Great location, clean and a surprisingly nice hotel bar. I am not a big hotel bar guy but we checked it out because I am a diamond member in Hilton Honors. The manager and his staff took care of us. Loved it. Only complaint: The bathtub and shower were raised way off the bathroom floor. Maybe it is a European thing but I would be leery of it is traveling with an elderly person. I am in decent shape and even I had to be careful not to slip. Everything else was excellent at a fair price.

Great location! Easily accessible by public transit. The room was clean and well tended to during our stay. The breakfast was always great. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout all interactions.
G. N.
Nice hotel, friendly helpful staff. Great breakfast too. Only down side is the rooms are kinda wired. Long and narrow!

Staff are amazing at Hilton Olympia.
Reception team were quick to respond and accommodate when I arrived and was unhappy with my room. We were moved to a renovated room which we were very happy with. The renovated rooms are lovely and all rooms have the biggest tv I have seen in a hotel room.
The breakfast team were outstanding and take such pride in their work. They are very welcoming and friendly and go to all efforts to make sure you have a lovely experience during breakfast. Really an amazing team. The breakfast selection had everything hot and cold you could want.
Overall an amazing stay thanks to the staff. Thank you, we will be back.

Lovely, the first room on the first floor is so spacious and cozy. Other rooms are rather cramped but there are odd things happening like radiator falling off wall repeatedly or something moves around, but causes no harm, wouldn't let it stop me I would definitely go again.
m. 1.
Average hotel some rooms have no windows and are basic. Water pressure on shower is not great and if you are over 6ft 2in then you won't get under the shower. We had to move two times as first room had no sheets second room had used coffee mugs and stuff in the bin. Dinner and breakfast was decent and staff were attentive. However they are short staffed and run off their feet.

Brillant. I was there has an exhibitor with the divorce fair 22 And the service I received with help with my books and setting up was amazing. I would highly recommend anyone looking to have an event here. Thank you hopefully I can bring my sons to stay.

Writing this on behalf of the three of us who had two rooms. Peter for 7 nights and Wendy and Margaret for 9 days. We like this hotel and have been coming here for many years as the staff are so good and make you welcome doing everything they can to help.
However this visit had some problems, with refurbishing. Our rooms this time were not good enough but we will come back and hope the problems are solved. Also the bar needs some attention to quality and prices.
A. D.
Nice hotel, friendly staff I can't complain about anything from my visit and most importantly, The breakfast was good in the morning.
They have door seals to show that nobody has entered your room since being cleaned, nice little touch given covid circumstances.
Easy to get to via train.
S. T.
Really lovely hotel and amazing staff. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay more special. We will stay there again! We had two lovely big rooms, massive tv's and lovely bathrooms, the rooms were very clean. Highly recommend.
N. M.
Room was clean and everything (tv, fridge, bathroom) was working fine. Altought room had good views, on nightime was upsetting how many ambulances were passing thru the underneath street.
Everytime we requested a service the help was ok. On buffet breakfast it was chaos as big families let their kids run around and touch everything on the buffet section which I think personally was a little bit disgusting.
Also I came with my little dog and asked if they could give me bowls for food and drink but that never happened.
Overall a little bit pricey for what you actually get, but at least the bed was very comfy.
T. I. B.
The team is absolutely amazing!
So friendly and caring.
They were able to provide us with vegan and gluten free options and always very attentive.
The hotel is easy to find and very modern
Lovely stay

Excellent hotel for the price. Good location 5 mins from tube and overground directly behind the hotel.Lots of good pubs and restaurants nearby.
N. R.
Great reception and breakfast staff, who were able to take care of my luggage early in the day before check-in. The room rate was good value, the room was dated but absolutely fine and a great shower and breakfast choice make it more than worthwhile.

Hilton Olympia car park quite a few space and secured £37 for 24 hours.
King and twin premier connecting 401 & 402. Newly renovated.
When arrived room 401 the door looks weird with a hole in it!!?? Immediately thought “oh no…” thinking it will be a bad room… but I was wrong… it was a new renovated room… but again, No baby cot-bed in room, so I called the front desk and they sent Jo(Joe?) with a broken crib, but joe was very friendly and helpful, what a great guy he even helped us running up and down to sort out our room key which it suddenly stopped working.
Remote control missing in one of the room and Marina(Macarena?riaana?) came to sort out for us she had to go back and forth a few times as some battery didn’t work and some remote control didn’t work. Finally we got a working one and they were both very helpful with smiles.
What surprised me the most!!! Breakfast team staff!!! Greeting with a big smile and very quick to place me next to a beautiful seat and asked me what drinks I would like. He showed me the around buffet area and explained every section. He made me feel very welcome! Thank you “Samir”👍 from the breakfast team! You are one of the best restaurant staff I have met at Hilton so far! You can feel he is very passionate about his job! Well done Samir! What’s more? The chef who made omelette… The best omelette we’ve had!!! I asked for simple cheese, lots of onions and mushroom… omg so amazing… how?!?! Even fried eggs on the buffet tray was perfect!
On Sunday breakfast crew not so attentive it might be very busy not even ask if I want tea or coffee… completely different experience.
Asked for late check out they gave us till 1pm but we left before 12. Lots of fluffs from carpet they really need to do better in house keeping to maintain the hotel otherwise it will be “dated” again very soon.
Overall was good but you must book refurbished rooms as you can see from lots of past review with a dated room.
R. H.
The hotel is located at the west end of High street Kensington close to Olympia, about 10 minutes bus ride from Hyde Park Corner.
The staff and hotel certainly go the extra mile, and do everything to make guests welcome, and comfortable, whilst keeping them safe.
Being an older hotel the rooms are larger than many hotels in London, recently most have been tastefully refurbished, whilst keeping the ambience of the original style. The refurbished rooms are double glazed to keep the noise from the street out and are well equipped with A/C, TV, tea and coffee facilities, bath and shower etc. As always at Hilton hotels the beds and high thread count cotton sheets are exceptionally comfortable, with the extra touches such as bottled water, bath robes, slippers, and luxury toiletries, certainly make you feel at home, and a valued guest.
Upon arrival I received a warm welcome, I had checked in online before and my room was beautifully prepared. As a diamond Hilton Honours member I received vouchers for drinks and snacks in the bar. The restaurant is open throughout the day and the menu it is very reasonably priced with a wide variety of dishes available.
Breakfast is excellent, a full buffet with a chef on duty who caters for the most fastidious tastes. All the staff in the restaurant are attentive and helpful without being intrusive.
Because of the Hotels location and transport connections, it’s a great place to stay in London and very reasonably priced.
For either business or pleasure I can certainly recommend this Hotel.
b. y.
Rooms are very small and outdated. Bathroom door couldn’t get closed. Breakfast was the soooo good 😋!
T. A.
Every staff member was a pleasure to talk to.
Super clean hotel, breakfast was amazing.
The bar was outstanding, nice and calm environment.
The room was great, very clean. Comfortable bed.
Only downside was that the bath was dirty and had visible brown stains on the base. But, only took a little wipe up to clean. So wasn't a big issue.
Was a lovely and stay.
M.
Room dark and strange smell in room. However service was very good, good buffet breakfast options. Not cheap because it's central London. No bitter or real ales on sale only lagers.

I have traveled a lot and being here for an extended period, I needed comfort. I moved from another hotel due to absolutely horrid customer service. I moved to the Hilton London Olympia because I am a Hilton Honors member. Within the first few minutes of my interaction with the staff, I knew I had made the right decision. There are some rooms that are dated, but those rooms are in the process of renovation and I was lucky enough to stay in one of their new rooms. Beautiful indirect lighting (good for relaxing and selfies. lol), a big beautiful flatscreen tv, secondary windows that basically sound proof the room from outside, USB and power outlets everywhere. Really nice. The best part is the impeccable staff. Everyone there was keen on making my stay as comfortable as possible. It means a lot when you are 5,000 miles from home and family. Big thank you to the staff!
S. R.
Amazing stay, great hotel and staff. Brilliant location and will definitely be back. Staff are a treasure and honestly the Breakfast was top quality.
p.
Was only here for a meeting but encountered friendly staff, decent food provided during the conference and the facilities were great.
Based on what I saw I would certainly consider staying here should the need arise.
C. W.
This hotel is in a great location. It is also in a three years renovation phase. Due to being an older property, some rooms are small and the ceiling is low. Yet the value for what you paid is relatively high.
During my short stay, there was a problem with hot water system but was solved quickly. Drinking vouchers can be spent in the Costa coffee in lobby but it took the server in Costa coffee by surprise as they did not know the welcome drink voucher can be spent there.
Overall it is a good stay. Could be improved. Still, I recommend this hotel for people looking for value and great location.
L. B.
Very good hotel. Room decor a little bit dated, but other than it it's very, very nice. Great access to local amenities.
B. S.
Rooms were mediocre, very cold as heating did not work, given a couple of portable heaters only took the edge off. Generally ok for the price.
B. J.
Bathroom was very outdated and couldhave used a more thorough cleaning, the outside areas are 4 star worthy (front lobby, restaurant etc.), the room I stayed in not so much.
S. M.
We found this to be a well placed, convenient and very nice hotel.....easy access to Olympia, Kensington and the museums and a short taxi ride to central london.
t. p.
Fantastic place to stay. Warm, clean and tidy.
Would stay here again.
T. F.
Room smelt a bit damp, breakfast was nice lots of choice.
Very busy because a conference was on
M. W.
We have booked from the Hilton's own website. There are bus stops close to the hotel and metro station is about 500 mt. Away. The rooms are tiny but our view from the room was quite nice. We really liked the breakfast and the saloon it was served. The hotel staff was really helpfull although their accents didn't sound so British :) briefly, it was a nice stay in the hotel. Thank u.
J. M.
Ideally placed for Olympia exhibition centre, the Hilton offered everything I needed - including a car park. The front of house staff were friendly and wanted to help.
S. G.
Decent price, suitable location, and particularly good breakfast staff. will worth it
M. M.
Reception lovely and modern but rooms a tad run down and outdated .... tv did not work and bath tub could have benefitted from a good scrub. Shower pressure low and am sure was screaming with pain when turned on. Staff really helpful hence 3 stars and arranged a 6.30am breakfast for us.
L. R.
Restaurant was great. Worked with us in helping us get not one but two meal's. We had a little dog! We were really grateful!
H. C.
The location is fab and the staff are very friendly and helpful. It is also very clean. However it is very noisy due to being on the main road and the decor is quite out dated in the rooms.
O. M.
Lovely room, hotel and great location. Staff listened to my needs and allocated a perfect room but woefully understaffed when I went for breakfast. Have fed back and will update when I hear back.
r. P.
I mainly used cafe and restaurant few years ago when I was going to Cromwell hospital nearby. Most of staff were nice. I had only isolated negative experience. Beautiful people inside and out. When I see alot of people in work place that do not have any knowledge in customer service then it reminds me of hilton. Hilton must havve done very good job in training their employees. Thank you guys for making things less stress ful for me.
B. M.
Room was a bit dated and not the best. The service we recieved in the bar each of our two nights was fantastic and more than made up for the not so good room. Thank you
M. C.
Had a really lovely stay...staff and facilities are a very high standard. Breakfast was awesome. Highly recommend.
O. A.
Lovely stay. Good underground parking
A. B.
Great Staff, great service and the big hearted breakfast team really looked after my 6 year old twins. Great experience.... Thanks
r. s.
Very nice place. Easy to commute to various places by bus.
d. e.
As afmily we all enjoyed our stay there. very clean hotel ,very friendly staff. see you soon
L. S.
Comfy bed. Looks like it could do with some love. Breakfast was OK but the porridge was basically water. Good base for exploring Kensington.
T. K.
A nice Hilton Hotel. Nothing special to see here. Well organized hotel but the room could definitely do with a renovation.
h. h.
Very clean. Efficient. It's a Hilton, so no surprises. Nothing special but no shockers
R.
A nice stay and a lovely room, but I thought the bar prices were very expensive
J. B.
Hotel is tired and rundown, bathroom was clean but not sure the room had been vacuumed for a while
R. C.
Below par for a Hilton stay. My room was upgraded but the quality was inferior with lots of cleanliness(carpets and upholstery) maintenance(very noisy toilet cistern refill motor and almost open shower head) poor window insulation. Room key system failed at door several times. Breakfast hours not advertised and unsatisfactory experience with Society bar team member saying 'breakfast finished at 1000. Manager intervened and resolved but missing 'can do' style. So much could be improved and this was a loyalty premium upgraded room :-(
R. S.
1. Check in and checkout experience was smooth and great.
2. Rooms are small and basic.
3. I faced heating problem in one of the rooms.
4. Fantastic spread of buffet breakfast. The breakfast lounge is nicely decorated too.
5. Elevators are scarce. And if one is staying in the upper floors, it can take minutes before you get a lift.
I. G.
Excellent place to stay, great rooms, clean clean clean! Would definitely stay again although breakfast(from Costa coffee) could be a lot better.
S. S. (.
From the outside looks so dusty and dirty, have only used the conference rooms here so cannot comment on the rooms beyond that. It seems sufficient for its business purposes but otherwise generic and lifeless.
N. D.
Hotel has been ideal for work. Bar and restaurant excellent. Only complaint is twin room we where given is very tired.
W. G.
Great location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Let down by aged rooms. TV has no cast functionality. Booked a double room but only had one cup and glass. Also if you have a room facing the road it's extremely noisy. Bed was pretty comfortable though and overall not a bad experience.
R. “. T.
This is from the London Olympia Hilton, that's a light hanging from it's fixture. Carpark was super useful for London Film & Comicon at London Olympia though 👍.

This is the third time we have stayed in the Hilton Olympia while we worked at the Great British Beer Festival. We found the reception staff extremely helpful and friendly on arrival. Our room was overlooking the back of the hotel which was fine because in previous visits we have overlooked the main road which can be very noisy. As usual the breakfast was lovely with so much choice. The staff in the restaurant were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble for them. We have had a fantastic stay and we are already looking forward to our stay next year.
I have to agree with some of the other reviews about the cleanliness. I did notice that our bathroom wasn't cleaned to the same standards as before. The bottom sheet on our bed wasn't straightened for the six nights that we were there, the duvet was just thrown over the top! These are just minor points which hopefully will be rectified before next August.
K. R.
I was apart of the New Year’s London Day Parade, and we stayed at this hotel! Staff was very friendly and I personally loved everything!! The restaurant in the hotel was definitely my favorite, me and my family had a very nice waiter named Remus. We quickly became friends, and he made sure we had everything we needed, he was so very kind. He made the hotel experience much better!! My overall experience in London was an absolute dream!! I very much recommend this hotel!!
b. d.
I felt like going to a military camp everyone too miserable
My A/C was broken and even after that maintenance confirmed that it was broken no one called to change room or at least a solution
Breakfast chef should learn to smile my son was scared to even approach him
Next time won't be this hotel unfortunately
D. S.
Decent place to stay. Beds in twin rooms too close together and fixed like that so could not be moved. Lack of plug sockets near bed and slightly dated room but it is what it is. Was only a quick stop off so wasn't too bad. Friendly staff.
B. C.
Good hotel, rooms are a little tired but overall a fantastic place to stay
T. B.
Excellent staff - polite, friendly and attentive, I felt welcome and valued. As a disabled traveller, I've often felt like something of a burden, it nothing could have been further from that.
The room size was very good, and having a wet room was a blessing as my mobility and coordination is very impaired. All switches and handles were easily accessible from my wheelchair. Comfortable bed and housekeeping well up to standard. If I had one criticism it would be the decor could use freshening up, but it's a negligible issue
A good range of breakfast offered, with all tastes catered for and helpful staff. In house drinks and food can be very expensive, so I would recommend visiting one of the many local restaurants.
A great location for the Olympia Exhibition Centre (my destination) and easily accessible by London Overground.
All in all, a solid four out of five for the stay - I'll be returning.
C. B.
Our two day break was very pleasant. The staff in reception were good and the bar waiting staff were very attentive. Breakfast was very nice and the service and ambience and outlook were pleasant. They gave us an upgrade which was very spacious and free breakfast. However the huge bed was very creaky and needs renewing!! Sadly, even in the upgraded suite there were no morning biscuits in sight. Not the best location for sight seeing but suited our purpose as we were attending an event in Olympia.
P. W.
Nice bar and restaurant, service and staff very helpful. Rooms slightly dated.
J. D.
Place is slightly dated but comfortable.
Breakfast was buffet and excellent choice although busy at time I was there.
Staff were really friendly and helpful.
Would definitely stay there again.
D. B.
We had a great stay! The staff was really nice and knowledgeable. Everyone spoke more than just English. The rooms are dated but the restaurant is great and the overall experience was great. Super convenient for transportation to anywhere. Ask for discounts on local tours before you buy full price.
S. F.
From the wonderful greeting from Max on arrival to the Scottish chef at breakfast who went out of his way to assist us, this hotel was fabulous. The room was warm and cozy, the beds and bed linen extremely comfortable and the breakfast was superb. I was a bit apprehensive having read some negative reviews but they were so wrong. Great staff, great food, great value. Would recommend highly.
C. L.
My room was very clean, but everything is old in this room. Even if I am quite tall, 190cm, the bottom of the bath is oddly high which makes it almost impossible for me to take a shower without having to kneel. However, the included breakfast with my room is excellent.
S. W.
Very nice stay. Excellent helpful, welcoming Reception and Concierge staff. Very good breakfast. Restaurant staff, particularly Samir were friendly and helpful. Rooms were reasonable. Fine for a short stay. The hotel was a bit further away from the main tourist sites than we expected.
r. s.
Its a nice place to stay for a night or 2. Rooms are a little on the small side but our room had a nice large tub. Also they have a wonderful breakfast with lovely staff.
S. O.
Whilst the rooms are very dated, the staff more than makes up for it. I’m a Gold member and appreciated the recognition at check-in with a decent upgrade. This alone means I’ll return. Staff was lovely at breakfast, in Executive Lounge and at checkout. Goes to show, even if the hotel didn’t win me over, the staff did. I’ll be back.
T. S.
I loved the bar and breakfast as it's got a nice atmosphere and the options were top notch. Staff were all wonderful and super efficient hence my score.
What really let's this place down is the rooms! Its stuffy and the building needs updating. The corridors smell of something bad? Feet or gone off rancid food.
Which is a shame as this is a hilton and you pay a lot to stay here. Stayed for business but it wont be my first choice next time I have to work round this area. Novotel up the road where our event took place was much better! Just wished I had stayed there instead and booked earlier!
A. P.
Friendly and competent staff all around, and the lobby and restaurant levels are nice, but the rest of the hotel is long waiting for a refresh... The rooms are all quite outdated, carpets and some bathrooms a little bit smelly. Windows also not the latest standard, so traffic noise from the busy streets can be a bother. The elevators are all quite slow and a bit wobbly. Executive lounge well staffed and stocked, longer times than elsewhere. Away, from tube lines, but buses are a good option.
H. A.
Hotel Room is clean and perfect. Good services .TV remote did not work properly in my room.
Nice selection of toiletries. 2 extra towels and sheets was provided.
Complimentary breakfast was great. Buffet had all the must eat food for the British breakfast. Enjoyed the delicious food.
Would recommend to anyone who is travelling to London.
Very connected. Bus stop is near by. For reaching the under ground, you need walk about 10-15 minute.
N. B.
Attended a conference there, really nice venue - really good food and facilities, great service.
R. D.
A nice and stright forward hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The gym was small with only a few machines but by no means the worst I've seen. Our room was clean, tidy and of a decent size. My only real issue with the place was that it's quite a walk to the underground.
e.
Breakfast is great
Only 2 out of 4 elevators worked when the hotel was fully booked. Long queues for the lift.
I guess they couldnot find a better time for elevator maintenance
A/C was weak, we couldnt feel warm
K. C.
Really nice hotel, rooms are nice and relatively spacious by London standards. Very friendly and efficient staff. Buffet breakfast is pretty standard from a Hilton: good. Executive lounge is great between 6-8pm if you are eligible for access, though breakfast in there is limited. Only 4 and not 5 stars because of road noise in some rooms. OK for me but some might find it disturbing. Triple glazing would probably eradicate. I would definitely stay again though.
R. H.
In this time of Covid to be honest I'm always nervous about hotel stays, however this hotel has everything in place for the safety of its guests. (Clean Stay. full information on the Hilton site) The hotel is located at the end of High street Kensington close to Olympia, about 10 minutes from Hyde Park Corner. Being an older hotel, the rooms are larger than most hotels in London and well equipped with A/C, TV, tea and coffee facilities, bath and shower etc. Upon arrival I received a warm welcome from the staff at check in. I had checked in online before and my room was beautifully prepared. Whilst the executive lounge is closed because of Covid I received vouchers for drinks in the bar (table service) although there is a limited menu it is very reasonably priced. Breakfast is Excellent and the staff and chef went above and beyond to make me welcome. A full breakfast service is available with a chef on duty preparing omelettes, eggs etc. catering for the most fastidious tastes. Overall an excellent stay.
M. R.
This feels quite a tired hotel and probably works for coach loads coming to the Olympia. Room was small and could do with updating. Hotel is also a long way from the tube! However, it was clean and staff were friendly. Breakfast was reasonably varied too. Ok for a night or two, but not great for any longer.
J. C.
The reception and lobby area is very modern and looks great but as soon as you a send to the rooms it becomes clear a renovation is needed, marks along most walls, chips to the wood paneling and stains in the bathroom. The staff were exceptional and did everything possible to make my stay enjoyable, the room was very clean.
C. G.
Good position and room was comfortable enough. Generally felt a bit tired. TV took some working out and handset not good. Not enough to make a fuss. Breakfast good and staff friendly. Lights quite dim and water just hot enough.
M. H.
Rooms clean but dated. Windows don't fit so very noisy and winter drafts, we visited in February. My wife had to cover her head with her overcoat to keep warm. Noise insulation between rooms poor. Car park expensive and very tight. Restaurant and bar very good, breakfast good. Staff excellent and attentive.
G. H.
Lovely staff but the rooms are dated and worn. Doors don't have good sound proofing, bathrooms are stained and damaged, air conditioning not working (end June 2018). The breakfast is also considerably worse than it used to be.
S. S.
Rooms were ok although a little small and only 2 electrical outlets in the whole room. Good value for the money though. Location was near Kensington High St which had a lot of nice stores and restaurants (good), but a minimum 15 minute walk from any useful subway station (bad).
F. B.
Room was ok. There's lot of noise coming from outside and other chambers. I was told I was able to check out at 1pm but they came to my room at 11h45 and ask me to leave. The morning breakfast is weird and not that good.
J. T.
Nice room. Clean and comfortable. Stones throw from London Olympia. Room came with toiletries, safe, iron, ironing board and usual teas and coffee. TV in room. If I was picky I'd say there was a slight lack of lighting over the bed and the aircon was a little noisy.
Staff very pleasant. Bar was excellent. Breakfast offered just about everything including continental and full English. I stayed for 3 days and had no issues or problems.
a.
Best customer service, but let down by really dated & smelly carpet rooms. Don’t think any work was done since 80s in standard double room, need upgrading. Noisy room can hear all cleaning etc. But staff are absolutely amazing, especially the reception staff!! Nice to have Costa coffee underneath too. £120 paid on first night by company, so didn’t mind staying but not worth it if you had to pay more than that, even considering the proximity to conference centre. There are newer hotels available nearby. I stayed in standard double room, I wonder if other rooms are better and updated.
S. K.
I have mixed feelings about this hotel. Staff were exceptional in helping to resolve a booking issue. Good and drinks were good. Understanding that this is London I still think the room were over priced for what you got. My next trip will stay in smaller hotel in a community.
C. R.
Comfortable and clean hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. I would gladly stay there again. Thanks for a great stay.
B. D.
Decent hotel. Good value for central London. A little awkward by public transport as it's on an overground line.
Only had breakfast which seemed good but was very busy.
Used the fitness room... Good if small but everything worked which was a plus!
M. b.
Comfy big bed, great service.
Dated hotel though and hilariously the ceiling was so low in my room I couldn't stand up in the shower (I am average height!).
Great breakfast though and so convenient for London Olympia.
a. w.
Very Helpfull and friendly staff. Rooms are clean and spacious. Could do with a bit of updating though. It was worth including breakfast. Also had afternoon tea booked for arrival which we enjoyed
M. H.
I stayed in a single room for two nights. The staff were friendly and helpful at check in and the room was clean and comfortable. The room service was a bit slow, but the staff were apologetic and quickly got everything back on track. This hotel is outside of the main tourist area, but the bus stop is very close and the ride into the centre of London is only about 30 minutes. I felt safe here even when I returned to the hotel later in the evening.
P. J.
Small rooms, ac not very cooling, but the towels are amazing. Inviting lobby and excellent breakfast. Convenient location, not too far to walk to the big bus tour stops.
J. K.
Lovely hotel, yeah the decor could use a touch of modernising but the staff were so very lovely and couldn't do enough for you. Comfy and clean, breakfast was lovely and a huge amount of choice. Would recommemend and would stay again.
T. H.
The customer service was excellent and would make me go back to a Hilton. The quality of breakfast was excellent and the staff were really helpful. We had an issue with our room and was moved to another room the next night without any problem. A good hotel with brilliant customer service and satisfaction.
J. H.
Staff is lovely, kind, and very helpful. They looked professional. The breakfast was nice.
But it is a quite old building and doesn’t seem to be managed well for the better condition. It was also not as clean as other Hiltons are.
S. M.
Regular visitor to this hotel with my son.. Easy access to Olynpia and the comic con. Ideally situated to Kensington Olympia overground.
Clean hotel with nice rooms. Quiet for a good sleep or relax. Nice food served in a comfortable eating area..Lovely breakfast selection.
Friendly staff and very helpful.
Good rates to be found online and booked well in advance. Might be considered a tad expensive for modest budgets otherwise..
J. Y.
I had issues with one of the rooms (517) that I was upgraded to. (Piping when someone flushed the toilet could be heard loudly through the walls) that said staff were spot on in moving my room again. This is my second stay here and is good if you have need need to work in the hammersmith area which is a short 15min stroll.
G. F.
Very nice Hilton. It's old, most visible in the ancient elevators creaking between floors. Rooms however are very well appointed and comfy. Service is great. Executive lounge was wonderful. Exercise space is way too small. Restaurant is very good.
C. D.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, in fact, much more so than the reps at the main Hilton reservation office. I had to split my stay into three separate reservations and they ensured I could stay in the same room the entire time. In fact, the staff was what pushed this up from a lower rating. The room was below average. Old and stained fixtures, the air conditioner didn't work, the TV would turn on randomly during the night, and the window (I was on the "quiet facing side") opened to the interior alley, where construction started around 06:30 every morning. Also, beware that the closest tube station has restricted hours
G. B.
Not the most attractive hotel but it's centrally located close to Kensington gardens and near some bus and train (tube) stations.
There's an attached restaurant and coffee shop and there's a good pub just down the road. There's also a supermarket a few doors down and a laundromat about 10 minutes walk away. The desk staff are friendly but really didn't seem to know the area.
There's no "facilities" to speak of. No pool but apparently there is a gym in the basement. I didn't find it. The rooms were clean and quiet in terms of street noise but there were some serious plumbing issues as toilets flushed incredibly loudly.
The rooms had tea and coffee but no refrigerator (staff kindly gave us buckets of ice).
The stars here are more or less solely for location.

It is a hotel that is in-between Olympia, Hammersmith and Kensington high Street. So there are multiple ways to get here. The staff are professional and helpful. They look after customers here and it's a shame so many facilities are closed due to covid19 but they are very nice to us. I highly recommend them and if you appreciate my feedback please like it.

Rooms are quite dated. Very friendly staff.
C.
Initially walking into the hotel it's very swanky, but it's a different story the you go further up. Each of the floors feel dated but lack any elegance or charm, sure everything is kept to a high standard of cleanliness and order, yet at the same time it projects to me an image of visiting my great gran in a nursing home.
The rooms themselves are again clean but not up to date. TVs in other hotels are often compatible with tablets for screen casting the one in my room was a old flat screen. Sure we also get a fridge in our room, but it's just an El cheapo model you mite buy at B&M.
In general it feels like it was modernised 19yrs ago and just maintained, now trading on former glories. The hilton at Birmingham Airport is much better.

The guy is the receiptan at the night time. He was rude. He was not welcoming to extend my stay seriously. He was not nice at all.
E. W.
A great choice when visiting the area. Located in a relatively quiet area but practically next door to the Olympia. Lots of good pubs and restaurants in the area. Friendly, efficient staff. Rooms were decent and rates are reasonable for London. Excellent breakfast buffet.
S. K.
The final stop on our 12 night journey through Europe and the Olympia was the perfect place to rest. The rooms were very clean and the service was awesome. We really liked the restaurant. The food was awesome and service was always with a beaming smile. Unfortunately for me, I did not get the name of the hostess who was especially nice to my son. She always had a smile on her face and was extremely pleasant. The concierge was informative and very helpful. He directed us to the best tour in the city.

Given its name and price, I have to say I'm a little disappointed with our stay. 20 years ago I'm sure this would have been a 5 star hotel, now it's showing wear and tear. Fixtures and fittings look rusted, bath looks worn and there are old stains in the carpet, to give a few of many examples. Onto the pros, the double room itself is basic but large which was ample for two of us.also the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location is super useful if you're planning on visiting the Olympia. If you are planning on staying I highly recommend including breakfast. Good quality, and excellent range of choices topped off with attentive service. Would I stay here again? If it had a decor update or was half the price, sure. Otherwise, I'll pass.
V. N.
The room was nice, clean and pretty straight forward. Breakfast was nice, offer good amount of variety of food. More than most of the other Hotel in Europe. Public transportation was far, about 15 minute walk to the nearest station, which can be a little tiring about a full day of adventure in downtown. So if you don't like to walk then highly recommend to book something closer to town or near subway station. My favorite thing was that there was a park near by, great for morning run. I believe is call "Holland Park"
J. G.
Staff are kind and very helpful. The breakfast is ok too. Most floors I've seen are fairly recently updated but the basement level could do with a bit if love. I think they spread the staff a bit thinly as I see them trying to juggle way too many things at times but that's not their fault at all

With a name like 'Hilton' we expected more.
We traveled as a group and certain people had more comfortable rooms then others.
We had a room on the 4th floor and it had some issues.
Bathroom ceiling has been mentioned before. You can't take a proper shower without having to squad.
The carpet in the room was loose and felt dirty.
Besides that we had a hard time sleeping on a matrass that was supported by just a wooden plank... I suppose some people prefer it that way... But it's strange nonetheless + it made quite some noise.
However on a positive note: the staff is very friendly and helpful and the bathroom was very clean.
B. D.
Review of hotel room only:
A LOT smaller rooms than expected.
Elevators are tiny. Can only take 2 or 3 at a time. Take stairs if it's busy. You'll save a lot of time.
Someone keeps trying to access my door.
Positives:
Great crew, clean and nice bathrooms.
A. B.
Very clean and well kept. Staff were attentive and accommodating. Breakfast was excellent - an incredible selection and quality for a hotel buffet. Transitting to the various sights was quite easy - mostly bus, as the one train station nearby doesn't have many lines running through it.
S. B.
Overall a lovely hotel and very pleasant staff.
The executive lounge was fantastic.
I would have liked more soundproofing in the rooms, I could hear a lot of street noise in my room, it was a if the windows were not shut properly, even though they appeared to be.
M. B.
To me this is probably the best Hilton around. Helpful and polite staff; Liked the reception arrangement, plus it feels cozy.
Clean rooms, updated bathrooms and appliances. Our room was really cozy and it had a nice vibe.
The breakfast is good and has a nice variety of foods to choose from.
There are a few things to check around the area too.
I would definitely visit again.
K. H.
Friendly staff, very clean. Room was really nice and spacious. The only downside is the shower over the bath because if you're taller that 5'6 then your head will be in the roof.😂
J. T.
Room not ready on check in. Given drink voucher at bar but never actually waited on for the drink. Spent an hour in total being told someone would be right with me. Room wad nice but service people knocking on doors a lot. Breakfast was great.
S. D.
Lovely Food and Drinks although pricey. The only complaint I can make is that the waiter took the wrong order for my Husband's meal lol 😁 xxx On arrival our accommodation wasn't ready so they upgraded to a bigger room free of charge and was given keys straight away. Staff very helpful and friendly too. Definitely would return and would recommend it highly. Xxx
S. H.
Good location if you don't want to be right in the centre of town. Not many great places directly around hotel but a short distance to Kensington high street. Good location for business travel. Comfortable rooms, great breakfast. Some of the best hotel staff I've met in the UK (particularly the breakfast staff)
S. H.
Walked from Earls court tube station, had a really comfortable night. The staff were great there was only a twin room left so they zipped the beds together and provided extra blankets on request. It was surprisingly quiet. We didn't eat so cannot comment on food but the in room menu looked nice with good choice. Ironing board, toiletries, flannels, bath with shower, hairdryer, coffee and teas with shortbread biscuits.
S. G.
Good hotel, a bit old, a bit frayed around the edges. The breakfast is good and filling, the staff are great, cleaning is spotless and you have tea/water in the room. For the business traveller's perspective I recommend a short stay. One big complaint- wifi accessability is inconsistent and annoying.
B. B.
The rooms are nice and clean. However, don't expect to be able to order room service quickly...I spent a good 30 minutes calling them continuously without any answer and had to leave my order with reception. Even after that, my food was lukewarm.
S. M.
Hilton never disappoint you at all. They are best at customer service and accommodation. I stay here for couple of days. Really enjoyed everything. Highly recommend... Reception, staff and food 🍲 is really awesome. Kudos to entire team
R. L. N.
Staff was very helpful. The executive lounge breakfast and dinner were tasty and very helpful. Carpeting seem to be a little tired at places. But my room was adequate.
B. S.
Very high standard hotel. Staff very helpful and polite. The room was very comfortable. Massive bed
Very clean. Good standard bathroom with shower. Breakfast was suberb
H. R.
Staff where lovely very helpful friendly but for a hilton it was not up to par. The room was not nice not very clean stained carpet only 2 plugs the toilet light wasn't working paint chipping away I found bugs on the window still. Where our room was it was very noisy cold and beds where rock hard.
J. S.
Very nice staff, all the girls behind reception are proper friendly, fit n all mostly. Reception and communal areas are well kept. Middle lift was broke whilst I visited. Didn't use the breakfast buffet as too busy with old farts mincing about. Room was basic but clean, tv has no usb input so cannot connect external hardrives which is annoying
M. K.
I stayed at this hotel for 7 nights in January 2020. In summary:
+ Friendly Staff
+ Smooth Check-in/Check-out
+ Good Location - Close to Westfield, Hamersmith and Highstreet Kensington.
- Dated Bathroom
- No Plug Next to Bed
- Small Room
K. M.
Service is great and amenities, cleanliness, etc are everything you'd expect from a Hilton. Property is a bit old, making it cosy but a bit cramped in moments - if I were much taller then I would have had my head in the ceiling when showering! May be due for a renovation soon, but given what they've got to work with, it was a lovely stay.
S. C.
The room was roomy and comfortable and clean, every interaction with the staff was pleasant. We had drinks at bar, which had a nice atmosphere and the staff was attentive, making sure that as new members if our party arrived they were served quickly.
M. R.
I did not stay at the hotel overnight but visited for an event during daytime. Staff were pleasant and helpful and we enjoyed the modern facilities in the hotel. Unlike some hotels, it was easy to find the event area without having to walk through many corridors. Best of all several buses run past the hotel or you can walk from Kensington High Street when the weather is good.
A. R.
Courteous, professional staff. Hotel was very clean and orderly. A delicious breakfast was provided.in all a great experience. It's location is central to many points of interest while in London.
A. T.
The room was nice and tidy. The bathroom was not as clean as it could have been though. Air conditioning was extremely loud and didnt work well. Staff were very helpful from providing london underground map, providing free adapter for the mains and printing out a boarding card. Breakfast was good with large variety. Meeting room was very stuffy though. After a full day i had quite the headache.
D. A.
Great rooms, wonderful toiletries and one of the best breakfast buffets I've ever come across! A huge range of choice and they also take requests. Perfect location if you're visiting the Olympia exhibition hall.
D. B.
For a Hilton hotel I was pretty disappointed with the level of service received. The staff said all the right things but you could tell they didn't mean in and just wanted to be left alone. The rooms are very tired and probably still the original fixtures and fittings from opening. On a positive note the breakfast was top notch.
T. K.
The hotel is great. Beginning with the hotel staff, they were all very friendly and skilled. The hotel has a very small gym room in the basement which is available 24h. The equipment is enough for a good cardio workout and the max dumbbell weight is 20kg. They also have an executive lounge and executive rooms for hilton honours members. Our room was spacious, clean and the bathroom was nice, too. WiFi is available for free or premium WiFi for GBP 15 per day. I really enjoyed the stay here.
D. C.
The hotel is fine and the staff looked after me well. The restaurant was reasonably priced for a hotel and the quality was fine. The rooms were at the usual Hilton standard. The location is good if you want Olympia, but it is a little distance to the underground, or you can connect via the London Overground.
R. S.
We stayed for lfcc, it was OK at this hotel, we won't be going back though. We turned up early and was able to check in which was great so we could go out early. First issue we had was that our room is right next to the service elevator and we could hear the door roll open and close alot. We thought it was another room opening a wardrobe and shutting it hard, it sounded like a plane going off, it was very very annoying. The first night it was a little warm so I put the aircon on, it was very cold when we got up and I tried to turn the aircon off and couldn't, I couldn't even change the temp or fan speed. We went into the hall and that was freezing too. When we left to go to the convention we told the front desk who said engineering will have a look. When we arrived back the aircon was off and the room was room temperature which was OK but I thought I would get hot in the night again but was worried that the aircon would break if I touched it so just had an uncomfortable sleep. The bed was uncomfortable and I'm not a bed snob, the pillows could have been better too. Back to the aircon, we went out to dinner and when we came back the aircon was leaking on the floor causing the carpet to become soaked, engineering came up and said that the pipe was disconnected from the fan. The bath had a rough bit to stop people slipping and that was filthy but obviously it couldn't be cleaned but anyway there seamed to be a bad stain on the taps too and I would have expected for the price we had paid to get an overhead shower not a shower pipe coming up the wall. The door didn't seem very secure when it shut either. The decor was quite old, I don't mean too old but everything in the room shouted 2005 at me, the wood sides, the bendy lamp for book reading, clock, tv, carpet, phone (which had missing buttons) and the view was appalling. The things that are good is the cleanliness that the room is left by the staff, how friendly they are, the breakfast, front desk, everything seemed well kept. This whole hotel needs a revamp, we are currently staying in the novotel down the road and the amount paid here would have been less but all was booked at different times but the style here is amazing. Sorry hilton but the amount I paid I expected a lot better. No offence to any other chains of hotels, but cheaper places (travel Lodge, holiday inn) have alot better decor. I want to do 2.5 stars.
G. J.
The hotel, while dated, was in a good location. Our room, a twin executive, was spacious and had everything we needed. The complimentary drinks, breakfast and canopies were of a Hugh quality and I would return here again.
G. T.
Room good, staff great. Breakfast selection good but i thought the breakfast food / drink was a bit tasteless. I was only there for 1 night and had dinner out so i can't really comment on other aspects of the hotel
H. A.
Rooms and staff we're very helpful. Issue with booking. Was told breakfast was included and it turns out it wasn't. Manager lied and said he never included breakfast. Other than that, our stay was fine
M. B.
Superb conference facilities overall - excellent food, friendly and engaging staff. Room was a great size but the audio quality from the speakers could have been a lot better.
Great place for a conference however.
M. K.
A nice hotel conveniently close to Olympia centre, booked for two nights with an excellent buffet breakfast suitable for everyone. The rooms were very nice but a little noisy with the traffic on Kensington High Street. Most of the traffic was muted apart from sirens.
B. D.
Very nice hotel. A close walk from the overground station. Bar and restaurant on site. Staff at breakfast were too keen and cleared my plates before I had eaten. Room was spacious for London.
N. H.
Average quality hotel, not close to 4 stars they advertise. Wi-Fi is not reliable, very difficult to get it working in the room. Even by reception area during busy times it was not easy to get online. Old infrastructure, the plumbing needs serous attention. The bathtub does not drain during shower so you have to stand knee deep in water, very unsafe. The toilet flushes once and when you have to wait good 10 minutes until you able to flush again - a big waste of valuable time, especially in the morning. Most of the front desk staff is helpful but we got two trainees who really could not answer any questions. The room cleaning service was even worse. The maid completely ignored our "do not disturb" sign, entered the room but the only thing which was done were maid beds. The garbage stayed in the waste baskets for three days and we never got any soap or shampoo replaced, had to take showers without them. The breakfast was the best part of our stay. It had great variety of food, including cereals, cold cuts, cheese, hot meats, fresh baked bread. Chef prepared omelets to order. Dinner food is overpriced. One scallop under a single strip of bacon cost 14BP. Fish and chips are a must to try in London and it was delicious.
N. W.
We enjoyed afternoon tea to celebrate a birthday. And the manager was so pleasant, helpful and attentive. We lingered to chat on the comfy sofas...recommend a visit.
D. T.
Fairly spacious rooms, good selection of breakfast items and polite and friendly staff. Only downside is some rooms are looking a little dated, and a lot of road noise from the busy road in front of the hotel
C. F.
Very close to Kensington Olympia for ideal home shows etc. Stopped for afternoon tea after and while the food was fine the service was slightly lacking. Server was pleasant but did not check in with us after serving so we eventually had to ask for tea refills.
B. T.
Room was small but I assume this is standard for London. Buffet breakfast is fantastic especially the vegetarian sausage and freshly squeezed orange juice. Very helpful staff.
J. T.
Hotel was decent, a little below average compared to the Hiltons I've stayed at in the US but clean and comfortable. Don't order room service though. We bought a pizza and hamburger from the hotel and it took over 30 minutes to get to us, and when it finally did it was almost room temperature and looked like something they would serve in a high school cafeteria. It was quite disappointing, even though we were really hungry. The location is about a 5 minute walk from Baron's Court Station, where you can catch the tube to almost any part of London.
D. K.
Location is great. Hotel is older, and we needed an extension cord because there is no outlet near the bed. Bus stops right at the hotel, and underground stop about .3 miles away.
M. h.
Very outdated decor in the rooms. Paid £165 for the night and had to pay an extra £12 for breakfast. Although breakfast was really nice would not stay again if I was not a hilton honors member
L. G.
Pros: great location with stores and restaurants in walking distance, good food, friendly staff, parking (that is expensive though) Room price was reasonable
Cons: small, dated rooms and bathrooms, hard mattress, tv channels suck, wifi was difficult to get in the room, front desk and room service don't answer their phone at night and worst of all a high pitched ringing noise in our room at night
Overall the location of this hotel and the fact that it had paid parking is what made it worth it for us. I would expect more from rooms at the Hilton. Although they were clean, they were very small and dated. All the extras such as parking, wifi, food, etc were expensive. The lobby area was very nice compared to the rooms. Again, the staff was very helpful and friendly. Slightly more updated rooms and a better mattress would've made this hotel much better. The price of the room was reasonable for the area. I would advise looking at the Hilton Kensington. It looks nicer and it's a little less expensive.
Update: the manager was very accommodating and moved us to another room. Our new room is much more spacious and the bed is more comfortable. It's still slightly dated but way more updated than the last. We appreciate the good customer service and being accommodated.
M. C.
Room was clean and nice but during the night it was chilly. Next mornig no hot water in the shower. One elevator was out of order so i used the stairways to the 7th Floor. All employes whered nice and friendly. As it was my firsth stay in this Hotel i likely would give a try to an other hotel for my next visit in London.
M. V.
Okay, but showing age. Rooms overlooking road and railway need better new soundproof windows. Air conditioning is noisy and is pointless as it does not work. Staff helpful and friendly. Going back later this week.
D.
Decor is pretty dated for an Hilton, staff is very attentive and rooms relatively clean but both the rooms and the building are in desperate need of repairs and refurbishment if they want to charge premium prices. I honestly saw better looking budget hotels. Besides that the view from the room is nice and the location very convenient if you're attending at any event held at the Olympia
G. S.
When you think of Hilton this is not what comes to mind. The place is just so old and stuffy. At no point in time during my stay did more than 1 elevator work. Furniture in rooms are worn. Carpet is ugh. The only saving Grace for this place are the employees, they are on par with Hiltons everywhere.
H. H.
Lovely hotel with lots of friendly and helpful staff. We totally enjoyed our weekend break and will surely be back again. Annie was fantastic. Highly recommended.
J. T.
Arrived to have our second room not ready yet at about 2pm, then arrived inside to find the AC out in our section of the hotel, and at night found one of our couch pull out beds broken. However with all that it was very clear the staff was doing their absolute best to accommodate us and others and thus why this isn't one star was the employees were frankly excellent.
J. T. K.
Not the best Hilton I have been to. Room decor is dated and the bathroom fittings were quite in need of a refurbishing. The breakfast was good, however the staff on the whole were subpar. Some were short-tempered and some could not be bothered to attend to much of what was needed. This is true of both the restaurant staff as well as the front desk staff. Also, the hotel is quite far from the nearest tube station, High Street Kensington; not an easy walk with luggage. That said, there are plenty of cabs available at the hotel itself, and the availability of oyster cards in the giftshop was a pleasant surprise. Not sure I would stay here again unless it went through a complete redo.
E. M.
Lovely clean room (deluxe room). Soft bed and warm temperature but not too much. The bathroom was ok, clean and spacious and the bathtub have the shower arm. The breakfast offers a lot of possibilities , continental , full english breakfast, bread and english muffins, a small sweets selection, cereals, porridge and other interesting things. In the hotel there is the possibility to take a relaxing moment ordering an high tea but you have to reserve it before you go (Unfortunately we did not do it... Hopefully next time). The hotel is near to the underground and to the beautiful Holland Park and, if you like, you can find a Costa coffee at ground floor.
D. L.
Overall, a good experience. Check in smooth and friendly, room clean and tidy. Slept well on bed. The only feedback I would offer is that I am tall and was difficult to shower. But all good
J. P.
This is a hotel in the Kensington area. The room we had was quite large. It is an older hotel but it's in reasonable shape. If you're going to visit the downtown area it is maybe a 20 minute to 30 minute Transit ride, so maybe a little far. I would stay in this hotel again if I wanted to be in that area.
B. S.
Very hospitable and positive reaction. They even upgraded my room, free wifi and granted me an early check in. Definitely great service. Definitely worth a return.
R. H.
This place is so much posher than where we're staying!! Plenty of staff about and clean. Used one of the meeting rooms and very pleasant
C. J.
Reception refurbished well, friendly staff, good breakfast. Room freezing cold, aircon poor, bed creaked and groaned to such an extent undisturbed sleep was night on impossible. Bedroom clean but very well worn. Hotel in desperate need of a refurb from first floor up. Great location for the exhibition hall.
R. I.
From my room being constantly cold to my tv not working, to the rooms feeling less than standard. Really a let down. The only great thing about this hotel was the awesome people. Lovely staff who smile and have a good convo with you every step of the way.
S. T.
The hotel room was lovely, we were able to have a room which had a nice, bright outlook onto the street below. Only stayed one night, but the breakfast was a nice buffet style with all the usuals; cereals, cooked breakfast, meats and cheeses, pastries etc.
The hotel is right next to the Olympia which is perfect for shows, however getting into central London can be a slight effort due to the nature of the Olympia tube station... Buses are ideal later at night when there is less traffic.
M. P.
The location is great but as a Hilton it's pretty shabby. Things don't work in the rooms, you can't stand up fully in the showers, and room service is out of whack. Might sound fussy but, for the price to stay there, you just expect more.
j. b.
Overall a good hotel. The rooms can be noisy as the windows don’t quite close properly. The food is good but the staff don’t seem as friendly and helpful as before. Good location to the Olympia event Center and the tube station for overground.
M. R.
Very nice and helpful staff who do their best to accomodate their customer's requests. New nice bathroom in the room, for once more than enough storage, very nice bed (once you remove the extra soft mattress topper). Plenty of bars, restaurants and supermarkets close by.
The downsides are small things but it's silly how uncomfortable the stay can get because of them: the nearest Tube station is very far, although I'm a keen walker. The room was freezing cold, no matter what I tried with the heating (although in bed it was warm enough). A very loud noise can be heard in the rooms on the first floor, from some air vent just outside the windows I guess?; even with good silicone earplugs we could still hear it and it made it difficult to sleep. Then the fridge...there are gaps for the products they sell you (it looks a bit like a small vending machine) and your card will be charged if you remove one, it seems. As a result, you can't keep any of your own things in the fridge...very inconvenient, and for no reason. This little fridge also has an engine that starts from time to time in order to keep the temperature right, as all fridges do...but it was so loud that it could wake me up. No way to switch off or unplug the little machine... Why the curse of being systematically unable to sleep when staying in a hotel? Then, one day, just before 5 am, fire alarm. 30 minutes at 9º in the street...someone had lit a cigarette in his room, apparently. Only that? What a big hassle...
Last, of the 4 days we stayed, someone knocked at the door and tried to open it with a card for a couple of minutes every day at different times, not seeming to hear any of our "One second, we are getting dressed". This happened up to twice a day. Once, ok...but so often? what could it be? Once dressed, there was no one at the door any more.
Oh I forgot...my contraceptive pills disappeared the second day; there were only a few left, so I guess the cleaning staff must have thought it was rubbish and thrown it away...fortunately, I wasn't at risk those days, otherwise, I might be in deep trouble now! That teaches me a lesson, though; to keep them with me rather than on the bedside table from now on.
V. L.
Very good location. Close to station and his stops. High street Ken shops are a short work. The decore and room isn't really worth the price. Dated look. Lift was playing up. Had to get someone up to fix the toilet. I doubt I will stay again there.
D. W.
Staff lovely but hotel rooms a little faded and walls thin. Could hear the staff getting cleaning equipment out of cupboard. Restaurant great and modern. A mixed bag really.
S. C.
Although it looks very traditional and 80s, and does need a revamp, I do like this Hilton. It grows on you while you're in it. For those who are Diamond Members it's a proper exec lounge, complete with a nice little food selection and a good variety of different drinks. You can even take big bottles of water back to your room with you, it's really nice!
I would recommend this one. While it may not be the best, it really does try to stand out as trying to stay true to the Hilton brand.
J. R.
Nice spacious room, decent sized bathroom. Clean/updated/fresh. Prompt and courteous staff. Very affordable and better deal than many/most places in London.
L. D.
Worth staying here and accessible to places like Hyde Park, Oxford circus and etc via buses. Convenience stores and food available down the street. Rent a bicycle to ride around the vicinity where you will get to see more things.
Room am staying are clean (including toilets) and spacious for the money spent.
P. S.
Nice and friendly staff. Narrow corridors. Nearest underground station is Barons Court, about 15 minutes walk. I was travelling alone, and the price was also a factor in decision making. That said, the Costa next door is a great asset. Staircases at floor level means carrying baggage to rooms may be an issue.
Otherwise a nice place.
I. J.
Just an overnight hotel for people travelling on package tours. Staff are pleasant enough. Don't expect complimentary water upon arrival in your room. Wi fi is free and works well.
I. M.
This is an odd hotel, and one of extremes. I'll start with the staff: some are wonderful, helpful, knowledgeable and really good. Others, while meaning well I'm sure, have an air of Manuel about them.
Next, the food. If you get what you want it's great, genuinely nice and well presented, but about half the time you get something else, which may contain the same meat as the meal you ordered, but that's where the similarities end. That's if you get your meal at all...
Finally, a word on the lifts. There are three lifts servicing 8 floors. This is simply not enough for the number of people moving through. Made worse when 2 of these are out of order for (as of the end of my stay, but probably still counting) four days. Which means that the remaining lift was always full and stopped on every floor whether you could get in or not. This meant I ended carrying a five year old up and down 6 flights of stairs multiple times a day. It was a better workout than the rather small gym though, so silver linings...
There is, behind a fire door, a secret staff lift which a kindly management type showed us, which works fine, but only goes to one floor per journey, so don't press two buttons or it gets a bit confused... And some staff shout at you for using it...
Saying all that, I can't give the hotel lower than three stars as the good is very very good, and if you're only there for a night, you'll be fine here. Just... Don't stay for longer.
E. K.
Be careful rooms are cold, you cant increase room temperature above 19 celcius. If you not accustomed to sleeping at cold room ask for additional heater. Rooms are clean, staff is nice.
R.
Pre-checked in online and chose the 8th floor with a view towards the fantastic London skyline. Service was great and the room was nice and spacious. The bath was a little dirty from what looked like a previously fitted shower mat but that didn't bother me. Only down side is that breakfast was not included in the price of £180 a night.
H. R.
It's decent but not the best. As a Hilton I expected more. The staff where lovely helpful friendly. But the room was awful old outraged stained carpet dusty missing light bulb in the toilet. I expected more.
Y. I.
Hotel as you would expect from Hilton. Rooms clean although a little outdated when compared to other chains. Staff helpful enough. A taxi from the tube station is probably a good idea or be prepared for a 15 minute walk. Didn't use restaurant so unable to comment on food.
T. G.
No idea about the actual hotel as we paid for a parking space in the garage to go to a nearby baby exhibition- the hotel lift from the car park was not clearly signposted resulted in me having to lift my buggy and 4 month old daughter up a fairly thin load of stairs!
a.
Staff really friendly and helpful but the rooms and facilities had nothing to do with the Hilton standards. And every time we’d flush the toilet it would make so much noise in the room.
R. K.
They dont remind on exit about parking. Rooms are not too great vs the price. Id say 3 to 4 star. Depending on the team working. The bar is great thought.
D. M.
The reception was lovely which give me a good feeling about the rest hotel. Sadly that was not the case it was tired and could do with some TLC. On the plus side it was close to the underground meaning the city is easy accessible.
V. L.
Lovely hotel and very welcoming and helpful staff. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Staff on reception and in the bar made us feel very welcome.
I. C.
The main reception and restaurant was nice but the room was a bit dated and could do with a refresh. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.
R. F.
The goodstuff: Attentive staff, courteous and very helpful. Fantastic breakfast. Good location.
Downside: Although fairly clean, the decor is very out-dated. Room size very small too.
M. M.
Hilton has always been one of the top hotels. Amazingly built hotel. Attended an event here. Only drawback was with the Hilton parking. With Capacity of very limited cars and overly expensive parking rates starting at £12 for 2 hours. Other than that it was all good.
D. B.
Great that it's per friendly, but the rooms are really tiny, quite hard to move around in. Nearest place to walk pets is Holland Park some distance away. Would be great if they could add a green area maybe on the roof.
S. K.
It is best option if you visiting or exhibiting Olympia London.
Breakfast is good served. Not tasted dinner. There is some traditional Persian restaurants around.
Room was clean, service was good. Typical Hilton.
A. C.
Nice spacious room, modern reception and bar area, really good evening meals and breakfast was brilliant, lots of choice. Only let down was how slow the staff are on reception, took a very long time to check in.
M. M.
Pleasant four star rating hotel next to Olympia. This Hilton has a myriad of meeting rooms, accessed by what appears to be a bit of a maze and deceptively larger than the eye first meets.
Busy because of location and there is an interlinking Costa coffee, a pharmacy next door. Street parking is available for max 4 hours in adjacent road (Russell road)
M. C.
We had a great stay. We were here for the Drag Convention at the Olympia convention I'm in a wheelchair and there were no issues at all. The staff are lovely and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.
N. B.
Lobby is great, rooms need refurbishment. Excellent location for Olympia, 2 mins walk and some casual restaurants. 5mins to overground and tube. Access to parking is excellent, under the hotel but at £37 per day is quite expensive. Hotel staff friendly though.
J. G.
Probably the most consistent hotel I've stayed in.
I have been staying in Hilton hotels across London 5 days a week for 2.5 years (Hilton London Kensington, Hilton Metropole mainly). Out of all of them, I find this hotel always has a good breakfast, a quiet executive lounge, decent sized rooms (with an upgrade available almost always as a diamond member), and pleasant staff.
There are three reasons why I don't stay here every week, and most of these probably wouldn't matter to most:
1. I walk everywhere, accept when it rains, and getting into my office from here is a wet walk.
2. The gym is small
3. The road noise can be horrendous on the front facing lower floors
M. W.
Very nice rooms generally. Not that close to a good tube station as Olympia isn't well connected, but there is a bus stop very close which goes right into the centre. My only issue is that I am a tall man, and the ceilings are low meaning that I couldn't stand up straight in the shower.
M. D.
Very outdated. Friendly staff but the rooms smell old, feel old and the bath is really past the good days. An update of the rooms would be welcome. Good breakfast with very kind staff
J. J.
Take in the fact that the building is not newly built they do try their hardest to keep up with modern amenities but with that said, Hilton locations have all been accommodating to me and my minimal needs and lack of USB ports to bypass electrical conversions is a tad bit dated. I love the electric kettle instead of a coffee pot.
B. D.
I agree with some of the positive comments rearding the nice contemporary reception and bar / restaurant area. However this hotel is very badly let down by the ageing appearance behind this as the roms are very tired and dated
The first room i was allocated was quite dirty and only ater complaining i was upgraded to a better room. However, it was still very tired and dated. For a so called 4 star hotel in London this falls way short of the mark and i have atayed in far better hilton hotels in london. Come on hilton, this hotel is in a prime location and crying out for a major refurbishment programme
G. b.
It was the first time I went to London for the Comic Con exhibition at the Olympia building.
So I had booked a room in the Hilton hotel that was only 227 meters away.
When I arrived at the hotel reception, I was received by three angels with the most beautiful and brittle smile I had ever seen.
Everything was explained very clearly and the entire crew was ready day and night for everything you asked for, and always with a smile.
The rooms are spacious enough and ALWAYS clean.
Because there was a heat wave there were three bottles of water in the room for FREE, not that it was really necessary because there is air conditioning in the rooms.
The three ladies at the reception reminded me immediately of the charly's angels, one blonde one dark and one asian lady (who spoke Dutch by the way) that was a pleasant surprise.
I was joking that they made me think of charly's angels, and when I left the hotel they all said "GOOD BYE CHARLIE" together, for me it was something that I have never experienced before and very special to me.
Yes, as far as I'm concerned, the entire crew deserves a good 10 out of 10!
I recommend everyone to go there and it is in a good place where everything is easy to reach, buses, train stations and taxi everywhere.
But remember don't mess with my angels or you mess with Charly.
I fell in love with London and the entire crew of the Hilton London Olympia.
Love you all ... Charly.
M. P.
Good hotel. Has everything someone would need. Staff were good. Could do with a bit of a style refresh but we had a good time.
I. M.
Staff were courteous and helpful, room size was good for London. However the hotel rooms and corridors are badly in need of refurbishment to match the standard of the lobby and bar.
O.
The receptionist was nice, bar is a bit expensive to my taste but ok. However room are classic but not that sound proof I could have hear room next to mine people talking and laughing
C. J. T.
What you would expect really. Best things were the fact we were allowed to eat kebabs in the bar after it had closed and the beds. Room was clunky. Lights hanging out of sockets and £12.99 for wifi access.
M. A.
Pretty nice hotel but the showers don't accommodate for talk people like myself. I have to slouch in the shower and got my hair caught in the ceiling tiles. It was quite an experience.
J. K.
It is a good hotel but for me Hilton brand isn't that great compare to other brands in Hilton group!! Nice location, executive lounge and good service.
T. O.
I find Hilton a bit boring because they are a little bit too standardised. However, this one has a really nice breakfast and the bathtub was deep enough to have a bath (which is nice for tired feet after a long day of walking). The staff was also very friendly. The hotel is literally five minutes walk from London Olympia which is very convenient if you attend an exhibition or a fair there as I did.
r. m.
This used to be a nice hotel but got a bit tired
Good to see they are investing in upgrades that are starting to pay off
Big hotel with huge bar and decent restaurant area
They have recently added an executive lounge which is nice
Rooms are okay for London - try to get a room not overlooking road as it’s noisy
Some nice restaurants nearby
Train station 4 min walk but tube is quite a long walk either shepherds Bush or Olympia
B. S.
Great hotel in handy location to Olympia. Stayed there during Great British Beer Festival. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Handy for all transport.
O. V. L.
quite convenient, rooms ain t that big but we didn t book the suite. We got a complimentary bed for the kid, helpfull staff , very close to busses and underground. will go back again
P. R.
Parking is too expensive, How can you justify the £ per hour? , Toilet Plumbing’s Needs Improvements, Reception staff need more training on Customers service management and dealing under pressure.
J. C.
Great location for me at the bottom end of high street Kensington. Rooms are a little dated but the reception and restaurant areas are modern. Staff extremely pleasant.
J. S.
Staff were excellent and hotel was generally very clean and as you'd expect from a Hilton. Breakfast ok, slightly cold. Dinner in the bar very nice.
A. N.
The hotel is ok.. breakfast is also nice. You can't get a proper sleep there because of the noise..there is a lot of noise coming from the main Street...
A. C.
Great hotel. The air conditioning works properly. We forgot one jacket but they kept it for us and I able to collect it the next day.
A. S.
Small and very dated rooms, with below average cleanliness. Loud and poorly insulated, long queues for breakfast (which in itself is fine).
B. M.
Restaurant was very good, staff were lovely and accommodating. Couldn't fully shut the Windows in the bedroom, so suffered from a bad night sleep. Otherwise would have made it to 5 stars.
T. H. (.
Not a great place. Rooms are small and on the old side. Breakfast is awesome and wifi sucks. Staff is decently nice but not memorable.
J. M.
Rooms are looking tired, carpet especially. Service is very good and great bar space to meet up with friends/colleagues.
Great location for Olympia and Kensington High Street.
M. G.
Restaurant, Lounge and meeting rooms were all well run. The buffet lunch prepared for our meeting was high quality. A good meeting venue.
W.
great location, friendly staff and decent room for the price. Nice decor. Really good 1 night stay.
P. D.
Rooms are a little tired and too much road noise but reception area is nice. Breakfast area too small and crowded, although food nice.
A. B.
Recently I stayed at hilton Olympia which is located in a very convenient place. It was just 10 min walk to High Street Kensington. Where you get lots of branded shops. Also it’s 10 min walk to Westfield mall. The biggest in london. Hotel is in a recently refurbished building. Hotel staff was very kind and helpful. The main restaurant and the society bar is a great place. I enjoy very much.
Regards
AB

This is one of the older Hilton hotels in London. It's at the far end of Kensington High Street and at least a 10 minute walk from a tube station. The nearby Kensington Olympia station is rarely served by the tube and most tourists would want to use High Street Kensington station which is 15 minutes away. However it is conveniently located for Olympia Exhibition Centre.
The lobby and restaurants have been redecorated in the past few years and feel more airy and modern. The lobby is nice and spacious with low sofas and floor to ceiling clear windows and mood lighting. There is a small business centre but apart from a cash machine, everything else is useless. The same can be said about the gym. Half of the lobby has been turned into a Costa Coffee franchise with gaudy decor, large faux-leather armchairs and slow staff.
The rooms are a decent size for London, and although it's newly redecorated they retain a dated feel. The bathrooms weren't refitted recently which adds to this issue. The road outside is exceptionally busy at peak hours which causes problems for some rooms.
Considering the distance from anywhere tourist oriented, the lack or the small size of the amenities and facilities, and the missing public transport options, you need to justify the reasons for staying here. The Hilton brand in this case is no indication of the level of service or comfort.
R. H.
Welcoming staff. Clean room, if in need of a little maintenance /decoration. Great location for olympia and Kensington. "Fitness Suite" could do with improvement as at the moment it is just 3 exercise bikes in a tiny room in the basement.
C. S.
In terms of Hilton hotels, this is not indicative of the brand. The room is relatively spacious for European rooms, but I find myself disappointed by the convoluted up and down motion of stairs required to reach a room once on the appropriate floor. The bathroom also smells of mildew.
A. S.
It was so clean and tidy. Had everything we needed to enjoy out night. And god the bed was comfy :)
A. W.
The place was a great anchor place to visit the palaces, museums and easy access to the underground. The rooms are clean and very tidy with very helpful staff.
r. t.
Great place to stay in the centre of some amazing eateries and central to some of the best places to visit , decor in the hotel getting a little bit tired but food and staff were excellent, very good value for money.
M. D.
Excellent service. I had asked Veronica to move us from a very far away room to a room close by the entrance of the hotel and she was very courteous to give us a room.
G. N.
We were woken up at 4.20am to a fire alarm and it took an hour to get us back into the hotel. No offer of an explanation or any type of compensation. They charge for wifi and my rooms air unit was broken during the week when the temperature was around 29°C with high humidity. First and last experience with Hilton unfortunately, but hopefully one day they will figure out what is and is not a priority to focus on as a business in the future.
A. M.
Lovely Staff. Great beds....
R. B.
One of the best Hilton around. Centrally located and walking distance from Olympia exhibition centre. Used to stay here during the BETT exhibition. Professional and courteous staff. Neat and clean rooms. Cozy ambience and serene atmosphere. Walking distance from a variety of restuarants. All in all a good experience and definitely recommended for people attending exhibitions at Olympia exhibition centre.
A. H.
Room was a little dated but the hotel was nice and the breakfast was good. Staff were also very helpful and friendly.
M. A. S.
Public areas and service very nice, had good time at the bar. Corridors and rooms look a bit dated. Perfect location for overnight stay.
X. O.
Great place with super friendly people.
S. H.
Hilton Olympia London is the best in London. I have stayed there numerous times. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I give them my sincere thanks and the highest possible recommendation. Many thanks indeed, Stephen
A. H.
The hotel is nice and clean but its a bit old, its near the city center (~20-25 minutes away from kings cross). It's 2 minutes away from the bus stop (no near underground stations though) and the staff was nice and helpful.
C. L.
My stay went like clockwork. I prepared in advance a long list of attractions and events I wanted to visit - starting from Kensington Gardens of course. My hopes rested in covering at least half of the list. I cannot believe I actually covered over 90% of it. Had it not been for the excellent transport links and the precision of the staff, I would never succeed.
g. c.
Not the most updated place for a hilton
S. L.
Great place for afternoon tea. Lovely selection of cakes. Free parking on side road after 1.30pm on a Saturday and Sunday
M. L.
Well equipped central hotel close to huge shopping malls, exhibition centers and metro stations. Helpful staff, reasonably priced rooms , lots of breakfast options, actually a decent hotel appropriate for business people and not only
H. K.
The hotel is chic downstairs but the rooms do not keep the same standard. It's good for a central location
K. K.
I was a bit disappointed by the standing of the room. Too noisy. But the staff did its best to accommodate us, which was really a journey saver :)
D. P.
It says four star but not really, it's probably 3 star though it's a high standards. The cleanliness and service is good with Costa Coffee on premises and a gift shop as well where u can get travel or oyster cards and anything one needs when away from home including sovereigns even. Great location with many places and shows near by to visit.
S. B.
rooms appear but dull intitially but once settled in feels ok, good breakfast, it's close to many venues so is pretty busy place
M. L.
This hotel is near to Hyde Park and easily accessible to bus stop but a little far to the nearest subway station which heads to the city centre (District line). The hotel room is comfortable, but the water pressure of the shower is very weak.
E. F.
Nice clean room. Good restaurant. Just a short walk from the train. Looking forward to staying here again.
M. N. C.
Good mix of small plates and larger meals. Tasty food and good service. Seating not totally suited to a sit down meal and we found the area cold.
D. H.
Lost my £40 train ticket whilst here for a teacher conference. Only realised right before leaving in the evening. Mad panic but it had been handed in and staff were so understanding helping me to track it down! Wonderful employees!
G. H.
A little expensive for what you get but the location is ideal for business. Room was clean but reception couldn’t sort out the Wi Fi for me.
b. g.
Reception was awesome. Parking was treacherous no space to move much. Room was ok but hallways felt tight and dated.
J. D. (.
Really courteous staff. The hotel is kind of aging and some of the rooms are old. The service is okay.
M. M.
Such a lovely hotel. Loved the Afternoon tea and the staff were very attentive. Definitely would recommend
V. T.
Older hotel and not very close to a tube stop but great staff. About a mile walk to a large indoor mall and about 0.5 miles from the closest tube stop. Rooms are very small. Nice cafe attached.
B. w.
Good location for the olympia
on business again, and doing a show at the Olympia. It's a great location for those who are exhibiting or visiting the Olympia......however it seems a little out of the way.
I used trip advisor to find some local places to eat, but whether its because I am tired or due to the weather it just felt somewhat secluded, and away from the "life of london"
The hotel itself is nice, not a terrible price for london, though I've had a lot better for a lot less in other parts of the country.
The staff are friendly and all in all, it has just been a very average experience, that maywell be more down to me, though certainly nothing blew me away.
A. M.
Clean, spacious rooms. Helpful reception staff answered all of our questions. Superb breakfast cooked to order.
N. U.
The view from room 228 is non existing but it was clean, staff is nice and provide good service. Bed is comfortable however the rooms are not sound proof.
R. J.
15 min walk from west Kensington underground station. Wheelchair access. The conference room was a good size, but was a little chilli at times. A buffet lunch was provided which was good.
C. S.
Good service, clean. Well located. Numbers down due to Covid. They will remain open for business during this lockdown.
H. N.
The room was lovely and clean. Good location. The lifts are a bit rickety though! That would be the only minor gripe
K. C.
I was visiting a friend staying there. Room was ok but not great. pretty clean, beds were fine. Elevators were excruciatingly slow
S. G.
Very convenient for Olympia but looking dated in the corridors & bedrooms! Dining room is beautiful and staff very helpful!
L. B. D. L. C.
Nice place , near from center, well communicated by bus, train , etc....
We will repeat soon. Perhaps rooms are little older but we come on holidays, not for living all day in hotel!!!!!
L. A.
Customer service on point never had a dull moment especially the people in the restaurant.
The rooms are too outdated dents marks and everything.
nice location, restaurant etc - rooms are horrible.
corridors felt like i was in a horror movie.
E. K.
Well decorated hotel.
M. O.
I didnt personally stay at this hotel however i was there when a friend was checking in and it looked to be a nice hotel however the staff unfortunately were a let down, quite rude and and made you feel like your not really wanted there, so this wont be a hotel i will be looking to book.
T. B.
Older hotel but still very comfortable, perfect location right off Kensington high street. Good value for the area.
D. V.
The front desk is very friendly and cater to every need. Hilton international hotels do an amazing job. US sites need an executive lounge similar to abroad.
J. J.
I want to say that the kitchen and restaurant and the restaurant staff was incredible. Complimentary continental Breakfast was delicious, the selection amazing My special thank you to Samir. My daughter and I miss him dearly, he is such a beautiful person and treated my little girl like a princess, Shamir was so attentive to us and everyone around us. Hilton is very fortunate to have Samir.
Hugs to you Samir, from Tatiana and Josie from Las Vegas!
J. C.
Alright location, good sized rooms, good service. Decor could do with an update, smelt slightly of damp but no real complaints.
s. h.
Busy hotel on a noisy road. Staff are great.
Rooms are clean and I would recommend the breakfast.
A. H.
Great location. Safe. Close to buses that can connect or take to attractions. Great breakfasts with booking option.
T. I.
The Hotel is pretty good and close to the olympia exhibition and conference centre. The hotel has got one of the best breakfast I have had and also it has ample paid and free parking on weekends
N. R.
It is in the middle, between Barons Court and Hammersmith Tube Station. Take the bus from either to the hotel for less walking. There is a Tesco if you take a right from the front door; across the street, where you can buy water, fruit, sandwiches, groceries, etc. for much less than the street vendors. Plenty of pubs, restaurants and shops close by and a very nice neighborhood. It was unusually hot and humid this trip so it was too warm for me in the room, but that was not their fault but the weathers. The concierge and desk staff were very helpful and nice enough to help me with any request I had. I would definitely stay here again.
R. M.
The air conditioning and the hot water in the bath did not work well.
Breakfast buffet is excellent but it was fully crowded early in the morning.
H. A.
We’re been in hotel in 1998.
M. H.
The room was small and hot. The bed was moderately uncomfortable. The staff, however were very welcoming and helpful.
N. Y.
Quality accomodation, convenient location for commuting on foot to Hammersmith, and a smart executive lounge. Downsides are that the Overground services are infrequent from Olympia - leaving you somewhat disconnected with central London - and that access to the lounge past 20:30 requires making a special request to the front desk.
D. M.
Decent hotel, it's nothing incredible, a little dated. It's also very big, you're certainly not the only guest! Much better options in the same price bracket though...
L. P.
Nice place with friendly staff. A bit annoying not to get the room I booked though. Restaurant was lovely
B. B. M.
To be fair, the level of the hotel, being an Hilton, is not that good. Toilets are old, the last day there wasn't hot water for a shower, and the water comes out very slowly.. I wouldn't recommend..
M. H.
Good location and meeting rooms. The staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs. I would go back.
K. R.
Great location for a visit to London. Good value and wonderful service. Well equipt rooms. Amazing choice for buffet breakfast.
M. M.
The only person in costa that I would give 5 stars to is to a girl called Safaa because she makes the best coffees and today I went to get a Cordero but a small girl made it taste like a cappuccino then when I said I wanted to return it she started to talk a lot and said silly stuff and then the lady called Safaa came with a nice smile and asked what was the problem I told her the story and she made another one still with a smile on her face and a heart on the coffee then when I asked who was the manager the person that made the cordato tase like cappuccino was the manager then after the lady started talking in her language I think it was Indian and started laughing with another girl please sort out your staff thank you
J.
Very happy with the hotel. We where particularly impressed with the executive room where you can relax and have free food and drink.
S. Y.
The room I stayed was next to the air ducts and there was a rat body next to my windows.. It is also getting old. But other than that, staff are nice and location is not too bad.
G. S.
Accessible location from Earls Court (15 minute walk), Kensington High Street (10 minute walk) or Kensington Olympia right next door. Great staff, high class presentation and decor. Lovely lunch great for a professional or business event.
J.
Great service service, rooms were a little tired but very comfortable. Executive lounge was great, free drinks and snacks.
J. K.
Great service, trustaworthy staff. Surprisingly good food at restaurent. Very simple room. Surprisingly simple room.
R. D.
Good hotel and welcoming staff. Some rooms a bit dated given the expected standard of a Hilton but they are being refurbished
D. T.
Went there to have a coffee at costa. Was a nice enough experience but quite busy at the time we went. Would recommend it if you are in need of a coffee in the area but because its a hotel it can get quite busy
J. P.
They took good care of me when my other hotel lost my reservation. Well priced and well located.
M. H.
Decent hotel in central Kensington. Close to a good bus route.
The hotel lobby is very smart, but the floors above are dated, shabby and in need of a little care and attention.
Rooms have all you need (safe, free WiFi, ironing board, hairdryer, bath and shower, Fri, tea and coffee making facilities, etc) but are fairly small and with next to no views (see photograph!).
