R. L.I spent a two-night stay in this hotel in January and found it entirely adequate for a short stay at a reasonable price for London. The room was clean and comfortable and I could see the London cable car (sideways) out of my window. The buffet breakfasts lack a little in variety and imagination but are fresh and fine for a short stay.
The staff were efficient and friendly and ambience was very relaxed

B.I stayed just for one night. The views on the 7th floor are really impressive- I took a camera up to get some shots! Parking was right outside the door so very handy when you have lots of kit. There is also a very popular Chinese restaurant on the ground floor too.
h. l.The location was great for what I needed. FYI this hotel is not near Central London but it is a 5 minute walk from Canning Town Bus Station, DLR, and Jubilee Line extension. This means you can get to Central London within an hour if you want to or go into Essex via Romford on the bus. The night buses also serve Canning Town so you stay out longer if you wish. There is lots of sanitiser at the hotel freely available to guests. You can park your car for £15 per 24 hours. The hotel staff are welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was OK and you can make tea and coffee in your room. You have to book your cleaning due to covid. 4 stars as there was a rogue sock in my room so they need to pay more attention to cleaning.

The room was slightly cramped with the sofa bed but that's just a minor detail.
I will definitely be staying at the Holiday Inn Express the next time i'm going to the O2 area or if visiting London.
It is also just a few minutes to walk to the Underground station which is a bonus!
F. G.Stayed at the Holiday Inn Express for just over a month during the lockdown and was very impressed with the Staff, Quality of Service and Value for money.
The room was average, but well equipped.
The breakfast selection was hearty with good variety of fresh & packaged goods. My wife was vegetarian and the staff were kind enough to prepare vegetable sausages for her every morning.
Front desk staff were always helpful, even when we shopped for groceries and needed to use the staff refrigerator / freezer, they always allowed us.
Location was ideal as it is very close to Canning Town station and also for lovely walks to the Royal Wharf and Emirates Cable Car.
Would surely recommend to anyone looking to stay in a value for money accommodation :)
V. O.I was really delighted with this hotel. The room was huge and well designed. Good bathroom ensuite. Great facilities: free WiFi, loads of plug sockets, desk space, full length mirror, ironing board and iron, hairdryer. Air con and heating. Everything you need to prepare for a meeting, or a night out. Huge comfortable bed. Plenty of nice free breakfast. All the staff were friendly, polite and very helpful. Easy to find, ideally located for the underground Canning Town 5 minutes walk (only 1 stop to O2 Arena at North Greenwich) and walking distance to Emirates Air Line about 10 minutes for a scenic trip. Very glad that I will be staying with them again soon.

A. W.The hotel is in a less busy and nice calm area of London but has good infrastructure to anywhere in London. The main thing about the hotel is the staff, they are always so helpful and hard working to ensure the standards of cleanliness are maintained. I must shout up about Joelle in the restaurant, a young woman who is so pleasant and even when faced with complaining rude customers maintains excellent customer service whilst ensuring the customers complaint was efficiently and professional addressed. I can only hope that her employers recognise such excellent skills and talent and appreciate the quality of their employees. Overall we are regular returners to this hostel and never disappointed.
