Had a great stay here! I prepaid online via 3rd party site before arrival and the check-in was a seamless process. Though the room felt a little smaller than I expected, I had a pleasant stay here. The cleaning room service is excellent.

Have stayed here numerous times over the past few years when we have a weekend in London. Never had a bad stay and it’s always a pleasure staying here. My recent visit was quite memorable as it’s the first time I met Sam to who I think is the hotel manager. Sam was an absolute pleasure to meet and is a very nice and funny chap with great sense of humour. I look forward to my next stay and hopefully get to see him again!

The staff members were very kind and quick to help us. We booked a regular double room and it wasn't very big but more space wasn't really necessary for our short stay. Our room was very clean as well!
L. V.
The hotel itself was quite nice, the checking process took a while, unsure why as we've pre-booked online. The room itself was ok, bed was comfortable, however, around the sink area in the bathroom was not cleaned properly 😒 There were also 2 dirty cups left out on the side hence the 3 star. Unusable ofcourse. Breakfast was the best, they were very welcoming, instructions was clear, they were very helpful. Everything was hot, the breakfast area was very clean and all was organised to the 2 metre distance as aligned with covid rules.

Staff are great. Overall the public areas of the hotel are nice, the room we were in was a little outdated and could do with a bit of a refurb. The hotel is ideally situated if you want a shopping trip to Westfield White City.
P. S.
Room is very compact and wouldn’t want to spend a lot of time in it but is sufficiently equipped with all the essentials. The hotel looks and feels rather dated but clean.
The food in the bar was not cheap (£90 for 2 adults and 2 children - no kids menu) however it tasted exquisite and was very well prepared.
Parking is not cheap either (£35 for 24 hours) but is secure and on site.

The location was great, the staff was attentive and excellent, the rooms were comfortable, and the food was delish. We were given an upgraded room at check-in and although small compared to what we're used to, it had everything we needed and ended up being quite comfortable. We had dessert in the lounge once and cocktails every evening. The menu looked good, we just ate out on the town instead. We finally made it to breakfast on the last morning and I'm kicking myself for missing it the other days of the trip. It was a hot buffet with many options and everything tasted great.

A lovely hotel. Room was compact but clean and tidy. View not so good. The bar area ok. The staff were very pleasant and nothing too much trouble, apart from our food and drink bill was wrong and it took a while to sort out. The member of staff was quick to say, ' wasn't me and I don't know anything about it'. Not helpful! . Food very good and price not too bad. Shame the restaurant isn't open in the evenings. Breakfast superb and plenty. Would have liked table service of tea and coffee, at the table, instead of one young girl doing it and the line quite long at times.

Very small room, nice crew and breakfast was not bad, but the lacation is amazing walking distance to the biggest mall in europe (Westfield Mall) ,walking distance to arab street where u can taste different arabic cuisine and get some hookah
i enjoyed my stay there

Very well kept hotel. Close to the Underground transit system. The rooms are very clean, linens very new and soft. The restaurant in the hotel is very nice. Good variety of traditional English food. Free breakfast for Diamond members is great. Fried eggs, hash browns, bacon, beans, sausages, toast, cereals, juices, more. Good rates!
T. A.
Staff is good, rooms are small. Breakfast was fantastic and public transport is close. A great value.
J. D.
Really nice hotel. Staff nice to deal with and always helpful. Room was nice. Can see some parts of the hotel need upgrading but looks like this is an ongoing process. Great location to the central line and 15 minutes into central London. Would happily stay here again.
D. U.
Excellent deal for our 4 night stay from 6th - 10th December. We had a disabled person in our party and would especially like to congratulate all members of the concierge, the Bar manager whose name started with an S (apologies for this) and the female bar manager who also was excellent at breakfast. The service the above provided was above and beyond. Thanks again.
M. B.
Lovely hotel sp close to the Westfields Shopping centre. Our room even had a balcony . Staff really nice and covid safe.
G. N.
Big busy London chain hotel. Room OK, but bathroom a bit tired. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast buffet. Convenient parking under the hotel. Would have been 3 stars but staff were very friendly and helpful boosting the rating.
P. C.
Moved here after another hotel disappointed us. Whilst it is an older Hilton the rooms were clean and comfortable and you are always guaranteed a decent standard in a Hilton. The team were very helpful in the limited interactions we had.
j. y.
Another great stay at this hotel. Our main stay when we are in London. I do feel as Diamond members the parking should be complimentary.
D. M.
Staff were outstanding, very friendly and approachable. The room was nice except the bed sounded like it was going to collapse, not very comfortable. Every time one of us moved we woke the other one up. The toilet seat was broken. The breakfast choices were amazing. Restaurant very clean and tidy also the whole hotel was exceptionally clean
C. W.
The receptionists I met in January 2019 were wonderful human beings and very professional. I had a very pleasant experience 3 years ago that I will remember for eternity.
C. A.
Bedrooms a little tired. Could do with a revamp. Shower curtain is surely unhealthy in this day and age? The cleaners did a cursory job of my room. Not refilling biscuits and leaving me only Earl Grey tea bags. Not clearing away empties. The breakfast is OK. But had to queue for coffee!! Prices in the bar are way over the top!!! Common areas very nicely done. Lovely staff in the bar and reception and the taxi guy outside. Right next to Westfield. Was here for a conference but wouldn't choose it otherwise.
S.
Great stay, lovely and central to the city and many other attractions, parked the car in the underground secure parking walked up the stairs to reception, fantastic breakfast too, taxis and buses 24/7 right outside the front door, short level walk to the Westfield shopping centre, the bus and train station, friendly and welcoming staff always ready to help, highly recommend.
E. N.
Hotel looked a bit tired and in need of a make over. Bedrooms in particular felt as though they have not been decorated for some time. The Bed itself was creaky and the mattress uncomfortable. The funrniture looked like something that would have been modern 30 years ago, however it was functional and for a one night stay adequate. Breakfast was a bit of a bun fight, very overcrowded but that could just be the time we chose to go, choice of food was ok and hotel staff friendly and helpful.
a. A.
One of my favorite place to stay in London. Short walk to Westfield Mall on one end and Hyde Park a hop and a skip on the other end.
Really helpful and welcoming team starting with the concierge. Good range of options at the breakfast buffet and you can still request "a la carte" to the kitchen for special or other needs. Hotel is getting along in age though and could use some updating in the rooms. Overall a good choice.
S. B.
Pretty shabby and cramped room. But, the bed was comfortable, the WiFi worked, the bathroom was tiny but functional, and the breakfast excellent. So, handy for a business stopover but the tired and pokey rooms will disappoint you if you're a tourist expecting something smart from the Hilton brand.
n. k.
Spent 2 nights on a theatre break. Nice hotel, very close to Shepherds Bush Underground station. Good standard room with tea and coffee making facilities, iron and hair drier. Bar prices were ridiculously high.
H. K.
Brilliant service and nice rooms, very comfortable beds, close to bus stops and underground stations
S. D.
Good location and friendly staff. Rooms are to an acceptable standard. Nothing unusual for a city hotel the gym is sparceley equipped.
M. W.
Our favorite hotel for over a decade, staff is first rate but the rooms are dated and showing their age. Hoping Hilton plans to put a little money into improving the infrastructure and showing some love to this grand old lady..
M. B.
OK. So essentially there’s nothing wrong with this hotel. It’s a Hilton so you know what you’re going to get. But I felt that it’s living on its London location and Hilton brand. It’s a bit tired and dated. Staff friendly, location good for the west end - it’s a 10-15 min taxi from Piccadilly. Room ok. Bathroom cramped - weak over bath shower. But the place is clean and everything works. Breakfast ok - standard buffet. But poor bready sausages. But it just doesn’t deliver quite as well as you would wish. But you’re paying London prices.
J. P.
Great Hotel! Perfect location for our trip to London. Bus and train route minutes away. Bars and restaurants within walking distance. Staff was great!
S. O.
Went to visit a friend who was staying there and to discuss some new business ideas. It was a brief meeting however the hotel blew me away. If I was coming in from out of town, this would be one of the top hotels I would have to stay in.
S. H.
Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast has options for continental and american all very tasty and delicious. The room was clean and sanitize, however, some aestetics of the room like the bathroom not closing properly was a bit frustrating for someone like me with OCD. The hotel is a very good option in terms of using the underground as it is on the central line. Very recommended
A. S.
Extremely comfortable and very helpful staff. You can keep your bags with them even after you check out so you can collect later without any extra charge.
K.
Nice hotel close to Westfield shopping centre. Good connections with city and all London. Shepardsbush offers lots of pubs restaurants and everything you have from walk distance from the hotel. High quality and highly recommended!
A. B. G.
All queries were answered by staff regarding COVID rules PCR/Antigen tests and where to obtain one.
As a frequent traveller this hotel with the comfort/care services offered is the best value hotel in London bar none.
This is my second visit to the Hilton Kensington in two months will be back early 2022.
M. C.
Rooms and corridors looking tired. Bed was comfortable and plenty of pillows.
Plates/rubbish left on the corridors for far too long - it was starting to smell like student halls of residence as you walked through.
Executive lounge closed due to COVID still even though many others are now open.
A very good selection of gym equipment for a hotel gym however - make sure you use the signage to the free weights room where you'll find much more that the kettle bells in the main cardio area! Gym very grubby and needs a tidy/deep clean and spruce up (shame the sauna and steam are also closed).
Breakfast had a good selection of items and cooked well, however there needs to be more people running the COVID secure coffee station as having only one was causing queues.
The bar served a good selection of food in the evening and is well stocked.
J. H.
Great value for money and well located in between Holland Park and Shepherds bush tube. Staff great and dining options in hotel where good. Only downside is that the rooms where rather small, even for UK standards.
Z. N.
Sam in the reception was so helpful and kind.
Great staff overall, clean and spacious room, very comfy.
J. S.
Hilton Kensington was probably a very nice hotel, but it is in need of a refurbishment to bring it up to the standard I would expect from a Hilton hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was nice but the onsite bar was expensive.
F. B.
Very comfortable room. Good buffet breakfast. Excellent position minutes from Shepherds Bush train, bus and underground. Lovely staff
A. B.
Rooms a little dated but passable. Don't forget your wallet at the bar and the loan to go with it over £25 for 2 single Morgan spiced rum and cokes
S. D.
Great location amazing staff helped with luggage and even had early check-in with no charge
H. A.
Nice, clean and staff very helpful. Me and my husband were there for some business. The area is near Westfield shopping centre and the buzz of shepherd's Bush, cafés, restaurants, fast food. There are buses and shepherd's Bush Central line across. I had falafel wrip from the kiosk just in front of the station and it was amazing, if you spot him have one or share. As a result I loved the place. Enjoyed my time.
K. H.
I stayed here on a bargain theatre break on a thursday night in October 21. I was going to see Lion King at the Lyceum. The room was fine for what I paid, clean, tidy, small shower room and a nice breakfast was included. Probably wouldnt stay here again, because it was a long ride on 2 tubes to get to and from the West End, and back and forth from/to Euston. When i go to London on 25th November to see Jersey Boys, I've booked the Regents park Hilton, to be closer to the West End. Nothing personal, just my wrong choice.
K. R.
Great hotel, you are literally in the centre of London. Easy access to all attractions, lovely bars and restaurants. Very close to Shepherds Bush tube station and not far from Holland Park tube station. Very clean hotel, lovely staff and very helpful. Good value for money for the location. Breakfast, pretty expensive at 15 pounds but all you can eat so not overly bad. I would highly recommend it.
C.
Above and beyond customer service! Sam at the front desk was the biggest help to me many times, helping me out of a few daunting situation. Couldn’t be happier with the service! Haven’t found a better hotel yet.
P. M.
we had a great stay at the Hilton Kensington whist coming to the west end.
all the staff were super friendly and very helpful, our room was clean but looking a little tired, howver it didnt detract from a great stay
T.
Friendly staff, excellent room. The breakfast had a large variety available and tasted great
A. O.
This place is a must to visit. Hidden gem out of the beaten path, top class wine, friendly owner, great food… you must stop by and say Alan from Wales sent you…
K. W.
Lovely hotel only had a pre-match meal but food was good ,staff were very helpful.
C. T.
Good location for Westfield. Tube is a 5 minute walk away. Close to Holland Park. Car parking. Staff are friendly and helpful and foyer/reception area is large and spacious. However the rooms feel a little dated and the plug points are very close to the table so we struggled to fit our chargers/plugs for hairdryer etc in them. Also, no plug points by the bed which isn't the end of the world but I prefer a hotel that has them! Overall, a good price to pay to stay in an average to good hotel. If you want luxury then this isn't the Hilton for you but its easily accessible and close to amenities and clean.
K. R.
Large hotel, good facilities and friendly staff with good service levels - bedrooms and accommodation floors a little tired and in need of refresh.
A. G.
The staff are very friendly, the rooms are clean and tidy. But feel the place on the whole is a bit tired.
l. r.
Good location lovely an clean hotel Amazing Breakfast all staff very helpful an polite
S. J.
Comfortable room, quiet and peaceful during the night. Very good breakfast with plenty of choice.
P. H.
1st Room Stunk of Smoke
2nd Room No AC and Window did not open
3rd Room AC was not great
The Staff all very nice and helpful in hotel Bar and Breakfast staff also
S. A.
Nice hotel. Although it could do with an upgrade. Breakfast good. Staff very friendly
E. M.
Great location with convenient parking facilities. Front desk staff incredibly helpful. Rooms clean and breakfast very good. It's not worth visiting the bar - the staff there were grumpy and unhelpful and not in line with the rest of the hotel in the quality of service given.
A. F.
Plumbing is quite noisy, can hear when your neighbours are using the shower (which mine did in the middle of the night). Bar is absolutely extortionate.
E. B.
Actually it's a normal hotel. Rather 3* than 4*. You can find dirty dishes in the corridor when you re going to your room)) The sound isolation is poor.
But the location is very nice to attend all the sightseeing in London.
D. H.
Very nice and clean hotel, attentive staff and decent beer on tap
R. T.
I enjoyed my time with my granddaughter at the hotel. We had wonderful unforgetful memories
L. B.
Clean, good size rooms, friendly service at the bar and close to many amenities including the Overground and Tube. No road traffic noises to be had in my room towards the rear of the hotel. Plenty of hand disinfectant sites scattered throughtout the hotel. Would I stay here again? Yes, I certainly would.
J. H.
Nice hotel, clean, friendly staff, good breakfast choices
S. S.
We stayed here Monday-Thursday and had such a good time, the price is fantastic for the location and the rooms look way better than they do in the pictures, I really liked the bathroom as well and the water pressure on the shower was so good but maybe I'm just used to having awful water pressure at home. We did find a free silverfish in the bathroom within the first few minutes which was neat but my boyfriend wanted it gone (boring) the beds are super creaky and the fridge wasn't very cold at first but that's cause you need to turn a dial in them to make them colder. The staff are friendly but if you don't want room service put the thing on the outside of your door or they'll be knocking at like 9am which is awkward. There is parking on site but definitely sort that out online cause it's way cheaper. Other than the silverfish everything was pretty much perfect and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Would definitely go there again 100%
T. L.
lovely hotel close to the tube and you get a great breakfast will go again also close to the Westfield shopping centre if you like to shop
S. H.
Nice hotel. Its a Hilton so.... Good brekkie, nice and clean and warm
C. N.
Hotel location was good and hotel was clean, the staff were friendly on arrival. The room was very small and was exactly the same size as my colleagues room which was cheaper. Bed was very hard as well.
P. G.
Nice Hotel and reasonable rates considering location. I have been staying at this Hotel for years
M. M.
I came to the hotel for a training day. The facilities were nice and everything was in order and super clean. The hotel staff were very helpful and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. Will definitely come back
E. E. J.
lovely hotel & well located…few guest as @ time of visit.
H. G.
Had some room issues. However quickly resolved.
Overall good hotel great and helpful staff.
T. K.
The room was poor and needs renovation. I would give the hotel 2 stars but the staff especially in the breakfast area was very helpful and made the stay pleasant.
A. H.
Beautiful well appointed luxury hotel. Stayed 3 nights before got on Europe bus tour( Trafalgar). Very central to buses and most tourists locations. Very comfortable rooms and were very quiet at night
C. p.
staff so helpful & birthday cake in the room & for breakfast on my daughters birthday were a lovely touch
N. S.
Hilton near Holland Park. Very tight space for a room. The bar and lounge area downstairs was nice and friendly for a Friday night.
M. S.
Overnight stay. Excellent service, very friendly and helpful staff. Clean, comfortable bedroom. Breakfast had plenty of choice. Ideally situated for Westfield Centre, shopping in Kensington and of course the Palace and gardens.
R. B.
Clean, friendly helpful staff, not too pricey either. Close to tube stations and a short walk from decent shopping, entertainment and parks.
D. D.
Pleasant staff.... Clean... Hotel bathrooms a but dated... Good location...
G. T.
Good service overall, clean room.
Would wanted a little bit of more variety on breakfast buffet but what I had was really tasty. Thank you
S. H.
Great service. Comfortable rooms. Good food.
N. H.
Sofa bed had not been cleaned for a long time, arrived late and just wanted to get the kids to bed - I wanted to sleep on the sofa bed, instead I slept on the floor. Breakfast not what was in the past and having to ask to for the food you want not as nice as simply serving yourself
A. B.
This hotel is very tired and in need of a refurbishment. Service was good however.
P. P.
Good area great for getting about. Staff were friendly and room nice and clean
S. C.
Stayed here for a month as a diamond member. Few teething problems at the beginning but nothing the staff couldn't sort out. There was a Portuguese lady on the reception that was fantastic and went the extra mile to ensure all guests were happy in the hotel. There was also Goan male staff member that worked in the bar who was also fantastic throughout the stay. Breakfast menu was limited and the executive lounge was closed due to COVID-19 which was outside this hotels control.
M. E.
Clean rooms, good staff, great buffet breakfast. The hotel itself is a bit dated but in a great location
D. P.
Good location, friendly and helpful staff, but rooms on the small side
D. K.
Hotel is a bit tired, staff and facilities are great, room cleaning could be better
N. D.
Great hotel for business travellers. Friendly staff and service. Some of the rooms could do with a refurbish. Overall very good experience.
K. A.
Enjoyed my stay here, the hotel itself was very nice.
The room and bathroom were slightly dated, and the shower made an awful noise, even when turned isolated.
The bed was comfortable, which is the main thing, and I got a good night's sleep.
Food was dreadful, but it was a limited menu.
Would come again, but maybe upgrade to a more modern room.
G. l.
Reliable. Honest. Good service. Warm and clean room

My best mate took his beautiful wife to London to celebrate her 50th birthday. I thought it would be a nice idea to arrange for a nice bottle to be chilled waiting for them in their room on arrival. I called the hotel and had the pleasure of speaking with Thierno. He made the whole process go so smoothly. He forwarded me a list of bottles to choose from and responded to my emails very quickly and informatively. He even left a card with a message wishing them a lovely stay. They called me to thank me and informed me that Thierno had given them a complimentary upgrade to the presidential suite. Talk about going the extra mile to make someone's birthday special. Thierno is a credit to the hotel and the hilton brand. If Thierno's care and compensation is repeated through the rest of the staff which I'm informed it does then I wouldn't hesitate to book a stay with them when your in London next. I know I will be. Thank you for everything.
P. B.
The Hotel is situated in a prime position .close to Westfield and Tube stations
Rooms are very good for price
Staff are always willing to assist in all areas
Restaurant Bar are a pleasure to relax in allday
Thankyou

We are here on Sept 3rd fory wife's 50th. Hotel is so quiet. Hotel staff can't do enough. Fantastic service! Amazing room, and I w stayed in some of London's best hotels. Really great service and can't say enough how great this is.
D. M.
Good value, conveniently located for my work, do a decent choice. Some rooms a little tired and in need of an update but clean and well appointed.
E. D.
The hotel is located in a great spot.
The rooms are very small! And the bathroom as well.
The breakfast is good and nothing missing there.
The only advantage of my opinion is the location.
Not recommended for honeymoon:) but good enough for short business trip or few days in the city.
J. W.
The rooms are dated and run down. The bed was comfortable but small for two people. The shower had good water pressure, but the shower head did not hand properly so the water was aimed at your chest. The bathroom itself was very compact, and the sink was cracked. The staff were very cheerful and helpful. Check in/out was effortless. For the money there may be better alternatives nearby, but it is almost adequate for one night at a good price.
A. K.
We stayed here in December when we went to see The Last Leg. We were greeted with a lovely free hot chocolate and a warm welcome. Really friendly, lovely staff and easy fast check-in.
Rooms were nice and clean, radio & TV in the room and a good powerful shower.
Breakfast was awesome, SO much choice and selection with ground coffee on tap.
Would recommend just for the breakfast alone ❤️
I. R.
A splendid hotel with professional staffs and state of the art facilities.
P. S.
Hotel a little tired and drinks expensive but staff were very willing and helpful.
S. A.
Keep forgetting that this is one of the noiser hotels (internally). Older rooms with unsealed doors means lots of noise from the corridor and othee guests rooms. Rooms themselves are fine.
a. k.
I have come here on a business trip. Stayed here for over a week. Had good breakfast everyday morning. Hotel staff is polite and very responsive. This hotel is very near to mall- Westfield. A good place to hangout. There is also Shepherd railway station which is 3 minute distance by walk. There are all kinds of restaurants nearby; I'm sure all the cuisines will be served.
The restaurant in the hotel also serves almost all cuisines in their menu. Good taste too.
No complaints. Just a bit more grandeur to give 5 stars. I will come here again.
B. P.
First things first, the rooms are looking very tired. That said, they're clean, well maintained, and the air conditioning works, which is never a given in the UK. The location is a bit removed from Central London, but the bus stops directly across Holland Park Avenue, and the Central Line is accessible from Shepherd's Bush or Holland Park stations, which are both a 10 minute walk. What really makes this hotel is the staff. They're welcoming, professional and friendly, and genuinely make you feel appreciated as a guest. That comes from the top, making it clear that this property is well managed, and a standout representative of the Hilton brand. Some of their other properties could take lessons from the Hilton London Kensington!
E. X.
Lovely hotel, with a good location and affordable price, while, some problem like the bathroom's drainage not very good.
A. O.
Staff are very attentive and friendly, room comfortable and fairly quiet.
Location is ideal. All round a great experience
T. D.
Room was tiny with an even tinier bathroom. You can literally you h the shower and sink at the same time with your elbows.
The staff is amazingly kind and helpful and it was the only country out of the four on our trip that knew how to make a great breakfast! Kudos to the all the staff from the doormen, to the courtesy desk to and chefs and the dining room staff!!! Our group of 31 really appreciated you!
C. S.
Room was clean but bed unfortunately wasn't very comfortable
S. C.
Good service and good breakfast but seems a bit run down in bathroom with rusting ginger and damaged door. Great location getting into central London by bus
R. E.
Clean and well positioned for Olympia (there are hotels closer, but this is better value!). When we stayed the room was clean and had all the usual amenities you would expect. Only one or two downsides. The shower has a curtain rather than a screen which sticks to you when it gets wet, and the room service is eye wateringly expensive (there are real tasty restaurants about a 5 minute walk down the road though). If in the area would stay here again!
L. S.
This is was my second stay at this hotel in less than a month and it is a wonderful hotel in my opinion. The service is great the staff is friendly and accommodating, the rooms are nice but the bed and and pillows are wonderful. I enjoyed the fitness center and the sauna. What more can I say......oh the complimentary juice, assortment of teas, fresh friut and pastries that are available in the the morning lobby level. Same wonderful staff as the first visit.
T. F.
A bit torn at this stay. The staff was very lovely and overall the room was ok but a few key disappointments especially for a Hilton. The rooms are very small, even the executive rooms. It’s London so that is not entirely unexpected but still a bummer. The AC is extremely weak in both the hotel and the room. Our toilet would also only flush every few times or so correctly. The hotel is also definitely a bit older. The breakfast and executive lounge were both nice. Good location next to metro and mall. Just wish the place was a bit more updated and at the level of Hilton’s I’ve stayed consistently in the past
B. W.
This hotel was a bit of a letdown since there were problems at check-in and they couldn't find my reservation, the room smelled of mildew, 4 quid for a coffee and much more than that for room service, and the water in the shower wouldn't stay on a predictable temperature and would just switch from uncomfortably cold to almost scalding and back again.
On the positive side the gym was much better than I feared and was open 24 hours, the room had a little fridge where I could keep my own food and drinks.
J. K.
Good location. Breakfast was very good with a nice selection of food. The hotel seems a bit run down and in need of an update. The carpets were dirty and the hallways smelled of moldy carpet. The concierge was helpful.
J. G.
The hotel is very nice and clean. Well placed near the tube and some good shopping. The rooms are clean and relatively spacious (for London) so no complaints there. The breakfast was very good, excellent selection and rapid service. Only thing preventing a 5 star rating was issues we had with the parking. The parking payment machine is difficult to use and does not take new notes or coins, making it difficult as you cannot pay by card either
L. H.
Nice hotel, good service, lovely place.
M. B.
Excellent location. Excellent Breakfast buffet selection. Rooms need upgraded especially bathrooms, I am surprised the Hilton family does not do so when the hotel is located in one of the most expensive parts of London. Also, DoNotExchange US dollars for Pounds at this hotel, even though their website indicates free, it is not, it costs more than the daily exchange rate. Mine was a charge of 10US cents on the dollar to pound conversion per more per exchange than the rate. The staff were friendly.
T. M.
Great staff and our rooms were always clean.
s. m.
I stayed here with my partner for one night. Thought it was a pleasant stay. The hotel is located central to the underground so easy enough for getting around the city. The room we had was lovely. Spacious, comfortable bed, plenty of hangers in the wardrobe for our things. Tea and coffee facilities. Would stay here again
J. G.
We have stayed here twice and had great stays both times. Good sized rooms and very clean. Breakfast is very good. Located a 10 minute walk from Holland Park tube station and again a 10 minute walk from Westfield shopping centre. We will stay here again.
A. D.
Lovely hotel, stayed here a few times over the last couple of years. The beds are comfy and the bathroom has always been clean. The buffet breakfast is great and has a wide selection, it’s definitely worth adding it on to your booking before you get there, the price is much higher if you decide on the day.
M. M.
A good location. The hotel is a bit dated. The rooms and hallways need a major renovation. The carpets need a good cleaning and some soap scum and mildew on the shower doors. Standard Rooms are very small. Nice hotel, but for a Hilton you would expect better.
J. P.
Nice place to stay!
Good food.
Z.
Was better than expected. The room size was okay for us as all we were doing there was sleeping. Restaurant meal was lovely, I think more variation for the cooked breakfast in the executive lounge is a good idea.
J. W.
Stayed 1 night while in town. The hotel is in desperate need of an update. Very old fashioned inside. Nobody answered the phone while trying to order room service. Breakfast was nice and the staff were very polite when dealing with them face to face
R. F.
Nice, clean, but room need an update
D. C.
The staff were very efficient with check in and check out, which was all done with no fuss or delays. I ate in the bar/restaurant and the food was good and freshly prepared. I had the haddock fish cake with salad - very nice and reasonably priced. The chef brought it to my table which was a very nice touch. I would stay again if I need to do so.

The service and communal/public facing areas are of a high standard. The food at the restaurant is of a high quality and there's a large range of breakfast options available. The rooms however are a different story, the bed is nice and comfortable however the rooms look a bit dated, surfaces are worn down and gives off a run down look. Overall though, my visit has been a pleasant one.
N. K.
Only the brand name is there, room quality is slightly better than Travelodge!

Not a bad hotel in on the "edge" of the main CBD region in London. Stayed here for a couple of nights, ticked all the boxes. Try and get yourself into one of the renovated rooms and you shouldn’t be too disappointed. The venue could do with a spit and polish and a lick of paint, otherwise it ticks all the boxes. If the opportunity arises again, I’ll probably return here.

Very tired hotel. TV didn't work, shower didn't work very well

Hotel in good location for my work over at Westfield. Handy car park next door if needed. Room not ready when arrived but complementary drinks in the Exec lounge was fine. Fairly small room considering this was an Executive (dread to think how small the ‘standard’ rooms are) and bathroom was disappointing - small bath and a terrible shower. Minimal toiletries offered, no fresh milk, and room service breakfast erratic. Overall somewhat disappointing. i have to return on business to the area in a couple of months but not sure this will be my go-to hotel...

Was really nice. Rooms was decent size. Nice an quiet at night but banging of doors sounds of dragging furniture an the Housekeepers in the morning made it difficult to sleep. Food was unbelievable pricy. Also I stayed at this Hotel because it says it has a Jacuzzi so I wanted to relax before Hospital treatment. THERE IS NO JACUZZI. Steam Room an Sauna though. Also didn't like the way staff looked at me and my partner an one staff member thought we wasn't even guests!

Very outdated with smelly hallways and rooms. The location is good and within easy access of the nearest station. The staff are all exceptionally friendly and keen to help. We were offered an upgrade for £20 upon check-in and if this is the upgrade, I shudder at the standard. The room isn't cleaned to the standards of a 4 star establishment and it is incredibly cramped, cold and has a weird mouldy smell. Also, the walls are paper thin and we have heard the neighbours use the toilet!
H. G.
We upgraded our room slightly and stayed for three nights, on the 6th floor. The staff are lovely and the breakfast is superb (which is why I chose it over the nearby K West) but we had immense problems with paying for our parking. The room was also slightly shoddy - things like the door handle to the bathroom being loose, the bed squeaking loudly, the power points being across the other side of the room, a poor TV etc. - and having to use the side entrance of the hotel as the main entrance was broken. These aren't major things, and the price is very reasonable. They're just not the kind of problem I'd expect to experience at the K West, at which I'd pay the same price. The hotel is excellently situated for the city centre and I do recommend it.
K. P.
Very nice hotel with friendly staff who were always ready and willing to help. It is a mixture of a old and modern atmosphere which is suitable for the location. The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable allowing for a high quality sleep. Bathroom and main room were kept immaculate.
C.
Front of house staff are polite, friendly and efficient.
Rooms are ok but now looking a little tired. Could do with some spare power points. Comfortable chairs, good size wardrobe and a fridge. Bed was real good.
Shower fixture in the bathroom was broken but hot water came easy.
Changed the decor of breakfast room while there and changed the options available, to me they downgraded it. Less options and staff not as efficient than from the start of my 10 night stay.

Before I checked in I read some very negative reviews of this hotel. I’ve had a marvelous experience here. Staff are delightful, room is small but very comfortable, location is magnificent....and it came at an affordable price for a poor South African. I would highly recommend it.
A. G.
Rooms were tired and needs updating. Breakfast was excellent with a good spread. The executive lounge was good but had terrible food and not very friendly service. Rooms were small and bathroom was very small despite being in a suite. The suite rooms were just connecting rooms and was not friendly for children as should the door accidentally closes, you can’t open it from one side. Location was very convenient to the big shopping mall in Westfield about 5 minutes walk.
H. K.
Very accommodating..I arrived very early from overseas flight (8am) and they allowed me to use the exec lounge until the room was made up (but I a diamond member). Room was quiet and comfortable and good curtains allowed it to be made very dark (was able to sleep for almost 12 hours)
K. R.
Room stayed very warm despite adjusting the wall unit to its coldest setting. The television would not power on. Even though i didn't call the front desk to remedy, this should have been discovered prior to assigning the room.
The breakfast buffet was good.
Z. T. (.
This is a nice hotel how ever some of the staff are quite useless, made me stand about for over an hour and then double charged me, when they 100% said they had not, very poor and not what you would expect. I like the hotel and have stay here a few times but now I have this bad taste in my mouth about it.
S.
I simply love this hotel. They do the most amazing breakfast buffet. I have travelled all over the globe however the breakfast here is the best. Great prices and great sized rooms. The last time I stayed here was 3 weeks ago for my sisters wedding. The hotel staff were very accommodating to the bridal party. The room is stayed in was very cold despite turning up the heating. I called down to reception and told them. They offered to deliver a oil filled radiator and within 10 mins it was delivered. The room comes with robes however we never got a chance to use as we were so excited about the wedding. My sister (the bride) stayed in a junior sized room and it was so lovely and spacious.
Would definetly recommend as it's not far from Westfield shopping centre. It's a 5/10 min walk from the hotel. In addition you have great transport links and not far from Oxford Street and theatre land.
Planning a visit in the new year and one of my favourite hotels in London.
R. B.
One staff member needed better training as wasn't professional in his conduct with us and got agitated when we ordered our drinks. However the other staff member was better and friendly. We had a coffee's in the front restaurant unfortunately there wasn't much selection of fruit juices as only freshly squeezed Orange Juice was available. The coffee was delicious and good quality. Nice and relaxed atmosphere.
M. B.
I booked a room at this hotel, specifically as I was attending a course at the same location. I was allocated an awful room that needed refurbishing, plus reassessment of the dingy lighting. Not what I would expect of a Hilton hotel in London. The saving grace was the excellent bed and a great nights sleep. At checkout, the receptionist asked me how I enjoyed my stay and I gave a polite, but candid response. To her credit, without seeking authorisation, she straightaway offered me a degree of compensation. Obviously the room in question had been remarked on by others. Had it not been for this, I would not consider staying at this hotel again. All the other services and facilities were very good.
S. A. N.
Food was particularly nice for conference. Chef on duty was very passionate about his job and took pride in what he put forward. Desserts were amazing and out of this world. No matter how good food is the chef presenting is of utmost importance in terms of how proud he/she feels and it shows from their body language. Good Job Chef team especially.
X. Z.
The rooms are fairly old and definitely need renovation, but the most annoying part is why the cleaning people need to knock the door at 9am?! The reception is friendly but not professional. I told them clearly my invoice address but they still messed it up. Make a follow up call and still no correction.
N. H.
Hotel is located in between Holland park and shepherds Bush stations. the public areas are nice and I think have been updated in the last few years. The rooms are pretty tired and the room I had was tiny with no bath. It also had what looked like a terrace but I could get out to it. The executive lounge was lovely and has a set of great staff working in it also. Very friendly and attentive. It has a good offering and a nice atmosphere in the evenings, does get extremely busy. I liked this hotel, I would try to get a bigger and better room next time.
G. B.
Stayed here for two nights as an inclusion with Trafalgar tours and then again for two nights at our own expense. Rooms were clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. Only wish dining room was open in the evening. Breakfast was probably the best I have ever had in a hotel. Underground, restaurants and shopping close by., (Westfield Shopping Centre). All in all, a great hotel for a reasonable price at an excellent location in London.
G. G.
Lovely hotel, staff lovely but bar staff very slow
B. L.
Had to move rooms twice. Front desk especially Charlene were very accommodating. Rooms are very small and somewhat dated. Breakfast is really nice. Lounge small and very busy when it rains. Great location to tube and Westfield mall
G. G.
The staff were good but the hotel was very ordinary and run down. The sink struggled to drain, the toilet didn’t flush properly and the room was old.
Great location though!
M. O.
Stayed for 4days good service. The rooms were in good condition, not great but good they are tiny so getting large luggage through the door is a bit hard. The beds are a bit hard but nothing that causes sleep problems. The breakfast is ok, there isn't alot of items to pick from. During the time we stayed the restaurant was closed due to some issue with the kitchen, so cannot comment on that.
T. D.
Had to switch rooms due a wet(flooded) floor, missing some basics like hand soap and wash cloths. Bar was under staffed it seemed. Location is great and that is what you are truly paying for. This is not the best Hilton I've stayed at but the staff was helpful and worked to make us comfortable. Location is key!!
M. S.
Don't change the soap for a new one unless it's needed.
Otherwise a five star service, executive lounge is better than some in the Hilton chain and the restaurant next door has great breakfast selection. Helpful staff and porters who go the extra mile makes for a pleasant stay. But don't advertise sustainable hotel stay if you don't practice it.
M. Y. M.
Decent stay for work and shopping nearby but no discount for expensive guest parking unless on corporate rate.
A. L.
Very enjoyable stay at this hotel. We did not have any problems. The breakfast was excellent with many options. The hotel location is good - right across the street from a central line underground station.
A. D.
The Executive Lounge at this property is still one of the most comfortable in my opinion. It's become so popular that some evenings there is standing room only! Timing in the evenings is key to getting a good seat .
X. E.
The breakfast here is amazing. Make sure you pay extra for it. Anything you can imagine is available. Even cute takeaway coffee cups. I'll return, if not just for breakfast. The bar staff were friendly & rooms were plush!
M. Z.
Tired and worn hotel. The rooms are super small, the bathroom has a lot of visible water damage - for instance the door is water log expanded at the bottom, the trim is rotted, vanity granite cracked, and the 'fix' seems to be to to paint over the rot/expansion/rust and just caulk the cracks and moldy tile. The shower ceiling height is barely above my head, I'm 5'5"...very claustrophobic feeling. You have a major step up into the tub shower combo, and the interior of the tub is very curved making it awkward to stand for the shower. But the water pressure and shower head are great. The beds are very firm, almost too hard, and are on wheels causing the bed to move if you do a lean sit on it. The staff at the bar are less than personable and made me feel very awkward, almost uncomfortable when in there for a drink or dessert. The breakfast buffet is good with a great variety of foods, juices, coffees, and teas available. The location is good, about a 6 min walk to Sheppards Bush underground station which is right next to a large shopping mall (very upscale shopping). For a Hilton, I think this location misses the brand's mark.
W. O.
Hotel room is very small, but the rooms could be cleaner! I've stayed here more than once. One stay was particularly bad. There was chocolate chips on the floor, hair on the bed and the toilet wasn't the cleanest. Whoever "cleaned" my room before I checked-in did a very poor job. The front desk staff has always been nice and guest services has been prompt. However, they should really monitor their housekeeping staff and make sure that they are cleaning rooms according to their proper procedures.
M. E. L. S.
Had a fantastic stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. Our room was perfect with good facilities.. We caught the bus from outside the hotel to the Hammersmith Apollo and back without any fuss. Super breakfast and plenty of it. Thanks to all concerned.
E. S.
Staff very good, friendly, helpful and professional. Location quiet overnight, convenient for bus and train services and central London sights. Rooms fine if a little cramped for two adults, housekeeping requests readily fulfilled, a replacement, working fridge supplied when asked for but nothing said why fitted fridge hadn't been replaced. Beds comfortable, bathroom showing signs of age, wear and tear.
S. C.
I enjoyed staying at this hotel the reception and bar staff were friendly and welcoming. Had a good dinner however one of the staff didn’t make our one of our first drinks good- mojito tasted very watery and it didn’t taste like the right rum. When we ordered a ‘cheeseboard’ the waiter brought us beef meatballs instead, apparently as being told they didn’t have the cheese board it’s on their menu, I mean how can you not have cheese and crackers? I also found breakfast service very poor compare to other Hilton’s- no staff have spoken to us to ask if we needed anything, the host didn’t even say hi to us or tell us what to do and hot food quality wasn’t great either for a Hilton as I would usually always enjoy the food quality but not this time . I think this hotel needs to train their f&b staff for them to improve their customer service as well as cocktail training. Despite that, I wouldn’t mind staying there again with better breakfast and cocktails.
S. S.
Excellent location, great service. Enjoyed the executive lounge I had access to as part of HHonours. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment on. Room was open and clean. All toiletries as expected. Overall a great experience.
E. M.
Rooms are decently set up considering that it's an older building. Nice proximity to the tube and buses as well. Fitness facility has newer equipment and the sauna/steam room is a nice amenity.
J. G.
Have stopped in two Hilton's in the last two weeks and both were the same. Clean and tidy but looking dated in the bathrooms and bedroom furnishings. All good quality at one time so have stood the test of time but now ready for a refit. Perfectly fine for a business trip but if for leisure you may find better for more money elsewhere.
P. W.
This hotel is old and in need of updates. The carpeting is very old and has lots of stains. The matresses need to be replaced as well. The staff was friendly and professional.
It is on the bus route and within walking distance to the Tube. It has an upscale mall within walking distance also. There are several restaurants in the mall.
Depending on which concierge you spoke with determined whether the information was useful. Their directions weren't always clear.
S.
I really enjoyed my stay. The room was excellent. Dinner and breakfast very nice. I will certainly stay there again.
P. T. E.
My room was a bit run down, but comfortable enough. The service was also a bit random. The best feature of this hotel is the location close to Shepherd's Bush and Westfield, for good places to eat, shop and public transportation.
S.
Best Hilton I have stayed at, to be expected I suppose! :)
M. F.
The location was good and within easy reach of an underground stop. Upon arrival we were greeted and the service was excellent. We were told that the lounge stopped serving food at 2am so we planned on eating after a show. When we got there at 11.45 we were told to sit and wait for a waiter. We wait for 20 minutes before being told that they stopped serving food at 11but room service is available all night. We reluctantly went to our room and tried to order room service. By this time it was just gone 12am and all they serve after 12 is sandwiches and salads, all other cooked foods stopped at 12. We ended up paying a fortune for 2 sandwiches. Other than this, the hotel was presented very well and the staff were very polite and knowledgeable (about London, not their hotel ;))
R. C.
Pleasant stay. All areas covid safe with social distancing in some places. Polite and efficient staff
K. L. M.
My cousin and I enjoyed a few days stay at the Hilton while attending our cousins wedding, we had a happy stay.
S. G.
Room doors don't close nicely (it's bright inside the room due to the light from the hallway). The rooms are well isolated againgst outside noise, but inside it is very loud (doors from other rooms, cleaning women moving stuff...). The staff is very nice, the mattress is a dream (for me), restaurant was terrible. Furniture, floors etc. is very used. But the breakfast is amazing. It's 5 minutes walking distance from Westfield, Shepherd's bush station, so everything you need is right there. Taxi from/to Heathrow is about 50 GBP, but with the underground you also reach it in about 35 minutes.
So for what I want (great bed, close to stuff and grest breakfast) it is good, but in general I think it is overpriced for what it really is in the end (but there are always kind of full, so they must do something right 😊)
L. P.
Friendly helpful staff, rooms are spacious and great for buses the only thing that lets this 4* hotel down is it's breakfast, for a 4* hotel I expected the cooked breakfast to be cooked to order and brought to you but it's unfortunately a help yourself service which I wouldn't feed to my dog. Family and disabled friendly.
A. P.
I was really disappointed in our stay this time round. A regular to booking a Hilton due to the service and room quality however this occasion it fell short. Room was really needing more money spent on it, sides not wiped, broke cracked lamp, mould and rust growing in crack of bathroom door, and just general lack of attention to the room. Shame as would look elsewhere than Hilton next time.
S. R.
Nice location easy access to the underground, WiFi is not included in the cost, but I should have read the fine print, but altogether good comfortable room, good area, staff were friendly and stay was as expected. Plenty of food places nearby or the hotel has good food, pricey but it's to be expected. Stay was grand
D. C.
A good hotel. Room size was small to my liking as is the toilet size. But then this is London. Staff courteous. Tube station Shepard's Bush is 5 minutes walk. I recommend it strongly for a short stay
P. C.
Fantastic weekend the hotel was clean with sensible COVID precautions but the staff made it, they were cheerful, friendly and nothing was too much bother for them!
E. G.
Very good location. In front of a huge park and very close to a shopping mall where you can find all kinds of food and shops . The neighborhood itself is nice, lots to see. Also it’s super close to the subway so it makes it easy to go back and forth from different places of the city . I will definitely come back next time .
J. L.
Really great, clean rooms and inviting lobby with bar area and lounge. Staff service couldn't be better. Everyone was very hospitable. I had a very pleasant experience with my friend and would come back here again in the future if I have the opportunity.
A. T.
Seriously good service. Have made me, my wife and three children feel very comfortable on our current trip from NZ. Particularly enjoying their wonderful breakfast offerings! Thanks Hilton Kensington!
C. B.
In a great part of London with plenty do so. The food in the restaurant is very good and the overall service is excellent. The hotel itself is in need of refurbishing and is very tired looking inside. The rooms are small and the showers are tiny.
A. A.
Between two tube stations. Close by to everything. Decent breakfast too
J. G.
In need of a refurbish. We got upgraded on arrival but I was disappointed, the room looked really tired and grubby (I'd dread to see the original room). However, the staff were very helpful when our room key didn't work twice
D. W.
Room quite nice, considering it was the cheapest I could get there, clean and well kept. Been before and had one of the more spacious rooms, which was really nice. Had a lovely breakfast too every time I've stayed. Hotel is very near Shepherds Bush station, so travel connections are good. Lots of nice food places in the nearby Westfield for eating out too.
S. G.
4 stars for a four star hotel.. Good rooms self contained except no cooking in the rooms, theres a telly, a bar fridge, and a bathroom with a tub.. No drain in the floor though so dont overfill that tub.. The food at the restaurant downstairs is top notch. And we got breaky while we were here..
D. R.
Service and facilities were great. The rooms themselves are very small and a bit dated. Comfortable enough, just not what one would expect from a Hilton near the centre of London.
N. M.
Big hotel well located in Lonond. The room I had was small and in need of an uplift. 1st room air con was broken and had to ask to move as it was so hot.
Bar and restaurant wasnt too expensive for London but the menu was limited.
Small gym split into 2 rooms and a sauna and steam room offer something to do after work.
I. P.
Not the most modern of hotels, and bathrooms could do with a refresh. Other than that, comfortable bed, decent curtains to keep out the light all mean a good night's sleep. Main part of room was nicely appointed and everything worked well and was clean. Well equipped executive lounge with hot and cold snacks and a well stocked bar with excellent service. Reasonable gym plus sauna and steam room to relax in. A very good hotel for the money, considerably cheaper than more centrally located hotels.
D. B.
Location is okay, very near central line. Gym facilities are above average for a hotel. Rooms could do with some attention. Quite run down decor, poor lighting and no plug points next to beds. Toiletries is bathroom are cheap and weird.
S. W.
Lovely break away in an excellent hotel and location
M. A.
Good Location, near Sheppard Bush Stations on Central Line and Westfield Shopping. Breakfast for £15 is good value. Staff were good but one would expect them to speak English. This is an older Property that requires renovation. With many gadgets to charge, need more Power points. Bed and pillows were good.
D. W. (.
Staff are great. Rooms disapointing., Aircon does nothing but make noise, road noise is exceptional so can't leave windows open. Hard to sleep. Breakfast in the executive lounge is cold and unpleasant, the normal resteraunt was fine though. For the money , I'd expect better.
N. P.
TL;DR: poor value at my company rate of £280 a night. Look else where or pay, maybe £150.
At that price point, one can reasonably assume a little more modernity, reasonable amount of space, possibly even a balcony. The reality is not that. The doors are battered by luggage and fitments weathered by years of use. I had hoped for more given the price. By way of balance and fairness, the staff are absolutely wonderful; kind, helpful and thoughtful.
L. L.
I've stayed at a few Hiltons recently and I was a little bit disappointed with this one. No eggs cooked to order at breakfast, and what seems to be paper-thin walls so that you can hear the people talking in the next room. However, I have no complaints about the staff, who are friendly and helpful.
D. G.
Great service and staff. Rooms are normally great but this time room 3116 had a stain on the carpet by the bathroom and no TV remote. I will be staying again as I'm a regular at this hotel and know this was a one off.
T. C.
We had a bad experience on our first visit. We raised our concerns and the hotel gave us another stay for free. The second visit was excellent the staff were very friendly, the rooms were nice and the service was good. Some of the rooms are small and need some refurbishment which I beleive they are in the process of. Is in good location next to westfield so can easily get tube/ bus to central London.
s. n.
This hotel is very nice and in a good location within walking distance of tube. The bathroom has excellent counter space for all your things. The room is a good size and clean.
B. J.
This Hilton is well located next to Shepard's bush Westfield and the executive lounge was well stocked and comfortable. I was expecting the rooms to be bigger but they were absolutely serviceable. Food was excellent would happily stay another night!
A. J.
Pros- Staff, Location, Breakfast
Cons- Not a 4 star hotel, more 3 star as rooms are dated and tired. Walls are thin and woken up at 2am by noisy guests.
C. O.
Great location with easy access to the underground. Staff helpful. Good rooms with fridge, air-con and coffee making facilities. Free Wi-Fi not up to standard. Have to pay for a decent connection. Would stay here again.
D. L.
I usually trust the Hilton name but this location left much to be desired. The reception area was a bit of a mess and the service less than stellar. Accommodations were fine it was the overall vibe. The bright spot was the Starbucks and the staff their they made up for the visit
K. H.
Rooms are very small but average with UK sizing. Guest services are very professional and friendly. Hotel restaurant has average food but really who goes eat at the hotel. Get out and enjoy some amazing places on the town.
J. B.
Didn't stay hence the rating but went there for a course and had afternoon tea! Variety of snacks was good, in fact it's generous for 2 (they willingly box up leftovers for you). Staff good, particularly about allergens.
S. M. M.
Absolutely Mind Blowing, For a moment I thought that I was in Hong Kong, the Staff were very Professional and very friendly
W. H.
Smashing hotel, very busy with guests from many different countries. Rooms are nice but a little noisy. The facilities were good however the ironing boards needed new covers. Staff were very nice and friendly.
E. M.
Close to the Underground so it's easy to get everywhere, and double bed room doesn't feel extremely cramped. No problems with service. Beds are a bit on the stiff side, and the blankets are hard to pull out. The bathroom tub has a large wall which you could trip on getting up, this is really noticeable after a shower.
A. A. B.
Amazing hotel. I recommend going there because you could never find a hotel as good as this. Some might say it’s expensive but what’s better than having a luxury hotel to stay at.The price is a little expensive but at least you’ll enjoy a lovely night or even nights.
L. B.
Stayed here a few times now while visiting London and will be staying there again this year. Lovely, friendly, helpful staff and the best breakfast on offer that I've seen in any hotel in London! Fresh made smoothies every morning, juices, freshly baked muffins and pastries. Creamy porridge, cereals, fruit, yogurts, Full English but also a vegetarian version of the full English too! Brilliant 👌
S. L.
Some of the rooms are quite small. It's OK.
m. s.
Nice hotel really close to a big mall and walking distance to the subway. A bus to Piccadilly is right in front and the Original Tour also stops right in front. The rooms are nice they have good temperature control. The shower isnt great but if you like baths you will enjoy. The service was excellent. Its not super luxurious a bit more hilton express than fancy Hilton but it's still clean and great concierge.
B. L.
A nice hotel for the price. Rooms are an adequate size, beds comfy, bathroom a little small and a little dated. I liked the location a tube ride from centre but stations handy. Some nice shops and restaurants nearby.
M. B.
Great location and wonderful concierge! Rachid went out of his way to help us on our first trip to London. Excellent recommendation for dinner and so good with my little guy! Would definitely recommend staying here!!
A. E.
Kind of dirty but once we upgraded the room was fine. The happy hour in the members lounge (I can't remember what it's called but you get with certain rooms) was fabulous and more than paid for the extra cost of the room.
B. A.
Conveniently located on a quiet-ish road which means almost all rooms are quiet and relaxing. It's very accessible with central line nearby and it's not too far out of central London. The rooms are a decent size (for London) and you'll get all the usual amenities. However, there is nothing special about this hotel. The lobby is small and almost nonexistent - sofas are dated and uncomfortable, cushions sorely need to be replaced, the lighting is in need to improvement to stop the place looking so sad and drab, and generally a very quite entrance - almost like walking into a hotel version of sleepy hollows. This is basically a hotel for airline crew and people who need somewhere to sleep but don't need any social spaces. If that's all you need, a bed to sleep, Hilton Kensington will provide a decent bed and space for your luggage and a desk to do the odd bit of work.
d. a.
Love this hotel. Great location, just away from the centre proper and within an easy walk of two different tube stations (Holland Pk & Shepherd's Bush). Also, ther's a huge shopping centre just across the way called Westfield.
They have a ground floor Executive Lounge here, so if you are a HHonours member, it a great place to stay and the prices can be reasonable compared to some of the more central hotels.
S. H.
Not the best. Arrived at little later than expected, but not that late. There was already a queue of people waiting to check in, but only one person at reception. After waiting about 10 minutes, another receptionist appear, and after approximately another 10 minutes we were finally able to check in. No apology for fact we had been kept waiting. Go up to room (family room for three people) to find one bed. Trapse back down to reception to complain. Got an apology this time, and an offer of a free drink whilst we wait 20 minutes for the room to be sorted. Whilst drinks were nice offer think family were all tired and would rather have just gone to bed. Breakfast in morning was the usual excellent feast, and checking out was no hassle.
K. W.
Very helpful staff. The rooms we stayed in were very tired and in desperate need of refurbishment. Surprising as they were on the executive floor. The executive lounge was good, with a nice breakfast.
A. C.
Nice hotel, not to far out of town, close to Westbrook shopping centre, some rooms are a bit dated and the wait for the lift at peak times is painful. The exec lounge is good and the people who work there superb.
J. W.
It was ok. Had a couple of problems with my room. No power to any sockets or tv. Shower was blocked so fill up in about 2 minutes. The hotel did sort the issues out but it wasn't what you expect. Breakfast and evening meals were good.
M. O.
Great service at the desk but room was not clean and had water coming out from underneath the tub. Great location to be in, near so much to see.
Great breakfast and good service
Had dirty sheet and room was not so good
an experience
C. c.
the hotel is very well located close to the underground and westfields shopping center. the rooms are very old worn and dated. worst rooms in a hilton that i have stayed in.
The breakfast is very good definatly one of the better ones for hilton. service and staff very good and helpful. exc lounge is ok with a big selection of drinks and snacks and good value as its not a bad breakfast in there too. but the main resturant is better
N. M.
It is an old and dated hotel but functional for a short stay as it is always clean and staff are friendly. Be warned the rooms are small if there are two of you and nearly impossible with children. It is always cheap for a Hilton in London.
F. B.
We were there for a party in one of their function halls
The staff who handled our party on the day were very professional and efficient.
The function rooms and restaurant and bar on the ground floor are very modern.
The hotel seems to be mainly occupied by tourists
S. G.
Great location, walking distance to Kensington Gardens and Notting Hill + easy access to underground, buses and Tfl trains. Huge choice of tasty food for breakfast. Very friendly staff. Unfortunately furniture in a room undoubtly needs to be refurbished. A bad was also narrower than I expected.
J. M.
Great customer service, bubbly, friendly staff. Loved the room, executive lounge. Large variety of options for breakfast. Loved my stay
B. S.
Decent location but considering the distance from downtown I expected bigger rooms. The staff are good, courteous, and professional, but they seem badly overworked. Like any Hilton it is clean, well featured, and functional, but it seems to be struggling to do so.
K. B.
Conveniently located just by Westfield shopping mall. And Shepherds Bush underground station is this full service Hilton. The surrounding are posh and the place is not far from some great high end and regular restaurants in neighboring towns. The rooms are reasonable but at places wear and tear is noticeable. My phone in the room did not work properly and had a msg in there that was a week old that would not get deleted. The main restaurant was open only for breakfast and the bar is converted to dinner restaurant. But the staff is friendly helpful. The rooms have nice TV with reasonable no of channels and nice beds. Check. In and out was fairly efficient.

Rooms a bit on the small side but enjoyed all staff interactions. Many good bus stops directly in front the hotel to get to Oxford/Picadilly/Notting Hill, Camden town and much more. Near tube and on the quiet side of the area. Would return.

Good last minute accommodation. I fell during my trip and needed a room that could accommodate my unplanned wheelchair. The folks at the Hilton Kensington took care of all our needs on very short notice.
We especially enjoyed the service from Anthony in the on-site restaurant!

Staff were helpful and friendly but the hotel itself left a little to be desired. Room felt dated and could do with a freshen up
R. Z.
The hotel itself is great and in a decent location but most importantly its close to a Underground stop. Breakfast was top notch and filled me with energy for a day of touring. I did run into a small hiccup with room service. I was told 30mins for it but it ended up being 1.5 hours. They were very apologetic abouy it, at least the food was good. The room was small but homey. Id come back here for a stay.

I stayed here on a business trip, the staff were very professional, lovely people. I also got upgraded to a larger room, which was nice. I recommend staying here if you go to London.

Great service.
The service at this facility lives up to Hilton standards. The staff here seemed to genuinely care for guest satisfaction. Room size is fair and seems to be recently updated. I would recommend this location if you're in the area.

Hotel is fine - rooms ok, gym ok. Breakfast is pretty hectic & the one time I ordered something fresh; poached eggs on toast, I received two overdone poached eggs in a dish. I guess I was expected to make my own toast! I was also planning on eating here but when i saw that a bottle of water was £5.20 I decided to go to a local Indian restaurant out of principle!

Our drivers drop off/ pickup passengers at this hotel on their airport, cruise port and day trip transfers. Located within short ride from Heathrow airport and Westfield shopping center. Hand gel is available at the reception. Staff members are friendly and helpful.

Very nice place , staff are very helpful

I've seen a lot of 1-3 star reviews on here complaining about various things from room size to breakfast quality.
Me and my girlfriend stayed at this hotel from 2nd - 4th December 2016 and they stay was actually better than expected.
We stayed in an executive room which was the best decision we could have made, access to the executive lounge meant free breakfast, unlimited soft drinks (genuine Coca Cola) and a state of the art coffee machine that we could use at will. It really added a touch of unparalleled class to our stay.
Every single member of staff was happy and smiling, and even when we walked past cleaners in the corridor they always smiled and said hello, which goes a long way.
Room was spotless, extra amenities that were ordered were there, and the air con worked a treat. The location of the hotel is perfect, the Shepherd's Bush tube station is less than a 5 minute walk with one of the best shopping centres in Britain being situated only 7 minutes walk away.
Don't be put off by the low reviews on here, those reviews are more than likely given by people who are extremely hard to please and couldn't grasp the fact that this is still classed as a cheap hotel.
Thank you Hilton London Kensington, we WILL be back.

Nice property, although it could use some TLC since the rooms are slightly outdated. I spent 3 nights here in February 2019. I thought that staff was great and they recognized me as a Hilton Diamond member

The room wasn't very modern but everything was clean. I really loved the food and drinks and the staff was VERY friendly. Had a nice chat with different people who brought my food and the service in the bar was great! The location is good too as it's very close to Westfield shopping centre and tube and bus stations.

Stayed her in August. The rooms are extremely comfortable with everything needed to enjoy a stress free stay. Can highly recommend the breakfast (which is very competitive with other local areas). You can eat as much as you want and its freshly made, with an abundance of options for every taste. The staff are very friendly and helpful too. This is our second stay. It is really handy if you are visiting the Kensington Olympia Exhibition Centre. Just 5 mins away from here on foot, also handy for buses and tube. The railway station is also just 5 mins away on foot.

Easy to find out of Shepards Bush Station. Friendly welcome and good level of information provided. The room itself was well presented and clean. Food was of excellent quality with service being ok if a little slow considering the small number of people. It did appear that the staff focussed more on the longer stay guests over the short stay/overnight guests. The gym was adequate with a variety of equipment that seems to have been quite a few years old but still did the job in a very small area. Overall pleasant stay with only minor oversights. However I would say that the price for a bottle of water was extortionate.

Reception, bar and restaurant staff always friendly and welcoming. Rooms quite worn and tired - and I've stayed in lots of different rooms and they are all the same

The hotel is clean and very friendly. We couldn't of asked for more from a London hotel for the price. Breakfast is never ending with every taste catered for. We were upgraded as it was our anniversary weekend. All round wonderful hotel.

I have stayed at the Hilton London Kensington for several weeks. Overall I have enjoyed my stay. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast has lots of choices. The hotel is close to the Sheperds Bush Central line tube station and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance.
Y. A.
The hotel is fine, but for Hilton I would expect much more. Staff was nice and room were clean. However the furniture and room itself needs to be innovated.
M. F.
Good value hotel with reasonable sized room, good facilities, v good lighting, heating rather slow to warm up. Excellent breakfast, v good staff. Online discount code made this £75/ night for two! 5 mins form Shepherd's Bush ug but bus stops right outside.
s. p.
A reasonably good hotel, as one would expect under the Hilton name. There is a good area for taxis and guests to pick up guests and staff are of a reasonable standard. Place, however, is slitely old fashioned and could do with updating.
M. B.
Overall the hotel was ok. Bed was noisy every time I moved. The room was on the small side, the finish to the room a bit slap dash. staff were OK. Breakfast was a good spread.
C. H.
Once we were moved twice as some rooms very noisy (Street side or facing Air con rooftop machines on lower floors) vegetarian and vegan options really non existent in Bar/restaurant although breakfast options are very good. Fitness room not great quality especially the steam /sauna area.
L. M.
Decent enough. Tiny room & loo. Comfy bed. Simply a place to rest your head ( although I think £150 a night is an expensive sleep!). They need to sort out the public internet computers. Took ages to get boarding passes printed out as printers were not connected.
K. H.
The hotel always smells nice and is always clean and tidy. I wish the staff were more engaging even with people who are there for the meeting Rooms.
K. W.
Spot on location for shepherd's Bush tube. Great staff
S. U.
The rooms are nice, but not for more than 3 people. Breakfast is good. I didn't really spend much time in the hotel, but it is pretty good
T.
The location is great but hotel is average small rooms with subpar beds. The bathroom are tiny especially showers very small my head was almost touching shower ceiling. There is huge shopping mall across the street and plenty of restaurants.
S. C.
Rooms were clean, beds were massive. Although well stocked, a few times given wrong things i.e two shampoos, no decaf. Minor details, wasn't much of an issue. Staff were friendly. Had quite a bit of noise around 7-8am, cleaners or neighbours leaving. Super close to bus to get into central. Short walk away from metro and great to explore Westfield.
C.
This wonderful hotel is located in a beautiful neighborhood in London and within walking distance to the tube. Also various busses can be picked up outside the front door of this hotel. The staff is quite friendly, rooms are clean and comfortable. I look forward to my return.
D.
It's a slightly dated hilton with work needed in the halls which are very tired. Friendly staff and clean. I would stay again but not on par with other hiltons in the area such as Westminster and Paddington (Tower rooms) although does have lower price point.
H. L.
Great location but micro mini rooms. Stayed on the 2nd floor and it was extra extra moldy. You could smell the mildew and mold all in the hallway. This should really be addressed asap bcuz we all woke up with headaches, itchy watery eyes and scratchy throats. Other than the mold on 2nd floor staff was nice and friendly.
E. A.
Very nice toilet clean hotel
K. S.
Had a business conference here, we spent a whole day in the conference room and was only out for an hour lunch break and whenever you stepped out for a toilet break. Although the room was big, it didn't have enough chairs to sit all the guest we had provided numbers for.
I thought they would have atleast provided more chairs for us after seeing us standing around.
Apart from that I can't really fault it in any other way, I wasn't there for the hotel itself but for the room we used for our meeting.
C. C.
Lovely hotel really. Situated in a prime place, surrounded by great shopping (with Westfield and wesr 12 across the road). There are lots of nearby resturants, and west end us a bus ride away. The staff are very accommodating and the hotel looks great.
B. P.
Great hotel. Always busy and seems like they need to expand the breakfast area. There is always a line to stand in before been seated. But the line goes quickly atleast
D.
I've had a lot of problems with this hotel recently, mainly relating to the works happening in their car park. That said, they were very apologetic to me and they compensated me with a lot of Hilton points for my troubles.
Other than that, it's well located for people travelling on business who are working in the city. It's got a decent underground car park, has easy access to the M40 and M4 motorways and it's right next to the central line for getting into the city centre. It's also right next to a huge shopping centre located near Shepherds Bush, which is great for eating out after work.
I'll definitely be staying again in the future.
R. O.
Friendly staff and rooms were clean. Rooms were so small you could barely get around the bed and the bathrooms were incredibly small. There was no where to place your bags.
M. C.
The breakfast is absolutely fantastic. More than worth the price. The staff are incredibly polite and knowledgeable, room service is not at all overpriced like some would expect. The location is conveniently located a short walk from the underground stations and there is a bus stop right outside the lobby.
D. W.
Very helpful staff. The hotel is a bit of a mix - some parts very nice but some badly dated.
I was disappointed to find no espresso machine in the room, where I have previously had them in Hilton hotel stays.
Beds were comfortable.
TV was "smart" but seemed to be crippled so that internet/apps could not be used.
The location was great - 5 mins walk from Shepherds Bush tube station and so 30 minutes from Central London.
Also 5 mins from Westfield shopping centre
B. J.
I only visited for a professional conference, so i cannot comment on the accomodation.
It had everything you want for a conference venue. Good area with working speech facilities and an area for networking during lunch/coffee breaks. The toilets were good and the food was very tasty with fiod vegie options. Plenty of tea and coffee and the croissants in the morning were a welcome touch. The networmi g area could have done with being a bit bigger, but no complaints other than that.

Modern style upscale hotel, located near the sprawling Westfield shopping centre. Rooms as you would expect for a Hilton are furnished to a high standard, very clean with a comfortable bed. Executive Lounge is available at this location. Staff as has always been my experience are extremely helpful and attentive.
a.
Really nice staff. The room was a little bit cramped and it didn't come with a bath. Overall it was a pleasant stay.
j. m.
Staff friendly & efficient. Room was excellent.
C. R.
The service has been wonderful, the staff are extremely lovely and helpful. The rooms are clean and have good facilities. Also, included in your stay is access to the gym and sauna facilities. Honestly an amazing hotel!
H. A.
Good Location, not quite Kensington but close enough. The hotel has been refurbished and modernised recently. Entry level rooms are small.
J. C.
Wooden bed frame was extremely loud and mattress was very hard. Fantastic customer service though! Also nice breakfast if you can avoid the queue
M. A. A.
good breakfasts and great receptionists. 5 stars for their respectful and kind approach
Rooms need to be bigger and needs rennovation. 2 stars.
Food is great. 4 stars.
Others. gym and snacks etc. 4 stars
R. V.
Great location (5min walk from tube station). Lunch was great(healthy options). Staff happy and friendly. Not busy so did not have to wait to be served at counter or during lunch. Overall, excellent experience.
A. M.
Lovely hotel, spacious rooms and superb king size bed. Bar very nice and friendly helpful staff. A 5 minute walk to Shepherds Bush tube and in central London in 20 mins. Also, lovely wee shops and cafes on the walk to Holland Park tube. Will come here again
I. O.
Roons a bit tired and dated now but clean enough.
M. B.
Nice and modern, a little tired furnishings etc with a definite seventies feel to the design, but the rooms are pretty well kitted out, the bathrooms good, and there's even a fridge. It's possible to get room off-peak for £86 or less maybe. Well suited for Westfield centre and Shepherds Bush station.
K. E.
This had to be the smallest hotel room I've ever stayed in. Hotel had very little to offer in the food department. Otherwise it was ok...clean, friendly staff, etc.
j. b.
The rooms while being your typical hylton are definitely in need of an update. Executive lounge has no views at all unlike gateshead as on ground floor but has lovely friendly staff and of course great drinks and nibbles. Breakfast was good and i always enjoy my omelette!
S. M.
Hotel needs a referb, but the executive lounge very good. 2 minutes walk to the tube station. If driving it is just outside the congestion charge zone with parking by the hotel.
p. p.
Priceline had incorrectly delt with a room problem on my behalf. The hotel and staff fixed my room problem with ease. The staff was more than helpful pointing out good tours and restaurants. I would absolutely recommend right near the tubes and a mall strip.
C. I.
Great central location with easy access to transportation routes to get across London. Also right beside Westfield Shopping Centre which was ultimately convenient. Executive room perks are nice and verh efficient WiFi. They could improve their housekeeping and breakfast selection though. Rooms were cleaned late in the day and rarely vacuumed. English breakfast is quite limiting and monotonous daily.
D. F.
Just a quick coffee pre a meeting. Service OK. Loud music for a coffee shop. No decaffeinated tea?? Seems odd in a big hotel group
C. H.
It was okay. Nothing special.
Food options in the restaurant is limited.
To have a fridge in the room and then have bottles of water on the table and be told some people get the for free and others pay is a bit off.
I. B.
It's a nice place with lovely and helpful staff and reasonable bedrooms with everything you generally expect however the shower is a little bit dogey and despite the very kind and caring room service staff they can misunderstand requests but all and all I had a nice sleep and expirence
E. D.
Dated decor, but room was comfortable and a decent size with tea, coffee, hairdryer, ironing facilities, shower/bath combo and a good view, staff friendly, 5 min walk from Shepherd's Bush tube and Westfield shopping centre. Did what we needed it to do for an overnight stay.
T. M.
Excellent location, 5 mins walk to underground and Westfield shopping mall. This is a huge shopping mall with plenty of shops and restaurants to chose from. The breakfast buffet is good and with wide variety. Although the room is a bit …
S. G.
Great location straight off the tune and close to shopping centre. Room was really nice and a fantastic breakfast - amazing selection and quality
L. J.
The location is good. Very close to Westfield shopping centre. The décor is showing signs of wear in all places and could do with a revamp. The staff are polite and helpful. The breakfast buffet is well stock and of a high quality. The beds are comfortable.
J. B.
Lovely place if a tad on the expesive side. Fantastic breakfaat selection though.

The Hilton Kensington Hotel has always been 1st. Choice when staying in London.
Excellent value and consistently good restaurant food, reliable if inviting friends and family for dinner.
Hilton staff services always of a high standard.
R. M.
Good hotel, with leafy location offering Holland Park and Notting Hill nearby for classy independent shops, contrasting Westfield's big names the other way. Usual standard of Hilton comfort, welcoming staff at check-in, and facilities include spa, gym and a souvenir shop. Looks like it's been a while since the room was refitted but clean and well-maintained.
O. D. A. (. D. A.
Location on the fringe of being near things in Central London, although near a train station. Rooms were hot in the summer and winter with not much help from the window which barely opens. Gift shop has weird hours so if you need any necessities you have to go to the mall. Staff is friendly and polite to Americans. Rooms are clean and decent sized for London. Would be 4 stars but a sauna while you are trying to sleep is unforgivable in a hotel.
D. E.
I can’t even begin to tell you how much I love this hotel We bern staying at the Hilton Kensington for over 11 years It is my favorite place to be in the world I feel so much at home The staff are amazing Patricia the manager makes you feel so much at home George in the bar who been with the Hilton Kensington for years Just makes you feel so welcome The staff at the front desk are incredible I can’t name everyone but it is just an incredible hotel because of the staff The location is near the Shepherd bush Westfield mall You have all the buses in front to go most places in central London The Hilton Kensington staff are just great Location is perfect
M. M.
Really nice setting, good amenities, good food. There's a sauna. Pretty close to the under/overground station and overall great. Lots of neat stuff within walking distance.

A great hotel in a wonderful location with excellent staff

Fao: Customer Service Manager
We stay at the Hilton Kensington hotel regularly. On the last occasion (9th and 10th March) I had a horrible experience that feel needs reporting, I felt disrespected and the customer experience was not what we would expect from the Hilton group.
This year alone we have stayed in the same hotel about 5 times or more. We always select executive rooms. Once before we had a problem with the room service, however we called central reservations, made a complaint and since then we noticed the service improved we stayed there on Friday 9/03/2018 and saturday 10/03/2018.
On the Saturday my partner and I went shopping separately, when I returned to the hotel, my key was not working, I was in a rush and late for an event. I went to the front desk and there was a really huge queue, they had 3 staffs at the front desk. Then I approached the front desk and waited until the employee Lauren finished the client's check-in, so finished then I greeted her politely and explained that I was in a hurry to return to my room because my key was not working. She was very rude and arrogant with an irate face, appeared uneducated and barely looked at my face, she said she would not answer me while there was still a check in queue, so once again politely I said " I'm already checked in and I'm having problems with my key. Are you requiring me to go back to the end of the queue?" So I told her okay and thank you very much! there were actually 10 people or more in the queue. I had to wait 15 minutes and I was delayed because the key did not work which was not my fault, could I or should I have to correct such error?
Possibly the true fault lies with Hilton head office having such short staff one such a busy weekend. Then eventually in frustration I went to look for another employee who could claim to be the Manager and explained the situation.
The manager clearly explained to me that in that situation those already checked in have no priority whatsoever and must go to the end of the queue.
The difference was that the manager explained without wanting to expose me to ridicule, the manager spoke to me politely, that was the difference. I told the manager that I would complain on the website because I am not staying for free and so I will not accept an employee disrespect me.
When we work in hospitality and with the public the least we need is to be educated, respectful and polite and that I did not see on Lauren the Receptionist. Perhaps the employee is unsatisfied to be working there but the fact that she is working there is not my fault and if she was facing any problems it was not my fault either, because I also work with human beings and when I am not well, I just get up from my bed I place a smile on my face and I will work because it is what I do best, "treat others as I like to be treated."
When we complain it is to make help the organisation better, help them improve for the better and help others not to go through the same upset.
Yours sincerely
