R. M. A.The hotel location is very good near a lot of restaurants and shops. The room size was good also compared to other hotels in the same area. The room was clean and has a window for fresh air. There was a wardrobe and minibar which is good. The breakfast was good also but it finish so early. The only thing is that the staff needs to be more friendly and smile more.
I. A.Good place to stay. Nice staff, our room was clean and warm. Were some problems with outlet, but is nothing. Weak Internet connection(( Positive points: Baker Street is in 15 minutes walk. The nearest tube station is in 10 minutes walk. A lot shops and cafes/restaurants around there.
S. H.It's not the pinnacle of luxury, but it will do. The neighborhood is loud and there are constantly sirens which could interfere with your sleep if you're a light sleeper (which thankfully I'm not). The breakfast is acceptable, but it's hosted in a veritable bomb shelter which will begin to smell strongly of eggs after an hour or so of breakfast being served.
Overall the hotel is clean, the staff friendly, and the service good. Good for budget traveling.
P. C.The Haven Hotel was easy to find. The room was basic and clean. It Didn't have a proper duvet, only a throw type cover. Had to ask for one. Staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast was included, was basic but good enough. Overall it was nothing to shout about but did the job!

G. J. v. H.If you want to stay (relatively) low budget in the center of London, this is the place. Do not expect anything fancy. But is is clean and close by transportation (paddington is very near). And probably the most important asset is the price of this hotel. For the location of the hotel is really is cheap
Z. A. Q.This is the best B&B in my personal opinion in central London as i have been visiting and staying here since 1988 til date and is always my first preference if it's available for me. The location is perfect for hoping on and off on London buses underground station only at a stone throwing distance,excellent choice of restaurants menus around the globe walking distance to famous hide park and Oxford Street. The only nagative observation that i have regarding this B&B is size of bathrooms and the guests lift,i personally don't feel comfortable with these two.

M. S.(Translated) To say minimalist is a compliment. I stayed at this hotel in October 2018 for a sightseeing trip. The proximity of the metro circle and Hammersmith and the Bakerloo are positive. Having said that the hotel offers small rooms with a French bed and a microscopic bathroom. Poor shower water, more or less warm depending on the hours of use as well as free WiFi. Serious lack of a hairdryer. TV and mini fridge present. Daily room cleaning. Breakfast limited to toast and jam mini jam. Instant coffee with milk or eggs. Friendly and helpful staff for information or anything else. In the end what to say, the classic London hotel at a good price. Recommended for people like me who only use it to rest at night because I can get the day off. Strongly recommended for those seeking a comfortable and elegant environment. In addition, given the presence in the vicinity of a hospital and a police station, there are sirens at any time. For the next trips to London I think I can still take advantage of this structure of which I have a good memory.

Dire minimalista è un complimento. Ho soggiornato in questo albergo ad ottobre 2018 per un viaggio turistico. Positiva la vicinanza della metro circle e Hammersmith e la Bakerloo . Detto questo l'albergo offre camere piccole con letto alla francese e bagno microscopico. Acqua della doccia scarsa, più o meno calda a secondo della ore di utilizzo così come il WiFi free. Grave la mancanza di un asciugacapelli. TV e mini frigo presenti. Pulizia della stanza giornaliera. Colazione limitata a pane tostato e confetture mini di marmellata. Caffè solubile latte oppure uova . Personale gentile e disponibile per informazioni o altro. In finale cosa dire, il classico albergo londinese a buon prezzo. Consigliato per chi come me lo usa solo per riposare la notte poiché il giorno lo posso fuori. Fortemente sconsigliato per chi cerca un ambiente confortevole ed elegante. In oltre visto la presenza nelle vicinanze di un ospedale e una caserma della polizia ci sono sirene a qualsiasi ora. Per i prossimi viaggi a Londra penso di poter ancora usufruire di questa struttura di cui mi rimane un buon ricordo.

La ubicación es muy buena porque tiene muy buenas comunicaciones tanto de metro como bus a los sitios a visitar. La habitación no esta mal de tamaño. El precio esta bien. El colchón un tanto blando. Matamos 4-5 bichitos en las mesillas de noche, durante la estancia. Eran como hormigas muy muy pequeñas. El desayuno muy bueno y abundante. La calefacción la ponen como si no les costara. Durmiendo con la ventana abierta en Diciembre hemos estado. Aun asi, para lo que hay por ahi y la ubicación que tiene. Es recomendable para ir pocos dias.

Le petit-déjeuner était très bien et l'emplacement n'est pas mal. 15 min d'Oxford Street et de Mme Tussaud. Cependant la première chambre... Toute petite, le lit nous permettait à peine de tenir à deux, le verre de la fenêtre était fissuré, et ils appellent couverture ce qui est en fait un dessus de lit et n'ont pas de couverture à prêter. Sans compter un bruit permanent de ''machine à laver'' venant de l'extérieur (VMC des cuisines peut-être ? On n'a pas su me dire, me disant que c'était sûrement le mini-frigo de la chambre...). Quand c'est la chasse d'eau qui nous a lâchés nous avons été changés de chambre, et la nouvelle était par contre très bien. Murs fins mais sinon rien à redire.

Lage ist super, ÖPNV in kurzer Distanz zu erreichen, Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Zimmer sind klein, aber zweckmäßig und sauber! Leider recht laut (Straßenlärm etc.), aber dafür ist man eben nah am Zentrum. Autoparkplatz vor der Tür, Frühstück (Englisch oder kontinental) okay, WiFi zu schwach (Verbindung unterbricht häufig, zeitweise nicht vorhanden). Für einen Kurzaufenthalt in der Stadt zu empfehlen!

Dobre sniadania (szwedzki stol, do wyboru: "Continental breakfast" lub "English breakfast"), czysto i schludnie. Plusem, a jednoczesnie minusem jest polozenie: blisko do glownych atrakcji i zabytkow, ale blisko drogi, a wiec w nocy ludzie z lekkim snem moga miec problem z zasnieciem. Cena jak na Londyn nie jest wygorowana, lokalizacja i i sniadanie sa dobre, wiec jesli planuja Panstwo nie najdrozszy wyjazd do Londynu i nie straszne Wam sa dlugie spacery (typu: 30 min. do centrum), nie pozostaje nic innego jak zarezerwowac ten hotel!
