We had an amazing time at Hard Rock Cafe today. The food was excellent and the bottomless brunch certainly left us feeling merry. The restaurant itself has a great design and the atmosphere is perfection. I have to make special mention of our waitress Alexa who could not have done more to make us feel welcomed and have a great time. Alexa guided us through all of her badges and was quick to top up our drinks. She’s a credit to Hard Rock Cafe!

I have a great affinity with this hotel, having worked there back in the day, when it was the Cumberland. Hard Rock have done a great job here. Room was excellent and the meal experience top drawer. Birthday celebration for me, and the staff brought out a cake. The house live band playing last night were great, service and food faultless. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I've visited this hotel for a business trip in London. Nice hotel full of historic pieces of music legends. The breakfast is absolutely amazing served by a great team. Room was OK. Smaller than expected but nice size. I would give them 5 stars but the reception service was really poor and even they lost my booking so one of the nights I had to move to another hotel and come back on the following night.

Me and my husband came to the brunch at hard rock hotel on Sunday.... it was a really lovely afternoon. We were served by Dario who was really great, prompt and efficient service. The Hard Rock Hotel in London is hands down one of my favorite spots in the city! If you’re looking for a fun, vibrant, exciting stay—this is it. I stayed in the deluxe king park view room. The room was immaculate. The bed was beyond comfortable, the bathroom was spotless and had amazing lighting, and the room service was fantastic. Not to mention, everything in the mini-fridge was complimentary! The lobby/bar/cafe area was just amazing. The memorabilia sets this hotel apart from others in London. The live music every night was amazing. And the bar’s vibe was fresh, fun, and energizing. The staff throughout the entire hotel—reception, room service, bar, and cafe—were incredible. Extremely helpful, kind, and charismatic. I could not recommend this place enough, and the next time I’m in the city, this is where I’ll be staying!

Second time we have stayed here now and it did not disappoint. The rooms are modern yet classy, and very stylish! The rock royalty was a treat- you can get snacks, afternoon tea, drinks etc in the lounge if you pay for this package which was really great. The staff were lovely and it is becoming our fave place to stay in London. The bar is epic! Fab location too next to Marble Arch!

I booked a room for my daughter and myself to celebrate her 14th. We stayed overnight from 20th - 21st December. It was easy to find and close to the underground, when we walked into the lobby it was amazing. There was a beautiful Christmas tree, lots of staff around to help and it looked and let so clean and fresh! We were booked in early (11am instead of 3pm) and upgraded due to It being my daughter’s birthday! The room was clean and had everything we needed, the view was fantastic- we could see Winter Wonderland and Marble Arch. My daughter was so happy! We then ordered lunch by room service, it arrived within an hour and was delicious. We went for a walk around Oxford Street and came back to the hotel for dinner, I had a Festive meal which was enough for two! My daughter is vegetarian and had the salmon, which she enjoyed, the only thing I would say is the vegetarian/ vegan options are limited. The staff in the restaurant sang happy birthday to her and made her feel very special! The next day we had the breakfast buffet, again it was worth the money and there were lots of staff to help if you needed anything. We were able to leave our bags with the hotel when we checked out so we could do some more shopping! The staff also made a special delivery to our room for my daughter, with a hand written birthday card and truffles. We will most definitely stay here again, it was clean, friendly and had a positive atmosphere.

Absolutely fantastic two night stay at the hard rock hotel, the little extra surprises for my partner's birthday mate the trip, from the birthday card and gifts in the room, to the dessert and songs on her birthday meal. Once again, Hard Rock Hotel London did not fail to look after us from the moment we walked in to drop our bags of early morning before check in. We had booked the Rock Royalty junior suite, and were extremely impressed with the room, the decor and the complimentary gifts left for my birthday, along with some fizz! We were checked effortlessly in by Antonela, who was so helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. As I have been before last year, staff from my previous visit also came up to greet myself and my Wife, it was a delight to chat with Nasim again and for her to remember my daughters 21st Birthday celebrations in August last year. Food and drinks could not be faulted, and the only day we were sad was the day we had to leave. We left our bags with Vanessa who was also very helpful. We came back and collected our bags and one last coffee. We will be planning our next visit very soon! Thank you Hard Rock London for helping making more wonderful memories.

The Hard Rock Hotel is simply Awesome! It's the Hard Rock Cafe, only taken up to another level. The bar area is fantastic, with very attentive staff making sure your drink is always topped up, there's a fully stocked Rock Shop with essential Hard Rock Merchandise on offer, and a backdrop of the signature Rock Music and Rock Memorabilia you come to expect. We enjoyed an overnight stay as Rock Royalty which gave us access to extra facilities too. We have booked our next visit already. Highly recommended.

I loved my stay at the hard rock, there was some initial problems checking in, but the receptionist was very kind and helpful. On that note, the staff were all incredibly helpful, patient and kind - I didn't get the waiters name when having dinner last night but he really did help us out with our orders. The hotel facilities and room were lovely and comfortable and with touches such as robe, slippers and great music really made the night comfortable. I would return on the staff's kindness alone they are super.

Just spent 2 nights at the Hard Rock Hotel and it was absolutely fantastic. We were visiting London, as it was my wifes 50th Birthday and we were going to the Ritz. The check-in was fantastic and we were given a free room upgrade as it was a once in a lifetime trip for my wife. This was done by Max, who was simply amazing and made us feel special. We were with friends who, unbeknown to us had booked us in to the royalty experience. So we then enjoyed all the benefits of that service too, which is a must as far as we are concerned!! This meant Max then sat us down and went through all the benefits we recieved and gave us our first glass of fizz (of many). All the staff (of which there are plenty) were attentive, always smiling and asking us our plans etc.... and were just some of the best staff we have had in any hotel (and we have been fortunate to travel around the world). If it was not for Covid, then we would have had the benefit of seeing the big smiles you could tell were hiding under their face masks. The room was amazing, the food was fab and the drinks were flowing. I will not hesitate to book that hotel again and would return to London just to stay there to be honest as it was brilliant. Oh and the Ritz was out of this world too, but I would never compare them. Fantastic, funky, cool place, is the Hard Rock hotel, great staff (including all the cleaning, maintenance etc...) all of whom we spoke to at some point. Very polite and courteous. Thank you so much for making a special trip to our great capital, so enjoyable. The Hard Rock ROCKS!!🤟🤟🤟

As soon as we arrived we were welcomed very positively. Stay was booked for my Fiancée's 30th birthday. Sagar and the nice lady working (sorry forgot the name) made us feel very welcome and even upgraded us to a nicer room with a better view (and threw in some cocktail vouchers for the bday celebration). The brunch was absolutely amazing, Roadie was very nice and time went so fast. The bottomless brunch was only meant for 1 and half hours but we ended up staying a lot longer after this. Lovely experience at the hard rock (Hotel smells amazing also).

If you like fizz, the Bottomless Prosecco Brunch is the place to be. Yes, the fizz keeps coming! Yes, the food is pretty good too. Lively atmosphere with music and nice surroundings, as you would expect from a Hard Rock Hotel and bar. This was the second time we went for the brunch and both times were not disappointing.

Stayed here for one night, very friendly staff, we left our bags with the concierge before we checked in and after we checked our without any problems, great cocktails as you would expect from any Hard Rock Cafe, we had our evening meal accompanied by a very good rock covers band. Room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. Nice coffee machine in the room too. Everything was rounded off with a superb buffet breakfast in the morning, everything from cereal and porridge to cooked breakfast and an omelette station, even a chocolate fountain to dip the fresh fruit in. Again very friendly and helpful staff. The only suggestion I have is that they could dial the air freshener machines that are about the place back a bit, the smell is a bit overpowering. That being said I will definitely stay here again, hopefully sooner rather than later.

The stay was perfect from A to Z from welcoming, exploring the hotel areas, explaining breakfast, launch, afternoon tea and dinner times, to how organized is the staff ! They also let us stay until 13:00 for check out. Price is great for location, tidy, and mini bar offers, also service !

Stayed here for one night on a midweek visit to London. If you've been to a Hard Rock Hotel before then you know what to expect. Easy check in, great music, modern, great staff and decent room. Having said that, the room was lacking storage space, good job we were only here one night. Great bathroom, tv and comfy bed though. Breakfast was very good and the hotel is ideally situated for Oxford Street shopping. We enjoyed our stay here.

Our waitress was amazing and really made the experience. Nothing was too much trouble and we were constantly topped up with Prosecco (without asking, all delivered intuitively) on this Bottomless Brunch experience. Food could've been hotter but this is quite common for Hard Rock Cafes that I've been to in other global locations so won't batter them for that. It's more the experience, ambience and overall service package that sold it for me. Hotter food and would've been 5 stars.

Went for bottomless brunch in the restaurant here with my bestie and had an amazing time! I was served by a lovely lady called Alexa who was incredible at her job, she was very attentive and friendly. The food was amazing too and so was the atmosphere, we got chatting about music to two lads on the table next to us and sang along to a few songs too. Overall a fantastic time at a lovely venue!

Without a doubt, one of the new landmarks in London. It's more than a hotel, it's a live music concert, it's a museum, it's a restaurant ... it's a place where you find a lot and everything together. Perfect for a break. The hotel is beautiful, the hall is a real museum with unique pieces like a Freddie Mercury piano. Live music in the evenings accompanies the hall and the Hard Rock restaurant. But focusing on the hotel. The reception and check-in is somewhat slow but very friendly. Access to the rooms and floors is very safe since you need the card to access. The rooms are normal in terms of space but well used, with a large toilet and shower, a table/desk with many amenities such as coffee, chocolates, etc. Fridge, iron, bathrobes and everything you need to be comfortable. The views from our room were very good and overlooking oxford street and marble arch. Even being a busy street, there was hardly any noise. All very clean, very comfortable bed. And also, hotel is pet friendly, which is a plus.

My sister and I called around 8:30 to ask for a table in which we were told to come in for 9pm. Most importantly, we had dogs with us for which they said they were dog friendly. Having driven all the way, upon arrival we were greeted however when they saw our puppies Ricardo said they do not accept dogs. We were very shocked however we cannot blame the lady that answered the phone as she was more thinking about the hotel part being dog friendly and not the restaurant itself. The most shocking thing here was that Ricardo just more or less made us leave without an ounce of thought that we'd driven all the way which we mentioned to him and to not even think of a way to accommodate. We left and my sister didn't feel it was right thus we decided to go back and ask at the hotel desk if we can be seated in their hotel lounge but STILL order food from Hard Rock Cafe. At this hotel desk was the saviour of the night Reda. Reda was and is the most polite person I have ever met. So kind, thoughtful and really goes out of his way to make a customer journey pleasant. Had it not been for Reda, this review would've been sour however he was able to make our evening pleasant. Reda took everything in to his own hands and owned it. He even apologised on his colleagues behalf (not to mention, Ricardo came to our table a few times afterwards to give our dessert completely disregarding that he'd failed to think of an alternative earlier that evening). All in all this review is for Reda and to make his presence known that he is an asset to your company. Should anyone be reading this, please ask for Reda if you go to Hard Rock Cafe in Marble Arch/Edgware Road to assist you with your needs. He is superb. Thank you Reda for making our evening a very pleasant and beautiful one.

We stayed for a 13th Birthday and wanted it to be a special experience for our son. We could not fault the hotel. Our rooms were fabulous and we were able to book a great table for dinner with a good view of the live band. The staff sang happy birthday and discreetly brought out our cake,lit perfectly, in such a way that it was a surprise. The hotel duty manager went the extra mile by playing along with our ruse to surprise my son at lunch and pretended that he was being presented with a surprise stay ‘on the house’. The experience was fabulous and the customer service was second to none. We stayed an extra night on the strength of our treatment and will return in the future as loyal customers. Thank you for going the extra mile. Such great care is rare these days and Hard Rock, you smashed it out of the park ❤️

Lively and full of memorabilia. Groups playing most nights, can be see and heard in all areas. Very spacious, subdivided into areas, eating, (excellent choices) bar, (completely stocked) lounge (comfy seating) reception staff are polite and welcoming. Luxurious decor throughout. Every moment we spent in the rock royalty lounge we were made to feel very welcome, including the kids. Nasim could not do enough for us, customer service second to none. Richard really looked after us with refreshments and food and was so pleasant throughout our stay. Callum’s cocktails at the bar were out of this world. Superb location, 30 seconds from Marble Arch tube. Excellent and friendly service, memorabilia in the reception is interesting, the bar is great, rooms were quiet and comfortable. Me and my 7 year old son stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and it was lovely. All staff so friendly and polite. The room was very clean. Breakfast was amazing...self serve buffet with a selection of cereals, fruit, pastries, and full english breakfast. They also served fresh omelette, waffles and pancakes upon request. The location was brilliant too. Right next door to Marble Arch tube station with easy access to all the tourist spots in London. Really impressed with this hotel. Please be aware though that you have to pay a £50 deposit for the room which you get back providing you leave the room how you found it.

Great themed hotel in the heart of London. Great Restaurant, Great Bar, Great rooms, Great service . Couldn't ask for more. Price of the rooms were good value, Breakfast for a place in the middle of London, all you can eat and drink buffet with a great selection top notch for £14.99. Lunch and evening meal average price for where you are but top quality and all round excellent service. We'll be going back. Really happy with stay, didn't really want to leave. Thanks Hard Rock!

Absolutely fantastic Sunday bottomless brunch for my husband's birthday. Food was delicious. Shout out for the chicken and bacon pancakes, crab and salmon omlette a Ultimate burgers, only downside was the smallest ever prawn and smoked salmon cocktail. But good desserts all round. Our waitress was amazing, thanks for looking after us. Especially with the birthday song and fun. Prosecco was the good variety!! Can't recommend enough 🥳

Love love love this hotel! Stay here all the time for work. The location is unbeatable, the bed in the room is super comfortable, the breakfast is amazing, and the staff is top notch. Special shout out to Zsanett in the restaurant and Max and Aneta at the front desk for being beyond incredible and helping make my wife's birthday a special one. I'd like to especially point out that staff member LOLA, who we met during breakfast was bloody AMAZING. She went over and beyond for us and many other guests. Visited the hard rock with coworkers before attending an event at the Artesian & I can honestly say that the cocktails at the hard rock bar were top tier! Better than those we had later on at the Artesian. The service from both Callum and Daniel was second to none. Lots of banter, laughter and drinks. Callum was able to engage everyone around our half of the bar in watching his brilliant cocktail skills and gift of the gab. He had us chatting to what was strangers (Sue and Gary if you see this Hi!) We had the best time at the bar and will be back soon as we work in London often, We we’re told of how comfortable the beds are in the hotel so we will be booking to stay next time. I’m a massive believer that any venue/bar can fail or succeed depending on the staff and Hard Rock definitely succeeded with having a brilliant bar team that put on a show and set us up for a brilliant night. 10/10 will recommend to friends and family.

Visited recently for a work conference. Great location in London and about a 10 min walk from Paddington station. Large bar on the ground floor with lots of rock memorabilia around the place Function/event rooms are downstairs. Plenty of space and very well presented. Catering for lunch was excellent too.

Stayed for 3 nights for my 50th birthday. We had a Junior Rock Royalty Suite that includes access to the vip lounge. Well worth the extra cost. The staff are amazing and can’t do enough for you. Defo will be back.

We hired the Ocean room for a last minute event. The venue is fantastic and very close to Marble Arch station. The lady, Sendeq, was very helpful in making sure the booking process went smoothly, and the gentleman, Safiya (I believe the operations manager) was extremely accommodating, and helpful on the day.

We stayed 4 nights, visiting London for my 70th birthday, with family. We had originally booked in April at Thistle Lancaster Gate but 1 week before our arrival on 31st July we were informed that the Thistle was not open. After initial annoyance, with no time to rebook elsewhere and no explanation, we were offered Hard Rock hotel, Marble Arch and accepted. Well, that turned out to be a bonus as the location could not be better for us. Taxis always available outside, buses going in every direction and the hop on/hop off buses right behind Marble Arch. The staff in the hotel are the best we have ever come across. Totally committed to ensuring your stay is perfect. We only ate breakfast but it was wonderful, choices for every appetite. Extra family members joined us for breakfast on our last day, (£15.75 and 2 young grandsons free). Lovely rooms with immaculate facilities. We had a view straight down to Marble Arch, even looking down on those who had bothered to pay for and climb the 'Mound'. Finally, sorry for going on, the management had placed a birthday message, fruit and chocolates in our room. Thank you HDR for helping to make it a perfect birthday trip.

Our new go to hotel, loved it, few issues when we arrived but all resolved very quickly, food in main restaurant was really nice. Live music was great but the V. I. P area was great, few teething problems on on knowing how it all works asked front of house and the told to speak to the waitress (didn't see her for an hour) this one clearly wasn't interested in helping or serving anyone. All was redeemed the next day with a different member of staff. But our thanks and best service goes to Gintare (hopefully I have spelt correctly) what an excellent member of staff you have, she was friendly and helpful, willing to explain anything to us and went above and beyond possible her normal duties if other staff was anything to go by. Thank you so much for help and helping with my fussy young lady, you made her day. Can't wait for our next visit.

The staff is nice. The rooms are clean but claustrophobic. The walls and hotel doors let quite a bit of noise through. There is also quite a bit of street noise during the day. The bed sheets were on the thin side. Another comforter would be nice. The location of the hotel is near a ton of restaurants. There was a safe in the room and a water kettle but no refrigerator or microwave.

We have just finished our stay at the hard rock hotel London. We stayed in the junior suite with the rock royalty package. I can quite simply say we were treated like royalty! All the staff were very friendly and welcoming and made us feel very special. The main bar area is beautiful, they have live music there at night and the cocktails are amazing! Our room was a really good size, with its own dressing room and en-suite. The room was very clean and very modern. The king sized bed was extremely comfortable and we both slept very well. The rock royalty lounge was the star of the show! We were truly amazed on what they had to offer. The lounge is a very classy and sophisticated area, where basically anything you ask for is provided! A full sized menu with amazing tasty food which when we asked for requests of the menu nothing was too much trouble. Four fridges filled with cold branded drinks and premium spirits, Prosecco, and beer. A full buffet breakfast in the morning, which was excellent quality and even included smoked salmon. The female staff member who served us over the weekend was so excellent and professional, nothing was too much to ask. Beyond expectations that all this was included in the price of the room!! Cannot wait to revisit! Best place I’ve stayed!

Being such massive Hard Rock fans we were really looking forward to out first Hard Rock Hotel stay, and it didn't disappoint. We had a great room overlooking Marble Arch (4004) , the bed was extremely comfy and everything was superbly clean. The biggest asset this place has is the staff. Antonella wss great in responding to me prior emails and she really did make our stay- thank you Antonella The rest of the team were great as well apart from one lady seating people in the bar, we had a ore dinner drink and grunted us to our table, and when we returned for a drink after dinner we were told there was no tables in a disinterested fashion. However one very very minor blip in a great stay.

I'm giving it 4 because the staff in there were just so lovely, charming and helpful. The bottomless brunch isn't a lot of food for your money unless you can drink a lot of booze at lunchtime to make the price worthwhile (prosecco and beer are included but we were both driving later that day so subbed for mocktails.) We had a Travelzoo voucher which made the price more acceptable for non drinkers! The food was tasty enough though the salad i got with the omelette was somewhat lacking in ingredients. I can only assume a large bowl of it is premade and a spoonful is added to the plate as it was a few green leaves with a singular 1cm cube of beetroot underneath it. The deserts were delicious though and we had brownie and the mini pancakes.

PERFECT ANNIVERSARY WEEKEND We arrived at hard rock and was greeted by francesca who was so welcoming ,she wished us happy anniversary and went to get the WOW manager, the WOW manager kerry came over and said happy anniversary and asked if we would like to go to the shop for anniversary gifts off her, we chose the 50th anniversary tshirts, we were so overwhelmed and were looked after so well, kerry then took us to our room and still continued to chat to us and look after us. Everytime the staff saw us during our break they made sure we were ok and that we were enjoying our weekend. Such a prefect stay, would stay there again in a heartbeat. Very good service - have to say that! All of them. But the drinks were mediocre at best. Not the typical bar type atmosphere due to the hotel style, accepted. But the drinks need to get better. All four of them were different drinks, all four of them were not worth the money. And definitely the least assortment of memorabilia I have seen so far. Nothing worth to remember or get back to. Will go back to the original.

The location is great, literally a stones throw from Hyde Park and right at the beginning of Oxford Street. Bar and foyer very well presented. Check in staff very friendly and efficient, as so was the concierge. Good selection of drinks at the bar. Room was comfortable and had everything you could need. Unfortunately I feel I cannot rate any higher than three stars as the hotel was let down by its food. Breakfast was laughable, it was busy and the staff tried their best, but it simply wasn't good enough. The food didn't match the high standard of the rest of the hotel. Aside from the breakfast issue, the hotel does not appear to cater well for people with food intolerances. Let's just say I got fed up with waiting for someone to confirm what was safe to eat and what wasn't and went elsewhere for something to eat. Other than that, great hotel, great atmosphere. Will stay again in the future, and hopefully I can update my review with a more positive tone with regards to the food.

Not bad stay at the hotel but very disappointed that after early check in, when back at the hotel exhausted at 10pm, I had to wait for 30 minutes standing up in a queue at reception, when I only needed to get my room key. I asked help to the concierge for a way to get the key quicker, but he didn't mind much about my situation, he resent me to the queue.
