Reviews of Holiday Inn Express London - Earl's Court, an IHG Hotel

Generally it was okay. One bed light was not working. Maybe I am used to staying in the US Holiday Inn Express hotels. There was no microwave, no fridge in the room. In the US they come as standard. There are no USB charging ports. They list a fitness center in the amenities but when I asked is they said they don't have a fitness center but they were near fitness centers that you have to pay to use. The American Holiday Inns have heating units in the room and this one did not have. The breakfast was decent. They even had plant based milk for breakfast. The staff was friendly. Despite all this I would stay at this hotel again. The bus stop was one minute away. It is close to an underground train station.

The holiday inn express at Earls Court was a delightful surprise. I changed to this venue last minute as it was more convenient location wise. As soon as I arrived I felt the warmth and relaxation due to the demeanour of the staff who …

The hotel and staff were really good, car parking was a bit of a nightmare due to there being only 16 spaces! We managed to book it ok but our friend did not because it doesn't show up on the app! …

After 5 hours of travelling we really appreciated the fast, efficient, and friendly welcome from Cecilia and Janet on our arrival. They had everything prepared for our stay, the room was ready and waiting, including the Gold Elite benefits …

A good hotel in a good location - 5 minutes walk from West Brompton underground station. Rooms are clean but bathrooms are a little tired and need refurbishment. Bed was clean and comfortable. …

Absolutely lovely staff. Place was clean, breakfast not too bad at all. Decent price for London too. Not far from the tube either. All in all a good experience.
C.
Great location for a long day stroll in london. very accessible tube station. It would be nice to increase the choices for breakfast. Very clean room but too small for a double bed and a sofa bed and the table is too small too. cannot accommodate the 4 people.

Stayed here for a few days end of June.
The exterior of the hotel was pretty run down but the interior was clean and modern.
Rooms where clean, the bed very comfortable.
Air conditioning worked well, l didn't fancy the breakfast much but served its purpose.
Only negative was that when l tried to book accommodation for a few weeks time the website said that the hotel was closed.

Needed a comfortable accessible hotel in London for a busy weekend. This place was just the ticket. Service very good and a great bed. Clean and very near 4 tube stations and lots of buses. Brilliant

On a very busy weekend the staff were out and actively keeping the breakfast room going. Only 1 coffee machine is not enough for such a big hotel.

Although our stay went without any hiccups it was a very small room. I have stayed in other holiday inn express hotels with bigger rooms.
Also the room was extremely tired and in need of a facelift. …

Holiday Inn seem to have a good choice in front house staff. We have always been well greeted at arrival and during our stay. Rooms meals and cleanliness have never been an issue. I would well recommend holiday inn to family and friends, great service at a great price. Well done holiday inn.

I stayed here for a couple of nights. The room was ok apart from the awful pillows. They were very lumpy. I did not get a good night's sleep. Breakfast was included some hot items as well as a cold selection. I missed having any hash browns.

Lovely hotel, clean with modern Amenities, staff were very polite, friendly, always willing to assist and greeted one at all times. Typical Holiday Inn amenities - free WiFi, complimentary buffet bfast, nice Location though for me, a bit far from all the underground stations - Brompton Rd, West Kensington, Earls Court as most are like 8-10mins walk. Late check out for Club members of 2pm was really appreciated.
The only downside I experienced was the fact that the Heating didn't work over the 2days I was there. That was really a big let down, as the room was exceptionally cold and unbearable .When ì complained, they offered an electric hester.
All in All, a very relardķ⅘

This hotel is in a really good location outside of the congestion zone and easily accessible. Two tube stations are close by which was convenient. The hotel room itself was quiet and ideal during the pandemic. Our room was clean and well …

We had a lovely stay in June. It was easy to find and the car park (easily booked via Just Park) was conveniently close and safe.
The reception staff were all very friendly and helpful. We had a few questions …

Close to the metro, helpful staff, very clean rooms and hotel, multiple sockets in the room with USB ports. Comfortable bed. Mild urine smell in the toilet, possibly the floor around the toilet needs a bit more deep clean but my stay generally was very good for a budget hotel. The price was also very good. In all enjoyed my stay.
C.
Very accessible to tube station. It would be nice if more options for breakfast. The only downside is the table is too small for 2 adults and 2 children otherwise the room is clean. Overall it’s ok

I had a meeting in the city then a meeting near to Fulham. I had a great stay at the HIE Earls Court. I found the staff there quite superb, and I loved my stay there so much I stayed an extra night.

From the friendly welcome to the tasty breakfast the hotel is great for a good value break. Only slight downside is the 10/15 minute walk to the nearest tube stations and good eating/drinking places.

Staff are welcoming and helpful. Convenient hotel but expensive for what is on offer. Not a totally bad experience but could do with minor tweaks

Good stay.
One member of staff was outstanding and very accomodating.
Ricardo is a credit to your hotel.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are a good size and well equipped with iron, mini sofa, a lot of towels and a comfortable bed. Breakfast is buffet style with a bit of everything.

Clean rooms, quiet hotel, despite being very busy. There were plenty of options at breakfast. The staff kept everything well stocked.
The hotel has put a lot of effort into making it as COVID-safe as possible.

I came here for a nights stay and was really satisfied with the room, customer service, and breakast. Although the bathroom felt a bit weird as its style was quite open which i guess thats just how the hotel is, but apart from that I …

A great team at this hotel who really went out their way to make sure we had an excellent stay! Perfect location close to Westfield shopping mall, restaurants and bars which the team kindly assisted recommending a lovely restaurant and booked a table for us. The hotel was very clean and COVID safe.

Great shower room OK but the television couldn't be operated with the remote and was locked onto BBC 1

I've used this hotel for business many times, so it was nice to use it for a leisure trip after a big gap (lockdown). The staff are really good and friendly, and if you're looking to be able to go into London, or down to Wimbledon, and also …

We had a lovely and very comfortable stay at the hotel. The hotel took exceptional measures for protection against covid and staff were very pleasant and helpful. I would definitely visit again and recommend to others.

I especially appreciated the wake-up call in the morning, which was because the morning staff had heard that I was due to be checking out around 4 am. I was greeted with a takeaway breakfast in a bag which was perfect thought I needed and …

I called reception and found out I got the breakfast end time wrong so missed it but Carolina said she will give me some nice things in 5 minutes. Sure enough she was there at my room door with a tray full of goodies and the personality of sunshine. Thank you so much for making me happy. The room and bathroom were both clean & was quiet so I wasn't bothered by sounds in the night at all. I saw an ironing board in the corner but I didn't need it. Can I suggest hair dryers in rooms please?
G.
Really good value for money, close to city centre, the room was clean and the bed really confy.
The bathroom was big and clean, and the breakfast had a lot of choices.
I would definitely recommend.

My wife and I took our two kids for a trip to London and stayed here. The service was excellent. The room was really clean and fresh, if a little cramped for 4 of us. But the price was great and the team made a great effort with breakfast too, making it a nice experience despite the Covid restrictions.

Staff were excellent and accommodating.
Rooms are out-dated and old and require refresh in-line with other HI Express around the country. …

The staff are extremely helpful , friendly and very easy to talk to. With our stay we had free breakfast included, the food was excellent; there was a huge variety of options... The hygiene levels where clearly something that is valued, especially with this COVID situation (social distancing rules were in place).

Very accommodating breakfast staff during this pandemic. Clean hotel and room. Safety measures in place didn’t put me off my stay. Comfortable and quiet nights sleep although bed was a little hard for me.

Again what can I really say but I have never been let down by the staff at the Holiday Inn Express – Earls Court and they really do their best to make my stay a worthwhile stay. I’m running out of words to state how happy I am that I have a …

Great hotel, rooms are lovely, clean and spacious. Bathroom is impressive!
Location is the only downside, despite being surrounding by affluent areas such as Fulham, Chelsea and Kensington it’s located in a little slither of a run down part of the area. There’s a hell of a lot worse places in London though and our stay was so incredibly cheap.
Staff were fantastic too.
