The service was impeccable! The room was very nice. The elevators was pretty cool, and the hotel itself smelled great. Upon arrival we were greeted and welcomed by a gentleman named Roy. Our honeymoon vacation was great, but Roy made it exceptional. He was so friendly towards us the entire time. Thank you Roy!

The great location at Hyde Park and the bus connection was decisive for us for this booking. We know the hotel situation in London and often select optimized (~150€) room availability from the Hilton portfolio...
...the room was getting old/worn, windows were pretty dirty, black mold on the window reveals, cigarettes on the veranda,
Broken floor tiles in the small bathroom....
Breakfast? Jam from plastic cups, no fresh fruit, plastic flowers (...in our opinion, the controller has optimized too much here!). Vegetables delivered every morning directly through the occupied breakfast room... one day tables were even carried into the vegetable cart; that should be better despite Corona. The general, short stay was pleasant thanks to nice and service-oriented employees. We will probably still book the Hyde Park again. The avocado toast/ Egg Benedict was our morning highlight ;-).
We had a great time in London - London, so beautiful.

We stayed here this weekend for 1 night and enjoyed our stay. I let the hotel know in advance we would be celebrating a special occasion and felt they went above and beyond to make our stay special. Would definitely choose to stay again.

The hotel is in a fabulous location in central London easy to access by piblic transport. My room was compact and the bathroom is extremely narrow, getting in and out of the shower is a challenge! The one issue I had was the water pressure in the shower, it is very poor. I was advised by reception that rooms on lower floors have better water pressure (I was on 4th floor)
Breakfast was good, the waitress was excellent

Ideally located facing Hyde Park, the hotel has a prime location. Not everything is perfect as the hotel is not a new built. One cannot fault the room, lounge, bar and the service! Even the doorman greets you with smile and jokes! For a one nigth stay it was perfect.

Location was good.

We often had to request the bathroom be cleaned and fresh towels added. I was surprised to see when we ran out of tissues they would grab some from another box and shove them on top of our empty box. I expected better from the Hilton brand.

I stayed at the Hilton Hyde Park hotel mid August 2021 with my sister and 2 kids. Check in was fine and room size was also good, we booked the deluxe king room and it was spacious. Hotel reception is fairly modern however rooms were a little outdated and needed updating. Was not impressed with the en-suite and could have been properly cleaned.
Good points: Location! Fantastic location right opposite Hyde Park, 25 minute walk to Harrods across the park and tube station next door to hotel so for location in central it was great and also area was great with plenty of shops, cafes nearby quite lively.
Bad points: literally no room service. No daily cleaning of rooms, no fresh towels, no one emptying bins so daily housekeeping was literally non-existent, all they did was make the bed! Had to call around everywhere just to get some fresh clean towels and more toilet roll! Service, housekeeping badly needs to be improved! Would not return to the hotel until has been modernised and housekeeping greatly improved

Sadly not the best of stays. Booked a room with Hyde park view and was disappointed by the offering. A lot of issues comes from the hotel being a dated building presumably; the windows would rattle when windy and you can hear a lot of road noise from the 4th floor and the squeaky bed doesn't make the stay any better. Didn't report to front desk in the end as didn't fancy moving as we were only in the room for a limited amount of time. But sadly this means that I cannot recommend the hotel for leisure. On the plus side, the bed was quite good and the housekeeping team did a good job of reading my notes and including balloons in room to celebrate a birthday.

Amazing location, small but clean room, bed next to the door felt as if i were sleeping in the corridor, wifi drops, no gym
O. B.
Stayed here for 2 nights. The location was ideal for our needs. Right next door to a tube station was fantastic especially after long days walking around London. Situated right opposite Hyde Park was a bonus too. The staff were helpful and courteous . Rooms were more than adequate for this stay. If you are looking to visit central London for a short break then try this Hilton.

I stayed at Hilton London Hyde Park with my 2 children. Laura was very helpful and friendly, she welcomed us at reception with a smile and my children adore her. The food and service in the restaurant was amazing, thanks very much to Alberto for looking after us. Room is very nice and comfy. Definitely will come here again.
K. P.
Excellent location opposite Hyde Park. Entrance to Queensway tube station literally next door. Clean comfortable room. Excellent breakfast, polite and courteous staff. Would definitely visit this Hotel again.

After 10 years with Hilton and being Dimond member, this was the worst experience i ever had. Starting with unpleasant staff (no one is smiling any more ?) and the smallest room i ever saw. Window with no view, no iron and hair dryer in the room. I left 2 stars for cleanest and good breakfast.

Our stay here was quite good, the staff very friendly and the location was excellent for transport links and tube stations. The view from our room was particularly lovely, as we had a Hyde park view. The only downside was that the room was quite dusty- the bedside tables, top of the bed frame, even on the bathroom tiles, there was dust. I wiped the counters down a bit but it does make me think a lot about their covid cleaning measures. Didn’t complain as it was my partners birthday trip and I could just wipe it myself. Overall, the room didn’t scream luxury and could have used a fresh lick of paint and a new bathroom door as the paint was peeling from our one and it was grubby around the handle. Overall, our stay was ok and we might return in the future.
J. K.
Great location, friendly staff and a comfortable bed. Room was clean and quiet. Cannot fault anything about this stay apart from wishing it was for more nights.
L. C.
Bad toilets.
Hotel location is great. Great for the bus. great for the underground. Great for access to both westminster and kensington and theatre.
Toilet is weird, noisy and constantly constipated.
Check in is understaffed and more delayed.
There is no car park and they direct you to a costly q park despite a more cheaper option nearby.

I was staying hilton Hyde Park London on 22nd Dec 2021 until 3rd jan2022. When I check out and pay all the bill the reception told me will email receipt of staying to my email 5 minit later but unfortunately until today 9th Jan 2022 till I arrived at my country still haven't received any email from them. This is the bad services from hilton to me so far. Please look at it and send to me the bill as soon as possible. Thank you
P. S.
Wonderful place to stay. Perfect hospitality, excellent restaurant, and the best access to the Kensington gardens and palace one could hope for. Lovely view of the gardens from the fourth floor room.

Great Location
Great Staff
Poor Quality hotel
Rooms super small
You must upgrade to larger room
S. T.
Amazing hotel, clean, tidy. Great staff. Thank you guys. The new guy at breakfast is doing a great job 👌
P. C.
Lovely experience overall, staff are great.. rooms were really nice and always clean. Definitely recommend!!
A. C.
Great location, although looking a bit tired. We were told at check in that housekeeping were only doing rooms on request and to ask at reception in the morning. When we requested this the next morning at 9am we were told it was too late! Shame the bar was closed due to Covid.
C. W.
Great to be back... It's been a while since I last stayed here but it is still as good. Great location and good sized room
M. V.
The hotel is small than average Hilton. And the rooms are small. But the price reflects the reality. That being said, the hotel decoration is very futuristic yet classic. I was worrying about the noise of underground lines that running underneath the hotel due to a bad experience in another hotel. But I did not hear any and nor did feel any vibration at all while staying in this hotel. Honey Lin was very friendly and the lady next morning on check out was very friendly too. I enjoyed my stay here.
That being said, I am disappointed that there is no espresso machine in the room I stayed. Apparently you have to stay in even higher categories of rooms to get one. Since this hotel has no lounge, and did not give drinks voucher for diamond members upon check in, I felt it could be an improvement if the hotel provided espresso machine in every room and maybe 2 to 3 complimentary mini bar items too.

Lovely cosy hotel in a fantastic location right next to a tube stop and a short walk to Winter Wonderland in Hyde Park. Will definitely be staying again next year!
V. I.
A lovely hotel situated in a great spot in London. Breakfast was lovely, staff helpful and rooms furnished to a high standard
E. S.
As far as location and convenience is concerned, this hotel is in a good spot. It is a pretty run down Hilton with dated rooms and facilities. It's an old building and does not feel like one of the newer, updated Hiltons I have previously stayed at. All in all, you get what you pay for.
G. L.
View not so good. Even the windows were dirty.
Room not clean.
Very small .
Hotel not neat , should have been taken care of
it's not for 3 and not for 2 stars either. I would have placed 2.5 stars :D
A. D.
Amazing hotel. Staff are very friendly and plenty of advice of places to go will definitely stay here again
L. M.
Always a good stay here. Very central and yet quiet. Breakfast is excellent.
A. M.
Nice enough hotel but our room was quite tired. We stayed in the Dome Suite as a treat, on the first day of indoor reopening in May. The room was very clean but had quite a strong smell of drains that persisted for the two nights we stayed. The room is laid out with the bedroom and bathroom as you enter, with small windows that look out onto Hyde Park. Up a flight of stairs was the 'living room' which has several small windows looking out over Hyde Park with the London skyline in the distance. As the windows were quite small and spaced out, it didn't quite have that 'wow factor' that I was hoping for from the best room in the hotel, but it was novel to have two floors and our own staircase! Just hoped for a slightly fancier, less tired room for the price.
M. L.
Great location, helpful professional staff, clean room, good value for money
T. K.
Good Hotel. Conveniently located near Hyde Park.
Ask for a view, as I had a wall.
Value for Money, Extremely Polite Staff.
Breakfast Service slightly confusing with delayed plate for toast, no milk with coffee but no real issue.
R. M.
Pleasant enough hotel in lovely part of town. Right opposite Hyde Park/Kensington Palace. Easy walking access to Mayfair and the West End through the park. Hotel quite quiet and relaxing. Good value for money when compared to similar standard hotels a mile away.
Breakfast wasn't great on the first day, and a few minor issues which stopped me giving a 5 star review - room not cleaned during our stay, when we had requested this at check in, and tea and coffee making facilities not replenished.
Staff very friendly and helpful and nice atmosphere at the hotel.
V. H. G.
Great location, quiet hotel and a fantastic breakfast! I put in a request for a quiet room, which was accommodated. This made a huge difference to my stay. Travelling alone I felt safe and the hotel was in the best location to all main line connections.
K. W.
Location was great.
J. M.
Bathroom was very small. Shower was terrible. Spent 4 nights and they never came and made the bed or emptied the trash. We had to ask for clean towels.

Great Location & Great Staff
The hotel is in a great location for Kensington Palace, Park and other attractions in that area. Going into the West End to Paddington Station was only about £10 via taxi and took minutes. The tube station was right around the corner should you wish to use it. The breakfast was lovely and the restaurant was clean and inviting. We were able to leave our luggage on arrival in London and went off for the day before returning to check-in. The same for departure - we checked out and left our luggage all day before departing London at 7 pm which was fantastic and therefore we were able to enjoy all of our time in London without having to wheel luggage around. Our room - a King Deluxe was made into a twin as requested and there was adequate space. My only comment would be that the bedroom and hallway carpets seemed a bit tired and could do do with refreshing, but not threadbare or anything.
I would stay again for sure and the price was reasonable for a London hotel in its location.
C. G.
The Diana memorial playground is the big highlight here! Kensington Palace is also lovely - actually more to see than Buckingham Palace
V. H. G.
Had a great stay at The Hilton' Hyde Park. Super clean, covid cleaning measures taken, really comfortable bed. We were in room 316 which overlooked Hyde Park. The Restaurant which is attached to the hotel where we ate breakfast both mornings, eggs benedict and full English were delicious. Staff were really polite throughout our stay. Highly recommend the hotel and when we pay panther visit we will look to book here again. Thank you for the warm welcome
A. M.
I have stayed at the Hilton London Hyde Park several times and it has always been a great experience. I have always been warmly welcomed as a Diamond Member, given upgrades as available, and the breakfast is always delicious. Thanks!
j. f.
It was right next to a tube station, which made it extremely easy to get around. Area is not bad but it¿s not ¿central¿.
P. L.
Well situated for easy access to many of the main London attractions. Next door to Queensbury tube station. Across the road to Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park. Very helpful staff. Clean and tidy hotel.

The only reason it’s not 1* is the managers gesture
It would have been a higher rating, but it seemed to just be mistake after mistake, on arrival we were made to pay twice for our room, now understandably the young gentleman was new but paying twice for a room on a Saturday can be quite a costly expense and one that should have been refunded immediately.
The manager did upgrade our room which was lovely, but on departure we were told by a separate lady that our refund would take 7 working days which is an extremely long time to hold onto money that was mistakenly taken, especially of such a high cost.
We paid extra for the breakfast and I must say, it was the most disappointing thing of the whole weekend after hearing such incredible things. We were waited on arrival pretty fast, we were seated and had our order taken pretty much right away which was great, but from there it was down hill.
We was in the restaurant for breakfast roughly 45 minutes before a drink was even brought to the table, we ordered four orange juices and an assortment of hot drinks for the four of us, none of these are exceptionally difficult to prepare, yet we only received these after approaching the front desk ourselves after seemingly being forgotten about. We received the hot drinks after complaining, something none of us are fond of doing, and the breakfasts shortly after, around 50 minutes into being sat down. Having watched 3 new tables come after us, receive drinks and food whilst we was still waiting on anything arriving, and it wasn’t particularly busy.
The breakfast was tasty, very very small for £15 a person but tasty, the order was wrong for one of our table, she ordered chocolate croissants and received something different entirely, we did ask for the correct things but it was never brought to our table, her hot drink was also wrong on both times, our original waitress was nowhere to be seen and in the end we decided to pretty much give up, we never did receive our orange juice and left hugely disappointed, it was a special weekend away in what’s meant to be a pretty amazing hotel and breakfast and it just left a sour taste in the mouth.
Not sure we would stay again and certainly wouldn’t recommend the restaurant Aubaine Attached.

Good hotel. Great staff
S. M.
far from what expected, room was dirty with a socket pulled out the wall, dust on the doors, pink lipstick stain on glass and incredibly noisy
C. L.
It's ok. For a Hilton hotel, for me, the standard of the hotel is not there. Granted, it is an edwardian building, but compared to the others, just lacks that hilton vibe.
Room was adequate and quiet enough. Location wise, great, as it is on top of a tube station, and both hyde park and Kensington Palace are opposite.
For restaurants, you only have one.
Hotel is great for just a base to sleep.
Have stayed in Premier Inn hotels for similar money for the one night.
M. B.
I stayed in London to visit my son and the Hilton was perfect.Location was great - walking into Oxfoird Street was possible but nearby quite afew facilities. I had a single room, so the view was not best and desk was small if I had to do some work on laptop. Also it was missing usb charger. Staff was great
C. C.
A very enjoyable and comfortable stay for a family group celebrating birthdays. All the front-of-house staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming.
E. S.
Really lovely hotel - it feels very homelike and comfortable. The staff couldn't be any more welcoming, friendly or helpful. Great location - there's two tube stations within five minutes walk and it's on many bus routes along Bayswater Road. I can't wait to go back!
C. S.
To start with when I booked on booking. Com it said about parking, i emailed to make sure, they said there was parking but limited, nothing about the extra charge for both nights. I booked without breakfast knowing we would be out early. Came to check out and they had already taken £10 more then what they should and then tried to charge me £40 for breakfast. When I challenged this they said they wouldn't take it..... yes they still charged my card on a separate transaction. To get this back I had to email on a number of times and took 2 full weeks to get it back, yet the £10 was back in withing two days. As for the hotel, the bath was smaller then a standard bath, no drinks or anything in the fridge in the room. The cookie you got on arrival also had a hair in it half way through. The restaurant that is connected to the hotel wasnt good either. Steak microwaved, no cocktails what so ever then no fruit cider either. On the plus the staff in the restaurant was lovely.
B. E.
Great so far, in a very convenient location. Underground station right next door!
C. D.
Good location, opposite hyde park entrance, near public transport and there's sainsbury and tesco express few minutes walk away that open untill midnight if you want some snacks, a comfortable bed and Lillies.. I love lillies. These are there the day i check in, the whole front desk/lobby smells of it. Thank you, it is one of my favourite flowers.
C. B.
I have stayed here several times this year. I really enjoy the homey feel of the hotel. The redesigned rooms are excellent and they still maintain the unique characteristics of each room. The location is very good for public transit and the area feels very safe. I found the hotel to be very quiet despite being in a busy area. I wish there was a lounge and a gym but as it is built in a historic building I suppose there are limitations. I hope to continue to stay here in the future.
A. S.
Excellent staff, good view , right opposite hyde Park and walking distance to all major attractions. Queen way station is right next door. All super markets and groceries on the side road. Enjoy your stay .

My mother, daughter, and I stayed at this property for five nights in May. To add context, I travel and stay in hotels approximately 80-100 nights a year...mostly for business but also for leisure, and I’ve been doing this for 15 years. Hands down, the staff at this hotel provided the best service I have ever experienced. Upon arrival when our taxi driver brought our first bag into the hotel, Sarah literally ran outside to assist us with our luggage and to welcome us. She was also always willing to hail us a taxi or assist in anyway that she could. We had booked a family room suite which was absolutely beautiful and spacious; however, my mother wasn’t happy with the location and Tim was quick to find us an accommodation that would work better for us that would be available on our second day. Tim arranged to have the luggage moved from one room to next while we were out and about for the day. We also had a lot of interactions with Sandra at the front desk who also very lovely. It was like all of the staff there knew all of the guests that were staying in the hotel. The staff at this hotel are too notch!!! We felt very safe, secure, and at home there!!! It is a historic boutique hotel and deviates from prototypical commercial Hilton style property and was exactly what we hoped for in a London stay! Rooms are small but quaint and comfortable. All of the hotel restaurant staff were great too...particularly during breakfast. Only feedback I have for improvement at the hotel is that they change the breakfast buffet options up daily and that they replace the guest room bathroom
garbage cans with much larger ones. Other than that, everything was perfect! We are already planning our return trip and will definitely be staying at this hotel again! The location is great....quiet compared to some of the more touristy areas with easy access to bus stops and the tube. We loved being right across the street from Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens where we spent a lot of time. A plus to this location is having a Starbucks just a two minute walk away! Can’t wait to return!
C. K.
My wife and I have stayed here several times in the past, exceptional service from the very friendly staff.
The room is always immaculate and food very good and somewhat interesting.
Situated beautifully next to Hyde park the only issue I found was parking which can be very expensive especially if your staying for a couple days, this will be my only criticism.
M. H.
Rooms were pretty nice, only small things like I didn't find a toothbrush in the bathroom and could not get a wine opener when I asked for one at the front desk.
J. M.
Positives: Room was a good size, clean and the bathroom newly renovated. Lovely old building. Fantastic location right opposite Hyde Park. Restaurant downstairs is excellent!
Negative: A lot of noise from the street, no double glazing. Had to wait over 10 minutes for the tiny lift, which was being used by staff during peak check out time.
A. R.
Our room was cozy, comfortable, and clean. The staff was charming, attentive, and polite. They were very helpful in recommending transportation through the city as well as dining options.
I would highly recommend getting a room with a view of Hyde Park at this location. The part of Hyde Park directly across the street from this hotel is the best looking part of the park, and is a great place to take a stroll, sit down on a nice day, or check out Kensington Palace.
C. R.
The accommodations were comfortable and the room nice. We enjoyed the breakfast though the coffee was very strongly brewed. The location next to Hyde park was excellent. Service at the front desk was very good. Price wise, it was a bit high even considering the going price for London hotels. On the negative side, the wallpaper was a bit worm and the tub drain mechanism didn't work.
S. C.
On the plus side great location very close to Queensway tube and also on a good bus route into the centre of the city too. If meeting clients has a decent amount of public space to do so. Also efficient check in and out particularly if you use the digital key. Close to a good selection of pubs. My room was very small and there was an odd smell in the bathroom and the cistern had a few issues. But overall offers good value for money, breakfast was good too.
T. B.
The room was clean. Decent size for Europe standards however the shower/toilet were tiny and the water pressure was terrible. I had to blow dry my hair in the room where the coffee machine was located.
The staff was great and very helpful
K. T.
Really nice hotel with nice and modern rooms at a great location. Rooms are quite small as in any London hotel, breakfast is really good. Unfortunately there is no gym in the hotel. There’s a pure gym around the corner which is ok to go to one or twice when you’re traveling.
J. G.
Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and beds were comfortable. Lots of USB charging ports. Location is perfect. It's near many restaurants and stores, tube stations, and it's right across from Hyde park. I would recommend this hotel.
M.
It is to be expected from any hotel (even more so with an important name as Hilton) that they would take care of their guests.
There is a very big construction site going on just across the street, with high levels of noise from early in the morning to late afternoon.
It would have been great to have been noticed before, or have a discount on the room fares, or a voucher for next stay, or a small detail apologising for the nuisance.
I know it’s that all noise the workers and heavy machinery do is not the hotel’s responsibility , but it would have been very nice if they acknowledge it somehow.
I’ve payed a 4 stars and felt like a hostel.
S. K.
Regular Hilton User (Gold Card). The room was the smallest I had stopped in before at the back of the hotel. The room was quiet except for the occasional banging of doors.. Not all the room amenities were complete tea/coffee etc were missing. The bathroom and shower very small. Lifts in the hotel were slow.
Staff were pleasant and friendly.
Breakfast was not hot and the tea at breakfast awful and coffee only just warm. We did tell the staff.
Not high on my list for stopping in this area again. I complained at reception on leaving and told they would get the Manager to call me. You've guessed No call.
3 star Max
S. G.
Great location. Very cool park right near it, lots of museums and the imperial college. Was nice to be able to go through the park. and relax, lots of space and it was well kept.
Rooms and check in were good, no issues. Bathrooms we're new.
J. C.
Had a short day use visit, Nice & smooth check in and follow up call by the professional Maria to check that I was happy with the room - big thanks to Maria - hope to revisit soon.
A. W.
Absolutely perfect staff and looked after us very well during our stay. As an anniversary surprise the room was decorated and a bottle of wine was presented when we arrived.. Very clean room, no problems with changing when we asked for a bath rather than a shower, and nothing seemed to be a problem.. highly recommend and will be returning ...
K. v. D.
It's super convenient being almost attached to the Queensway tube station on the central line. Right across the street from Hyde park and just a pleasant walk from most of Central London. And it's a Hilton so you k is what you're getting. We've stayed here for three years on the trot and I'm sure I'll be back
P. C.
This is one of my favourite hotels. Love how clean it is and how helpful the staff is. I enjoy breakfast very much, solid Hilton quality! Some may find it expensive though. I would agree if you only have a cup of tea and a slice of toast, but if you like having a big breakfast it is definitely worth it.
A. D.
I give the Hilton Hyde Park a 3-4 rating. While the breakfast, bar and restaurant areas are lovely, the rooms are in need of an update. The room we have is a decent size by European standards - small for Americans but do-able. The location is great for access to the tubes (District, Central and Piccadilly). It's adjacent to Hyde Park and within a moderate walk or short tube ride to the major shopping venues of Notting Hill, Harrods and Bond Street. It is situated on a main road and is noisy at night with motorcycles and sirens. The breakfast at the hotel is fantastic and the staff is great. Having a really good breakfast available in the mornings helps with acclimatizing to the time difference.
H.
Great hotel at a perfect location! Hyde park is is across the street and tube stations on walking distance. Rooms are a bit small, but clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Just a great place to stay for your London adventure!
T. M.
The location of the hotel is very good, with easy access to the tube and bus lines, plus in fact Hyde Park being on the other side of the street. There are many reasonable and inexpensive restaurants at the neighborhood . Anyone who is accustomed to Hilton in USA or other modern Hiltons in Europe, will feel that the Hilton Hyde Park has small and old rooms and facilities, although comfortable and clean. The breakfast is good, following the Hilton's standard in variety and quantity, however coffee service staff, although always willing to meet all guests' requirements, require a better management of staff in meeting their needs; in the cleaning speed of the tables; and in the replacement of food, coffee etc. What stands out in the hotel and is worthy of all the compliments is the front desk attendants. All the personnel at the front desk, without exception, are very attentive, friendly and helpful. The hotel does not have concierge services, but I got all the support of the front desk team, with Mr. Tim and Mrs. Debora, in obtaining tickets for tours, events, restaurants and directions; making my ten-day vacation in London much more peaceful.
A. A.
Great location, good breakfast, quiet rooms, helpful staff. Recommend a stay here.

We stayed in London for 9 nights At the Hilton Hyde Park. We chose it because we have a one year old and due to the proximity to all the museums and the park across the street. Now, due to the fact that we booked through Delta vacations the London Hyde Park didn’t even credit us for our stay let alone credited points to our account. We wrote a review on the app only to be told to contact the hotel directly to dispute and got 20K points. We’re Gold members and although they did Upgrade our room from the one we booked, we still felt robbed after our stay. We had issues with housekeeping not cleaning our room properly to where our one year old found an half eaten snicker bar behind the chair in our room and bit into it. They failed to give us adequate amounts of towels or wash cloths for the three of us on several occasions. My husband had to go down to the front desk to ask for towels late at night after a long day sightseeing. Smh...
Won’t be staying there again.
N. F.
I have frequented this hotel ***y times and the staff is generally courteous and helpful. On this occasion, staff were more interested in gouging the last pence from me by offering earlier check in to all kinds of nonsensical upgrades etc. …
O. A.
Small room. Breakfast service is poor.
Oddly - better than Hilton Metropole.
In the room there are no drawers for my clothes.
Large TV hanging on a small swivel.. Can just about see it from the bed, which is against the wall on one side.
Large, uncomfortable seat in the middle of the room takes up space whilst not allowing comfort.
At breakfast fresh fruit are rare. I asked for a banana and two tired ones came. These were the last ones, apparently.
Then the fried eggs disappeared... Not to return bh the time I left
F. S.
Overall, staff was very helpful and the room was quite comfortable. After arriving early, they had a room available and I was able to grab a nap before heading out for the day. They assisted with getting me to Paddington for an early train quickly and efficiently. Overall, a nice, centrally located hotel.
a. t.
Completely disappointed with this hilton. It’s old, dirty and the service is the worst except for the first day we were here and Sehrish checked us in- she was lovely. The hotel is noisy. The walls are thin. U can hear the other rooms and the roads and people banging doors. Everything is rotted away, the linens are horrible and the housekeeping doesn’t really do a good job cleaning the place. Breakfast is so bad that even thought we paid for it, we only had it 2 out of 5 days and only for coffee Bec the food is bad and cutlery dirty etc. For the price, it’s totally not worth it as there are so many other hotel options nearby. While location is convenient- most of the good hotel brands in London are situated near shopping areas.
The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in the world.
T. M.
Slightly dated hotel but comfortable. Location is excellent; between the chaotic Oxford/Marble Arch and the artistic Notting Hill areas.
Breakfast is weak as it is served in partnership with local restaurant.
Staff are friendly and welcoming. An asset to the organisation.
Needs a revamp to align to Hilton global standards.
A. H.
This hotel justified their flaws (very tiny shower room, non double glazed windrow so you will hear the street noise and very strict 1 hour late checkout for diamond member) by simply saying it is a boutique hotel.
I get there are only about 100 rooms, but they should really step up with membership recognition or change a brand.
Hilton isn’t suitable as a boutique hotel, they should consider Curio Collection under Hilton chain. But I guess the management team or the owner aren’t willing to invest more money to make it happen. In terms, travellers suffer.
The one and only upside is that there are two understand stations near the hotel.
H. L.
Great location, friendly and attentive staff. Rooms are very comfortable

We spent a week-end in this hotel with a very nice location. The rooms have benefited from a recent refresh and the staff were very helpful. The Shower consisted of no more than a water closet where you could not even stretch your arms out and the shower door was impossible.
G. M.
When booking a Hilton you expect a certain experience that I feel this hotel lacks. There is some good - the bed is comfortable, there is lots of toiletries included and there are two small bottles of water included in the price. The hotel reception where also able to let us check in early.
However- the rooms are quite small, including the bath rooms. The tea and coffee are instant (unlike similar price range hotels with a machine). The towels are very rough and feel like they haven't seen any fabric softener. A large bottle of water on the side costs £4 and had sign saying 'its on us' next to it so easily confused into drinking it. No bathrobes included in the room but advertised on the website.
The breakfast was abit of a fiasco - no one to greet us so took a seat, then told we where infact at the wrong table and would have had to move and ended up having to wait five minutes for a take. I ended up complaining about this and the duty manager was very polite and friendly in his apology. Fortunately the food did more than make up for it. The sausages particularly are great.
Other than the extra toiletries on the side in the bathroom you could have thought that you had stayed in a Premier Inn but to get your head down not the best or worst place to stay.

Adorable room but typical Euro size. If you are a suite traveler you will not enjoy the standard room. I loved it and will be back to this location.
This is a great location. Next to Hyde Park (if you are a runner bring your shoes, great location for a run)
Easy to explore from here.
Two pro tips:
Skip the breakfast not worth the value.
Don't take taxi from Heathrow, train is $10 vs $95 for taxi.

As far as a hotel rooms go it was a lovely room, but nothing spectacular, just a normal hotel room. One window always slowly slid shut, and the plug in the sink didn't work. However all the staff were perfectly lovely, one in particular (I'm sorry I can't remember your name, but you were tall, had black hair, and told us about the history of the hotel). The only reason I give four stars instead of five; there are hundreds of hotel rooms in london with an extra edge, and this was just a regular hotel room.
J. C.
Great service, only there for a night but the front desk staff were on point from providing detailed public transit information and food recommendations. The room was well kept and comfortable bed.
C. F.
Carpets bit dated. Walls seem thin - you can hear sounds from the corridor or next room.
On plus side, location is great, right next to tube station and the park is opposite. Nice breakfast/dining room. Reception staff pleasant and helpful. Note this Hilton does not have an exec lounge.
J. B.
Stayed there for a couple of days last week. Wonderful experience.
The room was on the smaller side but that did not make too much of a difference. Views of Hyde park are amazing.
Perfect location. Look forward to coming back .
N. A.
A nice Hilton property conveniently located. Has a tube stop in the building for added convenience. Nice rooms with variations (not cookie cutter boring rooms). Good breakfast, but the lunch/dinner/room service menu is overdue for refreshing.
M. D. (. M.
First room had an issue with smell but got an excellent second room. Dinner in restaurant below was great as well. Location close to tube stops.
V. G.
Location is great, staff are fantastic.
Sadly, as with most Hilton Hotels, little thought went into the design of the room, and the bathroom was very small.
Overall, not good value for money, but you pay for the convenient location.
H.
Decent location near the tube and plenty food and grocery shopping a block away. Excellent access to hop on hop off buses. Compared to other Hiltons this one's rooms were a little below average but price reflects this...
J. M.
Central location, right next to Hyde-Park. The hotel offers a great location to explore London. It has great restaurant next door that provides a limited, yet satisfying breakfast selection. Be sure to check with hotel before booking if you seek all the bells and whistles of a Hilton Hotel.
K. M.
We stayed at this location on October30th, 17 the room was extremely small, the queen bed was against the wall and one of us had to climb to get on the bed, the bathroom and shower was so small,, I have never seen anything like it, the shower was 24"x 24" which ever we moved we heat the wall, the soap dispenser, shower door etc. the location is cross from Hyde park but the side streets are not upscale at all, and it was disappointing. We could not find a nice restaurant to eat close by.
The staff were friendly and it was clean.
T. M.
I booked a hotel nearby which was closed for refurbishment so I was moved to their sister hotel and got lost. I then went into the Hilton and asked the receptionist, who I believe was called Joanne, for directions and he printed out the maps to the hotel which I was relocated to

Convenient Location, Quiet Rooms, Clean Linens
I chose this property for a couple of reasons, one of which was its location next to Hyde Park as a friend had recommended this area. It was my first time visiting London and actually my first time staying in a Hilton.
The location for a solo traveler utilizing the London Tube system was unbeatable the hotel is literally right above the Queensway tube station.
The hotel is across from Kensington Gardens not really Hyde Park, which I found out when I ventured into the park and moments later found Kensington Palace on my right. It was a treat to have both parks so close.
I reserved a Queen Park view room and chose the 5th floor utilizing the on-line check-in through the Hilton app. The room was facing the park, although I could only see the top of the trees, which is better then another building, I thought that due to it also being on the main street side it would be noisy at night. I was wrong I could not hear anything coming from the street. This was another nice surprise. The room was clean the linens were fresh, the dust (if there was any) had been removed from the counters, the windows were clean, the carpet clean, and the extra pillows I had requested were in place upon my arrival.
The bathroom was clean and free of mold or mildew. There was an issue with the drain in the shower. Quite simply it drained very slow something I assumed would have been noticed by housekeeping, so I was questioning how clean the shower floor really was since the water stood there waiting to drain. This was something that was never addressed during the stay. I had a less then world class check-in experience from, the front desk and so I did not want to bother with bringing up this issue.
Check In Experience:
The lobby of this hotel is extremely small, I don't know if that is common in London or not but there were only two front desk members. I also assume that the lack of staff is due in part because the hotel encourages on-line check-in reducing the need for a front desk. Since this was my first time in London and at a Hilton I chose only to do the on-line check in and skip getting the digital key that is an option in the app. I was hoping the front desk staff would provide some information on the local area, the hotel, and highlight some points of interest. What I experienced was the complete opposite and it left a poor experience. Upon arrival I was not greeted by the front desk staff, they were too busy looking at their computer screens. When I was finally acknowledge I was greeted with a "Can I help you sir?". I had to explain I was checking into the hotel. I had done the on-line check in but did not get the digital key for reasons previously stated, this seemed to have confused the front desk member. The front desk member stated, "Sir it looks like you have checked-in on-line, are you wanting to know the status of your room?". I verified that I knew I had checked in on-line but needed to verify the card on-file and yes get the status of my room. It turned out the my accommodations were ready. I was handed an envelope, given the room number, told how to access the free wifi, and asked if I needed anything else. I was not instructed about my room location nor given any information on the hotel itself. I didn't think as an Honors Member or even a guest this would be the case. When I asked if there was a place for me to get some food the front desk member informed me that the hotel has a restaurant or I could go to a grocery store around the corner. I could tell that providing any additional information was out of the question so I just headed to my room. Good thing as an Honors Member one perk is the WiFi being free, I looked up information on the hotel as well as the area. I didn't interact with the front desk after my arrival, even though I passed them every morning I would have to say "Good Morning" or "Hello" to even get someone to look up. This left a poor experience and something that I did not expect.
W. S.
I had stayed at this hotel twice. The rooms were so tidy and cosy.
As a Deaf guest, I appreciated the friendly, professional staff and their willing to get things ready to meet my needs.
R. M.
I was there on business with colleagues and the majoriry all had the same small rooms. The room was comfortable. The price per night was fare, it was clean and really close to Queensway stop on the tube. The location is perfect and just opposite the Hyde park and you can get subway easily from the train station.
N. T.
Superb location with great tube and bus services right outside the front door and Hyde Park/Kensigton gardens just across the road.
M. A.
Fantastic staff, helped us book a room for the next 5 nights that we called as our AirBnB has cancelled on us the day of. They got us in a great room and juggled around the scheduling so we could stay in the room for the 5 days and for basically the same price as the AirBnB. Highly recommend.
F. G.
Nice place, friendly helpfull staff, great position for central london
S. B.
Loved this hotel! Perfect for our large family. Beautiful location. Delicious breakfast.
M. S.
Great location by the park. Excellent service. Hotel not overheated. French-style Brasserie on ground floor serving good value meals, brunches and snacks throughout the day.
C. B.
Very nice hotel. A historical location. So expect some older rooms, but they are modern refurbished. Great breakfast and close to the parc and underground. Staff is very very helpfull
R. A.
Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel was was clean and quiet and in a great location directly opposite Hyde park. It's on top of Queensway tube station and about 3 minutes from Bayswater tube. I would happily stay there again and recommend it to others.
F. R. C.
The hotel was nice but the rooms felt cramp. There was no gym but hyde park is right across the street. The breakfast was okay but the staff was incredible.
B. B.
Although the guest rooms are small they are cosy and clean. The breakfast is ok, but can find other options near by at lower price. The staff is very friendly and attentive.
S. S.
Clean, nice room, great ti help US in everything! Great location, in front of Hyde Park and with many good restaurant around. Tube station more than close. Really great.
K. L.
Staff are friendly. Was in a room at the front of the hotel, with a nice view of Hyde Park and the bed was comfortable. There was a bit of road noise but nothing excessive. Room service is overpriced and, although the food was nice, the portions were inadequate.
J. S.
Made a bad first impression with its tatty low slung reception which made it feel like we had stumbled in to a travel agent.
The room itself was clean although looks tired and the bathroom was a little grubby. Being greeted by a bottle of water with a price tag on it also doesn't distill a friendly welcoming vibe.
A loud banging started a 8:00. Poor sound proofing also meant anyone moving around sounded like they were outside the door.
Its redeeming feature is its location
D.
This is not the best Hilton. While it is in a historic building, which is really cool, it is lacking in the comforts that make a Hilton. Also let them know if you have even the slightest mobility hinderance, the bath is not easily accessible even for my husband and I and we are fairly fit. ALSO DO NOT WASTE TIME OR MONEY AT THE RESTAURANT. But I will do that a separate review. .
R. S.
Great location and service, vintage style breakfast dining, and spacious room size all with reasonable price. I recommend this place and will definitely revisit this hotel when i go to London! 💕
s. k.
Nice classic small hotel with current upgrades, attached bar and restaurant, shops nearby for anything needed and beautiful park across the street. Queensway tube station directly below for easy access to underground central line and circle line a few hundred feet away.
S. M.
Excellent service, had a small problem with my room on check-in which was quickly rectified by the staff member Gabrielle and I was assigned a new room.
Even after this, he checked in with us a few times to ensure everything with the new room was fine.
M. M.
Overall, the room was nice but the bed was hard. This particular hotel nickel-and-dimed me. They charged me for early check-in and wifi. (Not that unusual but annoying since I have status) I was also offered a room upgrade and breakfast for additional fees.
N. I.
Do you want underground near you? So hotel Hilton is near two underground just 1 minute, stuff very lovely and help guests, restaurant have food and normal but price for drink is not cheap, one sinsbery is near there you can buy your drink from sinsbery i think is better , and room is good , is not very classic place but good , have good time.
S. S.
very good location directly across from Hyde Park and near many food stores and very close to 3 tube stations. also the staff here is extremely friendly and helpful especially a guy named Vladimir at the front desk. the area feels very safe even at night.
J. Z.
If you take a room overlooking hyde park you have a wonderful view and are just one step away from a stroll through as much nature as you can get in a city like London. The hotel staff was very helpful and courteous. The breakfast was excellent. It was a very enjoyable stay.
B. d.
I found the staff extremely friendly and the room very clean and well appointed. Superior to hotels with similar ratings and prices in the London area. Very convenient to Oxford Street, Hyde park etc. Housekeeping was a little sub par unfortunately.
L. W.
Maybe deserve to be a 3 star hotel. Yes rooms are relatively clean, but it's very old, no facilities for business traveler, bathroom have occasional waves of sewage smell from and it make strange noises that disturb my sleep.
I would have rate it 3 or 4 if the prices weren't that high or the hotel team would actually care or do something when I raised these issues to them.
M. K.
Very convenient location across the street from Kensington Gardens. Older hotel but very well maintained with modern amenities. Good WiFi, nice restaurant. Staff extremely professional and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.
T. M.
Nice hotel in a historic building, very cozy and quiet. Close to bus stop, subway, hyde park. Friendly staff with good breakfast. I Recommend it.
S. S.
Excellent hotel room, especially for the price. Rooms are cheaper than the Hilton at Paddington Station. It's clearly not as convenient as being right at Paddington but it's walking distance to Paddington and there's also a Tube station (Central) at the street corner. I stayed in a single occupancy room so it was small but totally functional.
D. C.
Amazing stay . Reception staff especially Honey were friendly and very accommodating. A credit to the Hilton team.
D. S.
The location opposite Hyde Park made taxi hire very easy. The underground is literally around the corner. The property is lovely and positioned close to Kensington Park and several shops and restaurants. Would recommend to anyone as everyone who works here is always willing to do that extra bit to make your stay more enjoyable.
C. R.
Staff friendly, rooms have a nice mix of modern and old touch. Breakfast worst I had so far in a Hilton. Bar service needs improvment.
S. F.
A good hotel very close to the underground and opposite Hyde Park, so the views are good from the front rooms. The service was very good and efficient and the room was clean and comfortable with everything I wanted.
T. M.
It was fast check-in for us, great customer service. Upon arrival we were offered two bottles of water. Rooms are nice and cozy.
A. B.
because of the staff they were very kind and helpful
S. O.
Lovely room, really close to Queensway (central line) and bayswater stations :) Really nice location by Hyde park and the breakfast was good :)))
l. “.
The staff is very professional and work hard to meet your needs. We haven't had a lot of interaction with the staff but when we have they seemed friendly. Please advice on this on call The staff at the reception are commendable. Would stay there again when i visit London.
S. G.
Great location on Hyde Park with hire bikes outside. Superb place and very reasonably priced
K. S.
Staff are super friendly, rooms are modern and stylish. Breakfast is a typical Hilton breakfast which isn't amazing though.
T. M.
Is a really nice and cozy hotel this time I can say the attencion was wonderful but an advice do not take room facing the park, the noise won't let you sleep if you are a light sleeper.😉
W. C.
Nice hotel convenient to Queens Way and Bay Water underground. However there isn't a single USB connection in the rooms that I could see. There are standard UK outlets which may appear like USB connections to the unknowing.
T. M.
The room was clean and well decorated. Tight quarters though, have to be careful moving around in the shower so you don't bump an elbow.
R. O.
For Diamond members I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Stayed in a standard guest room, small-ish but to be expected with a standard room in a city centre hotel. I could not get in and out of the shower without a lot of ***oeuvring and I am not a big person.
O. J.
Great location. Reasonably priced but don't expect too much on offer from this hotel in regards to enrertainment. So get out and walk about as the location is Great!.
S. H.
General decor good and clean. Right beside an underground station, across from Hyde Park, and a very short walk/taxi ride to Paddington Station and the Heathrow Express. Access to the city couldn't have been easier with the Queensway Tube stop just around the corner. Very easy and quick to everywhere the value can not be beat.
J. B.
Very well located hotel for this part of London, however the building is very old and the rooms are small. Grand for a short stay. Staff are very courteous.
A. J.
It was good however there were spiders in the room. Our room didn’t have a view of anything even thought it was said to have a view.
H. A.
Lovely location if you want to be away from the Hussle. No gym sadly, rooms are very small. Breakfast is very good but as is the restaurant.
R. N.
Clean fresh rooms in a small hotel. No gym or executive lounge. Breakfast has fewer choices than regular sized Hilton. Located at Queensway station and near Bayswater Station.
A. W.
5 stars for extremely good service during checkin and checkout. Staff are friendly and helpful but sometimes forgot to refill our tea and coffee section
D. S.
It is wonderful property bang opposite Kensington park having quite a no. Of restaurants.
Service is good and staff very friendly. I would recommend this hotel for short visits to central London.
L. A. F.
Great place to stay! Good location, two Tub stations close, Hyde Park just across the street. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great English breakfast.
J. H.
Great location near lots of shops and restaurants and close to multiple underground lines. Room was small but nice with a nice view of the park!
A. G.
The staff is very friendly, location is great , many bus stations are in the area and there is queensway subway station close to it. Clean rooms and nice service.
A. P.
Visited the Hyde Park Hilton today as we had a Groupon voucher for half price 3 course meal for 2.
Service was terrible from the moment we walked in, not even being offered a drink until after our food order had been taken. The waiter then had to be asked twice to bring tap water.
Food was mediocre, not worth the money we paid (at half price) and certainly not worth the usual full price!
Not what I expected from a world renowned hotel, would not visit again.
T. M.
Although its small but super great staff!!
And comfy beds this is my favorite hotel so far in london
K. R.
Hotel staff were very helpfull. Thank you so much.
K. D.
Bitten by a BEDBUG
Room was DATED and COLD due to only single glazing
Bedding was too thin
POOR TV choice
RUDELY WOKEN BY MAID trying to enter at 9am on a Sunday, good job it was on the latch or they’d have entered without knocking!
POOR STANDARDS and OVERPRICED
AVOID
J. J.
On Fridays and Saturdays there is a huge street market called the Portobello Market, located on Portobello Road. The location is good being next to Queensway tube. On balance this is not a terrible hotel but there are ***y hiltons in London I'd prefer to lay my head, given the choice.
E. T. C.
Perfect location - excellent service and room
N. M.
Perfect location, tube station just few steps away. Nice cosy rooms and lovely breakfast bufet.
S. D.
Very convenient and while being refurbished, quite reasonably priced.
Staff are friendly and hotel is close to restaurants in Queensway.
On the edge of Hide Park and a modest walk from the museums in South Kensington.
A. W.
Fantastic Hotel. Staff very caring and attentive. Bedrooms well laid out and very clean. Will return.
R. M.
Great location, accommodating staff. The rooms are clean, comfortable and provided the necessity and more.
C. C.
Enjoyed most of our stay, the main problem for us was a long wait at the bar, not busy just no staff. Would definitely return.
A. P.
Great hotel, great location, couldn't get closer to the central line unless you slept on the tube! Good food and drink.
L. L.
Location is fabulous, right above a tube station, across from Hyde Park, and just down the road from Portabello Market. The room, even an upgraded double room, is small (though this is downtown London, so small room is to be expected).
J. R.
Room not very big but clean, bed was comfortable with view over to Hyde Park
R.
Enjoy it. Every time I stay there. Not all facilities other hotels have, but great location, staff, rooms.
S. K.
Room is not very clean but good breakfast and good location as well as acceptable price.
N. P.
Great location! Typical Hikton property...nice sized room and above average appointments. Recommend.
H. S.
Nice cold stroll on a sunny day
M. N.
Proximity to hyde park and underground is superb. Old hotel with minimal amenities and the slowest elevator in London. Staff is super nice.
M. K.
Great location. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Price is reasonable. Rooms are very small.
S. M.
Nice room. Enough breakfast options. You can ask them for patched eggs and to toast your bread.
K. A.
Great sevice but room was very small. Didnt realise hotels still had single beds.
R. A.
Nice location, excellent rooms, their breakfast is definitely several cuts above!
H. C.
Just arrived and was served by Hoda! Very rude attitude, angry face, impatient! Didn't give me enough information about the hold amount she going to hold and when I asked how much was it, she replied with an attitude like you haven't been to a Hilton before??!!
I have a very bad impression right by this staff about the whole hotel!!
S. B. S.
Really nice staff and rooms are great even the standard room is a nice size.
C. G. R.
Great position ,smallish rooms and tiny bathrooms but not too badly priced
A. S.
The single rooms are very small and you definetly don't feel like being in a Hilton. Breakfast is great.
J. C.
Helpful staff and lovely park view - but did not like basement room at another visit - generally centrally located and wonderful
T. S.
Great location with everything nearby and staff are very welcoming.
V. B.
Very nice location. Rooms are small. Good food. Staff is friendly.
S. C.
Good price and value, super convenient location the Queensway tube just next to the hotel building. The staffs are very friendly!

Nice Hotel, It is right next to the Underground which made it easy. The Hotel is very nice, right across from the Park.
P. G.
Excellent rooms, and a wide selection of foods available for breakfast.

Good location and friendly staff. Noisy if you end up with a room facing the main road.
J. S.
Staff we're extremely helpful and rooms we're lovely. Great location.
O. N.
Great hotel lovely host. Great room. Location is amazing!
J. K.
Convenient location, room is quiet, lift for wheelchair, lovely self serve breakfast
D. D.
Super staff going above and beyond. Wonderful location for family adventures and a good base for busines travellers.
R. N.
I like the location of this hotel. The rooms are a bit small however. Around the corner from Tube station. Hyde Park across the street.
D. F.
Always enjoy staying here. Great team and comfortable rooms.
D. S.
Quite possibly the tiniest hotel room I have ever stayed in. For the price it is ridiculous. My advice is choose another hotel for similar price.
H. R.
The location, virtually next door to Queensway Underground station is ideal, as is the fact Hyde Park is on the doorstep. A complimentary morning newspaper is always a nice touch, as is the option of breakfast in your room with a small charge.
M. F.
Nice hotel, good location. Bit shocked about the cost for wifi.
K. A.
Excellent service. Rooms are fine, nothing terribly special. Very clean.
S. M.
Rooms very nice clean and spacious all amenities breakfast very nice

Hilton

Stay somewhere else! We were in the area at several different hotels and this was the only place with bad service. They don't like Hilton Honors guests. The front desk was rude multiple times and lied to me about my booking. I was looking at my reservation on the app WHILE they were telling me I didn't book that room type. Very obviously didn't like Hilton Honors guests. Hilton, why are they using your name here?!
M. D.
If you are Hilton Honors they don't want your business.
