I stayed in a few different rooms and the air-conditioning didn't work in any of them. I can't knock a star off for that because it was fairly cool on the weeks I stayed, but during summer, that could be an issue.

K. O.This is the second time I have stayed here as I find the location a good balance when visiting London. It is close to the central line tube but also has parking (which gets very busy) and is outside of any charging zones for my car. The staff are very pleasant and dealt with the few issues I had with my 2 rooms fairly promptly (hairdryer and towels missing and also aircon not working well) these were all resolved quickly. I chose to have our rooms cleaned daily which currently (due to covid) you must request 24 hrs in advance which I did at check in. In the 4 nights I stayed it did missed on the second day but it was not an issue for me and fresh towels were bought quickly. Breakfast time at the weekend was extremely busy and the food was constantly being replenished as at times there was quite a queue for the hot food.
The staff at this hotel are all very nice and we all enjoyed our stay here.
