Feeling very relaxed and refreshed after my one night stay. The views are amazing, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, great breakfast buffet spread and the staff were lovely. Special thanks to Carmen who made sure my stay was perfect. I will definitely be back!

Had a couple of teething issues with getting into our room but once sorted, it was plain sailing. The customer service was brilliant, I left my shower bag. I emailed the hotel and they were more than happy to pack and post it to my home address. This is what I call going the extra mile, would return again!

Clean, modern and compact hotel in a great position for Waterloo Station and local bus and tube connections. Also very handy for local attractions. The view from the Sky Bar is worth seeking out even if the bar is a little expensive and perhaps checking in could be improved at busier times! Having said that, we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and next time we'll make sure we're not in a hurry on checking out day so that we can fully enjoy the excellent breakfast. Happy to recommend.

Stayed for 2 nights. Hotel is easy walking distance from most major attractions.
The staff are polite, and happy to help.
Room 514 was mostly very clean and had good views towards the imperial war museum and the London eye.
Only dirty thing was the shower hose, which had black mould high up where the cleaning staff obviously miss.
Also the sockets by the table are worn out and need to be replaced.
Other than that, it's a nice hotel with a good breakfast

Was clean and tidy. Great for stop over for one or two nights. Great for sighting in London or want to see a West end show. Staff friendly Polite. Normally would a drink on arrival but wasnt offered one as u would normal at a h10 hotel. Breakfast was hot was fresh and tasty with a great range to offer.

Lovely views in the hotel including the skybar and the bedroom. However for the cost of just under a hundred a night the room was not what I was expecting. We had two single beds pushed together as our mattress, and the quality of the appliances in the room was poor. The finishings of the room including side tables and bathroom details were messy. I believe the room just requires fresh details. The clock had a layer of solid dust and did not work and the tv was old. It was a fine night in a hotel with lovely views but I would expect slightly more for the cost of the hotel. Only a 10 minute walk from Waterloo and the staff were lovely and held our luggage after we checked out so no complaints there! Just with the room and the cost. We had a standard double room just for information.

This is basically a three star hotel. Kept very nice, clean, staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are tiny but adequate. Someone wrote a review stating they had a view of the “eye” from their room — wow! I had a Waterloo street view. So who knows? It is about .4 mile to the Waterloo station and a mile or so walk into London city.
I have a few recommendations for management and for you as customers to be aware of.
I recommend the hotel makes the following improvements. The shower is treacherous. Although I am an older person, other younger folks I spoke with felt the same way.
The tub needs more safety strips on the floor. Especially in the back of the tub. Way too slippery. Especially getting out of the tub. Plus it would benefit from a handrail on the wall to the left of the shower head.
It also needs instructions on the wall over the shower handles indicating how to use it —- left side controls shower forward/ bath back—-right handle hot forward/ cold back.
Lastly shower pressure need to i be increased.
Some recommendations regarding breakfast: Coffee was not hot whether American or espresso. Second morning breakfast foods were cold and eggs were late coming. Variety of foods was excellent and the staff’s service and professionalism was wonderful. Much appreciated.
So, that’s it in a nutshell (almost, LOL). I might stay again, but I might also try some other places just to compare. Especially if it was a wee bit closer to the city, the price was close to this one, and the room a little bigger.

Absolutely loved our stay here. Great location near Waterloo station. We saw the London Eye from our room, completely unexpected! Everything was modern, staff were great and breakfast buffet was delicious, so much choice for vegetarian/vegan hot & cold breakfasts! Would also recommend the rooftop bar, so pretty.
However, it was slightly dusty in our room, they are currently restricting contact points so our room wasn't cleaned each day. It was a very expensive stay so wouldn't expect dust on surfaces when we arrived but this didn't ruin our stay & we would certainly come back.

We really had a pleasant stay at h10 Waterloo. The room view was excellent, the staff was super supportive, prime location in London. Love the experience 😍💕

We were welcomed so warmly. We for some reason we’re upgraded, which we appreciated immensely! The staff were polite helpful and friendly with absolute professionalism as a cherry on the top.
Breakfast was very nice and great variety. As a early riser I was there at 7.25 were I had a personal feast. Bowl of fresh fruit, cereal, then vegan breakfast, onto fresh coffee and finished with fresh orange juice.
Lovely!!! Then came down again with the rest off the family for round 2 . Toast with Nutella and raspberry jam and coffee.
Nobody said not on my watch.
They just said hi sir and looked after us.
Our room was just nice with great windows to watch London rush by.
Then when we checked out and we’re offered a free cocktail in the sky lounge before we left. We had a non alcoholic drink as we didn’t want to stagger round London. The bar had views across London, it was great.
The staff were so nice.
I recommend this place 100%
Thank you so much we left feeling good and was like wow wasn’t expecting that!!

Decent hotel, good location, a few drawbacks. Lobby and public areas are nicely decorated and staff are generally very helpful. Location is great with multiple bus lines and tubes close by!
On the negative side, the rooms are not at all sound insulated. Neither towards the road, nor the hallway. You can hear everything and I assume so can the rest of the hotel. Same goes for the bathroom which is separated only by a flimsy sliding door, offering very limited privacy.
Room all in all on the smaller side, but okay. Cleanliness can be improved in some areas. Making cleaning services elective is a weird touch.

Stayed for one night and it was lovely. Beautiful view from the 11th floor. Comfy beds and friendly staff! Definitely stay here again!

I stayed here in February of 2020 and had a great time its a short walk to big ben and the London eye as well as Churchill bunker. The room service was great and found the location fitting for my trip i enjoyed my stay here.

Convenient location, spacious room and excellent staff.
I spent 8 nights at the hotel, had to work remotely most of the days and the room was perfect for that having enough space and light.
Tasty breakfast with great staff and very good covid-safety organisation in the breakfast room.
The rooftop bar is a must-go - stunning views over London and good vibes.
I am visiting London again later this month and have booked H10 for the stay - it's that good!

I have stayed at dozens of hotels. H10 London waterloo was on the top of the list of best experiences ever. My partner and I both enjoyed our stay very much! The check- in staff were delightful and eager to help! We would definitely stay again and will recommend to a friend/colleague!

My partner and I both enjoyed our stay very much. Service and hospitality was exceptional. Breakfast was superb and I have stayed stayed in a lot of hotels and it was by far the best I have had. The choice was immense and the taste was exquisite. We would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone 💯🤗👍👌

Excellent stay. My wife and I stayed here for two nights. Overall very impressed with the hotel, especially the considerate service provided by the staff. Included breakfast had extensive choices and was delicious. We chose to pay to upgrade to a deluxe room which was very well appointed. Sky bar on floor 8 is a great way to spend the evening watching the sun set over london, tapas is also tasty!

Roof top bar fabulous, room very comfortable, clean and very comfortable beds, mini bar not used, but breakfasts a must! Fabulous views from our room 1007. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely stay.

Really lovely, modern hotel within easy walking distance of Waterloo and the southbank. Our duluxe room was spacious and pleasant to work inside. The rooftop bar has wonderful views and is a great spot to start your evening. There was a huge selection at breakfast with enough staff to ensure we were looked after. The hot food could be warmer and cooked better (eggs, mushrooms were over done) but plenty of other choice! Would definitely stay here again.

Well priced, good location. Curtains could have blocked out more light. Room was basic but fine for 1 or 2 nights. Pillows were.... Lacking a certain something. Man I like a good pillow.

Really lovely room with a great skyline view.
Complimentary drink upon arrival was a very lovely welcome treat.
My only not so great comment would be that there was no hair dryer in the room.

Great hotel, best breakfast in London and outstanding staff! Love it to stay there!

We enjoyed an excellent stay at this hotel. It's about a 10 minute walk from Waterloo station. Our City View room on the 12th floor added another dimension to our stay. The delicious and varied breakfast, featured everything from sausages and smoked salmon, to churros and cheeses. The staff we interacted with were friendly and welcoming. We'd stay here again for sure.

I found the service at the reception excellent with polite and very friendly professionals.
The room was as expected, clean and with excellent room service.
I found the electrical system a bit old and I couldn't charge some electronics because I didn't see many UK electricity plugs.
I was fascinated by the terrace, they have a fantastic view!

Nice hotel and excellent value. Easy to get to and from. Breakfast worth booking with stay as pricey on the day but generally good.

Great place all round. I crashed out here for a quick fire Wednesday night. Maybe slightly off my normal City beaten track but it was fine. Nice looking rooms (although the shower wasn't ultra powerful) and brekky was absolutely bang on. The Sky Bar is well worth a look too with awesome views and a nice relaxed vibe. If you're a bus user it's outstandingly well connected to all the places one might hit around town.
