R. H.Very nice hotel. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Had a bit of an issue with the toilet door not closing and the shower door opening straight in to the room, not really an issue for me and my girlfriend but some might not like it. Will definitely use this hotel again. Perfect location for travelling all over London. 2 different underground stations within easy walking distance.

At first when me and my partner arrived and here unfortunately the hot water was not working, But they quickly resolved this issue and moved us to a new room with complimentary drinks.
Rooms are very nice and comfortable to stay in.
Also the staff was extra helpful to my partner who just had surgery.

C. B.I did a long term stay at the hotel as I moved out of my flat and waited till I got a flight back to Australia. The room was perfect for what I needed. I working desk area, a little kitchenette, bed and fresh air for most days but air con for the freeing and hot days in between. The staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. It’s in such a great location, it was 10 min walk to work for me and the price was incredible. I couldn’t speak more highly of my stay here. Thank you Heston Team for such a wonderful experience. I will miss all your smiley faces :)

N. S.The hotel was in an ideal location and was good value for money however there were some stains in the room and the plug sockets on the work desk didn't work. There wasn't a kettle in the room upon arrival but this was resolved quickly. I would recommend and stay again.
S. “. A.Alright so, we had booked an Airbnb around the same area so that we could sightsee London but the Airbnb place was not what we expected at all. To top it all of, we had insects crawling around our bed, so we booked this place hoping that we wouldn't be let down again. We were not. Our expectations were exceeded ten times over. We even stayed a day longer!
It's close to the Hammersmith station, an overrall quiet area if you don't enjoy hustle and bustle of the city. All the ammenities that you would love to have near are there too! This place is a hidden gem truly! :D

P. G.Great unique hotel in a brilliant location. Awesome friendly staff, fantastic cleaners! I had a superior double room on the 3rd floor facing the back. Deathly quiet, brilliant air con, had a big desk space, nice sofa, really well designed room with big sink and fridge. Rooms are small but intelligently designed to maximise space. Love the hidden lights and switches next to the beds. I spent 12 weeks stranded in the UK due to corona and this was the best hotel I stayed in, also the cheapest.

D. S.Great staff and service! The room was beautiful, just a little bit noisy, but nothing too bad. We really loved the to-go breakfast, it's not much, but it's free, so for us it was perfect.
The hotel is close to the underground, which made travelling quite easy. The hygiene was also perfect, the room got cleaned every day when we were out exploring.

Overall:
Pros: front desk(Specially Florin), price, location near the station, furniture, cleaning during stay.
Cons: practicality, not family friendly (guests using drugs in front of the hotel), coffee machine but no coffee for it but instead cheap coffee from Nestle.
My room had a double bed that made noise every time I moved, possibly someone broke it before me. There was grease/dirt on the walls in the shower which is small, as well it in the basement which is fine but someone walked in front of my window every morning smoking cigarettes so the smoke came into the room every morning. As well the air conditioning had to be put to 28-32°C to receive 24-25°C and should not be turned off at anytime otherwise it takes long time to warm up the room. Floor is also very cold which points out the house is lacking insulation in the floor.

K. J.Great hotel in London! The rooms are spacious, and the price very affordable. Better than hosts of 4 star in London, this should have been a 4 star. Only down is they get no breakfast.
B. N.Serviceable and clean, but double room was deceptively small - large open bedroom, good size shower, but everything is in one open space, including the bathroom basin and hanger space which is adjacent to the room.
T. T.Lovely clean modern Hotel. The room has a lot of mod cons. Not always right if they don't work. We had trouble with the heating but the staff immediately moved us to another room. Complimentary breakfast is a roll and an apple so do not expect a full English. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Great location 4 minutes walk from Hammersmith train station.
M. D. B.A hotel with odd rooms. The room seemed larger than it was because of the excellent layout. The Wi-Fi was available on 5 GHz and the shared connection seemed to be 100 Mbps which makes it excellent for business travellers. One can access the Kings Mall (with Sainbury's and Lidl) through the parking garage across the street.

F. J.Very nice little hotel in Hammersmith. The rooms are very beautiful, but at times I thought it was a little to much design over comfort. The free breakfast sounds nice, but I wouldn’t call it a full breakfast, it’s more like a little morning snack. The room was very clean. We had a very late check-in and a very very early check-out and the staff was really friendly and nice, even at that hours.

B.Great concept. Small room but clean, comfortable bed, small locker, modern bathroom and shower and a simple but decent Grab & Go breakfast. The location is amazing! 3 min walking from the metro station with severals pubs and shops nearby. London is extremely expensive. So if you are looking for a decent accommodation with a decent price in West London, this is certainly a good option. Staff were not bad but certainly could be a little friendlier (they seemed very serious the time I was there).
J. R.A "Concept Hotel" in name, and what an interesting concept it is! The rooms are nicely furnished with minimalistic decor and "hipster" style artwork and quotations on the walls. The bed was comfortable and I slept well in it all 5 nights I stayed. The room also had a spacious desk with all the necessary ports and plugs, although a converter would have been useful as I had forgotten mine and was unable to use my EU plugs. They also offer you a loaner phone with a local number in case you are traveling from abroad and don't have or don't want to get a local SIM card. This actually a very nice idea. They also provide a Nespresso machine in the room with complimentary coffee which beats the usual instant coffee stuff you get in these sorts of places. In regards to the room it had everything I needed for my business trip, and then some.
In terms of other amenities though the hotel did not really offer much. Some basic outdoor seating and a tiny lobby where you really won't be wanting to spend much time.
The room includes breakfast which comes prepared in a "grab and go" bag which is a nice thought, but doesn't account for those that would like to eat their breakfast not "on the go" which annoyed me a bit. But this was a minor complaint in the grand scheme of things.
The staff was friendly and helpful, and solved the billing issue I had at check-in quickly and smoothly.

Room is equipped with all necessities. Elegant setup and there’s a coffee machine! Staff r very friendly. The place is very clean and tidy. Cosy too.

M.This hotel is very convenient for those looking to save transport time as it is located 5 minutes away from the Hammersmith Station. Also, its located near many eateries, shops and the Tesco Supermarket. To add on, those who stay in this hotel are able to enjoy 10% off for selected restaurants around the area! Even though the breakfast was simple, it was easy as the pastry, fruit and juice was placed in a paper bag that was convenient to grab and go. One of the not so good aspect is that the bathroom is rather small and cramped.

S. D. C.I had a pleasant stay for 2 nights at LUMA hotel in Hammersmith. Quiet and in a great neighbourhood, the hotel is located nearby the tube station. Many restaurants and bars nearby. Clean and good sized room. Friendly and supportive staff.
Breakfast is only a few bits (pastry, fruit and fruit juice) and is grab-and-go--This is probably good for those people who prefer to eat on their way out; quite inconvenient on all other occasions.
J. A.Really smart hotel for those who want a modernly designed room dripping in London cool. Unfortunately the WC being separate from the sink to wash your hands in is a touch unhygienic. Nice idea to have a big belfast type sink in the room for making drinks etc, but I prefer to wash my hands before leaving a WC.
Nice coffee machine in the room and the grab and go breakfast was ideal for me.
J. S.Great location and lovely modern rooms. Our room was beautifully designed and was an excellent use of space. The room had separate WC, hand basin/bench and shower/wardrobe along one side of the room. This left the remainder of the space for a king size bed and seating area with couch and workstation. A phone and tablet were provided for use. Breakfast came in a bag but was tasty and we could make coffee and tea in our room. Nespresso machine provided with extras available as required. Can really recommend.

I. D.The hotel is located a few minutes' walk from Hammersmith Metro Station in an old and beautiful building. The rooms are not very large but they are furnished in a very ingenious and practical way, taking advantage of every available space. The artistic aspect is not neglected, one of the walls is finished with a very beautiful wallpaper with London seen from the satellite. Reception staff is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.
C. S.I stay here regularly, whenever I need to be in London. It's an ultra-modern take on the less-than-celubrious terraced House(s) to Hotel conversions that used to define this part of London.
But this a purpose built establishment, and all the better for it. Brilliant design abounds, with high levels of comfort depending on your room choice. Air conditioned in the Summer. A very good (and free) solution to the usual problems with Breakfast.
There is even a new car park right across the road, but it's too expensive for overnight use.
The concept, or "theme" is lighting in the modern post-industrial era. If I said more, then I would be spoiling the fun.

However beware that some of their rooms are so small that they are hard to navigate and apart from one hook had no place to hang clothes. And barely enough room for a small carry on suitcase. I. T.Really nice staff. Innovative breakfast concept. The theme of the hotel is very interesting given that it was the location of a light bulb factory (the oldest one in London). Its located behind Kings Mall and has many amenities close by. This stay was a short one but I will surely be back given how nice this stay was.

A. N.A nice boutique hotel tucked in the nice neighborhood of Hammersmith. It has everything I needed: friendly and helpful 24-hour staff, free and fast wifi, plenty of electrical outlets, and proximity to underground station (Hammersmith, serving Circle & City, and Piccadilly & District lines are 5 min walk away), and food sources (pubs, restaurants, Sbux, and McD and even Tesco Metro are a stone's throw away). City buses are also accessible through a nearby bus stop, and longer range busses —not too sure— are also available nearby.
Clean and modern looking, the place is perfect for travelers who can forgo often un-necessary amenities like concierge, laundry service, and fancy restaurants. Even breakfast is served as a no-frills grab-n-go bag containing a fruit, pastry, and a bottle of juice, so fair warning for those of you expecting full-set English breakfast kind of thing. Complimentary coffee & tea sachets and accessories are provided, replete with an electric kettle. The rather tiny rooms come each with a flat screen TV, a safe, hangers, a hair dryer. Basic necessities like towels and toiletries are provided. The shower booth and toilet booth are separated, so you traveling in pairs can do business separately.
There's basic room service available with the menu items ranging from pizzas, paninis, all the way to desserts, though so far, I haven't tried my luck with any. In the lobby, there's a fridge serving beers and sodas. Snacks such as chips, chocolates, cup noodles are available alongside coffee and teas and bottled water. All available for sensible prices.
All in all, the place is welcome experience during my short trip to London.

M. L.Great little boutique, modern hotel, in a perfect location. It was a great find when looking for a easily accessible hotel with lifts for my elderly grandad. For the price, I would expect a cooked breakfast to be included, and the prices fluctuate massively, for 4 nights it would have cost about £550, but the hotel a couple of houses down was going for £260.
F. M.A very well situated, modern and reasonably priced hotel. My family and I stayed in the family suite which consists of 2 interconnecting rooms. Both rooms had mobile phones and tablets, which in our case, were mainly used to entertain the kids. However, the devices were made for being a local guide. Very clever! The toilet and shower room are seperate, and concealed behind sliding doors. I can't quite figure out if I like that or not. The hotel is very clean and the staff are very helpful. There is no official hotel car park. However, there is a secure carpark across the street which can be used at a premium. The street at the side of the hotel has residential parking between 9am-6pm Mon-Fri. So essentially you can get free evenings and weekend parking.
My main gripe with the hotel was the lack of breakfast choice. They have a grab and go breakfast, like a doggy bag. Probably a good thing for those that like that kind of thing, but not for me. Also, the sink is quite high so not suitable for children. This was a bit of pain as everytime my 6 year old and 4 year old need to wash they're hands, they need help. Overall... very good hotel!

We didn't expect a big breakfast, so we didnt get dissapointed with this little snack bags for breakfast. You can drink nespresso coffee and tea in your room too.
You get to the underground station within 6 min. To the city center it is about 25 min. Hammersmith is a nice borough as well, where you will find nice pubs and places to eat.

Breakfast to go is a great idea, though after a week my wife grew tired of croissants each morning. The LUMA is more if a large B&B than a business hotel. They employ a Fantastic friendly staff. Apart from hotel WiFi, a VoIP mobile device is provided in rooms that you can take out into city to surf or make calls! Staff especially are very friendly, courteous and helpful. Grab and go breakfast is perfect. A great place to stay for both business and leisure travelers. I would be here again for my next stay.

We booked a 2 bedder interconnected room for our family of 4 . Price is consider cheap by london standard . They allow early check in if rooms are available . Location wise is very convenient as hammersmith station is about 5mins walk away . This station is supported by picadilly , district and circle line . Arounf the station there is lots of restaurants , pubs and shops.
N. S.Overall a nice stay and clean amenities. My room was in the basement level which I was skeptical about but there was a window which over looked a concrete wall. There was a funky smell coming from the bathroom so I just kept the door closed. The "breakfast to go" was just a lunch bag with an apple, juice and croissant but decent enough.

Room layout a little odd - bathroom being behind sliding doors that look like wardrobes took some discovering. Toiletries provided in wall dispensers not pleasant. However bed seemed clean & comfortable. All local info & instructions on a tablet in room. Room walls must be thin as woken by "strenuous nocturnal activity" in the room above. Breakfast 'to go' was a grab bag with juice, fruit & pastry. Vouchers for local eateries was welcomed. We enjoyed breakfast at 'Billys' locally.

R. S.LUMA Concept Hotel Hammersmith is located only 5 minutes walk from Hammersmith tube station. The hotel is modern and clean. The deluxe twin room was spacious and comfortable, with a flat screen TV, en-suit, and complimentary drinks. Breakfast was included in the price, although it only consisited of a pasty, fruit and juice, it kept me going till lunchtime. Staff were friendly and helpful at all times. Would recommend.

We loved the breakfast bags and coffee in the morning. We would grab the bags/coffee then head out on our day, never having to slow down.

B. M.The staff were polite, but a bit...offish, the rooms were already looking a bit tired, with visible bare/hanging wires and a horrific smell coming from the shower room (cupboard). The the single beds pushed together were very comfy, and I slept great.

Coffee machine, landline, tablet and mobile included with the room which was more than expected. Decor was modern and fitted the concept well. Close to Hammersmith underground,Will be looking to return in the future.

The only thing to be picky is that the shower is too weak and the shower cubicle is actually an open toilet, which the sink, the toilet and shower cubicle is seperated. You have to consider if you like that before booking.
For location, it takes some time to travel to prime areas, e.g. Paddington station/Liverpool Street etc. But the lines are all direct and doesn’t require much transit so its fine.
V.Its a very nice hotel located almost in the center of London next to the subway, so you don't need to worry about transport.
