spotless for check out. I made them FaceTime when checking out to see how the stay was they was all very happy with the hotel 5 stars from them.

O. N.These suites are like small appartments, very nice and cozy. I does not really feel like a hotel, more like your appartment. It is all very clean and the interior design is very nice, British style from the past century, beautiful overall. The staff is very nice and friendly. And the location is perfect if you want to stay in South Kensington within a reasonable budget. So yes this is a great choice.
s. s.My husband and I have recently spent 12 nights at this lovely hotel. The hotel was great, location superb and staff amazing. The hotel is extremely close to the Gloucester Rd Tube and great pubs and eateries a very short walk away. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again. The amenities in the room were great with a kitchenette and washing machine.still trying to work out the dryer however, the towel warmer worked a treat for drying jeans !!! The only disgruntlement was the lounge. Very old and tacky and when we would sit on it we were touching the metal frame underneath. Housekeeping did resolve it by putting doona underneath....all in all it was a lovely location for 12 nights !!
J. G.Units are well appointed and clean. Location is excellent with close proximity to the subway, supermarkets, restaurants, beautiful neighborhoods, Hyde Park, etc. Ideal for families.
The mattress is a less than ideal an inner spring system that clearly needs replacing as you can hear the springs popping regularly.
While there is a laundry machine in each room, the dryer ran for four consecutive cycles and left everything still very very damp. You are far better off using the large machine in the basement.
staff at the front desk is absolutely useless. Ask them anything and you'll get a crazy response. I asked him for a room key and they promptly provided it without asking my name or ID - as a joke I did asked them for three more room keys for unknown rooms on my floor and they gladly complied (I promptly returned the keys to them and notified them up their security breach).
C. K.Very nice hotel/apartments. I stayed in the slightly larger room which includes a very large bed (king size?), couch, large TV, desk, dining table, fully fitted kitchen - and underfloor heating which is so nice during the colder days.
Nice and modern decor and furnishings, immaculate condition, friendly staff. Highly recommended - I've already booked another 2 night stay.

Q. K.Excellent location in the centre of the city. Modern, large and well furnished apartments with everything you need for a short or even a quite long stay. There is a washing machine as well as the usual kitchen appliances.
The only issue is noise - it's a lively part of town and it's right next to a night club so if you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs or look elsewhere.
K. C.Good location, but very noisy at night. Street right in front is filled with loud racing vehicles in the middle of the night and it is normal to wake up several times a night. Rooms average but small. Breakfast for GBP10 per person is totally horrible. Instant cup noodles are on the menu for breakfast.
R. P.We were in London for 3 days with our son to celebrate our Golden Wedding Anniversary.... Lovely staff and our rooms (which they very kindly upgraded to a Suite because of our celebration) were wonderful and added to a most magical celebration. We will certainly stay there again on a future visit.
K. G.One of our favorite places to stay in London. The rooms are large and have a kitchenette. Some rooms have a washer/dryer combo, but there is also a free guest laundry on the lower ground floor that I prefer. The staff is top notch and so is the location. You are about a 5 minute walk to Gloucester Road tube station which is attached to a Boots and a Waitrose. There are lots of places to eat close by also and you're about a 25 minute walk to Harrod's. You'll pass Exhibition Road which means the Victoria and Albert and the Natural History Museum.
The only downside is that we've stayed in two lower ground floor rooms and both had a faint sewer odor. I really think that's the nature of London as we've had it other places on the Lower Ground floor, too. We bought a room air freshener at Waitrose. But, I think next time we'll ask to be put at Ground or higher and see if we can avoid that smell.
T. M.A fantastic experience by staying with the Fraser Suite Queen Gate! We booked a one-bedroom apartment which provided my family a great living space for 5 night stay in London. The kitchen is about fully equipped, the only thing we missed is …
L. S.Well we were in basement.. With washing machines.. You have to pay a deposit for damage... I'd paid in advance.. The room was comfortable but rather tired.. Cracked tiles etc.. Looking at last TV watched we seemed to be in servants quarters for people from further afield..... Breakfast pretty shocking.. Pot noodle?? Just weird to be honest
P. S.Stayed here for 3 nights recently while we were in London. Staff were great and the room was very comfortable and well equipped for our purposes. Great location with restaurants and tube station close by. Only issue we had was someone in the room above doing a lot of jumping about.

A.I stayed for some time in Fraser Suites Abuja where the service and facilities are of a very high standard. That is why I was a little disappointed by some faults in the service of the Fraser Suites Queens Gate. I had to ask to the staff to make again my bedroom because they did not fix it properly. During the breakfast buffet something was always missing (forks, water, coffee...). Guests had to stand continually from their table to ask for these things to be brought in.
In the other hand I must say that the hotel has an excellent position in a nice and very central area. The price is convenient and the staff is very friendly.
All in all my stay was pleasant.

We arrived pretty late to London and had to call the hotel to get directions from Heathrow, the lady at reception was very helpful. The room was pretty comfortable but don't expect to be acknowledged by the housekeeping staff. The rubbish bin hadn't been emptied from the previous guest and breakfast was disappointing, scrambled eggs too salty.
L. N.Great location - neighborhood clean and quite, metro station is literally 5 min away walking. The metro line brings you direct to the airport.
The hotel is modern with clean facilities.
The only thing I wouldn’t recommend is breakfast - it’s quite poor for the price you pay (10 pounds)
A. L. (.We were in the executive loft suite and it was nice! The furnishings were really new. The only downside is that because it is a loft, the heat from the heater makes sleeping up top unbearable. Sleep downstairs if you can't take the heat! The sofa bed also isn't the best...

D. S.There is a lot of time saved when you plan a recreational city trip and you dont need to investigate for available hotels because your choice is always Fraser or Capri by Fraser. This was the case in Glasgow, Barcelona and now in London. The particular Queens Gate hotel is situated perfectly - 3 min. walk to Subway, grocery store, restaurants, 15 min. walk to Hyde Park and Royal Albert Hall. The hotel itself offered the usual high standard: Friendly staff, spacious, clean, well equipped and comfortable apartments.

1- Cleaning is not at the required level, only the bed is arranged, but the room is not cleaned properly, as I put an empty and damaged water bottle, and when I came back, I found it and it was not thrown away.
2- The nuisance of the upper rooms never ends and we hear the movement of their feet and any movement they make. This point is very annoying as we cannot sleep at night
An acceptable experience, and it is possible to live in it in the next visits, God willing

In the morning, take a walk in Consington Park, and have coffee and croissants at Paul in front of Gloucester Station. One meal in the kitchen in the room. One cooked the cooked rice and steaks in the microwave. The only drawback was that it was good except for the lack of water service.

4인가족 6일 숙박했네요~ 튜브역 넘 가깝고 버스도 가깝고 위치적으로는 최고입니다. 아침에는 컨싱턴 공원에서 산책하고 글로스터역앞 폴에서 커피와 크로와상~~ 룸에 딸린 주방에서 하루 한끼는 한식으로~전자랜즈로 햇반, 스테이크도 구워먹고~날마다 클린업해주고~방도 넓고~소파배드도 괜찬았습니다~ 단 하나의 단점은 서비스 물이 없는점 빼고는 다 좋았습니다~ ~한국인 이용객이 별로 없는거 같아서 소문내는 중입니다~~ㅎㅎ
