On the heart of whitechapel you would expect so much noise, dirt and perhaps pollution at this hotel. But omg NO! it was so clean and the staff are professional. The rooms are spacious with every needs met. It was quiet and tidy and modern. …

Attended early Monday evening business meeting. Greeted and directed by friendly reception to seating space. Ordered a Earl grey tea. Served at table. It was quiet and restaurant was empty with exception of a few hotel guests passing by. Good convenient venue for one off business meeting

Super welcome on arrival. Staff very friendly. Room fresh and clean and very comfortable. Two room service meals fine but choice limited. Only issue was with breakfast. The hot food wasn't hot, It wasn't cool, it was cold. I mentioned it to …

Fantastic staff at the hotel who went out of their way make our stay feel safe and the staff just exceeded our expectations right from the start, whilst it's not in the best location the staff made sure we were well looked after, in …

Well located hotel for city. Stayed previously and had good stay. Last week's experience was poor - rooms too hot and no hot water in the morning. Hopefully a one off

This hotel stay was ideal for a short break. Check in was straightforward and we were allocated a comfortable room which was quiet and this was much appreciated. …

Hotel is clean and tidy and never any issues. I stay here frequently and cannot complain about anything.I will defo be here a lot more

Nice and welcoming hotel decor and staff. Clean and modern. Could not hear any outside noise, had a view of the shard from out room 509. Breakfast was good although had to ask staff if they were going to refill the hot station as it was …

The hotel is not in the most affluent area of London and there was a lot of rubbish on the streets surrounding. However the hotel was lovely and clean and perfectly placed for where we were visiting at nearby Tobacco Dock about a 15 minute …

The hotel is a little further out of the centre than we originally thought but there’s a bus to Trafalgar Square with lots of stops in between right across the road. Places to eat not far away (walkable). Room was really nice and pretty big. Staff friendly. Breakfast good. Would happily recommend

A good hotel that's situated fairly close to the City of London and subsequently the West End via the tube.
The rooms are quite large for a buedget hotel with extremely comfortable beds. The breakfast was good with plenty of choice for both vegetarian and meat eaters. Because I was there for just one night I can't saay much about the other parts of the hotel.

This is listed as a 4-star hotel and it is unlike any other 4-star hotel we’ve ever stayed in. I’m not sure how the amenities commence with that rating, but we were treated to a view of a brick wall and hallway vomit from drunken guests …

I stayed here for 2 weeks and it was extremely pleasant only with a few minor setbacks.
Pros:
- Staff were friendly & helpful.
- Housekeeping were friendly & extremely efficient, much better than other chain hotels I’ve stayed in previously.
- Good selection at breakfast.
- Room service was fantastic with lots of options for different dietary needs.
- The price we paid to stay here for 2 weeks was good.
- Quick 5 minute walk to Shadwell station & only a 10 minute walk to Whitechapel station.
- Lots of food choice on apps like Deliveroo and Just Eat.
Cons:
- The constant loud slamming of doors from other guests, this woke me up a few times during the trip and really started to irritate me towards the end.
- The restaurant & bar staff sometimes seemed tired & overworked, I felt sorry for them as they looked rushed off their feet at points.
- Whitechapel isn’t the nicest looking part of London so don’t stay here if you’re expecting amazing views from your hotel room.
I would stay here again only if they fixed the slamming door issues.

I stayed here for one night as we went up for the london marathon. The hotel was lovely the room was also very modern and finished to a nice standard. Breakfast was all cooked well and piping hot plenty of choice. The only problem we had was were the room was situated which was close to the lift all I could hear all night long was the wiring and clanging of the lift shaft my sister was also a couple of floors above us in the same area so also encountered the same noises.

Perfect bolt hole away from the city but close enough to walk (25 minutes from Old Broad Street / Grace Church Street. Used the tube as well (Whitechapel) and was surprised at how large the cosmopolitan street market was outside the tube. …

Great big rooms with comfy beds, nice hotel and helpful friendly staff. The food was particularly good. The fish and chips were better than what you might get from a traditional chippy. The breakfast was also of high quality and varied choice. I would stay here again

My expectations were low because of the area of London but the hotel was very nice. We walked into the city and Spitalfields Market and took buses back in the late evening. …

The stay at this hotel was excellent. The staff are very polite and always on hand if you need anything. The hotel was nice and clean and nice and cool for the weather we are experiencing. …

Clean and comfortable. However the coffee at breakfast was very poor. It is a bit of a walk to nearest tube station and you may not want to do it late at night.
S.
The room was clean. The hotel was clean and safe. The staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. There was a nice selection at the breakfast buffet.

Excellent value for money. Lovely clean big rooms and a great breakfast. Pillows could be softer but that's a personal choice I suppose.

My Girlfriend and I just recently stayed at this hotel and from the moment I first stepped through the front door and was met by Karen on Reception our most enjoyable 5 day stay began. The hotel is very modern and the room was both comfortable and of a very high standard of cleanliness The food in the restaurant was delicious so much so we dined there each evening. The breakfast was really good with a wide selection to suit all tastes
Karen could not have been more helpful going out of her way to ensure that our stay was all we hoped it would be. Her cheerful pleasent and professional approach are to be commended
A special mention must all so be made to Vijay and Enoch in the hotel restaurant, nothing was beyond these two great guy's who's smile and willingness to please was so refreshing. No request was beyond these two members of staff. I would most ready recommend this hotel and most definitely would stop there again. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable.

Great stay in Holiday Inn Whitechapel. Good location, close to a variety of transport links and places to eat. Staff were polite and professional and the hotel room was comfortable and clean. The bed however was probably a little bit too …

A lovely stay in a hotel immersed in the real London city outskirts. Vibrant and diverse..always things to see and do, not far from the tourist hot spots. Nice clean hotel, quiet comfy rooms and very helpful staff.

Spacious, impeccably clean rooms. Nice staff. 4 stars given as the bed was one of the most uncomfortable hotel beds I've ever slept in.

Lovely stay, good value, comfortable and quiet room, good breakfast. Staff friendly and very helpful, they helped book taxis and held our bags until we left, would recommend. We stayed here to visit Tower of London which is only about a 10 min taxi ride away.

Firstly I must say that this hotel exceeded my expectations. I really couldn’t fault any part of my experience from the cleanliness of our room to the friendly staff. Even the reception toilets were amazing! I want to make a particular thank you to the extremely helpful and friendly staff member who always had a smile on his face, Erik. Thank you for making our experience all the more memorable through your amazing customer service.
I would hugely recommend the Holiday Inn Whitechapel for a relaxing, enjoyable and very budget friendly stay in London.
Thank you to every member of staff. We will be back.

I stayed here for business at the end of October / start of November 2021 and as usual the hotel met all my needs; comfort, cleanliness, location in the city and to get to and from Excel, where I had meetings. It is a real home from home for me whenever I am in London these days.
A.
Welcoming and pleasant staff. Nice, big rooms with nice amenities. Reasonable priced. Comfy and quiet night’s sleep.

A great venue. The staff were very focused on ensuring my stay was suited to me. I chose Holuday Inn because it states a Gluten and Lactose free menu, however the reality is that it does not and staff does not know the difference between …

Good comfortable rooms, friendly staff. Must be fairly new considering the condition. Free on street overnight parking. Breakfast a little lacking esp considering the cost. Overall a good experience.
江.
Super friendly stuff; very clean and well maintained environment. The location is close to local market and bus and metro stations. Very good deal. We are quite happy with the overall experience.

Good value for money for a nice hotel but the location is a little rough. Expect to want to stay in rather than explore the local area.

Staff were friendly and allowed us to drop our luggage off early. Room and bathroom were nice and everywhere was clean

Decent clean rooms and a nice cosy bar in the lobby. The only real issue here is the high price, but you are staying in central London so 🤷🏼♂️.

We booked the hotel as my 16 month son had an operation at RL Hospital. The hotel staff upgraded us to an executive room, so we’d have more room. They let us check out late as we didn’t know when my son would be discharged. We had parking …

Can not really fault the hotel, clean, fresh, frendly and helpful staff. However, sadly, the hotel is in an area that let's the hotel down. The area is dirty, so much rubbish gathered up outside shops and restaurants. It was not nice at all to walk around.

Really enjoyed my stay. My room was immaculate, comfortable and I had one of the best night sleep I have ever experienced from staying in a hotel.
Nice environment, easy commute to and from inner london, exceptional service and excellent staff. Hesham, Prince, Ramcy,Yosif, Pheron, Ruben, Enoch, and Vijay were always willing to go beyond their call of duty to make my stay as pleasant as can be.
The food menu was outstanding and I could not fault my stay.
Would definitely recommend this hotel to all.

Overall a nice, clean hotel. Staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful. Standard room for me and wife was of decent size, and it came with a tv, fridge, radio, alarm, and tea station. Bathroom was decent size and clean.

Nice hotel just a ten minute walk from the city and Tower bridge area. Very convenient for Shadwell DLR and overground.
Would recommend for anyone wanting to be in that part of London, very bright and airy hotel.
