S. P.Great modern hotel. Breakfast is nice. Very close to Park Royal Underground (Piccadilly) and Hanger Lane (central). 30 min ride to central london and 5 min to Indian food area.
One minor issue was our bathroom didn’t have a exhaust fan so it got hot and humid fast in the room
j. a.Clean, tidy and modern hotel with well thought out good quality rooms and secure parking. It's easy to control the temperature of the room which also has a large screen TV, my room had a fridge too. The bed is comfortable although the pillows aren't good, either too low with one, or too high with two!
One lift currently in use as the other is out of action, the stairs seem to be used in an emergency only. Didn't get a chance to check this out, but the remaining lift was very busy.
Evening meals are limited in choice and are average in taste, my prawn cocktail tasted very bland and had sliced red onion in it which was an unwelcome surprise. Breakfast has an extensive choice for all although eggs were not available on one of the mornings.
The staff were very helpful and pleasant.

T. A.I only came in for a coffee and calm chill, away from the hustle and bustle to get some work done. I was very pleasantly surprised as to how well the windows keep the sound of the a40 out. I was served a very tasty latte ( I wish there was caramel syrup though!) by Gilda who did it perfectly and was super friendly and approachable.
The lobby area was very clean and welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back in future.
N. B.Very nice hotel with comfy beds and pillows. The room was very nice and spacious and we had 2 rooms with connecting doors (kids in the other room). The eating area and bar was comfortable and clean. The hotel is close to Park Royal tube station (about 25 mins from central London) and a main road but you could not hear the traffic or tube. The breakfast was OK with plenty of choice (toast, cereals, continental and full English breakfast) and buffet style. A very good hotel and a good price considering its in London and we had 2 rooms.
A. G.Nice Hilton property. A little cramped, but clean and staff is super professional. We went there when we moved to London with our 14 check in bags and they didn't hesitate even once to store them through out our stay there in their cloak room. It has easy access to market and highway. Easily accessible taxis. We enjoyed our stay.
S. K. (.It's a great option for stay in London. Here is tube station Park royal 100m away...you hav direct line to city center and takes about 25 minutes. They have a great option breakfast, lobby is beautifull for pint or two of beer. It'pets friendly hotel for extra 10£perday. And parking with video security for extra 20£ per day.

C.The room I stayed in was so clean & crisp. I am very particular with cleanliness & so I was throughly impressed with the hotel’s level of cleanliness especially there being a pandemic. The room came fresh white towels which looked super clean, I’m not one to use Hotel rides but it was nice to have the option.The bed & sheets were super comfy, which resulted to having good restful sleep. Really denied being able to watch TV & have access to the internet too. Breakfast was also good, a selection of both hot & cold meals, which included hot & cold beverages. I can’t wait to go back for a long weekend stay.
t.Prior to booking we phoned up and asked about the parking facilities, as we needed a secure car park and would only book if there was one. We were reassured that a secure car park was available for £15 per night.
Upon arrival, we found the car park to be full. This created a great deal of stress as we had to park on the side of a road with items in the car that we couldn't move but we really did not want to leave in overnight.
This led to a very poor sleep as we were worried about the car.
The 'cooked' buffet breakfast was nice, but not much available for vegetarians - just mushrooms, scrambled eggs and beans. You were able to request vegetarian sausages however. I was quite disappointed overall.
The room was very nice, comfy bed and a smart TV. Other facilities in the room were available but I did not get chance to use them.
d.I think that this hotel is how all hilton hotels should be. The location is very good, a 5min walk to Piccadily line, and 9min walk to central line. The area (west london) feels very safe, and not crowded. The hotel has a closed car park that feels quite safe, for 10 pounds/day which is reasonable. Leaving the car in the hotel and sightseeing with underground was very easy. Friendliest staff I have seen for some time, very helpful and patient. The hotel is either very new or recently refurbished; very clean and shiny rooms. Breakfast was okay, two types of cheese, and fresh waffles were good. The bacon and eggs did not look very good. There were delicious bananas, but no berries. In general, very good experience.
M. D.A great value hotel just a 20 minute tube ride from central London. If you join the loyalty club you'll quickly earn points that reduce your cost of stay in the future.
I love the app that allows you to check in and use your phone as a key without the need to visit reception.
Biggest downside is parking. It's expensive and the car park is often crowded; on my last stay cars had parked across two bays (obviously deliberately, it wasn't just a fraction over the line) and when talking to reception they were unaware that the car park was full which meant the were probably cars that visitors hadn't informed reception they were there to avoid parking charges...
Parking is available on street nearby with minor restrictions on timing; free overnight if you're prepared to leave your car there...
m. b.Stayed here as part of a tour group. The rooms are beautiful, smart and new. However this hotel states that "for your comfort "housekeeping is not provided!!!Your room will not be cleaned unless you specifically ask. So I asked but still the room was not cleaned every day. They said they were short staffed. They also seemed to be short staffed in the restaurant. Breakfasts were OK but the evening meals were poor quality.

We booked a family connecting room and reception gave us one set of room key and I said what about the other room she replied it’s connecting… We went up… erm… connecting door was locked… you need to go into the other room to unlock the interconnecting door… 😅 lucky I have my digital keys on my phone 😅
I called one week before, I called the night before and I called that morning to ensure we have a baby cot bed… we arrived at 8pm and guess what? NO BABY COT BED. So I called and they gave us one without any bedding or sheets so I called again and ask for any kind of duvet or bedsheet.
Upon arrival doesn’t feel welcoming, not even general CS standard I expected under Hilton… need a lot more training. They didn’t welcome you by your name nor thank you for being member of Hilton… at least the new guy we saw the next morning at reception was friendly with a smile 👍
After shower I used one of the small towel I saw a drop of Blood 🩸 sting 🤮
In the morning you can hear the house keeping knocking on every door around 9ish so as a light sleeper I cannot sleep till noon 😆 kinda force me to have breakfast.
Breakfast was great, ofcoz you cannot compare to other Hilton brands but it’s great 👍
Parking, they do have patching facility but we didn’t use it, we missed the gate and is free when you park outside during weekend.
In general with the price is a very value stay and my hubby thinks this is the best Hilton we stayed in (price and hardware wise). For me… I can’t sleep the first night due to the aircon blowing directly on my head and the new smell caused me headache… but the second night I slept in the other room and I was fine, so I guess it depends on the room layout. Because of the wooden floor you will hear people walking around moving things around or just came back to hotel that’s 1-2am in the morning.
Shower toilet no issue and the hotel provide shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand wash and body lotion in dispensers 👍👍👍
I can see what everyone was doing in their room at night, so if you want privacy keep your curtains close at all time 😂
So mixture of 1-5 stars… because of the price I will give this a 3⭐️⭐️⭐️

Y.A short stop over at the bank holiday weekend led me to Hampton Park Royal.
Good price, clean, sizable, comfortable room with a good shower... tres important, one of the biggest TV'S I've seen in a room this size (great for Netflix). Breakfast is buffet style, they do great croissants but guest take them in one go ie. 1 person may take them all...Greed!!!
There is parking but at a price of £15 per night. Refundable if there is no space. (Psssst free on street parking is availible at weekends) There are elevators so hotel is wheelchair friendly
Staff are bilingual helpful and also friendly.
Tube/train station is 3 mins walk also a fairly large cinema complex, bowling and restaurant court 10mins walk.
