B.Overall location and stay useful for work.
Complaint handled on room cleanliness inadequately in my opinion but was eventually sorted and offered a food refund on my bill. I'll probably have to stay again for work but will do a thorough check of room cleanliness next time on arrival.
B.This was our first stay in a Holiday Inn and we would definitely stay with them again. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. All the staff we encountered, from the ground floor lift area, to reception staff and cleaners greeting us as we passed, were polite and friendly.

V.Quick, convenient overnight spot. Not the quietest stay I've ever had but it's good for business or weekend stays. Staff were quite friendly, rooms were clean and had good amenities. The breakfast was a bit chaotic and wasn't the best. But overall pretty good.

There is a roof top with patio. Really enjoyed drinking there.
24 hour secured car parking, Underground station and Westfield shopping centre make it perfect place to stay in East London.
Excellent customer service . Staffs are very approachable and helpful. Breakfast was very very good .
G.Friendly and polite door staff upon your arrival and same with check in. Rooms are spacious and adequate, bathroom was very the right size and very clean. Bar area is very chilled and laid back. A very nice stay.
K. E.The holiday Inn bit of the hotel is shabby... but not surprising for holiday Inn to be honest. Holiday inns tend to be a bit shabby when you look closely. Great location and very convenient. Would have been perfect if not so shabby and rough around the edges. Needs a lick of paint, recarpeting, replace furniture obviously coming to end of life, just spruce it up a bit. Lobby on 12th floor, quite nice. I will come again, only because of the convenience of the location- slap bang in the middle of the Westfield complex.
