Super nice people! Kitchen staff will cook you anything you want if they have it in. Inside was super clean with modern items. TV didn't work (not that we wanted to watch it) bathroom drain took a long time to drain. Be careful on the shower, it has an automatic hot water that will scald you if someone flushes the toilet and your in the shower. We would stay again.

First issue I had, getting there early since most flights from the States to Europe are overnights, asked to leave my luggage and they mentioned it was a 10 pound fee. I asked for early check in and they mentioned the earliest they could do was a 1pm at a 20 pound fee. I asked if I could check in early will they eliminate the fee of the luggage hold and they stated NO. With desperation we did both. All my years of traveling all over the world, I've never neen ripped off for a luggage hold fee. Rooms were okay, tube is about a 10 minute walk, but you're better off hopping on the bus and riding it down the road. Walls are thin so you can hear everything from your neighbors. Beds are thin too. However, I would never recommend this place for their shady practice of the fees they failed to mention on the listing websites. Had I known, my money would have been spent elsewhere.

You get what you pay for and it’s absolutely fine for that. A bed, your own hot shower, breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. The bad reviews are upsetting because this is a budget hotel in an awesome location. It’s not the Sheraton so no the beds are not great. It’s on a busy road so yes it’s a bit loud but hey! You’re in London!

I enjoyed our stay here. Only downside our room was up lots of stairs and the door to get in didn't let us in which was worrying with two kids but for the price we paid for the room I couldn't fault it overall clean and tidy and better than expected!

The kitchen and staff are fantastic, the bathrooms are modern, the beds are squeaky, the TV remote is a bit manky, rooms have fans and a in-between stages feel kinda the classic hotel thing going on, TV works and has a good picture and there is a fridge, eggs are cooked fresh for you at breakfast.

Was a cheap little hotel for a night and got what we paid for. Wasn’t the best and was in need of a refurb. The breakfast staff weren’t friendly at all, I asked for runny eggs and they weren’t so I asked for runny eggs again and I got runny eggs but on the same plate on top of the old ones. The toilet in the room was tiny, and to open the shower you had to push the door into the toilet due to the size and space available.

(Translated) We stayed for three nights, for two nights, from February 22nd to 24th, at this cozy hotel and it was a real pleasure. Comfortable room, very clean, perfect toilet and very large shower. Everything in perfect order, we had clean towels available every morning, shower gel, shampoo and soap with room cleaning included. A kettle in the room with tea and milk portion and a small fridge available. Breakfast in the communal kitchen is very good, with freshly prepared eggs in the way you prefer and toasted pan-fried bread, fruit juice, various jams, cereals, milk, yogurt and a choice of hot drinks machine. Very convenient location close to Hammersmith station accessible by foot or by bus. Really good value for money. I'll be back for sure :) (Original) Abbiamo pernottato in tre, per due notti, dal 22 al 24 febbraio, in questo accogliente hotel ed è stato un vero piacere. Camera confortevole, molto pulita, servizi igienici perfetti e doccia molto ampia. Tutto in perfetto ordine, avevamo a disposizione asciugamani puliti tutte le mattine, bagnoschiuma, shampoo e saponetta con compresa la pulizia della camera. Un bollitore in camera con the e latte monoporzione ed un piccolo frigo a disposizione. La colazione nella cucina comune vermanete molto buona, con uova preparate al momento nel modo in cui si preferisce e pane tostato in padella, succo di frutta, marmellate varie, cereali, latte, yogurt ed un distributore di bevande calde a scelta. Molto comoda la locazione vicino alla stazione di Hammersmith raggiungibile a piedi o in autobus. Rapporto qualità prezzo veramente buono. Ci tornerò di sicuro :)

I was allocated a room on the 4th floor (there was no elevator present) with a closet, refrigerator, TV, a small bathroom with basic sanitation. The place is clean enough, the breakfast provided little but at least the classic omelet is done at the time by two nice ladies. very important note is that the hotel is located in a strategic place, near the Shepherd bush station: you can then connect directly to the central line and thus be really comfortable in the use of the tube. Ps: bring bathrobes, the ones provided by the hotel are a bit small. (Original) Piccola vacanza a Londra della durata di 5 giorni. L'hotel è di tipo economico a 2 stelle ed ha soddisfatto quasi completamente le mie aspettative. Mi era stata assegnata una camera al 4° piano (non c'era la presenza dell'ascensore) con un armadio, frigo bar, tv, un piccolo bagno con i servizi igienici di base. Il posto è abbastanza pulito, la prima colazione poco fornita ma in compenso la classica frittata è fatta al momento da due gentili signore. Nota molto importante è che l'hotel è situato in un posto strategico, vicino alla stazione di shepherd bush: ci si può così collegare direttamente alla central line ed essere così davvero comodi nell'utilizzo della tube. Ps: portatevi degli accappatoi, quelli forniti dall'hotel sono un po' piccoli.

Wäre die Zimmer im anderen Stockwerk hätte uns nichts gefehlt schließlich kommt man nach London um etwas zu sehen und erleben und ausschlafen (nicht lange aber ohne Krach)das ist wichtig für mich nicht luxus
