Just checked out and we have had a lovely stay. The staff were excellent. From check in to breakfast staff and then the manager and assistant working the morning were all great and we can not praise them enough. Welcoming and friendly and couldn't do more for us. Happy happy customers. Breakfast was good with a big selection. Rooms were very clean spacious and there I everything you could possibly need. We will come back.

This hotel was spotless, the rooms were great, the beds were comfortable. I’m always very picky about the bedding and these were pristine. Free breakfast in the morning had decent options, espresso/coffee machine was nice. Private car park garage was great to have as I left my car there whilst traveling London and felt safe leaving it. The staff was all wonderful and helpful. Pedro (manager I believe) went above and beyond to help us out. 5 stars! Will defo recommend and stay again if needed.

Great staff and customer service and room we were given was a decent size.
Is by a main road, though if you request a room at the back it is very quiet.
Breakfast is included.
Very close to DLR so good for connections and walking distance to Canary Wharf for lots of pub and restaurant options.

Stayed for 1 night in a twin room with my daughter to visit the Titanic exhibition across the river. Had everything we needed in the room, it was really nice. Breakfast included was very good, didn't expect hot food, scrambled eggs, bacon, beans, sausages etc. Along with toast, croissants, yoghurts, cereals and fresh fruit. So impressed for the price we paid. Would stay again

Overall ok, check in was at 3 pm and we arrived a bit early so room wasn't ready. As we didn't want to waste time we went out sightseeing and returned only after 9.30 pm. Unfortunately room was very cold, they did not turn the heating on so it was bit uncomfortable...and we didn't feel like taking a shower 😥. Breakfast was decent. You pay 20 pounds for 24 hour parking but staff was nice and allowed us to leave the car in the car park even after we checked out and went to enjoy Winter wonderland

Overall it was a good place to stay for a few days. It’s close to Excel London and it was booked for this criteria. It’s very clean in general but the rugs would need a deep vacuum. Rooms are really small for the given price but if it’s a short stay, it’s ok. Heating is electrical and it’s either off or on and even on minimum you wake up with 26 degrees if you leave it on. Breakfast is British style with not a lot of options.

This hotel is clean, with everything you need. A little out of the way to city center. The outstanding part of my stay was the staff. Everyone working there were friendly. Particularly the reception staff. Mansur helped organise my travel plans each day. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable.

This hotel is a good option for visiting the sights in London and closer than Docklands where we normally stay. It is very clean and the staff are very helpful and welcoming. The breakfast is plentiful and there are enough options to …

Big room lovely place but no water and wide range of condiments just coffee . No body cream shower gel was nearly finished. Had to pay 20 pounds for onsite parking but the good side is its 24hrs not per night. Not attractive after the charge for stay maybe a more subsidized fee because we paid for stay already.

We stayed for 2 nights and the staff were very friendly and polite. The hotel and our room was very clean. The breakfast was amazing, lovely fresh food with lots of variety. The tube station is only a 5 minute walk away which is great. The car park is a bit on the small side but it was secure and I was happy my car would be safe.

Standard basic rooms, which provides what you need if you are looking for a place to rest whilst visiting London. Good breakfast served for all guests. Good management and staff.

We stayed here from June 26 to Jule 10 2021. It is a beautiful place with beautiful people. One of them is Madalina. And her smile was hit us right into our hearts. She was so nice, so respectful, and benevolent. And every morning was like sunshine because of her :)
Thank you for that warm welcome.
The hotel is close to the center, so getting to the main landmarks won't take too long. It took us about 20-30 minutes to get to the London Tower on foot.
It's worth mentioning breakfast. It doesn't change a lot, but you get a wide range of dishes, so you won't get bored with it, and it's tasty.
In comparison with Hotel Inn in Southwark, these rooms are quite modern.
All in all, if you choose a place to stay, we can highly recommend staying here.

Very nice place to stay, and the staff is UNBELIEVABLY helpful and nice. The location is really amazing, with buses, DLR and C2C trains serving the area. Definitely worth recommending

We stayed here as a family for a few days sight seeing and doing activities in London. We had a double room which was clean, tidy and although very basic it had everything we needed. We had the option to have our rooms cleaned and we were …

Check in staff were good, Delroy very good at sparking conversation. Felt like a person and not being handled by robot like I usually feel. 1 out of 2 breakfast servers were good. Good location and transport links, parking costs reasonable …

Stayed at their few branches in several places including this one. This time came here with wife, 20 months old son and younger brother. The staff is very friendly and helpful with professional service especially the night front desk staff Handsome young gentleman Mr Malzar, Rufino and another generation on second night. All of them were very much helpful and kind. Mr Malzar offered me to use their restaurant table for my takeout dinner both nights and provided us extra pillows, dinner plates cutlery’s glasses waters. Reheated our food and kid milk at their kitchen. Provided us two rooms next to each other on the same floor. I’m pleased with the all new staffs on this visit. Although in morning breakfast another lady kitchen staff willingly offered us to ask her if we need anything else and she boiled our milk and served on the table for cornflakes. I’m really happy with their customer service. Will see you all soon again when we visit next to london from west wales carmarthen.

Slightly cheaper than hotels like Hyatt for similar sized room.
Room is has ample space for all the luggage and seemed pretty clean.
Breakfast is always included, not many options for veg (veg sausage, beans) other things include (toast, tea, coffee, cornflakes etc)
Basic double bedroom room does not have a mini-fridge

From first entering the hotel the staff all had smile and a sense of humour that put you at ease straight away. It smells nice and is clean and tidy always. The rooms are spacious clean and comfy. Breakfast was a little unusual due to …

Good hotel friendly staff. Manager on the day was brilliant. Good access to Bus and limehouse train station nearby. Good variety for breakfast.
A. S. A. A.
Nice staff, good price, clean room, and location not far from the subway station of Limehouse that can connect you with the city.
I rented their family room (supposed to be enough for 3 people) for me alone, I would say it is good for 2 persons max. The internet is reasonable.
1. No fridge in the room so you can't keep any simple groceries
2. No safe box in the room, so you have to carry all important things with you all the time when you leave the hotel.
3. The electric kettle can be better. I suggest they replace the current cheap plastic one with a better quality or with stainless steel kettle.
Thanks

Staff are very friendly and helped when needed. The breakfast was good and plenty of it ( maybe mushrooms and fried eggs would be good with a full English) Rooms are comfortable but a bit of a squeeze for a family of 4. Hotel is as short …

The hotel was clean and friendly. It was perfect fir our stay, to attend an awards ceremony. Would want better options for breakfast if was staying for more than one night.

One of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The staff were so accommodating, friendly and warm. I want to also acknowledge Pedro, a member of staff at reception who went the extra mile in helping me get food delivered.

Good location close to train station. Great staff, friendly and very helpful. Clean comfortable room with a good breakfast included.

We had driven down from way up North and had previously enquired about parking. Was advised parking was available on first come first served basis and couldn't be reserved. My friend is disabled and I needed assurance I could park the …

Friendly staff and you can order in using a very useful website from the lobby. Daily house keeping.
Family friendly and close to various attractions.
S.
I can't fault the hotel. My family enjoyed their stay. I would suggest biscuits or chocolates by left on the table in the family room. The breakfast was good, staffs were friendly and nice. The hotel is very close to the train station which makes it easier to move around. I will definitely stay again.

Staff are super friendly and helpful.
Hotel is well cleaned in communal areas and everyone mindful of Covid procedures. …

All Staff were fantastic , very welcoming and helpful, cleanliness of the room was fantastic and everywhere, breakfast was good and constantly being cleaned would definitely recommend, parking was £20 for the 24 hrs which in London was good I’m not used to the Extortionate London car parking prices being from Kent lol we was in a family room I am super picky about cleanliness and I was very happy bedding was not stained and smelt lovely and the towels put my mind at ease had a great night sleep with the blackout curtains even had a lay in which is unusual for me would definitely stay here again .

The usual high standards from an Ihg hotel. The o ly negatives were in the toilet. The tiling looked tired and the position of the toilet pan was very close to the doormen there was plenty of room to move it away.

The rooms are clean. Bathrooms are clean. Friendly staff. Breakfast is not bad. There's no fridge in the rooms, no room service, no concierge #whew. The staff I spoke to said it's because it's an express lodging. So basically, I guess it's meant for short/brief stays.

I had booked this hotel for my family members and they loved their stay. They were fully satisfied with the professional service, room and friendly staff. Now I have again booked this hotel for another stay. Special thanks to Aline Cayres, Reservations Supervisor who was very humble and kind in assisting me with my reservation request.

Stay at this hotel every week. staff are curious and friendly, rooms are clean and roomy. AC needs upgrading. in general a very well run hotel with helpful staff.
D.
Good size room 5 minute walk to station. Friendly staff on reception who let me check early which was appreciated. Car parking on site was a bonus. Nice powerful shower.
Only downsides were - the bed
J. F. (.
General good hotel, rooms are clean if not a bit dated, the breakfast was included but a very small selection with a very small "non English breakfast" selection. Make sure you get your parking registered correctly, Or you will get a ticket from Parking eye to deal with, We paid and still got a ticket as the hotel entered the wrong date on the system so that is under appeal at present
M.
Nice stay, although on a main road room was quiet, also clean and comfortable. Breakfast was poor with few choices, poor quality and poorly cooked.
On morning of stay one lift was out of action, so quite a wait for the one lift and a lot of people used the stairs.

Cheap/affordable hotel, stayed as a family of 4, had a double bed and a sofa bed, room size small but adequate for our needs. Requested for extra pillows and got them within 5 minutes. Quiet and had a good night sleep. There is …

Great staff and correct for the low prices offered (but be careful the car park is expensive). Family rooms are a little small and but it is ok when it is for few nights. The biggest problem was the room temperature: very hot in winter, we must open the windows, the clim settings are not working.
Bonus: Good English breakfast include !
R.
The hotel is close to train station and around half hour walk from tower bridge. Bathroom was fine however family room was not adequate in size for family of 4 and virtually no room to walk around. Sofa bed was quite uncomfortable even …

super quick check in with all the relevant info. nice big room, decent breakfast.
couple of quibbles: room heating controls were difficult, and the breakfast choices could have been more extensive
B. C.
Words can not Express our stay here everything was wonderful especially all the staff day and night we were made feel so welcome
Nothing was a problem when we needed anything
Everyone was so helpful and so polite
It's a great location for a visit yo London only 15 mins away from city airport we definitely would stay there again

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing، I had a wonderful experience at the (Holiday Inn express ).
H.
Great customer service from the staff. Rooms have very comfortable beds and the hotel was very clean in every area. Breakfast items were well stocked and the coffee was great.
S. L.
A little maintenance needed in the rooms. Beds quilt and pillows all comfortable. Decent breakfast.
D.
Room was very clean, excellent breakfast with take away option. Staff was very helpful and customer friendly. Overall, good value for money. I have already booked my next stay in another location of holiday inn express for this weekend.

Was ok for a budget hotel. Area a bit sketchy where it is situated. Staff friendly enough. Plenty to choose from at breakfast. Car park not very big. Was lucky to find space especially after paying £20 per night for it. Most hotels give guests free parking so Was a bit dissapointed at that. One thing I did notice is security did regular patrol of carpark so that's a bonus. Rooms clean enough.
N.
Hotel is in a good location and the rooms are clean, bright and have all the comforts you'd expect but the road noise is not very well insulated which can lead to a disturbed night's sleep.
t.
Loses 1 star because breakfast wasn't too good location not too good either, difficult to locate from Euston Station. Requires changing trains. Also had noisy guests adjacent to my room. Didn't want to kick up a fuss was there 2 nights room 414. Other than that clean and lovely staff.
M. P.
Decent for a short trip. Family room is more like a twin room, far too small for a family of 4. Breakfast was good.
T. M. M.
The skills shown by Norman and Rafino at the bar is quite appreciable. They keep it in highest quality of hygiene and are friendly to customer. Really recommend this place.
J.

Complimentary breakfast is becoming a bit outdated,Slow wifi, time to upgrade the plan.Would still give them the budget and pocket friendly stay though...But times are changing, to stay in the game, you should bring in more valie adds.

Limehouse HIE is well located to DLR and perfect for access to City and to Canary Wharf. It also is clean, comfortable, friendly and modestly priced
T. K.
Nice hotel, simple and comfortable, only didn't give it 5 stars as someone was smoking on my floor which made everything stink. Reported it to reception but they didn't seem concerned.
A.
Decent stay but not worth the money. Polite staff. Being an IHG member had no advantage. Welcome points were not worth the points I spent.

We came up from Cornwall for a one night stay to visit family en route to the north. We were struck by the great value, with a cooked breakfast and parking included. It can be difficult to find parking in the London area. …

Room was a bit small. We stayed in the hotel for 5 nights and the breakfast became a bit boring because the hotel only serves same breakfast every morning.

Walking distance to the train dlr station. Staff are helpful and friendly. Love the idea of having a security makes me feel safe and the rooms are clean and the breakfast has a variety of options to choose from. Just the parking is a bit costly if you are staying for a few days

Overall good place to stay good value for money, very friendly and helpful staff. Only negative is the carpet in our room. It had lots of stains. Beds could be a bit more comfortable.
L.
Very clean and tidy the hotel staff were excellent very helpful and catered for all my needs breakfast was always ready on time and very nice, however the Carpark for the hotel is only small and I struggled for a parking space most days
